The Quality of Love Known as Omnipresence

Beloved Ones, 

Let us have discourse on the quality of Love known as Omnipresence. 

The Divine is everywhere present in the created universe and is the Creator of all things visible and invisible. This Divine Presence is All That Is; perfect life, intelligence and substance, knowledge and power. 

The Divine is the fullness of being, pure spirit, immutable and always provident, all knowing and all wise. The Divine is not limited by space or time and can be in countless places and involved with many different situations simultaneously. 

The Divine is ever present, as it gives the power, the capacity and the ability for all beings to continue existing through its all encompassing omnipresence. This omnipresence sustains all life and fills the material world as well as the spiritual, terrestrial, celestial, and universal. This omnipresence is Divine Source which is eternal, boundless and self sustaining. It is unending, unlimited and indivisible. 

The Divine’s eternal qualities are love and wisdom, joy and peace, wholeness and perfection. All life is the omnipresent Divine Life, always perfect in action and never dependent upon form or visibility for its continuance. 

Humanity is the manifest expression of the Divine, and is ever a part of this perfect life, intelligence and substance. They are always in the presence of the infinite and eternal energy from which all things manifest. As each individual is awakened and illuminated to the truth of their oneness with the Divine, they begin to enjoy a genuine perception of consciousness which indwells within all of creation. The Divine is present in one’s innermost thoughts and knows the inner attitudes of a person’s heart. 

The greatest desire of every aspiring soul is to know this indwelling spirit as eternal life, all encompassing love, health, and infinite spiritual abundance. They understand that everyone and everything is filled with this omnipresent consciousness and that nothing and no one is separate from it. They come to know that the reality of the universe is infinite love and life. They learn to connect to it, trust it, rely upon it and lovingly affirm and acknowledge it as their constant companion through life. 

This omnipresent companion means more to them each day and they rely on the wisdom that pervades their consciousness in every decision they make. They endeavor to realize for themselves the truth of the underlying omnipresence in every facet of their daily life. All share the commonality of the omnipresence of Divine Source. However, each individual is in total control of their own experience, because it is based on the way they respond to the events of the world around them. 

This indwelling omnipresence is the seed, the spark of the Divine within, a gift and grace of the Divine to all of life, infinite and approachable to everyone. As one develops their growth in life by adding a spiritual dimension to it, they search the inner world of life and its interrelationship with the outer world. They gain more self awareness and illumination and this takes their whole life experience to a higher level. 

They attain an intense degree of vitality, a more acute perception, a more vivid consciousness. They have set their footsteps firmly on the path of the liberation of their soul from the lower dimensions of consciousness. There is a lifting of their consciousness from being self centered into a divinely centered world. There is an enormous development of their intuitional life to higher levels of understanding and comprehension. 

These exalted powers of perception enable them to receive the messages of a higher degree of reality. The omnipresence of all life becomes the practice of the presence of the Divine within them. The self has become more purified through their efforts to achieve illumination but still perceives itself as a separate entity apart from the Divine Source. One contemplates it and observes what omnipresence means rather than merges with it. 

They enjoy clarity of vision that is heightened and adds significance to the reality of all natural things. As the doors of their perception are cleansed, everything appears infinite. They are taking their life to a higher level of existence and feel more vibrant and happy. It is incumbent on each individual to understand that what happens to another affects the common experience of all. 

One’s choices and actions can empower and strengthen the hearts, minds and souls of all of humanity and add to the light and love in the entire world. In their soul growth and expansion they are learning the importance of self responsibility and the knowing of self. Self-realization is a knowing in all parts of the body, mind, heart and soul that one is attuned to the omnipresence of the Divine. 

They now stand on the threshold of the world of being and the world of becoming. Even though they may still experience a wavering in their consciousness into the world of Duality at times, their soul experiences a joyous consciousness of the Divine Presence within them. This sense of the presence of transcendental consciousness becomes their centre of interest. This omnipresent perception and guidance dominates and lights up their daily life. 

Their Earthly duties and outer life continue to be fulfilled with steadiness and success, while they are attuned to the contemplation of their connection to the Divine omnipresence that dwells within their heart. This heightened comprehension of reality lights up the rest of their life. It increases their ability to deal adequately with normal mundane existence. 

With their mind fixed upon a higher focus of interest, it is not distracted and performs more efficiently the work that is given to them to do. They frequently experience an actual and overpowering consciousness of radiant light that touches them with mystical transcendence, as they daily transform their consciousness through their inward adjustment and integration. 

May your growing transcendence of Self fulfill your enjoyment of the riches of the universe, as you aspire to true union with the Divine.

Everything is already yours, you do not lack anything

Message from Quan Yin via Ute 

Beautiful Souls of Humanity, I am Quan Yin. My Divine Presence is with you. I am shining my Light upon you, to surround you, and as you absorb it, to fill your whole body-mind. 

I will tell you more about my Light, Beloveds, as Light carries information. 

My Light teaches you to soften your body in total surrender, because you trust the Presence of the Divine and you accept the principle of receiving, to be filled with my radiance of beauty, joy and pleasure. 

I am worshiped as being the Compassionate One. But what is compassion other than Heart-Fulfillment, feeling your own completion which is a state of deep inner relaxation, acceptance and Love. In such a state, you experience that everything is already yours, that you do not lack anything. 

When you feel your completion, you do not judge. Judgment comes when you do not feel whole, when your Divine Essence is being suppressed. When you do not judge, you love unconditionally and you love also those who suffer, because they imagine they are separate. This is compassion. 

My Gift to you is my Divine Fullness that so gently caresses you with infinite tenderness. It heals all your pains and all your stresses and disappointments. It is the balm that calms your fears and sorrows and takes away all reason to be selfishly angry. That is the way I AM. 

I AM that Female energy that unites humanity at their heart and showers contentment and nurturing presence upon you. If you feel Me - as I am right beside you – your separating perspective of life changes instantly. 

Suddenly, you perceive life from a completely different point of view, a view that has been withheld from your planet for millenniums and which could only flower sometimes in intimate circumstances where people felt safe and loved. 

However, now the time has come, as the Feminine Presence on your Beloved Earth has returned, that humanity as a whole needs to reconnect to this beautiful quality that I embody for the sake of your liberation. 

There is still predominant the distorted male power between too many of you. The male power that does not know the sweetness of the human heart, or has forgotten it. 

I am here to remind you that you can call Me, at times when harshness of life is still disheartening you, when you feel the pain of separation, when love is not yet shining and when you can’t remember your female vibration, whether you are a woman or a man. 

Both genders can luxuriate and bathe in my soft pink and golden and white showers of graceful harmony and balance, resurrecting your Divine Dignity and Self-Authority. 

Every cell in your body smoothens delightfully in my Presence, which is also a quality of yours. Because, how could you feel Me, if I AM not already a part of you? I AM no other, but I show you what you have forgotten, I remind you to re-integrate what was once yours. 

This female part of yours must now be lived by humanity. This is the deeper meaning of the return of the Goddess to Earth. The Goddess is not outside of you, Beloveds, She Lives Within, She Is You. The Gift is there. It is up to you to use it. And I AM a Personification of that Divine Gift to remind you of Yourself. 

What is your identity and who do you think you are, while you are worshiping Me as an external entity? 

Enlightenment comes with the realization that everything is already Your Own, and there is nothing outside to realize. But what appears outside of you is just a mere reflection of what is already inside of you. 

Do worship Me, as your own Divine Goddess-Quality that lives as you, when you allow it. 

Call upon Me and these Qualities will flower in you, filling your being and healing the illusion that there is separation and non-love. Love and Unity are Divine Qualities that are the foundation of Existence. They are felt when the head does not lead, but the heart does, infinitely expanded in deepest tenderness. Both, men and women can live this way of life, because both embody the soul. 

In this state of Beauty and Harmony you forget your own separateness and pain, and you smoothen every conflict in your world, even more, you change your world. In fact, you can change it now. In this moment. You have the power. Who, if not YOU? 

It is your choice. What will you choose?

Forgetting Love is not possible

To experience Oneness is really not that difficult, it is just a question of waiting patiently and allowing it to happen. To allow means that you do not attempt to be in control of the moment, of the situation, you just accept what arises, and if nothing arises do not concern yourself about it because nothing arising is very, very close to Oneness. Oneness is a state of alert attention, a state in which you observe – your feelings, your thoughts, your environment, noises and smells, people or things passing – but do not engage with any of them, so that you are always ready for and aware of the next thing, thought, feeling, or sensation that arises in this now moment, the only moment that has real meaning. 

It is a very peaceful state in which you are simply present, nothing more, and it is extremely healing, because doubts and anxieties do not assail you when you relax into that peaceful state of perfect contentment, needing nothing. Do not be discouraged by the fact that nothing appears to happen, because “what happens” is of the illusion, it is a distraction from being. Oneness is just being, and being is to be open to creation, to be open to Love, because your heart then expands and fills and replenishes itself from that infinite loving space that is all that exists. 

Don’t judge yourself, and do forgive yourself for all the judgments you have ever made. When you are forgiven you know that you are free, but only you can forgive yourself. Another’s forgiveness can be pleasing, satisfying, but the only real forgiveness is your own to yourself. And if you have not forgiven yourself you cannot truly forgive anyone else. There is always a “holding on to” the offense or hurt that you are attempting to forgive. You do not forget it, you just store it away to refer to later in case another offense or hurt occurs, and you call this experience, or even wisdom! 

To not be experiencing Love constantly means that you are immersed in the illusion. The occasions of Love it seems that you experience within it are but brief forays out of it. Love is always unconditionally accepting because It has nothing to forgive. If you hold on to a hurt or a grievance, then resentment grows and you shut out Love, and you can only do that within the illusion because outside the illusion, which is tiny, there is only Love. Anything that is in any way out of harmony with Love is unreal; it does not and cannot exist except within the unreal state that is the illusion. And when you do, because it is the human condition, it is very easy either to forget about love – the weak faint image of real Love that is all that you can experience as a human – or to convince yourself that you do not need it because it really only complicates life . . . until the next time you need to take a breath! 

Forgetting Love, which is burying or denying your need for It, and focusing on living, on getting on with your life, is not possible! It is the life force, life itself as you live it as a human, and therefore you are always conscious of it, even if you are not focusing your attention there. When It ceases or severely weakens, then you notice! Those of you who have had NDEs (near death experiences) remain intensely aware of life, of Love, when you return to your human bodies and to all the limitations they appear to impose upon you. 

Remember, in fact you can hardly forget, that fear is a very noticeable aspect of life in the illusion. This is because separation from God is utterly unnatural, even the thought of it is terrifying in the extreme, and it does seem that you are separated. Thus fear lurks constantly just below your level of conscious awareness, forever ready to come to the surface to fill and freeze your mind and shut you off from Love. As most of your experts in human psychology will confirm, you live daily with the fear of death. Why? Because death appears to be the end, the complete termination of existence. 

No one has ever come back from the dead to prove that there is no such thing, and while life may not be wonderful, to lose consciousness permanently does not in the least appeal to the vast majority of humans. Belief in an afterlife can help, but not if you believe that you could be sent to hell! 

The only hell you will ever experience is one of your own making, which can indeed be horrific and cause great suffering, but it is unreal. Once you truly forgive yourself, you will become aware that hell is unreal, because through self-forgiveness you open yourself to Love and to the realization that as a beloved child of God, Who is infinite Love, you are forever and eternally unconditionally accepted and loved. With the arrival of that realization, hell and any images of hell that you may have formed, will dissolve, dematerialize. 

You have your eternal and uninterrupted existence in Reality, within the infinite field of Divine Love that contains and supports all of God’s creation, and outside of which nothing exists because there is no outside. It truly is extremely simple: you exist, you know you do, because you are conscious, therefore you are always in the Divine Presence. 

This being the case, there is no need for worry or anxiety of any kind, and any that you experience as humans is utterly unreal. However, it seems real as long as you maintain it by focusing your attention on it, and on the illusion that supports the games of separation in which you chose to participate. 

To free yourselves from the illusion, to disentangle yourselves from it, it is most helpful to quieten your mind, to let go of and disengage from the almost constant but often unconscious flow of thoughts passing through it concerning your life in the illusion as humans. It is generally an ongoing flow of worry, anxiety, and fear about your value, your severely limited value as an individual in a vast system that you feel sure hardly notices you, and how to increase that value and be noticed – perhaps by taking another workshop, another seminar, another degree, another job, another lover. It becomes an almost constant state of worrying and wondering about what to do to improve your market value! 

But because you are all Divine Beings, you cannot increase your value in any manner at all. God does nothing by halves; therefore your value is already infinite!

Awakening Higher Consciousness on Earth

Dear Ones, 

An overview of the spiritual evolution your are currently experiencing may help give you perspective for these special times you live in. Since the Archangels have been very active in the recent awakening of consciousness, the expanded perspective that we are providing now can help you to see how important are the Starseeds to this evolution. The old forms of reality are crumbling like the Tower in the traditional tarot oracle. At the same time the Earth’s energy is gathering an accumulation of power that will motivate the collective impulse, so multitudes of people will reach new plateaus of spiritual experience and create simultaneous global awakenings. 

The creators who formed Earth planted chronometers that measure evolution of consciousness. The human species was also coded to lead people into their Divine Blueprint. When enough people have awakened, a gate is opened that allows the Earth’s wisdom to be transmitted. That is in process at this time. 

You are coded to move with the masses. This may cause frustration, because you want to be farther along in your evolution, especially with your visionary sense of what is possible. This requires great patience. Know that as you share what you know and allow yourself to be in the frequencies of higher-dimensional reality, this vibration is broadcast around the world. As the codings for awakening are fired on the Earth, the masses of humanity evolve. All is time-coded and interlinked to respond to the patterns for the awakening of all souls to their greater identity. 

This is where Archangel Metatron has dominion. You are here to bring Heaven to Earth. In the human chakra system, Archangel Metatron is the 7th chakra connection to Heaven representing Unity Consciousness, and Archangel Sandalphon is the 1st chakra connection to Earth, representing the power of Well-Being. These two Archangels become key players in your ability to transcend your 3D realities and bring higher-frequency awareness to the Earth to assist the development of a deeper awakening energy on the planet. 

You volunteered to be here for this time. Your soul was encoded with the Blueprint of Awakening Consciousness. Throughout the lifetime of those of the Baby Boom generation, these codes were being fired. The 1960’s were time-coded to create the momentum for awakening. Different events and specially gifted people were making their voices heard during that time, some were even killed in a very public way, but all were a part of the awakening of consciousness. Much of the music and books of that time had codes embedded in them that acted as firing signatures to spark the shift of spiritual awareness on the planet.

During the 1960’s high-level ideals sprang into being that related to more clarity around the requirements for a sustainable Earth, healthful lifestyles, women’s rights, and expanded areas of consciousness. Over the next 20 years, thousands explored India and discovered Eastern teachings that previously were only available to a select few. Yoga, Tai Chi and other forms of healthful energy movement became mainstream. 

Then came the next coding for mass awakening, which occurred during the Harmonic Convergence in 1987 and marked the beginning of 25 years of massive change. Old structures became obsolete and began to crumble, such as the Berlin Wall. Mass spiritual awakening had begun. Recognized in prophecy by nearly every indigenous people on the planet, December 21, 2012 was a completion of a 26,000 cycle of life as we have known it. It is said to be also the beginnings of what some have called the Age of Aquarius, a new 26,000-year cycle of Peace on the planet. 

Since the end of 2012, you have been in a paradigm shift that straddled the 3rd and 5th dimensions. Nothing is really the same, and since that time you have all been finding your way through a process of discovering what is possible now that was not available before. This world has been seeded for you to embrace in a new way. It is a world that contains all the Beauty and ideals that you most desire in your heart and brought with you to this lifetime. Divine Light is now permeating your ability to create in ways that may seem almost magical, because that which you most desire is more tangible. 


Teachings of Archangel Metatron 

Because the time is here now for you to receive a gift from the Heavenly realms for your awakening process, the veils have parted to reveal Unity Consciousness, a spiritual attribute that is available to you now from the Archangels and through which the Metatronic energy frequencies work. 

Through my all-seeing eyes and the impulses of the creative Source of All that Is, it is my format for evolution of consciousness that makes up the Soul’s Blueprint for new life awakening with each being on Earth. It is our governance as the Archangels to flood the Earth with Light and impulse the heart and soul of those who await their mission. 

You have always known that you are here for a greater purpose. This drive within you left you hungry for something you did not know. It was the Soul’s way of steering you toward your spiritual path. All you have done, all that you knew and explored through life, has led you here to this awakening of spiritual consciousness on Earth. Your presence and focus of attention on the Light of Divine Presence is impulsing hundreds of thousands of people to also awaken. 

A majority of people on the planet are feeling the stirrings in the hearts, the desire for something greater and more meaningful. Although their individual interpretation may not coincide with your idea of peace on the planet, nevertheless the impulse for awakening is there now and is spreading through the multitudes of souls on the planet like wildfire. The veils that kept the deepest truth from being revealed are gone. All who seek will truly find their way. 

Part of the impulse comes from the fear engendered by the crumbling of familiar structures and a rising awareness of the environmental fragility of the planet. For many, change or die seems to be at the forefront of awareness. Know that the Archangels will use whatever is necessary to bring forth the awakening, and to fire the codes within humanity. Not that these challenges were caused by the Realms of Light, but now that it is here, we will take advantage of the opportunity to make the point. 


The Power of Sacred Sites 

The many spiritual seekers have also encouraged the Earth to open and reveal her teachings. As with the majority of people, the Earth chakras are firing and the living library of Earth wisdom is opening. Sacred sites, as they are known, are now drawing millions of people every day. The power of love and respect that is being shown to these extraordinary places is greater than ever before. This has allowed the time-coded information within the earth to be revealed. 

The Universal Presence of Nature is speaking, and the realms of the elementals and fairies and the consciousness of the Earth in all things is available for you to receive. This work is in conjunction with Archangel Sandalphon, acting as the Soul of the planet. Wherever you are, you have access to these teachings. You only have to be in Nature. The sacred sites are radiating their frequencies and many are receiving. All of life, that which is Sacred and Holy, is available to assist the awakening of your spirit. All that you are is a part of this awakening. 

The massive opening of the Earth’s teachings is here to ease the process of evolution of consciousness. The wild weather patterns only demonstrate the volatility of the emotional output from millions of people. Their emotions have created a fear-based vibration that causes even more chaos and confusion. 


You are the Awakening Presence on the Earth 

What you, as the awakening presence on the Earth bring, is a new frequency of hope and love. When you are meditating, you bring into your life a sense of calm awareness and peaceful intent. You have no idea how much this benefits the Earth and all of humanity. 

Your radiation of the deep knowing you carry in your spirit, the beauty of the love in your heart, and the power of your clear intention blesses the world and affects hundreds of thousands of people. Each person radiating the Light of pure spirit has the capacity to reach 800,000 people and spark their spiritual awakening. 

Imagine your calm spirit radiating a rainbow of Divine Light. Rainbow colors carry all the frequencies of Light and thus can affect many layers of consciousness. Your imagination is a tool for higher consciousness. Allowing your being to radiate rainbows of Light changes the Earth’s vibration. People feel this change in their hearts and have an immediate sense of calm and lightness. 

You can radiate this rainbow Light to any area that seems in need. You can send this Light to the collective consciousness of humanity, with the intention that their hearts receive and awaken to their Soul’s imperative. You can surround the entire Earth in rainbow Light, and the depth of this powerful Light presence will bring untold blessings to all beings. It is important to remember that Divine Light carries the spiritual qualities of Intelligence and Love. These qualities empower the Light to go where it needs to go and do what it needs to do. 

You are the Light Bearers of this time. Your Soul has led you into new ways to perceive and receive the wisdom of the ages. Your presence makes a huge difference. All that you are longing to experience as an awakened soul on the planet is within your grasp. Together you are changing consciousness on the Earth by lifting the spirit of all humanity into global awareness. 

New life is occurring within the Earth as you are growing and awakening as a community of Light. The remembrance of your soul’s collective consciousness through the coding within you has been fired. You have a deep knowing of what is possible, because you experienced it in other times and in other dimensions. These are the sacred teachings encoded in the Light, and it is this that you are bringing to the planet now. 

Through you all of humanity is awakening. Through you the Earth is evolving and transcending time and space, allowing spontaneous evolution to come ever closer. It is all possible through the Light and power of the Divine Presence working through you. 

And so it is.

The Mighty I AM Presence

The “I AM Presence” is an electronic body of blazing Light substance that is individualized within each of us as the flame of life from the Source of all creation, our beloved Mother/Father God. 

This Presence is our true nature… that imperishable, eternal and individual identity within each and every human being. It is that which we have been seeking to return for millennia of lifetimes, the Great God Self.

As the highest divine aspect of our vast multidimensional constitution, the I AM Presence is the original seed of Love and the immortal nucleus of our entire being. 

It is the Source of every constructive impulse, thought, feeling and action. Its unifying, cohesive nature is the Source of all the love, wisdom and power required to overcome absolutely anything and everything that is of discordance and limitation. 

As we develop intimate relationship with and give constant adoration to our Divine Presence, miracles begin to happen including instant manifestation, spontaneous transformation and absolute knowing. This occurs simply through the constancy of our unwavering focus placed upon the Greater. In doing so, spiritual energy around us intensifies and expands as the points of Light within every cell of our flesh body respond in tremendous gratitude. 

As our attention continuously pours out Love to this Love of our being, an impenetrable radiance of Light forms around our body encasing us in a protective tube of Light of great magnetization and transformative influence to the outer world. God, expressing as the mighty I AM Presence within each of us, is the authority of the entire Universe. 

The I AM Presence hears, sees, thinks, feels and responds to only perfection on its level of cosmic service. As we consistently give adoration, feel gratitude and qualify our every activity with and through this energy stream, our daily positive impact upon life is immeasurable. 

This is especially amplified when our focus is consciously combined with all of the beings of Light from ‘On High’ supporting our dimensional transition. Together we coherently serve as Universal I AM, operating within all cosmic dimensions and radiating the patterns of perfection. 

We are SO blessed. 

Communicating with your Higher Self

How can I develop communication with my Higher Self? How can I receive Its inner guidance? How do I discern whether or not my connection is truly from the God-Self level and not just my ego’s self-talk? These are among the questions I have most frequently been asked in my thirty-plus years' worldwide service as an international spiritual teacher. Why? Because people serious about their spiritual advancement and service are becoming aware that this highest kind of communication and guidance is available to every person. For centuries we’ve been told by churches and gurus that we cannot commune directly with the Divine, but must rely upon intermediaries instead. Even today, many still have the feeling that they’re not good or ‘advanced’ enough to make their own reliable connection, or that it’s better to rely upon other people who are perceived to have the necessary psychic or channeling abilities. 

Now, in this time of great change of humanity’s accelerated evolution, anyone who desires to tap into the wisdom of their Higher God-Self (also known as your I AM Presence) can learn to do so, no exceptions. This Superconscious Mind connection is innate in every person, so learning to invite and allow this inner knowing to come into your conscious mind is simply a choice you can make at any time. There are only two requirements: to know, not just believe that this is your birthright, and to accept that the Holy Spirit - the Divine Presence and communicator within or what the scriptures call “the still small voice of God” - is always available to you even though you may not be aware of it yet.  More powerful and encompassing than simple intuition, it will never lead you astray. 

However, just as one has to develop an unused or lazy muscle, it may take some practice to develop! But the good news is that it’s easier now than ever before. The energies of this century which Masters and sages have prophesied as the beginning of the long-awaited Age of the Holy Spirit, are helping humanity reclaim our inner power and mastery. 

Here are a few guidelines to help you get started - or strengthen your connection. But always remember that very rarely do people hear a voice! Real Divine communication usually comes as a deep “knowing,” a flash of inspired understanding or revelation, or sometimes a ‘downloading’ of awesome, enlightening spiritual information. And remember that guidance from your Higher Self is for you, not others. 

1.  Ask your Higher Self/'I AM' Presence to take charge of this process to ensure that you only connect with Its inner communicator, the Holy Spirit.  A powerful aid is the Decree and Invocation (at the end of this article) given some decades ago by the Ascended Master St Germain to help us with this most important step of mastery in our spiritual maturing and to help raise our energy frequencies. It’s most effective when used every morning at the beginning of your meditation and before asking any question, as it ensures that you won’t link in with spiritually unevolved astral or ET entities. 

2. Learn how to go into a deep meditative Alpha state and practice this daily. When your brain waves slow to Alpha state, you’re able to transcend your everyday thinking, self-talk and concerns that jam your inner 'lines of higher communication.' With practice, this inner stillness enables you to clear the static or interference and activate your receptive abilities.  Techniques like beginning with deep breathing, chanting, or sublime music can greatly help this process.  You will know you’re succeeding, when you start experiencing periods of profound peace or bliss, and when you are unaware of time and even of your body. 

3. A good way to encourage the development of your inner reception is to contemplate some deep spiritual concepts that you'd like to expand your knowledge about or understand, or to ask a question concerning spiritual matters. This higher communication is to help us become spiritually mature - not for asking such ordinary everyday questions as what socks to buy or what to do in mundane matters which are of no lasting consequence!  These things according to the Masters are our responsibility. 

4. If you have the slightest doubt or uncertainty just wait and ask again later. The Golden Rule is to ask, ask and ask again! Ask for confirmation and you will be led to reliable sources. Ask for more details. Using the list below will help you discern if your communication is from the highest level. You can ask for guidance concerning important life-changing or service issues, once you feel confident that your connection is strong and clear enough. 


Discernment is essential especially now during these times of increased interference from lower astral plane and galactic entities, so to test the source level and authenticity, always ask the following questions: 

i) Is the communication or information loving, gentle, compassionate? Connection with your Higher Self/Holy Spirit is never ‘loud’, hurried, angry, judgmental. Ego self-talk, however, can be any of these and often comes in very quickly with an answer or direction. 

ii) Does it leave you with a sense of total peace and calm? Is it freeing, positive, credible, helpful? It will never generate fear, panic, worry, urgency or anxiety. This means it will never be phenomenon-         based such as negative ET’s or spaceships are coming to take over, earthquakes/tsunamis are going to wipe out most of the population, etc. In particular, it will never give an actual date. This is because time is ‘elastic.’ 

iii) Is it empowering and uplifting, leaving you with a sense of absolute rightness, certainty and joy? 

iv) Does it leave you feeling loved, strong, secure and protected?  It will never suggest for example, you have dark energy around you, implants or the like. 

v) Does information received apply not only to your own understanding and growth, but gives spiritual principles and laws? Higher information can be applied to everyone, is always for the highest good of all and emphasizes our oneness. 

vi) In answer to personal questions …….. Does it suggest ways of seeing things, so you can arrive at your own solution or answer?  Higher guidance never tells you what to do, as this would be taking your power and free choice away. I have often found that my question is answered with another question that immediately makes the answer obvious! 

vii) Does it address your soul progress, which is the reason for each life experience? Your Higher Self never appeals to your ego by suggesting, for example, you’re the only one being given this information – you will have a special mission, special powers or fame and fortune – you’re a master, ascended, or of high spiritual status etc.  If the last was true, would you still need to be here?  Richard Bach explains this perfectly in his book “Illusion” …….. 

“Here is a test to find whether your mission on earth is finished: If you’re alive, it isn’t.”

When something disturbing sweeps into your awareness, just let it flow

The forthcoming event to which you – humanity – have been progressing steadily for so long, with not infrequent, apparent back-steps, gets ever closer. Yes, all is on schedule, and your awakening is to occur precisely as divinely planned with your enthusiastic help and agreement. Any doubts about it that you may be harboring are completely without foundation. Release them, and focus your attention on what you truly desire to happen, and bring it to fruition. That is your task, ably assisted by all of us in the spiritual realms who are constantly offering you advice (but only when sought) and encouragement. 


To have spent so many eons in the illusory environment that you made, in which to play your games, has caused you to build around yourselves a hard shell to protect you from the attacks that have been an ongoing aspect of that strange environment. What you are mostly now engaged in is softening and removing that shell, so that you can fully interact with the Divine field of Love that surrounds you at all times and which longs to hold you in Its loving embrace. 


To soften this shell, and to enable you to let it go, you are addressing all these unloving issues and attitudes as they pour into your awareness, sometimes with very unsettling effects. To awaken is to awaken into the Divine Presence where all is Love. Anything that is unloving cannot enter, because the brilliance of the Divine Light utterly overwhelms and terrifies anything that is unloving. Any fear you may have that you will be divinely judged and found wanting, stems from your deep inner knowing of this. 


You know that to attempt to enter into the Presence of God with anything apart from Love in your hearts is a meaningless endeavor. To enter into the Divine Presence you have to desire and intend to do so with all of your heart, but if you are still harboring unloving thoughts or attitudes, then you are not doing so with the desire and intent of all of your heart, and that is why it would be meaningless. 


You are so accustomed to withholding part of your heart when you relate to others, in case you should be attacked or betrayed, that it is difficult for you to release those remaining unloving elements which seem to have provided you with essential protection for so long. And it is these remaining unloving aspects you still hold in your hearts that you are in the process of addressing and releasing as the moment for your glorious awakening approaches. Consequently, many are feeling disturbed and distracted as aspects of themselves that they had buried deep within surge up to the surface of their awareness for release.

Remember, you are constantly being offered enormous assistance from those in the spiritual realms so that you can deal swiftly and effectively with these issues, and there is no way that you can fail to do so. However, it can be very uncomfortable for you. When something shocking or very disturbing sweeps into your awareness just let it flow. Do not attempt to stop it or block it – you do not need to act on it, either – just let it flow. It will not last, and when it has passed you will feel more alive, more secure, more sure and more confident in yourselves. What will have happened is that the intense energy you needed to block it, deny it, or hide from it is now available for you to use and enjoy, resulting in a marked decrease in the fatigue and stress that its misuse had caused, and you will be brighter for it. 


Truly your path to awakening has become far shorter; the main part is well behind you now, and as you release what you need to release and allow your hearts to open ever more fully, your faith in the Divine Outcome that has been planned since the moment of apparent separation will continue to strengthen and intensify, until you will know in your conscious mind that God’s Will and yours is assured.
