Each new day is truly a gift that so often is put aside, as you pick up the remains of yesterday. Remember that when old programs and doubts pop up, you are offered the opportunity to transform that piece of emotional/mental dysfunctional energy. 

You are transformers, pure and simple. You have the tools and the master keys of energetic alchemy. Every human is equipped with the awesome power to transform their reality. The shift and the transmutation of energy from patterns of dysfunction to patterns of empowerment and grace are an hourly, daily, and lifetime process. 

There are those who embrace this shift and welcome it with open arms and there are those who resist every step of the evolutionary path. They are engaged in the process of the struggle and it is the challenge of the struggle that makes them feel powerful and in control. 

This is a false illusion. The power is in the trust and in the awareness of each moment, and in being in a gentle, alert, conscious state of mind. It is much like riding the wave, catching the wind in your sail, running the rapids. 

If you could observe your cheering section of non-physical energy, as you go about your interactions each day, you would be awesomely inspired. 

Each human is the cutting edge of aware consciousness in physical form. The powers that each human has at their mental and emotional fingertips are truly incredible. You are the weavers, the creators, and the manifestants. 

You are the extension of divine source in human form. Your life is the reflection of your skills and abilities. 

The idea that you have a physical body and maintain that body is the first and most important aspect of manifesting. 

Each human comes equipped with incredible capabilities. However, they use only a few of their awesome abilities. Each human has programs that veil and disguise their multidimensional talents. It is time to remove the veil and the dysfunctional disguises. 

The concerns and worries hanging out in the edges of your consciousness are the remnants of the old patterns of helplessness, hopelessness and powerlessness. When they surface, you have the opportunity to shift this dysfunctional pattern and choose another behavior, emotion, or thought to replace it. 

This is a game, a hologame. Play it with joy and abandon. Play it with wonder and skill. Envision the most delicious possibilities reflected in your life. Imagine the very best result and call it forward. Your joy, gratitude and appreciation are the magnets which pull it to you.

It is most important to add value to each day

Beloved Ones, 

Many Lightworkers are finding it difficult to keep their focus off the drama taking place in the newscasts and this is keeping them in a place of bondage to outer happenings. It is important to set an intent that actually helps you in your daily life, rather than allowing the energies moving through the world at this time to affect you adversely. Hold your ground, Dear Ones, and do not be distracted from your path of Light. Keep faith and hope ever burning in your hearts, faith that the majority of people in the world hold goodness within their hearts and desire only peace and harmony to prevail. 

Remember your neighbor for the good they have done, to you and for you. Align to the higher version of yourselves and everyone around you. Let your love and kindness bless and make better their day. Extravagant gestures are not required in order to ease someone’s heart. A simple smile or greeting is sometimes worth more than anything else that could be given. In deep strength, empathy and compassion, be the example of what you wish to see in the world. Let there be no place in your being for cynicism and derision, jaded judgments and the seeking of revenge, for these just perpetuate the karmic cycles of the human species and do not add anything of value or enhance a person’s life in any way. 

It is most important to add value to each day. Put your energies where they will do the most good for the greatest amount of people. Look within often, as your guidepost to the best direction for you to follow. Spend time outdoors when it is possible and put your face up to the Sun to receive its benevolent rays and warmth. Let simplicity be your practice, for this allows for a quiet spirit within and a deep centeredness and connection to Source to be your personal experience. The simple truth of your being is that you are all that Love is. You alone hold this power and can use it to benefit self and others around you. When many of you gather together, that power of Love can create miracles. 

The world continues to shift and it is incumbent upon each and everyone to release all that still lives within them that is not who they really are. Be done with it, Beloveds, for there is much that is coming that will move everyone to a different way of being, a different way of manifesting that which is needed and required. What you do in the present moment is what creates your future. Make it something that is wonderful! Allow for the movement of the universal flow to take place within you and set sail to a previously unknown land. It may be uncomfortable at first, but as with anything new, it will begin to settle. 

The Earth is humanity’s home, there is no other. Love your home, take care of it and it will take care of you. Honor your symbiotic relationship with your planet in a never ending giving and receiving. In this there is balance. Many things are now in completion and the way before you beckons.

Being A Multi-Dimensional Leader

Message from the Arcturians via Suzanne Lie 

We are in the process of shifting our reality. We say "we", for all dimensions, realities and worlds are shifting into a higher frequency of expression. As it is for the least, it is for the greatest. 

Hence, as the third/fourth dimension releases itself from the shackles of the third dimensional reality of illusion and shifts into the fifth dimension of the Light of Cosmic Truth, all the dimensions above the fifth also shift into their next higher dimensional expression. 

As we make this transition, there is a release, a letting go, of what has been our predominant expression of self. For example, we Arcturians are expanding our baseline frequency from the eighth through tenth dimensions into the eleventh and twelfth dimensions. 

In the same manner, your human baseline frequency will shift from the third/fourth dimension into the fifth dimension, which was once your higher expression of SELF. In the case of Earth, the third/fourth dimensions will gradually become less and less inhabitable. 

You will find that just as it once took effort to consciously experience the fifth dimension, it will become increasingly difficult to consciously experience the third/fourth dimension. Even now, your consciousness may appear to be wandering off into what appears to be a trancelike state. This trancelike state feels so natural that you do not want to leave it. 

Also, as this shift continually accelerates your consciousness, you will gain a new perspective on your physical world. This higher viewpoint will enable you to perceive your 3D reality from “up above it” rather than “stuck within it.” In other words, you will be able to observe your ego from your Higher Self. ***Once your Multidimensional SELF is in charge, you will be able to make some important decisions that make YOU the creator of your life. You will also become aware of many of your higher dimensional, alternate or parallel realities. 

While you are swimming in the illusion of the third dimension, you see only what surrounds you. However, as you regain a higher perspective of your life, many of your priorities will change. Your ego will no longer tell you to let go of your meditations and creative expression so that you can "get back to the business of your real life." 

With your Higher Self at the helm, you will realize that what you have perceived as "just your imagination" is actually your real life. Then slowly, or quickly, you will want to “let go” of many of your lower frequency chores, responsibilities and jobs. 

In this manner, you can more easily remain in the Unconditional Light and Love of the fifth dimension. Of course, you will still “take care of 3D business”, but your priorities will greatly alter, as your consciousness expands into the higher dimensions. 

You may be thinking, "Do I dare believe that what appears to be my imagination is actually my real world? If I make that choice and switch my primary attachment to the feelings of my fifth dimensional imagination, does that mean that I die to the physical world?” 

When you meditate or dream about being in a higher frequency reality, are you able to wake up or end your meditation? Of course, your physical reality does not disappear, while you sleep or meditate, nor will it go away when your switch your primary identity from being your 3D physical self to being your 5D Lightbody Self. 

Even those who actually “die” to the third dimension often experience both their higher worlds and the third dimension, until they are ready to release their lower expression of self. In the same manner, our lightworkers are being faced with the decision of "which reality is the real world?" 

While in your fifth dimensional state of consciousness, this question eventually evolves into, "Which of the many dimensions of reality do I choose as my primary expression of Self?" 

When you volunteered to enter your earth vessel, the physical world became your primary expression of Self. While you are still draped within your earth vessel, you are inclined to believe that you only have the choice of one primary expression. 

As you increasingly experience your multidimensional consciousness, while you also perceive the third dimensional world, you may believe that you must choose a “primary reality.” This belief occurs because even though you are having a multidimensional experience, you are thinking in a third dimensional way. 

Once you take more and more excursions into your fifth dimensional consciousness, you will begin to also think multidimensionally. Thus, the either/or choices that filled your 3D world are replaced by the realization that you can choose both and/or all.” It is then that you are beginning to understand the concept of multidimensional reality from a higher perspective. 

Due to your evolved understanding of your Multidimensional Self, you are remembering that you no longer need to choose. From the perspective of your fifth dimensional self, you know that you have myriad expressions of your Self that are simultaneously being experienced on myriad dimensions and realities. 

The difficult adaptation is for your fifth dimensional Self to convince your third dimensional self to "Let GO" of the illusions of time and space. Your third dimensional expression is afraid to release that illusion, because you unconsciously remember that that form of “letting go” meant death in many of your third dimensional incarnations. 

It is very difficult to break the 3D indoctrinations of "one life per person," and “one life at a time.” These rules further state that if you live a good life, you go to Heaven, but if you live a bad life you go to Hell. The problem with good vs. bad is that the definition for good and bad are different according to your third dimensional indoctrination. 

Because of the vast programming that many humans have received, as well as the fact that many of Gaia’s humans live on the edge of survival, the bulk of the process of shifting into higher frequencies of consciousness falls on the shoulders of the awakened lightworkers.

You are being given the boons that you need to get to the next step

Beloved Ones, 

As the world moves further into the higher frequencies that are available now, there will be a long period of adjustment, with a series of intense energy downloads and then there will be a resting time to allow the body to align and fully integrate with the new enhanced version of self. There are so many of you struggling to surrender former limitations and thought patterns that limit further movement right now. This activity will become much easier to accomplish now that a shift into higher octaves has taken place. There will be a lifting of the mental and emotional blocks that have kept you from taking your rightful place on the stage of life in the new world reality. You are now, even more than before, energetic powerhouses and are able to influence the energy dynamics around you in a most beneficial way. It requires that you intend to be a blessing in this manner and that you make this a focus each day and verbally state this intention. Just by being who you are in this moment, you bring blessings to others. Those of you who have successfully integrated the new frequencies so far and have agreed to on the higher levels are being utilized as conduits to disseminate these higher frequencies that are available now. 

Every one who reads or hears this message is an ambassador of the Light and an ambassador of peace. You have become more discerning in the way you utilize your focus and energies and this is having a beneficial effect on the work that you do and the gifts that you bring to the world. Each person on the planet has at least one special gift that they bring to share with others. We see more of you beginning to go deep within in order to align with your Divine Essence to stay on track with the work that you came here to do. You are venturing beyond your learning curves into new territory and it can sometimes feel uncomfortable. You are being encouraged to persist, to see beyond former expectations to that which lies waiting, as yet unrevealed. As always, it requires your willingness and determination to move to the next level. It is your journey and you are the one to walk that path. No one else can do it for you. No one else can make your dreams a reality. It requires your action. Once you make the choice and decision to move forward, you receive help when you ask and by now, you know that this is a given. 

As you do this, you will begin to recognize the synchronicities that unfold in your everyday life. You are being given the boons that you need to get to the next step. These are blessings and assurances that you are on the right track, as you struggle to go where you have not gone before. You are capable of so much more than you have believed possible and these possibilities are now opening for you. Seize the moment as it comes and dare to make your new life one of incomparable majesty. Allies and friends surround you at every moment, you have but to reach out to recognize them, not only from the world of spirit but also on the physical plane. These ones support, nurture and strengthen you on your personal spiritual journey. As you walk your path, their good will strengthens, delights and upholds you and helps you to live a balanced life. You will know without doubt that you are never alone. 

As you become more established in your new beginning, you will embrace and see more easily how you may transform your intention into one of action and this will give everything you do the potential to become more than you dreamed was possible. This will assist you to breathe new life and possibility into even the most mundane activities. As you tap into the bottomless fountain of life, you are renewed and filled with a joy that transforms everything it touches through a heightened awareness, the understanding of truth and the hope that this brings. This renewal and enthusiasm radiates from you, spreading outward to all those around you. You ignite their light and this in turn helps them to open to greater possibilities for their own path and direction. 

As you walk your path with honor, remember to appreciate the world which sustains and supports you and contributes to your well being. Honor the people, places and things for the effect they have upon you in every aspect of life upon this planet. Accept others for who they are and celebrate the differences and diversity in this dance called life. Learn to look beyond the obvious, as this may lead to richer rewards and a joy that knows no bounds. This new change in direction brings with it a restoration, a transformation and a re-energizing of your entire being. As you walk your chosen path, the flame of timeless truth that you hold within your heart ennobles and enriches you with an aura of the highest integrity, which propels you to face the future with open and willing eyes and heart.

You are on a journey to miracles that you have not seen before

Dratzo! This world continues to progress ever forward. Our Earthly Allies are moving the elements of a New Banking System into position. The dark cabal can no longer stop the inevitable. Those ancient families in both Europe, the Americas, and of course, China are establishing the final repositories from which a great sea of monies is to flow. Those who have been assigned as both paymasters and security handlers know the right divine time to complete their special tasks. At present, the cabal is facing a number of crises, which are simply signs that this flow is very close to happening. The time for the end of these vile oligarchs has seemingly taken much too long to pass. We are approaching the Gregorian month of October. Traditionally, in the West, this is a time of scariness, hobgoblins and ghosts. In fact, it represents the time when mighty Atlantis, your ancient home, sank beneath the seas. This event occurred at the start of Zac (the white month). This time is called Halloween (hallowed eve), when the Lights (Atlantean Beings) left for their new home in Centaurus. It is only a wondrous coincidence that this period became a moment for you to obtain your blessings! 

On your world, what is happening is a massive Shift in how this reality operates. In previous times, the oligarchy was able to determine what was to occur and make sure that it was carried out as planned. This power has now been denied them. A revolution in the order of the migration of people, power and monies has started a transition that is to culminate shortly in a whole new way to do things. This is likewise affecting how the vast sets of monies are to be redistributed around your globe. This redistribution is ultimately to cause the cabal's power base to crumble and their governments to fail. The outcome of this swift global transition is a spreading prosperity, paired with the rise of a vast global reset of your present global currencies. The final steps include the gold backing of these currencies and a new way by which your banks function. These vast changes are to bring you governance dedicated to a return to true democracy and the rise of a much broader concept of "people power." This is a return to true constitutional governance. 

Right now, you are being bombarded by a plethora of energies. These energies are further aiding Heaven in subtle adjustments to your physical, mental and emotional aspects. The purpose of these particular adjustments is to make it easier for you to absorb the New Energies that are slowly raising your body's base frequencies. These energies need to rise, as various new components are to be added by our medical teams. This is to make it possible for you to better stabilize once you are hit by the occasional large quantum of energies that are coming from the Galactic Core. These coming changes are to further shift you into a series of newer core perceptions. Our mentors require that you be open to a number of realities with regard to your initial "fall" from full consciousness. Heaven desires that you learn why these vast shifts in consciousness occurred. At that time, the Atlanteans were desperate to gain the aid of their dark allies. They saw that a number of other "daughter" colonies were greatly opposed to what had been done to Mu (Lemuria) and a rebellion loomed. 

The changes happening to you are raising your base frequencies and making you more aware of how your many life-long perceptions are gradually changing. You are becoming more allowable, as regards to the benevolent nature of this First Contact fleet. It is as well looking at the role of America in a very different light. After the defeat of the Axis powers in 1945, most of the world adopted a pro-America attitude. This has greatly shifted and most now have a more negative outlook. Despite many of the tragedies that America has faced, this has persisted. What is about to occur is to greatly alter this ever-growing belief. America's true nature is about to be rescued from the oligarchy. The main cause of this change is to be NESARA and its spread across this globe. Another is that the UFO cover-up is officially to end. The empire of the American oligarchs is over. Mindless war is done! All that is to be left is Love and Union with all humanity. A time of peace and great prosperity lies ahead. Use these moments to aid Gaia and to ready yourself for Full Consciousness! 

Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! The positive energies of the Light continue to flow at greater and greater levels! The energies from Heaven are being pumped toward us by this Galaxy's Central Core. These energies are strengthening each of you. Use these wondrous and blessed powers to create a collective vision for freedom and prosperity. Each part of your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies is being affected by this great influx of spiritual energy. This is why we ask you to remain positive. Join the collective of humanity and pray and/or meditate daily. Envision the realm that you desire. These spiritual exercises are to permit this new realm to accelerate its manifesting in this realm. Prosperity and freedom are beginning to come forward. Sense this wondrous yet subtle vision and use your abilities to aid Gaia and us in creating this New Realm. Over the coming weeks, events are to slowly appear. These are to permit a New Reality to hold its transformation and thrust you into this new Divine Place. Its divine roots began in the small financial banking businesses that dot Africa, Europe and the Americas. These blessed actions occurred over the last few decades and created a self-organizing social and media network. We have watched this urge to be free grow and await a donor to greatly develop these small networks into a means to swiftly change the face of this much maligned aspect of humanity. 5D is Here Now! Congratulations to the participants of the First Wave of Ascension! Know that if you are reading this, you belong to the First Wave of Ascension. 

On this glorious day, we have awakened to a New World and a great number of beings effortlessly ascended into 5th dimensional consciousness. After ‘the great fall of the angels’, which was the human race, we suffered from amnesia and we were under control for over 12.000 years. This cycle of darkness has officially ended. We now manifest our divinity back into this realm, which will allow others access to the new higher frequencies. 

No matter where you are at with your spiritual development or that of your loved ones, no matter what you think about these exciting times, remember that this is not a privilege reserved to a certain group of people. It is the forte of all sentient life on the face of the Earth. Humans, animals, dark and light beings alike, Ascension is upon us all. It is the Divine Plan. 

We can see the New Earth, we can feel Her and we undoubtedly know, but it is only the beginning of the unfolding of the Divine Plan. The New Energies will begin to integrate in the next number of days and shall come to full completion till 2018. 

Dear newly Ascended Masters, you can throw your watches away beloved ones, the time is Now. Breathe in love and breathe out everything else. We made it! 

Whether already ascended or not, many might be experiencing feelings of resentment and a heightened sense of emotionality within them. Anger, pain or sorrow, all these kinds of feelings might be exaggeratedly present at the moment. Allow these emotions to come to the light, as we are now going through a major clearing process to fully integrate the New Light Codes. Embrace all your emotions in all ways; they are what connect you to your spiritual body. Listen to your inner voice and pamper yourself to smoothly go with the flow. 

There is no stopping of this (r)evolution, but you can choose to either ride the wave or hide from it. No matter which direction you take, it will not affect the fact that you inevitably are ascending, yet it will be easier for you to remain open and embrace the Shift. 

Take off your shoes, your Mother is calling. Plant your bare feet on the ground and connect to Gaia to release and recharge with Her newly ascended energy of 5D reality.

Your Inner Commitment

Beloved Ones, 

There has been a shift in the energies of the Earth and within you. You have stood on the threshold of two worlds, and have made your choice. You have recommitted to the growth and evolution of your soul and this has brought you to the greater frequencies that now enfold you. There is a new aspect of your total being that is now coming to the surface. Many of you are still in the throes of purification, the purification of the four lower bodies and will continue to experience the effects of this cleansing process. Some of you are sometimes shocked at the words and thoughts that come into your awareness…this is your ego mind trying to bring you back into its control through the attempted distraction of your renewed commitment to Self. The good news is that you now recognize what is occurring and are able to counteract by changing those thoughts as they happen. You are truly becoming the alchemists, changing the lead of the lower dimensions of life experience into the purified gold of your Holy Christ Self. 

Loving others is an integral part of your spiritual being. Sometimes, your words and actions may seem to you to be rather extreme, but then you are surprised by the positive effect that these produce in others. This is you speaking your truth, without heat, in total detachment, and you are being heard. For some of you, this is a new experience, being heard and seen by those who surround you in the physical realm. This is a direct result of you giving love and kindness to yourself, knowing that you are worth it. When one loves Self in a non-egotistical way, only good can come of it. By balancing the energies of Duality in all facets of your inner and outer being, you are creating a new you. By embracing the Light and the dark aspects that comprise the spiritual being that you are and coming into balanced acceptance of it, you are achieving mastership of the lower dimensions and moving into the next phase of growth on your spiritual evolutionary journey back to Oneness with Source. 

There is an element of the miraculous in the energies that enfold you now. Each moment is alive with infinite possibilities as you expand the magic that is within you. You are reaching inward to enter new realms of joyful creation and are filled with the anticipation of victorious achievement. There is a sense that something wonderful and totally unexpected is about to happen. As you go within daily, give thanks and acknowledgement for the countless miracles and blessings that now manifest in your life. As you listen to the promptings of your physical body and your higher guidance and allow the deep rest and relaxation to take place as needed, healing within is achieved and this gives you renewal and strength in the manifestation process of your deepest dreams. The higher aspects of your being bring forth the wisdom of your soul and you view the world from a higher perspective. 

There is an ongoing shift into higher frequencies taking place within you and while this is occurring, new levels of perception are gained and this will help you to achieve a deeper understanding of the current situations manifesting in your life and you will be better able and equipped to deal with them. There is a coming together of all aspects of your being and this will eventually assist you in your return to the Oneness of Source. You have been learning that in order to create, one needs to be involved in the experience in a personal way. You rise above the mundane realities of your daily life and see what is required of you to overcome them. You now use the energies that flow through you as an authentic expression of your soul. You are finding the joy in this process of surrender to the higher workings of your life purpose and realize that your Soul and Higher Self truly do have your greatest blessing and well being at heart. 

As you move in the direction of the great potential that lives within you, you gain awareness of the way to allow this process to unfold. You know you cannot remain in the place of comfortable sameness any longer and that you must allow the inner growth you have experienced to expand outwardly into all facets of your life. All that was is now being changed and transformed on your life path. Be at peace with this process, for it is part of your Divine Plan and an outward reflection of the inner commitment to the growth of Self that you have consciously chosen. Stand in your truth of this perspective and move forward into the new direction towards the achievement of your highest potentials. You have all that you need ever available within you. You have all the wisdom of the ages within you, which your soul has gathered and learned throughout its many experiences on Earth and in the Cosmos. Continue to steadfastly follow your own star as it shines ever more brightly upon this planet!

Being OK With Being In The Void

Beloved ones, 

There is an enormous Shift going on within and in through and around you and your planetary Star. Much has been accomplished these past weeks and we congratulate you all on your continued efforts towards and for the Light. You are no doubt noticing big shifts in your awareness and perception of things that surround you. This can at times be a little disturbing as nothing appears to be as it was in the past. 

There have been many upgrades to your systems and these new upgraded systems need time to re-calibrate your energy, until they are balanced and harmonized once again. It takes as long as it takes and we ask you to be patient with yourselves and others as you are all going through massive changes, most of them unbeknownst to your conscious awareness. 

Nevertheless, these upgrades are taking place and more and more people upon your planet are beginning to wake up. There has been an enormous amount of clearing going on in so many levels; it is hard for you to understand where all these random feelings and thoughts are coming from. They are being released from the collective human mind and consciousness. As they release, the Lightworkers available are still sifting and sorting and dissolving these collective patterns. It may appear at times extremely heavy and you may ask yourself: why I am feeling this way? I felt so good last week, what happened? 

We tell you just to be with the process and not to judge yourself for how you are feeling. It is all a part of the upgrades you are receiving and not to be judged as wrong or bad, just an intricate part of the Ascension process. You may at times feel extremely tired and sometimes irritable - this is okay. It is simply a signal for you to take the time to go into retreat mode and just be with what is arising. Loving it and embracing all the polarity that exists in through and around you at this time. It seems stirred up and intensified because it is surfacing to be released once and for all. There will be an end to this seemingly endless clearing process and the time is nigh. Soon it will not be necessary for you to assist others in their process, but at times it is as a part of your mission agreed upon long ago. You are collectively just speeding up the whole process for the collective and moving things along a lot faster than they would if you were not involved. 

For this, we thank you beloved ones. Please do not take these down times as bad and feel as if you must have done something wrong. It is all just a part of your own evolutionary journey. So, relax into it and know that this time will soon pass. The tide always goes in and out - you feel marvelous, full of energy, sparkly and light, and all of a sudden you seem to be in a void - flat, irritated and discontented with everything, most of all yourselves! The key here is to love your selves through these void periods and know that this too will pass. Use these times for inner work and silence rather than social gatherings. Just say no, if you are not feeling up to it and honor yourselves above all in every situation. 

We love you beloveds and we watch over you closely. You are well guided, even at times when it feels as though you are alone. You are not, we have just stepped back a few paces to give you time to integrate what is and then we will come closer again. 

We love you, we adore you and we embrace you always in our minds and hearts.

Grounding during the Shift

The Star Councils through Solara An-Ra for 5 May 2015 

We are the Star Councils of Light. We are a group of Light Beings, most of whom have been in the physical world that you inhabit at some time or other, but who are now in Lightbody form, and who have chosen to assist the earth planet and her people at this time where you go through THE SHIFT. The Shift is a term which is being used for the transmutational process which occurs in 3D on your planet. Transmutation means that matter moves from one state of being into another state in energetic terms, so that something which has been physical, for instance, is changed into a higher dimensional frequency, which is more like light. In alchemy terms it would be like a solid being manifested out of a liquid, or a liquid changing into a solid. You understand that there is a substance, but that the nature of that substance is transmuted or changed. 

And the Shift on your planet is about the transmutation of the 3D world into a higher, finer frequency – a 5th dimensional frequency in which things appear and are experienced to be less solid, despite the fact that you are still on the Earth plane and in the same reality. This is needed, because it is part of your evolution - it is part of the reason you have come to this planet at this time, in order to go through the Shift. And once the Shift is fully in place, then you will be able to operate from the level of consciousness in which we exist; from this level of being in which your thoughts are manifested instantly – in which you can choose whether to be physical or in Light-body at will, just as we can. 

These 'Siddhis' as they have been called by the yogis, are already accessible to you – you are already able, at will, to change from physical into Lightbody form. You are already able to communicate telepathically. You are already able to heal through sound-light-crystal frequency. You, Earth beings, have these abilities within you, within your 12-strand etheric coding – within the etheric coding in your Light-bodies, which is down-loading now. And you are simply in the process of remembering how to access these things – how to remember your true abilities and gifts – remembering how to exist on this higher level while still embedded into your 3-D reality. 

We speak of the Earth shifts which occur at this time, through the moving of the tectonic plates deep within the ocean beds. These shifts are affecting all of you, and according to your stage of energetic integrity and evolution, some are moved into distress on a physical, emotional or mental level more than others. We will give you some guidelines for coping with these shifts. 

You have understood, you awakened ones, for some time, that these shifts within the Earth body are necessary for the cleaning process of your planet. The more you are able to move into energetic integrity en-masse, the less of these Earth shifts there will be. But at this moment there is no alternative but for your planet to shift. And with the shifting there is destruction and disruption within your Earth life, and there is no other way to get around this but to teach yourselves and those who you can assist around you how to ground effectively – how to recharge – how to maintain an energetic connection which is in integrity with your core crystal - with the centre of your planet. For if we consider the directions of above and below, within your ability to connect vertically, for the moment it is more important for you to connect with the core crystal than with the higher spheres. It is more important, in other words, for you to stay grounded on every level - emotional, mental & physical – for without this grounding you will become disjointed, fragmented and confused. Without this grounding, your physical body struggles to integrate the energetic changes around you. And so we will go through a practice with you now. 

Sit in your meditation pose, whether it is on the floor or in a chair. We ask you to focus on your central core which spins through your chakras. Visualize the 7 internal chakras, beautiful spinning vortexes of color – red at the root, orange in the belly, yellow at the solar plexus, green at the heart; sky-blue at the throat, indigo blue in the third eye, and violet and white at the crown. Visualize this rainbow spinning within you – red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo & violet. And through these internal energy wheels you perceive a white or silver light. This is an energy which flows constantly within you – there is an upward and downward motion within this central core. As you perceive this central core from Svadhisthana in your belly, you send a grounding cord down. This cord is silver, it connects from your belly down through your root chakra, though the Earth Star Portal at the bottom of your aura and down, down through the Earth layers, through the crystal beds, down through the beauty of the inner worlds of Earth – and into this great being – the source of all your life in 3-D, the core crystal of your planet. 

We wish you to perceive that this connection is energetic. It is magnetic. There is a sense of being drawn downwards into this source of all gravity. And you feel this in your body; a feeling of heaviness – magnetic pull and heaviness. More important than anything else within this technique of grounding is a feeling of relaxation and open heart. Your heart is open, you feel in love with your planet, and you trust that you are connected with her. You trust that is what allows you to receive healing and stay in physical health and integrity. You send this cord down with love, connecting into the Great Mother, just as a child connects to her mother through the breast, so you connect into the Great Mother through this cord. 

Perceive that you are nurtured; that you are nourished. Spend time dear ones, each day, sending this cord down and opening your heart to the planet, staying in a sense of trust that you are safe, and that the energetic shifts and changes that occur on your planet happen as they need to happen, and that you are safe. 

Say out loud ‘I am safe in my body and on this planet’. Allow yourselves to move into this sense of safety – for many of the feelings that arise within your emotions that make you feel unsafe; that make you feel insecure in your body and on your planet and cause anxiety about your health – many of these thought do not belong to you. They come from other times and arise in your consciousness triggered by the Earth changes. Stay with your own reality. Stay with this feeling of love for nature and Earth, and your own experience of safety; your own experience of trusting the Earth; trusting your body; feeling your body as one with the earth body. Sending your grounding cord down, perceiving the silver magnetic flow which moves from your belly down to the core crystal and back up into your body. 

Say out loud ‘I am one with Gaia’. Experience this now, dear ones, your Oneness with the planet. Spend time in nature; spend time lying or sitting or walking barefoot on the Earth, allowing yourself to feel her strength and beauty, reminding yourself that you are safe in your body and on this planet, sending your love into the planet, assisting her with her re-birth process. 

We trust that we have assisted you at this time, we are with you dear ones, we send great love and blessings your way. We understand that these Earth changes are difficult for you, but they will pass. These shifts will come and go. They are part of your transition, of the shift, of your transmutation into a higher frequency – and this is extremely positive. This is a wonderful process! But just as giving birth to a baby seems traumatic as you move through the process, but is a great joy and blessing, a wonder, when completed – so is this part of your journey sometimes experienced as traumatic. You simply need to stay in your heart, keep your bodies healthy and ground yourselves every day, perhaps several times a day, in order to stay in integrity. You have no choice but to make your lives more simple – for the many complications in your life – that modern life necessitates – these many complications on every level that you allow in your lifestyles, do not serve you, and will not be tolerated in the greater scheme of things. 

You are all moving back into lives and a way more or simple, more like your ancestors – and you begin this now with a simple practice of grounding every day; staying connected with Earth whether you live in nature or in the city, it is always possible, desirable, essential. And so it is. Namaste.

Your Reality Is Shifting To a New Paradigm

Today we would like to focus your attention on your perceived reality. Many are watching as the entire “world” is seemingly in some sort of chaos. But know that things are not always as they seem to be. There are many opposing viewpoints that are being brought to the collective’s attention. 

Remember, you cannot change what you do not know. These extremes are being brought to your attention, not so that you can force your views upon another, but rather so that you can see that all wish for the same end result; you merely have different opinions of how to reach the desired outcome. 

Much corruption has been allowed to exist within reality, it has been there all along, however it is only now that your collective is strong enough to redirect it, to shift what you no longer wish to have on your planet. Most of your policies, institutions, and governments are in need of change, as they can no longer be sustained, if you wish to create something entirely new. Though, you must know that from every wreckage comes an opportunity to build something much greater. You cannot have the new, unless you are willing to let go of the old. 

This is a very big lesson and we would say a more challenging one for many of you at this time. You are capable of being a pillar of peace for those whose lives seem to be in the midst of so much chaos. Many of you have done extensive work on an individual level to rid yourselves of that which no longer serves you, and, as a result, you are now more than capable of grounding your inner peace and faith that all is not falling apart, but rather that it is being rebuilt as you have wished. 

You see, enough of you have focused so intensely on releasing all that no longer serves you, that the change has now reached the masses. The collective is now being urged to come together as one to change and shift the world you co-create into a world you wish to live. 

Remember, no event has a label of either good or bad, it is you who chooses to focus on either the positive or the negative of any situation. There are those of you who will look for the benefits of these collective clearings and there are others who will only see destruction; it is always entirely up to you. This is one of the reasons why we have said that "perspective" will play such a large role in your lives this year. 

As you look around, there are many all over the world who see only devastation and chaos; but know that nothing new can grow in a garden that is choked by weeds. The weeds must be uprooted; they must be removed before you can plant your seeds for the harvest. We understand that it can be disconcerting to say the least, but you have come into this life more than prepared for this. This is what you are here for, to shine your light and ground peaceful energy for those who have lost their way. It’s your time to shine. 

Listen to your inner guidance for reassurance that all is unfolding exactly as it should be. Know that all is not lost; it is simply being removed, so you can replace it with something much better. Do not get pulled back down into the energy of fear and despair, you have all the tools you need to thrive in these tumultuous times. For every one Lightworker, know that there are hundreds of others working on the other side of the veil right alongside of you. 

We share this message with you to offer our words of encouragement, for those of you who are watching your world seemingly get worse, when in fact it is in the process of getting much better. Know that you do not have to attract the chaos that appears to be erupting around your world into your own individual lives. Many of you have already worked extensively on your inner beliefs and as a result you have shifted through your own individual chaos already. 

We encourage you to hold your peace, for that is what the world is most in need of. You have chosen to awaken before the masses and as a result you are now capable of helping to stabilize the collective energy, as the masses now begin to awaken to the changes that must now take place. There is a saying on your world that we feel fits this situation quite well; it says, “We never said that this process would be easy, we said that it would be worth it.” And so it is. 

Where one sees chaos, you can see transformation. Where one chooses to see devastation, you can see a new platform for change. This is the change you have all been waiting for. Know that this perceived chaos is not the beginning of the “end”, but a new beginning. The old must be allowed to fall away, so that you can create the world you have dreamed of. Events are becoming more extreme, but know that it is not because you live in a world which is continually getting worse, but because you have prayed to live in a world far better. 

These events which may seem horrific, the tragedies that seem to be more and more frequent are not a sign that your world is in peril. It is allowing that which was hidden to be in plain view now. So, with that we ask that you hold your focus upon the world you wish to create, rather than how you believe it should be created. Allow the universe to use the path of least resistance. All you must do is determine what you desire to create. Now is the time that you are determining what your world will become, so choose wisely. Be in peace.
