Every cell in your body is upgraded and recalibrated

Beloved Ones, 

The transformations continue as every cell in your body is upgraded and recalibrated. With this activity, your emotions also come up for review and acknowledgement as former frustrations and injustices that occurred in the past can be front and center in your focus during these times. It is important to find a new way to look at these unresolved issues in your lives. Ask your spiritual guides to show you a more enlightened way of looking at these situations from the higher perspective. It is time to consider viewpoints that are more in alignment with the higher version of yourselves that you are now entering into and aligning with them. 

Know that distractions continue to take center stage in all facets of human life. At the same time, there are a lot of changes that are being contemplated and implemented. New rules are being written and applied. The wheels of progress turn slowly but inexorably and will continue to make improvements in all facets of human existence. There are a lot of creative and wonderful ideas being brought forward by the progressive thinkers of these times. Every day brings new revelations that keep people engaged in the continuing dramas that are unfolding at the same time as these wonderful new beginnings unfold. 

Humanity is being exposed to the good, the bad, and the ugly and is daily being challenged to love it all into wholeness. It behooves each soul to maintain their integrity and high standards of conduct while watching others on the world scene show the evidence of the breakdown of the accepted norms of human interactions in current society. Employing the practice of constantly blessing all people and situations that tax one’s patience is a wonderful way to work on attaining your mastery over the denser vibrations that are rampant upon worldly affairs during these transformational times. 

Love in all its expressions continues to provide the answers to the many perplexing challenges besetting humanity. We maintain that for every low vibrational act, there are at least a dozen that come from a place of love and the desire for peace and good will. The majority of humanity, in their heart of hearts, wants a world of harmonious and respectful solutions to the challenges that all of humanity is facing in their daily lives.

Continue to be the loving, aware and compassionate individuals who uphold the higher vision for your world. It is your love that enables the coming forth of higher solutions and resolutions. Those who participated in the focus for peace in Syria with James Twyman are now seeing a ceasefire in that area. It is a powerful and wonderful example of the power of people united and what they can accomplish. You are being strongly encouraged to add your energy and focus in the upcoming Planetary Heart Meditation on March 11th, 12th and 13th. You, in unity with millions of others, CAN love the world back to wholeness. Let us do this together!

The people of the Earth are all in the process of transformation

Beloved Ones, 

The people of the Earth are all in the process of transformation on every level. Human life as they have known it is changing and from those changes comes ways of living that will be far better for everyone. It is not an easy time during this process and so there is a need for faith in the vision of a better world for all. Certainly the outer world does not reflect the higher vision during these times, as it goes through the changes, but it is already a template on the higher planes of life. This is where all changes begin and then work their way into the physical. Humanity as a whole has chosen the changes that are occurring and some changes happen suddenly and others will take a longer period of time. Patience is needed for those of you who have been doing the work for many years. 

For those who are in the process of interfacing with their higher aspects, the task is to become their higher aspects. All that is not of the highest expression within each individual is now making its way to the surface to be acknowledged, learned from, blessed and released. As one is freed of long hidden aspects of oneself that lived in one’s very cells, it is important to practice forgiveness of self and all others with whom you have had interactions in the totality of your life during this lifetime and any others whose memory may surface during this process. After sincere forgiveness, comes a replenishment of more Light into one’s cells, and to maintain this Light one then becomes a person who constantly blesses all people and all situations that may arise. It is in this practice that greater connection with one’s higher aspects takes place. 

On the road to mastery, one learns to practice being the Creator’s ambassadors in every thought, action and deed. One becomes unconditionally loving of all life around them. There is no longer any room for the secret thoughts and judgments within each person’s mind as they interact with others. One must become an open book, honest and transparent in all interactions with others. This is, during these times, a difficult challenge for each one of you who are on the path, so it requires wisdom and discernment in your dealings with others. Release all that you can and let discernment be your guide during times that bring tests. Let love and blessing be your constant refrain within your thought processes. This is how we who ascended became free of the lower influences that surrounded us. 

We also lived our daily lives away from others, so that we could become the masters of ourselves. Those who are reading this do not have this option. Most of you have already gained this mastery in other places and lifetimes, so you have the capacity within you to walk the ways of this world and not be of it. However, it requires constant vigilance and discipline. Do not give up on this process because those around you choose to act in ways that are not expressions of the divine. Bless, bless, bless everything and everyone around you in your thoughts. This is your work in the now moments and you can do it, you have the capacity to do this. 

Continue to find time to do nice things for yourselves, listen to uplifting music, treat yourself to a lovely dessert from time to time, take long walks in nature, celebrate every little victory you have made as you take the next steps on your journey. There is much beauty around you and by tuning into this beauty and feeling the sublime joy, appreciation and gratitude within your hearts and minds for these moments, you help to anchor those feelings on your planet. Such is the nature of your work. Wonderful, isn’t it?

You are the pattern breakers and also the pattern makers

Weekly Message from Hilarion via Marlene Swetlishoff for April 13-20, 2014 

Beloved Ones, 

Now is the perfect time to do nice things for yourselves, for you are each most worthy of them! Take a break from your routine and do something different, for this helps to bring refreshment and renewal to the soul. 

For those who have come here to serve, this is often difficult, as taking care of one’s self is the last thing on one’s agenda. It is however, one of the new habits that should be developed. When an individual gives love to their selves first, love given to others comes easily and flows unhindered from an unfettered soul. Finding your way through the perplexities and challenges of life, which are further embellished by great downloads of energies from the celestial realms, can make life experience interesting but most worthwhile and this is when most new revelations come into view and writing these down is very helpful to record for later perusal and contemplation. 

The world at this time is beset with a plethora of challenging events that vie for your attention and it is important to analyze these from the viewpoint of your heart feelings. If there is something you can do about it, such as sending light and prayers into those situations, then by all means do so on a regular basis. If however, it brings up old world thought patterns and values, which limit you and bring your own energy down, then be scrupulous about clearing these from your consciousness, for they do not serve you in your new beginning of a new way of living upon Earth. Replace these patterns with nourishing and life enhancing thoughts and habits, which reinforce those concepts that help you move into the life you have always dreamed of living. You are the creator of every facet of your life and fostering all the good you desire to experience in it will serve you well. Let go of all that holds you back from the life you are meant to live. 

Each day spend time blessing everyone and everything around you. By developing this new habit of being on a daily basis, you are creating new templates of thought patterns which are a reflection of the higher vision you wish to see anchored into the New Reality. You will find in time that this brings the blessings you intend for others to visit upon your own reality. You are, in effect, bringing Heaven on Earth and that is, indeed, what you are here to do. What you send out into the Universe is reflected back to you and when you are living and embodying the higher vision of your life, you are enabling those around you to do the same, for always remember that your energy field extends many miles in all directions and touches all of life within that field. You are not here to do this work alone, you are here to be in unity with other Lightworkers by doing this work who create a greater field of Light that affects all of life upon this planet. 

Yes, there are many who are still influenced and affected by the lower energies of previous cycles and what happens when you direct your attention along with the other Lightworkers into the new thought patterns of kindness, generosity, sharing, caring, abundance and prosperity on a daily basis is the resetting and renewing of the consciousness of humanity into those attributes that you are emulating. You are the pattern breakers and also the pattern makers. You are creating the world as you move along through your daily existence. If each person on Earth took responsibility for their own actions of all that they create on a daily basis, the glorious new world would be manifest much more quickly. 

And so we ask that you continue to do the work upon yourselves to create changes in your thinking and doing and this in turn creates changes in the destiny of all life upon this planet. You are that important in the overall scheme of things and this is why we want you to love and honor yourselves each day. The well of life within you must not be allowed to run dry, but must be renewed with zest and enthusiasm on a regular basis to recharge your batteries, so to speak.

A Blessing From IlliaEm

My dearest One, 

I IlliaEm, Elohim of Arcturus, speak to YOU personally, as well as to all of you. As an Elohim, my abilities are completely liberated from all of your perceived limitations of time and space. You, too, will begin to know this freedom. 

I have come to your heart to remind you that I have been with ALL of you since the very beginning of your exploration into polarized reality. I was with you each time you entered as an infant, and each time you crossed over at the end of each life. You see, Beloveds, I am YOU, and we are ONE. 

I am so very proud of who you are, and who you are becoming. I see that you are exhausted. Your body is in the midst of a major transition, and you wish to be within your cocoon. You shall be able to do so after your Holidays. For now, just relax and be calm. All will be wonderful. Your fifth dimensional life is here now! Just open your heart to it. In fact, allow me to help you. Allow me to reach into your Soul, then into your physical encasement and touch the core of your heart. 

Feel my Essence as I enter you. See my Light within your heart. Do you see me now, my One? Deep, deep inside the center of your physical heart, I have opened a small vortex. Yes, there it is right there, straight ahead and a bit to the left. At first you see it only as a small light in the midst of your throbbing physical heart, but as you approach it with you inner vision, you realize that, indeed, it is a vortex. 

At first, the spin is slow, but gradually, it spins faster and faster, pulling you closer and closer to it. Wait! Stop a moment and wait as the vortex opens its core to you. Do you see how a light is beginning to dawn through its center, like the morning light through the damp trees? It appears that this light is searching, searching for you, my One, oscillating around and around like a flashlight in a dark night. 

Remain still, for it is seeking you, just as you are seeking it. You are beginning to realize that this light is intelligent. This Light is a Being, without form, yet filled with wisdom, power and love beyond all measure. You remain so still that you almost forget to breathe, as the Light gradually hones in on your location. 

At first, the Light only touches your toes, then it slowly works it way up your body, to your ankles, calves, knees, thighs, hips, waist, solar plexus, and into your heart. The Light then moves up into your throat, your brow and your crown. 

Now, the Light that is within you covers every surface of your form, it emanates down into the Earth and up into Gaia’s atmosphere. As the Light that entered through your heart expands into the core of the planet and the expanses of deep space, your feeling becomes a vibration, then a glow, then a flash, a fire, a sun, and a STAR. 

You are pure Light, pure energy, pure Essence. 

YOU/I/WE are ONE Being of Light and Love.
