Beloved Ones, 

As the energies intensify even more than before, it is difficult to stay focused on any one thing for any length of time. One’s mind jumps from one thought to another without any logical conclusion. It is a case of having entered into unknown territory where everything is possible, and there are no handholds or footholds to grab onto. It is therefore important to be aware that you do not have to do anything or accomplish anything in particular during these moments; all you must do is ride the wave as it comes and experience it - nothing else is required. When you can, send blessing thoughts to everyone and everything around you including your common home, the Earth, and have faith that you will all make it through. 

Did you know that you are made of wondrous stuff - that you come from the stars and from many different planets? We are sure that you do, yet you do not yet fully believe that it is YOU! There is a barrier that must be overcome and it is contained within you. Do not look to other planets or off-planet beings to save you. When you do so, you give away your own power to create and transform your world. What you are being asked to do is unify all aspects of self, the Light Being and the shadow self, the happy and the sad, the courageous and the fearful, the gullible and the wise, to embrace and unify all the seemingly endless polarities in self. As you are doing this, it is best to simplify all areas of your life, so that it can help eliminate unreasonable expectations within yourself and instead give focus where it is expedient and necessary. You are all much too hard on yourselves, as you seek to master everything at once! 

Many of you are now experiencing non-stop downloads and this puts you in the position of going where no man or woman has gone before, into totally new territory that can affect your sensitivity to the energies that swirl around, also non-stop. Daily cleansing is absolutely necessary, especially of your chakra system - and do begin with your Earth Star chakra that is about a foot below your feet, each of your seven chakras and include the upper five etheric chakras, as well as your foot chakras. Many times, it is these that need cleansing and purifying, in order to keep all the meridians in your etheric field operating at the highest frequency. At least once a week, do the Total Energy Clearing exercise, as this will assist you immensely. 

As your human operating system adjusts to the new level of frequency, there is a feeling of intensity within, as the new aspects of self begin to interface with your system. You will experience greater levels of creative ideas and expressions, which begin to manifest outwardly into the world around you in ways that amaze and inspire you with their beauty and profoundness. You are realizing that it is you alone who is in control of the situations that confront you, by what it is that you empower by your focus on them. You become a part of the cosmic dance of life and expression and this empowers you to continue along this spiritual pathway, which ultimately leads to mastery of life in the physical plane of existence and beyond. 

As you come into the rhythm of creation, you realize that everything is perfect and this becomes your internal song of ever renewing manifestation of all that is right and good in your world. “Everything is perfect and always has been” can be the song that you sing to yourself. In this way, you draw to you all that you need and are ready to have. As you achieve inner harmony, it opens you to understanding the greater whole of existence and what it means to interact with all of life in every moment. With this experience, come healing and an expanded sense of love and the freedom to manifest on a higher level of being, which opens many new doors of opportunity for you.

We are in a grand time of transition!

Selamat Balik! We are in a grand time of transition! The dark cabal continues to weaken. Agreements are in place that firmly delineates its demise! The dark was forced to sign agreements that describe how the US Federal Reserve is to end and how the RV is to be carried out. This series of documents as well explain how the GCR is to move the world into a modified gold standard and transforms your world into a new set of gold and silver-backed currencies. This set of currencies operates under a new banking system first proposed by China and Russia. This highly transparent vehicle is to be the means whereby a vast plethora of money makes possible a whole host of much-needed humanitarian and infrastructure projects. Along with these are to be a prosperity, which is to be used to phase out money as an instrument for value. Technologies are to be introduced, which move your consciousness beyond the mere concept of “money”. You need to perceive your reality in a more spiritual vein. As your consciousness grows and you sit at the edge of “contact," you are to see a New Reality that vastly alters what you now consider possible. 

We are in awe of how quickly you are transforming. As you swiftly move toward First Contact, you are to witness a number of amazing things. Heaven began this millennium with a timetable. In just 15 years, you have advanced to the point where a worldwide conflagration is no longer possible. In addition, you have defeated the efforts of the dark cabal to be able to convince you that its armies are really doing the right thing. You have forged a series of beliefs that make it difficult for any nation to use any type of excuse to start either a regional or global war. These new beliefs are due to the growing web of consciousness that surrounds you. Every day, you grow in consciousness as either Heaven or our medical teams alter your structure. These transformations of your chakras or your major nervous systems are the reason the dark is unable to stall your development. Heaven states to us that you are beyond a point where this grand transformation can be stopped. Only a series of delays regarding your financial system is still possible. This it is now reaching a point where even this can no longer be stalled by the dark! 

You are actually close to a First Contact. The major governments controlled by the dark cabal are losing the ability to steer global events. The Light and its numerous components are very close to pushing these ancient braggarts aside. The most important event is soon to be the actual exchange of the RV and the realization of its corollary, the Global Currency Revaluation (GCR). These are only the first steps that are to lead to a precious metal backed currency and a revised new banking system. Ever bear in mind that with these comes a whole slew of now sequestered technologies. Among these is a processor, which can transform how you obtain your food, clothing and shelter. In addition, how you provide for the electrical energy that powers your life is as well to change. You are being liberated from the age-old need to farm, mine and even to fish. You are to be able to forge a society that is on the very edge of ending your long dependence on money. You are on the precipice of a great New Reality. You are close to the type of global society that we are quite used to. 

First Contact, at present, can seem almost unbelievable. Yet the things you have invented over the past century and a half are most remarkable. Nevertheless, most of these were sequestered by the world’s major governments at the strong request of the dark cabal and its Anunnaki overlords. This process kept you at a pace that was exploited with glee by the dark cabal. Even with this sort of controlled progress, you moved from the “steel age” to the computer age in just over 50 years. The next step is to be quite grand. In less than a decade, you have moved beyond the computer age to a very spiritually oriented one. The growth of consciousness is bringing all the old ways into question. You are forging a series of electronic sub-cultures that are vastly altering the gap between a typical teenager and one who is in the early stages of a college education. These generational gaps are increasing and mirror how quickly you begin to pick up and use your new levels of consciousness. This is just the merest of beginnings of what lies ahead. 

Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! Your world is now in transition as Heaven’s sacred decrees become manifested. Everywhere the Light and its many mighty parts are taking down the dark and its errant ways. We are seeing how those who so arrogantly thought to circumvent Heaven are falling to those who have courageously carried out its divine commands. Soon you are to rejoice, as your numerous blessings and new governance are to graciously triumph over the dark and its numerous sets of minions. These rogues are to be jailed and separated from the public, so they are unable to influence the making of this New Reality. Additionally, the rapscallions are to be deprived of their ill-gotten wealth and denied any form of interaction with their former associates. With this isolation, you are finally to be able to forge unions that form new governance. These developments are to rearrange your world and make Heaven’s Divine Plan possible! 

What is now happening is the moment when you are to be freed from the bondage of the last 13 millennia. Then, you are to truly become a child of the ever-loving Creator. When your ancestors first came here, they were free, fully potentialized Beings. These Beings knew neither of death nor of the many fears and worries that now dominate your lives. Each life was lived in Love and, in essence, a part of the divine cycle of life. These Beings possessed Light Bodies and were in constant contact with immortal Angels and sacred Guides. Every day was filled with joys and ecstasies given by Heaven and by this physical realm. Now you are nearly done with a limited consciousness that has occupied your lives with fears and quiet desperations. This coming time is one we have carefully prepared you for. Our teachings are the body for what you are to encounter. 

Many millennia ago, Heaven set down how a Brotherhood and Sisterhood of the Light, which was to be forged from the sacred souls of humanity. Guides where chosen to watch and at the proper time to conduct ceremony to alter these chosen ones for immortality. They were to be charged with helping, giving mercy and interceding for those mortal souls who had passed and/or those who required special guidance. This was done to make each life somewhat bearable and to show that the Creator had not in any way abandoned them. As Ascended Masters, we have numerous sacred duties to show that each life was indeed sacred to the Creator. These blessed acts are part and parcel of a positive set of acts, which graciously move humanity forward. The next steps are to reconnect you to the Sacred and the Divine. This operation is to conclude with your return to Full Consciousness. Hosanna! Hosanna! 

Today we carried on with our weekly duty, namely to inform you about what is occurring around this most magnificent blue/green orb. Gaia is readying herself to redo this surface reality, while you morph into a most beautiful and divine butterfly! This world of silent suffering is ready to be transformed

Dratzo! The delivery system is moving more slowly than liked proving to be able to move our monies through it. As usual, each new section involves delays, which center on those who either wish to steal or divert the funds in question. Our security is easily able to note how these funds are advancing, and if anything does happen, we can use our system to quickly recover the funds. Each new trial thus contains possible glitches that can be easily remedied mostly by arresting those responsible for creating yet another temporary delay. So far, we have put together a system, which is allowing us to move funds safely toward their final destination, your account. As you can see, we have been arresting bank personnel and replacing them. Our liaisons, to keep pace, have been keeping an inventory on how each section of our system encounters the stallings of the cabal. These delays are being observed and ways to prevent the abuses are being set in place. We are very close as well to moving our larger trust funds. Once this system is fully secure, the larger deliveries can happen. 

Heaven informed us this week that increases to each of your chakras are ready to take place. These changes mostly include the head chakras. You can expect to experience some headaches and, at times, flashes of light, which seem to occur suddenly across your vision. These are to be replaced by pains to your shoulder and rib muscles. The improvements to your adrenals and immune system are to create some quick, sudden jolts. Then these pains are to leave and return at very irregular intervals. Your body guardians require a series of checks to see just how well your new upgrades are functioning. Once these tests are complete, you can expect a similar feeling in your limbs. This is because these upgrades are tied into seeing how these alterations allow the nervous system to adjust, before the new diaphragm is fully installed. These sets of installations can be quite painful. Thus, there is the need for the series of preliminary upgrades. 

Gaia, as she waits for our landings to occur, is continuing to prepare for the great catastrophe that is to consume the present surface area. Over the past year, the numbers of volcanic movements, tsunamis, and earthquakes have increased. These are happening to move the surface and generally preparing you for what is to come. Earth has been in this position ever since the fall of Atlantis. She is giving us a warning to increase the speed of those changes needed to redo your global societies and move them easily into Inner Earth. We are aware of this and have informed our earthly allies to permit the prerequisites needed for us to land to be greatly increased. Gaia deeply desires to return herself to her former 5-D self. It makes her uneasy to have this split between an inner 5-D reality and an outer 3-D realm. This is why the so-called death spiral is increasing through her various surface ecosystems. Your abusive societies are only aiding her in this mass effort. 

The cabal realizes that its dominance on your world is rapidly fading. These rapscallions understand that their use of war, chaos and discord are no longer achieving the same results. Thus, they are threatening to create vast catastrophes in the global economy. We have countered this by forging alliances to prevent such childish behavior from thwarting what lies ahead. So far, these actions are holding off the cabal. What is needed is a way to have our allies quicken the pace of what they are doing. A number of new actions for a much faster fund transfer system are ready, and soon, with the help of our allies, we can begin to pull the plug on a “SWIFT” system that is at the heart of these numerous delays. In addition, a vigorous new infrastructure-building bank is getting ready to bypass the present unwieldy banking system. The cabal is seeing that its mighty “Fed dollar” is beginning to collapse. A new freedom-laden, prosperous realm is now nearly ready to manifest. Hosanna! Hosanna! 

Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! Our associates are extremely joyous over what is currently happening. We are approaching the very edge of the time when the dark cabal falls and the era of the dark is finally over. The most important element of this is the declaring of the NESARA law in America. This moment is to be one in which Heaven’s blessed decrees are to be manifested. We are joyous that the reality imposed by the dark on surface humanity is to end. The plan is to put away those who for so long terrorized you and produced an era in which your freedom was lost either due to their whims or to the very nature of debt slavery. This is to be replaced with a vast set of knowledge, which we intend to impart through our many coming lessons. You need to flush away the veneer of lies and mistruths, which the dark used to rule over you. These new realities are just the beginning of what you need to know. 

The coming times are to be ones of great change. The demise of the dark is to open up opportunities for the Light, to teach and explain how this New Reality is to operate. In the past, you were subject to lies and manipulation, which prevented you for millennia from easily discovering the truth about how this realm operated. Now, you are to become more conscious of what is happening, both locally and internationally. This outflowing of truth is to add to what we fully intend to tell you shortly. Each of our lessons is to be designed to teach how you can increase your ability to self-discern and to show how Creation works daily in this realm. Heaven intends to have us explain your history and why you need to abandon these surface lands. You need to become guardians of this sacred place and the other water planets of this solar system. 

You are indeed destined to be one of the main guardians of these most noble worlds. As you do so, you are to learn things that are to permit you to see just how sacred this divine task truly is. Many millennia ago, we learned from our Agarthan family what a special task this truly is. Those who now occupy the present worlds of this solar system have told us just how dear our task really is. Thus, we look upon our task to be merciful and gracious to all humanity and to our sacred mother, Gaia. Heaven permitted us to go through a sacred ceremony and to be taken under the wing of our predecessors. In turn, we have learned from our many daily tasks how best to serve you. We bless you and bless Heaven for her help. We are proud of each of you. Know deep in your hearts that this world of silent suffering is ready to be transformed by all! 

Today, we have reviewed what is happening and what is now just barely beginning to manifest. This New Reality is to end debt slavery and permit you to embrace a new realm filled with many wonders made possible by your positive force for change. The frequencies seem to be rising every day

Message from the Arcturians via Suzanne Lie 

Beloved ones, we are the Arcturians. 

We are here to begin our process of sharing with you the energetic weather reports. As you know the energy fields on Gaia have been extremely intense, and the frequencies seem to be rising every day. However, simultaneously, there are other places, situations and people where the frequencies seem to be getting lower. This is because as the frequency gets higher, there are people who are dropping out. 

This doesn't mean that these people will not be able to continue their Ascension process, but it means instead that sometimes our beloved Galactics and Celestials wearing human forms need some time to rest. Some of you need to just stop and be still, take a vacation, do only what you want to do, be with friends, travel, be in nature, write, sing, dance - whatever brings joy in your life. 

This is so important, because even when you are sitting still, it is working very hard. Your body has to adapt to higher and higher frequencies of Light. As this higher Light is moving into your pineal gland, it is going into your endocrine system and moving through all of your Chakras. As the higher frequency light moves into the endocrine system of all of your chakras, you begin to have a different bio-chemical mix, so to speak. 

Another thing that is occurring is that time is becoming increasingly confusing. This confusion is because as you are moving into your fifth-dimensional consciousness you are beginning to remember how it is to live in the NOW. Hence, you get so involved in the NOW of what you are doing, thinking or being, that you lose all track of time. 

Then you look back and say, "Oh look, I've wasted all of this time." We want you to know that there is no wasting of time. We want you to know that it is vital that you allow yourself to surrender into your true SELF, surrender into your fifth-dimensional SELF that resonates to the One of the NOW. 

Speaking of resonance, we see that many of you have begun to feel the kundalini merging its way up your spine and undulating up and down. Within that kundalini your Lightbody is getting ready to flash forward. Now, we will not give you a time for this, because time is an illusion of the third-dimension. 

You already have a Lightbody in your fifth-dimensional self. When you are serving on the Starships, you are primarily serving in your Lightbody. However, the Lightbody that you are wearing while in your fifth-dimensional state of consciousness does not look the same as a Lightbody you may perceive while you are in a third-dimensional state of consciousness. 

If you perceive a Lightbody, in other worlds, but you are in third or fourth dimensional consciousness, it will be something that is almost beyond your perceptions. So therefore, it will look like a flash of Light. It will be a bit blurry, and you may not see details like fingers, toes, noses or eyes. You might just see a large being of Light. 

However, if you are also wearing a fifth-dimensional body of Light, you will perceive that body in much greater detail. In fact, you can see all of the details of that being. You can see their face, their arms, their body, and you can feel that they resonate to this fifth-dimensional Light just like you do. 

It is very difficult to accurately perceive a reality that is beyond your state of consciousness. You might be able to perceive it with your imagination, which is really your fifth-dimensional thought, for a bit of your time. But you will quickly become tired, as your third-dimensional brain is not programmed for that type of perception. 

Now, more and more of you, our beloved ones wearing Earth vessels, are beginning to awaken to your higher perceptions. You are beginning to see with your clairvoyance, hear with your clairaudience, and feel with your clairsentience. 

Therefore, you are able to see beings of Light that you have not been able to see before. However, until you have become accustomed to perceiving that frequency, you may still have difficulties perceiving, acknowledging and recognizing the details of these perceptions. 

It is much like using an old, crystal radio to try to receive a high-speed transmission from outer space. That radio would not be able to receive it and if it did it at all, it would not be very clear. That is what is occurring with you now. Just be patient and allow yourself to perceive the higher realities in whichever manner they come to you. 

Remember that belief and perception are best friends. If you can believe, "I am perceiving a Starship," then you have given yourself permission to imagine that you are actually seeing a Starship. In fact, you can't see that Starship, unless you use your fifth-dimensional imagination, or your clairvoyance, or you might hear it with your clairaudience. You may just know that the Starship is there with your clairsentience. 

Sometimes you will look up into the sky and see a star and say, "No, that is more than just a star. I know inside me that it's more than a star. I can feel it. I can feel it in my heart. I can see it in my Third Eye. I can even imagine myself on that ship. Oh, NOW I can remember that dream I had not too long ago. 

I don't remember many details of that dream. I just remember talking to someone who was definitely not human. Even if they were Pleiadian, they were clearly not human. They looked like human, but they did not feel like human. They did not talk like human. In fact, they didn't talk at all. We just spoke with our minds. 

Then I tried so hard to bring that back to my physical self as I was awakening. I could hold it for just a few minutes, and then it was gone. All I could remember was that, "I think I might have had an experience last night, but I can't remember any of it." 

Don't worry, practice makes perfect. More and more, you will be able to acknowledge that you visit us on a regular basis. You will also be able to acknowledge that we visit you. Now, we don't visit you in that we would lower our high frequency bodies down to the density of your world except for short periods of time. 

When we do visit your frequency, very often we wear special suits that help us to maintain our own inner frequency. If you were to go to the bottom of the ocean, you would wear a special suit, because you would need that assistance to live in such a different environment. 

In the same manner, we also often need assistance to be able to spend much of your time in your low frequency of reality. Also we know how to project, what they used to call it in the third and fourth dimensions, of the glimmer of magic. 

Actually, we know how to create a thoughtform around us. Therefore, you see that thought form that we have created. We are not trying to fool you at all, but we don't want to frighten you. We do want you to know that we are among you, and we walk with you much more than you can imagine. 

Now again, we are going to touch down and walk with you a while, then go back up to our ships and into our innate higher frequency. But it is good for us to lower ourselves even though we have to make special preparations, because then we can really understand what you, our dear grounded ones, have to go through every day. We also want you to know that we are here and we will be more and more visible. 

So, just relax and believe that we are real. Remember, what you can believe you can perceive and what you can perceive you can believe. 

Know that we perceive every one of you, and we send you all Light. We are also sending Light to all of humanity, especially to those who are lost. Fortunately, there are many who are awakening from the members of the lost ones. We are very happy to share that information with you.

Core of Light

Message from the Pleiadian Councils of Light via Solara An-Ra 

We will speak from this time forth of energy control, balance and activation. This, which we have coined your ‘energy A-B-C’s’, is what our channel chooses to bring forth at this time of fluctuation on your planet. What appears to you as a time of instability and uncertainty can also be perceived as a time of infinite potential and grace. You are blessed with the potential to transmute your mental confusion into clarity, your emotional disarray into peace; your uncertainty into faith – and to literally transmute your physicality into Light. This potential has always been present in you, as Hu-man Be-ings. You were star-seeded with this potential. 

What we wish to teach you right now, in a series of steps, is how to access your perfection on an energetic level - and how to maintain that higher, lighter vibration for longer and longer periods of time, until it is entrained into constancy within you. Thus will you become the beacons of Light that transform your world. 

There is a core energy of pure Light, in the central column which runs through your chakras. While your chakras may fluctuate in clarity, according to your emotional & mental state, this core energy remains constant – all the potential of God-perfection, within you. The centre of this column is in your chest, in your place of heart. Placing one or both of your hands on your heart-space, while focusing within, triggers an opening into the softness of your core. You experience this as softening, opening, expansion - a feeling of peace and lightness blossoming within you. 

From this place you can choose to tune into the core column which runs through all chakras. You may perceive this as a column of Light, energy, stillness, brilliance – you will have an experience of this unique to yourself – all that matters is that you feel or visualize/imagine this ever-present God-Light through the centre of your core. This is not the prana tube; do not confuse it as such. It is the core essence which holds the potential for perfect enlightenment. Your easiest access to this, in energetic terms, is from the heart, your energetic centre point. 

Those of you who complain of not being able to experience or visualize phenomena of an energetic nature, you must simply KNOW that this energy/Light is in this place. Just as the mastery of a physical activity such as riding a bicycle becomes a KNOWING in your physical body after some practice, so will the experience of energy/Light become a knowing in your consciousness after some practice. For some the experience is more visual, for others it is a feeling or a knowing. Trust that you are designed with the ability to experience the non-physical. This is a part of your inherent make-up. 

Say or think ‘I am a Sovereign Being of Light. The God-Light is ever-present in me’ – and with your hands on your heart experience the core of brilliance running through all chakras within you. Do this many times a day and it will become a knowing and a felt experience, dear ones.

The Physical Body is a series of vibrations

Our physical bodies, when viewed under a high powered microscope, are not solid at all. The body is a series of vibrations. Molecules, atoms, protons, etc. vibrating at a certain rate of speed. It is our physical mind that gives us the picture and the feeling of it all being a solid mass of something. The rate of speed or intensity of this vibration varies, it is not the same all the way thru the body. 

The closer your physical body is to the earth (feet, legs, groin) the slower and heavier the vibration rate. As you start to move up the body, the rate of vibration picks up speed, or gets quicker. The quicker the vibration of any part of your physical body, the closer the connection is to your soul energy. 

The soul energy has an intensely high vibration rate. It moves so quickly that we have yet to invent the microscope that can see it clearly (but this microscope will soon be invented). This is one of the major reasons why so many people have such a hard time with doing meditation. You are trying to enter the highest vibration (rate of speed) within ourself... most people get frustrated and quit before they ever realize the wonder of meditation. We need to be starting from the other end... the slower, more familiar energy within ourselves!! 

When we are in total health, there is a harmony taking place from head to tippy toe. Our energy fields are vibrating perfectly and in co-operation with each level within us. When we start to get out of harmony within ourselves, that energy becomes disrupted. The rate of speed slows down even more. The longer we ignore the vibrational change (and our medical fields don't even look at this aspect, so it has to go ignored until you find someone who understands this part of life) that is when illness and disease sets in. 

In the midst of the blood, bones, muscles and physical make-up that we can see in the body are what I will refer to as energy streams. These energy streams are in addition to that vibration I just talked about. I refer to this energy stream as your inner ocean, which has an ebb and flow all of its own. 

This information is going to conflict with what some of you may have learned or studied, please be open to it. It makes the body simple and easy to understand. 

The lowest chakra or energy center (the root or base chakra)starts at the coccyx (tail bone). There are three channels in which if flows up thru us to intersect at the tailbone... sort of like gas lines (trying here to give you a visual) that are in the center of your body. I see the base chakra like a 3 prong stream, 2 of the prongs are running thru each of your legs and then one right out the center of you from the groin. There are 3 distinct channels in which this energy flows... the groin area being larger around than the ones in the legs, all with its own purpose. 

The energy runs up from the ground thru your legs, entering at the soles of your feet and your grown then meets the sacral chakra at the tail bone. I am not going over chakra's here, just trying to help you understand how these channels work together and how important this energy flow is to your well being (body, mind and soul). 

The earth energy merges with your spine at the tail bone. In the center of your spine runs a stream of energy, this is the flow of your inner ocean, or the current. The center stream in your spine is where most of your chakras or energy centers intersect and share information. This stream from the earth flows upwards gathering all the incoming and outgoing information from your energy centers, pulling itself up thru your neck and crashes over your brain like the ocean crashes over the sand on the beach. 

As this upward flow of energy crashes over your brain, nurturing all your electrical fields within the brain, also bringing you vision of your Self to the inner eye (brow chakra) the spiritual energy comes in thru the top of your head, mixing with this crashing wave, enhancing it. As the spiritual energy mixed with the earth energy runs back down your spine, as the ocean retreats back from the sand to its source, so do you, it takes all of the stress and worries of the day with it and releases it back into mother earth so she can transmute your stress and worries into positive energy (when all your centers are open). 

But over time, we have become human pack rats. We no longer allow our flow to do its job; instead we store our stress and worries in the body. I personally stored mine in my gallbladder. When I had to have emergency surgery to remove my diseased gallbladder, I shifted my storage house to my stomach, which developed raging ulcers. 

When we are in such a state of disrupted energy flow, it affects our minds. We get depressed, loose vital energy and become tired and drained. We no longer sleep as needed and may even become sleep deprived. When we can no longer feel our vital life force flowing thru us, we contemplate suicide or do things that are so reckless as to cause us harm. 

When we really ignore our bodies warning signals, the energy flow starts to eat at its self, looking for the nourishment we are no longer giving it (our love). Cancer sets in where we are in our highest dysfunction within ourselves... within our energy flows. 

What facilitates death, or maybe better stated, creates the energy for our bodies to start breaking down and die? It is our increased level in the energy of fear. Our bodies were never designed for states of prolonged fear. Let's get clear on what fear really is - it is every negative state of being and thinking. Fears that you are not good enough, not pretty enough, and fears that something bad will happen, or worry you won't get that next bill paid, or that a spouse is cheating. The fears are so long and so incredibly ingrained in how we approach life, it is no wonder our life span is a mere 70 -80 years when this incredible body was designed to live for hundreds and hundreds of years! 

Let’s talk about two very important aspects of our life, of our working physical body that both connect to The Aging Process!! 

First, lets go to the Medulla Oblongata. This is part of your brain stem that connects directly to the spinal chord (what I call your main core channel). The Medulla Oblongata is also called The Mouth of God. It is located on the cervical aspect of the spinal chord and attaches to C-1, C-2 and C-3. This is in the Throat Chakra center that governs Self Expression. 

Scientifically, the medulla oblongata functions primarily as a relay station for the crossing of motor tracts between the spinal cord and the brain. It also contains the respiratory, vasomotor and cardiac centers, as well as many mechanisms for controlling reflex activities such as coughing, gagging, swallowing and vomiting. 

However, scientists are becoming more aware that the human body can and does absorb energy; also, it is operated by a form of solar energy or electricity. The main input center is located at the Medulla Oblongata in the brain stem. This area of the body is called the Mouth of God by the ancient Masters of Life. The life energy was called the Word, due to its vibratory rate, which is audible. The Medulla Oblongata is so sensitive, a pin prick would cause instant death; to tickle it would cause paralysis. Any other organ can be operated upon except the Medulla Oblongata. 

Scientists are becoming convinced that this center is the focal point of life directly within our organism that traps light like a plant and converts it into energy through photosynthesis. This is the real Tree of Life in the Garden of Cosmic Consciousness. 

The Medulla Oblongata also has a direct link to the Pineal Glad also known as The Master Gland. 

Scientifically, the pineal gland contains a number of peptides, including GnRH, TRH, and vasotocin, along with a number of important neurotransmitters such as somatostatin, norepinephrine, serotonin, and histamine. The major pineal hormone, however, is melatonin, a derivative of the amino acid tryptophan. Melatonin was first discovered because it lightens amphibian skin, an effect opposite to that of melanocyte-stimulating hormone of the anterior pituitary. Secretion of melatonin is enhanced whenever the sympathetic nervous system is stimulated. Of greater interest, however, is the fact that secretion increases soon after an animal is placed in the dark; the opposite effect takes place immediately upon exposure to light. Its major action, well documented in animals, is to block the secretion of GnRH by the hypothalamus and of gonadotropins by the pituitary.  (I don't want to get too scientific here, google the chemicals to fully understand their importance.

So, here you have two direct links to LIGHT within the body. 

Now, let me give you what I have come to know about these two incredible parts of our body!! For me, this is the most exciting thing I have learned yet!! Mostly, because once we lighten everything up in these two centers, we drastically slow the aging process and severally put off the death result. 

Metaphysically speaking, let’s start with the Medulla Oblongata located in the throat chakra! The one thing I have found in the many years of doing energy work, the majority of people have a very blocked throat chakra. The denseness of dark (not illuminated)energy presses upon the medulla oblongata which creates (in partnership with the heart chakra) heart disease, lung disease and so on. 

Now remember, the slightest vibration effects the medulla oblongata's working order. Light energy is a truly light vibration, where as the lack of light (which is where fear comes in, fear is dense, dark, unknowing, untrusting) is heavy. So, if you spend your time in fear, and your Self expression is restricted due to fear you are sending a signal to the pineal gland that reduces the production of melatonin (the regulation of light within the body). 

Imagine what happens when you keep things you want to say.... in. They build up (I have seen this energetic issue in way to many people) or the opposite, when we spew out venom with our words, imagine the harsh vibration that is taking place within our Medulla Oblongata (and let’s not forget that very important hormone releasing gland, the thyroid). 

It is the severe dysfunction of our Self (please, Higher Self here, not the human minded self) expression that causes us to age and eventually die!! Imagine that!! Imagine if we healed it, put it into a balance of light.... we would slow down the aging processes by centuries, yes I said that correctly CENTURIES!! That means we could put off the act of dying for close to a millennium!! Hard to currently imagine, I know, but true none the less!! 

Every single illness, disease, or dysfunction can be restored back to absolute health. I don't care if cancer ate half of your liver away... it will re-grow itself if you change what is needed in you. If you lost bone mass, it will regenerate itself, if you take charge of your life, spiritually, physically, and mentally! However, if you believe what I say is impossible, then for you, it will be. Your beliefs create the reality that you now exist within. You do not have to believe me, not ever, and keep what you have created, and more will be coming to you. God's law cannot be broken ever! 

I also want to touch on something so important here, as we are talking about the physical body. I (and others like me) can reset your entire flow of energy... make it whole again, but if you do nothing to change what caused the flow to change, it will revert back again to disruption. You must be a willing partner in your well being. If you are not willing to work on yourself, to understand yourself and make changes, then your physical body can only reflect your true state of being and that would be dysfunction. No aspect of your life... NONE is someone else's fault. Someone or something may have been a catalyst to bring something so dynamic to your awareness, but often times we simply just get mad, and anger will eat you up quicker than any other emotion. 

We can only be responsible for ourselves, change ourselves, grow our life's ourselves. We change for the better... life around us follows the same direction. This too is God’s laws.

Your Personal Sacred Geometry

Multi-coloured rainbows of Light from the Angelic Kingdom pour into your being and surroundings creating pockets of joy, bliss and divinity to inspire the same to activate within your being. The Angelic Kingdom are extremely present at this time upon the Earth, our energies are assisting and supporting in building a new energetic fabric and foundation for the Earth and humanity, but we are especially assisting in enthusing the consciousness of humanity with vibrations of truth from our souls. If you are able to consciously link into our vibrations of truth transmitting into the general consciousness of humanity, you may find yourself being deeply inspired with vibrant information and new exciting insights allowing you to gaze upon yourself and reality with fresh eyes. 

Never before has so much wisdom from the Angelic Kingdom been shared so openly and poured into the consciousness of humanity. The bond between the Earth and the inner planes, humanity and light beings is enhancing, as separation and illusions pour away. Many of you are now able to receive our wisdom, understanding the truth and inspiration we are sharing, being able to transfer the knowledge you receive into action and experiences on the Earth. As this occurs more regularly, separation and illusions will give way to truth, inspiration and high vibrational consciousness equaling that of the Angelic Kingdom.

During meditation you can be of service to yourself and to humanity by calling upon the multi-coloured rainbows of light from the Angelic Kingdom to surround you completely, breathing this light deeply into all aspects and parts of your being.

Imagine or create a symbol of your own consciousness, you may sense that your consciousness extends from your soul but you may wish to include your mental body, as an interpreter and transmitter of your consciousness. Imagine, sense or acknowledge the multi-coloured rainbows of light flowing into your soul consciousness, your mental body and mind.

Imagine the consciousness of humanity; you may visualize it as a cloud that hovers above all of humanity, flowing into their beings. As you breathe deeply, imagine that the multi-coloured rainbows of light are flowing into the consciousness of humanity, settling and drifting into their entire beings.

With each of these processes you are opening up to the energies of the Angelic Kingdom. Say out loud, ‘I open myself as a divine receiver and channel of the multi-coloured rainbows of light of the Angelic Kingdom, connecting with and receiving the sacred truth, inspiration and high vibrational consciousness of the Angelic Kingdom. Support me in interpreting the wisdom and insights in the most perfect way to further assist my Ascension process. Let it be so.’

The more that you connect into the energies of the Angelic Kingdom you will notice your own energy vibrations accelerating to equal the vibration and light frequency of the Angelic Kingdom.

Our purpose of anchoring light into your being and inspiring you to exist beyond separation and illusions is to encourage deep awakenings and activations within your being. Your entire being is already transforming in numerous exciting ways especially with the influence of the new energies now anchoring as you have consciously moved into a cycle of love and experience of the Creator’s vibrations. 

Throughout the entire year of 2013 your vibrations are soaring, but you are also undergoing a process of stabilizing within your energies, which is in preparation for magnificent activations to occur within your being, which will transform you in many ways beyond recognition. Your body and energies are akin to an alarm clock waiting to sound. Once it is the perfect time and your alarm begins to sound, deep activations within your being will occur. There can be over a thousand major activations and energetic shifts waiting to erupt from within your being. This will be your body, energy and soul adjusting itself to align as and with the divinity of the Creator. 

 It is possible that even your physical body will alter, the way that you eat, the functions and even the appearance of your body could alter drastically. Your perspectives may alter as your consciousness and mind link into all dimensions of the Creator’s universe; you will also be able to receive and transmute abundant volumes of light allowing you to exist as a power source. In many ways you are a species known as humanity which is developing into a new species upon the Earth that is significantly more at one with the Creator.

Due to the transitions that are and will occur especially at a physical level, we remind you of letting go of attachments particularly to your reality, appearance, perspectives and desires. It is your soul that you can rely upon to offer you feelings of familiarity, security, protection and unconditional love.

All shifts and activations will come from within your being and will sometimes ripple through your chakras as powerful emanating light. With the presence of the Angelic multi-coloured rainbows of light and due to the divine timing of the Creator, a beautiful activation is occurring or can be invoked from within your being. The activation of your personal sacred geometry, this is the sacred geometry of your soul, akin to powerful symbols of light that ignite further awakening remembrance and illumination within your being. The sacred geometry flows through your chakras but especially your heart chakra. The more that you can encourage and focus upon your chakras being cleansed, healed and illuminated in and by light, the easier it will be for your soul’s sacred geometry to flow through your chakras.

It may be that only a few symbols flow forward, entering into your conscious being upon the Earth through a certain chakra that denotes and enthuses their energies and purpose. Each person’s experience may be different, as the soul will bring forward, whether you are aware or not, sacred geometry symbols which will form almost as an imprint or structure within your chakras and auric field to aid the development of your divine purpose upon the Earth. This process is extremely powerful, as it is akin to a new map or directions being given to guide you forward upon your Divine Path. The symbols will also offer strength where and when it is needed, increasing your light quotient and energetic vibration. They will also awaken a new cycle in your spiritual growth that is greater aligned to your soul.

It is not required for you to be conscious of this activation process occurring within you, but it is a breath-taking experience if you choose to be conscious with patience, inviting these powerful aspects and tools from your soul to unite with your entire being, thus creating a further merge of soul with all expressions of self. You can invoke this process to accelerate your spiritual Ascension.



‘Archangel Michael and the Angels of Ascension, I call upon you to surround and bathe me in your multi- coloured rainbows of light, support and protect me as I move through this most beautiful and enlightening stage of my ascension process. Assist the light of the Angelic Kingdom to move through my chakras creating a process of cleansing, healing and purification. I connect deeply into my soul and invite my soul with divine timing to transmit its most appropriate sacred geometry symbols or patterns through the most appropriate chakra or chakras within my being. Assist and support me in being conscious of this deep awakening process occurring within me, so that I may be able to view, sense and acknowledge the sacred geometry of my soul, understanding its meaning and purpose to aid my ascension process and my purpose at this time on the Earth. I allow the activation of my soul’s sacred geometry to begin and unfold within my being. Let it be so.’

You may find that you are able to draw the sacred geometry of your soul, furthering the process of conscious awareness of yourself and soul. It is also likely that one of the symbols that comes forth is a symbol of physical body renewal, transformation and divine alteration which will assist in what I spoke of at the beginning of this communication.

Michael: Good morning to all, on this first day of your New Age, the Age of Aquarius, as you have named it. 

Many have awakened to feelings of bliss and cellular excitement as the building Light continues to pour down upon you. This is still rising to its zenith and will continue to do so for the remainder of the year. Bask in it, bathe in it, and rejoice in it. The effects of it will be far reaching and wonderful. 

You will find that, as you become more and more used to the new levels of Light and Love, you will be more able to perceive in the ways you have, most of you, only imagined before now. Allow us to suggest a few ways to encourage these changes to take place. 

If you wish, my friends, to make changes to your chakras, your energy body, you must first acknowledge that you have such a body, that you indeed have chakras. If you wish to absorb the Love and Light of Creator, you must first acknowledge that it does indeed exist and is pouring down upon you. The truth of it is, of course, that it is the stuff of which you are made. It is the stuff of which everything is made. 

There are, at this present moment in the cosmic cycle, more sources of this energy aligned and beaming directly at you than there have been for many, many thousands of your years. There is a configuration, in fact, which has never before happened. In addition, there are far more hearts sending Love and Light to you than you have the ability to imagine quite yet. 

Now, what we wish you to do is to take this picture we have just painted for you and hold it in your minds with love, gratitude, and acceptance for as many moments each day as you can, waking, working, meditating, day-dreaming, and even sleeping. Just bring your mind back to it as often as you can. Bring to it feelings, sounds, sights, smells, whatever you can bring to continue its newness and attraction for you. Feed your dreams with it. Create with it. Yes, we said create with it, for that is what you do, dear hearts. 

Now, let us end this little note and allow you to spend the rest of your day in enjoying this moment to its fullest. We are standing at your shoulders. Good day.
