You are participating in the most miraculous times of massive transformation

Beloved Ones, 

Many of you have been experiencing the feeling of sadness and observing these old emotional patterns from moments of time in your past life experience and it is good to see that you are becoming more proficient at just noting and releasing these moments as something of the past instead of dwelling in those old energies yet again. Bravo! You are regaining the mastery of your emotions! You may also have noted that these memories are those that have been buried deeply in your consciousness which go back further to more youthful experiences. This means that the cleansing of your cells is working more deeply than ever before. Let it through and intend to replace these with the pure white Light of the Christ energy. 

We see that you are tired and long for this process to come to a conclusion and the fact that old feelings from times of youth are surfacing means that this cleansing process is almost complete. Picture brilliant little suns shining and spinning in each of your 7 major chakras and hold this image for a few moments several times each day. This accelerates the cleansing process and will keep reminding you that you are a shining Light in this world! You are moving into the higher realms of consciousness, the true source of your personal power and into a deeper understanding of your eternal identity. There are some moments when this connection leads you to important revelations regarding your purpose for incarnating during these times. 

Be at peace, Dear Ones, live, laugh and love with gusto! Life in a human body is meant to be tasted, embraced and experienced! It is therefore necessary to be a part of all that is in your immediate environment, to be in the moment of each experience with mindfulness. Do not put off and wait for another day to have your new beginning, for it is happening at this very moment. You are participating in the most miraculous times of massive transformation and this is a rare opportunity to bask in the moment to moment fluctuations as they occur. Wonderful possibilities and directions for your life experience exist and your clarity of understanding is leading you to direct your own destiny into a shining reality. 

These are exciting times with many opportunities that are coming into each individual’s field of dreams. As the ‘clutter’ is cleansed from within and replaced with a greater Light of understanding, some of the desires from earlier times that each person held as their dream are being presented as a direction that one may focus upon and bring into realization and manifestation. These are the dreams that can bring you great joy and happiness as you seek to bring them forward into the current experience. 

As each person manifests that which brings them fulfillment, the positive energy that is created helps the collective field of consciousness move towards expanding horizons for all. That which seemed impossible in days gone by will now be easily manifested by many people. This state of being is being supported by the influx of new energies as humanity realizes that they can create happy outcomes for themselves and that their soul wants to experience more of these moments. This is the natural state of being for each soul upon the planet.

When “stuff” comes up . . . rejoice!

A Message from Jesus via John Smallman 

As the moment of humanity’s awakening approaches, many are experiencing unexpected emotions of great intensity arising into their awareness – the remembering and re-experiencing of long forgotten or deeply buried trauma – “stuff’ that they thought was over and done with, that they thought was healed. Childhood wounds and suffering are often very deeply buried to enable the child to survive and grow, but in later life they surface to be healed, and re-experiencing them can be very painful and surprisingly intense. 

If they are not addressed as they arise the suffering intensifies. To address and release them is part of humanity’s awakening process, because you will awaken into Love, Reality, Source, where anything that is not in alignment with that wondrous state, your natural state, has to be left behind, discarded or dissolved before you awaken, because the unreal cannot enter into Reality. 

When you go within, to your holy sanctuary of Divine Love – and no one is without one – tell God of your suffering and ask for help to let it go by surrendering it to Her. She is male and female in perfect harmonious equilibrium and will embrace and soothe your troubled hearts, allowing those ancient and painful traumas to just dissolve into the nothingness from which they seemed to arise. Remember, there is only Now. Nothing remains from the past, which is unreal, and nothing hangs over you as the future approaches, because that too is unreal. You are, and always are, the beloved and untroubled children of God residing now in His Presence in utter peace and joy. What you, as humans, experience apart from Love, is unreal and cannot last. 

Make daily visits to that holy inner sanctuary where Love resides – permanently – open your hearts, and allow It to embrace you. All that you need do is allow by surrendering to It, and then you will realize that you are One with It, and that indeed there is no separation. Doing that allows all that buried or denied trauma, suffering, or plain emotional confusion with which you are all burdened to arise into your awareness, and then, if you do not engage with it by trying to remember all that happened in that particular instance, or try to understand it, it will dissolve. It will probably not be instantaneous because it is like grief, it has to flow through, and because you are living as humans in time, it takes time and you will feel it, possibly very intensely, so have tissues at hand. (John has been doing a lot of this over the last few months.) 

When the flow ceases, you will feel relaxed, probably quite tired, and at peace . . . until the next time! But, it will come to an end, and the more willingly you allow it in, the more quickly will it pass. Men probably have more of a problem with this than women, because they are mostly enculturated to be tough. And being tough means not showing emotions, therefore blocking their emotions (although anger is often seen as tough, and is therefore acceptable!) has become normal, so when sadness or suffering of any kind arises, leading to crying, it is almost automatic to shut it down. So, for men, it will probably be necessary to find somewhere safe, somewhere they know that they will not be seen or disturbed, and thus safe from the embarrassment of being seen not only to have intense feelings, but to be sobbing their hearts out! It is NOT unmanly to do so, that is just an unfortunate male stereotype that needs to be discarded. 

To release all this buried and painful emotional trauma is an absolutely essential part of your and humanity’s awakening process. However, if you have already done a lot of work on yourselves, what you experience may well be as a result of your wise and loving choice to assist in the collective release of eons of trauma that have resulted from the painful games in which all have been involved since the separation experience was initiated. 

When “stuff” comes up . . . rejoice! It means that you have made the decision to release all that is holding you back by opening to Love, your true and eternal nature. It will be unsettling, buried emotions disclosed are always unsettling, but allowing them to flow will bring you to a space in which inner peace will enfold you. That place of inner peace is closed off to you when you deny or bury your feelings, because that intense resistance you are living with closes off access to the comforting arms of Love. Love feels! You know that, because you have all at some time experienced Love offered and have accepted It, even if only briefly, though probably not as you are reading this. 

Love is what the search for meaning is all about, and has always been all about, but the games of survival that you have been playing for eons have required you to build defenses against attack and betrayal, and those defenses also lock out Love. Love is always vulnerable, undefended, and amazingly strong and powerful. When you open to Love, you no longer need defenses of any kind. Allowing the pain and suffering of past traumas to arise in your awareness and flow out through you washes away those fearful needs, freeing you to engage fully with your Source, from Whom you have never for even a moment been separated. 

Go within and discover the treasures that have been stored there over the eons. Every single loving thought, word, or deed you have ever engaged with, no matter how seemingly inconsequential it may have seemed to you, has helped create a store house of treasures that you will discover with delighted astonishment when you awaken into full conscious awareness of who you truly are. 

Lay down your masks, the false selfs you present to the world, open your hearts in vulnerability and delight in the freedom you experience. When you do, you will find others, also unmasked, responding to you, and true relationships, holy relationships, will be established where you would previously have thought them impossible. You are all Beings of Light, of Love, and when you uncloak yourselves by dropping your masks or false selfs and offer Love to others, instead of cautious observance as you check for the safety of the situation, the responses you call forth will delight and astound you. 

You are Love, and so is everyone else, therefore engage only lovingly, and exult in the wonder that results. This is the time for which you have been yearning, so open your hearts and engage fully with the joy that awaits you.

A Message to Lightworkers from the Collective

The latest guidance for Lightworkers, from our friends, the fifth and sixth dimensional beings known as 'the Collective': 

Greetings, beloved friends and workers in the Light! 

We greet you with real Love, understanding, and celebration today. 

For on this beautiful Spring Equinox Day, in which the Earth also saw a powerful New Moon moment, we are full of the joy that only a homecoming of much-loved friends and family can bring. 

And while you may see no Angels with trumpets blaring through your skies, you have no doubt noticed the upsurge in emotional/mental and physical energetic activity these past few weeks, affecting your own life and that of those near you. 

And that is not imaginary; it is no illusion, for your physical vehicles are undergoing the kind of transformation, and your emotional energies/thoughts/experiences are undergoing the kind of transmutation and renewal, that only Ascension can bring. 

We are aware that some of this is uncomfortable, that it may feel some days as if you are mourning a loss, and that the layers being pulled away from you—and the false tales and delusions that were bred into you—are parts of yourself that you would prefer not to see go. 

We fully comprehend your confusion, just as we understand your unhappiness with the tumult the outer world is experiencing, with armies and governments still at war, still involved in land and property theft, still involved seemingly, in every form of deception and fraud. 

And yet, we say to you, that though these endings are kicking up quite a storm, they are still endings. 

You are still in the process of releasing much that must be dissolved and released or utterly transmuted, (though in truth, as with all energy, all of it will be transmuted at some point, as all energy must—even those dark energies which will be absorbed back into a black hole of uncreated matter). 

You are awaiting justice to be done, and old corrupt forms to be dismantled, and we understand you completely. 

You are not alone—we watch from our ships, as others watch from much higher dimensions in their transferable physical-to-pure-energy form, or their ongoing pure energy form (as some Beings are pure Light at all times). 

We watch, and we hear the Angels and Archangels intoning increasingly higher frequencies of Love and Light—while every form of life on your planet reaches higher in its vibration. 

These tonal variations enhance the work of the sacred geometries now being activated in all sectors, to raise your planet’s vibration to a higher level than it has ever experienced while in this dimension. 

When this process is finished, you will have arrived at fifth dimensional Earth-life forms, upon a fifth dimensional planet—at a higher level than what was achieved even in Atlantis and Lemuria, or the current Inner Earth of Agartha. 

We say this knowing that you are still in the throes of this beautiful and unprecedented transformation, and we send you our loving support and the assurance that you are never alone in this journey, even that which tests and stretches you beyond what you feel is necessary for growth. 

We do, in fact, note many Lightworkers asking, at different times in their lives, ‘Did I ask for this?’ 

Did I place this event, this experience or relationship, this lack or loss, in my blueprint for this life? Could I have been that foolish? 

And we would say that as always, there is no lack or loss—those are illusions. 

And that you cannot lose anyone you love, for those connections are created long before you come to the Earth, and remain long after—we do not even place them in a timeline as the third dimension has taught you to do, for the notion of Then and Now and Someday is a lie and an illusion that you are increasingly releasing and no longer trusting as your truth. 

Yes, you asked to be here at this astounding time, and that meant living yet another painful, difficult, traumatizing Earth life. 

And yet, you are increasingly moving beyond the confines of the ego, which sees Life as something that happens to it, whether for or against it. 

You are increasingly letting go of the notion of your Self as an entity separate from all others, and are increasingly living as your Higher Self, speaking daily with your guides and angelic guardians in your sleep and/or in your waking hours, and deferring to their wisdom over your immediate preferences. 

For many of those preferences have led you away from wisdom, into fear and anger and feelings of insecurity, feelings of needing to defend yourself against the ongoing madness of Earth’s struggles. 

Yet increasingly, you are releasing the impulses to defend, to view yourself as standing alone against the world. 

You are increasingly seeing how completely, beautifully, and perfectly you are connected to all Life, all persons, all animals and plants, to the sky and the ground and waterways—to the Universe, to the All-That-Is. 

And we would say that those fifth dimensional stirrings are now to increase to powerful levels, ones in which you show daily evidence that you are creating your own fifth dimensional life, and joining us in Galactic Society. 

Understand that you—that we all—have won this great and challenging, at times soul-scorchingly difficult ascent. Victory is at your right hand. Reach for it, knowing it is there. Celebrate, and dance the unprecedented higher energies of this Equinox into your Earth, and into your heart-mind. 

For we are here, and you are one of us.

Your Reality Is Shifting To a New Paradigm

Today we would like to focus your attention on your perceived reality. Many are watching as the entire “world” is seemingly in some sort of chaos. But know that things are not always as they seem to be. There are many opposing viewpoints that are being brought to the collective’s attention. 

Remember, you cannot change what you do not know. These extremes are being brought to your attention, not so that you can force your views upon another, but rather so that you can see that all wish for the same end result; you merely have different opinions of how to reach the desired outcome. 

Much corruption has been allowed to exist within reality, it has been there all along, however it is only now that your collective is strong enough to redirect it, to shift what you no longer wish to have on your planet. Most of your policies, institutions, and governments are in need of change, as they can no longer be sustained, if you wish to create something entirely new. Though, you must know that from every wreckage comes an opportunity to build something much greater. You cannot have the new, unless you are willing to let go of the old. 

This is a very big lesson and we would say a more challenging one for many of you at this time. You are capable of being a pillar of peace for those whose lives seem to be in the midst of so much chaos. Many of you have done extensive work on an individual level to rid yourselves of that which no longer serves you, and, as a result, you are now more than capable of grounding your inner peace and faith that all is not falling apart, but rather that it is being rebuilt as you have wished. 

You see, enough of you have focused so intensely on releasing all that no longer serves you, that the change has now reached the masses. The collective is now being urged to come together as one to change and shift the world you co-create into a world you wish to live. 

Remember, no event has a label of either good or bad, it is you who chooses to focus on either the positive or the negative of any situation. There are those of you who will look for the benefits of these collective clearings and there are others who will only see destruction; it is always entirely up to you. This is one of the reasons why we have said that "perspective" will play such a large role in your lives this year. 

As you look around, there are many all over the world who see only devastation and chaos; but know that nothing new can grow in a garden that is choked by weeds. The weeds must be uprooted; they must be removed before you can plant your seeds for the harvest. We understand that it can be disconcerting to say the least, but you have come into this life more than prepared for this. This is what you are here for, to shine your light and ground peaceful energy for those who have lost their way. It’s your time to shine. 

Listen to your inner guidance for reassurance that all is unfolding exactly as it should be. Know that all is not lost; it is simply being removed, so you can replace it with something much better. Do not get pulled back down into the energy of fear and despair, you have all the tools you need to thrive in these tumultuous times. For every one Lightworker, know that there are hundreds of others working on the other side of the veil right alongside of you. 

We share this message with you to offer our words of encouragement, for those of you who are watching your world seemingly get worse, when in fact it is in the process of getting much better. Know that you do not have to attract the chaos that appears to be erupting around your world into your own individual lives. Many of you have already worked extensively on your inner beliefs and as a result you have shifted through your own individual chaos already. 

We encourage you to hold your peace, for that is what the world is most in need of. You have chosen to awaken before the masses and as a result you are now capable of helping to stabilize the collective energy, as the masses now begin to awaken to the changes that must now take place. There is a saying on your world that we feel fits this situation quite well; it says, “We never said that this process would be easy, we said that it would be worth it.” And so it is. 

Where one sees chaos, you can see transformation. Where one chooses to see devastation, you can see a new platform for change. This is the change you have all been waiting for. Know that this perceived chaos is not the beginning of the “end”, but a new beginning. The old must be allowed to fall away, so that you can create the world you have dreamed of. Events are becoming more extreme, but know that it is not because you live in a world which is continually getting worse, but because you have prayed to live in a world far better. 

These events which may seem horrific, the tragedies that seem to be more and more frequent are not a sign that your world is in peril. It is allowing that which was hidden to be in plain view now. So, with that we ask that you hold your focus upon the world you wish to create, rather than how you believe it should be created. Allow the universe to use the path of least resistance. All you must do is determine what you desire to create. Now is the time that you are determining what your world will become, so choose wisely. Be in peace.

The power of your loving intentions is tremendous

Humanity is on a roll towards the moment of awakening! As you read the mainstream news media reports of conflict, wars, crime, and corruption all over the world, may not seem to you to be a valid assessment, but I assure you it is. Yes, there is much going on that is unloving and causing suffering in the world today, but it is for the most part the result of an enormous clearing and releasing of the old energies of fear that have maintained and supported the illusion and those who would suppress and control you through it. 

The unloving energies, mostly of fear, that have been predominant on Earth for eons are dissolving as more and more of you turn towards love in your relationships, and make the intent to be loving in every situation. The power of your loving intentions is tremendous, and those who would maintain the old ways through fear and force are now desperately attempting to raise the level of fear across the world, because they urgently need those energies, as they attempt to fortify the underpinnings of their power base and prevent its collapse. This they cannot do. The Tsunami of Love is unstoppable and totally irresistible and it is sweeping away the energies of fear that have held you in the thrall of the dark ones. 

You are well aware of the massive uncovering of lies, deceits, and corruption that governments and international corporations have been involved with, as investigative journalists and whistleblowers determinedly and courageously publish vast amounts of evidence that has been concealed in order to allow those in positions of worldly power to carry out their destructive agendas. Arousing your fears has been one of the ways they used to justify their unjustifiable secrecy, claiming that it was in your best interests to allow them to do things in secret to keep you safe. It has now become abundantly clear how badly they have deceived you and betrayed your trust in them over the eons. 

A few of your politicians while promising transparency during their election campaigns over the last few decades have totally failed to deliver on those promises. Some, indeed, had good intentions, but the power and influence of the political machine run wild presented them with insurmountable barriers on that front, and so they turned their attention elsewhere. And the increasingly raucous attempts by the mainstream media, under governmental and corporate control, to instill worldwide fear of terrorism are failing abysmally. Humanity will never again submit to fear. 

Love is the power, the energy field of infinite potential in which creation rests in constant alert awareness. That potential is the creative idea that God unveiled at the moment of creation, and it is eternally present throughout Reality, available in every moment for His children to develop and expand. 

Fear is the absence of Love, absence of that creative potential. It is illusory, but when believed in leads to depression, helplessness, and hopelessness. Do not engage with it, because you do have a choice, and when you choose fear instead of Reality, Love, you give power and energy to the illusion, and that you do not want to do. There is no one among you who enjoys being in fear, no one! But when you are in fear you cannot avoid projecting it outwards, sharing it and extending it. Instead, refuse it, and embrace Love, you can do that, and you have limitless assistance from those in the spiritual realms to ensure your success. 

Fear is also a state of mind, an unpleasant and personally power draining aspect of the illusion. Love is Reality. Embrace Love and fear dissolves, because anything that is not in alignment and harmony with Love is unreal and therefore cannot hold out against It, being of the illusion it just ceases to exist. Increasing numbers of you are realizing this every day, and are refusing to be cowed into submission any longer. The days of darkness, fear, and unquestioning compliance are over, because humanity has chosen to awaken from the nightmare in which it has been resting for eons. 

The underlying assumptions upon which most of your laws rely are being deeply questioned, and those assumptions are being proven, in nearly every instance, to be false. A new era has truly dawned, and initially that appears to be rather unsettling. That is hardly surprising, because you have become so conditioned to obeying mindless rules and regulations that when they are removed you feel for a moment quite unsteady. It is like experiencing a momentary sense of dizziness if you stand up too quickly after a catnap or after your meditation, but it clears quickly as you return to fully conscious alertness. 

So, I shall remind you yet again: Love Is . . . There is nothing else. Anything that is not in alignment with Love is utterly unreal, and is only seemingly real when you close your hearts, allowing illusions to fill that empty space from which you have chosen to shut out Love. Open your hearts, invite Love to embrace them and flow through them to all sentient life, and experience the peace and contentment that that open state reveals. 

Love is eternally and infinitely peaceful. When you operate from Love, from your natural state, there is no fear, no anxiety, no conflict, no damaging competitiveness, just glorious and harmonious cooperation. In that state, worries and concerns dissolve, because there is no room for them, as you are completely filled with Love and nothing else is sought or needed. Needs of all kinds are the tools of fear, tools that are now being seen to be broken and irreparable. In their place lies abundance waiting for your acceptance of it so that it can, by your allowing, dispel all humanity’s needs. 

All is in place for your awakening and for your release from the illusion. When you take your daily time alone in meditation, prayer, or contemplation be sure to remind yourselves that you are never alone, that you are always in the company of your spiritual guides and mentors, who watch over you constantly offering you the love that you have so often sought, with a noticeable lack of success, outside yourselves. Love is your nature, and you are never separated from It, just temporarily unaware. Open your awareness, allow Love to embrace you warmly and enthusiastically just as It wants to.

The thing you are waiting for is your own remembrance of the magnificence you are

Weekly Message from Hilarion via Marlene Swetlishoff for September 7-14, 2014 

Beloved Ones, 

You are now playing the waiting game, only you cannot discern the purpose of your waiting. It is time to step up to the next level of your journey. The thing you are waiting for is your own remembrance of the magnificence you are. This remembrance is coded within you and it is connected to an event in your life that will or has already taken place. How you will know that yours has been activated is by the feeling you experience that there is nothing of the old world that holds any interest for you any longer. You are more than ready to leave behind all the old programs and beliefs that were not really yours to begin with. This readiness can sometimes be experienced as depression, lethargy and apathy, the feeling that nothing will ever get better in your day to day life and that there is only chaos and dissolution that surrounds you. Know that when you are experiencing this, you will soon be moving into a higher octave and frequency. 

What is called for now is to foster the feeling of gratitude and praise for every moment of your daily life. For every negating thought you have, find 10 things in your life to be grateful for and praise yourself for each one. Every time a self defeating thought surfaces from deep within, take the time to make a list of 10 things that are good and are working in your life, even if it seems mundane to your perceptions. The point is to train your mind to think only empowering and nurturing thoughts, so that you draw to yourself all that you desire to experience in your daily life. The work that must be done now is to love and nurture your self. Each of you is very good, even excellent, in giving to others what they need, but it is now the time to daily do good to yourselves. This might seem like a chore at first and you will likely feel it is a silly waste of time, but I assure you, Dear Ones, that it is crucial that you continue. 

In order to live a magical life, you must BE the magic and you cannot BE the magic if you do not love and honor yourself first. A healthy love of self is required to create the life of your dreams. You must know and feel that you deserve the best life yet. You must also start on that path and get out of waiting mode, for it is yourselves that you have been waiting for, the divine within you is experiencing life as YOU! You have all the resources you need within you and this need to be tapped into. This will require daily periods of quiet stillness, so that you can connect to your core essence. Even five minutes spent in stillness and meditation will reap many benefits for you and this practice will also raise your frequency level, which needs to be maintained and sustained so that you can move to an even higher level. 

There is always reward from the universe for sustained focus and commitment on a daily basis. As you flourish in every facet of your life, the gap between cause and effect diminishes and the flow of joyous events in your life become manifest through the magic that you embody. As you let your former limitations drop away, you release yet another area that allows greater life force to fill you, nourish you and sustain you. In this ongoing releasing and cleansing process, you allow your Higher Self, your Soul, to become a more powerful influence within you and your daily life begins to radiate your true brilliance in all aspects of it. This turn of events brings more gratitude and praise, more heartfelt enthusiasm and passion to well up within you and soon you will find yourselves in a state of continual joy and bliss. 

The high spirits you experience will encourage you to stay on this path and the thought of going back to lower density will be totally repugnant to you. It will also allow a powerful and joyful creative energy to fill you and work through you. The gifts you have carried within your DNA are activated and turned on and you begin to share your gifts with others around you. You gain a clarity of mind that is attuned to the promptings within your heart and you know always the right thing for you to do. These are some of the initial openings that are now occurring and they will lead to even greater abilities as they are processed. Expect the highest outcome in all that you do and most important of all, BELIEVE in yourselves.

The stresses upon you have been increasing enormously

This is a very difficult and stressful time for you all, especially as you pay compassionate and concerned attention to the vast amount of suffering and deprivation that is being endured by so many all over the world. The tsunami of Love is flowing powerfully and intensely through your illusory dream-scape. 

It is very effective and it is stirring up all your unaddressed issues, which have been lying like mud or sand at the bottom of the pond that is your unconscious, the vast hidden area of your mind where all that you could not bear to face has lain hidden for eons. All that “muck” has to be released and cleared away, so that the Light that each one of you carries with you constantly can shine forth brightly as divinely intended. As It does so, you will become increasingly aware of the divine Light shining forth from others – your heavenly brothers and sisters, the beautiful children of God. 

You are all brilliant and divine beings who have hidden your Light so well from yourselves that you have almost forgotten (indeed some have forgotten) that your true nature is an eternal and divine nature, which can never be discarded or lost. It can only be momentarily hidden from view, as you play your illusory games of separation. And, as you keep on being told, the horrendous era in which the illusion has been constantly presenting you with these painful and disturbing dreams is over, finished with, terminated. You are about to wake up, your awakening is imminent, and you do know this, so when you spend time in that quiet inner space, to which you all have access, allow that knowing to come to the surface of your awareness and embrace you. And it will! 

Allowing is the secret, but what often happens is that you are so keen and impatient to receive answers that you do not allow yourself to “hear” the Holy Spirit, your Higher Self, your favorite saints, guides or mentors, because your ego rushes noisily in to fill that quiet space with its own self-serving answer. It can’t abide quiet space! Discouraging distractions such as “I’m just imagining this” or “What’s the point, it’s not going to happen” or “Why would one of these spiritual entities waste their time talking to me,” then flood your mind. 

You can all probably offer your own examples of personal and discouraging “favorite” distractions. This is because your egos desperately want to be heard, all the time! You have all been in situations where you are listening to someone and an idea pops into your mind that you just cannot wait to share with the person who is talking, so much so that you either interrupt to make your point, or you focus so intently on that idea that you do not hear the remainder of what the other is saying. It is the same when you meditate and seek guidance, distracting ideas occur to you and you lose your focus. 

Meditation is a discipline that requires your focused attention and therefore you need to practice it seriously and regularly. Often you spend time sitting, intending to meditate, but other “important” stuff comes to mind distracting you. Then, suddenly, the quiet time that you had set aside has passed and you have to move on. But with practice you do become steadily more adept at disregarding the distractions that your ego tosses so enthusiastically into your quiet space. Persistence with your practice works. So persist, the odds of success are weighted heavily in your favor. 

Guidance or answers from the spiritual realms are very softly “spoken,” gentle, unintrusive. So, you do have to listen carefully and patiently, and that is very difficult for those of you brought up in the “high-powered, get it done” kinds of western culture where time is money and must not be wasted. As a result, you often respond with the first thought that comes to mind when dealing with a stressful or conflict-driven situation, and, as you have all doubtless experienced, it can frequently be the wrong one. 

Meditation is not only an essential practice to allow you to gain access to your guides and receive answers from them on issues that concern you. It also trains you not to react too quickly, and possibly impulsively, in your daily lives when communicating with others, but instead to pause and make space for all the appropriate responses available to you to present themselves, putting you in a far better position to deal with whatever the situation demands. 

So, yet again, I am stressing the importance of making “down time,” quiet time, uninterruptible time solely for yourself available to yourself daily. The stresses upon you have been increasing enormously, as more and more of the deceit and corruption on which the world – the illusory world – turns is disclosed, demanding that you sit up and take notice. 

The old days, when you thought that you could trust your duly elected governments and their agencies, and your supposedly “responsible” multi-national corporations to take care of the interests and well-being of the majority are long over. However, the hidden secrets and corrupt agendas that have been followed by those in positions of power and authority, whom you had been trusting to act on behalf of the general good – that whistleblowers everywhere are now placing in the public domain – are shocking and very disturbing. To be shown how blatantly your trust has been betrayed is stunning, and then numbing as that betrayal appears to be forever ongoing and unending.

The only way to relieve the intense stress that this unfolding torrent of deceit and betrayal is causing is by taking time out, daily. In that time, remind yourself that everyone, even one who appears to be totally evil and corrupt, is a holy child of God. When they, or anyone, behave badly, it is truly a call for Love. Only those in severe inner pain – pain that they most vehemently deny – could behave so abysmally towards others. 

In those quiet times, you relieve your stress by reminding yourselves that your everyday world of deceit, suffering, and corruption is an illusion, and that only Love exists. Love is unconditional, undiscriminating, and totally accepting of all of God’s children. During those quiet times make and renew your intent to be Love in action in every moment. When you make that intent, and then hold it and demonstrate it, you are very effectively adding to the field of Love enveloping the world. 

Love can be rejected or ignored, but It cannot be destroyed, eradicated, or overpowered, because It is infinitely powerful, being All That Exists. As you make the intent, allow the Love to wash over you and embrace you, feel It, and then forgive all who appear to be in opposition to It. Doing this is enormously powerful, it eases your stress and anxieties, and it truly does soften the hearts of those who seem most opposed to It, effectively wearing down their ill-advised resistance to It. 

Of course, many of you are already doing this, and some of you no doubt are feeling that it is having little if any effect. You could not be more wrong! Your loving intentions are changing the world and bringing all to awakening. Continue to do what you have been doing so well, and make a point of accessing your inner knowing, which confirms your certainty that your awakening is imminent.

The people of the Earth are all in the process of transformation

Beloved Ones, 

The people of the Earth are all in the process of transformation on every level. Human life as they have known it is changing and from those changes comes ways of living that will be far better for everyone. It is not an easy time during this process and so there is a need for faith in the vision of a better world for all. Certainly the outer world does not reflect the higher vision during these times, as it goes through the changes, but it is already a template on the higher planes of life. This is where all changes begin and then work their way into the physical. Humanity as a whole has chosen the changes that are occurring and some changes happen suddenly and others will take a longer period of time. Patience is needed for those of you who have been doing the work for many years. 

For those who are in the process of interfacing with their higher aspects, the task is to become their higher aspects. All that is not of the highest expression within each individual is now making its way to the surface to be acknowledged, learned from, blessed and released. As one is freed of long hidden aspects of oneself that lived in one’s very cells, it is important to practice forgiveness of self and all others with whom you have had interactions in the totality of your life during this lifetime and any others whose memory may surface during this process. After sincere forgiveness, comes a replenishment of more Light into one’s cells, and to maintain this Light one then becomes a person who constantly blesses all people and all situations that may arise. It is in this practice that greater connection with one’s higher aspects takes place. 

On the road to mastery, one learns to practice being the Creator’s ambassadors in every thought, action and deed. One becomes unconditionally loving of all life around them. There is no longer any room for the secret thoughts and judgments within each person’s mind as they interact with others. One must become an open book, honest and transparent in all interactions with others. This is, during these times, a difficult challenge for each one of you who are on the path, so it requires wisdom and discernment in your dealings with others. Release all that you can and let discernment be your guide during times that bring tests. Let love and blessing be your constant refrain within your thought processes. This is how we who ascended became free of the lower influences that surrounded us. 

We also lived our daily lives away from others, so that we could become the masters of ourselves. Those who are reading this do not have this option. Most of you have already gained this mastery in other places and lifetimes, so you have the capacity within you to walk the ways of this world and not be of it. However, it requires constant vigilance and discipline. Do not give up on this process because those around you choose to act in ways that are not expressions of the divine. Bless, bless, bless everything and everyone around you in your thoughts. This is your work in the now moments and you can do it, you have the capacity to do this. 

Continue to find time to do nice things for yourselves, listen to uplifting music, treat yourself to a lovely dessert from time to time, take long walks in nature, celebrate every little victory you have made as you take the next steps on your journey. There is much beauty around you and by tuning into this beauty and feeling the sublime joy, appreciation and gratitude within your hearts and minds for these moments, you help to anchor those feelings on your planet. Such is the nature of your work. Wonderful, isn’t it?

Letting Go…

Message from the Angels with Ann Albers for 27 October 2013 

My dear friends, we love you so very much. 

In truth dear ones, you can never lose God's Love, for that is All There Is! Everything in creation is fashioned from this Love. Everything is unique reflection of this Love. In some cases, this Love is obvious - as in the miracle of a setting sun, the eyes of a baby, or a situation which brings you great joy. Sometimes this Love is hidden, buried beneath the surface - as in the case of a cantankerous or unloving human being, or the thorns of a rosebush, or in a difficult challenge. Nevertheless, the thorns love and protect the roses. The cantankerous individuals are thorny, because they do not know a kinder way to love and protect themselves. In your challenges, you find strength. 

As a human being, you are gifted with free will. You can learn to say, "Yes, I know God's Love is within all things, but I would rather choose to be around the people, places, and situations that resonate with me and give my heart joy! I can Love all beings, but I am not required to like them. And that, dear ones, is a novel concept for many of you, because many of you learned to confuse "Love" with "like." The two do not have to exist at the same time. For example, you can Love the thorns on a rosebush, acknowledging their right to be, and yet you do not enjoy pricking your finger! You can Love an angry human being, knowing there is a light in their soul attempting to surface, while in the very same breath, you can say quite honestly, "I do not like their behavior or personality. I don't choose to be around them," As we have said many times in the past, Love says, "You have a right to be." Discernment sees, "what is and is not right for me." 

So, now that you know you can Love all beings and all things, dear ones, consider looking at your lives and like nature, decide what you should let go. What is no longer serving your heart, your joy, your passion for life? Perhaps it is stuff in your closet. Perhaps it is a job that you cannot leave just yet, but you can start the process of intending and finding a new one. Perhaps you are in a lackluster relationship and either the behaviors, beliefs, or the relationship must be released. There is not one "right" answer to any situation, but rather a range of choices. What is in your heart to keep, and what does your heart tell you to release? 

When you release something that is honestly not working in your life, you make room for what is. When you let go of that which does not give you joy - be it a thing, a relationship that cannot be worked out, or a situation - you make room for what does. When you let go of a belief that is not working, you create room for more powerful manifestations. Letting go is not giving up, failing, or depriving yourself. Letting go is giving your soul room to breathe! 

So, as the trees release their leaves, allow yourselves to look around your life, and ask yourself, "What is it I am truly ready to release? What blesses me and what burdens me?" Be honest with yourselves, without any judgment. Your heart will guide you. Then get busy! Make room in your lives for what truly uplifts and inspires your soul.

When something disturbing sweeps into your awareness, just let it flow

The forthcoming event to which you – humanity – have been progressing steadily for so long, with not infrequent, apparent back-steps, gets ever closer. Yes, all is on schedule, and your awakening is to occur precisely as divinely planned with your enthusiastic help and agreement. Any doubts about it that you may be harboring are completely without foundation. Release them, and focus your attention on what you truly desire to happen, and bring it to fruition. That is your task, ably assisted by all of us in the spiritual realms who are constantly offering you advice (but only when sought) and encouragement. 


To have spent so many eons in the illusory environment that you made, in which to play your games, has caused you to build around yourselves a hard shell to protect you from the attacks that have been an ongoing aspect of that strange environment. What you are mostly now engaged in is softening and removing that shell, so that you can fully interact with the Divine field of Love that surrounds you at all times and which longs to hold you in Its loving embrace. 


To soften this shell, and to enable you to let it go, you are addressing all these unloving issues and attitudes as they pour into your awareness, sometimes with very unsettling effects. To awaken is to awaken into the Divine Presence where all is Love. Anything that is unloving cannot enter, because the brilliance of the Divine Light utterly overwhelms and terrifies anything that is unloving. Any fear you may have that you will be divinely judged and found wanting, stems from your deep inner knowing of this. 


You know that to attempt to enter into the Presence of God with anything apart from Love in your hearts is a meaningless endeavor. To enter into the Divine Presence you have to desire and intend to do so with all of your heart, but if you are still harboring unloving thoughts or attitudes, then you are not doing so with the desire and intent of all of your heart, and that is why it would be meaningless. 


You are so accustomed to withholding part of your heart when you relate to others, in case you should be attacked or betrayed, that it is difficult for you to release those remaining unloving elements which seem to have provided you with essential protection for so long. And it is these remaining unloving aspects you still hold in your hearts that you are in the process of addressing and releasing as the moment for your glorious awakening approaches. Consequently, many are feeling disturbed and distracted as aspects of themselves that they had buried deep within surge up to the surface of their awareness for release.

Remember, you are constantly being offered enormous assistance from those in the spiritual realms so that you can deal swiftly and effectively with these issues, and there is no way that you can fail to do so. However, it can be very uncomfortable for you. When something shocking or very disturbing sweeps into your awareness just let it flow. Do not attempt to stop it or block it – you do not need to act on it, either – just let it flow. It will not last, and when it has passed you will feel more alive, more secure, more sure and more confident in yourselves. What will have happened is that the intense energy you needed to block it, deny it, or hide from it is now available for you to use and enjoy, resulting in a marked decrease in the fatigue and stress that its misuse had caused, and you will be brighter for it. 


Truly your path to awakening has become far shorter; the main part is well behind you now, and as you release what you need to release and allow your hearts to open ever more fully, your faith in the Divine Outcome that has been planned since the moment of apparent separation will continue to strengthen and intensify, until you will know in your conscious mind that God’s Will and yours is assured.

Ascension Symptoms

Know that although our evolutionary process is rapidly accelerating, along with the New higher energies, we are all experiencing these changes in our own way and in our own time, according to who we are and according to our coding and plan before birth. 


In addition, generally speaking, our ascension process relates to how we each run our own individual energy, and what our beliefs and experiences are. In other words, how we are wired and how we vibrate. 


These things can be changed and will also change automatically as we clear and embody more light within ourselves. 


For me, all of my interesting and ‘strange’ symptoms disappeared after I completely ‘arrived’ in a higher realm; and they will for you as well. These symptoms seem to occur while we are going through the transition, or what I liken to the ‘tunnel’. 


Know that there is an end, and an incredibly beautiful, peaceful and loved filled reality awaiting you. May your evolutionary process be joyous, peaceful and filled with light and wonder. 


1. Feeling as though you are in a pressure cooker or in intense energy; feeling stress. Remember, you are adjusting to a higher vibration and you will eventually adjust. Old patterns, behaviors and beliefs are also being pushed to the surface. There is a lot going on inside of you. 


2. A feeling of disorientation; not knowing where you are; a loss of a sense of place. You are not in 3D anymore, as you have moved or in the process of moving into the higher realms. 


3. Unusual aches and pains throughout different parts of your body. You are purifying and releasing blocked energy vibrating at 3D, while you are vibrating in a higher dimension. 


4. Waking at night between 2 and 4 a.m. Much is going on in your dream state. You can't be there for long lengths of time and need a break. This is also the 'cleansing and releasing' hour. 


5. Memory loss. A great abundance of short term memory loss and only vague remembrances of your past. You are in more than one dimension at a time, and going back and forth as part of the transition, you are experiencing a 'disconnect'. Also, your past is part of the Old, and the Old is forever gone. Being in the Now is the way of the New World. 


6. 'Seeing' and 'hearing' things. You are experiencing different dimensions as you transition, all according to how sensitive you are and how you are wired. 


7. Loss of identity. You try to access the Old you, but it is no longer there. You may not know who you are looking at in the mirror. You have cleared much of your old patterns and are now embodying much more light and a simpler, more purified divine you. All is in order, You are okay. 


8. Feeling 'out of body'. You may feel as though someone is talking, but it is not you. This is our natural defense mechanism of survival when we are under acute stress or feeling traumatized or out of control. Your body is going through a lot and you may not want to be in it. My Ascension Guide told me that this was a way of easing the transition process, and that I did not need to experience what my body was going through. This only lasted a short time. It passes. 


9. Periods of deep sleeping. You are resting from all the acclimating and are integrating, as well as building up for the next phase. 


10. Heightened sensitivities to your surroundings. Crowds, noise, foods, TV, other human voices and various other stimulations are barely tolerable. You also overwhelm very easily and become easily overstimulated. You are tuning up. Know that this will eventually pass. 


11. You don't feel like doing anything. You are in a rest period, 'rebooting'. Your body knows what it needs. In addition, when you begin reaching the higher realms, 'doing' and 'making things happen' becomes obsolete as the New energies support the feminine of basking, receiving, creating, self-care and nurturing. Ask the Universe to 'bring' you what you want while you are enjoying yourself and having fun. 


12. An intolerance for lower vibrational things of the 3D, reflected in conversations, attitudes, societal structures, healing modalities, etc. They literally make you feel 'sick' inside. You are in a higher vibration and your energies are no longer in alignment. You are being 'pushed, to move forward; to 'be' and create the New. 


13. A loss of desire for food. Your body is adjusting to a new, higher state of being. Also, part of you does not want to be here anymore in the Old. 


14. A sudden disappearance of friends, activities, habits, jobs and residences. You are evolving beyond what you used to be, and these people and surroundings no longer match your vibration. The New will soon arrive and feel so-o-o-o much better. 


15. You absolutely cannot do certain things anymore. When you try to do your usual routine and activities, it feels downright awful. You are evolving beyond what you used to be, and these people and surroundings no longer match your vibration. The New will soon arrive and feel so-o-o-o much better. 


16. Days of extreme fatigue. Your body is losing density and going through intense restructuring. 


17. A need to eat often along with what feels like attacks of low blood sugar. Weight gain, especially in the abdominal area. A craving for protein. You are requiring an enormous amount of fuel for this ascension process. Weight gain with an inability to loose it no matter what you do is one of the most typical experiences. Trust that your body knows what it is doing. 


18. Experiencing emotional ups and downs; weeping. Our emotions are our outlet for release, and we are releasing a lot. 


19. A wanting to go Home, as if everything is over and you don't belong here anymore. We are returning to Source. Everything is over, but many of us are staying to experience and create the New World. Also, our old plans for coming have been completed. 


20. Feeling you are going insane, or must be developing a mental illness of some sort. You are rapidly experiencing several dimensions and greatly opening. Much is available to you now. You are just not used to it. Your awareness has been heightened and your barriers are gone. This will pass and you will eventually feel very at Home like you have never felt before, as Home is now here. 


21. Anxiety and panic. Your ego is losing much of itself and is afraid. Your system is also on overload. Things are happening to you that you may not understand. You are also losing behavior patterns of a lower vibration that you developed for survival in 3D. This may make you feel vulnerable and powerless. These patterns and behaviors you are losing are not needed in the higher realms. This will pass and you will eventually feel so much love, safety and unity. Just wait. 


22. Depression. The outer world may not be in alignment with the New, higher vibrational you. It doesn't feel so good out there. You are also releasing lower, darker energies and you are 'seeing' through them. Hang in there. 


23. Vivid, wild and sometimes violent dreams. You are releasing many, many lifetimes of lower vibrational energy. Many are now reporting that they are experiencing beautiful dreams. Your dream state will eventually improve and you will enjoy it again. Some experience this releasing while awake. My mother commented one day that she believed I was having nightmares in the daytime. 


24. Night sweats and hot flashes. Your body is 'heating' up as it burns off residue. 


25. Your plans suddenly change in mid-stream and go in a completely different direction. Your soul is balancing out your energy. It usually feels great in this new direction, as your soul knows more than you do. It is breaking your 'rut' choices and vibration. 


26. You have created a situation that seems like your worst nightmare, with many 'worst nightmare' aspects to it. Your soul is guiding you into 'stretching' into aspects of yourself where you were lacking, or into 'toning down' aspects where you had an overabundance. Your energy is just balancing itself. Finding your way to peace through this situation is the test you have set up for yourself. This is your journey, and your soul would not have set it up if you weren't ready. You are the one who finds your way out and you will. Looking back, you will have gratitude for the experience and be a different person.
