When “stuff” comes up . . . rejoice!

A Message from Jesus via John Smallman 

As the moment of humanity’s awakening approaches, many are experiencing unexpected emotions of great intensity arising into their awareness – the remembering and re-experiencing of long forgotten or deeply buried trauma – “stuff’ that they thought was over and done with, that they thought was healed. Childhood wounds and suffering are often very deeply buried to enable the child to survive and grow, but in later life they surface to be healed, and re-experiencing them can be very painful and surprisingly intense. 

If they are not addressed as they arise the suffering intensifies. To address and release them is part of humanity’s awakening process, because you will awaken into Love, Reality, Source, where anything that is not in alignment with that wondrous state, your natural state, has to be left behind, discarded or dissolved before you awaken, because the unreal cannot enter into Reality. 

When you go within, to your holy sanctuary of Divine Love – and no one is without one – tell God of your suffering and ask for help to let it go by surrendering it to Her. She is male and female in perfect harmonious equilibrium and will embrace and soothe your troubled hearts, allowing those ancient and painful traumas to just dissolve into the nothingness from which they seemed to arise. Remember, there is only Now. Nothing remains from the past, which is unreal, and nothing hangs over you as the future approaches, because that too is unreal. You are, and always are, the beloved and untroubled children of God residing now in His Presence in utter peace and joy. What you, as humans, experience apart from Love, is unreal and cannot last. 

Make daily visits to that holy inner sanctuary where Love resides – permanently – open your hearts, and allow It to embrace you. All that you need do is allow by surrendering to It, and then you will realize that you are One with It, and that indeed there is no separation. Doing that allows all that buried or denied trauma, suffering, or plain emotional confusion with which you are all burdened to arise into your awareness, and then, if you do not engage with it by trying to remember all that happened in that particular instance, or try to understand it, it will dissolve. It will probably not be instantaneous because it is like grief, it has to flow through, and because you are living as humans in time, it takes time and you will feel it, possibly very intensely, so have tissues at hand. (John has been doing a lot of this over the last few months.) 

When the flow ceases, you will feel relaxed, probably quite tired, and at peace . . . until the next time! But, it will come to an end, and the more willingly you allow it in, the more quickly will it pass. Men probably have more of a problem with this than women, because they are mostly enculturated to be tough. And being tough means not showing emotions, therefore blocking their emotions (although anger is often seen as tough, and is therefore acceptable!) has become normal, so when sadness or suffering of any kind arises, leading to crying, it is almost automatic to shut it down. So, for men, it will probably be necessary to find somewhere safe, somewhere they know that they will not be seen or disturbed, and thus safe from the embarrassment of being seen not only to have intense feelings, but to be sobbing their hearts out! It is NOT unmanly to do so, that is just an unfortunate male stereotype that needs to be discarded. 

To release all this buried and painful emotional trauma is an absolutely essential part of your and humanity’s awakening process. However, if you have already done a lot of work on yourselves, what you experience may well be as a result of your wise and loving choice to assist in the collective release of eons of trauma that have resulted from the painful games in which all have been involved since the separation experience was initiated. 

When “stuff” comes up . . . rejoice! It means that you have made the decision to release all that is holding you back by opening to Love, your true and eternal nature. It will be unsettling, buried emotions disclosed are always unsettling, but allowing them to flow will bring you to a space in which inner peace will enfold you. That place of inner peace is closed off to you when you deny or bury your feelings, because that intense resistance you are living with closes off access to the comforting arms of Love. Love feels! You know that, because you have all at some time experienced Love offered and have accepted It, even if only briefly, though probably not as you are reading this. 

Love is what the search for meaning is all about, and has always been all about, but the games of survival that you have been playing for eons have required you to build defenses against attack and betrayal, and those defenses also lock out Love. Love is always vulnerable, undefended, and amazingly strong and powerful. When you open to Love, you no longer need defenses of any kind. Allowing the pain and suffering of past traumas to arise in your awareness and flow out through you washes away those fearful needs, freeing you to engage fully with your Source, from Whom you have never for even a moment been separated. 

Go within and discover the treasures that have been stored there over the eons. Every single loving thought, word, or deed you have ever engaged with, no matter how seemingly inconsequential it may have seemed to you, has helped create a store house of treasures that you will discover with delighted astonishment when you awaken into full conscious awareness of who you truly are. 

Lay down your masks, the false selfs you present to the world, open your hearts in vulnerability and delight in the freedom you experience. When you do, you will find others, also unmasked, responding to you, and true relationships, holy relationships, will be established where you would previously have thought them impossible. You are all Beings of Light, of Love, and when you uncloak yourselves by dropping your masks or false selfs and offer Love to others, instead of cautious observance as you check for the safety of the situation, the responses you call forth will delight and astound you. 

You are Love, and so is everyone else, therefore engage only lovingly, and exult in the wonder that results. This is the time for which you have been yearning, so open your hearts and engage fully with the joy that awaits you.

The TRUTH Shall Set You FREE

This post is dedicated to the extraordinary people of Greece who, in Ancient Ionia, threw off the yoke of Atlantean domination and brought an end to their dark plans for this planet. Now, that fractal repeats; same soul-players - different incarnations. Let the Games begin! DT the ET 

Many of our Higher Consciousness Ones are experiencing an extreme range of “agony and ecstasy” because you are traveling through Gaia’s, as well as your own, 4th dimensional aura. The last three ninths of any project is the most challenging. 

The end of any project is the most challenging, because you have been working on it so long that you are getting “sick and tired” of doing it. When you fall into that state of consciousness, you have an opportunity to edit your behavior at a causal level. 

With any written project, the formatting of the project, which is very important, is the final task in your process of fine-tuning. However, by that NOW, you have been seeing the same “mistake” so many times that you do not see it as a mistake. 

Instead, you see it as what you want it to be, because you do NOT want to have to look at that project again. We are, of course, talking about the project of personal and planetary Ascension. We are telling you that NOW you are going into virgin territory that you have never visited. 

You may have visited lives in which you personally ascended, but Gaia had not yet ascended. Therefore, the process of Gaia’s Ascension is unique to all of you. Some of our volunteers have had the experience of planetary Ascension, such as on the Pleiades or on Venus. 

If you are among those ONES, please go into meditation to remember your experience in that incarnation. This remembrance will greatly assist you in controlling your own confusions and frustrations. Then, once you are calm and centered, you can better assist others to be calm and centered. 

It is for this reason that we are inviting you all to take one more conscious journey through the 4th dimensional Astral Plane. While in the 4th dimensional perspective of your current incarnation, you can also perceive all the other incarnations that you have experienced on the body of Gaia. 

As you move into higher and higher sub-planes of the fourth dimension, you will gain more objectivity. The more detached you are from the rules of your 3D life, the more you can perceive your own behavior. The reason for this detachment is that, the higher your state of consciousness, the less you judge that which you perceive. 

The 3rd dimension is so filled with fear that many of you fall into judgment as a way of distancing yourself from those who are of the “power over others” persuasion. However, judgment lowers your own state of consciousness, which lowers your ability to release that behavior from your Self. 

As most of you have discovered, the higher your state of consciousness, the more you can perceive areas of your own behavior that you wish to amend. It is important to remember that if you judge yourself for your behavior, your consciousness will drop into a frequency in which you cannot unconditionally love, forgive and accept your Self. 

In other words, you cannot do for another what you cannot do for your Self. If there is any part of your Self that you judge, you will also judge that behavior in others. A 5th dimensional state of consciousness is based on Unconditional Love. 

Hence, 

• When you fall out of Unconditional Love, you will fall out of your 5th dimensional state of consciousness. 
• When you fall out of 5th dimensional consciousness, you lose your higher perspective of reality. 
• When you lose your higher perspective of reality, you begin to feel trapped in the 3rd dimensional illusions of limitation and fear. 

It is difficult to maintain a 5th dimensional consciousness, because your physical reality is riddled with fears and illusions. In fact, these illusions and fears are the most difficult component of your daily life. 

How do you maintain a 5th dimensional consciousness, so that you can look through the illusions to perceive the TRUTH? Yes, you are correct. You can only look through the illusions when your 4th dimensional aura is clear enough that you can look through your own aura. 

Of course, your 5th dimensional SELF, who is the YOU that resonates to a 5th dimensional state of consciousness, can look into your 4th dimensional aura to easily perceive the wounding within your own aura. 

Then, your 5th-dimensional SELF, the you that always resonates to 5D consciousness, can easily send Unconditional Love to your 3rd-dimensional Self, the you that resonates to 3D consciousness. 

The challenge is, can your 3D Self recognize this higher 5D Being as a higher expression of your own Multidimensional SELF? The 3rd dimension has taught you to be “humble,” but too often 3rd dimensional humility is actually a 3rd dimensional way to judge yourself. 

You have learned about judgment from all the persons who have judged you or others. It is for this reason that releasing judgment from your consciousness is such an important part of your personal and planetary Ascension. 

Of course, since you cannot give away what you do not have, you can only release your judgment of others when you have released your judgment of yourself. However, the physical world has trained you to believe that self-judgment is a form of humility. 

This is an incorrect belief. Self-judgment comes from inner fear, whereas humility comes from inner Love. The fear that creates self-judgment expands to create fear of judgment from others in your outer life. On the other hand, the humility that comes from inner, Unconditional Love creates the ability to Unconditionally Love, Forgive and Accept all life. 

We know that loving, forgiving and accepting all that is occurring during the chaos that is preceding Gaia’s great change is a lot to ask of you. However, if you remember that Gaia is a “cause and effect” planet, you will understand why we are saying this to you. 

To ascend from Gaia’s 3rd dimensional expression, all the Ascended Masters had to master their fearful reactions of judgment and replace those reactions with Unconditional Love, so that they could “Forgive them, for they know NOT what they do.” 

Whereas judgment stops forward movement, Unconditional Forgiveness encourages forward movement. Think in terms of your Self. How do you feel when someone judges you? Do you want to listen to and accept what they have told you? 

It is the same if you judge yourself. Do you listen to and accept your own self-judgment? If so, how does that affect you? 

As you move beyond the lower astral plane of the 4th-dimensional Portal/Corridor that YOU are creating, you are remembering that energy out is energy back. Therefore, you are recalling that what you put out into your world, you are simultaneously pulling into your Self. 

As you complete the healing and transmutation of your Adrenal Glands, (http://suzanneliephd.blogspot.com/2015/06/ 4th-dimensional-mystery-schools.html) we remind you that these are your reactionary glands. As you increasingly gain mastery over your reactions to 3rd dimensional stimuli, you will progressively live in the NOW of your 5th dimensional consciousness. 

Within this higher state of consciousness, you can easily choose to NOT react. When your consciousness is calibrated to the 5th dimension, you perceive reality as energy packages which carry a potential reality. Furthermore, from your higher consciousness you can easily perceive the frequency within that energy package. 

If the energy package is filled with fear, you will UNCONDITIONALLY LOVE it and blaze it with the VIOLET FIRE. In the NOW of this action you transform that energy package before it has “time” to become implanted into the body of Gaia to become a reality. 

From your 5th dimensional perspective, you can also read the emotional content of these energy packages. Therefore, when you transmute the emotional content from fear to Unconditional Love, you will then ground that transmuted energy package into Gaia. Do you see how you are giving a great service to your ever-ascending reality? 

NOW that you have visited the Lower Astral Mystery School, (http://suzanneliephd.blogspot.com/2015/06/ 4th-dimensional-mystery-schools.html) you have been able to Unconditionally Love and transmute your own Lost Ones. Hence you will be increasingly able to Unconditionally Love and transmute the thought forms and energy packages that will become ever more perceivable to your expanding perceptions. 

Remember to love and efficiently ground all energy packages filled with Love, as they will be of great assistance to Gaia. In order for you to best assist Gaia with Her process of Ascension, you have cleared, and will continue to clear, your own lower astral fears, reactions and judgments. 

We know that your assignment is no small task for your human expression. However, what is impossible for your 3rd dimensional Self is easy and natural for your Multidimensional SELF. When your physical Self is fully connected to your 5th dimensional consciousness, you will be fully connected to your Multidimensional SELF. 

Then, you are NO LONGER alone, because you are ALWAYS surrounded by the higher frequencies of your Multidimensional SELF, who is constantly within the NOW. From this NOW, you are sending Unconditional Love and Violet Fire into your physical Self and your 3rd dimensional reality. 

Because you have freed your most wounded expressions of Self, and because they are continually being educated about that TRUTH in the Astral Mystery School, you are starting to feel like a different person. 

The heavy weight of 3rd dimensional responsibility, floating fear and depression are lifting from your consciousness. Because your wounded Self is being continually healed within the Temple, you can better relax into your expanded versions of SELF. 

We remind you to listen with your High Heart and see through your 3rd Eye to best receive your messages from the higher dimensions. These messages were always there, but the static in your lower astral field distorted them beyond your recognition. 

We know that many of you have done this inner work many times. However, as your consciousness expands into higher and higher frequencies, you must send your grounding cord deeper and deeper into the areas of your physical Self that you once judged, feared or ignored. 

You can only go as high up into your SELF as you are willing to go down into your unconscious. Also, you can only go as high UP into Gaia’s atmosphere as you are willing to go DOWN into Gaia’s Core. 

If you do not go into Gaia’s Core to be fully grounded, there can be distortions in your aura, which will distort your higher messages from SELF. One of your greatest challenges will be to recognize a distortion, expand your frequency, and then perceive that Multidimensional message again from a higher state of consciousness. 


The Time of Waiting 

The time of waiting was almost over. I knew that. I could feel it in my Soul. What else lay hidden within me that was stopping a fully conscious experience of my Multidimensional SELF? I turned around inside my mind and opened up my heart. 

I calmed my physical body and allowed my consciousness to rise above the cares of my mundane life: above survival, above achievement, above success, and into the knowing… 

Old familiar memories tickled my awakening mind and stroked my heart like the touch of an Angel. Friends and comrades that I had known, long before my first embodiment, rushed forward to greet me. 

My Divine Complement slipped neatly into my form. I was united again. She-he-I were complete. My memories raised another octave, as I embraced more and more portions of my SELF. “I am Home,” I heard a voice whisper. 

But wait; there are no voices in this realm of telepathy, empathy and all-knowing. The thought made my heart thump, and I felt my body sitting heavily in my chair and my hands tightening into a fist. 

I felt my feet pushing against the carpet beneath me as if to push it away. My eyes flew open to see the physical room, as I heard the traffic sounds outside my window. 

“No!”, I cried. “I don’t want to be here. I want to be there.” 

Just as the doorway to my heart began to close and the tears began to form in the corners of my eyes, a glimmer of Light entered the room. Like the wisp of a butterfly’s wing the glimmer fluttered into my heart and stopped the door from closing. 

The glimmer floated up to my mind like a feather caught in an updraft. The tears of fear became tears of joy. My clutching hands relaxed and opened – palms up. My feet eased against the carpet, and I felt the comfort of its grounding support. 

I calmed myself to remember the world that I believed I had just left. I felt that world, that reality, inside my heart and inside my mind. 

I brought it all the way to the tips of my now relaxed hands, down into my toes, through the carpet and into the Earth beneath it. The wings of the butterfly changed into the wings of an eagle and wrapped around my body like a cloud of Light. 

“Home is a state of consciousness,” my friends from within reminded me. “You have journeyed down into the womb of Mother Earth to create a new life, not just for you, not just for the planet, but also for the Light. 

“Awaken now and find all of us who have also taken Earthen forms. We are also arousing our memories and hearing the call. Like Sleeping Beauty, awakened by the kiss of love, we are all bringing forth our promise. Now we can know, now we can trust our SELF.” 

Within that moment, I surrendered to the promise I had volunteered to keep. Finally, I could remember what I had promised to do long, long before I was born. 

Now I just had to BE it.

Dear members of our Away Team in the United States of America. On this day, July 4, 1776, you adopted The Declaration of Independence because you refused to participate in the lies and illusions of others. 

Therefore, our dear Emissaries in the United States, as well as our Emissaries from ALL over Gaia’s EARTH, perceive this historical energy package of FREEDOM that becomes activated every year on this date, and reinforce it by saying, 

“We will NOT participate in a fear-based reality. We are no longer willing to be lied to and frightened. We are Multidimensional Beings who have entered into a 3rd-dimensional body to assist Gaia.

“We love you unconditionally and blaze you with the Violet Fire. As we do so, we declare from our High Heart that we will NOT participate in a reality of illusion and fear! 

“We took Earth vessels within this NOW to rescue Gaia from the clutches of greed and deceit. We say, blessings to you, those who are afraid of the Truth, afraid of Ascension, and afraid to lose your power over others. We say to you, we love you unconditionally, and we bless you with the Violet Fire. 

“We have been frightened by your fear, but now we transmute that fear into Love, and we react only with Unconditional Love. We ask all of humanity to join us in this endeavor of sending Love into the thought forms that are filled with fear. 

“We send you ALL Unconditional Love and Violet Fire.”

You are now moving out of 3rd dimension into the higher vibrations that the dark Ones cannot enter

For those of you who keep up to date with the new messages, recent times have shown that there are many activities taking place. You will no doubt also be aware that the dark Ones are being closely monitored, so as to ensure that they cannot continue with their plan for world rule. In fact, their activities are being restricted in ways that will ensure that they can no longer disrupt the plan for your freedom. We can for our part confirm that the changes are speeding up and great advances are being made. There is no doubt that very soon you shall become aware of major events that are going to take you into the New Age by fulfilling some of the promises that have already been made. 

We would urge you to keep firmly on your path of Light and not allow outside activities to take your focus away from it. There are difficult times ahead, but these will be short lived, and eventually it will become quite clear as to the direction that you are travelling in. Be assured that we have fully anticipated the problems that will arise, and are taking steps to overcome them or at the very least lessen their impact. We do not wish you to take your eye off events that are taking place, but we will tell you that all is moving along in accordance with our plan for your salvation. So many welcome changes are lined up ready to be introduced, but as we have informed you on many occasions, the time must be right, so that matters can go ahead unimpeded. 

Looking back to the end of 2012, we know that some of you still cannot throw off your disappointment that it did not make the impact that you expected. Yet, we hope you will agree that the foundations were laid down for changes to take place that have subsequently occurred. Without a doubt the vibrations are lifting up and more souls are awakening to their True Selves, and able to see how they have been manipulated and falsely held back. The Light is pouring down upon Earth and it is raising the vibrations, and there is no returning back to the “old days”, that will be gone forever, having no place in the higher vibrations. 

The future is Golden and holds many, many surprises that God has prepared for you. God is Love and humans lacking understanding blame God for their misfortunes. It is you alone that map out your destiny and determine through your actions what type of experiences you need to rise up again. Yet, God is always with you and never withdraws the Love that is always present. His servants, such as the Angelic Kingdom, carry out the plan that will release you from the hold of the negative vibrations. They also guide you to ensure you follow your life contract which you have agreed to as one that enables your steady progress. 

Dear Ones, you have many things to learn about life beyond Earth. Your Universe of many dimensions is teeming with life, and in many instances very much like your own. However, you have been kept in the dark as to your true selves and purpose for experiencing the third dimension. It is not your natural one, which is why you are now moving out of it into the higher vibrations that the dark Ones cannot enter. You will no doubt realize that in so doing you will live as intended, in happiness, freedom and absolute peace. Once you have become a Galactic Being, free and able to travel at will, your lives will take on a new meaning. Only you alone can change your future, so follow your desires with care and know that every opportunity is open to you. 

As you might say “the end of the road is in sight”, yet even as you prepare for it, the new path is opening up to reveal the promises of a New Age. In this respect, you will be guided and set upon a path that will fulfill all of those promises that have been made to you. We will be able to openly visit Earth and even take you on journeys within your Solar System. Exactly where will depend upon your plan for further enlightenment, and in this respect your Guides will be on hand to give their advice. You will soon forget the traumas and disappointments of some earthly experiences, knowing that they have given you a broad outlook that enables you to cope with all experiences. 

We are closer to you than ever, and after many years of contact with you, we know that you will accept and greet us as your Brothers and Sisters. Your background coming from various Star Systems means that you will have met us eons of time ago. Bear in mind that in the higher vibrations your life span is much greater than it is now. Also, that when you have completed your experience in one body, you can literally simply step into a new one. To say the least, “death” such as you know it does not take place, and it only involves simple changes that do not entail any form of aging such as you are used to experiencing. Birth as it is called is also different, and you do not have to go through the stages that you know as a “baby”. 

I am SaLuSa from Sirius and will confirm that all is in the “Now” and you will be able to move backwards and even forwards to satisfy your quest for experience. In fact, you will take quite easily to the changes, because in reality they are not new to you. However, it will be exciting to become aware of familiar things, and not least of all to again meet souls who are well known to you, and may have figured in a number of your earthly lives. Even if you only consider the number of strong relationships you may have made through your many lives, you will realize that quite a number of souls eagerly await the opportunity to meet you again. 

However, you still have work to do on Earth and your concentration must be kept focused upon your tasks. Every soul you can help now to “wake up” will appreciate your help, but many are unable to release their attachment to the lower vibrations. Yet, where they come in touch with information that will help lift them up, it can result in an awakening.

The Arcturians: Living In-Between

My Tibetan teachers called this state the Bardo of Becoming... 

It is all about attention and intention. In the higher dimensions your attention sets your intention, and they are as loud as your voice is in the third dimension. In fact, they are louder because they create powerful thoughtforms that feel like the wind against your face, rain on your head, the smell of something remembered, the sun on your forehead or the cold foreboding of an ensuing storm. 

When you place your attention on anything, you automatically align with it, as there is no separation, as you know it on the third or even fourth dimension. Therefore, placing your attention on anything sets your intention, your choice, to bond with and experience that which you call reality. 

We say “reality”, as there are no borders around persons, places, or things. However, there is an aura to everything in the fifth dimension and beyond. The fifth dimension is likely the first dimension you will return to, to enjoy the life you simultaneously have there. 

Allow us to explain the above statement. You, the members of our “Away Team” bi-located into your current Earth vessel. Therefore, you have an ongoing reality in whatever fifth dimensional reality in which you chose to take a form on Gaia to assist with planetary Ascension. 

If you return to the location of your fifth dimensional reality in which you volunteered to bi-locate into an Earth vessel, which is likely one of Starships or Motherships, you may at first be distracted by your natural ability to perceive everyone’s aura. Most of the Beings on the Ships are fifth dimensional or above, so they carry a bright golden aura.

Eventually, it will become natural to see the auras, which are also a form of communication. In other words, you can communicate via the Light Language of communing aura to aura, and/or you can use a voice. 

Because there are many visitors who come from Earth, the members of the Ship practice using their voices on a regular basis. Often they will also send Light Language as a means to teach that language to the visitors. 

These Ships, especially your visits to the Ships, are a means in which you can be in-between your usual third dimensional resonance and your fifth dimensional Self. This “in-between” is NOT the fourth dimensional dream world, but more of a “Threshold to the fifth dimension.” 

You are NOW entering that in-between. This in-between is much like the desert in-between the mountain ranges, the vast waters in-between the ports. While in the In-Between, you must LET GO of trying to control where you are going. 

However, you are not going any where, or even any when, because you are leaving the known world of time to journey into the unknown world of the NOW. Hence, you are not taking a physical, emotional or mental journey. 

This journey is indescribable to your 3D brain. It is a journey of transitioning your consciousness. This transition of consciousness cannot be described via any third dimensional language. It can only be described via the imagery of Light Language. 

Therefore, we use the visual of a child going across “monkey bars.” Monkey bars are much like a ladder that is held horizontally above the ground between two vertical ladders. The child must climb the vertical ladder to the top rung then reach out to grab the horizontal ladder with one hand while they also hold on to the vertical ladder. 

Then, they must “let go” of the vertical ladder and swing that arm forward to grab the next rung of the horizontal ladder. At this point, they are hanging from the vertical ladder like a monkey hanging from a tree. Thus, the name “monkey bars” is used. 

However, with your journey in-between third dimensional time and space and into the NOW of the fifth dimension and beyond, there is NO sequence of physical rungs to hold on to as you make your crossing. 

You are leaving that which is familiar to your 3D thinking and moving (while you are remaining still) into realities that are ruled by operating systems that you never experienced while wearing a physical form. 

Also, you will make this timeless journey to the HERE of the NOW, without any maps. There is no GPS to guide you, no one (except for your Multidimensional SELF) who has gone before to “chart the territory.” YOU are flowing into the unknown with only Unconditional Love for your compass. 

This journey, which you are NOW taking, does not have a known destination, because you are not traveling into a different place. Instead, you are migrating into a higher dimension of reality. 

Much like birds travel the vast sky and whales travel the vast ocean, you will travel the multiple dimensions. However, your parents or the flock of birds or pod of whales are not with you to teach you how to navigate your journey. Also, whales use sonar echolocation, whereas birds have tiny bits of a magnetic mineral called magnetite to enable them to use the Earth’s magnetic field as a migration guide. 

But your journey is beyond third dimensional sounds or magnetic fields. In fact, it is even beyond the Earth vessel that you are wearing. Your Earth vessel is much like the booster rockets used to send spacecraft past the resistance of Earth’s atmosphere. 

Just as a booster rocket falls away once the spacecraft is past that resistance, your third dimensional Earth vessel will fall away, and your fifth dimensional Lightbody will continue your journey. However, your Earth vessel will not be damaged when you burst into Lightbody. 

Your Earth vessel will be stored within your Lightbody, just as your Lightbody is stored within your physical body. Your Lightbody is stored within the Kundalini force, which is stored within your spinal column. In the same manner, your physical body will be stored within the core of your Lightbody. 

Please remember that you are innately a Multidimensional Being who has a body, which is much like an envelope of consciousness, which is always a component of your Multidimensional SELF, whether or not you are aware of
that fact. 

Unfortunately, humanity has been taught to look outwards for the information that they need. Therefore, they do not know that all questions and quests can be fulfilled within the energy package of their own physical Earth vessel. 

The journey of which we are speaking is a journey that occurs withIN your Earth vessel, withIN your consciousness. It is your state of consciousness that runs the GPS of where you are going. 

However, when you are going beyond the illusion of time, you must release all attachment to the “booster rocket” of your third/fourth dimensional SELF and allow your fifth dimensional Lightbody to take the helm.

How does it FEEL to allow your Lightbody to guide you through the narrows of the In-Between? The “narrows” represent the feeling that your body has when you need to squeeze between two places. 

Your body is likely experiencing some of that feeling now, because the polarities of 3D reality are beginning to connect. Within the core of that connection is the “In-Between” of which we speak. The In-Between is getting more and more narrow, as all reality is beginning to resonate to the NOW. 

Within your NOW, your consciousness is beginning to expand beyond the limitations and illusions of the third dimension. Hence, you perceive your 3D reality from a higher perspective. Thus, the dramas, duties, chores, and work of your physical world seem burdensome and boring. 

Simultaneously, you are feeling an urge to be creative, to find new information, to research what is happening to you and to bask in a new feeling that you never had before. However, much like you could not stay in water that is too “hot” for too long, you cannot stay in these higher frequencies for too long. 

It is not that you don’t want to stay in that frequency. It is more that you “can’t” stay in that frequency. Your 3D life needs you. You have responsibilities, duties, and chores. You also have many things that you love about your 3D life such as people, places, creativity, and contributions to a changing world. 

Well, here is the good news. You do NOT have to give up your 3D life. Remember, you are not leaving your entire physical world. You are only leaving the TIME of your physical world to experience the NOW of the fifth dimension and beyond. 

Hence, your consciousness can expand into the fifth dimensional resonance, have a wonderful experience, then return to the 3D just a second before or after it left. Of course, your 3D brain cannot register this information, as it is only calibrated to attend to and accept information about the physical world. 

However, as you expand your consciousness into the fifth dimension and beyond, you begin to function via the “external hard-drive” of your Multidimensional Mind. Therefore, your Multidimensional journeys into the NOW are available for you to re-visit whenever you expand your consciousness into the fifth dimension, so that you can read that hard-drive. 

“The NOW” means the fifth dimension and beyond. Those who fully resonate to the third dimension, or even the lower fourth dimension, cannot perceive the changes within their Self or within their reality, because those changes are occurring at the frequency of the fifth dimension. 

Actually, the changes are that YOU are merging with the fifth dimension and beyond. But YOU must believe in order to perceive. Your third dimensional brain has a filter on it, which only allows you to perceive what you believe. This “glitch” in your 3D brain was placed there long ago during the dark times of Atlantis. 

However, you can easily expand your consciousness beyond that implanted belief with assistance from your Multidimensional SELF. It is the NOW to take the helm of your own life. The journey into the NOW of which we speak is the means by which you will be the Master of your own life. 

Power-Over-Others can only exist in the third and lower fourth dimensions. Once you expand your consciousness into the higher fourth and fifth dimension, you become a raft of Light floating on a deep ocean. That which occurs at the bottom of the sea is not a threat to you, but you may choose to assist others who have not yet made the journey to their own “raft of Light.” 

While you are assisting other persons, we ask that you also assist your dear planet, Gaia. She, too, tires of the low frequencies and the incessant dramas of the humans attached to Her 3D Matrix. Just as you are ready to return to your Multidimensional Human, Gaia is ready to return to Her Multidimensional Planet. 

Some cannot, yet, believe that reality can transmute into a higher frequency. Therefore, they cannot perceive it. On the other hand, those who can believe they are innately Multidimensional are transmuting along with Gaia and are ever changing. 

How do you discern the FEEL of your Multidimensional SELF in your daily life? Take a moment to recognize any changes you have experienced as your physical Self is connecting with your Multidimensional SELF. 

Your physical body will be your guide on this journey, because it represents the Unity of your SELF. Your physical body must incorporate all your thoughts, emotions, and states of consciousness, activities, thought-forms, and reactions into ONE representation of your current expression of SELF. 

Your physical body is shifting, because your consciousness is expanding. Your Multidimensional consciousness serves as a Multidimensional matrix for the energy package of your physical form. This Multidimensional matrix is holding a cohesive form/energy package, so that you can live in your Earth vessel (stay alive to the 3D) while you are making this huge transition. 

Also, your body is comprised of the same elements and elementals of earth, air, fire, and water, as are the planet on which your body NOW resides. Thus, any changes that you make on an elemental level will be shared with Gaia. 

In the same manner, all of Gaia’s elemental changes are shared with you via your physical body. Are you NOW beginning to understand the immensity of this process of personal and planetary transmutation? 

We will assist to understand more about your human Self, as well as Gaia’s planetary Self of Earth. Just as you have seven energetic fields known as chakras, so does Gaia. Both Gaia, her humans, and all her inhabitants are shifting frequencies of resonance. 

This human and planetary shift/transmutation begins within the chakra system. Chakras are vortexes, which influence and/or govern your senses, body elements, states of consciousness, social and developmental changes, endocrine glands, nerve plexus, connections to Earth and dimensional perceptions. 

When person and planet become ONE, chakra by chakra, humanity and Gaia can join their efforts and work as ONE BEING to ascend Earth and all Her inhabitants into the fifth dimension and beyond.

Everything happens “now,” there is no other possibility because there is no other moment

Here in the spiritual realm we are all on high alert, as the moment for humanity's mass awakening draws ever closer. Yes, we are pushing the envelope of your acceptance of our forecasts . . . again! And although it seems to you that we have let you down or disappointed you, you do need to remind yourselves frequently that time is of the illusion. In truth there is only the eternal moment of “now.” Everything happens “now,” there is no other possibility, because there is no other moment. So, we talk of “soon” and “near” and “close” to impress upon you the reality of making things happen now. 

You all incarnated at this point in humanity's evolution, in this moment of the illusion, to take part very actively in the awakening process. After many earth lives you were ready to awaken and ready to assist others who, for a variety of reasons, are far more deeply asleep and therefore need the devoted assistance that only you can provide. You provide that assistance by your loving intentions, repeated every time that you go within to the quiet and eternally loving center of your beingness, which, as we – your spiritual guides, mentors, and friends – have told you before, are enormously powerful. You made the choice to incarnate, because of the enormous power that you would each unleash as individual aspects of the Tsunami of Love, to bring the awakening to fruition, and because the awareness of what you would be doing was so enthralling. 

You are all aspects in form of the mightiness that is being released on Earth by the Tsunami of Love. That is why you are drawn so strongly to your spiritual paths; you resonate with the Divine Field of Love in a glorious harmony of aligning frequencies. You are shielded from the full force of the Tsunami of Love, because your physical form could not be maintained without that protective shield, but that shield also blocks your awareness of who you truly are, and that is why doubts and anxieties about the awakening, about God's Divine Plan for humanity keep arising and unsettling you. 

You knew before you incarnated that it would not be an easy task as you experienced it in human form, but you also knew that what you had set yourselves up to do would be unfailingly and most gloriously achieved. You absolutely know that the Event for which you are all so expectantly longing cannot be prevented, and that knowing does penetrate your human form which is why you have the strength to keep holding your Light on high through all the apparent delays and disappointments. 

You have no idea how deeply honored you are up here in the spiritual realms, as we watch over you proudly and lovingly, while you assist most ably in bringing this stage of God's Divine Plan forwards towards completion. As you awaken, all will be most stunningly revealed for your amazed delight and joy. You will know yourselves once more as you truly are: eternal Divine Beings of infinite potential through which you create endless patterns of beauty in a vast array of sensations that are far beyond anything you could conceive of with your limited human consciousness. 

It seems to many of you that you are on a long path seeking meaning and purpose in your lives and then, as meanings and purposes are uncovered, revealed, and achieved, the search starts once more, because you constantly need more stimuli, more goals, something new to excite or interest you. But what you are really seeking, you already have deep within you, lying unrecognized, because you rely far too heavily on your human form, its competences, and its abilities for stimulation and interest. Truly, although you do need to care for it sensibly, your human body is a distraction, because you are so aware of it to the exclusion of what is real, Love, and Whose flame burns always within you maintaining your eternal existence. And yet, you seek It, quite unknowingly, without, where It can never be found. 

Love is the energy field in which all exists, but because It constantly supports you in every moment, because you are never without it for even the most infinitesimal moment, you do not notice It. An analogy is a fish out of water. Without God's Love enveloping you in every moment, you would be in far worse shape than a fish out of water, you would cease to exist. By becoming still, going quietly within and resting in a high state of alertness, you can uncover that flame, the Light of Love within you, and in doing so you will realize, instantly, that you have no needs, because all is already yours. 

God, as you have so often been told, is Love. Love withholds nothing from Its beloved, and you are that beloved. All you have to do is open to Love. Mostly, however, humans get caught up in the unfounded belief that to survive is an ever-present struggle that demands ninety nine percent or more of their attention, and so they become distracted, lost, and unhappy in their seeming aloneness, and seeming defenselessness against all that could destroy them if they ceased to pay attention. And that is why all the masters, mystics, and spiritual guides keep telling you to go within and rest in the peace that you will find there. 

To find that inner peace, however, you have to let go, you have to allow the present moment to be – it will, whether you do or not! – and by so doing let your awareness develop of the reality that you are far more than the persona with whom you normally identify. Identity is a useful tool within the illusion where you seem to be separate, individual, but when you go within to commune with God, with Love, with Reality, your True Self, All that exists, you need to release that sense of identity which blocks out the awareness of that state you are attempting to access. 

Oneness and individual identity are incompatible. As you find inner peace in that quiet inner sanctuary, your sense of identity will have dropped away, because you have no need of it. As you become more accustomed to entering this divine state you will find that your sense of identity weakens and becomes far less demanding of your attention. Then you will find that you are beginning to see the Divine, the flame of God's eternal Love in others, and your need to judge will also weaken. Acceptance of others will become normal, and from there forgiveness arises, of yourselves, and of others, eventually of all others. 

And that is Oneness, where there is never any sense of threat, danger, or anxiety, because it makes no sense at all when there is only Oneness. Humanity is evolving towards a permanent state of Oneness, where its limitless potential can join with God's to produce wonders beyond anything you can presently conceive of. Know that all is completely well, and that your awakening into Oneness is inevitable.
