Love can and will transform the world

Part 2 (Cont’d from last week) 

You ask what can be done to further the awakening of humanity and their subsequent Ascension in the midst of the seeming chaos of our current times. 

The Divine, the Universe, has a way of reordering things, restructuring the process of time itself, in order to ensure that everything continues to flow as it is meant to. As a result of this, nothing is ever truly out of sync, the Divine recycles opportunity, brings things into manifestation that will ensure that everything serves a purpose, serves a function, has a higher perspective, a higher power, a higher use and this is the case here. 

So, although in part, your world is behind, the Divine has used that to the advantage of all. What occurs now throughout the planet is part of the process, it is part of the Plan, it is how things are meant to be. Shifts and changes cannot occur without risk and danger, cannot occur without systems and structures being broken and pulled apart, rearranged and transformed, without some pain, some difficulty, some conflicts. This is always how it has been, but not always how it will be. In the future, further evolution will be more natural, more flowing and more graceful in time. 

So, your world needs constant care and attention, that is what it requires, that is what it will be given. The Masters and the Angels bend their attention to the world, focus their thoughts upon it; work through the Lightworkers of the world, monitoring and maintaining peace, focus and function, helping to restore, re-align and reconnect; helping to give comfort and reassurance, understanding and truth. 

You ask what more can be done and our answer is simple. Love is the answer, it has always been the answer, will always be the answer. Love is what is lacking, love is what is needed, love is what must be given. Love always, love ever! To those who hate and destroy, to those who attempt to save, to those who suffer, to those in fear; love, love, love, it is the way! And so we would encourage you, and we would encourage you to encourage those others to send love, always and only and ever love. Love and Light! Love and Light! Love and Light! 

It is difficult, we know, when there are those that would kill, those that would destroy love on both sides of the world, who see that this is a solution, when everyone knows that it is not. It is easy to hate, it is easy to think that love must be reserved only for the victims, only for those who are in the right, but love is unconditional and universal and it must be applied to all, and if it is needed by anyone, it is needed by those who have fooled themselves into thinking that might is right and that hate and destruction serves God. They are in need more than anyone else, of love. 

Love is transformative. Love can and will transform the world, the Earth. In time, everyone will see this truth, but at first, in the beginning, hate will arise to the surface. Hate and fear. This must be countered then, with love. Know that love is ever, that love is eternal, that love is infinite, that love is the greatest power that exists, that it is capable of miracles, transformations and changes beyond imagining!

Energy Update about the 11-11 Gateway

Greetings, Beloved Ones! 

We are most joyous to connect with you here today and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos! 

We wish to share with you today, that you are approaching an important energetic portal: 

The 11-11 Gateway of Ascension into the New Earth Reality. 

This Gateway opens fully on your November 11th, 2015 and you are already experiencing the foreshadowing of this important event. 

You might have felt more moody or tired than usual. Some of you might have felt a little uneasy and ungrounded. This is all part of the shaking loose of energies, so you can leave them behind, as you are going through this important portal in your time line. 

Dear Ones, you have the opportunity, at every moment of your experience, to either hold on to the 3rd Dimension or to connect with the 5th Dimension of the New Earth. 

How do you do that? 


In the 3rd Dimension: 

When you are thinking thoughts that are less than love for yourself and others, you are holding on to the 3rd Dimension. 

When you are experiencing situations that are less then pleasant and you allow these situations to be your reason for feeling less than love for yourself and others, then you are holding on to the 3rd Dimension. 


In the 5th Dimension of The New Earth: 

When you keep finding things to appreciate about your self, your life and others, you are living in the 5th Dimension. 

When you experience a situation that is less than pleasant and you are using this situation as a reason, to allow for solutions to come in, by looking for aspects to appreciate or by doing something that lifts your spirit, then you are living in the 5th Dimension. 

When you begin to make your decisions and are thinking thoughts based on the concept that this affects all life, you are living in the 5th Dimension. 


You might wonder: 

"How come there are situations that are less than pleasant in the 5th Dimension? Isn't it supposed to be perfect?" 

To this, Dear Ones, we can say that the 5th Dimension is one of an infinite number of Dimensions. 

Each dimension will provide some degree of contrasting experiences, to inspire your Ascension to the next dimension. 

The only difference is that these contrasting experiences will be less severe than in the previous dimension. 

Because you become used to the dimension you're in, it seems as if they are hard to experience, but from the outside view, these contrasting situations become easier and easier. 

Dear Ones, you are creators and each creation needs inspiration through contrast. 

Even Source, (What we call the One) experienced contrast, before creating this Universe: 

There was darkness and this darkness inspired the Light. 

As you are moving through your eternal experience, you will learn to appreciate your contrasting experiences as a part of creation. 

The easier it becomes for you to create your desired realities, the more you become accustomed to these contrasting experiences as part of your inspiration and creative process. You will know that you are only experiencing them, as long as you are engaging with them. 

Contrast gives you ideas and the desire to find solutions and new creations of the ever evolving journey, humanity and all life is on. 

That includes us here in Telos, the Inner Earth civilizations and Galactic civilizations. 

You are the creators of your own reality and as you are stepping through the 11-11 Gateway, we are by your side. 

You are carried on the wings of Angels, to bring forth The New Earth. 

Know in your heart, that you've always been surrounded by your Angels, Ascended Masters, Guides and yes, also by your family and friends in Telos - and always will be. 

Dear Ones, we are walking with you on this journey and you are loved beyond measure - always.

Inter-dimensional Communication Portals

Message from the Arcturians via Suzanne Lie on 17 October 2015 

Greetings, we are the Arcturians. We are here within this Nowness to commune with you about expanding your consciousness, so that you can perceive and move into alternate, parallel and higher dimensional realities. 

Your consciousness is shifting in between that which you have once perceived as yesterday or tomorrow. In fact, you are beginning to release the confines of time that were bound to your third-dimensional, or even fourth-dimensional thinking. 

Your fourth dimensional thinking moves faster than third dimensional thinking. However, as you move into your fifth-dimensional thinking and states of consciousness, you are beginning to release your concept of time. 

Without time, that which has been in between who you want to be, what you want to do, or where you want to go is not there. That third dimensional “in-between” was actually an illusion of the third and fourth dimensional matrix. 

As you continue your acceleration of consciousness, you will find that as your consciousness peaks into your higher states of consciousness, such as your alpha, theta waves or gamma brainwaves, you perceive something that seems to blink in and out of your reality. First it appears to be over there. Then you realize that it is to your right, or even within you. 

Increasingly, you are perceiving something that there is going on around you, over you, under you or even through you. But your third-dimensional brain has no way in which it can interpret this situation. Furthermore, when you stay in higher states of consciousness too long, your third dimensional brain and ego becomes concerned and pulls you out of your reverie. 

Then in a flash, the 3D breaks go on and your attention is directed back into the third-dimensional matrix, back into the fourth dimensional matrix, back into time. The third and fourth dimensional matrixes are much like webs to which you automatically attach your third-dimensional thoughts and emotions to create third dimensional thought forms. 

These third dimensional thought forms travel out into your world to gather other thought forms that are similar and bring them back to you. Therefore, if you have a third dimensional thought of, “I would like to have a wonderful conversation with some people that I care for” that energy field will come back to you and soon you receive an email or a Facebook message or a phone call from somebody who is important to you. 

If your thought form is fear based, it will still go out. For example, if you were to say, “I am lonely. I have no friends. No one ever connects with me”, what you will see in return is that no one will connect with you. 

As you are moving into your higher states of consciousness, you will be able to actually perceive these thought forms. You will not perceive them in the same manner as you perceive a book or a newspaper with your third-dimensional perception. Instead, you will likely think you are “imagining” them. Yes, you are imagining them, because imagination is fifth dimensional thought. 

Many of you are still using for your third-dimensional cause and effect thinking, but you are slowly realizing that when you put out positive loving thoughts, something positive and loving will come back to you. 

You are also realizing that if you are in the midst of a situation that you don’t know how to deal with, instead of pondering and worrying you just say, “Dear Higher Self, there is something that I need to understand. Could you please assist me?” Then you wait for a thought form from your Higher Self to return to you. 

Because you called your Higher Self, you have made a different kind of thought form. You have made an inter-dimensional thought form. When you call into the higher dimensions and say, “please assist me with this situation,” you have used your free will to open up an inter-dimensional portal. 

This inter-dimensional portal connects you with one, or several, of your higher dimensional expressions of SELF with whom you can consciously receive multidimensional information. Your higher expressions of SELF could be Angels, Ascended Masters, Elohim and/or higher dimensional Galactic Beings. 

We want you to know that we, your higher expressions of SELF, are all waiting for your call. We are all waiting, because Gaia is a free will planet. Therefore, we must wait until you call us. 

We see that many of you are calling us. But sometimes you are calling us with a low frequency message, such as, “I hate it here. I want out of here. When are you going to come down and help me?” 

These thought forms are a very low frequency, because they are filled with fear and anger. The fact is that we are already here, but you can only perceive us via your higher states of consciousness. We are right here. We are in your room, we are in your house, we are walking next to you, as you go to the grocery store. 

But you cannot perceive us, because we resonate to a higher frequency. We resonate to the fifth-dimension and beyond. In order for you to be able to perceive us, you need to expand your consciousness out of your beta waves, even beyond your alpha dream waves and into your theta and your gamma meditation waves in which you can release time. 

With your alpha waves, time goes faster, because you are doing something that you enjoy and something that feels good to you. But, it is only with theta and gamma wave consciousness that you are able to begin to release your addiction to 3D time. 

When you move into a gamma wave reality, there are no longer thoughts or words lined up sequentially, such as one, two, three, four. Reality in these higher dimensional realities is much like flowing and floating through an ocean. 

However, if you are flowing through this higher dimensional ocean and desire a sequence of events or thoughts, you will “fall out” of that reality. You fall out, because your attachment to the time that creates the concept of sequence demands to lower your consciousness out of the perceptual range of that world. 

Sequence is based on the timing of first, second, third, etc. Whenever a thing occurs within the Now, there is no first, second etc. There is only a swirling, joining, flowing, becoming, entering, and/or leaving. 

Feel your consciousness as you allow your mind to flow from one concept to allow a unique concept to flow into the next concept, which expands into the next concept. As an example, feel the thought form of “I wish to experience an intimate relationship with my Higher Self.” As soon as you make that statement, you create an inter-dimensional thought form. That inter-dimensional thought form flows up into the higher dimensions in search of your Higher Self. 

Now, what goes out comes back. Hence, when your Higher Self receives this information, it may say, “Oh, we have a com-link with a member of our lower-dimensional self, who is able to respond to and perhaps even communicate with us. We, the members of your Higher Self, transmit a message to your higher consciousness to say ‘Hello.’” 

Of course, we do not say hello in the English language. We say ‘hello’ within our Light language. We say ‘hello’ by tickling your Third Eye, whispering into your expanded hearing, touching you softly on the heart, putting our arm around you and/or making you feel safe and loved. 

Hence, when we say “Hello, we are here and would love to communicate with you,” you do not hear that English, or any, human language. However, you may perceive something that you do not know how to understand. This “something, someone, some feeling, some thought, some energy” feels as if it has just flown past you, is encircling you and/or is over you sending you unconditional love. 

If you can be still, if you can be very quiet in your brain and can listen with your heart, your Third Eye may be able to perceive that there is an energy field that is coming in to your awareness. You do not know what that energy field is saying to you at first, but you can feel that it is there. 

If you were to become frightened, your energy field would fill with fear. Then, your higher dimensional self would instantly leave that energy field, because we no longer participate in the energy field of fear. 

However, if you can remember to quickly transmute your energy field back into the higher dimensions by sending it Unconditional Love and Violet Fire, we can link our personal and collective energy patterns with yours to facilitate our inter-dimensional communication portal. 

Through this portal, we are able to send you our unconditional love and multi-dimensional light to assist you to expand your consciousness to consciously receive our higher dimensional communications. 

You see, we are being just like you. In fact, we are the version of you that resonates to a higher resonance of vibration. When you have a conscious connection with your higher resonance, you simultaneously connect with us, your own Higher Self. 

Via your own higher states of consciousness, you can open your Third Eye, connect with your High Heart, and ground your inter-dimensional essence deep into the core of Gaia. When you ground this energy field into the core of Gaia it is much like plugging it into a universal language translator. 

This “universal language translator” will lovingly place entire messages into your consciousness and amplify them so that it is easier for you to consciously experience our communication. 

When you have gone through the process of accepting, knowing, serving, and grounding our messages, you are instructing your third-dimensional brain to connect its operating system with your multi-dimensional mind. 

Then, you may even be able to perceive your Higher Self through your Portal of Light. However, you will not perceive your Higher Self in the same manner that you might see your physical self in a mirror. 

In fact, you will not perceive your Higher Self at all, until you are able to “believe you have a Higher Self,” as you will not perceive what you do not believe. 

If you can believe in your own Self, you can say, “I would love to speak with you.” Your answer will not come via words, but via inter-dimensional energy thought forms. Therefore, be aware of the higher frequency energy patterns that enter your Pineal gland. 

Share these messages with your Third Eye, so that you can better understand them and store them in your High Heart for safe keeping and further understanding. Also, do not forget to ground these “Message from SELF” in the core of Gaia. Then, share your messages with others who are ready. Don’t worry about who is ready. 

Just trust your self and you will “know” who is ready to receive what information. Be sure to leave a seed of this message planted in the core of Gaia. Then all the seeds of all the answers to all the questions can merge into Unity Consciousness and Unconditional Love to dream, expect, create, own, and protect Gaia’s new and highest octave of Her planetary body. 

Every thought of unconditional love for Gaia and every blessing you send Mother Earth will return to you three-fold. Therefore, dear ascending ones, honor your self, so that you can be able to more totally honor others and the planet on which you live. 

Blessings to you all, and please remember to keep your inter-dimensional portal open. 

The Arcturians and YOUR Higher SELF

Ever-intensifying Light is enabling Personal and Planetary Ascension

With loving greetings on behalf of all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Early along Earth’s Ascension course, energy surges were mild and occasional, and most of the populace mutely continued to accept the status quo. When the planet reached planes where the surges were stronger and more frequent, outspokenness about intolerable conditions and heated activity began in earnest. Now, voices throughout your world are rising to a crescendo, as the peoples are forcefully freeing themselves from the last vestiges of millennia of control by dark minds and hearts. 

All along during Earth’s journey, lightworkers have been in the vanguard of world-changers. We know that at times you feel weary, even in moments despondent, about the pace of progress, and not only because a number of you recently have written this to my mother. Although the selected examples were edited for brevity, the cited parts preserve the writers’ sentiments and express those of the others who wrote, feelings we know that many more of you share. 

“I GET SO WEARY WITH THE WAY THINGS ARE HERE ON OUR PLANET. I LOOK FORWARD TO THE CHANGES TO COME.” 

“Humanity is said to be in the process of a fundamental change - a total turn around toward Love/Light/God/Spirit... However, many humans don't show signs allowing to hope for such an awakening. And I include myself in this.” 

“Why do animals have to suffer so much? Why can't we all just either ‘not exist’ at all or why can't we all just live in perfect harmony? I want so much to ‘believe’, but I just don't understand what it's all about.” 

“War atrocities have created a desperate refugee situation. Some people are billionaires, while millions live in poverty and children die of starvation and unsanitary living conditions. It is difficult to accept that karma is the reason for the vastness of inequities and suffering. Will it never end?” 

“The more I see pain, violence and grief, the harder it is to believe what you and other spiritual messengers tell us you see. Looking at this world from wherever you are, is vastly different from living here, where suffering and hopelessness seem endless.” 

“I understand the free will concept, but I can't help but wonder why the entity we refer to as ‘God’ would create this planet Earth for us to inhabit as humans just to allow it to be messed up [again by humans] to the point Gaia is screaming for help and then ask for volunteers to come and try to fix it?” 

“I’ve always wanted everyone to treat each other and the animals kindly and respectfully like you say it will be in the Golden Age. I’m 89 now and sad that I won’t live long enough to see it.” 

Beloved family, let us be your “cheerleaders” for a moment. It would be premature to rush onto the playing field to celebrate before the final whistle, but when the game is in its last stages— and the Light vs Dark battle on Earth IS!— and our team is so far ahead that victory is certain, it isn’t premature to feel triumphant. The game isn’t quite over, though, and the team that knows it has lost isn’t going to just walk off the field—both sides have to keep slogging it out until the game ends. 

That may not be the most apt analogy for a world in the process of being transformed, so we shall speak clearly: With each passing moment, your society moves closer to a peaceful world with justness, kindness and abundance for all. 

You don’t remember that other civilizations persevered many thousands of years to change from perpetual fighting to living harmoniously, thus you have no comparison for seeing that you are doing this at a speed without precedence in this universe. What you can do is think how far you have come since the game started, when Earth started her Ascension course 80-some years ago—a mere speck of time even in your recorded history. Ages-old deception and control are being revealed along with current corruption, lies and power-mongering; communication and negotiation are replacing headlong rush into battle; citizens’ demands for reforms in governance are bringing about changes at every level; local, national and international organizations are making inroads into humane treatment of animals, environmental preservation and aid to people in dire need. 

Indeed, a great deal more must be done before “all just live in perfect harmony” and it is happening! There is far more goodness in your world than you would know from mainstream media, which still are controlled to the extent that “the news” focuses on trouble spots, divisive issues and trivia with rarely a mention of the innumerable splendid achievements of “people power” in communities and cities around your world; and a large percentage of Internet articles and messages via social media also tend to report worrisome situations. 

Most who originate or pass on information—and consequently their recipients—aren’t aware of the ever-intensifying Light that is enabling personal and planetary Ascension. They don’t know that world leaders publicized as adversaries are working together behind closed doors to achieve peaceful outcomes in volatile areas or that the economic system established and manipulated by dark minds is collapsing to make way for the new global system based in honesty and fairness. They have no idea that a multitude of evolved souls from other civilizations are living among you to assist society progress, or that thousands of spacecraft surrounding the planet are helping in many vital ways, and when it is safe, some will land and bring advanced technologies. You do know all of that—let your knowledge lift you above the inundation of information from unenlightened sources. 

Here let us borrow your expression, “We have walked in your moccasins.” At times, we felt world-weary and our patience grew thin, when we were endeavoring to bring about godly changes in our respective worlds, including some Earth lifetimes. It was heart-wrenching to see so much conflict and misery, and difficult to put it into the context of karmic lessons. Even though we knew those souls had chosen their experiences for the balance they needed to evolve and others in the pre-birth agreements were providing the required circumstances, still it was sad for us to see it being played out. And, in those lifetimes of ours, just as now, not all “heavy players” were serving within agreements; acting from greed, heartlessness and lust for power, they caused many to endure unchosen conditions that nevertheless were greatly beneficial in soul evolvement. 

So, you see dear ones, we do understand your feelings. And, from personal experience and spiritual guidance, we know that you will uplift yourselves and those who are suffering by sending them the Light within compassion and caring, not the low vibrations of discouragement and despair; and sending Light to those who cause pain and injustices instead of the low vibrations of judgment is what will bring malevolence to an end. All of those souls are brothers and sisters in our universal family, and the benevolence in the Light you send them radiates out into the universe— anything anywhere affects everything everywhere! 

As for “Gaia is screaming for help and then ask for volunteers to come and try to fix it,” it was with unconditional love for all souls on Earth that when Gaia cried out for help to save her planetary body, civilizations advanced in spirituality, consciousness and technology responded immediately and joyfully. It was with that same loving spirit that you eagerly volunteered to come to Earth and do your part. 

“Will it never end?” We repeat a statement in our last message: You advance to a level of spiritual and conscious awareness wherein karma no longer is needed, and as the multidimensional beings you are, you will continue evolving and remembering your Beginnings in the pure Love-Light of Creator. Many of you are from civilizations that have mastered all karmic lessons, and when your Light service on Earth is over, you may choose to return to your homelands or enjoy time in Nirvana first. Either way, you will have the heartfelt satisfaction of having helped a civilization evolve out of third density karma and start living happily, cooperatively, productively and creatively. 

If you don’t live on the planet long enough to see Earth’s Golden Age in full bloom, you will not miss out. From your vantage point in spirit life or your own world, you can watch the entire panorama unfold, as the energy of Love envelops Earth; as she is restored to her original pristine beauty and health; as abundance flows equally to all of humankind, who will treat the animals with caring and respect and live in harmony with all of Nature. And, you will see how your Light keeps contributing to this wondrous world that is flourishing in the continuum and in linear time is on the near horizon. 

Now then, we are aware of speculations, in some cases convictions, that one or another event is imminent. One end of the range of prognostications includes “End Times” with destruction on an epic scale, worldwide chaos following global economic meltdown, where nuclear WWIII most likely will start, and enslavement by an ancient Earth civilization that is returning. By intention or not, these “preparedness alerts” about situations that will not occur are creating the energy of fear, which refuels those with dark ambitions and creates negativity for Earth to disperse via earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, wildfires and severe storms. 

At the other end of the speculative range is a Cosmic Wave that will raise your civilization into fifth density or some other astral condition that also imparts sudden enlightenment. Individuals whose hopes are pinned on a spiritual and consciousness awakening in one fell swoop worldwide will be disappointed, just as those who expected life on Earth to be loving and peaceful on December 21, 2012, and henceforth felt sorely let down. 

What is happening and will continue is this: Earth’s Ascension into successively higher vibratory planes with correspondingly stronger surges of Love-Light energy is accelerating souls’ journey along the spiritual pathway. Yes, some are seriously lagging and causing misery to many, but please don’t let this be foremost in your thoughts and feelings—be mindful that the universal Law of Attraction is in constant operation. By feeling grateful for positive developments and confident, optimistic and excited about Earth’s future, you help your society move more quickly toward that magnificence. 

A number of you have written about the discovery of a part from Malaysian Airline flight MH370. I didn’t know at the time Ashtar explained “When the plane’s problems developed like dominoes falling and wiped out all systems required to keep the plane under control...” that problems included the loss of any of the plane’s movable parts. When the piece afloat was identified as from the plane, the investigators logically concluded that the rest of it is at the bottom of the sea. Not in their wildest imagining would they think that it was stabilized within the powerful energy field of another civilization’s large spaceship, which kept the bulk of the plane intact until it was safely put down on a planet similar to Earth and all aboard disembarked after a rescue mission in accordance with their collective soul-level choice. 

We have been asked if Khazarians are within the ranks of the Illuminati. Indeed so, and their long history of conquest and ruthlessness still is evident in your world. 

Also we have been requested to share our thoughts about Pope Francis’ visit to the United States. We think its importance will be global. Throughout his papacy he has urged uplifting struggling peoples everywhere in messages that transcend politics. Because decisions made in the United States affect many other countries, we feel that what Pope Francis says during his visit will help to increase spiritual awareness within that nation’s government and the citizenry, and ultimately result in benefitting people around the world. 

Our last message about the soul evoked more queries, and we shall get to those after answering questions for which there was no space in that message. 

“Do only souls in the most advanced civilizations become angels or can souls in a lower density civilization who aspire to reach that exalted status also attain it?” Even souls in the most advanced civilizations do not become angels, souls whose frequencies are so high that they are pure energy. 

Creator’s first expression of Itself produced the archangels, who are of the highest Love-Light energy and live in the Christed Realm closest to Creator. Although they do not incarnate, they can direct aspects of their soul-selves into personages whom they endow with innate abilities and knowingness; the best known in this universe may be Sananda, one of whose personages is the soul you call Jesus. The archangels telepathically communicate with beings in physical and spirit worlds and they continuously beam their all-powerful energy throughout the Cosmos. 

Using Creator-bestowed energy, they visualized and manifested subsequent levels of angels, and those in this universe serve as God’s emissaries in myriad ways. Certainly you may call upon them for help at any time—souls throughout the angelic realm welcome this—but asking isn’t necessary, as these ever-vigilant beings are aware of your circumstances and freely provide assistance. While never can they interfere with anyone’s free will, they are permitted to save people from transitioning prior to their contract’s longevity clause, spur the action of bodies’ self-healing mechanisms, provide divine guidance, boost energy, uplift spirits, ease emotional and physical suffering, and accompany persons during the lightning-quick transition from physical to spirit life. Their presence in your life is indicated in paintings by master artists of yore, but contrary to those depictions, angels do not have wings; however, they can easily manifest them and often do during a lifesaving mission of a person who believes they have wings. 

Some souls later in the angelic lineage may choose to enter the cycle of life in spirit and physical worlds to exemplify godliness and enlightenment in a fledgling civilization or one emerging out of darkness. More often, though, they take on personhood only briefly for a specific purpose—perhaps to safeguard someone in momentary danger, console a distraught individual, nudge in the soul’s chosen direction a person who doesn’t know which fork in the road to take, or offer encouragement to someone to follow strong intuitive feelings. 

Thus, aspiring to become an angel cannot make it so, but aspiring to be like an angel is most worthy. And, dear ones, by expressing your Love-Light through generously sharing with those who need assistance, you are serving as “angels on Earth.” 

Yes, Mother, I can see that remaining questions must wait for the next message. In farewell, we say, the unconditional love of all lighted souls in this universe is embracing you all along your journey on Earth.

These energetic preparations take place mostly during your sleep time, and occasionally during the day. 

This preparation process is orchestrated by your Higher Self and your Angels, as well as your direct lineage of Galactic Families of Light. 

If you feel exhausted and tired, it is your bodies’ response to this process. Whenever you have the chance to rest, please allow for your body to process these new energies. 

As the collective consciousness of humanity has drawn these energies into this reality, you are more than ready to take the next steps into your sovereignty and spiritual evolution. 

This is affecting all areas of your life, your country and all countries of this Earth, as well as your journey as a planet, to become a member of the Galactic Community of Light again.

Is it Me or My Guides — It’s Both

A message from Jennifer Hoffman 

Since October 2003, when Archangel Uriel first contacted me, I have had a constant connection with this energy. It isn’t something I can turn on or off, it’s always there. Not in an intrusive way, but in a way that has simply become another dimension of my energy aspects. So, when I’m asked whether it’s me or Uriel who answers a question, I can’t answer that because it’s both and it’s neither, and it’s the wrong question because it cannot be answered that simply. We all have the ability to connect with angels, guides, and any other energy in the Universe, when we choose to and when we do, the result is an expansion of ‘us’ as human and spiritual. 

So, why is asking ‘whether it’s you or your guides’ the wrong question? Because the question assumes that you are separate from your angels, guides, and any energy you work with and that cannot happen. It is through your particular energetic frequency that they connect with you and that is where you share an energetic resonance. Remember, they exist at all levels, so every person’s connection with their angels and guides is individual and personal. Their energy also integrates with yours, so there is a seamless interaction between you and them. 

Is it you or them, when you get an answer? It’s both, because you provide them with the energy container they need to access the earth’s dimension, as a physical being, and they connect you with your higher aspects, as an expression of your energy in the higher frequencies of spirit. We’re all one and part of the One, so there cannot be any separation between us and any other being, physical or otherwise, in the universe. Never think that you are ‘less than’ any energy in the Universe, because you are not. You are a spark of Divine Light, a ‘piece’ of God/Source Light and Energy, so you are on the same level as every other ‘thing’ in the universe. How you express and use that energy is your choice — but whether you use or acknowledge it or not, you are as Divine as anything else in the Universe. 

What if you don’t want this connection or see it as too much of a responsibility? You don’t have to do anything with it, if you don’t want to. You can also use it in your personal life and don’t have to share it with anyone. Remember that at first I didn’t want to work with Uriel, I had other things to do with my life, so I thought, like being in the corporate world, managing an IT division in a large corporation. Connecting with an Archangel wasn’t part of that plan, although I have been intuitive all of my life. Now that energy is so familiar to me that I cannot imagine my life without it, but the connection I have is possible because of my energetic frequency, and you have that potential too, and you can use it in any way you wish. And sharing it on a global level is part of my life path; it may not be part of yours. That’s something you will have to explore with your guides and angels. 

What about the people who are already channeling these energies, like Archangel Michael, can you connect with them too? 

Several years ago, I was accosted by someone who claimed to be the ‘only’ channel for Uriel, and that I didn’t have permission to connect with this energy. I knew that was impossible, because I had already been working with Uriel for 10 years, and further, that there is no single channel for any energy; there are multiple channels, who each connect according to their individual frequency. No one can claim to be the ‘only’ channel for any energy, because these are universal energies and are very expansive, existing at an unlimited array of frequencies, so they can connect with everyone. 

We each pick up on the energetic frequencies that we can connect with. That’s why any energy can have many different channelers; they’re all picking up a different expression of that energy, at their own frequency. Everyone has these connections, and they are only effective when we use them. Archangel Uriel says, ‘Participation in the 3rd dimension is by invitation only,’ which means that if you don’t invite your spiritual connections into your life, they cannot connect with you and offer the support and guidance they have for your journey. You’re the one who is here, doing the heavy lifting; they are there to help you remember all of the power and knowledge that you forgot, as part of your being here. They are your support team, let them support you. 

And if you’re wondering whether information comes from you or your guides, remember it’s all the same energy. So, trust yourself and if it feels good to you and you aren’t afraid, you can trust the information. With practice, it becomes much easier to feel, recognize, and feel comfortable with the guidance you receive, and you’ll be able to automatically use it in every situation.

Beloved friends, 

The higher dimensions is a riot of color and activity at this time. We will give no definite date of when we are meeting you, but know your long wait is now at an end. Heaven is reaching out to you. Can you feel it? You will be informed of any news of our coming to meet you all. Xenophobia which is natural is not to be seen as a barrier to any impending contact. We do understand that because of film you may have been exposed to many forms of 'extra-terrestrials.' It is vital for you to understand that the 5th dimension is energy and it is only when we download our energy to meet you that we take on form that is most comfortable and not alarming in, so that you can interact with us peacefully. 

All old energies have been put to rest and any presence in your solar system at this time is a loving presence who has your highest interests at heart. You are going to find that as life and developments push on, that a lot of the groundwork has already been done for our arrival. We are enthralled by the work done by great servers of the Light who have befriended the galactic presence and to portray us as a loving presence. We have already been reported as aliens and in truth we are merely you, your equals. In the past, you have heard and been exposed to councils and hierarchies you will be glad to hear that these both are old earth or old world energies and now have no bearing on how you operate today. You may be surprised that it is I who am bringing this message to you and not one of the 'galactic beings' as they are termed. 

Any contact will also be with the ascended masters, angels and all of spirit from the higher dimensions and as I already said, we are to take on a form that you are comfortable and familiar with. There is only goodness and peace coming your way beloved children of God and I don't mean this in a condescending way. We, your friends, family and equals, have been through all that you have been through, for we are one and nothing can separate us ever in truth. So, as I already said, you are all masters and angels who are finding your way in truth once more. You are bright beautiful beings of God/Godess' essence and we are with you every step of the way. Mother Earth is now accelerating her and your Ascension process. There is a plan. This is to see that all are delivered to the New Earth safely. 

Mother Earth, if she has any dramatic changes, is making them at this time. You may be interested to know that the majority and sheer capacity of all higher vibrations entering Mother Earth at this time are being poured into her transmutation and infinite restoration. So, know that you can rest easy loving ones. There is nothing out there that is out to get you. We, your friends, are at your doorstep to inform you that your long sojourn is at a close. As I have already stated, there is no set date for contact. We are taking it moment by moment at this time. Time is accelerating as are all planetary transformations and individual changes. You are being upgraded into your Full Light Presence at this time. The New Earth is also a riot of activity at this time, with what all now is transpiring on your planet. Earth shall never be the same again. 

Also remember, vigilance and discernment of all you read and hear regarding any galactic presence and go with your heart and presence and you will know what is fact and what is fiction. Thank you for your attention loved ones. We are your extended family and friends and know that it will not be long now. One final snippet of news. The Crystal Cities that have sprung up around Earth are a major destination for almost all hearts at this time, so remember this and ask your guides to take you on a tour of where you feel drawn to. Adama's Helpful Energy Update for 6 June 2015 

Greetings, Beloved Ones, 

We are most joyous to connect with you here today, and we send you our utmost love from the heart of Telos! 

Beloved Brothers and Sisters of Telos and all the higher dimensions: 

You are presently incarnated only with a small portion of your Being, in this earth reality. 

The rest of your energy exists in the higher dimensions. You have designed it this way, so that you could guide yourself through this earthly experience from the other side. 

This means, whenever you are connecting with "Beings of Light", you are actually connecting with the higher dimensional aspects of yourself. May these Beings of Light be Angels, Ascended Masters, Telosians and other Inner Earth Beings or Cosmic Beings. We are all an expression of pure, Divine Source energy that is reflecting back to you the non-physical part of your existence. 

We are also reflecting back to you the level of love that you have generated on your earthly journey. The more loving and uplifting your interaction with us is, the more you have allowed the frequency of love and upliftment to expand in your heart. 

This all-transforming current of Love allows you to focus your attention and energy on experiences that delight, inspire, uplift and evolve your spirit to new levels of consciousness. 

Anything less than love, joy, upliftment, inspiration and oneness will fade out of your reality. 

Isn't it wonderful to know that you can, purely with your intent and attention, choose the quality of your interaction with the higher dimensional worlds? 

As you are growing more and more spiritually, your interaction with the higher dimensions will become more and more tangible and filled with more and more love and joy. 

This is the time of the merging of worlds and the best way to prepare for it, is to be very diligent with what you allow into your awareness and experience. 

Choose wisely which information you allow yourself to connect to in your media and interactions. 

Ask yourself: "Will I feel better or worse after watching, reading or listening to this?" 

If the answer is "Worse", just choose something that will make you feel "Better". 

It is in the deliberate choices you are making that will raise your vibrational frequencies and with it, improve your experience with the higher dimensions. 

Let's take this further: 

What are you thinking about on a consistent basis? 

Do your thoughts make your feel better or worse? 

If the answer is worse, re-route your thoughts to better feeling thoughts. 

Your thoughts and emotions create your reality, Dear Ones,
and you are at the center of your reality. 

In order for your world and reality to reflect love and joy back to you, begin by choosing deliberately the thoughts you think, the movies you watch, the information your read and the things you listen to. 

The power is yours, Dear Ones. 

It was, all along. 

With knowing that, go forth, Beloveds, and create your world and interactions with the higher dimensions, the way you wish them to be. 

Beloved Ones, we are walking with you on this journey and you are loved beyond measure.
