Message from Master Saint Germain via Méline Lafont 

Greetings, Saint Germain here. 

Let us speak about manifestation. So, how come that you are seemingly always awaiting things for you to come and to be manifested? Because you are expecting things to happen in the future rather than in the present. So, you wait and you wait, focusing on and occupying your minds with the thought that it will happen in your future now. So, you bring your focus to this future present in such a way that you forget to see what is there in the now and what is already unfolding in this now. 

All things always linger in the now moment and being in every now moment aligns you with the greater potential of all. It also allows for all to emerge and be in this potent momentum and present itself to you as your own creation vortex. But then, you simply allow yourself to experience the delay of it, because you wait for it as if it is still to come, while it is already here in the now. So, you delay your own creation in that sense by focusing on your timelines as if it is only there in the future. 

Are you seeing the creation pattern and behavior of your human self? The only reason for the delay of your creations is because of your belief it can be delayed in the first place and because of your habit of always focusing upon your future present instead of the now present. You place yourself in the future now and so are you awaiting what has to come. Are you seeing how you are always placing things far away from you in a time distance which continues to stay “unreachable” so to say, for as long as you do this?! Aligning with the Now is allowing all of your creations to exist in this now. Aligning with your future is slowing down your creation to exist, just as awaiting something does for you. And you should always be and stay in this now, my friends, for only that shall bring you more of that manifestation skill. Then you will reap the fruits of this very tangibly. 

You will have to understand timelines and how these function, how these were programmed into your minds and what you have made of them through your beliefs. Many different aspects to it, is it not?! Yet all are influencing the way you experience these timelines and since these are fluctuating more than what you are used to, it gives you the impression of a roller coaster shaking all timelines into the mixer. Well, no remote control shall help you to find the right frequency for you. Only the lingering in the moment of Now blends with all of them and allows for you to have a taste of all of these timelines in the most balanced way possible. 

It is through inner happiness, joy and love that you access all within as well as without you, or at least that which you experience as the without. So, Bless you for BEing in the NOW and for continuously representing yourself as your SELF in every way of the momentum, through many ways of your infinite potential. You are so loved and Blessed that is beyond all things, represent that at all times and in all ways of your ALL Beingness. That will bring you your manifestations through a blink of an eye, an effortless creation neither by forcing it nor creating it with intent, but by BEing just that in that moment opening the door of potential through all Beingness. That is THE moment of existence within all where all lies, lives and moves. That is YOUR true moment of creation and manifestation through the heart. 

Living and Being from the moment within the moment. 

Now, graduate yourself from this Heaven and see beyond your own eyes. Look into the heart, straight into that moment of all things. Bless you for that moment, for your heart and for your Being.

You have passed through the powerful energies of what you call Wave X and unique planetary alignment, and you came out on the other side. 

Better yet, you came out on the "higher" side. 

The gravity of this profound Shift will reveal itself in the coming days, weeks, months and even years to come. 

Until October 9th, you will still release some of the old energetic residue, receive new ideas and concepts, making sure all the t-s are crossed and all the i-s are dotted of any projects you are currently working on. 

Then, come October 10th, you will go full force into your new life as "The New Human," stepping powerfully into Love, Abundance and Peace. 

Dear Ones, we are amazed, yet not surprised, how well you have moved through this intense energetic phase and we applaud you for courageous journey.

You are ready to see yourself and your world through the eyes of Source and with that you are transforming your entire experience. 

Know, that reality is fluid and responds directly to your beliefs, as you are at the center of your reality. 

As you realize this more and more, you are able to change your reality, by changing what you believe about yourself and the world around you. 

This reality-response happens without fail. It is the Law of the Universe and what you intended to learn, when you came into this Earthly experience. 

So, how to go about creating your New Reality? 

The reality-response is based on what you believe is true about anything in your experience. 

A belief can be changed by a new and consistent thought pattern. 

As you begin to think differently about a specific subject in your life, more and more indicators are coming into your awareness, confirming and solidifying your new belief. 

Before you know it, your reality about this subject has completely changed. 

It is within your heart's desire that you will find the new beliefs that want to come forth and to manifest for you. 

Remain in your heart, Dear One and you are ready to experience the New Earth! 

All is well, Beloved Ones... 

We are truly enjoying walking beside you and we are here to assist you, every step of the way. 

Dear One, you are loved beyond measure and we are with you - always.

The Global Shift

Humans are awakening to realize that they are not limited by their physical body. They are not limited by their beliefs of time. They are not limited. Humanity is awakening to its magnificent multidimensional expression of Divine Mind. 

This dimension, this reality has had a lock-down. Your skills and abilities were being honed just to be in a physical body. There were spans of time when that experience of being physical was your focus, and the other aspects receded into the background. Now your codes are activated; you are beginning to step into your role in the divine unfoldment of the next evolution of consciousness. 

The world is experiencing a Global Shift... More people are moving from the grid of fear, separation, and manipulation into the conscious, aware state of mind and experience - of truly owning their personal power and their personal actions as a part of the Divine whole. They are awakening... to the knowing that they are multidimensional, to acceptance of their role in the global and galactic transformation. This is accomplished by awareness of their personal power - awareness of how their actions/thoughts/words affect the whole.

Let go of any sense of guilt or shame

The Oneness of ALL that exists is the Truth that all must come to an awareness of, and that truth (small “t”, because at the moment it tends to be a scientific kind of awareness, a logical awareness uncovered by intellectual effort, and not yet a knowing that comes from your hearts, although that knowing is always available to you, because it resides eternally within you) is beginning to flow into the collective awareness. It is as though a glacier had started to melt, and as it does so, its contents spread out everywhere, soaking all in its path. And, of course, you are all in its path. Awareness is flowing and growing all across the world, it cannot remain unknown any longer, it can only be denied. 

Nearly all of you, due to the suffering and betrayal that you have experienced over the eons, suffering and betrayal that has been far too painful to acknowledge and remember, have issues to address that you have been in denial about for a very long time. For many of you, those issues are making their presence very intensely felt right now. You burst into tears suddenly, and often for no reason that you can identify. Let the tears flow! It is a necessary and very effective form of release. 

Do not expend time and energy, intellectual energy, attempting to uncover the situations or issues that may be the cause, because mostly they are from previous lives, and all that you need to do is let the emotions flow while you watch them, accept them, and then offer love and compassion to yourselves. Nothing else is necessary. Seeking and identifying causes is a distraction that can seriously mislead you, and might lead you into judgment and resentment, which are at best very unhelpful, and at worst may even be damaging for you. As we keep telling you, the answer to every issue or problem is Love; and Love includes compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance. 

What apparently happened to cause you pain and suffering did not really happen. You are seemingly ensnared in a reality of betrayal and distrust, an unreal system of beliefs, and in the concomitant suffering that result from those beliefs. Dwelling on the injustices that you have experienced, or that loved ones or other innocents have undergone, only provides energy to maintain the illusion. Your aim is to dissolve it and Love is doing that through you when you choose to be loving. 

Remember, there is only NOW! Past and future are figments of the illusion that seem very real, because you are very powerful beings and you built a very convincing illusion. Now is the time, the moment to allow it to dissolve. To be momentarily humorous, try “Loving it to death!” Love will dissolve it and bring you all to awakening, your human destiny. 

YES, we keep on focusing on LOVE! And you know why. It is all that exists. You are all caught up in It, embraced by It, enfolded within It – It is unavoidable, although It can be denied or ignored. Now is the perfect moment to re-engage with It, so that you can find your way lovingly Home. You can delay as long as you choose, and to be unloving is to choose to delay. 

In the illusion, where punishment is often an unacknowledged or hidden threat, delaying tactics seem to make sense. In Reality, to delay makes no sense at all. There is only joy, joy in every moment, unending joy. And to experience that state is your inevitable destiny. 

You are all, everyone who has ever experienced human existence or whoever will, the infinitely loved children of God, and nothing that you have done or can conceive of doing will alter that. God’s Love for you is eternal and unchanging. There is nothing that you can do to change that – either to persuade Him to love you more or to convince Him to love you less – you are all His perfect children, infinitely lovable and infinitely loved, always! 

Knowing this, as at the depths of your being you do, why continue to delay your inevitable awakening? I would suggest to you that it is, because like the children of humans in the illusion, who have committed some transgression from the parental rules, you are afraid to wake up in the morning and “face the music” – parental anger or shaming. You hope by delaying that whatever it is you have done that is inexcusable will have been forgotten, or better still will not have been noticed, and so you will be able to slink away with your pride intact. However, the sense of guilt remains and continues to haunt you, often well into adulthood, and even into old age. 

You seriously need to remind yourselves that God, your ever-loving Father is, Himself, Love. Love is eternally unconditional, eternally accepting. It never judges, It never condemns, It never shames, and It never punishes – It loves and loves and loves, and you are the objects of Its Love! 

Let go of any sense of guilt or shame to which you may be holding on, as you try to be a better person. You are being a better person just by being aware of and investing in the desire and intent to be loving, always. What has happened is past, over. If there is some way of rectifying a past error that you believe you committed, and the thought of it still upsets you, then by all means make amends. But often it is not possible. Forgive yourself in the knowledge that you learnt a very important lesson, and that you will be far less likely to commit that or a similar transgression again. 

Your life purpose within the illusion is to awaken. That is all. To do that, you have to forgive and accept yourselves, and you do that by acknowledging what you know is true, namely that there is nothing that you have done or can do that will ever change your relationship with God. That your sense of shame and worthlessness is part of the illusion. Yes, you have been playing some rather unpleasant games – manipulation of others, abuse, murder, betrayal, genocide – but those games are unreal. 

Stop playing them and be loving at all times and in every situation. Then Love will fill your hearts, because by ceasing to play those games you have invited It in, and as It enters, you will realize that you are most firmly established on your path to awakening into your fully conscious state at One with God.

A Lesson in Manifesting

This channeling was recorded during a Manifesting Workshop at the Shekinah Temple, New York. 

The example used, that of manifesting the perfect love partner, is dear to many people’s hearts. I hope that the very practical advice given assists all of you who are seeking to attract a partner into your lives, easily and joyfully! 

All of you on Earth are in the business of manifesting your reality in every moment, whether you are aware of this or not. This is because of your thoughts and beliefs and the emotions which accompany them. All of these are literally drawing into your lives your circumstances - your relationships, where you live, how abundantly money flows through your lives, the state of your physical health, your home conditions, what you do for work, etc. Every element of your Earth life is controlled by this, and although many of you now understand that ‘positive thinking’ and attempting to choose your thoughts and beliefs more consciously will assist, many of you are unable to achieve the results that you desire. 

There is this aspect of expectations and intentions which we wish to address. Let us be clear – expectations are those thought forms and ‘thought packages’ within your consciousness which are concerning the result, the end result of any particular endeavor or thing which you wish to manifest. Your intentions are related to this, but are different in that they are concerning what you desire, rather than the pictures of what the outcome will be. 

And so, let us choose an example – let us choose your relationship with the one dearest to you – in other words your partner or love relationship. Let us say that you are on your own, and now you make the intention to have a partner, and you decide that you wish this partner to be spiritual, to be like minded and hearted - to be ‘on your wavelength’ in other words, which means ‘of like vibration.’ You wish this partner to be loving, affectionate, attractive, and with a good sense of humor. Is it not that this is like a personal ad in your newspapers? And so, you set the intention that you will have a partner of this kind. 

Now, what are your expectations that lie behind this? Your expectations are that you will marry this person and have children with them. Your expectations may be that you will live in a certain way with them, and you make pictures around this. Your expectations are that they will fulfill your every desire, and that you will be happy and no longer lonely, that you will be complete when you are with this one. 

These expectations mean that you do not allow the magic of the Universe to work with you – and the magic of the Universe is that in order for you to be happy with that love partner, it may not materialize or manifest in the exact way or time that you think would be perfect for you. And so perhaps, making it more broad and general, you might wish or have the intention for a love partner, and that you meet them and are with them at the perfect time and place for your highest evolution and for the highest good of yourself and this other soul. 

(And your longing to be completed by another person is erroneous entirely, for it is when you feel complete within your own being that you attract the correct person towards yourself! You then allow love to flow between the two of you as a sharing of your gifts and your sense of autonomy, of completeness within yourself, and you do not desire that this other must give you things that will make you happy – you simply share your happiness with this other one.) 

And so we say that perhaps, in regards to close relationships, it is better that your picturing is more abstract, so that they do not need to be tall or short, they do not need to be fair or dark; they do not need to live in one particular city or another, or to have one occupation or another. You simply desire and have the intention that the perfect person for you on your spiritual path is manifest in your life at the perfect time for your and their evolution. 

Things are not as they have been on your Earth plane. Things are shifting in every way and new paradigms are being seeded. And in this example of Earth love relationships this is very much so, so that in the letting go of old ways and concepts of how a relationship should be, you will be more successful at attracting towards yourself one who is in perfect harmony with you; one whose vibration is of a match to you. And so, we simply point out that some of your expectations and the pictures in your mind regarding these expectations do not always serve you. 

Being clear in your intentions about the most important aspects – those being that you are able to stay in your heart; that you are able to be joyful and free on the Earth plane; that you are able to move forward within your chosen path, which means that you are using the gifts that you bring into this lifetime to their full effect, and spreading your Light as a Light warrior on Gaia now - these are the most important aspects within your manifesting, are they not? 

They must underlie all you manifest – the clear intention to be a beacon of Light; to use and share your gifts; and to be in joy, to be in joy, to be in joy within your chosen paths.

Give-Aways and Peak Experiences

A few days ago, I interviewed a dear friend and colleague, Chris Davis, as a Woman of Power and Spirit. You’ll be hearing her story soon. 

During the interview, she reminded me that I introduced her to the concept of “give- away” in spiritual practice some years ago. Give-away has a way of stimulating the spiritual journey. 

When you know it is time for you to share your gifts with the world in a new and more deeply meaningful way, you begin with your giveaway.

For example, before I was taught how to pour a sweat lodge, I was asked what I would be giving away. Before I was introduced to my husband and began our sacred work together, I knew there was something I needed to give away. Before I began offering spiritual counseling, I had something I needed to give away. Before I did my first vision quest, I had to make my give-away. 

The give-away can be a physical offering, or the release of a belief or attachment, and most often, it is both. Throughout my life I have given away almost all of my possessions more than once. I have given away my partnership with my beloved, my home, job, sums of money, and I have given away addictive substances like sugar. 

With each give-away, I was letting go of attachments to certain beliefs and fears in order to develop a greater trust in the Divine. In some cases, what I gave away came right back to me—like my beloved husband. 

Because I love my husband so much, he would be the hardest person to lose. He is the one I tend to cling to. More than once, I have been called to give-away an attachment to him. In the practice of give-away, I release him to his greater good, supporting him in what is best for him, all the while knowing the Divine will take care of me with or without him next to me. 

This doesn't mean we got divorced and remarried. It doesn't mean I left him or told him I was giving him up. It means, in prayer, I gave up all my attachments about how our lives had to be, so that his greater good could be served. I gave my fears to the Divine and stood naked before the Divine, humbled and ready to be of service; ready to accept whatever was right and best—to be with him, not to be with him, to be with him in a new way. 

You see, if we don’t do it consciously and willingly, it happens painfully. What we cling to gets ripped away from us. And we suffer in physical and/or emotional pain. 

What we are clinging to is most often what is getting in the way of our healing or spiritual rebirth. We are asking and praying for something new and wonderful to happen in our lives, but we aren't willing to let go of unconstructive habits, fears, limiting beliefs, or to make the changes that would allow us to fly. 

Our prayers get answered in the form of a painful loss, unless we meet our fears consciously and give-away whatever might be limiting us. What we are most afraid of losing is exactly what we will lose, unless we give it to the Divine consciously. After all, what we cling to belongs to the Divine anyway. So, when we make our give-away we are saying, “I am willing to let my ego step back, open to Divine wisdom, face my fears, and experience the brilliance of Divine Love unencumbered. 


When the give-away is sincere, the blessings are abundant. 

Give-away is on my mind these days, as I help a quester prepare to do her vision quest at SpiritQuest this August. I know that the depth of her spiritual opening is directly related to the significance of her give-away. 

And that will be true for everyone that comes to quest. Each person will be asked to give-away some attachment that no longer serves. As the attachment releases, the person’s spiritual gifts open in the most beautiful ways—through mystical moments—the peak experiences we pray for.

Mastering Receiving ~ Key Preparation for 2014

The year 2014 will come with opportunities for shifting your life in a grand way. Do you feel prepared to receive your good? 

How you relate to the world will be a key factor in what you experience during 2014. This can mean many things, of course, but for the purposes of this article, the focus is receiving. 

How You Receive Influences Your Experience 

The way you receive from the world will influence your experience and how you feel about your life. This is nothing new, of course. However, next year as the pace of evolutionary change quickens, you will need new levels of mastery involving receiving. 

What’s receiving? It’s accepting or taking what is offered – by another person, group, entity, the world in general, or even spirit. What you receive can involve things like information, validation or praise, a physical object, a reward or financial compensation, or something you consider a blessing. 

Mastery of receiving is rooted in self-love and a learned ability to consciously and appropriately receive what the world offers you. This involves being present, aware, and skilled with observation – discerning what is appropriate and precisely when to receive it. It means asking questions about what you are receiving, too, to gain clarity and understanding of how to respond. 

As you become experienced with receiving, you intuitively recognize what is being offered and you know when something is in your highest good. You trust in divine timing, too, allowing that to guide your receiving. This means that you don’t try to get ahead of yourself, pushing for things before they are appropriate. 

The DNA of Deserving and Receiving 

You will be less likely to get impatient with timing issues, if you believe that you deserve the good that can come to you. You cannot will this feeling, of course. The conditioning of most people, in fact, is to doubt whether they deserve to receive as much as the next person. This tends to be generational – meaning that your ancestors had the same conditioning and you inherited it in your DNA. 

If you sense that your receiving ability could use a tune up, DNA-level patterns or beliefs are likely surfacing. How the energy works is that dysfunctional DNA beliefs get catalyzed by key life events and significant personal goals. In this case, the beliefs could relate to what you think you deserve or how you feel the world treats you. They get triggered when you are about to take another big leap forward or change something significant about your circumstances. 

In reality, life is abundant and there is enough of everything to go around. You don’t have to stand single-file to wait your turn, and you aren’t gambling. Receiving is not about luck. It’s about being in a flow with life, trusting that flow, and observing the flow as it comes in. 

You Must Trust You Deserve 

For mastery, you must trust that you deserve to receive fully from the bounty of what is available to you. 

In fact, if you doubt that you deserve something, your own self-doubt can block your awareness of gifts right outside your door! This circumvents your flow of incoming goodness, your mind being tricked to think that you cannot have what you want. 

As part of that, something good indeed could show up, but your doubt could obscure your understanding. Example: you ask for help with something, then the next day a helpful person calls or you awaken from a dream with insights from spirit. Unable to connect the dots, you may be convinced that you received nothing. 

24/7 Sending and Receiving 

Think of yourself like a 24/7 sending and receiving station, broadcasting to and from the world. Even when you are sleeping, you are sending energetic impulses reflecting your thoughts, feelings, and desires. You are receiving during sleep, too, through dreams and by connecting with spirit. 

Remember: spirit knows you intimately. Your Higher Self knows your question before you even ask. The mere asking of your question sets in motion an energetic exchange between you and spirit. This includes the physical world, of course, as spirit has unlimited means of communicating with you. 

With wisdom, you will realize that the world is sending you an endless flow of beneficial energies, things, people, and opportunities. Some may be disguised as troublesome manipulators – like the boss who hovers over you, critical and trying to control your every move. Even that boss, however, bears a gift – stirring your desire to be more empowered. 

End the year with a higher frequency by examining and updating your relationship with the world. You can do this through purposeful, conscious reflection of how you interact with people and the larger world. Invite spirit to reveal your blocks to receiving fully – ask to be shown how you can better master the art of receiving. Trust that in the asking, spirit begins to work with you, helping you to unravel old dysfunctional patterns and to embody the higher octaves of love.

Letting Go…

My dear friends, we love you so very much. 

In truth dear ones, you can never lose God's Love, for that is All There Is! Everything in creation is fashioned from this Love. Everything is unique reflection of this Love. In some cases, this Love is obvious - as in the miracle of a setting sun, the eyes of a baby, or a situation which brings you great joy. Sometimes this Love is hidden, buried beneath the surface - as in the case of a cantankerous or unloving human being, or the thorns of a rosebush, or in a difficult challenge. Nevertheless, the thorns love and protect the roses. The cantankerous individuals are thorny, because they do not know a kinder way to love and protect themselves. In your challenges, you find strength. 

As a human being, you are gifted with free will. You can learn to say, "Yes, I know God's Love is within all things, but I would rather choose to be around the people, places, and situations that resonate with me and give my heart joy! I can Love all beings, but I am not required to like them. And that, dear ones, is a novel concept for many of you, because many of you learned to confuse "Love" with "like." The two do not have to exist at the same time. For example, you can Love the thorns on a rosebush, acknowledging their right to be, and yet you do not enjoy pricking your finger! You can Love an angry human being, knowing there is a light in their soul attempting to surface, while in the very same breath, you can say quite honestly, "I do not like their behavior or personality. I don't choose to be around them," As we have said many times in the past, Love says, "You have a right to be." Discernment sees, "what is and is not right for me." 

So, now that you know you can Love all beings and all things, dear ones, consider looking at your lives and like nature, decide what you should let go. What is no longer serving your heart, your joy, your passion for life? Perhaps it is stuff in your closet. Perhaps it is a job that you cannot leave just yet, but you can start the process of intending and finding a new one. Perhaps you are in a lackluster relationship and either the behaviors, beliefs, or the relationship must be released. There is not one "right" answer to any situation, but rather a range of choices. What is in your heart to keep, and what does your heart tell you to release? 

When you release something that is honestly not working in your life, you make room for what is. When you let go of that which does not give you joy - be it a thing, a relationship that cannot be worked out, or a situation - you make room for what does. When you let go of a belief that is not working, you create room for more powerful manifestations. Letting go is not giving up, failing, or depriving yourself. Letting go is giving your soul room to breathe! 

So, as the trees release their leaves, allow yourselves to look around your life, and ask yourself, "What is it I am truly ready to release? What blesses me and what burdens me?" Be honest with yourselves, without any judgment. Your heart will guide you. Then get busy! Make room in your lives for what truly uplifts and inspires your soul.

That is the separation: the apparent aloneness of a small and insignificant individual

The Oneness of all of creation, its interrelatedness can no longer be ignored or denied, and from that follows inevitably the recognition that anything that occurs affects all of creation.  But this recognition is a new concept for those immersed within the illusion and it has only very recently become accepted and acknowledged by your mainstream science, although many would still like to deny it.  It is an inconvenient truth, recognition and acceptance of which demands changes in humanity – changes in beliefs, in perceptions, in opinions, in behaviors, and in human activities, all of which require a large reduction in self-serving personal agendas that are endemic and which are a major indication of the sense of separation and the concomitant need for self-reliance that is, and has been for eons, the general human life experience. 

Self-reliance as a human is a sensed need – a means to escape from enslavement by a merciless system of rules, regulations, and harsh judgments into apparent freedom, but only a very few humans can rely on themselves alone for any measure of success.  You are interdependent, however much you may seek to prove to yourselves that you do not need anyone in order to thrive and prosper, as your various cultures and societies demonstrate quite clearly.  Some do believe themselves to be fully independent, in so far as they are sufficiently wealthy to buy whatever they need in the way of goods and services, but beneath the surface of that self-assurance lie intense fear and anxiety. And that is the separation: the apparent aloneness of a small and insignificant individual in a seemingly indifferent and limitless universe.  It is utterly unnatural, because you were created as one with God – and that can never be changed – and yet it does seem that you are alone, and that is purely because you chose to deny your true identity as a whole that is part of that infinitely greater whole: the One that is God. 

That state of denial has been maintained since the moment you chose to experience separation eons ago and now seems absolutely real . . . except that humanity is at last beginning to recognize that separation, individuality, independence one from another is illusory.  Over many eons and many lifetimes you have associated with teachers, wise ones, who have attempted to show you Reality, and although your eyes remained closed, seeds were planted which slowly germinated in your collective mind.  Those seeds grew strongly and determinedly and are now blossoming into awareness of the impossibility of separation from your Source, although for many what that Source might be still remains a mystery. 

The sense or knowing of your Oneness with your Source is eternally implanted within each one of you at the moment of your creation, and is ineradicable because it is part of the Divine Creative Intent.  But, by conceiving of and building the illusion into which it seems you have entered, closing and locking the door behind you, you made the conscious free-will choice to forget that divine truth and remain unaware of it, so long as you believed in and supported the illusion.  That belief is failing; it is dissolving, and you are becoming aware of the senselessness of denying the existence of the Source of all that exists.  Many who strive and struggle in the fields of science, medicine, and psychology are still desperately trying to maintain that human beings are just a series of connected but basically meaningless chemical reactions in a completely randomly formed physical environment, but their inflexible attitudes cannot withstand the vast and rapidly growing amount of contrary evidence. 

You are Spiritual Beings having a very limited physical experience in human bodies – an experience that once almost satisfied you momentarily, and that now most certainly does not.  How could it possibly satisfy the infinitely powerful children of God who do know, deep within themselves, that there is something very seriously amiss with their human life experiences?  You were made for Love from Love, and to live feeling unloved, as is the general human experience, is at least unsettling and more realistically extremely painful.  Consequently, you spend your lives seeking that missing and most important aspect of yourselves.  You mostly do not admit to it, but instead seek approval from others by developing and demonstrating numerous skills and abilities in desperate attempts to endear yourselves to them.  No matter how successful you are in these endeavors they cannot satisfy you, and your achievements eventually turn to ash, because your true and eternal nature is Love, which nothing can possibly replace, and to be without It, because you have denied It or hidden from It, causes you enormous pain and anguish. 

The good news is that you are never without It, for to be without your Divine Essence is impossible, and the human paths that each one of you is following were carefully prepared to lead you out of your denial, your sense of utter desolation (denied and deeply buried in the majority of humans), and awaken you from the nightmare that you had entered with such high but ridiculous hopes of not needing a permanent connection to God. 

Because you were created as such powerful, divine beings, free to use your powers just as you pleased, it was relatively easy for you to build the illusion.  The problem is that you did such a very good job, that you now have great difficulty in perceiving that it is an illusion.  Even those of you who make the conscious choice to be aware that you are spiritual beings beloved of God still have to carry on a life in the illusion until the moment of your inevitable awakening.  And that life constantly seeks to distract you from any felt sense of your true, divine identity by drawing you down into the darkness of separation where it seems that to stay safely alive is an unending struggle in an inhospitable environment where you can trust almost no one. 

It is very uncomfortable for you, so forget about being self-reliant and ask us in the spiritual realms to help you in every moment to overcome your fears, doubts, and anxieties, and we will most gladly come instantly to your assistance.  We love you all dearly and want only to help you to awaken into the eternal joy of being fully awake and fully conscious in your Divine Home, where in truth you always and already are.

How many of you have daily “to do” lists?

We are all enlightened beings; some of you have just forgotten that.  Never mind . . . you will awaken and a most wonderful realization will dawn on you as Reality fills your awareness and your natural state of being fully conscious blossoms.  It is as though your natural state of existence had been resting, asleep, and a reduced state had been on standby during that moment.  Its abilities were severely limited, because it was only there to keep things ticking over; it did not have to do anything.  And you, in order to awaken, do not have to do anything. 

You have only to allow yourselves to let go of attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that you have held on to for many lifetimes, and which no longer serve you.  It truly is very simple.  However, your grip on those outmoded aspects of yourselves, which you believed were essential for your safety and survival, over the years and lifetimes, has seemingly welded them to you.  It has not, but you do need to focus on unclenching, on loosening your grip on them, and after spending all that time holding on tightly, letting go is perhaps more than a little unsettling. 

Ask your guides for help to show you, or bring to your attention, those aspects to which you are clinging and that no longer serve you, and ask for help to want to release them.  Often you have held on to them for so long that they can seem like essential parts of yourselves, making you feel that if you release or discard them, there will be no you left. 

What you identify with as yourselves, as you live your human lives, is frequently just a mask, a very firmly attached mask, displaying your beliefs, your prejudices, and your opinions, which are so firmly embedded and ingrained that you have come to identify with them.  It almost seems that you are them, because they have blocked out your self-awareness, your awareness of your true Divine Self.  Thus, it may seem that if you discard the mask there will be no one left.  Of course, this is not the case. Your True Self is not noisy, it is quiet, peaceful, relaxed, undemanding, and joyful, but you are so used to being driven by shoulds and musts that the peace and quiet you experience when you release them is shocking: you enter a vast space inside that seems empty, and your inclination is to immediately fill it up! 

When you take time out daily to meditate you are allowing yourselves to enter that inner space of peace and quiet.  Sometimes it is very inspiring and uplifting for you, but more often you are conscious of trains of unending thoughts flowing through you, which you try, without too much success, to disperse or disregard.  Spending time daily in that space, a set time – five minutes, fifteen minutes, thirty minutes, even an hour – that you have agreed with yourselves is appropriate or adequate can, in and of itself, be a major block that prevents you from entering that space. 

You may find it more helpful to decide first thing each day, when you have woken up and are planning your day, to agree with yourselves that you will take time out whenever too much stress builds up, or whenever you are waiting for a late client, for a bus or train, or for the lights to change – any moment that “needs!” filling, or that is not filled with physical or mental activity – and just use that for your meditation practice.  Removing the “should,” the responsibility for meditating for a fixed time at a fixed time can be very freeing.  And when you feel free, wonders can be experienced. 

The purpose of life is joy.  But most of you are so weighed down with anxieties and responsibilities that the thought of finding joy in your lives seems ludicrous.  What is ludicrous is that you allow yourselves to be so driven.  Yes, you allow yourselves to be driven, because being driven is a state of mind that you choose to accept and which you can change, instantly, should you choose to.  But for many of you being driven has become normal, so normal that you cannot imagine not being driven. 

Things need to get done; that is part of your human life experience, but you do not have to allow those things, situations, or people to manipulate you into driving yourselves.  What often happens is that you are in a situation and your mind wanders – “I have to get bread . . . the laundry . . . I am going to be late for that appointment” – and then snaps back, and it seems that you missed something important as you are asked a question that you did not hear, or you just lost a little more of your precious but severely limited time.  Your mind starts to race and a state of overwhelm envelops you.  Does this feel familiar?  And so often you think that there is nothing that you can do about it. 

How many of you have daily “to do” lists?  Lists that you never succeed in completing?  That in itself is telling you something very important.  Possibly you often strike off half the items or more before you start or as the day progresses, and it becomes apparent that you cannot do them all.  For a change make the choice not to have a list.  At first, that may cause anxiety, an increase in your stress levels, a sense of playing truant, but when you have given yourselves permission to do without one, you will gain a sense of freedom.  Once you get over the guilt of feeling free, which should take only a moment, joy will flood in.  It may not last, but it will demonstrate to you that joy is possible. 

When the truth of that realization sinks in, you will find your selves far more willing to listen to the real you, the you that wants to be loved and loving, and which knows that that is its true state, and you will ease up on yourselves.  You will deliberately choose not allow yourselves to be driven by yourselves, situations, or other people, and a more peaceful sense of freedom and rightness in the now moment will envelop you.  Then you will be ready to awaken into Reality, and the short waiting-period before that happens will become a joy and not a trial.

There is no longer any need for you to continue the cycles of reincarnation

The divine schedule for humanity’s awakening was established the instant your apparent separation from Reality occurred. Your Father could not let you delve into the mysteries of the unreality that you had invented, and presented as real to your collective mind, without ensuring that you could never get permanently lost there. The Light of His Love was securely installed in each individual who chose to go with the collective into the illusion, and the timescale for your return was laid down, but with an enormous degree of flexibility built in to allow for any diversions or distractions which you might choose to engage with as you journeyed along your homeward path. 

Over the eons of illusory time and place, you have all without exception endured much personal suffering and needless to say, you have also imposed much suffering on others. It was illusory, it was self-inflicted, and it never happened. But the power of your collective imagination is enormous, and you have succeeded in convincing yourselves that your history of deceit and betrayal of, and violence to one another is absolutely real. 

So real in fact, that to enable you to awaken from the illusion it is essential that you completely change the attitudes it formulated and encouraged, and release all beliefs that in any way conflict with your innate ability, desire, and intent to offer indiscriminate and Unconditional Love to all sentient beings. It is innate because, like all of God’s creation, you were created in Love with Love as the energy that empowers and motivates you in every moment of your eternal existence. 

To forgive yourselves for all the offenses and suffering that you seem to have caused to yourselves or to others is the first step that you need to take. Then you need to forgive all without exception whom you believe have in any way hurt or offended you. Many of you have been working on this for numerous Earth lifetimes, and are now also working as Light-bearers and way-showers because, having gone through much of what the majority of humanity needs to address individually, you are ideally suited and qualified to assist others in their awakening process — simply by demonstrating love, compassion, acceptance, and forgiveness in your daily living. 

With the intensifying field of Divine Love surrounding the planet and enveloping each one of you, there is also an overabundance of assistance available and constantly offered to you from those in the spiritual realms to ensure that you succeed in releasing all those inflexible beliefs that have served you so dismally. If it is your intent to awaken — and it is the intent of each one of you to do so, even if that intent is presently hidden below your level of conscious awareness — then you will succeed, because it is divinely ordained. Only a few, who still feel that they are not ready or willing to step out of the illusion, will remain asleep. However, when they are ready to take that step they, like you, will be afforded every opportunity to awaken, and will then do so. No one will fail to awaken, no one will be lost, because Reality allows no loss. 

Knowing, as you indubitably do, that you are divine beings having an illusory experience, then it is also impossible for you not to know that your existence is eternal. Death is just an illusory concept that you have invented to describe the situation that occurs when you make the decision to lay down your physical vehicle and re-enter the spiritual realms. Until very, very recently this normally then involved a self-assessment of the life you had just lived in the illusion, in the presence of your loving and compassionate guides, to enable you to choose and plan a further Earth life that would provide you with the lessons that you chose to have presented to you. 

Always, within the illusion, you have had abundant opportunities to explore and examine the beliefs and opinions that are part of the life path that you had chosen, prior to your incarnation on the earth plane, to experience, and they constantly present you with the appropriate experiential lessons. But frequently you were unable to take full advantage of these learning opportunities because the energy of the illusion is so dense and so dark. 

Now, because of all the work you have done over the eons, and because of the intense and abundant help you are receiving from the divine energy field enveloping the Earth, and because your Father – Who has never ever required, demanded, or imposed suffering of any kind upon you – wants to see your suffering come to an end, there is no longer any need for any of you to continue those cycles of reincarnation that have been an obstinate, intractable, and painful part of the whole illusion. You will finally be completely free — free from the exile you chose to endure within the nightmare that the illusion became — when you awaken, as you most assuredly will.

The Divine date for Disclosure rapidly approaches

When your focus is on the future, can you feel the uplifting energy around you? If not, make time for yourself to relax in quiet surroundings and you surely will. There is no need to carry the burden of the world upon your shoulders, just allow it to find its own path to completion, because that is a feature of the times you are in. You should be sufficiently confident about your destiny to believe that you are on the verge of great changes, that will put you on another path leaving the old paradigm behind. Ascension is your future should you desire to take it, and much effort goes into ensuring that all souls are in contact with the truth. Whether it becomes part of your beliefs by replacing false teachings is everyone’s personal choice. 


It is time to take responsibility for your future, and not rely on other people unless you can be sure that they speak the truth. That is where your intuition comes into play, and it will be reliable unless you allow your ego to dictate otherwise. Sometimes people are reluctant to give up their pet theories, and would rather live with uncertainty as their travel companion. We understand how difficult it is to admit to having been misled by those very people that you placed your trust in. However, when you decide to be your own person, you will find that there is no lack of information and guidance, that will put you on the right track. 


Simply put, when you look for the purpose of life, commence from the fact that there is only the One God that all life exists within. That will, so to say, clear the decks where the different religions are concerned as no particular one as opposed to another, can correctly claim to be the only one holding the truth. That having been said, you have infinite life and are not your body, but change your form each time you incarnate. However, your soul which is your godspark is indestructible and grows through evolutionary experience, and is forever reaching out to the higher dimensions and eventually the Source of All That Is. If you can accept that these are truthful statements, it will give you the basis to expand upon and become more enlightened. 


Most people have heard of the Masters, and when they walk the Earth their teachings will enable you to check how far you have advanced in your beliefs. There will be some who will be at a point where they have no particular beliefs, and feel unready to make decisions that would change the course of their lives. They will not be coerced into anything different, but are clearly unready to move out of the 3rd dimension. Therefore, they will continue to experience in that same dimension, until they choose to awaken. They must not be considered failures in anyway, as it is your choice as to how long you spend in any one particular dimension. The truth is that once you become Beings of Light, you will have a strong desire to progress to the higher dimensions. 


In your ancient history you have many references to the gods that came to Earth, more often than not as “those who came from the skies”. There could hardly be a more descriptive observation, and it means exactly what is says. Now that you have long been familiar with seeing our craft in your skies, you realize that it is a clear reference to Space Beings. To Man, some thousands of years ago, we would have seemed to be gods, and that explains much that has remained a mystery for such a long time. However, not all contacts have been made out of a desire to help you, and some have taken advantage of your beliefs that they were gods. This has caused a misrepresentation of what our purpose is in contacting you, but we are pleased to say that with time the majority of you accept us as Beings of Light. With the coming high vibrations that will exist on Earth, it will be no longer possible for entities of a lower vibration to penetrate Earth. 


In the latter part of next year, the Lemurians who are your ancient Brothers and Sisters will join you from the Inner Earth, and along with other visitors you will have much to learn. Many other souls have eagerly put themselves forward, to be part of the final stages of your preparations for Ascension. There will be more than ample help for the various projects you will be called upon to assist in. Naturally it does not end with Ascension, as it is the beginning of a new era of co-operation to bring you up to the level of Galactic Beings. So, the next few years will be really exciting and you will also have reached a state of being, where the changes in your physical body will have overcome the conditions that have previously led to aging. 


We have told you so much about the changes for the future, but we hasten to add that not everything is going to happen in the space of the next 12 months. However, the speed at which they will come will keep you well occupied. Your consciousness levels will have been lifted by 11.11.11. and continue to rise well into the future. In that respect you will become all-knowing, and have earnt the right to be called Masters. Remember that you were once previously at those higher levels of consciousness, and lost much of it as you dropped down into duality. 


Dear Ones, we of the Galactic Federation are gathered for the final days of the last cabal, who can only offer token resistance, now that their power has been seriously weakened. We have always been able to traverse your skies quite safely, and the occasions that you learn of crashed craft are invariably intruders such as the Greys and their Reptilian friends. Shortly we shall feel freer to be more open in our travels around Earth, and intend that more of you should see our craft. You are entering a period of high activity both on and off Earth. The Divine date for Disclosure rapidly approaches, and the necessary arrangements for the announcement that will precede it have been drawn up. 


I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and like the idea of seeing your delight and excitement when the first of you are invited upon our ships. We can tell you all we like about ourselves and craft, but there is nothing like firsthand experience to really take in the true impressions that you will be left with. Also meeting us will dispel any last doubts you might have had about us. When we talk about sending out our love, it is something you will clearly feel when you are in our presence.
