You are all beautiful beings of intense Light!

These are interesting times! Much is happening in the physical realms that is quite unprecedented. The stability of many of your “democratic” governments is no longer assured as dissatisfaction with the whole political process among the citizens of these various countries increases. And the elected officials seem either unaware of the situation or are unwilling to address it. From such situations revolutions arise. Enormous changes are about to occur that will amaze and shock you, as the real agendas of many in positions of power and authority over you are disclosed by disaffected minions and employees. Whistle-blowers are appearing everywhere with information that has been withheld but which should have been in the public domain. As this continues, so does people's dissatisfaction and that leads to change. In this case, to enormous change! 

All the disclosures about endemic corruption in high places are happening as a result of humanity's collective decision to awaken from the dream. What has lain hidden for so long can no longer be kept hidden, and as more and more of the endemic corruption is exposed, it becomes apparent to all sane beings that change is essential. Therefore, change will occur. We have been telling you this for some time now, so that you will be ready, and many changes are imminent. 

It probably seems to many that we have been using words and phrases like “soon, imminent, very close, sooner than you can imagine,” with a cavalier disregard for the way time unfolds on Earth. This is most definitely not the case. It takes time for the importance and inevitability of the forthcoming changes we are talking of to root themselves in your awareness, so that you strengthen your collective intent to bring them to fruition. That is what has been happening over the last few years, as more and more people have become aware of the corruption and dishonesty that is endemic worldwide within the governments, international corporations, large banks, and global industrial behemoths, that those who run them have consistently told you are honest and trustworthy. You now know that this is not the case, and very recently you made the collective decision to dissolve the old system, so that a new and incorruptible one that benefits all of humanity can be constructed to replace it. 

As you well know, war is the business of large industrial corporations and the banks that fund them and they make fortunes from the suffering of the masses. That is to change. Small groups of inordinately wealthy, influential, and powerful people have been in control of global economics and politics for far too long, and their reign is coming to an abrupt end. Much of the strife that is presently ongoing across the planet is as a result of their last ditch attempts to maintain their positions of power by causing conflicts and intense suffering in as many places as possible to create fear on a vast scale. Then, they hope to militarize even more of the world, so that they can lock it down and continue to control you. They will not succeed! 

Here in the spiritual realms, we are well aware of the frustration you are experiencing, as you wait expectantly for the promised changes that will establish peace on Earth, and food, shelter, and security for all on the planet. Humanity has set the collective intent for these changes to occur, and therefore, they will. Truly the power of your collective intent is immense, you have chosen collectively to awaken, and so you will. You are already in the process of doing so, and there is not the slightest possibility of you changing your minds or reversing your awakening process. What you have collectively chosen to achieve is unstoppable. 

As you read this, allow yourselves to sink into the center-most point of your being where Love shines brilliantly and resiliently in every moment. You mostly remain unaware of It, because you allow doubts and anxieties to rule your thought processes. Going deeply within at least once daily is absolutely essential for your well-being, so do not neglect or forget to do so, and as you do, open with certainty to the abundance of Love that resides there within you awaiting your unconditional acceptance of It. It is always there for you, but It does not force or impose Itself on you. Love is infinitely powerful and infinitely gentle. That probably seems like a paradox to most of you, but it is the Truth, because there is nothing else! 

Love only seems not to be present within you, because you have all, at some stage, been led to believe that you are unworthy, and so you do not believe that you will find It within you. Release those invalid and insane beliefs, remind yourselves frequently that you are indeed the beloved children of God, living eternally within His divine embrace, and dismiss all the negative self-judgments that weigh you down with an absolutely false sense of worthlessness, face to face with God. What God creates is eternal, like unto Himself, eternally perfect, and eternally infinitely loved. And He created YOU! Or do you not believe that? In that case, where did you come from? Because there is nowhere else! 

Of course, many of you have been hurt from time to time by those whom you believed loved you, and that has reinforced that underlying sense of not being good enough, a sense which is often denied, because it is too painful to be aware of. I am now telling you, and by no means for the first time, that it is utterly invalid! 

There is nothing about any child of God – and all are God's children – that is unacceptable, unworthy, mean-spirited, or disgusting. You are all beautiful beings of intense Light! Please, I beg of you, let go of those totally invalid self-judgments and allow the Love within you to flow. You are all divine conduits through which Love most strongly desires to flow. Love's nature is to flow, but, because It will not impose or demand, It cannot flow through you, unless you allow It to do so. Your own negative self-judgments restrict or completely block that flow, to yourselves and to all of humanity. 

When you accept yourselves, you are accepting God into your lives and then His infinite Love completely suffuses you and flows from you out into the world at large, directly affecting everyone with whom you interact in any way at all. You are presently on Earth to do just this. You all chose to be here in this moment for this divine purpose, and your part in it is absolutely essential. 

Dismiss all negative self-judgment and discount any negative judgments that others attempt to impose upon you. Be loving in every moment, in other words, be yourselves! That is why you are here. And as you live honestly as yourselves, the whole world changes as the unreal just falls away and Love pervades everything.

Everyone has “stuff” buried or denied that is arising

The sense of humanity’s Oneness is arising in millions of people all across the planet, and as it does so, it is then being sensed by millions more. The collective intent to awaken is stirring humanity and there is no going back! Your awakening is inevitable and imminent. News of worldwide suffering and deprivation, regardless of the cause or reason for these unhappy situations, is inspiring compassion on a scale never before seen on Earth. The Tsunami of Love continues to grow and intensify, because so many are intending to be loving in every moment of their lives. The power of your intent is amazing, and soon you will become aware of that power in each of your individual lives, as you continue to open your hearts to the Divine Field of Love that embraces you constantly. 

The Light that you Light bearers, Light holders, and Light workers are displaying by your living examples of Love in action through your compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, and lack of judgment grows brighter daily. Yes, most of you fail at times, falling back into fear and egoic behaviors, but your intent to be loving remains and is quickly reestablished, as you see what has occurred and forgive yourselves. Self-forgiveness is essential, because it clears the negative emotional energies that judgment and self-judgment arouses. 

As those in the spiritual realms keep reminding you – Love is all-encompassing, there is no judgment, only unconditional acceptance. The human condition is demanding, God is not! You are all on paths of learning that you planned before you incarnated, and so you are bound to make errors, that is how you learn. The important point here is to admit your errors, where possible correct them and make amends to anyone you know you have intentionally offended, and then move on. Often it seems that people are choosing to hurt and offend one another, when in fact they are frequently unaware that their behavior is offensive. Political correctness is a fear based concept that is often used to hurt or damage someone else when a person refuses to acknowledge their own issues of lack of self-worth, a very intense and painful state. 

To be offended is a choice a person has to make. You are all the perfect children of God, so if you feel that someone has offended you, you are choosing to see yourself as less than perfect and accepting that other’s judgment of you. Why would you do that? Only you know your motives and intentions, and another’s opinion of you is just that, an opinion, an opinion based on misinformation and a lack of knowledge. Do not take offense; instead recognize that the one who is attempting to offend you is in fact crying out for love and acceptance. Respond gently, without anger, and allow the negative energy of the moment to dissipate. 

Because of the intense pain so many experienced in their formative years as humans, it became necessary for them to very quickly deny or bury that pain in order to survive. But “stuff” buried or denied festers and grows like a physical infection, and if not allowed to resurface, be reacknowleged, and then offered comfort will lead to more serious physical or psychological damage. 

Everyone has “stuff” buried or denied that is arising, often seemingly uninvited, at this point in humanity’s awakening process to be acknowledged and released. So, acknowledge what is asking to arise, make space for it to do so, and let it flow through you, like grief. It cannot be rushed, but attempting to understand or recall its origins stops the flow and traps you in a seemingly endless loop of re-experiencing it. 

The pain that arises can be very intense, rather like the pain of a very bad burn, and may cause you to howl, scream, and even writhe in agony. Allowing that flow of emotions is the process of release. So, allow. Stopping the flow because it is painful or embarrassing will not work. 

It is as though you had within you a container filled with ancient pain and suffering – and that container is your heart! You have to allow it all to drain out through your experiencing of it, and when it has you will indeed feel drained and exhausted. But now there is room for Love to fill and heal that empty space within you. Until it is released, allowed to flow through, you have effectively built and are maintaining a defense system that retains the pain and locks out Love. 

When you choose to enter the process of releasing, all this gunk – and even if it seems to be arising unbidden, it means that at a deeper level you have chosen to allow this release to occur – it can be extremely helpful to have with you a loving and intimate friend whom you trust implicitly, to hold you close and offer the comfort you did not receive when the pain originally occurred. It will also be cathartic for the friend, because this kind of release will also be healing for her and for humanity. Remember, you are never alone, there is no separation, and to share the release you are undergoing is a loving exchange that heals you both, along with humanity. 

As you well know, you are on Earth at this time to assist in humanity’s awakening process, and releasing the buried pain and suffering – humanity’s vast lake of trauma – is an essential part of the process. All over the world, locked hearts filled with pain are crying out for Love, but are unable to accept It. There are few among you who do not know someone who is so closed down in fear, guilt, anger, and pain that they will allow no one to approach them, no one to comfort them, and who present an impenetrable barrier to the world around them. 

This barrier is what you are all helping to dissolve, as you make your daily intent to be loving in every situation. Only you can do it. The Love that each one of you has burning within you, and that you have chosen to share so generously, is powerful way beyond your ability to conceive of. If you connect with someone who appears offensive, angry, or unapproachable, intend immediately to send them Love and know that healing has started for them in that moment. 

You are indeed Divine Beings of unassailable Love and Compassion who have willingly chosen an Earth life at this time to assist in the awakening process, and that amazingly altruistic choice you made, knowing how difficult and painful your path would be, is most highly honored here in the spiritual realms, as you will discover when you return Home to hero’s welcomes.

You who are reading this message are not doing so by chance

Human consciousness is an ongoing spiritual evolutionary process that you collectively chose to undergo, and to which there are no limits. Limits are boundaries that you built around the illusory environment that you inhabit as human beings but which you are free, individually, to dismantle or move beyond. More and more of you are realizing this and choosing to move through them to an awareness of the limitless possibilities that creation offers you in every moment. Those who do come to an awareness that in Truth you are completely free! As more of you open to this wondrous Truth and acknowledge it, you enlarge the gaps in the field of limitations from small individual pathways to an immense and interconnected highway that all of humanity can and will use to depart the illusion. 

Passing out of the limiting environment in which you have spent eons seemingly controlled and restricted by unseen forces of enormous power, you awaken into an infinite field of unimaginably unlimited possibilities. This is what humanity is in the process of doing right now. 

The worldwide chaos and confusion that is presently arising, is identified by humanity as an endless and enormous theater of operations in which global warming, tectonic plate shifts, extreme weather systems, interminable wars, unconscionable corporate and political corruption and greed are seemingly leading to an inevitable global catastrophe that will destroy the environment and most if not all of the life forms present on Earth including, of course, humanity. The problems humanity is facing appear almost insoluble. 

This is not the case. What is happening is the removal of the blinders that hid from you the awareness of the interconnectedness of everything. As you start to see the interconnectedness of absolutely everything, you cannot help also seeing the insanity of the way in which you have been attempting to live your lives separated from one another. Modern psychology has shown you that most people live ego-driven, that is fear-driven, lives in which each one appears to be the center of his own tiny universe, a universe on which the universes of others impinge causing pain and suffering for all. And much of that suffering is in fact the result of denied feelings that give rise to powerful emotions that are then projected onto others from whom they are reflected back whence they came, onto oneself. 

Awakening is an opening to the awareness that all those seeming individual universes that humans appear to inhabit are in fact one fully integrated part of the infinite field of Divine Love which is All That Is. A sensed or known awareness that there is no separation, that all are indeed One. God is the infinite field in which all of creation has its eternal existence in perfect harmonious cooperation where each and everyone lovingly honors and respects every other. There are no divisions, disagreements or conflicts, because all recognize one another as one and the same, even though individuated and expressing themselves in an entirely personal and unique fashion. The differences are embraced with intense joy, because they add magnificently to the ongoing creative intent, God's Divine Will. 

As you have been told so often, there is only God. Within the illusion, you are limited by words and language and so you have many words for God. I use the word God here, because it is familiar and comfortable for the channel who grew up in a religious and cultural environment that used, and still uses that word. You have to remember that words are but pointers with no intrinsic meaning, they are convenient indicators but unreal. I will continue to use that word purely for convenience, along with Source, Love, Divine Will, and the pronouns Him and Her, interchangeably. 

To continue, there is only God. That is NOT a limit. It means that all that exists, exists within God, and God is infinite – without limits, without boundaries, without end, without time, without space, all of which are limits! As some of your sages and mystics have suggested – God Is. No other attempt at definition is necessary, or indeed meaningful. 

God can only be experienced. To experience God, infinite Bliss, all that is not in perfect alignment with Her has to be discarded, abandoned, dissolved, released. Humanity is presently in the process of doing that, and it can be very messy! All attachments to unloving intentions, thoughts, words, or actions have to be let go. All judgments of self or others have to be let go. Your hearts are the physical manifestations of your Oneness with the Divine, the physical aspects representing the center of your eternal being, and into them you have loaded, over the eons, fear, hatred, anger, resentment, shame, judgment, bitterness, and worthlessness, among others, as aspects of yourselves that you have then disowned and projected onto others, because they are far too painful to take within yourselves. 

But, they are within yourselves, because all are One. However, the self in which they reside is the ego. The ego is an apparently split off or separate part of your Self. Your Self is eternally One with God, and with all sentient beings, and can never be separated from Her. To separate would be to cease to exist, and that is impossible, because what God creates is eternal. Your egos are the small selves that you imagined into being to enable you to play the game that is the illusion. 

Modern psychology uses the term “the inner child” to refer to the part or aspect of a human that hides behind the mask that a person presents to the world. It hides, because during its childhood it was severely hurt and it does not wish to be hurt again. However, it continues to be hurt, because it feels vulnerable and insecure having never grown to maturity, to real adulthood. Its scholastic, academic, and physical talents and skills allow it to present a mask of confidence to the world, but behind that mask a small and frightened child still resides. 

Psychotherapy in many forms is used to help that inner child gain confidence and self-acceptance by enabling it to see that all its negative self-judgments are utterly invalid. The effectiveness of the efforts of competent and compassionate psychotherapists depends on the suffering the child has had to endure. 

However, every human is offered, through life lessons of many kinds, the opportunities necessary to heal the inner child, and each of you has at least one spiritual guide who accompanies you at all times to assist you with this demanding process. 

Over the eons, there have been many lives, many experiences, much pain and suffering that has not been healed, and so in this period of humanity's evolution, which is always ongoing and always spiritual, many have volunteered to incarnate solely in order to assist humanity in the release of this enormous residue of buried, denied, or unacknowledged suffering. It is most certainly far too painful for just one human to deal with. Enormous sharing of suffering is occurring, allowing it to be released in amounts that individuals can deal with when they are supported both in the physical realms by loving friends and wise and compassionate therapists, as well as by those of us in the spiritual realms who are also nudging you toward self-acceptance, and self-forgiveness. 

Very many of you have buried or denied pain, pain you feel at some level you either deserve, or that, being mature adults, you should be strong enough to rise above. But on this painful and horrifying battleground, which is intensely real and physical for some, from which you are picking yourselves up, you need enormous amounts of help. You cannot arise from it alone. Attempting to do so is to remain in the unreal state of separation from which there seems to be no means of escape. Often intense shame deters people from seeking help; shame disguised as anger, which is then projected outwards causing further damage. It is from states like this that the decision to take one's own life is frequently made. But when that happens, it does not resolve the issues from which the person is fleeing. 

You who are reading this message are not doing so by chance, coincidence, or accident, but because you made the most compassionate and loving choice to be on Earth at this moment to assist in humanity's awakening process, a process that includes and involves every sentient being who has ever experienced life on Earth! You are here to help the multitudes who still remain utterly unaware that they are spiritual beings having a temporary human experience. 

As you have been so often told each one of you, being in truth One with Source, are beings of enormous power, infinite power, because that is how you were created. That power is with you in every moment and for all eternity. Your physical forms are temporary vehicles composed from your energy fields of Love, and your earthly task is to hold the intent to be loving in every moment and in every situation. That intent is extremely powerful and it is an irreplaceable and essential aspect of humanity's awakening process. 

You cannot awake alone! Why? Because all are One! You could perhaps imagine yourselves as forming the channel that is guiding the separated energy fields of humanity back to Oneness with Source. Separation has never occurred, and could never occur, but because of the power you were given when God so lovingly created you, you were able to establish a very real seeming physical environment in which to play your games, and eventually become frighteningly lost. 


Know that you are most highly honored here in the spiritual realms, to which you will shortly return, for making the most wondrous and compassionate choice to incarnate at this moment in Earth's history to assist in this mighty heavenly project whose success is divinely assured.

A Message to All Innocent Hearts

The difference between a Lightworker and a victim has nothing to do with the situations faced, but how one responds to the circumstances at hand. 

A Lightworker uses their world of experiences to become the change they wish to see, while a victim is hurt by the actions of a world, while waiting for the change they have yet to become. On a spiritual level, a victim is a Lightworker in training. 

Throughout each chapter of life, the inevitability of loss and the suchness of change are survived to bring forth a new consciousness for the benefit of all. This means victimhood is not a pitfall one escapes, but ongoing stages of spiritual growth and energetic expansion to call forward the Lightworker in you. 

Whether contracted in fear from the hostility between countries, heartbroken by the actions of terrorist attacks, at war with yourself in your own mind, disappointed by the behavior of others, or overwhelmed by the heaviness of the collective unconsciousness, each moment of victimhood acts as an invitation to step across the threshold of despair to become the Lightworker you are destined to be. 

No matter how promising or uncertain your world seems to be, I offer you the prayer of radical forgiveness, as a way of assisting our awakening humanity on an energetic level. 

It is important to always remember, whether viewing circumstances on a personal or global level, even if you cannot change the situations you see, you can always change how you respond from the inside out. When internal changes are brought forth in the presence of hostility, sadness, despair, fear, or turmoil, your interconnection to the totality of light, as the one eternal soul, simultaneously plants seeds of expanded consciousness in every heart to manifest endless waves of blessings through the inspired actions of one. 

As an awakening Lightworker on the front lines of ushering humanity into a new paradigm of consciousness, please read the following prayer, however many times a day you are either inspired to support in Earth’s evolution, or find yourself entrenched in the pain of human suffering. 

In the blank space provided, you can include the name of an enemy, an adversary from the past, a family member connected to a wound you have yet to heal, a loved one struggling through their own healing journey, your full name, the name of a country at war, or even humanity at large: 

“I allow the soul (s) of ______ to be pardoned and set free as I AM now.” 

Please do not judge yourself for the amount of times per day you find yourself needing to repeat it. Instead, see yourself through the eyes of the Universe and rejoice in how often you are acting in accordance with your soul’s highest wisdom to transform reality for the liberation of all. 

Through the prayer of radical forgiveness, may you step forward in faith and bring to life a unique frequency of light that you came here to ignite in every heart. 

May your destiny be viewed not as a horizon of preferred circumstances, but as opportunities to act upon life’s most inspired choices that transforms your physical body into a living expression of divinity in action. One prayer of radical forgiveness or “I love you” at a time, the ascension of Earth that already occurred the moment life was created, actualizes into present moment time, so we can remember the Heaven that is already here – now and forever, together as One.

Chaotic times will gradually cease and total peace will return to Earth

Chaos continues to happen all around you, yet it would have been so much worse had it not been for the Galactic Forces. The dark Ones are in disarray and losing their power to dictate the way your lives are working out, and if they had their way, you would have been plunged into global wars to which there would be no end. However, they have been stopped in their tracks and a world war has been prevented. In time, a halt will be called to such atrocities and eventually there will be no armed confrontations at all. Peace is approaching and it will be of a lasting nature, allowing the Earth to eventually be fully restored to its pristine beauty. This period will be one of great growth in your evolution as the New Earth emerges, and a great Galactic Age begins destined to speedily carry you forward giving you many exciting opportunities.                                             

Many souls still have closed minds and will be unable to grasp the many opportunities coming their way. Naturally, there will be a degree of waking up, but to go forward at this time requires that souls have made suitable preparations. However, at all times help is given to you and is always available, so remember to call upon the higher forces when you need it. By doing so, it allows your Guides to ensure that you are following your Life Plan that is important to your evolution. Many souls have come to the Earth for this special occasion that will not be repeated again for a very long time. As it becomes safe, new inventions will be introduced that will lift up the quality of your life, and you will find that the changes come faster than ever. 

Your Universe is teeming with life at levels mostly in advance of your own. Therefore, you will be given a great welcome for your achievements, and will meet many different civilizations. It means that you will need to develop a completely different mind-set to your present one, and be ready to acknowledge the many changes needed for your understanding of Life. The sooner you can open your mind to a different way of seeing things, the quicker you will spiritually progress and evolve. Many souls have been brainwashed to believe teachings that have deliberately held you back, using fear and chaos as their tools. However, the truth will come out as nothing can hold it back indefinitely, and by being discerning will “feel” what is right and can be believed. Find a source of Light and stick with it, so that it can be used as a measure of any information that you receive. Usually, a soul will instinctively know what is truthful and your feelings can in this way be relied upon. Most of you will have progressed sufficiently to go all the way to experience Ascension. It is certainly worth, whatever effort you make to ensure you keep on the right path. 

There is a time approaching when you will be able to openly converse with your Guides, so do not forget that in the meantime you can mentally contact them. They oversee your activities and try to keep you on your spiritual path. They can help ensure that you follow your life plan and keep you out of trouble, even to the point of saving your life when it is not part of it. So, do not forget that your Guides are willing and loving Beings that serve the Light. They probably know you better than you know yourself, which is why you are well advised to follow their promptings. Listen to the voice inside your head that often warns of the dangers in actions you are about to take. 

This particular time you are in is a most important period, as you of the Light are now sufficiently empowered to be able to prevent interference in the process of enlightenment, and the introduction of changes that have long been promised. So, it is now only a matter of a final period of tying up loose ends and everything should be ready for the next stage. This year is still looked upon as one of many revelations and changes that will truly signal the arrival of the New Age. You, the Light Workers, are undoubtedly fully prepared having lived with your expectations for quite a long time. Delays have been unavoidable, as the emphasis has been on ensuring that the right time is chosen to bring the changes in. 

The vibrations are as ever continuing to speed up and more souls are sensing an awakening within. It means that they will be more receptive to the changes that are coming out. Once the truth is known of the benefits to be made, even more souls will respond. After many lives on Earth, you are somewhat conditioned where your expectations are concerned, and the promise of far reaching benefits that lift you out of poverty and lack, will change your outlook. They are for Humanity as a whole and will bring all up to a level that assures you happy and fulfilling lives free from want. 

In your present circumstances, you are not yet expected to be able to grasp the full significance of what is happening, but in the near future you will be enlightened to the truth about your journey through the lower dimension. Most importantly, you need to remember that you volunteered for such experiences in the lower vibrations, knowing that they would speed up your evolution. You will not remember it at present, but will do so when your vibrations are uplifted again. Then all will become clear and you will be grateful that you were able to have the opportunity to evolve more quickly. 

Regardless of what people may think, their purpose is for being on Earth, life is infinite and you are ever seeking growth and your return to the Light. At times, it must in fact seem that there is no purpose to life, but that is largely down to the dark Ones who have continually confused the truth and kept you in a state of “lack”. It includes the truth of your being from a spiritual perspective, as even that has been distorted to keep you under their control. All that will change in the near future and eventually only the truth will remain. So, keep calm and know that each one of you is playing a crucial part in the changes taking place that are all important to the whole. 

The events that are waiting to manifest are so important to your future that the Earth is being monitored and guarded by Galactic Forces that are far more evolved than those of you on Earth. Therefore, you can live without fear as to the outcome of present events both on and off Earth. The future has already been written and the Light is victorious and the dark Ones removed to ensure that there is no further interference with your lives. You may feel that matters are so out of control that there will be no end to the worldwide problems, but be assured that they are fully monitored. Chaotic times will gradually cease, as their actions are curtailed and total peace will return to Earth. 

This message comes through my Higher Self. I leave you with love and blessings, and may the Light brighten your days and path to completion.

Separating Wheat from Chaff

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. A great deal is happening energetically in your world as ever-increasing vibratory rates are rapidly separating wheat from chaff, so to say. Typically, Illuminati-controlled mainstream media are spreading the chaff via selective and distorted coverage of “the news.” Although their former ability to publicize only what they wanted you to know has been considerably weakened by the speed of social media and Internet-disseminated videos and articles, be keenly discerning about information from all sources, including the Internet. 

To counter the truthful information on that outlet, Illuminati minions are using it to ply society with false information to keep fear and confusion front and center on the world stage. Trusting your intuition, as to what is truth and what is not, lets you “go behind the backdrop” of the play that’s unfolding on stage. Knowing that it ends with Earth’s Golden Age in full bloom, lets you observe characters in their karmic roles and not get caught up in the oft-tumultuous drama being played out. 

Often we have mentioned another aspect of heightening vibrations, the intensification of characteristics and behavior, and mounting violence has evoked a number of emails similar to this from a reader in Australia, who expressed concern about the emergence of hostile gangs in her country: “Can you ask Matthew why there is now so much violence with the young people.” Many young people around the world feel angry, discouraged, even hopeless about their future. The reasons may include poverty, lack of education and job skills, unemployment, broken families, low status to which society has consigned them, governments that ignore their needs, the state of the whole world, or a mix of those circumstances. The young people whose lives have been thusly negatively affected are acting out their intensified feelings by committing violent acts. How we wish that all of those souls who are so dear to us could know that beneficial changes are coming. 

My mother has been inundated with emails about Donald Trump from readers in the United States and other countries. Although we are declining requests to speak about his qualifications to be that country’s president—that is for the citizens to assess—and we don’t know if he will be elected—the voters will decide who their next president is to be—we do want to respond to some of the other questions and comments. 

“Is Trump the anti-Christ?” No. Antichrist, like Armageddon, is only a concept, an idea. Nevertheless, for people who believe that those concepts are real, there is an antichrist, Armageddon is coming. However far from factual any idea may be, it is the reality of those individuals who believe it is true. Belief creates reality. 

“I am very distressed that Donald Trump has fueled the flames of bigotry and racism in America. What is the enlightened view of all of this?” It is a sad truth that bigotry and racism are alive and well in the United States, with one generation teaching the next generation intolerance of differences—skin color, sexual makeup, ancestry, religion, philosophies, ideologies. Some “intolerant” individuals react to Mr. Trump’s remarks as evidence that they are entitled to scorn and act aggressively toward “different” individuals. The “enlightened view” of souls at this station is that all members of our Earth family are of Creator’s pure Love-Light essence, and we love all unconditionally, even as we fervently wish that every soul in your world were loving, kind and respectful. Someday, dear ones, all will be! 

“Do you think Donald Trump is responsible for his supporters’ aggressive behavior at rallies?” Every person is responsible for his or her behavior. No one’s remarks can motivate an individual to act in a manner that goes against the individual’s values, principles and self-respect. 

“The violence at Donald Trump’s big rallies is not my image of your country’s democratic political system. What is going on?” Many citizens are angry about conditions that they are blaming on the government and they want the changes Mr. Trump is promising. The energy of anger precludes clear thought and sound judgment, so his supporters don’t question how he will do what he says he will—they want their anger to be given a public forum and he is providing that. The large number of his staunch supporters at the rallies emboldens those who choose to regard his aggressive-type rhetoric as their right to behave in that way toward individuals who express disagreement with him. Our responses to the two previous questions also apply here. 

Citizens of all countries who feel that their governments are ignoring them want to be heard, and a collective voice that long has been ignored sometimes leads to a citizenry in violent revolt. As vibrations continue rising, resorting to violence to obtain justness and fairness will end incrementally. To countries now in foment, stability and calm will come with honest leaders who listen and heed; homelessness and impoverishment will ease and eventually there will be homes and financial sufficiency for everyone in your world. You who know you are lightworkers and the millions who also are serving the Light without that understanding are ushering in Earth’s era of peace, love and abundance for all. 

“How will Ascension affect the Walk-in souls? Will their ‘borrowed’ bodies change or will they return to their own bodies? Some have been told their bodies are ‘in stasis' in their 'home' world and some are aboard the Starship they walked in from and will return to.” This needs a bit of explanation for readers who aren’t familiar with the term “walk-in.” A soul in a spirit world enters into an agreement with a soul that wants to leave its body that is exhausted from dealing with physical and/or emotional conditions. The advantage is the age benefit versus starting as a newborn and spending years growing into adulthood, but picking up a life where another soul left off is not a picnic and “walking-in” is rare; even rarer is a soul making such an agreement with a child, because the age advantage is lost. However, during this unique era universally, a number of evolved souls have “walked-in” to assist in your world’s transformation; usually their vibratory levels can heal the bodies and calm the minds, so that these individuals are able to carry out the missions they undertook. 

When the mission is completed, the soul will decide what to do next: Continue living on Earth until physical death, then enter Nirvana for a full spirit lifetime; vacation in that beauteous spirit world, while planning the next lifetime; or return directly to its original homeland or a starship, if that is where it had been living prior to entering the Earth body. We add that all souls have the innate capacity to dematerialize, then rematerialize a body or manifest a new one, but only evolved souls know they have this ability and use it. 

“Matthew never seems to address what will happen as Ascension progresses with health conditions of lightworkers and even our pets. Is it a matter of seeing yourself whole again?” We thank this reader who reminded us that it is time to revisit and add to what we have said previously about health, but first, we say that visualization is a powerful tool indeed, but everyone seeing themselves as “whole again” is not enough to make it so. 

We hasten to add that never is a perfect body a requirement for personal Ascension; however, reaction to a compromised health status does influence the Ascension process. Let us say that a person with a chronic illness chose that experience to learn compassion and patience, which in another lifetime the person lacked with people who were ill or had limited mobility or mental acumen. If the lesson chosen is a lesson learned, there is advancement in conscious and spiritual awareness—the goal of every soul in every lifetime. Conversely, if the person is consumed by self-pity, continuously complains and is demanding of attention, the lesson has to be repeated in another lifetime. As a reminder, what you call “reincarnation” is not the return of a person who lived previously, but rather a “new” soul whose personage is designed for the physical lifetime chosen by the cumulative soul. [This is explained in the February 3, 2014 message.] 

Thank you, Mother, for adding that note. Now then, bodies becoming “whole”—all diseases cured; missing limbs re-grown; healthy new teeth, bones, joints and organs replacing artificial substitutes or mechanical support—will happen individually as a process, not an instantaneous feat. Along with one’s pace of absorbing the light that transforms carbon-based cellular structure into crystalline and belief that those physical transformations are a reality, soul contract choices apply. 

It is likely that elderly persons who have any of the aforementioned conditions chose them along with transitioning to spirit life before radiant health and complete natural bodies are commonplace in your world. Soul contract provisions apply equally to youngsters; they may have chosen illness and transition at a young age or to experience the illness or disability and later be healed. As stated in prior messages, pre-birth agreements give opportunities for spiritual growth to all souls sharing the lifetime, and individual contracts are designed accordingly. 

The health of lightworkers depends upon the degree to which cellular structure has become sufficiently crystalline to protect immune systems from the toxins in air, soil and water and chemically-laden foods and medications that make bodies susceptible to mental, emotional and physical disorders. However, the root cause of all dis-ease is stress. Stress throws body systems out of balance and attacks the most vulnerable parts, and reducing stress can help to improve health and uplift spirits. 

Especially important is the self-restoration that solitude offers. A world at peace begins with individuals’ attaining peace within, and the high vibrations of love, forgiveness, compassion and respect for others begins with the same for Self. Honoring Self also is recognizing and feeling grateful for the goodness in your life and not giving energy to rage, resentment, jealousy, pettiness or apprehension about “what-ifs.” Recreation— re -creation!—is important. Perhaps read, listen to your favorite music, write, do jigsaw or crossword puzzles, needlework, sculpting or any other form of artistic expression; and for more active, outdoor recreation, perhaps jogging, biking, hiking, skating, skiing or swimming. 

If you can’t avoid encounters that experience tells you may be unpleasant, go into them calmly, confidently, and be amenable to seeing others’ perspectives. That doesn’t mean foregoing your ideas or principles, but rather presenting a demeanor that can evoke a reasonable discussion instead of a stubborn standoff. Set priorities so that at day’s end, you have the fulfilling feeling of accomplishment. When a day turns out to be a “downer,” think how you can do things differently to achieve more satisfying results the next time, and go to bed with your mind at peace. 

It is important to get sufficient sleep, eat nutritional foods, drink a lot of water, exercise body and mind, and spend time with Nature. Whenever you can, walking a park or forest or along a mountain trail, walk barefooted on a sandy beach or grass, put your hands in the soil when you plant flowers and vegetables. If you can have a pet, adopt one or more from a shelter—the gratitude of animals who live with caring persons brings high vibrations into the home. 

Meditation, deep breathing, yoga, aromatherapy and massage also are excellent means of reducing stress. Volunteering in community activities such as hospice, animal shelters, school programs and aid to the homeless uplifts your life as you uplift the lives of others. Smiles and laughter lighten not only your heart, but the hearts of persons with you. Visit friends; go to art galleries, museums, movies, sporting events. 

In short, take time to do whatever imparts a sense of worthiness, is relaxing, enjoyable and a respite from daily responsibilities. You have the saying, “Dance as if no one is watching ”—yes! Our suggestions are not much different from your healthcare professionals’, but let them be helpful reminders to love self, take care of self. And, remember that God’s emissaries always are with you. Ask for help and it shall be lovingly given—it may not be what you asked for, but it will be what you need. 

Your pets are multidimensional souls just as people are. Most of humankind don’t know this about themselves, much less about animals; animals do know, and they know there is no such thing as death. They remember their visits in Nirvana during sleep state and how young, healthy and active they are there. If your pets could tell you what they want, it would be to go there and stay rather than enduring pain and debilitation. When your pets’ quality of life has diminished to that state, please know that they are thankful when you make the heart-wrenching decision to mercifully end their suffering. When your time to transition comes, the energy of the love bond between you and your pets will reunite you. 

We honor you, our beloved brothers and sisters, and with unconditional love we accompany you all along your Earth journey.

The crumbling and decaying of the old regimes

Beloved Ones, 

We from the ascended realms of Light have been asked for a message specifically to the people of Turkey, who have been experiencing frightening horrors through the events occurring in their country for the past eight months. Many souls in Turkey have been holding the Light of the higher vision of peace for their country and for the world and have been and continue to, earnestly pray for this to come into their daily living experience. They are finding it difficult to remain detached from the fear and anger that permeates the hearts of the people and the environment that they have no choice but to be a part of in their country. 

There is at this time, a focus on this country by the world’s powers. There are moves and counter moves that are being played out in the political arenas. Each politician is making moves to hold on to their waning powers and this has been demonstrated in Turkey through the betrayal of their own people, as these powers seek to regain control of their authority. On the higher levels, what is seen is the crumbling and decaying of the old regimes, as the systems they created fall into disrepair and decay, and this is reflected outwardly in the world as chaos and destruction, as heaps of rubble and ruin. 

It is so very difficult to maintain the energies of love, hope and forgiveness, when this is occurring in one’s country and to one’s people. Yet, this is what is asked of those who have held the space of a better life and a better way for all. Difficult as your lives are in this moment, know that sustaining and maintaining your beliefs in a higher power, a benevolent power, is what is most important to maintain. Give assistance to your sisters and brothers when you are able and pray without ceasing for a peaceful end to the violence that is so relentless in its activities. Your prayers are powerful and potent and doing more good than you can possibly know during these times. 

There are many old energies coming up within people and nations that are karmic in nature, not only in Turkey, but in every country throughout the world. Before a better world for everyone can manifest, all the age old hatreds and judgments from the past must be balanced by the intent of their people as they hold love, peace, harmony and goodness within their hearts no matter what happens. This desire for peace and harmony must be the focus and intent, no matter what is taking place within one’s personal world, one’s country or upon the world stage. This, Dear Ones, is why you have chosen to be in your country during these times. You have the training and the ability to maintain the higher vision. You serve a greater function that you are aware of at this time. 

And so it is that you are asked to be of a forgiving heart, to be the calm in the storm of violent change as it sweeps across your land and in every nation across the planet. It is a great price that is being asked of the Lighted ones throughout the planet, sometimes requiring sacrifices that are beyond bearing. Call upon us, no matter what name you call the Creator in your lands, know that you are supported and loved by all in the higher realms where we all live, breathe and have our being in the Source of All That Is. You are not alone in your spiritual journey and growth. We ask the Lightworkers throughout the world to daily send the people and country of Turkey and all the other hot spots around the world, the cooling Violet Flame of transmutation. Together we are creating a better world for all.

Love always forgives errors

Humanity is at the tipping point. That is the point at which the balance between negative and positive, or more realistically between fear and Love, reverses. For eons, humanity has lived in fear, which is effectively a screen of egoic self-fascination that blocks the Light of Love. Love is the infinite energy field of creation in which everything ever created or to be created has its eternal existence, there is nowhere else! Fear is just a veil that you have hung between you and that infinite Light, placing yourselves in shadow. To be in the shadow is fearful, because the Light is God, Life, and His loving embrace without which nothing can exist even for a moment. When you are in fear, in the shade, in the dark, you imagine monsters that might attack and kill you, and your imagination is very powerful. You believe in the darkness, the lack of Light, even though it is unreal, and so you build defenses to protect yourselves, thus adding to the darkness and to your sense of fear. 

Separating yourselves from Source meant slipping beneath the imaginary veil and losing sight of Reality. Since that moment, you have been trying to find your way back. But you felt guilty for separating from Source and feared that you would not be permitted to return. You then established many authoritarian bodies which concocted numerous rituals to placate and appease God, Who you believed you had most seriously offended. 

But God is Love and Love cannot be offended. Love gives of Itself limitlessly, eternally, and unconditionally, that is Its nature, and because you are also Love – remember, That is all there is! – so, do you. However, the veil has hidden from you the Truth, the Light, the Love that is God. And because you yourselves caused the apparent separation from your Source, you are filled with guilt and fear. 

God knew that would happen when you chose to experience separation from Him, and so instantly He provided the way Home. The way Home is your unbreakable connection to God through the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the quiet inner voice, the intuitive sense that makes wise counseling suggestions to you when you are quiet and open to them, suggestions about how to deal with issues that concern you or loved ones, or even how to respond appropriately to someone during a conversation. 

The Holy Spirit is always with you ready to offer guidance. However, you often disregard or dismiss the suggestions you receive from Him, because they do not align with those that your egos offer, which often appear more attractive in the moment, because it seems that they will bring you personal benefits – for instance, the satisfaction derived from making someone wrong or winning an argument – but later you may regret making that choice when you find it has caused damage to a relationship. 

The Holy Spirit always counsels you to love, to accept, and to forgive others whatever the situation, because all are One and what you do to others you are doing to yourselves. If you feel loved, accepted, and forgiven it makes you happy. God’s Will for you is eternal happiness, and the Holy Spirit is your personal communication with Him. His counsel always guides you toward peace and happiness, but your egos enjoy conflicts and so direct you towards them. If you follow the Holy Spirit’s guidance, it will bring you peace and contentment. If you follow the ego’s guidance, stress, fear, and disappointment arise. 

Frequently, you follow the ego’s guidance, because you feel less than adequate, of little significance, or fearful, feelings the ego heartily encourages, and you think that “standing up for yourselves” by attacking others or by defending yourselves against them is something your honor demands. 

Truly, another’s opinion of you is meaningless. What matters is your own honest opinion of yourselves in which you admit to your faults and errors as well as to your kindness and generosity. Then, having looked at yourselves fairly and honestly, completely forgive yourselves for any thoughts, words, or actions that you have taken that you judge to have been unloving. As a human, it is impossible for you not to make mistakes. It is through the mistakes that you make that you learn and grow spiritually. 

Most human cultures frequently make children wrong instead of lovingly showing them that they have made mistakes and then showing them how to correct them. As a result, you grow up in fear of making mistakes, but you nevertheless continue to make them and then attempt to disown them or blame them on others. (You see small children doing this frequently!) This is very stressful. 

Now, as adults, you are in a position to reflect on your lives so far, and in doing so, you can see that yes, you were unfairly treated, but so was everyone else, especially including your parents and elders and betters! Realizing that, you can see the inevitability of a person’s need to blame and shame others in order to distract him from awareness of his own shameful mistakes by disowning them, or projecting them on to others. 

Seeing that everyone is struggling with similar issues of self-worth and self-esteem, you can start to forgive, first yourselves, then others. When you truly forgive an error, as opposed to making a reluctant acceptance of it while still placing blame, you will find yourselves feeling more at peace and less driven to judge or blame either yourselves or others. Then awareness will arise that you enjoy letting go of judgment and blame, because loving and forgiving brings you satisfaction and self-acceptance that is not disturbed even when you make mistakes, and you find that you can forgive yourselves immediately. 

It is amazingly freeing to admit to yourselves that you have made mistakes, because denying or justifying them takes enormous amounts of your energy, leaving you drained, depressed, and experiencing a powerful lack of self-worth. There is also great fear that your mistakes will be discovered – it probably happened frequently during your childhood – and you will be shamed. Any attempt to shame someone, even if satisfying in the moment, will return to haunt you either when you yourselves are shamed, or through guilt when you realize, as eventually you will, how unloving it is. 

If someone errs and it really matters to you, then gently and quietly draw it to his attention and if possible offer to assist him in correcting it. That is loving behavior that can turn enemies into friends, and it will bring you a well-earned awareness of your own good and loving nature. Awareness of your own natural goodness provides you with fresh energy and the motivation to continue operating from your divine center where goodness resides. 

You each have the power to change the world by changing yourselves, and many are now doing this by making the daily intention to be only loving. Sometimes they fail, but quickly they realize and renew their intent, as they forgive themselves for any momentary failures. 

The main lessons that are presented to you throughout your earthly lives are that mistakes are made and need to be forgiven. If you choose not to forgive, you will become eaten up with resentment and bitterness, and then it will appear to you that you are being treated unfairly and so you will tend to lash out at others which will further intensify those feelings. 

Love always forgives errors. In fact, It overlooks them, because they are unreal, just part of the illusion. Only Love is Real!  And in that Divine Truth, you should rejoice! Only Love is Real, you are each Love – presently incarnate on Earth as humans – and Love is infinitely Self-loving. It is God, the Source, eternally loving Its Creation, that is Itself and every one of you without exception.
