You are being invited to practice ways of riding the intense energy waves being generated from the stars. 

Everything you experience as solid and "real" is vibrations of energy, held or locked in place by belief systems. If you could set aside all the mental programs about your reality, you would experience a different reality. There are dimensions and timeframes you can experience and 'travel'. 

Imagine a child who is raised in a small house. All their needs are met--they are happy, yet their entire world is the small house. They become an adult, yet never venture out of the small house, believing that the small house is all that exists. They see nothing more--all their beliefs and mental programs tell them that reality is only that one small house. 

Then something happens and they are shocked out of their stance and beliefs. They catch a glance of a bigger reality beyond the small house. This is the beginning of expanded awareness. 

This is happening on your planet. People are being shocked out of their stance of what's real. It's frightening and fearful and they have a tendency to run back into the small house, with small, safe, limited beliefs about reality. 

We are encouraging you to step out the door and embrace the countless realities that are only a frequency or vibration away. 

Allow yourself to imagine traveling to the stars. Allow yourself to see energy in its different forms without an overlay of your beliefs. Allow yourself to imagine how music might look or how music might smell, rather than just how it sounds. Allow yourself to stretch into a space in which you question your beliefs and how you perceive your life. 

Assistance is being given to awaken humanity to the rich tapestry of multi-realities. Reality is a bigger, freer playground. Reality is riding the energy flow. Reality is reading the energy signature of the moment. Reality is expansive. 

Increase your personal vibration to a higher resonance. Balance, laughter, joy and gratitude are vibrational tickets that allow you to travel into these new realities of wonder and awe.

Beloved Ones, 

It is important that you make time each day to be still, so that you can go within. During this time of the year, one’s schedule can become full of activities that you feel must be done, with family, friends and your community and this is wonderful as long as you do not over extend yourselves. Too often there is a tendency to place too much importance on the pleasing of others rather than on one’s own needs. As in all things, there must be a balance, so that your equilibrium is maintained and sustained. It might require a rethinking of priorities or of lowering your own expectations and looking at alternative options. Many times, it is one’s own expectations of how things should be that create stress in one’s life. Your loved ones are willing to help and are willing to adjust to new ways of doing things and to experiencing new ways to celebrate the season. 

If one is relaxed and feeling peace within themselves, they do not leak impatient energies to those around them. Each person must realize that they are part of a greater whole and that their energies affect those around them, so it is important to look at themselves as having more power than previously contemplated. Many are feeling stressed, rushed and angry during these times and those who are extremely sensitive pick up this energy automatically and then wonder why they are feeling such feelings when they were feeling happy and peaceful before. Some of you are like sponges, absorbing the emotive fiery energies from all the people in your sphere of influence. When this happens, one needs to realize what has occurred and then counteract by finding a quiet space, finding time to soak in a tub of very warm and soothing water, perhaps perfumed with an essential oil of your choice and with some sea salt added to purify your auric field and clear all that is not conducive to who you really are. Listening to relaxing music is also very helpful. 

When one’s emotions include the feeling of gratitude, the universe rushes in to provide its counterpart in your life. At this time of the year, it is important to cultivate the feelings of the heart that open your heart centre to its radiant golden glow so that it has the opportunity to expand into greater Christ Consciousness. This consciousness is freely available to everyone and requires an openness and willingness to receive. This loving energy is non-denominational and is to be received and integrated by everyone. It is especially more potent as the world moves into the solstice in each hemisphere on your planet. Working with these potent energies helps to move you forward to the greater expansion of your inherent potentials. As you move through each day, use that extra power to bless everyone and everything around you. Bless every person you meet, bless the trees, the birds, the flowers, bless all the beauty that you see. Give thanks to God for everything. When you do this consistently, the angels, your guides, the ascended masters and your higher self will work in spirit so that it is accomplished. 

When you bless everything, it is by cosmic law that what goes out from you will come back to you so be prepared for many blessings in your life. Better yet, become all blessings of God by making this a daily practice and this will automatically spread all blessings to the world around you. As you daily raise your consciousness and your vibrational frequency, you are also raising your higher self to a higher level. The higher your Higher Self rises, the higher you are lifted up. As people raise their consciousness, their light spreads out for many miles like a blanket of pink light which assists others to open their heart and consciousness and their awareness starts to expand. This pink light expands out to encompass all who are within its field. This is why it is most important to purify one’ thoughts as you expand in your power to manifest your reality by your thoughts. It is important to train your mind and watch all your thoughts to see if they reflect the God that you are. 

Each and every one of you is learning to wield greater power in the world around you and this requires self discipline and self control. There are many examples of the misuse of power in the world and that is not what you are here to do. You are here to create positive and benevolent changes in the collective consciousness of the planet. You must continue to be the love and the light that you innately are. And with each passing day, we see more of you shine your brilliant light and we rejoice!

Love and Service

Beloved Ones, 

Let us have discourse on the quality of love known as service. What is the true meaning of service? Service is a way of making deeper contact with the spiritual interconnectedness of the world one lives in. Every time an individual helps another, they come closer to their essential divinity. As they serve others, they must forget self and concentrate upon the given task, to do what is called for to the best of their ability, until they bring it into a successful completion. With the process of forgetting the self, there is a sublime feeling within them that arises from giving of service that is generous and benevolent. Reaching for one’s higher self through service to others is a sublime sacrificial act of purification, allowing an individual to utilize their most powerful asset, love, without desire for reciprocation. By increasing one’s capacity to serve, one’s soul unfolds and reveals the gifts that are carried within them. It allows them to express these gifts clearly and fully. Learning to serve allows them to give these gifts without hesitation, without reservation, in the freedom that their soul intends them to express from moment to moment. True service carries great joy, great love and compassion and by this sharing, one’s soul conveys the blessings it carries to another. 

Service is a way of knowing one’s greater spiritual connection at a deeper level, which connects them with a reality much larger than is accessible by the conditioned human self. Selfless service is based on identification with the soul instead of the lower aspect of the self which is external. This enables one’s service to others to be more loving, creative and effective and expands their view of the world they live in. It does profound and amazing things to the spirit within each individual when they hold gratitude in their hearts for being able to be of service to others in a loving manner. One’s true service, the true expression of their soul and the gifts that they carry within them always expands and unfolds their true God self. Being of service attracts to them great measures of grace, love, help and assistance from all who serve God. These mighty forces of love rush into cooperation with the individual in joy, expansion and expression. Through service to others, one sees the many aspects of their own life, both past and present, in a different light and with a much greater sense of understanding and appreciation. Their service, whether great or small, lets the individual feel the happiness of connecting with their brothers and sisters. It reminds them that God often allows each individual such as themselves, to be the answer to someone else’s prayers. 

Each individual has an opportunity to utilize their skills to make the world a better place. It may be subtle and barely noticeable, but the opportunity to serve others through one’s work and talents is all around them each and every day. When one approaches their work with humility and the desire to be of service to others, a healthy spirit is nurtured within them by their purposeful practice. It just seems natural and right to them to serve others. It keeps them grounded and free of much of the psychological baggage that can cloud their judgment and become barriers to the true giving of value. In these times, more and more individuals are seeking to express their spirituality through the work that they do. Spiritual practice in daily life encompasses not only practicing kindness toward others, but also taking time for individual self-reflection and examination. This practice often entails silent communication with God through prayer, meditation, spiritual reading, and reflection. Those who practice spiritual service find more fulfillment and commitment in whatever work they do, with increased performance and improved relationships a happy result. The quality of love through giving service is reflected in the practices of the expression of caring and concern, through listening responsively, and through sincere appreciation of the contributions of others. 

There are endless opportunities to be of service where one can encourage people to do what they love, follow their dreams, achieve their goals and do the things they enjoy doing. The spiritual values of integrity, honesty, and humility must be an integral part of service to others as well as treating others with respect, kindness and fairness. This produces positive effects in whatever form of service one is providing. When one does small acts of kindness for their neighbours, takes part in community service, fulfills responsibilities within their local and larger scale humanitarian efforts, it connects them to those they serve and gives them a satisfaction that self-interest can never offer. When one serves others, they are reminded that nothing in this life lasts as long as the bonds that they form with other people. There is no better way in which they can connect themselves to others than by working together for the common good. By placing one’s own desires and personal aspirations on the line for others, it approaches moral courage that involves their heart, soul and God within. This is the essence of love in action. By lending one’s efforts to helping people, one will come to know a deep happiness that they have never known before. 

Service is essential for one's transformation, personal growth and for tapping into their creativity. When each individual ponders on what they can contribute to creatively changing the world each day in their own way, all are participating in a global transformation. When they take the time to give, listen, love, heal and be compassionate in their daily action for all life, they are expressing love through service. Love is about serving other beings with compassion, kindness and a deep and abiding sense of giving. This in turn gives the individual a profound sense of love, respect and admiration for oneself. Expressing gratitude to others and becoming thankful for someone’s kindness by accepting it in the moment it is given is a loving service to the one who is kind. Every act of kindness is a service to another, no matter how big or small it seems. Service to others is a way to give unconditionally whatever a person needs in the moment by responding to their needs. By being of service in this way, one is doing their part to embody heaven on Earth by expressing their soul gifts. 

May your loving service bring more of heaven into each of your lives and into the lives of your loved ones and into your world.

Ascension and the Animals: How Animals Are Assisting Humanity's Ascension

This article was inspired by a horse client named Rigo, who requested that I explain to people just how animals are assisting their people and the planet to make the energetic Shift of the Ages possible. 

In addition, I have been asked from time to time by some of my human clients and online community, if the animals will be coming with us into the higher dimensional frequencies. "If I choose Ascension, will my animals come with me?" 

I am delighted to tell you all that not only can they come along, if they choose to do so, but that they are also working very hard to help us make the Shift. Furthermore, many of them are already advanced spiritually beyond our current level of understanding, so it is only natural that they will move with us into the 5th dimension and beyond. 


First, a little history on how the animals are assisting

While humanity has been sleeping, animals of all species have been holding the energies for humanity to awaken. This has been going on for thousands of years, despite human abuse of animals across the planet. By holding the energies, I mean that they consciously ground energies into the Earth and work harmoniously, as much as possible, with each other, to keep balance and harmony in the energy webs or grids. 

Some animals work with mother nature to open blockages that humans have created with war and other conflicts and destructive behaviors. 

Some have provided us with the food of their flesh, skins off their bodies, and other gifts of their physical forms. 

Still others, like bees for example, have created gifts through their natural way of living: honey, bee propolis, and bee pollen are all examples of some of the creations available to heal and feed humans who agree to work harmoniously with bees. 

There are many species who have been here on the planet for a long time, who came to educate humans and to keep the planet in balance. 

For example, did you know that whale song carries for thousands of miles and helps balance the tectonic plates inside the Earth? Did you know that dolphins came here to bring higher knowledge to humans? Did you know that the lions of Africa and cats of all types came to hold certain energies for all the species living here, but especially for humans? 

With the Harmonic Convergence of 1987, a dramatic influx of higher frequencies began and has continued to accelerate. Today, we are bombarded with energies almost daily. Planetary alignments, comets, meteor showers, eclipses, solar flares, and many other events are bringing these energies to us for the spiritual awakening of the Earth, humanity, and all the other earth kingdoms. 

Until a few years ago (maybe 4 or 5 or so) the animals and mother Earth and the other Earth kingdoms (plants, stones, minerals, and so on) had been taking the lead in holding and grounding the new energies. This was due to so few humans being awake enough to do it. But then, we passed a critical point, and humanity began to take full responsibility for holding the new energies. 


Today, the animals are working harder than ever 

Today, the animals are processing a great deal of energy through their bodies for their individual human family members. The animals who live with humans, whether cats, dogs, horses, snakes, bunnies, guinea pigs, iguanas, and so on, are all interconnected energetically with their people. They are here in service to us, to help us. 

Here are a few ways that they do it: Some animals are intensely reflecting back to their human the very issues the human needs to resolve in order to move higher vibrationally and clear out the old limiting beliefs and emotional patterns. Some animals are getting sick because they are sucking in our energies, as we release lower vibrational patterns. In this way, they keep us from being sick or as severely ill as we might have been otherwise. Some animals are behaving in ways that express an overload of tension and anxiety that is present in their individual family and/or in the human group consciousness. Some animals are leaving their bodies at this time in order to return in younger, healthier, and stronger bodies, so that they can continue to serve us as the frequencies go even higher. Some animals are pushing our buttons, so we will look at stuff we've been avoiding for multiple lifetimes. Some animals are here to teach us. Some animals are here to help us heal. And the list goes on. 


How can we help our animals friends and companions? 

Appreciation, Gratitude, and Love. Take time every day to let your animals know that YOU know how hard they are working on your behalf. 

Tell them! 

Show them! 

Assist them! 

Work on yourself - take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Create sacred space in your home or wherever they live (a barn, for example). Burn sage or use other techniques for cleansing the energies on a regular basis. Protect yourself, your home and your animals from an overload of electromagnetic frequencies. Maintain balance and harmony where you and they live. This can be done with Feng Shui and many other systems for harmonizing your environment. 

Feed your animals well. This means the highest quality food that is rich in nutrients readily available for their bodies to use. Organic is best, if you can manage it. For example, there are organic grains that can be fed to horses that make a huge difference in their health and well-being. Learn gentle approaches to doing everything. Do whatever you can to make their lives better. For example, you can learn TTouch™ or massage or acupressure. You don't have to be an expert, and you can get an expert in when the situation warrants it. But if you use some of these techniques on a daily basis, you can make a big difference in your animals' lives. 

Use Flower Essences to help your animals release emotional energies they are taking on for you or others. If you share some of their issues, take the same or other appropriate essences yourself. Learn telepathic communication, so you and your animal can talk about what is going on for both of you. This not only builds understanding and strengthens your person bond, but it also prepares you for the time when telepathy will be the communication system of choice. 

Whatever steps you take to assist yourself, you are also assisting your animals to assist you. Then you can all choose to ascend together, and won't that be joyful?

Weekly Message from Hilarion via Marlene Swetlishoff for September 21-28, 2014 

Beloved Ones, 

Those who are able to move beyond the current distractions come together in focus for a world of peace. This energy is being magnified and multiplied by the higher dimensions, for as given before, wherever two or more are gathered there also is the Christ consciousness. The forces of Light and love take great delight in joining with the individuals who take part in a worldwide focus to bring in the highest outcome for the Earth and all of humanity. By the efforts of these combined forces of Light, many positive and benevolent changes take place in the world. It is a sacred and holy work that is performed with love and reverence by those who heed the call. Lighted souls the world over turn within to offer their deepest and most heartfelt desires to the Creator of All That Is in faith and trust and a deeper understanding that they are each a divine spark of the divine manifesting upon the Earth.

They turn then to contemplate the beauty of the world around them and celebrate the wonders of nature, the incredible sunrise and sunset, the myriads of tiny creatures that surround them, each unique and incredible in their exquisite detail. They drink in the colors of the flowers and notice how each petal seems to radiate Light from within. They connect to the trees and listen to their timeless messages of fellowship, nurturance and support. They begin to realize that life thrives on their planet and it is all connected to All That Is and that they also are an innate part of it. They sense that each moment they spend contemplating and admiring the wonders of the world they live on is an endorsement and an acknowledgment of gratitude for the abundance that was created for their enjoyment. It is in this way, they realize, that the universe responds by bringing them more of that which fills their hearts with joy. 

Peace in the world is created one consciousness at a time and when this consciousness within each person understands that by giving homage to all that is good in their lives, even if that does not seem much to other eyes, it keeps the flow of grace, benevolence and positive energy as a constant underlying force at work in their lives. The door to higher consciousness, to Ascension, lies in the constant and continual feelings of sublime states of joy, bliss and gratitude. Practicing and feeling these states connects people to the higher realms of perception and once these higher realms are realized within, going back to the old ways cannot even be contemplated. 

The task then is to strive to achieve these states of being and feeling. To learn to recognize old thoughts that rise up seemingly out of nowhere, to observe oneself having these thoughts rise up, and to see that it is old energy no longer of use in one’s life and to just let it go without engaging that old energy by attaching it to something current in one’s life. To quickly replace that old thought with an empowering new one. As this is practiced, it becomes easier and easier to stay in the sublime states of joy and bliss, which automatically generates feelings of gratitude. The more people that begin to embody these states of being, the more the world and the people around them respond to them with corresponding benevolent energy. When each person begins to honor their sister and their brother as they honor themselves, peace is a natural and graceful outcome. 

It is those whose hearts are peaceful in the face of the greatest challenges who create a better world for themselves and for others. It is those who understand that by letting go of resentment, anger and the need for revenge are those who uphold and uplift everyone and everything within their entire sphere of influence. You have but to look at history on your world to recognize those brilliant shining Lights, those people who stood in their Light, in their continued faith and belief in upholding the divine concepts of peace, forgiveness and unity with the utmost courage and persistence in the face of danger and to understand that you too, can be one of them. Stand strong and firm in the Oneness of the Divine and all will be well.

The thing you are waiting for is your own remembrance of the magnificence you are

Weekly Message from Hilarion via Marlene Swetlishoff for September 7-14, 2014 

Beloved Ones, 

You are now playing the waiting game, only you cannot discern the purpose of your waiting. It is time to step up to the next level of your journey. The thing you are waiting for is your own remembrance of the magnificence you are. This remembrance is coded within you and it is connected to an event in your life that will or has already taken place. How you will know that yours has been activated is by the feeling you experience that there is nothing of the old world that holds any interest for you any longer. You are more than ready to leave behind all the old programs and beliefs that were not really yours to begin with. This readiness can sometimes be experienced as depression, lethargy and apathy, the feeling that nothing will ever get better in your day to day life and that there is only chaos and dissolution that surrounds you. Know that when you are experiencing this, you will soon be moving into a higher octave and frequency. 

What is called for now is to foster the feeling of gratitude and praise for every moment of your daily life. For every negating thought you have, find 10 things in your life to be grateful for and praise yourself for each one. Every time a self defeating thought surfaces from deep within, take the time to make a list of 10 things that are good and are working in your life, even if it seems mundane to your perceptions. The point is to train your mind to think only empowering and nurturing thoughts, so that you draw to yourself all that you desire to experience in your daily life. The work that must be done now is to love and nurture your self. Each of you is very good, even excellent, in giving to others what they need, but it is now the time to daily do good to yourselves. This might seem like a chore at first and you will likely feel it is a silly waste of time, but I assure you, Dear Ones, that it is crucial that you continue. 

In order to live a magical life, you must BE the magic and you cannot BE the magic if you do not love and honor yourself first. A healthy love of self is required to create the life of your dreams. You must know and feel that you deserve the best life yet. You must also start on that path and get out of waiting mode, for it is yourselves that you have been waiting for, the divine within you is experiencing life as YOU! You have all the resources you need within you and this need to be tapped into. This will require daily periods of quiet stillness, so that you can connect to your core essence. Even five minutes spent in stillness and meditation will reap many benefits for you and this practice will also raise your frequency level, which needs to be maintained and sustained so that you can move to an even higher level. 

There is always reward from the universe for sustained focus and commitment on a daily basis. As you flourish in every facet of your life, the gap between cause and effect diminishes and the flow of joyous events in your life become manifest through the magic that you embody. As you let your former limitations drop away, you release yet another area that allows greater life force to fill you, nourish you and sustain you. In this ongoing releasing and cleansing process, you allow your Higher Self, your Soul, to become a more powerful influence within you and your daily life begins to radiate your true brilliance in all aspects of it. This turn of events brings more gratitude and praise, more heartfelt enthusiasm and passion to well up within you and soon you will find yourselves in a state of continual joy and bliss. 

The high spirits you experience will encourage you to stay on this path and the thought of going back to lower density will be totally repugnant to you. It will also allow a powerful and joyful creative energy to fill you and work through you. The gifts you have carried within your DNA are activated and turned on and you begin to share your gifts with others around you. You gain a clarity of mind that is attuned to the promptings within your heart and you know always the right thing for you to do. These are some of the initial openings that are now occurring and they will lead to even greater abilities as they are processed. Expect the highest outcome in all that you do and most important of all, BELIEVE in yourselves.

The Mighty I AM Presence

The “I AM Presence” is an electronic body of blazing Light substance that is individualized within each of us as the flame of life from the Source of all creation, our beloved Mother/Father God. 

This Presence is our true nature… that imperishable, eternal and individual identity within each and every human being. It is that which we have been seeking to return for millennia of lifetimes, the Great God Self.

As the highest divine aspect of our vast multidimensional constitution, the I AM Presence is the original seed of Love and the immortal nucleus of our entire being. 

It is the Source of every constructive impulse, thought, feeling and action. Its unifying, cohesive nature is the Source of all the love, wisdom and power required to overcome absolutely anything and everything that is of discordance and limitation. 

As we develop intimate relationship with and give constant adoration to our Divine Presence, miracles begin to happen including instant manifestation, spontaneous transformation and absolute knowing. This occurs simply through the constancy of our unwavering focus placed upon the Greater. In doing so, spiritual energy around us intensifies and expands as the points of Light within every cell of our flesh body respond in tremendous gratitude. 

As our attention continuously pours out Love to this Love of our being, an impenetrable radiance of Light forms around our body encasing us in a protective tube of Light of great magnetization and transformative influence to the outer world. God, expressing as the mighty I AM Presence within each of us, is the authority of the entire Universe. 

The I AM Presence hears, sees, thinks, feels and responds to only perfection on its level of cosmic service. As we consistently give adoration, feel gratitude and qualify our every activity with and through this energy stream, our daily positive impact upon life is immeasurable. 

This is especially amplified when our focus is consciously combined with all of the beings of Light from ‘On High’ supporting our dimensional transition. Together we coherently serve as Universal I AM, operating within all cosmic dimensions and radiating the patterns of perfection. 

We are SO blessed. 

The people of the Earth are all in the process of transformation

Beloved Ones, 

The people of the Earth are all in the process of transformation on every level. Human life as they have known it is changing and from those changes comes ways of living that will be far better for everyone. It is not an easy time during this process and so there is a need for faith in the vision of a better world for all. Certainly the outer world does not reflect the higher vision during these times, as it goes through the changes, but it is already a template on the higher planes of life. This is where all changes begin and then work their way into the physical. Humanity as a whole has chosen the changes that are occurring and some changes happen suddenly and others will take a longer period of time. Patience is needed for those of you who have been doing the work for many years. 

For those who are in the process of interfacing with their higher aspects, the task is to become their higher aspects. All that is not of the highest expression within each individual is now making its way to the surface to be acknowledged, learned from, blessed and released. As one is freed of long hidden aspects of oneself that lived in one’s very cells, it is important to practice forgiveness of self and all others with whom you have had interactions in the totality of your life during this lifetime and any others whose memory may surface during this process. After sincere forgiveness, comes a replenishment of more Light into one’s cells, and to maintain this Light one then becomes a person who constantly blesses all people and all situations that may arise. It is in this practice that greater connection with one’s higher aspects takes place. 

On the road to mastery, one learns to practice being the Creator’s ambassadors in every thought, action and deed. One becomes unconditionally loving of all life around them. There is no longer any room for the secret thoughts and judgments within each person’s mind as they interact with others. One must become an open book, honest and transparent in all interactions with others. This is, during these times, a difficult challenge for each one of you who are on the path, so it requires wisdom and discernment in your dealings with others. Release all that you can and let discernment be your guide during times that bring tests. Let love and blessing be your constant refrain within your thought processes. This is how we who ascended became free of the lower influences that surrounded us. 

We also lived our daily lives away from others, so that we could become the masters of ourselves. Those who are reading this do not have this option. Most of you have already gained this mastery in other places and lifetimes, so you have the capacity within you to walk the ways of this world and not be of it. However, it requires constant vigilance and discipline. Do not give up on this process because those around you choose to act in ways that are not expressions of the divine. Bless, bless, bless everything and everyone around you in your thoughts. This is your work in the now moments and you can do it, you have the capacity to do this. 

Continue to find time to do nice things for yourselves, listen to uplifting music, treat yourself to a lovely dessert from time to time, take long walks in nature, celebrate every little victory you have made as you take the next steps on your journey. There is much beauty around you and by tuning into this beauty and feeling the sublime joy, appreciation and gratitude within your hearts and minds for these moments, you help to anchor those feelings on your planet. Such is the nature of your work. Wonderful, isn’t it?

It is your energy and your vision that is creating the New Reality

Hilarion’s Weekly Message, March 3 – 10 2013 

Beloved Ones, you are experiencing another energetic download and are being upgraded yet again. As you know, this process will continue until all is cleansed and purified in your four body system. It is a time to spend going within as much as is possible for you and for allowing your heart chakra to open more fully so that any areas that still need purging can be worked on. If this process feels very intense for you, go out into nature and simply connect. This will ground you and remind you that you are a part of All That Is and that these feelings too, shall pass. 

Each layer that is cleared connects you more deeply with your authentic self that lies at the core of your being and this is important in order for you to move forward and the fastest and most accelerated way to accomplish this is to practice looking at each situation in your life and forgiving everyone and everything throughout this lifetime and most especially, yourself. Your human operating system has absorbed many false messages and signals throughout your journey in the physical and these each need to be recognized as such and released. It is important to discern between what is actually your energy and that of the collective consciousness. Sometimes, this can be a difficult process and many of you spend needless hours getting caught up in the dramas that are being enacted all over the Earth. 

It is of utmost importance for all of you Dear Ones to remain calm and detached from the dramas that are being played out upon the world stage. Do not add energy to these events. Instead, focus on all that you would like to experience in your reality. It takes effort each day to maintain a focus of Light in these times and persistence is the key. As you do this work, know that you serve a greater purpose than is readily apparent in your current reality. The process of Ascension for the Earth and all her inhabitants is ongoing and it is good to see the changes and transformations that are taking place. Although it appears to the contrary, there is evidence everywhere of the evolution that is taking place. 

Again, we stress that cultivating an attitude of gratitude and feeling joy in your being for the opportunities you are being given is crucial. As you move towards the vernal equinox in March the energies flooding this planet will be the greatest and most intense ever experienced. Allow yourselves to blossom into the fullness of your being and remember that you have chosen the path you are currently on and also, that it is during this year, Year One of the New Earth Reality, that you begin to come into your own. Take the time necessary to discover what it is that you want to create in your life and in the New Reality. 

It is your energy and your vision that is creating the New Reality. It is a new day and a new play. You can create what you choose upon this new template and only that which empowers and nourishes the greatest good for all will imprint upon it. Your creative powers are coming to the fore in the days ahead and many hidden talents and abilities will begin to unfold. The very atmosphere is alive and ripe with the highest potentialities. Believe in yourselves!

A Message from Archangel Michael, channeled by Ron Head for 21 December 2012

Michael: Good morning to all, on this first day of your New Age, the Age of Aquarius, as you have named it. 

Many have awakened to feelings of bliss and cellular excitement as the building Light continues to pour down upon you. This is still rising to its zenith and will continue to do so for the remainder of the year. Bask in it, bathe in it, and rejoice in it. The effects of it will be far reaching and wonderful. 

You will find that, as you become more and more used to the new levels of Light and Love, you will be more able to perceive in the ways you have, most of you, only imagined before now. Allow us to suggest a few ways to encourage these changes to take place. 

If you wish, my friends, to make changes to your chakras, your energy body, you must first acknowledge that you have such a body, that you indeed have chakras. If you wish to absorb the Love and Light of Creator, you must first acknowledge that it does indeed exist and is pouring down upon you. The truth of it is, of course, that it is the stuff of which you are made. It is the stuff of which everything is made. 

There are, at this present moment in the cosmic cycle, more sources of this energy aligned and beaming directly at you than there have been for many, many thousands of your years. There is a configuration, in fact, which has never before happened. In addition, there are far more hearts sending Love and Light to you than you have the ability to imagine quite yet. 

Now, what we wish you to do is to take this picture we have just painted for you and hold it in your minds with love, gratitude, and acceptance for as many moments each day as you can, waking, working, meditating, day-dreaming, and even sleeping. Just bring your mind back to it as often as you can. Bring to it feelings, sounds, sights, smells, whatever you can bring to continue its newness and attraction for you. Feed your dreams with it. Create with it. Yes, we said create with it, for that is what you do, dear hearts. 

Now, let us end this little note and allow you to spend the rest of your day in enjoying this moment to its fullest. We are standing at your shoulders. Good day.

Your time is here. Feel the love around you now as it increases in intensity.

Message by Archangel Michael for 3 December 2012 channeled by Ron Head 

Our message for today will be short and to the point. Every day now will be more intense than the one before it. You are clearing all remaining trauma and negative beliefs… if you so choose. Everything is up to you, dear friends. 

Release your love of drama, as well. You do not need it to make you feel alive any longer. All sorts of things are emerging into your awareness from under the rocks in your subconscious. Don’t grab onto them and do the 'why me' thing now. The answer to that is that you must see them, decide to let them go, and release them into the Light for the last time. If you dwell upon them, you will only succeed in feeling battered about and they will remain with you to be brought up again, making tomorrow another intense day. 

Remain centered and bid them good-bye. That sounds as if it must be too easy, but it truly is the purpose of their arising at this time. You are approaching the finish line, at least for this last leg of your journey. Of course that means that you are entering the starting gate at the same time, but we will discuss that happy occurrence in a few more days. 

Look out into your future now. Fasten your minds upon the image you have created of the person you intend to be after this transformation is complete. Do not waver from that intent just to enjoy one more time the little games you have played in your minds. 

Remain firmly in your hearts. Your calendars say days, but in the span of your lives, you truly have only moments to go. Rejoice. Hold yourselves in gratitude every moment. Your time is here. Feel the Love around you now, as it increases in intensity. This is why you came here. This is why you stayed. 

We are with you every step of the way. Be at peace and do not worry about the outcome. We will speak again very soon. Good day.

What is difficult for you now, you shall wear proudly in the future

Good day to all whom these messages reach. Our unconditional love and blessings to all are yours on this and every day. 

We are gratified that, despite the discomfort some are feeling at this time, you continue to forge ahead. These experiences are the lessons you will be able to point to, when it is your turn to help others find their way. What is difficult for you now, you shall wear proudly in the future that is not long now in coming. 

Some are asking for relief, a lessening of the stress and pain, when it becomes too much for them. This can be, and is being provided. There is no shame in this. It is also possible that wholeheartedly throwing one’s self into the process will provide much joy and instant relief. Only your heart can tell you whether this is true for you. It is a point, we tell you, that you shall reach when it is right for you. 

Many now are feeling a vast and growing energy of anticipation, yet they know not what is coming. The coming period, or rather the remainder of this period which you are now in, will become even more intense very quickly. Then you may feel, “My, that was intense! What happened?” That answer will be different for each of you, just as the final result of this spectacular year shall be. There will be those who say that nothing happened at all. There have been many of these all along the way. You must notice, however, that the numbers of those who can continue to hold these beliefs is diminishing quickly. As the changes become more and more obvious, the majority will begin to understand. 

Looking now at the events transpiring in your societies, you can see things reaching a crescendo. Prepare yourselves for the ride of your lives that we have forecast. We ask you to move through these times in celebration of that which you know is coming and to resist falling into fear and anger. Many of you are finding yourselves, much to your surprise, in a new space of peace and happiness, which does not include such negative things any longer. Many others will arrive at this stage shortly. It is available to all. Allow yourselves the option of dancing across this short time of chaos with a heart full of gratitude and peace. 

During this next two week period, draw to yourselves as much of the energies of healing and change which you able to perceive. They are great and becoming far greater. As we often tell you, the changes within you are by far the most important. Without the progress of each of you, there is no progress at all. You are the change makers. Soon you may begin to understand that you, meaning humanity, as an integral part of Gaia, are The Change Maker. This is why we have not stepped in to ‘save’ you. It is not allowed, and you would be lessened thereby. Be heartened, however. The point at which these things become no longer relevant approaches, rapidly. It shall be an ‘AHA’ moment which you will not soon forget. 

As always, we urge you now to call upon us in moments of distress. Call on us also, when you desire understanding of that which you are experiencing. Call on us for comfort. We are here only for the purpose of supporting you in this grand endeavor. We shall speak again soon.

The whirlwind is about to sweep you up my friends

Well, here we are on the eve of the Lion’s Gate. We will not go into what this brings to you, as this information has been very well explained by others. We will tell you, however, that your inner selves are going to be changing in increments you have not experienced before. There has been a very carefully laid foundation built, up to this point, for those of you who have asked for and allowed it to happen. This will now make it possible for things to proceed at a more rapid pace. 

Myriads of tiny little changes will now begin to come together in huge realizations and changes of purpose, intent, and understanding. Some, where needed, will find physical changes, healings. Ask. But after the asking, do not forget to allow, accept, and show gratitude. There is no limit to what you may change now other than your own mind. 

Find your “yes, but” and your “if only” walls. Realize from what they have kept you safely protected. Thank them and release them from their duties. Look beyond them at the new life you wish to have for yourselves. If you are reading these messages and understanding any of that which we are giving, you are ready to make these next steps if you so wish. The necessary energy, and it is immense, and the information have been provided, and will continue to be flooded into your world in ever increasing supply. The number of you waking to this is increasing each and every day. We are amazed, even though we have watched this happen from the beginning. 

Yet, we see many standing on the sidelines, reading the same things and saying that it is all nonsense. They say it is not happening. They say nothing has changed for them at all. We answer, ‘yes, you are correct’. It is time now for you to look into yourselves and ask why that may be. The only thing standing between yourselves and the changes the others are experiencing is a decision. Do not be afraid to make it. Decide and allow for the possibilities. No, you cannot see the internal changes and joy in another, and nor will anyone else see yours… at first. But you will, and that is what it is all about. If you do take that first step, the step others have all taken, you will remain outside looking in and wondering what it is all about. You have seen enough now to know that something is happening. You will be welcomed and aided as much as you allow and ask for. But you must begin it. You must take that first step. 

We also see many who are beginning to look around and ask for the help and guidance that they need. Look within yourselves and ask your guides and angels. But also, we tell you that many are being prepared to offer answers to sincere seekers. You will find them more and more about you. However, it may be difficult for you to see at first who they are and who is not quite so connected to the highest and best for you. Our advice is to be patient enough to allow your hearts to guide you in this. If you listen well, you will know. This is part of the discernment we tell you of. Always look for the feeling of love in what you are told. In this way you will know. 

The whirlwind is about to sweep you up, my friends. You are ready for it. Remember the words we have used so often, calm, centered, patience, discernment, and focus. And if you find that you are losing your way for a moment, reach out to us. We are with you and we will joyfully bring you back to your center.
