There is protection for Mother Earth and all lifeforms on it

The worldwide problems continue with no indication as to how long they will last and which direction they are going in. You certainly recognise that the hard times will continue with no sign of any change coming at present. You reap what you sow and consequently the future does not look very encouraging, as there seems to be no real appreciation of how much time you have left to deal with the problems that threaten your existence. Yes, there are voices shouting loud and clear as to the urgent need to take action now, if you are to avoid a world catastrophe.

Action is being taken but falls short of what is required to avoid the inevitable problems that are building up right now. Clearly you cannot deal with a worldwide problem without all countries contributing to attempts to avoid the inevitable crash that is staring you in the face. We stand by with help and do our best to assist you to create a path that will adequately guide you in the direction that you should be going. It is not our direct responsibility to tell you what to do, but we try our best to get you onto the right path that will help you deal with the immediate problems.

All along we have been by your side trying to get you to not just recognise the problems you have created, but to take the action necessary to stall the inevitable, and prevent it from causing a breakdown that could be very difficult to contain. There is an underlying problem that your governments seem reluctant to address, and that relates to the secrets of their advancements that have been kept from you that could have been used to uplift your quality of life and give you a secure future. Some have been impossible to hold back but many are hidden from you.

Much can be accredited to the dark Ones who have used your money and facilities to benefit their own agenda for world domination. They will not achieve their aims as greater powers than they oversee events on Earth, to prevent actions that could decimate the greater part of your civilisation. This is because there is protection for Mother Earth and all lifeforms on it. We will not allow its annihilation that could follow an all-out nuclear war, and we have already given that warning to you.

Our comments may be upsetting for some, but we cannot keep the truth back indefinitely. From our perspective time is running short for positive action to be taken by you. We have nurtured you for eons of time, but now the onus is upon you to accept the consequences of your actions, or should we say lack of action. You have created a path into the future that is unlikely to establish peace on Earth that should be the ultimate aim of all your actions. You need to take the necessary steps that will overcome the threat to mankind’s future, and then we will be allowed to take a more direct interest in the outcome and assist you.

You have advanced much more quickly in recent times as new methods have been introduced that have lifted up your ways of working. When more new inventions are introduced, the pace of advancement will become even quicker. They should all benefit Humanity, but some are not necessarily released, but kept secret from you. We follow your progress with a view to ensuring where possible that new innovations are made open to you, so that the advantages can help all people.

We are excited over the coming years that should speed up your evolution. We are certainly ready to grant you access to new ways of life that should be more enjoyable and productive. However, there is always a correct time to introduce them, and it is yet to come when matters are more peaceful upon Earth. We have already told you how to produce endless supplies of fresh water by the treatment of sea water, and it would be relatively cheap to do so. Just that by itself would overcome one of your biggest worries. It was covered by a message from Kryon some time ago that gave sufficient details for you to understand how to do it.

Once you start exploring ideas that further your evolution, we try to guide you in the right direction to ensure your success. For example, you are already progressing into a new era of transport by going electric, having successfully produced electric cars that you are continually improving. The benefits are obvious, not least of all the reduction in pollution. It is only in recent times that you have realised the urgency in reducing the levels of pollution upon Earth. Every step you take to reduce it helps to bring about a healthier population. We will continue to help you evolve and simply await your first signs of understanding new ways of doing things that are more efficient.

By now, you should understand how much we help you along, most times without you realising our part in it. In the near future we shall come openly to meet you, but it cannot happen until you can be considered to have given up your warlike attitude and weapons of destruction. Regretfully, at this time you are nowhere near ready to bring about world peace and the banning of weapons of mass destruction.

However, many of you have your hearts in the right place and work for peace and we are totally behind you all. Have faith in us and no fear in carrying out your work as we will be protecting you.

The best is yet to come

As time passes it is becoming obvious that the period you are going through is bringing about changes that will affect your whole way of life. Most of them will be seen as bringing about very acceptable changes that will make life a lot easier. However, it is relationships between the different countries that will need to bring about a greater coordination that is beneficial to all concerned. Bear in mind that as one Human Race there must come a time when you work as one unit where the benefits achieved are open to everyone. The population upon Earth is growing very rapidly and will become unmanageable unless there is a coming together to share the resources of Mother Earth.

For too long you have had different levels of existence from the very poor to the very rich, and it is necessary for the riches of the Earth to be shared in such a way that all may live in comparative comfort. Medical issues also need adjustment so that all may have at least health provisions that ensure people have a decent standard of health. You already know that it is necessary if you are to have a population that has the means to deal with medical needs to ensure they are healthy. You already have the knowledge and means to achieve it so there is no real problem preventing you going ahead. The expectancy of life varies from one country to another and is largely down to medical issues that can be overcome by raising living standards.

You have all experienced various lives at many different levels and deep down you know what it is like to live in deprived countries where even life expectancy is much less than elsewhere. You are all brothers and sisters and need to care for each other and help those that often need help just to survive. They are rarely responsible for living in such circumstances and their quality of life is very poor. Until recent times they had little in the way of education and clearly that is a stumbling block to making progress. We really do not need to emphasise the point we are trying to make, but until these problems are dealt with you cannot really claim to have made much progress.

Your technological advancements are massive and should be used to generate a better standard of living, whereas much is kept secret and used for ulterior motives. When you are given help by us to progress we intend it to benefit all souls upon Earth and not be held back for a privileged few. We say again, you are one family and should live accordingly so that all people have a reasonable standard of living, as upon Earth there are sufficient resources to achieve it.

As the vibrations continue to lift up, you will find life will become easier as the negative influences will begin to lose their power. Those souls of the Light will be empowered and able to do good works without as much interference as previously. It will enable better opportunities for those who are involved and progress will be much faster. Clearly there has to be what you would call a parting of the ways and ultimately that will occur through Ascension. It should be the aim of every awakened soul, so that they are ready to ascend and leave the lower vibrations behind.

Your path is beckoning and as long as you keep it in your sight, you should not have any problems in achieving completion. You have incarnated at this time for the very reason that Ascension is due to take place very soon. The exact time is only known and controlled by those higher forces that oversee the events on Earth. However, an approximate time has been given that is around 2029/2030. It is obvious that this time scale means there are many changes to come in the near future.

However, there is no need for you to worry or be concerned about your immediate future, as it is set to help you achieve completion. Indeed, there is so much help available, you cannot really fail, unless you go completely off your life plan. We will always do what is permissible to keep you on the right path. Your success will give us great pleasure to greet you in due course and there will be great celebrations at your wonderful achievement.

We have been with you all of the way and at your elbow so to say, and your success is shared by us. You have had a hard journey, but to your credit have stayed the course to arrive at this point in time. We know the tears you have shed and enjoyed the good times with you, but the best is yet to come, so keep going and never look back as you have nearly completed the course much to our delight.

Nothing will stop the progression of those Beings who have shown themselves to be ready for Ascension

Things around you seem to be moving faster than ever and your main concerns are the climate changes that are affecting your daily lives. Some you can deal with, but others are happening on a worldwide basis and need an equally quick solution. Your whole future is in the balance, yet if you take action that is needed now, there is no reason why you should not be able to keep matters in check. The alternative is a situation that will be left too long and beyond your current abilities. Words are fine, but action is needed now to hold back the inevitable outcome leading to world problems of a great magnitude. It has taken time for you to realise that you are facing a crisis of such proportions, that only a combined and coordinated effort by all countries will change the outcome. We stand by and through the power of thought hope to see a response that indicates you understand the seriousness of what is taking place.

Seeing the overall picture and knowing what you need to do to deal with it, we hope those with an eye to see what is happening are listened to and taken seriously. Time is on your side for the time being and we are impressing upon those who will listen to the right way to approach your problems. On a higher level nothing will stop the progression of those Beings who have shown themselves to be ready for Ascension. However, the pathway forward can be less troublesome and made easier if you recognise what is required from you at the present time. Cooperation between countries would result in a better outcome as bear in mind that worldwide problems are too big to be left to just one, it would be too overpowering.

We know that efforts are being made to reduce the use of energy sources that are creating problems, but speed is of the essence. You are beginning to recognise the implications of what is taking place and the people are also becoming aware and look to their Leaders for action, as so many lives are already being affected. The people are very concerned as they do not feel sufficient attention is being given to the problems seriously affecting their lives. You have the means to overcome the challenges that you are experiencing making the leadership of the people so vital and important. When you show willingness to get things done, we are allowed to help you in various ways, but the first moves must come from you.

Know that any situation can be used for your ultimate benefit and that is where we come in and ensure that no opportunity is wasted to advance your evolution. After all, when you come into a new life there is always a plan that you have agreed that ensures there are opportunities for you to continue evolving. The whole set up is very complicated as you would understand it and it is reliant upon many souls playing their part to the “script” so that all involved gain experience and advancement from it.

For example, your parents, relations and friends are all linked to you in some way, and together you all play your parts in each other’s lives. It may sound impossible to guide the outcome, but if you were on our side of the veil with a greater perception, you would understand as we do. Your evolution is considered so important; every possible step is taken to ensure you progress. Naturally, there are some souls who are obstinate and single minded who have little or no interest in their future and rarely believe in life after death. In such circumstances, upon their death, they will become aware that they are still conscious, but have no idea of what they should do. Of course, help will come when they are ready to awaken to the idea that they are still alive after the death of their physical body.

It must be mentioned that in between lives, when you are in the higher realms, you do normally gain an understanding of how your evolution is planned, and a review of your previous lives. Very few carry that knowledge with them upon reincarnating, as the focus is upon the next life when it is best that you start afresh. However, some souls are aware of previous lives, and it is usually given to them so that they have knowledge needed to fulfil their next life plan.

As individual souls, you are given tasks that are no more than you are capable of handling and can cope with that are within your abilities. You would be born with certain links to talents needed to enable you to carry out your life plan. So, you see that many events in your lives are pre-planned and arranged for you at an appropriate time. Exactly when is sometimes reliant upon other souls coming into your life. From this you can see that major events are planned for you, and if necessary involve several other souls, and so it goes on until you finally reach that point when you ascend, and that is to be the experience of many of you very soon.

In view of the importance of this lifetime that for many will be their last one upon Earth, it is vital that they use their experiences from previous lives to see this one out, by helping others understand what is at stake each time they reincarnate. There is nothing better than talking to others from your own experience and understanding.

Do not despair as the changes will be beneficial to you all

For all the activity upon Earth there is a reason that is not apparent to you that we have touched upon. The changes are obvious although the ultimate purpose is not known to you. Preparations had to be made for the introduction of new technologies that will make life much more bearable and easier for you all. You presently worry about how you are going to survive the rising costs of living through the hard times ahead and you will of course, because humans are very resilient and hardy and know how to get through such times.

Whatever effort you put in or sacrifices made it will be worth it to establish a better way of living that will result in peace upon Earth. The people are suffering especially in war ravaged areas and as unlikely as it seems it is clearing karma that cannot be carried forward and must be finished before peace ascends upon Earth. Not everyone has prepared for the New Age, but their future is assured regardless of their present level of evolution. Those souls who have hardly advanced at all will naturally return to the same level for further experiences that will help them to awaken to the truth of their real selves.

Understand that you enter each lifetime prepared for the plan you had already agreed to. You would have been given every assurance that help was always on hand if it was needed. Your Guides know better than you what experiences you need to lift you up and keep you on the straight and narrow. However, if you choose to go your own way it will be honoured. There are times when you will meet up with your Guides to discuss matters particularly if you have gone astray. In reality you are never alone and every effort is made to help you advance by completing the tasks given you.

As soon as you awaken to the truth of your being your Guides will come closer to you knowing that you will respond more readily to their influence. Their objective is to help you rise up, so that each life is a step nearer to your evolution. The Earth is a school of learning which is why visitors from other realms are not normally allowed to meet you as it might interfere with your progress. However, once you are ready it is an option that may be used by those who plan your experiences. Your true reality is far removed from your present understanding and the good news it is far better than you imagine.

Can you imagine what a mammoth task it would be for you to have to manage your experiences totally by yourselves, it is nigh on impossible and when you return to the higher levels you will understand why as sometimes you have to be “pushed” along to get the experiences you need. We would remind you that at the root of it all is your need to reach a stage when you can ascend to never have to return to the lower vibrations, unless you do so to help others who still struggle to make progress.

The time for us to openly show ourselves to you is approaching and will take place prior to your Ascension. We need to establish a good understanding with you so that we can at times work together. By doing so things will go speeding ahead, as we will introduce you to advanced concepts that you have not yet developed. Much is lined up to vastly improve your quality of life and will be given to you when the vibrations have lifted up and the negative entities can no longer influence you. There is a place for them to continue their lives and have the experiences they need to evolve. Every soul will be helped to progress by kind loving helpers who know exactly what they need to continue evolving.

Mother Earth will continue to be a home to Man, but will also rise up having cleansed it of the mess left after centuries of mankind’s disrespect for her wellbeing. New ways of living and providing the comforts needed to achieve a sensible level of life will come in due course. At present some souls barely exist and have such a low standard of life with only the bare necessities. Man has to care for his fellow souls and show that help is always available for the most needy amongst you. There has always been enough on Earth to ensure every soul is looked after and does not starve for the want of food, or health for the want of treatment. Remember that you are all one big family and should care for each other accordingly.

At this time many young souls are reaching that age when they are nearly ready to give you the knowledge they brought with them that will uplift you. Realise that events are planned in advance that will speed up the changes and souls who have the ability to introduce them are ready. As with all else affecting your progress, there is always a right time for their introduction. It may not seem so but all progress is planned well in advance and souls incarnate with the attributes needed to carry them out.

Dear Ones, from our viewpoint and being able to see far ahead, we can assure you that everything is on course to work out as planned. So, do not despair as the changes will be beneficial to you all. It is all part of the plan to enable you to set your feet firmly upon the ground. There is really nothing to fear, as we have all matters under our control.

Awakening is entering higher dimensions of spiritual and conscious awareness

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Shake, rattle and roll aptly describes Earth’s energy field of potential, which is a reflection of light forces’ amped-up activity on the planet to dismantle the remnants of the Illuminati’s global network. Most of the populace have no idea what is underlying happenings that are causing them stress and fear, and they don’t know they have the ability to change anything.

A highly evolved soul, Arnold by name, recently spoke about this, and it is our great pleasure to share his words.

Earth’s people believe they are powerless to change situations they see as grave because they don’t know the power of the mind is boundless. That knowledge has been hidden from them by the darkness that also has kept them trapped for millennia in deception, delusion, fear and battles.

You volunteered to help them escape from that entrapment and you are eager for evidence that your mission is indeed bearing fruit. Dear souls, soon you shall have it. Puppets of the darkness will cause chaos for a short period before accepting that the light forces have defeated them. During that period, anxiety and confusion will be widespread, but when the brilliance of the light—and yours is a grand part of it—shines through the settling dust and revelations come forth, Earth’s people will embrace the abundance of love energy and set about transforming their world.

You have the honor, gratitude and unconditional love of all light beings in this Universe for your invaluable contributions to Gaia and all of Earth’s residents.

We thank you, Arnold, for your stirring words of assurance and loving tribute to lightworkers.

Another indication of the effectiveness of your light, dear family, is this email that is similar to others my mother is receiving: “As a retired professor and avid reader, I thought I was fairly knowledgeable until a few days ago, when a former colleague sent me your newsletter. This is the first I have seen information like this and I can’t stop thinking about it. I am especially interested in knowing about ‘awakening.’ How will I know if I ‘awaken’? Does it come as a rush of enlightenment or in phases? Will I feel different emotionally?”

Our response to the dear soul who wrote applies to every soul-searcher, and thanks to ever-rising vibrations, their numbers are increasing by the day. Most simply stated, awakening is entering higher dimensions of spiritual and conscious awareness. For the writer, the process began by contemplating our information instead of dismissing it, but the beginning can come in a number of other ways.

You may doubt the accuracy of something in a newscast, whereas formerly you didn’t question reports from that source. Possibly you read something that is startling, yet it rings true, and you feel motivated to learn more about that subject. Maybe someone’s perspective of an important issue suddenly seems much more insightful than you previously thought, and your view now seems short-sighted. You may come across a metaphysical book or Internet site that piques your interest in knowing more about what exists beyond the five senses. Or, maybe in a quiet moment the resolution to a baffling situation suddenly is clear, and you wonder what other information may be in the stillness of your mind.

However awakening begins, you will feel exhilarated by thinking more deeply and perceiving situations more broadly. You will experience a sense of Aha! as well as humility as you learn to trust your intuition in distinguishing truth from falsehood. The desire to know more about yourself and your world starts feeling natural, as if you have turned a corner and are excited about exploring new territory.

As you traverse this pathway of expanding spiritual and conscious awareness, you will come to know that you are a soul, not a person who has a soul, and you chose to experience this lifetime on Earth. You will learn about multiple lifetimes in various civilizations in this Universe, and that between incarnations, you live in a spirit world. Learning about soul contracts and pre-birth agreements will let you understand why some relationships and circumstances are splendid and others are difficult.

You will learn that light and love are the same energy, consciousness emanating from Creator, the supreme being of the Cosmos, and it is the most powerful force in existence. In this universe, the energy comes from God, by whatever name you call the supreme being of this Universe. As an aspect of God, you are a unique, independent immortal soul energetically connected with every other life form throughout this Universe and with Creator. Along with seeing yourself as a multidimensional member of the universal family, you will learn about your powerful innate abilities.

Every step along this pathway of discovery will evoke a profound sense of awe, fulfilment and gratitude for new knowledge. Yet, the reality of your experiencing is even more profound—it has been a process is self-discovery and what you have learned is not new knowledge. Everything is known at soul level, and by consciously tapping into that vastness, you are remembering what you already know.

The Universal Law of Attraction—like attracts like—is bringing together awakening and awakened souls. This connecting of kindred spirits will continue until there is unity in the collective consciousness and Earth’s Golden Age can begin blooming in glorious earnestness.

Manifesting that Sublime Age will entail establishing new systems, institutions, policies, methods and attitudes to replace the old that no longer serve any purpose. For millennia those ways that are rooted in harshness, ignorance, unjustness, divisiveness, prejudice, economic disparity and warring have enabled countless souls in this universe to experience what they chose to complete third density karmic lessons and attain balance so they could evolve to fourth density. The time for that is rapidly coming to an end on Earth. Then, souls who want to complete 3D karma will incarnate in some third density world that offers them those circumstances they need.

The transitional path from old ways to new will be a joyful, exciting adventure for all who choose to go in that direction. Still, some steps that are clearing the way to that path may not be easily accepted, and we thank the sensitive soul who wrote about one such step.

“I would like to know how souls at your station feel about condemning to death people who commit terrible crimes instead of life terms in prison. What does it say about us spiritually and evolutionary-wise if we sanction ‘legal’ killing even though the afterlife review will be severe punishment? Can you tell me why trials for some civilians are held in military courts instead of courts with a jury of peers? Can you explain why God lets any of His children become dangerous criminals and lost souls?”

That any members of our universal family lose their way to the extent that some have is a deep sadness for all of us at this station. However, that feeling cannot linger, because its low vibrations would interrupt the continuous flow of light that helps keep the Universe in balance.

Darkness in your world cannot be extinguished completely if persons who committed crimes against humanity are imprisoned. Individuals who planned and carried out the “pandemic,” are involved in sex-trafficking and pedophilia, participate in satanic rituals or commit other atrocities are puppets of the darkness. As long as they are living on Earth, their thoughts and feelings will continue to generate the lowest of vibrations.

Vibrations, high and low, are contagious. It is easy to see how quickly the high vibes of joy and laughter spread. The spread of low vibrations becomes noticeable only after it is too late to reverse its destructive course. That is why the dark forces were able to annihilate civilizations in other worlds and obliterate entire planets. It is why that force twice was able to take over ancient civilizations in your world and much later, send the planet spiralling down into deep third density. Gaia does not want that to happen again.

The civilians whose trials are in military courts are individuals who committed one or more of the aforementioned crimes. With good reason they are not tried in criminal courts, where bribery, threats, lying, strategic delays, withholding incriminating evidence, false accusations, technicalities that result in case dismissal, and plea bargaining are frequent. Also, guilty verdicts can be appealed. None of that occurs in military courts. When evidence is overwhelming and irrefutable, the verdict is guilty and a punishment that fits the crime. Everything is handled legally, judiciously and quickly.

Please do not interpret our addressing the death penalty for individuals who are guilty of committing unconscionable acts as our endorsement of souls killing other souls. It is that we understand why, in this situation, this is necessary. Manifesting Earth’s destiny, her Golden Age, requires the eradication of all darkness on the planet, and that cannot be accomplished if puppets of the dark forces—and they number in the many thousands—continue emitting the low vibrations that enable the forces’ influence not only to remain, but spread.

In last month’s message we talked about the power of forgiving souls. What we said in that message is especially relevant to the individuals we are speaking about today.

Now then, the life review process is not a replacement or substitute for your society’s lawful trials, and it is a misunderstanding that the review is punishment. It is the universal law of physics that pertains to the consequences of an individual’s free will actions and intentions, a lifelong “movie” that includes the very same feelings of every person whose life that individual touched. Many reviews are joyous occasions that can be reverently thought of as the grand finale of a kind, caring person’s lifetime on Earth. That is not the case for individuals the dear soul who wrote is referring to.

If God could prevent any of His children from becoming heinous criminals, surely He would. But He cannot—He is bound to honor Creator’s gift of free will to every soul in this Universe. He is not permitted to interfere even when some of His children treat others in unconscionable ways, start wars or embark upon genocide. As “an amalgamation of every soul in this universe”—His words—He knows every thought and feels every emotion, from joy to grief, from safety to fear, of all His children, and He suffers the same physical pain they do. To us, that is an unimaginable burden, but He bears it willingly because His love for all His children is unconditional.

“Lost souls” are the province of Creator, the source of the love-light energy in which all souls in the Cosmos originated and the only power that can declare a soul lost. If, after a soul’s myriad lifetimes in darkness and continuous offers of light forces’ help to break free of dark forces’ influence, it still chooses the path of atrocity, violence and fear mongering, Creator draws the soul’s energy back into Itself. When that happens, and it is extremely rare, it is as if that soul never existed.

Now, beloved brothers and sisters, we end our message with the love and upliftment of Arnold’s words: You volunteered to help them escape from that entrapment and you are eager for evidence that your mission is indeed bearing fruit. Dear souls, soon you shall have it. … You have the honor, gratitude and unconditional love of all light beings in this Universe for your invaluable contributions to Gaia and all of Earth’s residents.

Greater powers oversee your progress and have your best interests at heart

As might be expected the changes occurring in the Solar System have come to the attention of NASA scientists who are at a loss to explain the reason for them, referring to them as a “weird happening”. The impact you have had is confined to each cycle, so that all can commence again as new. Even you have recognised evidence of a previous cycle, although it is hard to come by after all of this time with the many earth changes that have taken place.

Things appear very confused at present, as you cannot see a pattern to events that indicates what the outcome may be, except it is apparent that much of the old is disappearing never to return. It is always comforting to hold onto that which is familiar, but necessary changes are planned in advance to show you the road to follow. You cannot cling onto the old any longer, as much has to make way for the changes that will propel you into the New Age.

Take heart and do not allow yourselves to be pulled down by what you perceive as unconnected events that do not seem to be in your interests. Everything has a purpose, even if at this time you cannot see it. One day you will look back and see the pattern emerge that carried you forwards and helped set up the basis for a new way of living. Mankind has had many opportunities to advance, but has been loath to contemplate changes that would cause considerable upheaval. However, they must come and cannot be avoided as they have already commenced.

Be ready for changes and do so with an open mind knowing that all is part of a magnificent adventure that will lift you out of the period of uncertainty you are now in. Never forget that greater powers oversee your progress and have your best interests at heart. In the not too distant future you will meet those souls that have travelled with you, and have kept you on course for a happy and fulfilling conclusion. Keep calm and peaceful and soon you will find that other souls will recognise your true spirituality.

Imagine a time to come when all souls will be recognised by their true spiritual colours, when the truth is always apparent for all to see. It cannot be covered up, unlike your present experiences when you find it difficult to know whether you can trust what you are hearing. However, as time passes, you will continue to advance until you too will only be able to speak the truth, because it will be your natural way of life, as it will for others who have also reached that higher level. It is the one you are progressing towards, when clearly nothing less will be able to exist.

Whatever effort you put in now, even if it is hard going, will be well rewarded, so never give up and keep acting positively, and in so doing you will set a good example to those around you. People will feel the positive emanations coming from your aura, but are unlikely to realise exactly where they come from. Bear in mind “that like attracts like” where your vibrations are concerned, so that in itself is a good outcome. The higher your vibrations the less likely it is that you will be affected by germs around you. Also keeping calm in difficult situations will also help keep your vibrations high and avoid possible illness. Keeping calm and peaceful is so healthy for your body.

Obviously your general health is also important, and good healthy foods rather than those that are processed are the most beneficial. With adequate exercise to keep your body in trim, there is not much more you would need to do to remain healthy. Humans are noted for being controlled by taste that is often manufactured and not necessarily the best for you. Naturally your body is great at dealing with all types of foods you enjoy, and in the long run there will likely be effects resulting in illness and even physical disabilities.

We do not like to preach to you, but rather invite you to think of your body as a magnificent piece of work that deserves consideration and care to ensure it operates at maximum efficiency. Taking care of it means you will go through life with few problems and can still fully enjoy it. Know that it will let you know in no uncertain terms if you are abusing it and even then can self-heal in many instances. Finally adequate sleep and exercise are necessary if you are going to enjoy your health. There is no reason why you should suddenly get illnesses for no apparent reason, but there is always likely to be a karmic reason tied to the experiences you need to continue evolving.

In all things connected with leading a good life free from worries, remember that your Higher Self and Guides are often responsible for reminding you of the best action to take, but they do not impose their help upon you, but simply offer it for your consideration. Again we remind you that experiences that are part of your agreed life plan will obviously take place. It will probably all sound rather involved, but your life is subject to a multitude of events that seem to take place quite naturally.
