Initial deliveries were deferred until after American Independence Day, due to a conflict between those who wish a truly fast track and others who desire an overuse of prudence in these matters. We anticipate that this promises to be the last of such delays. Most of the fundamental fundings are already in the financial pipeline. The most difficult hurdles have been cleared. We are assured that a strict schedule is to be kept once these first funds arrive at their various destinations. The object is to use these funds to finally terminate the remaining points of power still held by the dark cabal. Therefore, the future fundings are to proceed smoothly and to remove the feelings of frustration that many of you still have. This is a time for prosperity and for a New Financial System to be shown to all. The New Governance is to oversee this and put an end to the greedy autocrats who have been in power over the last few centuries. Their arrests are forthcoming and, with them, a time for all finally to rejoice!

There are undoubtedly a few unforeseen kinks that need to be addressed. In any case, all is to be accomplished and this operation is assured of a final success. What is left is for the remaining scenarios to occur and for you to be able to enjoy what is ready to manifest before you. When we first came to this land, we saw how the Anunnaki and their dark minions controlled you. That time is at an end. Ahead is a moment when you can breathe easily and know that the pathway to Full Consciousness is being cleared. Soon, we can directly address you and prepare you for our arrival and, with it, the coming of your mentors. Then you are to see your Crystal Light Chambers in Agartha! 

When all of these dark Beings clear out, then is the moment for you to shine. New NESARA-sponsored initiated governance is to permit you to carry out your various projects. Use this special time to come together and begin to forge a new world, where fear and limitation no longer exist. Use this newfound peace to meet new friends and be able to work with similar projects across this globe. It is a time when you can live in one reality yet freely communicate with the others. It allows you to be both a marvelous full part of Heaven and to live freely in physicality. You are, in effect, a denizen of all realities. This amazing condition is what awaits after you emerge from your Light Chamber and are properly trained by us. We have lived for this for millennia. We gladly welcome it! 

Your envisioning and deep desire to join us have brought your space family to this present realm. It has gradually permitted you to begin a process that is moving you away from what your former dark masters deeply desired you to become. These reprehensible masters had exceeded the time bequeathed by Heaven for their rule. We were inserted into this unholy mix to prevent their success. The dark was stopped and, even though they are still powerful to you, their abilities are being vastly reduced. As Heaven deeply infuses it with its sacred decrees, this realm is quickly turning to Light. You are now to watch as Heaven’s long set of scenarios starts to manifest and alter this dark realm forever. We are blessed by what is happening. Be aware of this divine grace and prepare to be able to achieve your dreams. A new world is ready to appear before you!

Dratzo! A number of events are changing how the world operates. At present, a series of new events is making possible the implementation of the Light's new financial and currency system. This series of changes is forcing the dark's minions to move out of their darkness and show themselves to the Light. The last remnants of the delays have thus been stymied. The dark has now lost its abilities to hide and create delays. The new system forces the dark to account for their actions and, in effect, has knocked them off their pedestals. Various fundings are now on schedule to make possible their formal beginnings. Meanwhile, those who are in charge of the many mass arrests and the rise of America's NESARA republic can see a window opening for the start of their own timings. It has taken a number of "hit and miss" operations to at last feel that their success is finally in reach. The dark's seeming omnipotence is coming to a crashing end. We are proud of our Earth Allies and the current progress of their marvelous programs. The long-needed results are quite close to manifesting! 

As all this moves forward, the dark cabal can see that its doom is starting to appear. Their untold minions are unable to stop what the Light is doing. Hence, many programs are near their first payouts and those of you who are to be the recipients can feel in your hearts how close all of this truly is. The cabal knows, too, that its many bought governments are close to collapse. These circumstances have brought this reality to the threshold of a Great Shift from the dark to the Light. Thus, a number of interesting developments are starting to appear. The present US de facto regime is noticing that its prime assistant, the Federal Reserve, has begun to disappear as the new Treasury is absorbing its many functions. Incomes that were formally obtained internationally by force are no longer available. The pro-republic military is also beginning to re-unite with forces formally dedicated to the old de facto regime. These occurrences are the start of a process that is bringing you a much-wanted New Reality! We are waiting as these new governances to come into being. Then a number of events can occur! 

It is our intention to ask the Agarthans to appear before you after the plethora of new governance is formally in power. Their introduction can cue the Ascended Masters into position for a most vital set of truths. These truths are to provide you with the necessary background that we are first to give you, once the millions of mentors are in place upon this orb. Each of you initially needs to understand the vile intent of the Anunnaki. Once this is fully understood, we can then move on to how this world was set up by the Anunnaki. Then we need to review your histories and show you how your core beliefs were instilled in you over the millennia. You can then discover how the minions have used these false beliefs to sustain their control over you. These tools are to be destroyed and you are to learn the miraculous wonder and potential of your true free will. Using this in conjunction with your mentor, you are to accomplish a partial return to your power. However, it is merely a prelude to what you are capable of. 

It is our intent to bring you to the very edge of your remaining potential. This new power is to ready you for the actual process, which is to take place during your three days in the Crystal Light Chamber. The Agarthans are to aid you. It is this New Union that is to make this Star Nation so unique and assist you in this vital procedure. This event is to alter all the limited-conscious humans that now occupy this reality. The Anunnaki cruelly split this realm into haves and have-nots. We are to return everyone to their former selves. This is to forge a group of enlightened Beings who, with your Ascended Masters, are to be the land guardians of the four water worlds. This new Star Nation is to reunite both you and the Cetacean Nation. Together, you are to aid the former Anchara Alliance worlds in the grand task of discovering and manifesting their Light Bodies. You are to be helped by those in the GF who are cousins of these various former dark ones. This event is to be the forerunner of a wondrous age of peace for all Beings of this Galaxy!

The manifesting of many Ascended Masters temporarily halted this process. After millennia, the dark devised a new scheme to drastically alter this reality. This vile scheme was again halted by the sudden proclamations in 1995 from the Anchara Continuum. These messages were to provide for peace and were further added to by the Proclamations of AEON and of Archangel Michael. This sudden end to the galactic wars made it impossible for the Anunnaki's plans to move forward. A period of silence followed. During that time we were able to set up a plan that was swiftly approved by Heaven. The ensuing decade has taken us now to the rise of the Light and a New Realm for all. Hallelujah! Hallelujah! 

As we stand at the beginning of a Light Realm for surface humanity, we rejoice in the ways that Heaven ensured this momentous victory! We are watching as you use your new growth in consciousness to prepare this beautiful orb for a time when humanity can truly take on its greatest role as Gaia's land guardian. As part of this, you are putting together projects to clean up Gaia's oceans, continents and air. The dark cabal has worked diligently to poison them and make most of humanity ill. You have come together and made possible this great triumph. We are grateful for your actions and have used our collective abilities to increase what we together so wish. It is your deepest desires that show this reality what you truly wish, not only for this orb, but for this entire Galaxy as well. Remain on this most positive path, dear Ones! Selamat Jalwa! Some great changes are on the horizon! Those who are swiftly putting the new NESARA republic together are very close to completing this arduous project. It is the goal of these diligent patriots to accomplish this as quickly as possible. So far, the first part of a general two-part funding is now finished. The next part is hopefully to be completed shortly. According to those in the know, once all administrative funding is complete, this NESARA republic can be formally declared. This project is to formally end the Federal Reserve and force the 1871-formed de facto government to go out of business. This act alone permits every American to emerge from under debt slavery and begin to move quickly to the status of a free and prosperous member of the new American Union! This process also enables the Pentagon to quit wars in many parts of this globe and, for the first time since the end of the Vietnam War, to return all its soldiers to the continental United States. Peace is to be restored to this globe and a new gold-backed financial and monetary system is to be the norm. Hence, the divine decrees of Heaven are to manifest on Gaia. 

These wondrous changes are to help the concepts of NESARA spread across your globe. These new governances are to allow the worldwide UFO cover-up to finally end. We intend to use this new approach to us to be the beginning for a general series of communiqués between these new governments and us. Heaven has set up a timetable for this moment in your history. Selamat Jarin! Your world is quickly preparing for a surprise that is to truly shock all! The Light has been forced to wait for the proper time in which to strike. At present, the dark and its main minions associated with the regime known as USA, Inc. have been given a certain degree of leeway. This has allowed them to engage in some skullduggery on a global scale. The Light is prepared to conclude this odd part of your history. The dark believes that the Light is incapable of launching the type of massive counterattack required to put a quick end to their shenanigans. 

Meanwhile, our fleet has been ordered by Heaven to do exactly that. In our case, it is to be surreptitious, which is covered by the joint actions of a number of friendly military forces. These joint actions have previously been able to limit the reach of the dark’s sponsored terrorist forces. The aim is to eventually cut off and finally debilitate those dark elements that seek to maintain instability in some areas on your globe. Meanwhile, the Light is readying its attacks that are to finally take down USA, Inc. and its numerous allies. 

The funds that have been carefully secured and properly registered are now ready to be delivered to you at the right moment. These projects have taken much longer than were previously anticipated. The dark’s degree of infiltration of the banks and their many associated elements were in fact much greater than at first surmised by our earthly allies. Nevertheless, these previous roadblocks are handled and this makes it possible to do many things. 

It is essential that NESARA governance be instituted and able to become the strong sentinel for a number of important projects. The first is to completely reform the misused and highly corrupted US government. The key to this is the vast growth in your consciousness. This one element has made you more able to support the Light and its numerous actions to end the power of the dark and its minions on this surface realm. This point has become the primary action. Permitting the NESARA governance to come to power is truly essential to our success. On this matter, we have sent out our liaisons to confer daily with our allies and put together a jointly sponsored action that is now on the very verge of success. A number of actions are taking place that promise us the much-desired point of final success. The dark has been a most elusive enemy. It has created delays that we initially believed impossible. Each of you is a joy to our collective hearts. We realize how far you have come in these past two decades! You are on a road to success that is to bring you to a return to Full Consciousness. This process has taken a lot less time than initially envisioned by our associates. Hence, it is wise to inform you of these changes and to ask you to continue to go within, focus and use your visualizations to accelerate your progress. You are, dear Hearts, a wondrous group that is only beginning to show your vast potential. The next major rounds of changes by Heaven are to further accelerate your mental and emotional abilities. As you know, your heart is a vast electrical center that in many cases rivals your brain. This process is to continue, as you take on changes to your brain’s chakras and to your heart. Dratzo! Much is now happening behind the scenes. The dark’s main henchmen are dying. The former arrogance of this group of humanity is quickly fading and being replaced by a feeling that their long rule is truly over. In its place is to be a time of the Light and the sudden emergence of their former charges, Gaia’s surface humanity! The historians from Agartha’s inner depths are now documenting your rise to power with much fanfare. Even your Ascended Masters are happy about what is currently happening to you. While frustrating to you, these are times when you are finally permitted to cast off the shackles of powerlessness and begin to resume your former lives. These possibilities have brought us to your shores with a mission filled with much hope and great inner joy. It is this heavenly operation that allows the many Ascended Masters to address you shortly and end a manipulation of facts espoused by both the Anunnaki and their former minions. The immediate time, moreover, is to be the first great harbinger of this new time of Light. 

Be aware of the increasing signs that point to your new time of growing power. Hidden across your globe are monuments that speak of a different past than you now think of as true. The dark told its minions to hide this evidence and use its numerous abilities to make you believe in another set of gross lies to cover up these essential truths. We have seen how this was so skillfully handled by these well-taught minions. Yet, truths remained in the places where the Agarthans had just as skillfully left them many millennia ago. Their existence was hinted at in numerous ancient texts, and in more recent esoteric works that described what these things really were. The dark used its powers to murder many soothsayers and to coerce many more to remain silent about what they really knew. Selamat Jalwa! At present, the movement of critical funds has slowed in order to be carefully protected by new security protocols. The Chinese ancient families are worried, since a number of incidents are occurring that threaten the continued flow of funds. The dark cabal is doing everything possible to interfere with this growing flow. The attack on SWIFT, coupled with a general increase in the number of vital “hacks” into the money supply, is temporarily compromising overall security. For these reasons, the process caused the ancient families to order a slowing of the movement of these funds. This hold was only for a brief 48-hour period and was quickly put back into place. It is believed that this precaution led to a positive set of new countermoves, which recaptured any funds somehow lost during this period of brief stoppage. These measures enabled any difficulties to be met with new strategies, which allow these funds to be transferred from point to point in a much more secure way. Any difficulties are thus being quickly met and conquered! 

We are currently getting ready to hand out the prosperity funds to those lucky enough to heed the reports about these funds in the mid-1990s. This set of deliveries is to be received by those who have mostly given up on this ever happening. The Bush family syndicate unceremoniously stole most of these funds in the period between the late 1990s and the early 2000s. These funds were recovered over ten years ago and form the basis for some of the criminal charges to be levied against this broad syndicate. We are holding off on these very special arrests, until a series of diverse charges are fully authenticated and acted upon. This crime syndicate has been expanded during the past half-decade. It seems that practically every US President over the past three decades has had their hand in this enormous cookie jar. The level of corruption and just plain stealing saturates every nook and cranny of the entity that we call “USA Inc.” This entity definitely needs to disappear as fast as we are able to finish rounding up all its suspects. The end for this regime is near! 

Currently, this realm is slowly transforming. The dark cabal erroneously believes that its repairs to this reality can hold. Nothing is further from the truth! Tiny rips in the space-time continuum are appearing everywhere. Heaven understands that this reality can only transform as swiftly as it is able. The edges of this reality are like a huge net caught within the turbulence of a great hurricane. This net can only tear, until it is no longer able to perform its duties. This is what is quickly happening to the energy constructs that comprise this reality’s life forces. The only possibility is to transform into a much less dense construct. This higher reality is forcing surface humanity to become less and less dense and this translates into higher and higher forms of consciousness. The dark’s feeble interference cannot continue much longer with this heavenly response to the conditions at hand. Nature abhors a vacuum. Anything done to try to prevent the natural flow of energies is doomed to failure. Deep down, the dark cabal now realizes this fact and is presently bracing for the inevitable. 

We can see how close our earthly allies are to their final all-inclusive victory. As just stated, there is a natural and quite heavenly force at work here. Our operations fully support this force and we expect to see pervasive harbingers of this force at work. Heaven knows just how powerful what is happening truly is. Once your basic perceptions of this grand truth become the norm, it is impossible to return to a much lower energy concept of this reality. In effect, this reality has been taken along a one-way path to a newer, much less dense normality. These alterations are affecting every aspect for change. The dark’s vile plans are unworkable. This cat-and-mouse game of stop/start is related to the concern of the ancient families and royals over the sudden way that the oligarchs strike and how they too often disregard whatever they have agreed to. This wariness is thus reflected in the odd way funds have moved over the past few weeks. We have sincerely questioned these tactics and suggested alternative methods for countering this continued distrust of the way this process is to conclude. In any case, you are to eventually receive your initial funds and are to see the downfall of the rulers who compose their many defacto regimes. In fact, let it be known that the farcical false flags in both Paris and Brussels are just ways used by the dark to show that its days of manipulating you are not over. As long as their puppet governments rule, you can expect even more attempts to scare you. Fortunately, the new American Republic proposed by NESARA is quite close to actual fruition. There are still a few kinks left to work out and a stronger set of agreements to be put in place. 

The dark cabal is like a cornered animal. It is constantly applying survival strategies that have seemed to work in the past. These false flags are yet another example of this. ISIS is a tool of this process. Its support comes from careful funding by the secret government, and it uses specially trained mercenaries to tutor its forces in irregular warfare tactics, which it currently employs. It has established "cells", similar to those used in previous wars against the French in Algeria in the 1950s, and used in other guerilla wars since that time. These strategies are being employed to make it seem that these militants are somehow indigenous to the Middle East. What they are doing is stirring up a pot of frustrations that has existed ever since the West stifled a pan-Arabic revolution against the Ottoman Empire in the late 1910s. This set of ongoing irritations, as well as the fate of millions of Islamic immigrants into Europe, now needs to be properly addressed. These issues require resolution by the Light and its new set of governance. 

These problems have not as yet threatened the funds, but they have made many people weary of the continuing shenanigans of the dark and its cronies. When the new governance is soon established, these numerous divergences are to be carefully looked at by the Light's many representatives. Those programs destined to resolve these things are to be approved and, if necessary, supported. The key elements are peace and cooperation. On one hand, we have the Ascended Masters, numerous secret societies and their close allies, those individuals sincerely dedicated to a quick and sane ending to the power and wealth of the dark’s many minions. These oligarchs were intent on a massive depopulation program, which has recently begun to have some effect on the world’s numerous underdeveloped and poorer countries. This set of deadly projects is only now being somewhat stopped by a series of enlightened “whistleblowers.” These projects are part of other activities that are poisoning the world’s air, oceans and ground with deadly pathogens and an increase in the spread of radiation and its evil side effects to humanity. We are carefully monitoring these things and keeping the vile effects to a lower level of intensity. We can rid Gaia of these things only when the world’s major governments permit our visible presence over a wide period of time. Here, the importance of NESARA becomes quite evident. We look forward to new governance becoming a manifested reality. 

The ongoing manifesting of various funds is a continuing sign of the rising overcautious behavior of those entrusted with the safe movement of large sums across international boundaries. We again encourage these groups to permit us to have a much greater hand in this most essential set of very sensitive operations. We possess technologies that are quite capable of resolving much of the difficulty currently inherent in this complex procedure. In spite of these difficulties, the transferors are reaching a point where these funds can actually be safely distributed. Selamat Jalwa! We have received good news! The delivery process continues to move forward. As always, this process is made more complex by the fact that the dark cabal fully realizes what is now happening across this globe. The forces of the Light are using the edge gained by the actions of its allies and associates to force this cabal from power. Long ago, when their Anunnaki masters were overlords of this surface world, such activities, as we are presently proceeding with, were of course impossible. These dark oligarchs were not counting on what a number of grievous mistakes brought them. They are on the verge of a great downfall, which is to give you a New Time filled with freedom, prosperity and a rising responsibility to maintain this glorious system. This operation has taken longer than was first expected. This is due in part to the remaining abilities of these devious fiends. Their coming destruction spells the final end to a cover-up that has kept us from interacting on the scale we originally wished for. They used this cover-up to create a secret governance, which almost defeated the intentions of Heaven. 

This power was initially something we had to secretly overcome in order to carry out Heaven’s sacred decrees. It was a most difficult task, since we were unable to use a number of strategies that we had been able to employ in many previous off-world scenarios against the dark. This time was one where most of you did not fully comprehend why we were here and why we had come in such great numbers. Thus, we needed to adopt a number of processes through our liaisons to win over those of the Light who had long opposed the tactics of the dark. These many secret organizations were watched over by your Ascended Masters who mostly resided in the Inner Earth realm of Agartha. The Agarthans frankly used their broad influence to allow us to gain a number of confidences. These were vital in putting us in the position that we are in today. We thank those of the Light who enabled us to come here and set up programs that are currently leading to your grand victory. Shortly, we intend to introduce ourselves to you and then to explain how you are to become fully conscious. 

A process is now occurring to transform how this reality works. Long ago, this age was the property of a very arrogant group of minions who gladly defied the wishes of their former overlords. This earthly group was initially able to recast the action plan of their masters before this plan was turned back only a decade ago. At present, you are watching as the worldwide schemes of this deranged oligarchy are defeated. During this time, the forces of Light maintained the appearance that this realm was not in a transformational period. This camouflage was necessary. This new realm is to be completely different from the one that you have previously experienced. The oligarchy made sure that its true masters, the large banks and the big multi-nationals, were always favored over the people. It maintained laws that annually permitted their cronies to reap greater and greater profits and attack those who wished to free themselves of this highly illegal rule. It constantly invented stories about why this governance was inhibited by stalemate and by large degrees of indebtedness and “phony spending.” The new governance is to cancel this crazy game and free you from these scheming puppeteers. It is to punish these deceiving oligarchs and arrest all who lied, cheated and manipulated you. This positive effort of yours is to be applauded. The dark and its oligarchic minions have laid down a sea of physical doom across the length and breadth of this globe. Nevertheless, this great ocean of negativity has not seriously impaired your visions or energies. This magnificent operation is a blessed sign of who you really are. Your growing level of consciousness is busily limiting the dark and providing proof for why this New Era is to be shortly manifested. Each of you is demonstrating how this growing consciousness is sealing the fate of the dark ones and their minions. A few decades ago, this Divine Effort was judged to be impossible. Now, it is evident and becoming the undercurrent that is leading the Light to a most wondrous triumph! All of this is a truly remarkable set of events. 

Your future is to be one in which you are to achieve your glorious goals and return this Solar System and Galaxy to the Light. The time is approaching for some truly miraculous happenings! These are to permit us to finally appear freely among you. Then, you are to see that all of these grand events are not only to bring you your freedom, but also a rediscovery of your true past and your origins in the many worlds that forged our Space Families.
