Beloved Ones, 

There is much growth taking place as people revisit the events in their past and make peace with them. Others have experienced drastic life changes due to unforeseen circumstances that came upon them suddenly which have left them with no homes or resources and they are now trying to deal with the after effects of the devastation that occurred. They literally must start at the beginning and create their lives anew. They are finding ways to reach out to each other to share their feelings in order that they may heal from the trauma they have been through. Through this mutual support, they are moving forward. 

These ones are being assisted by the compassionate people of their country and indeed, other countries, as the world rallies in unity to assist in any way they can. Many people in their country from other cities and towns have volunteered to go to the area of devastation and begin the daunting task of cleaning up the debris in order to allow a new foundation to take place. Other groups of people are being formed as clean up crews for the homes that are left standing, for these too, must be cleaned and made ready for habitation again. 

Humanity has responded with love in their hearts and kind generosity. The Lightworkers of the world have unified in sending their prayers and calming energies to the area of concern. Love in all its facets makes its presence known to those who are in need. The process of healing now begins to take place within everyone whose lives were touched and changed by the great cleansing that occurred. Those that have been affected are surrounded by the love and assistance of the spiritual dimensions. As their lives are rebuilt, they will remember the kindness given to them in their times of need and will endeavor to ‘pay it forward’ by giving to others at every opportunity that comes before them. 

This is the power of love in action and the way forward for all of humanity. When people move beyond self interest and allow compassion to flow through their hearts and their spirit, they are allowing the Divine to be in the world with them. When the Divine moves its influence in the world, positive and peaceful changes can take place. Everyone has a vital spark of the Divine within them and it is this spark that is now igniting within the hearts of the people throughout the world and this spark will catch fire as it spreads its radiance across the planet. The world and its people are being renewed, rejuvenated and regenerated. 

As life is reduced to its simplest form, people reconnect to the wonder and magic of it in all its splendor. Their experience of it becomes a magnificent journey of infinite possibilities and they thrive in the joy this simplicity returns to them. Laughter and good humor abounds and this attracts even greater possibilities, for the thoughts they hold within them are manifesting a greater supply of all that the abundant universe offers.

When “stuff” comes up . . . rejoice!

A Message from Jesus via John Smallman 

As the moment of humanity’s awakening approaches, many are experiencing unexpected emotions of great intensity arising into their awareness – the remembering and re-experiencing of long forgotten or deeply buried trauma – “stuff’ that they thought was over and done with, that they thought was healed. Childhood wounds and suffering are often very deeply buried to enable the child to survive and grow, but in later life they surface to be healed, and re-experiencing them can be very painful and surprisingly intense. 

If they are not addressed as they arise the suffering intensifies. To address and release them is part of humanity’s awakening process, because you will awaken into Love, Reality, Source, where anything that is not in alignment with that wondrous state, your natural state, has to be left behind, discarded or dissolved before you awaken, because the unreal cannot enter into Reality. 

When you go within, to your holy sanctuary of Divine Love – and no one is without one – tell God of your suffering and ask for help to let it go by surrendering it to Her. She is male and female in perfect harmonious equilibrium and will embrace and soothe your troubled hearts, allowing those ancient and painful traumas to just dissolve into the nothingness from which they seemed to arise. Remember, there is only Now. Nothing remains from the past, which is unreal, and nothing hangs over you as the future approaches, because that too is unreal. You are, and always are, the beloved and untroubled children of God residing now in His Presence in utter peace and joy. What you, as humans, experience apart from Love, is unreal and cannot last. 

Make daily visits to that holy inner sanctuary where Love resides – permanently – open your hearts, and allow It to embrace you. All that you need do is allow by surrendering to It, and then you will realize that you are One with It, and that indeed there is no separation. Doing that allows all that buried or denied trauma, suffering, or plain emotional confusion with which you are all burdened to arise into your awareness, and then, if you do not engage with it by trying to remember all that happened in that particular instance, or try to understand it, it will dissolve. It will probably not be instantaneous because it is like grief, it has to flow through, and because you are living as humans in time, it takes time and you will feel it, possibly very intensely, so have tissues at hand. (John has been doing a lot of this over the last few months.) 

When the flow ceases, you will feel relaxed, probably quite tired, and at peace . . . until the next time! But, it will come to an end, and the more willingly you allow it in, the more quickly will it pass. Men probably have more of a problem with this than women, because they are mostly enculturated to be tough. And being tough means not showing emotions, therefore blocking their emotions (although anger is often seen as tough, and is therefore acceptable!) has become normal, so when sadness or suffering of any kind arises, leading to crying, it is almost automatic to shut it down. So, for men, it will probably be necessary to find somewhere safe, somewhere they know that they will not be seen or disturbed, and thus safe from the embarrassment of being seen not only to have intense feelings, but to be sobbing their hearts out! It is NOT unmanly to do so, that is just an unfortunate male stereotype that needs to be discarded. 

To release all this buried and painful emotional trauma is an absolutely essential part of your and humanity’s awakening process. However, if you have already done a lot of work on yourselves, what you experience may well be as a result of your wise and loving choice to assist in the collective release of eons of trauma that have resulted from the painful games in which all have been involved since the separation experience was initiated. 

When “stuff” comes up . . . rejoice! It means that you have made the decision to release all that is holding you back by opening to Love, your true and eternal nature. It will be unsettling, buried emotions disclosed are always unsettling, but allowing them to flow will bring you to a space in which inner peace will enfold you. That place of inner peace is closed off to you when you deny or bury your feelings, because that intense resistance you are living with closes off access to the comforting arms of Love. Love feels! You know that, because you have all at some time experienced Love offered and have accepted It, even if only briefly, though probably not as you are reading this. 

Love is what the search for meaning is all about, and has always been all about, but the games of survival that you have been playing for eons have required you to build defenses against attack and betrayal, and those defenses also lock out Love. Love is always vulnerable, undefended, and amazingly strong and powerful. When you open to Love, you no longer need defenses of any kind. Allowing the pain and suffering of past traumas to arise in your awareness and flow out through you washes away those fearful needs, freeing you to engage fully with your Source, from Whom you have never for even a moment been separated. 

Go within and discover the treasures that have been stored there over the eons. Every single loving thought, word, or deed you have ever engaged with, no matter how seemingly inconsequential it may have seemed to you, has helped create a store house of treasures that you will discover with delighted astonishment when you awaken into full conscious awareness of who you truly are. 

Lay down your masks, the false selfs you present to the world, open your hearts in vulnerability and delight in the freedom you experience. When you do, you will find others, also unmasked, responding to you, and true relationships, holy relationships, will be established where you would previously have thought them impossible. You are all Beings of Light, of Love, and when you uncloak yourselves by dropping your masks or false selfs and offer Love to others, instead of cautious observance as you check for the safety of the situation, the responses you call forth will delight and astound you. 

You are Love, and so is everyone else, therefore engage only lovingly, and exult in the wonder that results. This is the time for which you have been yearning, so open your hearts and engage fully with the joy that awaits you.

The dark side requires WARS, TRAUMA, FEAR, and ABUSE

Progress is being made, my dear. Our gratitude goes out to all those enlightened people throughout your world who encircled London with Love and Light. This exercise will take time and effort. I know that in your souls, you understand what is being asked of you. It is of great importance. The results of your efforts will become obvious to all who inhabit the Earth. Though some may not fully grasp the importance of what is being asked of you, please participate. Every soul has an important role to play in rescuing Planet Earth. You must protect and activate the GRID in order to protect the Earth. 

The Ley Lines must be kept free of dark control. In order to prevent the ENERGY from flowing from the Ley Lines to humanity, the dark side requires WARS, TRAUMA, FEAR, and ABUSE. Whenever you see satanic abuse, you know that it is carefully planned, especially in areas where there are important ley lines. Those who want to take over your planet need to drink the blood, and eat the flesh, especially of babies. 

Comment from Veronica: [I met one family of three girls who had to produce babies for sacrifice. These girls used to be taken to the homes of some very important people, who then ritually sacrificed the babies. That was about 30 years ago. I talked with many others, who also told of the same experiences. But I was blocked by the powers that be, from exposing this practice.] 

Veronica and I, have tried to inform you of such practices. They cannot be ignored. Innocent children face brutal death, every day, all over your world. Can you really be happy with this situation? The innocent need and deserve your protection.

Those who need to make preparation to leave Planet Earth in a hurry, should their takeover fail (and fail it will), are happy that with your help they can destroy the Ukraine and Russia, to ensure their escape route. It is no coincidence that problems were created in this area. They are not capable of showing mercy; not even to their own kind. They happily kill their own when they step out of line. Your participation in saving your planet is required and appreciated on both sides of life. 

I watched with interest, my dear, as you researched Planet Earth from its conception, and the different attempts to take control, etc. I saw your excitement when you read about what was prepared in 11,200 BC to ensure that the knowledge would be available at the present time on Earth. I gave you this information in seance, four years ago, so it was exciting for you to come across it yourself. 

Yes, my dear, preparations were made all those years ago, for this time. The Elders knew that one day, in the distant future, this information would be needed. Nothing happens by chance. You were meant to find it. It is time to learn the truth about the different species which have lived on Earth, and those which tried to take it over, to have it for themselves, just like today. 

Observe carefully those who cry out for WAR. Every day, they give you more reasons why there must be a war. They fail to tell you that their very existence depends on having another war. They have destroyed many countries and killed thousands of people. They do not care. Self-preservation is what drives them on. Who they say they are, and exactly who they really are, is kept well hidden from you. The same people reappear, using different bodies and identities; but it is the same EVIL, repackaged. 

Everything they have taught you is based on LIES. They do not want you to ever know the truth. Waking up to the truth is never an easy process, but you do not have time to waste. 

As people wake up, en masse, governments take action against them. In the USA, the government wants to have mass immunization of the population. You are fully aware what can be added, in order to dull down the people. Ask yourselves who is behind this plan. Seek the truth. 

The Irish government, also, has resorted to draconian measures. Protesters have been put in prison. Who is Enda Kenny, the Irish Prime Minister, taking his orders from? 

The people of Ireland will lead the way to Light and Truth. The TRIBE OF DAN will not be silenced. It is their time to become who they truly are. This will be the first step towards revealing the truth that has been hidden from you. It is an important time for the Irish people. Their truth will unlock all that was hidden from humanity. 

The whole world will take a huge step forward when the truth is revealed. There will be no more reasons for war. Humanity will come together as one. This is your opportunity to create a PARADISE ON EARTH. This is what it was intended to be. 

Please send Love and Light to those beautiful children of Hampstead, in London, who chose to return to Earth to expose what was happening, in order to protect others from the same fate. 

Send Love and Light to London, and all who reside there, and to the Ley Lines, that they may release their energy in order to prevent the oppression of humanity. 

Remember also, all those who suffer at the hands of your oppressors. They, too, need your help. Project love whenever possible. Know that there is NEVER a reason for war. You have heard the same lies repeated over and over again. Only the name of the main character, who is to be destroyed, changes. Always, it is the same formula. Do not fall for it again. 

Your awakening is destroying the power of your enemies. They can never raise themselves out of 3D, so they try to trap you, too, in 3D. Be alert to their plans and avoid them. Do not accept anything at face value. Do your own research. 

Veronica, the attacks have intensified. You understand why. Those who want to prevent the truth from being revealed, always attack the messenger. Those who expose the truth are attacked. They all have financial problems and health problems, and their friends are intimidated. These attacks come in many forms. Psychic attacks that cause pain and distress are a favorite method. They kill with impunity. 

Humanity is moving forward into the Light. The work on London, removing all that is dark and corrupt, is essential. 

Veronica, you push yourself too much. Take more time with the research and pace yourself. You know that it is not possible to reply to all those emails; people do understand this. 

Together, my dear, we will help to show the way.

A breath of fresh air in the hearts of all

Beloved Ones, 

The times that are before you are filled with many cosmic occurrences that will bring an even greater increase in the cleansing energies and it is extremely important to stay attuned with the changes and stay grounded in your everyday lives. We call them cleansing energies, but what this energy downloading upon your planet really is in actuality, is the divine feminine unconditional love energy. When those upon your planet are touched by this divine energy, it creates openings in all those areas of one’s being that are still in need of healing and balancing. 

All old wounds are being brought to the surface to be finally healed and released. Many of these wounds were felt as trauma during childhood and these were stored in the subconscious realms of the human psyche. As these are reawakened and brought to the surface into the conscious mind, it can create emotional difficulty, which depends to a large extent on each person’s ability to face these traumas with the wisdom that has been gleaned in one’s adult life through adapting to life’s experiences. All depends upon the ability of each person to be willing to look at these unresolved aspects, from a time when they did not have much experience in dealing with the complexities of life upon their world. 

Each person brings their own unique perspective to each event that occurs in their personal world and these events can be viewed from either a victim point of view or as a learning and valuable growth experience, which adds to the strengths and abilities that one has gained. Such is the way upon a planet that honors the free will of its inhabitants. If an individual chooses to look at events in their life from a victim viewpoint, then their life will give them more of what they choose to experience. 

On the other hand, if an individual chooses to look at an event in their life from a higher perspective, as valuable lessons learned and gained, life will reflect back to them all that they express in gratitude. These times are unique and special, however, for what many people are now in the midst of releasing and revisiting will not continue to cycle over and over again. There is coming a time when the force of Love upon the planet will be so great, that all old stubborn issues and traumas from the past will just fade from people’s consciousness. This will help to facilitate a new way of being for all of humanity. There will no longer be an endless list of infractions that one individual has committed against another. There will only be acceptance and forgiveness, with people understanding that Love erases all that went before. 

There will be a fresh start for everyone who chooses to remain on the planet and it will be like a breath of fresh air in the hearts of all. The higher qualities of Love will be manifest within all souls, as they remember and reconnect to the Divine Spark within them. Much progress will come as humanity works together in cooperation and unified effort to create a new world, a better way of serving each other in order for the highest expression of divine potential to unfold for each individual. This was the original plan for the experience of life in a human body, to allow the divine essence of the One to have expression through each of its sparks, each spark unique, special and evolving in amazing and wondrous ways. Through this diversity of experience, the One grows and expands. 

The gathering of the new and powerful energies and integrating these into one’s human operating system, while remaining fully grounded on Earth, is the next step for all and is already in progress. The changes start within each individual, within their bodies and within their consciousness and as that which no longer serves a helpful purpose is transmuted and eliminated, more Light enters the auric field of each individual and the frequency level rises accordingly. This process assists those within their sphere of influence to also release and absorb more Light. More Light within each individual creates a greater field of Light within the community and this is what is happening as the changes continue. The Light brings positive feelings of upliftment, joy, happiness, hope, optimism, and humanity will express these to their families and community members with greater ease. 

In due time, the denser feelings and emotions will be no more and humanity will not be hindered in their pursuit of experiencing life in a human body while developing their skills, talents and abilities that they will wish to share with others and this will enrich the life experience of everyone. The attunement of each individual with the higher aspects of their true essence brings many gifts to be shared with the world. These activities will bring more balance in Earth movements and weather patterns and all will be in harmony and stability.

Your time is here. Feel the love around you now as it increases in intensity.

Message by Archangel Michael for 3 December 2012 channeled by Ron Head 

Our message for today will be short and to the point. Every day now will be more intense than the one before it. You are clearing all remaining trauma and negative beliefs… if you so choose. Everything is up to you, dear friends. 

Release your love of drama, as well. You do not need it to make you feel alive any longer. All sorts of things are emerging into your awareness from under the rocks in your subconscious. Don’t grab onto them and do the 'why me' thing now. The answer to that is that you must see them, decide to let them go, and release them into the Light for the last time. If you dwell upon them, you will only succeed in feeling battered about and they will remain with you to be brought up again, making tomorrow another intense day. 

Remain centered and bid them good-bye. That sounds as if it must be too easy, but it truly is the purpose of their arising at this time. You are approaching the finish line, at least for this last leg of your journey. Of course that means that you are entering the starting gate at the same time, but we will discuss that happy occurrence in a few more days. 

Look out into your future now. Fasten your minds upon the image you have created of the person you intend to be after this transformation is complete. Do not waver from that intent just to enjoy one more time the little games you have played in your minds. 

Remain firmly in your hearts. Your calendars say days, but in the span of your lives, you truly have only moments to go. Rejoice. Hold yourselves in gratitude every moment. Your time is here. Feel the Love around you now, as it increases in intensity. This is why you came here. This is why you stayed. 

We are with you every step of the way. Be at peace and do not worry about the outcome. We will speak again very soon. Good day.

You are ready to show the universe what you are capable of

Selamat Balik! We return! The cords that tie your reality together are rapidly dissolving and transforming into the grids of a new one. Initially, this new one is manifesting various debacles that are churning things up in every corner of your world, and this is to be expected as the miasmas of the past are purged. Many of your realms in ages past have been wiped out by the thunderous might of the Anunnaki as they froze, flooded and burned your societies in an effort to expunge the memories of your fully conscious origins. On each occasion, the Anunnaki chose a group of survivors to ‘stock’ the next reality (by means of memory trauma held within the DNA) with the ‘fodder’ necessary to endlessly repeat these patterns of destruction and genocide down through history. This attempt to bury your memories of your former, higher state of consciousness was only partially successful and was unable to induce the complete adulation and acquiescence desired by your dark overloads. Your ineradicable inner path was kept alight by Spirit for the day when all of you would be returned to your former state of glory. 


This ‘fling’ in the trials and tribulations of Limited Consciousness is nearly over, and you are being brought through the last stages of the fear and illusion that the Anunnaki’s minions concocted for you. Be brave and wise, and know that you are fully capable of seeing through these last shenanigans. New institutions are starting up quietly in the very smoke thrown up by the dark’s contrived incidences. Secret groups with positive agendas are working with the Ascended Masters to bring your new world into the Light while the dark that oppresses you is lifting. Rejoice, and understand what this truly implies. You are practically free of those whose arrogance and chicanery has had you imprisoned in a world which, from the outset, was only an exercise for Spirit. You have won through and are ready to show the universe what you are capable of. Your space and spiritual families enfold you in Love and blessings and the time for our collective revelry is close at hand! 


Gaia knows what is happening to you. She realizes that several very significant events are close and that these will transform your global societies. We understand that it is natural for many of you to seek comfort in your religious traditions, and we wish to acquaint you with many things that will enable you to see that these traditions are only a start toward a fuller understanding of what is occurring. You are on the br,ink of a vast abundance and your psyche is to be freed from its old limited-conscious ways, bringing you to an expanded view of how your world works. This clash of perspectives is something we are fully prepared to reconcile. Your Ascended Masters learned, during their long journey toward immortality, ways to effectively introduce you to a new and broader outlook, and this is to be their prime contribution to our First Contact Mission. It is time for you to move from a limited to a fully conscious view of Creation and physicality, and it is logical to learn from those who acquired wisdom from the Earth School, as you are doing. 


First Contact is an enormous consciousness changer, one which will provide a huge boost to your transition into a Galactic Human. What is needed is a way to accomplish this incredible feat in a quick and painless fashion. We consulted with our Agarthan cousins to discover how the dark Atlanteans had originally reduced you to Limited Consciousness (in order to provide reliable fodder for the dark). Their process of unplugging most of your DNA stripped you of all but survival capabilities and cut you off from your joyous connection with the Divine. Now we need to reverse this damage by knitting your DNA back up and bringing your sacred abilities back on line. Together with the Agarthans we have perfected a Light Chamber for each of you, which deftly turns back on, or off, those elements that will reopen your channel to Full Consciousness. Once this is done, you will be pristine, whole, fully conscious Beings again, and can rejoin your galactic fellows in assisting Heaven to unfold the Creator’s plan for physicality. Such joy awaits each of you! 


Blessings to you all! We return! We are your Ascended Masters! Gaia’s present reality grids continue to collapse, and as they fall, new grids for the fully conscious reality get closer to their inevitable manifestation. This means that a definite timetable for moving all of you blessed souls into Full Consciousness is being established. The dark cabal remains as unyielding as ever, and thus the time for ‘desperate measures’ quickly approaches! Our many associates are busy brainstorming and drawing up plans for achieving this end. The cabal, meanwhile, broadcasts its supposed ‘solutions’ to its many financial crises, while in truth dreading the approach of the moment when it will be forced to surrender power to the Light. To this end our Agarthan liaisons daily remind these wrongdoers of the need to let go and face their just desserts. In anticipation of this, the legal system of your world prepares the instruments of this huge accountability scenario. 


We are living in a sacred moment indeed! The End Times are in their final throes! In this regard, our galactic and spiritual families are preparing the path for your move into the 5th dimension, as reuniting a partitioned Earth is the dream of both Heaven and Gaia. For nearly 13 millennia, Gaia has had to embody the dichotomy of a 3-D surface and a 5-D inner world and longs to return to her monopolar, Unified Self. This of course necessitates that you, too, swiftly transform into fully conscious Beings. These Beings possess the innate ability to participate in the magical 5-D world of your near future, which is the one we occupy. Our divine goal is to welcome you all to your immortality and the beautiful realm of Full Consciousness. Every day we send forth our blessings of hope and joy as the time comes to manifest these sacred desires. 


Much movement is afoot to bring all that we are talking about to fruition. Despite its outer calm demeanor, the dark is in total panic over what it sees inexorably marching toward it. The Heavens have opened and a grand force, much greater than anything previously known to these dark ones, has set its lucid sights upon them. It will not be long before their grandiose visions of a never-ending empire are thrust with much glee into the proverbial dustbin of history. Our galactic and spiritual families come not only to introduce us to a new, wondrous consciousness, but also to invest us with membership in the grand union of the Light. This operation is in its last stages. We await the utter joy that will overcome us as we welcome our family and celebrate your new status as fully conscious Beings. 


Today, we continued our study of Gaia and her people. We are very ready to bring to completion what all of you in your own way have so magnificently begun. First Contact is an inevitable event and is being carried out in answer to the call of Heaven. This call is now being answered and a New Reality begun! Know, dear Ones, that the countless Supply and never-ending Prosperity of Heaven are indeed Yours! So Be It! Selamat Gajun! Selamat Ja! (Sirian for Be One! and Be in Joy!)
