Humanity is one with itself, everyone is family, and the true nature of everyone is Love!

As Jesus has told you, humanity’s awakening is imminent. I know you feel that you have heard this said many, many times, and yet it seems that nothing has occurred to confirm that humanity’s awakening is ongoing, let alone imminent! But, because you have listened to our messages to you from the spiritual realms telling you that your awakening is imminent, you have, as a result of listening to us, strengthened your collective intent to bring it about. 

And, as you have also been told many, many times, the power of your individual intent, without mentioning the amazing power of your collective intent, is enormous and extremely effective. You are awakening humanity. Yes, each one of you holding the intent is making it happen. As so many channels have told you already, it is your intent that is making it happen. We, of course, support you in every moment, but you make it happen. You all made the courageous choice to incarnate during these “End Times” to assist in this momentous event and ensure that it happened. And it will. 

You are the collective! You do not have even a slight awareness of the vast numbers of you who chose to incarnate at this enormously important moment in the illusory dream of separation that God’s Son chose to build and experience so many eons ago. As you well know, in truth it was but a moment ago that you chose to play the game of separation, but you used your immense power and imagination to construct an environment that would appear very real to those who engaged with it by incarnating as humans. And thus it appears, bringing intense suffering to many, but with the constant hope being maintained that things would improve, that life would become easier, less stressful, and that eventually peace would arise and that all on Earth, without exception, would be provided for abundantly. 

Well that moment draws nigh because your collective intent has, particularly over the last five or six decades, been coming more and more into alignment. Previously, for eons as you measure time on Earth, you bought wholeheartedly into the belief that you were each separate beings, separate from God Whom you imagined as an infinitely powerful Being watching over your every thought, word, and action, and judging you harshly whenever you failed to live up to the standards that you imagined He demanded of you. 

But, God is Love. He never judges, because Love is unconditionally accepting of every member of God’s Divine Family, because that is the nature of Love. And every conscious entity, without exception, is a beloved member of that Divine Family. 

Separation is not only illusory, it is impossible, because all that God creates is eternally One with Him. And there is nothing apart from what God creates, because God Is . . . God is All that exists. 

Humanity has spent eons at war with itself, causing itself intense pain and suffering, as it has attempted to establish a safe haven within your illusory environment where it can live in peace with those it judges to be its friends and family. 

Humanity is one with itself, everyone is family, and the true nature of everyone is Love! You have been told this many, many times, and yet you choose separation by judging most others as unacceptable or enemies because of their supposed differences from you. You see all those weird people out there who are obviously unacceptable to the god that you worship, and who you therefore believe must be at least avoided and kept away from your loved ones, or, better still, labeled as terrorists and destroyed! 

Those you judge and wish to destroy are other members of God’s One divine family. And, of course, many of them view you through the same massively distorted lens that is your sense of perception. This game that you have been playing has become unconscionable because it has reached the stage where those who still wish to play it have only one motive, namely to destroy all whom they judge to be evil! And of course the word “evil” really only means “different.” And separation is a state in which you see everyone except yourself as different. You have a saying “keep your friends close, and your enemies closer.” The reason being that you can trust no one! 

And this attitude is the absolute insanity with which the illusion presents you, because it has succeeded in convincing you that you are separate from one another. And, of course, you are not. What you share, give, project, impose, or in any way do to another you do to yourselves. When you are in a loving relationship with anyone – intimate partner, family member, close friend – you see all that is admirable about yourselves reflected back to you as you look into their eyes and find acceptance and love there. When you are in a relationship of conflict you see all that you despise and that disgusts you about yourselves – but which is denied and very deeply buried – reflected back to you. 

BUT, you are all perfect Divine Beings. What you experience in the illusory state of being human is duality, opposites, confusion, and chaos. It makes no sense! Why? Because it is unreal! You constructed a game, and as you know a game is played by opposing teams or opposing individuals! You chose to play this game, and then forgot that it was a game, and used all your human intelligence to outwit and destroy those whom you decided were your opponents, your enemies! 

How, as the beloved children of God, eternally One with Him and with each other, can you possibly have enemies? Surely there are very few of you who do not see that as insanity. 

Therefore, go within daily, connect with the Love that resides there, open your hearts fully and allow and accept what It offers you in every moment of your eternal existence. When you do that, wholeheartedly, without any reservations, peace will fill your hearts and Love will embrace you. When you allow that to happen your whole perception of life, of love, of people, will change completely. You will see only Love in others, Christ-consciousness, your true and eternal nature shining forth and reflected back to you. 

Going within daily, as more and more of you are doing, and accepting the unconditional Love that is offered to you constantly, is changing the world. As you surf the web, and seek out the alternate news sites that report on the wonderful events that are occurring as a result of people engaging with and operating from their true nature, you will see that the changes for which you have all been hoping and praying are happening. Major essential changes are happening right now all across the planet. You are living in the time of humanity’s awakening, the time for which you have been praying and hoping for eons, and it is NOW!

When “stuff” comes up . . . rejoice!

A Message from Jesus via John Smallman 

As the moment of humanity’s awakening approaches, many are experiencing unexpected emotions of great intensity arising into their awareness – the remembering and re-experiencing of long forgotten or deeply buried trauma – “stuff’ that they thought was over and done with, that they thought was healed. Childhood wounds and suffering are often very deeply buried to enable the child to survive and grow, but in later life they surface to be healed, and re-experiencing them can be very painful and surprisingly intense. 

If they are not addressed as they arise the suffering intensifies. To address and release them is part of humanity’s awakening process, because you will awaken into Love, Reality, Source, where anything that is not in alignment with that wondrous state, your natural state, has to be left behind, discarded or dissolved before you awaken, because the unreal cannot enter into Reality. 

When you go within, to your holy sanctuary of Divine Love – and no one is without one – tell God of your suffering and ask for help to let it go by surrendering it to Her. She is male and female in perfect harmonious equilibrium and will embrace and soothe your troubled hearts, allowing those ancient and painful traumas to just dissolve into the nothingness from which they seemed to arise. Remember, there is only Now. Nothing remains from the past, which is unreal, and nothing hangs over you as the future approaches, because that too is unreal. You are, and always are, the beloved and untroubled children of God residing now in His Presence in utter peace and joy. What you, as humans, experience apart from Love, is unreal and cannot last. 

Make daily visits to that holy inner sanctuary where Love resides – permanently – open your hearts, and allow It to embrace you. All that you need do is allow by surrendering to It, and then you will realize that you are One with It, and that indeed there is no separation. Doing that allows all that buried or denied trauma, suffering, or plain emotional confusion with which you are all burdened to arise into your awareness, and then, if you do not engage with it by trying to remember all that happened in that particular instance, or try to understand it, it will dissolve. It will probably not be instantaneous because it is like grief, it has to flow through, and because you are living as humans in time, it takes time and you will feel it, possibly very intensely, so have tissues at hand. (John has been doing a lot of this over the last few months.) 

When the flow ceases, you will feel relaxed, probably quite tired, and at peace . . . until the next time! But, it will come to an end, and the more willingly you allow it in, the more quickly will it pass. Men probably have more of a problem with this than women, because they are mostly enculturated to be tough. And being tough means not showing emotions, therefore blocking their emotions (although anger is often seen as tough, and is therefore acceptable!) has become normal, so when sadness or suffering of any kind arises, leading to crying, it is almost automatic to shut it down. So, for men, it will probably be necessary to find somewhere safe, somewhere they know that they will not be seen or disturbed, and thus safe from the embarrassment of being seen not only to have intense feelings, but to be sobbing their hearts out! It is NOT unmanly to do so, that is just an unfortunate male stereotype that needs to be discarded. 

To release all this buried and painful emotional trauma is an absolutely essential part of your and humanity’s awakening process. However, if you have already done a lot of work on yourselves, what you experience may well be as a result of your wise and loving choice to assist in the collective release of eons of trauma that have resulted from the painful games in which all have been involved since the separation experience was initiated. 

When “stuff” comes up . . . rejoice! It means that you have made the decision to release all that is holding you back by opening to Love, your true and eternal nature. It will be unsettling, buried emotions disclosed are always unsettling, but allowing them to flow will bring you to a space in which inner peace will enfold you. That place of inner peace is closed off to you when you deny or bury your feelings, because that intense resistance you are living with closes off access to the comforting arms of Love. Love feels! You know that, because you have all at some time experienced Love offered and have accepted It, even if only briefly, though probably not as you are reading this. 

Love is what the search for meaning is all about, and has always been all about, but the games of survival that you have been playing for eons have required you to build defenses against attack and betrayal, and those defenses also lock out Love. Love is always vulnerable, undefended, and amazingly strong and powerful. When you open to Love, you no longer need defenses of any kind. Allowing the pain and suffering of past traumas to arise in your awareness and flow out through you washes away those fearful needs, freeing you to engage fully with your Source, from Whom you have never for even a moment been separated. 

Go within and discover the treasures that have been stored there over the eons. Every single loving thought, word, or deed you have ever engaged with, no matter how seemingly inconsequential it may have seemed to you, has helped create a store house of treasures that you will discover with delighted astonishment when you awaken into full conscious awareness of who you truly are. 

Lay down your masks, the false selfs you present to the world, open your hearts in vulnerability and delight in the freedom you experience. When you do, you will find others, also unmasked, responding to you, and true relationships, holy relationships, will be established where you would previously have thought them impossible. You are all Beings of Light, of Love, and when you uncloak yourselves by dropping your masks or false selfs and offer Love to others, instead of cautious observance as you check for the safety of the situation, the responses you call forth will delight and astound you. 

You are Love, and so is everyone else, therefore engage only lovingly, and exult in the wonder that results. This is the time for which you have been yearning, so open your hearts and engage fully with the joy that awaits you.

The nightmare of worldwide poverty, conflict and suffering will cease

We are all evolving spiritually, because Creation, Reality is ever ongoing, there is no final destination, just a continual growth in joy and happiness that continuously uplifts and inspires. God, our Father, the Source, All That Is wills our happiness and joy and so it will be accomplished. Life within God, where all Life occurs, is an ever-expanding journey of joy. In contrast, the human life experience is one in which you strive to accomplish something and on achieving what you intended soon find it unsatisfying, and so you seek something new to replace or supersede it. 

Satisfaction is impossible within the illusion, because nothing there is Real. Temporary pleasure or satisfaction does of course occur, but the pleasure or satisfaction cannot and does not last. Life is eternal, but human life is a very limited experience in which there is great striving to prevent, avoid, or deny the inevitable – death – that is driven by fear. But death is just a releasing of limitation and an opening into Reality – fully conscious awareness of eternal existence within the Oneness that is All That Is. Reality is what all are seeking, but cannot find, because they look outside themselves instead of within. 

Lasting joy and happiness, where you know and experience yourself as One with Source, and therefore with all of Creation, can only be found within. That is why all your guides and mentors from the spiritual realms keep on stressing the absolute essentiality of taking time out daily, and also throughout the day, to go within and be in peace there with the inextinguishable Divine Light that dwells there – the Real You. You will not find it elsewhere, as many self-help books might suggest, because there is no “elsewhere.” Within is Reality, without is illusion or dream. 

However, you are so engaged with the illusion and with the distractions with which it constantly tempts you – and that includes anxieties, worries, accidents, illnesses, as well as the hoped for but short-lived joys that you are constantly seeking – that you have great difficulty just spending “down-time,” that is quiet time alone and undisturbed by the noise of daily living. You actively seek distraction – on your computer, your phone, texting, listening to the radio, watching television, having upsetting arguments – and what you seek, you find! 

Even when you decide to spend time in meditation, contemplation, chanting, praying, etc., you are still very much open to whatever distractions may arise, because you expect nothing of note or importance to arise when you are alone, quiet and feeling bored, fearful. In fact, you mostly expect to be disappointed, because alone by yourself you imagine yourself as nothing, a small and insignificant being, even worthless, and you feel that you need the continual presence others to even feel alive! Yet, nothing could be further from the truth. 

When you allow yourselves to be quiet and allow your thoughts to flow unmolested, unengaged with, peace occurs. Initially, it can be rather difficult to reach that state, because your egoic mind, the mind that you use constantly in everyday living, keeps demanding your attention, or so it seems. It's just that you are so accustomed to responding, or rather reacting instantly to the distractions with which it presents you, that it has become an ingrained habit out of which you need to be trained. 

That ability to be aware of all input and to react instantly is very valuable at times – driving the car, watching a small child in the swimming pool – it's the “fight or flight” instinct that has served you well for eons. But now, as you evolve spiritually, it is essential to be able to distance yourself from instant reaction and judgment. 

To be in a meditative state is to be fully alert, you miss nothing, you just do not engage. It is the difference between fishing in a quiet river, totally relaxed and at peace as you watch the water flow past, or taking part in or watching a competitive sport where you are fully engaged in every moment and aware only of the game. Both states are fine, but you need to be able to choose which one you wish to be in and then be there. 

From childhood, as you become ever more aware of what is going on around you, up into adulthood, that reactive state of awareness becomes ever more efficient, so much so that you have to make a very positive effort, and practice constantly, to reach the meditative state of quiet alertness which offers tremendous benefits both in terms of reduced stress and anxiety, and in seeing things with greater clarity, as your emotions cease to control you. Emotions are very useful, because they give you a very individual sense of who you are and what you like or dislike as a human. 

In Reality there is only Love, which is all-encompassing and which brings you untold joy. Emotions are limiting, but often feel like incredibly powerful driving forces, which can seem to be utterly beyond your control. And many are controlled by their emotions; you see evidence of this all around you, from temper tantrum driven infants to suicide bombers. Emotions, when you allow them to be your sole motivating intent, narrow your focus, often with laser-like intensity, so that you see only a very small part of the situation in which you are involved instead of the bigger picture, and so you react, frequently most unwisely, which leads to suffering and regret. 

To take time out daily to be quiet and alone, that is separated from human interactions and other worldly distractions, is an essential part of your spiritual evolution. All of humanity is evolving spiritually, even when it is unseen and unacknowledged, because that is the purpose of human existence. You chose to experience separation from your Source, but you have also chosen to return to Oneness, and, as humans, most of you remain unaware of either of those choices! 

However, a great awakening is underway, the Love of God, the energy field of infinite power in which all that exists is eternally enveloped, has flooded the planet and everyone has wet feet! Wet feet cannot be ignored, you have to do something about them, and changing your socks is not enough. You have to deal with the Source of that Wetness, and you do so by coming to the awareness that in fact you do not have wet feet, you do not have feet at all, because you are One with the Wetness, You and the Wetness are One, the Divine Source from which Creation is flowing eternally, and from which you have never been separated. 

Separation from God, the Source of all that exists is impossible, it can only be imagined. To be separated would be to cease to exist, you know that, and so to even imagine it, which you do as humans, is indeed terrifying. But that terror is also unreal, an imagined state that seems very real to you, especially as you look around and see the intense pain that many are suffering throughout the world. Humans attacking one another in fear; preemptive attacks in the hope of saving self by destroying another. But, as deep within you all truly know, an attack on another is an attack on oneself. 

It is the growing awareness of this that is leading you forward toward wakening from the dream. And in your growing awareness you see more clearly the insanity of the world and the violence and hatred it appears to encourage. The dichotomy between the hatred that you see demonstrated and the love that you want to share and experience is very confusing and unsettling for you. It seems that there is nothing you, as individuals, can do to change the world. And, if you view it like that – a need to change the world – there is no answer. Everyone has a different idea of who and what needs to be changed and how, and consequently harmonious cooperation to achieve peace on Earth is impossible. You cannot change another! 

The only way forward, and many are now realizing this, is to change yourselves by claiming your true nature and living it. Yes, in the world you see the innocent and unarmed abused, tortured, and killed, and it has always been like this. But where love and reconciliation have been tried they have worked. Do not allow yourselves to be persuaded that Love does not work. It is the only thing that works. Refuse to engage in attack or defense, it is utterly against and in opposition to your divine nature, and you know it and feel intensely uncomfortable when you do. You may attempt to justify yourselves by telling yourselves that there was no other option, that violence has to be opposed by violence, otherwise intense suffering occurs, but deep within you know this is not true, and that violence inevitably leads to more violence. 

There is no such thing as a just war! You all know this! To deny it does not make it just. 

Uncountable numbers have acknowledged this, and although violence and suffering persist, the Tsunami of Love is opening hearts all across the planet to bring an end to the nightmare in which you have been seemingly enveloped for so long. 

Open your hearts, if you have not already done so, and intend with all your heart to extend and intensify the Tsunami of Love that envelops you in every moment, and watch in joy as conflicts wind down and terminate. You are making it happen by your own intent to be only loving whatever the situation, and you have infinite assistance from those in the spiritual realms, in Reality. The nightmare of worldwide poverty, conflict, and suffering will cease. 

Avoid all temptation to express anger violently. When you feel uncomfortable emotionally, upset, angry, resentful, or hateful, you are coming from ego, which enjoys chaos and confusion and the discomfort it causes. So, when you feel it, instead of acting on it, just let it go or wash over you and move on out, it will. In your intense awareness of anger be strong and instead of engaging with it, intend to expand your energy fields of Love to integrate with the Tsunami of Love, so that you can love what has angered you and forgive it. 

Doing this, brings you peace, although your ego may well attempt to persuade you not to be at peace but to express your righteous anger because you have been wronged. However, when you operate from your real Self, from your quiet inner temple, peace and love flow through you calming the storms that are arising within you and smoothing the troubled waters of your emotions. That is why I keep stressing the importance of going within daily to be quietly at one with your real or Higher Self and with God. 

That is your task on Earth at this critical moment in humanity's evolution, because that is what is bringing humanity to wakefulness. You cannot fail, because it is God's Will and yours that humanity awakens, but your loving input from your inner temple is essential to dissolve the remaining foundations on which the illusion depends.

Peace and Love resides within each one of you, go within and claim It

Oneness can no longer be denied! Cutting edge science knows, because their experiments have demonstrated it conclusively, that everything is connected to everything else, there is no separation. In the everyday world, where the majority of humans focus their attention as they earn their livings, separation is self-evident, but that is because of how you focus your attention on your bodily needs, identifying with them and with their survival, and with their avoidance of pain, and your desire for pleasure through them. In the illusory world bodies seem very real, because you live through them, gaining all your experiences and sensations through your so-called five senses. But those are limiting thoughts that you believe are real, and by holding those limiting beliefs you therefore make them real. In fact, there are no limits! The limits that you experience are part of the illusion that you built collectively. 

And of course, those limits are an aspect of the illusion that enables you to experience separation as real. When the collective decision to experience separation was taken, the collective wanted it to appear to be as convincing as possible. Thus, with separation it appears that many separate people are desperately struggling to accumulate as much as possible of the seemingly limited earthly resources that each one needs for survival in order to ensure that they can continue to survive. This leads to conflict and war. But, whenever people have cooperated together, it can be seen that in fact there is an ample abundance available to satisfy everyone’s needs. 

What you do to another, you do to yourselves. If you withhold and hoard the Earth’s beneficence for your own personal use, so will everyone else, and you see this happening all over the world, and scarcity results. On the other hand, when you share that beneficence willingly, you will always have an abundance, and some of you have already discovered this. However, due to your history of hoarding and controlling, trust has almost disappeared, and trust is an essential aspect of a loving economy, where the needs of everyone are easily met. 

You need to trust each other, for limitation and scarcity to evaporate. But, mostly, you do not trust yourselves, let alone others, because you have all from time to time betrayed trust that was placed in you, as well as having your own trust betrayed, and you therefore expect others to behave in a similar fashion. And, because you hold that belief that is what you experience. 

The first step on the path to establishing trust is to intend to be trustworthy and to trust yourselves, and if you betray that trust, as is likely on occasion, apologize to yourselves and forgive yourselves. As you become accustomed to forgiving yourselves, instead of judging, blaming, or condemning yourselves, you will find that self-acceptance grows and betrayal of trust is eliminated. When that happens, your vision or perception expands and you realize that what you were judging yourselves for is what others are also doing and that it is done out of fear! And by forgiving yourselves, your fears fall away, you become aware of the fear that others are experiencing, and you find yourselves filled with compassion for them instead of judgment. 

Expecting or demanding that others change before you change does not work. Over the eons that has been clearly demonstrated again and again. Change yourselves, intend to be only loving, regardless of the situations in which you find yourselves, and be aware of others who are also doing that instead of focusing your attention on those who are not. An enormous change has occurred on Earth over the last few decades, because millions have set the personal intent to be always loving, and Love expands Its influence across the planet every time someone sets that intent. As a result, those millions are becoming billions, and within the Tsunami of Love that has enveloped the planet angry conflicts are dissolving. Love is the infinitely powerful solvent that dissolves or melts all that is unloving. 

A peaceful and loving world can never be brought into being through war and conflict. To imagine that it can is not only illogical, it is insane. 

Many who are working for world peace are aware of this and are doing their utmost to make this clear to combatants everywhere. You can help them – yes you really can help them! – by entering your own inner space, the temple deep within you where Love is always present, and quietly intending – several times daily – to experience the warmth that dwells there and then intending to share it unconditionally and indiscriminately with every human without making even a single exception. As you well know, you are all the beloved children of God, and God excludes no one offering Love constantly to all. 

God is Love and knows that Love is the true nature of every single one of His children, because that is how He created them. Unloving behavior of any kind is driven by fear and is a most desperate cry for Love. Hear that cry and respond with Love, that is why you are incarnate on Earth at this moment. 

Only Love works, because only Love is Real! When you fight, thinking that fighting is stronger than Love, you are just extending the time scale in which the illusion functions and delaying your awakening from the nightmare of pain and suffering in which it seems you are embroiled. 

There are very few among you who have not at some time experienced the warmth and peace of love in the arms of another. That Peace and Love resides within each one of you, go within and claim It, It is your right. But you do have to relinquish your hold on judgment, resentment, and blame. 

You are all Love incarnate, but being incarnate means that you have accepted being beneath the veil that hides Love from you, separates you from It. But knowing that, as you do, you can part the veil when you go within and claim Love and allow It to suffuse you. When that occurs, you will never forget it, and you will let your fears just fall away. 

Here in the spiritual realms we await your call to Love, so that we may deliver as much as your physical bodies can accept. It is an intensely powerful energy that has to be personally adjusted for each of you. None of you will experience it in precisely the same way, but when you do experience It, even very briefly, all your doubts about God’s Love for you will dissolve, and any sense of unworthiness or unacceptability that you may have been clinging to will be gone. So, go within daily and relax completely into the Love that awaits you there.

Learn to weild greater power

Beloved Ones, 

It is important that you make time each day to be still, so that you can go within. During this time of the year, one’s schedule can become full of activities that you feel must be done, with family, friends and your community and this is wonderful, as long as you do not over extend yourselves. Too often there is a tendency to place too much importance on the pleasing of others rather than on one’s own needs. As in all things, there must be a balance, so that your equilibrium is maintained and sustained. It might require a rethinking of priorities or of lowering your own expectations and looking at alternative options. Many times, it is one’s own expectations of how things should be that create stress in one’s life. Your loved ones are willing to help and are willing to adjust to new ways of doing things and to experiencing new ways to celebrate the season. 

If one is relaxed and feeling peace within themselves, they do not leak impatient energies to those around them. Each person must realize that they are part of a greater whole and that their energies affect those around them, so it is important to look at themselves as having more power than previously contemplated. Many are feeling stressed, rushed and angry during these times and those who are extremely sensitive pick up this energy automatically and then wonder why they are feeling such feelings when they were feeling happy and peaceful before. Some of you are like sponges, absorbing the emotive fiery energies from all the people in your sphere of influence. When this happens, one needs to realize what has occurred and then counteract by finding a quiet space, finding time to soak in a tub of very warm and soothing water, perhaps perfumed with an essential oil of your choice and with some sea salt added to purify your auric field and clear all that is not conducive to who you really are. Listening to relaxing music is also very helpful. 

When one’s emotions include the feeling of gratitude, the universe rushes in to provide its counterpart in your life. At this time of the year, it is important to cultivate the feelings of the heart that open your heart centre to its radiant golden glow, so that it has the opportunity to expand into greater Christ consciousness. This consciousness is freely available to everyone and requires an openness and willingness to receive. This loving energy is non-denominational and is to be received and integrated by everyone. It is especially more potent as the world moves into the solstice in each hemisphere on your planet. Working with these potent energies helps to move you forward to the greater expansion of your inherent potentials. As you move through each day, use that extra power to bless everyone and everything around you. Bless every person you meet, bless the trees, the birds, the flowers, bless all the beauty that you see. Give thanks to God for everything. When you do this consistently, the angels, your guides, the Ascended Masters and your Higher Self will work in spirit so that it is accomplished. 

When you bless everything, it is by cosmic law that what goes out from you will come back to you, so be prepared for many blessings in your life. Better yet, become all blessings of God by making this a daily practice and this will automatically spread all blessings to the world around you. As you daily raise your consciousness and your vibrational frequency, you are also raising your Higher Self to a higher level. The higher your Higher Self rises, the higher you are lifted up. As people raise their consciousness, their Light spreads out for many miles like a blanket of pink Light which assists others to open their heart and consciousness and their awareness starts to expand. This pink Light expands out to encompass all who are within its field. This is why it is most important to purify your thoughts, as you expand in your power to manifest your reality by your thoughts. It is important to train your mind and watch all your thoughts, to see if they reflect the God that you are. 

Each and every one of you is learning to wield greater power in the world around you and this requires self discipline and self control. There are many examples of the misuse of power in the world and that is not what you are here to do. You are here to create positive and benevolent changes in the collective consciousness of the planet. You must continue to be the Love and the Light that you innately are. And with each passing day, we see more of you shine your brilliant Light and we rejoice!

You are becoming aware that you are not the victims of others, of circumstances, or of God

The Reality of the Oneness of all of creation is finally dawning on humanity, as is the importance of working harmoniously, creatively, and cooperatively together to heal yourselves from all the suffering that you have inflicted on each other, and to enable you to start healing and repairing the damage that you have collectively caused Planet Earth. This growing and essential awareness is an excellent reason to celebrate, because it indicates that over the eons much has been learnt and that from those lessons wisdom is growing.  Congratulations! From here, you can only move forwards, because you have learnt far too much to allow yourselves to slip backwards into the unconcern and disrespect for one another and for your beautiful planet that has for eons been the norm of human behavior. 

You are definitely leaving sleep and unrealistic dreams behind, as your awareness of your divine connectedness comes more fully into your conscious minds. You are One with God, your eternal Source of being, and as your awareness of this divine and undeniable truth intensifies your ability to forget, to switch off to your true nature weakens and fades from view. You are becoming consciously accountable, you are becoming aware of your responsibilities, you are realizing that the environment in which you are presently experiencing life, consciousness, is something that you yourselves are building and maintaining in every moment. You are becoming aware that you are not the victims of others, of circumstances, or of God, but that what you experience is a conscious choice that you have made, so that you will undergo and engage with the lessons that you know that you need to learn to move forwards on your spiritual paths. 

All your paths are spiritual ones, wisely chosen to ensure that you experience the lessons that you have each decided – with the help and guidance of the unsurpassed wisdom of your spiritual guides and mentors – that you need to learn. Realizing that you are not victims of your environment, of others’ nefarious decisions to crush or betray you, or of God’s judgment upon you, enables you to move forwards on your paths to enlightenment, to awakening, with the necessary enthusiasm and confidence to ensure that you reach your destination. 

For eons you have been apparently trapped in an endless cycle of repetitious and intensely painful experiences over which it has seemed that you had no control.  You were, it seemed to you, at “the mercy of the gods!” – earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms, other peoples wars, betrayals and catastrophes. Now you are seeing that what happens is a result of your own beliefs, attitudes, actions, and behaviors. Realizing this enables you to change the environment that you experience, and the situations in which you find yourselves “inadvertently” involved, by changing your expectations. 

None of your experiences are inadvertent. Everything that happens to you has a far deeper meaning than you can understand or access as human beings with your severely limited intelligence and your equally limited underlying wisdom – if it can even be called wisdom! You chose, for very good reasons, reasons that were perfectly clear to you prior to your individual incarnations, to undergo a variety of experiences as humans in the limited environment that you constructed for yourselves. And you have learnt lessons of incredible value, as you have struggled with this worldly environment and the limitations that your physical bodies and their intrinsic energy fields, by their very nature, have imposed upon you. 

Your true nature, the nature to which you are inextricably and eternally connected is Love, Godliness, Oneness with your Source. You can pretend, as you have been doing for eons in the time driven illusion in which you experience life as humans, that you are alone, individual, disconnected from the Source of all existence, abandoned, betrayed and basically unreal – chemical reactions in an inanimate and forever unchanging and basically unliving, in fact dead and unconscious universe. 

However, you are in fact moving permanently away from that unreal and unsupported belief, that fearful state of mistrust, as Love floods your apparently tiny and individual worlds – where it has seemed that you are, each one of you, small and insignificant beings at the center of an incredibly large and threatening universe which is constantly striving to crush and destroy you. It is unrelentingly encouraging you to open to the possibility that you are far, far more than your bodily reflections in the mirror suggest. And of course, what Love is suggesting to you, is indeed offering to you, is Reality as a replacement for the threatening and illusory environment in which you are presently experiencing very unsatisfactory, terrifying and exhausting lives that have nothing to offer as a reward for living honestly except death! What an unrealistic outcome or finale to a life spent struggling with such unrelieved hardship and woes. 

Go within, find that quiet, spacious, and welcoming inner sanctum that you all possess, ask for help, Love, and guidance, and start to awaken into the understanding of your divine and eternal nature. As you do so, your fears and anxieties will dissolve, being unreal, and you will start to experience an awareness of your divinity that will bring you an abundance of joy, as you once more connect with the spiritual realms, where you live always at one with God.

When you take time out, you move into greater alignment with the Love field

Within your human spirit your divine connection resides permanently and irremovably, because you were created as divine beings eternally at one with your Creator. You have been mostly unaware of this over the eons because of the severe restrictions and limitations that your illusory environment imposes upon you. But now, with new and powerful energies embracing you all, you are becoming once more aware of your divine connection and are opening your hearts to receive and accept the loving spiritual guidance that is constantly on offer. This acceptance is essential to the awakening process that you are undergoing — a process that will reach its inevitable conclusion with you all awakening into eternal joy. 

You were created in joy to delight in that state eternally, and nothing can prevent you from awakening into it because it is your natural state — it is Reality, your Home. Love is the energy of God’s creation, and it is joyful, happy, exhilarating, inspiring, and uplifting . . . infinitely so. Consequently, Life — the aspect of God’s divine field of Love that enables full spiritual consciousness — satisfies the divine creative urge by constantly expanding, sharing Itself indiscriminately and abundantly in an ever-ongoing outflowing of creative energy, thus providing and maintaining a limitless smorgasbord of heavenly self-expression. 

Creation is changeless, and yet it is constantly expanding and innovating, because God wishes to amuse Himself and His children with an infinite selection of new ideas and concepts, which will add further abundance to the divine energy field in which all that is conceivable has its eternal existence. Boredom, unfashionableness, decay, or death are of the illusion, where newness is constantly sought. In Reality no seeking is necessary; all that is conceived of is instantly present, further adding to the abundant wonder and beauty that is Creation. 

When you are taking time out alone during the day to go within and commune with Spirit — your Higher Self, the field of Divine Love — focus on allowing your hearts to open in acceptance, as you surrender to the Love that envelops you. If you cannot sense or feel the warmth or the embrace in which It enfolds you, it means that you have not surrendered totally, that you are trying to influence or importune the Divine instead of just allowing the Divine to influence you. You will know when you are truly in contact, because you will be overwhelmed by the total and unconditional acceptance you experience ... without judgment of any kind ... just complete acceptance of you as you are, in the moment. 

It is in your own highest interests to make time available daily to go within, and I cannot stress this strongly or frequently enough. The illusion is a vast series of distractions. Everything that engages your attention for whatever reason, or encourages you to engage, is a distraction! That leads you to forget that you are spiritual beings having a bodily experience. Your bodies do need some attention to keep them in running order, but basically they can run themselves, as they give you clear signals whenever they need food or rest. And when you are not receiving those signals, your egoic minds are up and running, almost ceaselessly, as they seek new and interesting stories to tell you. 

When you take time out, relaxing, as your thoughts flow freely by, your energy levels move into greater alignment with the Love field enveloping you. Peace descends upon you, relieving any untoward stresses, and your guides can communicate easily with you: either directly – you can feel or sense their presence; or indirectly — through your intuition or inner knowing. In those moments of peace, issues and problems with which you are dealing become less urgent, less intrusive, and the answers that will occur to you will be wiser and more appropriate. Take time out regularly during the day and enjoy the reduction in stress and the increase in peace that you then experience.
