Greetings, Beloved Ones. We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos. 

As you have stepped into a brand New Year, the energies have been set to propel you forward into a New Era. 

As you are moving through the coming weeks and months, you will activate your 12 strands of DNA and RNA messenger codes to the next level. 

This will enable you to perceive everything around you and within you with more clarity and precision. Energies will become easier for you to see, feel, perceive and identify. 

You will be able to create waves of energies on a more conscious level. Your thoughts and emotions are the creators of energy waves, which in turn reflects your reality back to you. 

As you are molding your New Reality, pay attention to your thoughts and emotions. You are in charge now. Use your thoughts and emotions wisely. Every thought, truly every thought you think, sends out an energy wave into the Universe and affects everything. This is then brought back into your experience and interpretation of reality. 

The more you are tending to your thoughts and emotions daily, the better your experience of reality becomes. 

Always know, that your current experience is a reflection of your past thoughts and emotions. 

So, you want to make sure to be in a state of wellbeing with your emotions and thoughts, now. 

This now moment creates your future reality. Then, the next now moment creates your future reality. 

Therefore, your circumstances don't matter, as they are a reflection of your old thoughts and emotions. What matters is how you feel and what you are thinking in this now moment. 

This, you have control over, not your circumstances, people or the world. But, you are in control of your thoughts and how you feel. 

You are in charge now. 

With this, you will create your New Earth Reality. 

You might think, that you "know" already what we've just shared with you. 

However, in this New Year 2016, you will truly wield your knowledge of this truth and you will become more precise and faster with your manifestations. 

Remain in your heart, let Source flow through you, tend to your wellbeing thoughts and emotions every day and you will master your New Reality.

Love of Self is of the utmost importance on your spiritual quest

Beloved Ones, 

As you walk the ways of the world you live in, you are daily changing yourselves and those around you. Meeting self in all of its aspects and nuances requires the utmost courage and sincerity of purpose, but the rewards for your persistence are becoming self evident. When you look back in a time not too distant, you can see in hindsight that all of your experiences have brought you to this moment of clarity and inner strength. Every experience you have ever had has brought you greater insight, wisdom and spiritual growth. As you move forward on your personal journey into higher consciousness, awareness and understanding, you make it that much easier for others to find their way forward also. Through all of your self-imposed disciplines and spiritual practices through the years, you have learned that love of self is of the utmost importance on your spiritual quest, for it is from that love that the love of the Divine finds expression through you. 

It is well for you to keep in mind, that the ultimate purpose of your spiritual efforts is the building and strengthening of your etheric body of Light. This body surrounds your physical body and is composed of many different aspects and layers. Each layer (the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) needs to transmute any and all energies and influences that prevent the Lightbody from coming into greater prominence in your life. As the cleansing and purging of the human condition continues, that Lightbody grows in luminosity and radiance. This is the ultimate objective of the Divine Plan, that humanity as a whole, remembers the Light that they truly are and expresses that Light more, until all density is transmuted. This is accomplished by daily living and practicing of the golden rule, the understanding that as you do unto others, so it is done unto you. That spiritual law has always been in existence along with that of harming none. 

Do not falter on your spiritual journey, as these challenges come before you. These tests and trials are honing you into a being that has greatness within. Each step that you take towards the ultimate purpose of your incarnation here upon the planet is a step towards victory. When humanity moves beyond the confines of duality and polarity and chooses to express and manifest their greater Light, the world will change and transform quickly. Look to the future then, with hope and with a peaceful heart. As long as you are sincerely making the effort to return to the Light that is your true state of being, you are in harmony with the plan of your soul’s journey into bringing all aspects of yourself into the greater Light. Every person incarnate on the Earth at this time has an equal opportunity to advance in their awareness and consciousness. 

It is all a matter of choice, as each person traverses the movement between dimensional frequency levels. There needs to be a greater cleansing of so much of Earth’s long history of the forgetfulness of its inhabitants of that greater Light which they are. All actions and deeds from the past which left great pockets of darkness in many places on the planet are areas that are now being cleansed and balanced. It is important to send your Love, Light, healing and support to these areas of the world where the inhabitants have been so severely tested and to help in any way that is so sorely needed at this time. Put yourselves in their shoes for a moment and feel how grateful you would be for the most basic of necessities in such a situation. Offer your prayers for the highest outcomes to come to those who are suffering. 

There will be many areas of the world that will be transformed in many ways and it is important that you stay centered, remain calm and send out the Light where it is needed most. All it takes is your focus and intention for a few moments several times a day. The planet Earth is home to all and is the only home to each of its inhabitants. Send Light and Love to this conscious and loving Being also.

You are not a small speck of dust in the vastness of Creation

As many of you have noticed, this ongoing merger of the inner layers that is taking place now will have many of you sitting up to take notice of the effects this will induce upon your system, and rightly so. For as we have already told you, this period will be one of massive transformation, one where these incoming missiles of energy will interact in a most profound way with your own energetic setup, and as such, the collapse of internal division into a coherent and far more fluid system than the former fragmented one is now finally on its way. So you see, this at times churning sea of chaotic tendencies towards misrepresentation of the actual events is not one that is entirely unfounded, for even if you are all well versed in these recurring periods of energetic upheavals, this will still be considered as one out of the ordinary, if ordinary is indeed a word that can be taken into use for any of these occasions. For as you all know more than well by this stage, every step you take is one that will break through the boundaries set by the previous ones, and as such, let us simply say that even in this long line of extraordinary events, this one will certainly stand out in the crowd. 

So, again we say, know that all is well, even if so much within you may be screaming out in protestation, and even if you may at times feel more than a little alienated from your own being, let alone the world around you. For as these emissaries of Light continue to converse with those centers within you that governs these highly complex processes, it will be as if your entire circuit board will be wiped clean more than once, and as such, the sense of being untethered in a very tangible way may become prevalent on more than one occasion for you all. Be that as it may, we still venture to guess that you will find yourself literally bouncing back into full clarity from one moment to the next, when it will be as if the internal fog may dissipate sufficiently for you to get at least a tiny glimpse of the greatness that is now becoming fully unveiled. And when we speak of greatness, it is none other than the very essence of you, the Grand Master that has been hidden away inside of this seemingly inconspicuous fleshy vehicle that from the outside still very much defines you as a human. But now, a true revolution is taking place literally under the very surface of this vehicle, for by now, your sense of being human will be literally only skin deep. 

For from now on, little by little, or rather, at a tempo that is fully in compliance with your own inner workings, these inner secrets will be revealed to you all. And as this process of unveiling will continue to expand at an increasing rate, you will find those former fragments of your inner self beginning to fuse together into one coherent fully operational set, a complex structure that will begin to run at full speed as soon as you are ready to take that full step across the old divide that still separates you from your own inner values. 

Again, we speak in convoluted terms, but what we are trying to convey is simply this: what you are becoming now is what has been heralded for eons, for you are finally beginning to finalize the process of unification, the process that has been oft prophesied, but will now finally become reality. And so, as piece after piece is being fused together to that supporting structure that can for the first time become fully operational, you might feel the tugging from something deep within you beginning to stir. For now, what has been lying dormant will indeed begin to make you take notice of it – or rather, of YOU. For everything that is beginning to come alive now, is part of you, there is nothing within you that is foreign in any way, as everything you will come into contact with is simply a vital piece of the huge conglomerate that is you in your entirety. 

So, let yourself come alive by allowing the old divisions to melt away, and do not try to hold on to any semblance of the known, for that is merely a futile attempt to stem the flow of evolution that is taking place within the confines of your physical body as well as within your mind. For that is where the old ideas of identity still prefer to linger, but you are no longer to linger within these small and cramped rooms of limitation. Instead, you need to give yourself permission to throw away any and all ideas of who you really are, and to allow the magic that is really you to come out into the open. It may seem to be more than a little daunting for some of you, for the concept of your own greatness is one thing, coming literally face to face with it may seem to be a task that will bring many of you to literally stop in your tracks in hesitation. 

For what you will see will truly be beyond description, and as such that human mind will still want to protest and balk at the very idea of embracing something that is so far removed from what it still looks upon as the very ideal of existence. But as that is an existence based upon the small list of acceptables that are still being used to define mankind, this will literally blow the doors off to something that is so far from being the norm, it will take some hard work for many of you to step past that old demarcation line of what you think is real or not even plausible. 

So, again we say, know that the only way to step across that line once and for all is to truly allow yourself to do so. And in order to find the courage to do just that, you need to be able to fully connect with that inner sanctum of your being who will tell you beyond any shadow of any doubts you might care to conjure up, that there is no way that this will not be fully sanctioned by YOU, the one and only voice of reason that is applicable on this journey. For the answer to this quest for reason is one that will only be found within you, it is not something that you need to be given permission to experience by anyone else, nor can anyone but you allow YOU to take this step. For this step must be taken, but it can only be taken if you say YES with all of your heart. For once taken, there is no going back, and as such, the one you used to be will no longer be available to you. And so, the inner resistance from those parts of you that know they will become obsolete the moment this decision is finally taken will still try to persuade you to hold off making that choice, or to deny yourself even the possibility to do so. And no wonder, as these parts of you have been there as a sort of “life saver” in many a previous incarnation, when the call to step more fully into the Light would mean almost certain extinction by the forces still set on keeping mankind fully out of the know from their own greatness. 

But now, the time has come for all of you to open as wide as you can for you, and to allow the full unfolding of your inner greatness to take place. And as such, there will be no room for hesitation, only for allowance to let YOU take all the place you really need in order to fulfill this quest for total transformation of this entire planet. For some, this may sound as a recipe for disaster, as for them, this will sound like an invitation to allow your ego to balloon into such proportions, there will be little or no room for others, and all this will imply, is a planet where a small number of people will usurp the space from everyone else. But that is not the case here, for when we talk about taking up space, it will not be at the expense of others. Rather, this is to imply that only by allowing yourself to fully embody the light that you already carry within you can you help others to see the way forwards. In other words, in order for all of you to become the shining examples that will help to show the rest of mankind the only feasible way out of the detrimental chaos they have all been a part of creating, you can no longer hold yourself back. For only when you allow that inner greatness to step out from the small container it has been compressed within can the release of your light help to set free so many others as well. 

So, again we say, allow yourself to become the YOU you are here to BE, and only by letting that inner greatness come to the fore, will this completion become complete. And now, you will all be put before that very decision; are your ready to go up in full bloom, or are you still more set on staying dormant a little bit longer, hidden away in that dark loam where you have been patiently waiting to come fully alive for such a long time? The decision is all yours, but once it is taken, it is one that will affect ALL. So, once again we say, know that you are not a small and insignificant speck of dust in the vastness of Creation; you are in fact the one that everything hinges on. For you are all the changemakers, the ones that came to this planet in order to make everything NEW again after a long, long detour into the old and dense corners of darkness. So, allow the Light that is within you help you to decide, for again, it is only you who can say yes to YOU. The rest of Creation has already embraced the magnificence that is the true you, and there is nothing we would want more than for you to be able to do the same.

Core of Light

Message from the Pleiadian Councils of Light via Solara An-Ra 

We will speak from this time forth of energy control, balance and activation. This, which we have coined your ‘energy A-B-C’s’, is what our channel chooses to bring forth at this time of fluctuation on your planet. What appears to you as a time of instability and uncertainty can also be perceived as a time of infinite potential and grace. You are blessed with the potential to transmute your mental confusion into clarity, your emotional disarray into peace; your uncertainty into faith – and to literally transmute your physicality into Light. This potential has always been present in you, as Hu-man Be-ings. You were star-seeded with this potential. 

What we wish to teach you right now, in a series of steps, is how to access your perfection on an energetic level - and how to maintain that higher, lighter vibration for longer and longer periods of time, until it is entrained into constancy within you. Thus will you become the beacons of Light that transform your world. 

There is a core energy of pure Light, in the central column which runs through your chakras. While your chakras may fluctuate in clarity, according to your emotional & mental state, this core energy remains constant – all the potential of God-perfection, within you. The centre of this column is in your chest, in your place of heart. Placing one or both of your hands on your heart-space, while focusing within, triggers an opening into the softness of your core. You experience this as softening, opening, expansion - a feeling of peace and lightness blossoming within you. 

From this place you can choose to tune into the core column which runs through all chakras. You may perceive this as a column of Light, energy, stillness, brilliance – you will have an experience of this unique to yourself – all that matters is that you feel or visualize/imagine this ever-present God-Light through the centre of your core. This is not the prana tube; do not confuse it as such. It is the core essence which holds the potential for perfect enlightenment. Your easiest access to this, in energetic terms, is from the heart, your energetic centre point. 

Those of you who complain of not being able to experience or visualize phenomena of an energetic nature, you must simply KNOW that this energy/Light is in this place. Just as the mastery of a physical activity such as riding a bicycle becomes a KNOWING in your physical body after some practice, so will the experience of energy/Light become a knowing in your consciousness after some practice. For some the experience is more visual, for others it is a feeling or a knowing. Trust that you are designed with the ability to experience the non-physical. This is a part of your inherent make-up. 

Say or think ‘I am a Sovereign Being of Light. The God-Light is ever-present in me’ – and with your hands on your heart experience the core of brilliance running through all chakras within you. Do this many times a day and it will become a knowing and a felt experience, dear ones.

Be the truth of yourselves

Michael with and for the Councils: 

We would speak with you today about a topic which we have not addressed in this space previously.  We are very hopeful that many of you will be helped by what we share with you. 

We know that there are still quite a large number of those who consider themselves to be Lightworkers and Starseeds who think of themselves as being alone, cut off, separated from any contact with like minds for conversation and companionship.  Let us address this topic in a way that may help you to change this perception and remedy the situation. 

We do wish to make clear that, at least in the vast majority of cases, this is a perception, and not necessarily an accurate one.  And even if accurate, it is easily one that can be remedied by Lightworkers, both because they have the ability as Lightworkers to do so, and because the time has arrived and the energy environment exists for all of you to become aware of one another. 

Let us speak of your perception of isolation first.  It is very likely only a perception.  Please understand that.  Now the reasons for that perception vary widely.  And yet there is a sameness about them, as well.  We are, in a way, sorry to inform you that you are protecting yourselves from what you expect to be less than friendly acceptance of your views by those around you.  And it is possible that you might well experience some of that.  But we ask you now several questions. 

Except for a few isolated pockets in the world, are you aware that you will not be attacked or killed for your views?  You are holding onto fears that you carry from many past experiences.  They were valid at one time.  They do not serve you now. 

Do you not realize that, with the number of you now spread across this planet, the likelihood that you are truly isolated wherever you are is remote?  You are still somewhat of a minority, yes.  But there are quite likely others close to you who are protecting themselves just as you are.  And they feel isolated, too. 

And lastly, do you not think that by refusing to hide yourself away any longer you will attract each other, that the feeling of freedom you experience will be worth any amount of sideways glances from others, and that the power of united minds and hearts will not be immense? 

Of course, you know that is true.  And you only needed reminding.  Let us tell you today that it is time now.  You are needed now.  And you will be appreciated now.  Stand up.  Stand your ground.  Be the truth of yourselves.  Perhaps cease to be a Lightworker.  Be a Lightwarrior. 

We are with you.  Always and in all ways, we are with you.  Love to you this day.

If you are having difficulty with forgiveness ask for help and for clarity

To leave the illusion behind is humanity's divine destiny, because humanity's destiny is divine. It has ensnared, enslaved, and entranced you all for far too long and your unwillingness to release yourselves from it is all that holds you within it. You have the power and the capability to do so, because you are divine beings, and, because it is your will and God's, you will release yourselves. 

Nevertheless, you are conflicted within yourselves by the intriguing but fanciful opportunities with which it tempts you, and by your desire to find the real meaning in life, a meaning that overwhelms and shatters the unreal dreams that seem to be your constant companions – wealth, security, a lover, and a beautiful environment in which to enjoy them. But the dreams seem so real! This is because you are very powerful beings, and you have made them seem very real, so real that they hid and continue to hide Reality from you, as was your original intent. Hence this intense inner conflict and your endless confusion. 

However, your Divine Father knew that your infatuation with your unreal environment would not last, and that it would bring you untold pain and suffering. So He, at the moment that you built it by imagining it within your brilliant mind, instantly provided everything you need to release yourselves from it and return Home. What He provided was the inextinguishable inner flame of His Love that calls to you constantly to awaken. 

It is that inner flame that has you questioning the meaning of life and which also makes it very apparent that the meaning that you have been seeking – security, survival, wealth, and power over others – is insane, not only because of its divisive nature, but also because you are seeking for it within the illusion. And that insanity terrifies you, everyone is untrustworthy! Therefore, you must constantly protect yourselves, so you build armies and weapons that you then are unable to resist using, further adding to your pain and suffering. 

However, you have become exhausted by the trials and tribulations with which the illusion endlessly presents you, and you are becoming aware, more and more of you daily, that the only way to resolve your issues, your differences, your conflicts is through intelligent and harmonious cooperation. When you do that, you listen to one another without judgment, allowing each to be themselves instead of attempting to change them into the kind of person you think – in your almost total lack of wisdom – that they should be. Then realization dawns that truly there are no differences, you all want only “the peace that passeth all understanding.” And that of course is Love, the Divine Energy Field in which all of creation has its eternal existence. 

It is a state from which you have never departed, because there is nowhere else, but you have imagined and clung tenaciously to an illusory state, and you are now in the process of releasing your hold on it, of allowing yourselves to see that it is unreal, a sham. You have a saying: “If it seems too good to be true, then it probably is.” Throughout the eons of the illusion's enticing siren song to you, you have been chasing within it for something that has seemed too good to be true – safety, security, abundance, and bliss – but how could that possibly be found within an illusion, especially one in which betrayal and deceit are endemic? 

Forgiveness is the way out – of yourselves for being so misled and misguided by it, and of others for their apparent betrayals of you. In Reality there is only Love, and anything in conflict with or opposition to It is unreal. However, you do need to forgive. One of your wise elder statesmen (Nelson Mandela) remarked that resentment is like drinking poison and hoping it will kill your enemies. So, until you start forgiving and releasing any judgments or resentments, you are just consuming poison and making yourselves truly miserable, possibly even making yourselves extremely ill. And, as most of you are probably well aware, modern psychology suggests that to be able to forgive is essential for your general health and well-being. 

If you are having difficulty with forgiveness, due to pain inflicted upon you, unjust judgments made against you, or for any other reason, then when you enter your quiet inner space ask for help and for clarity. Frequently clarity is lacking in one's perceptions, when a desire to withhold or refuse forgiveness is experienced. Remember, all the experiences undergone in your physical bodies are aspects of the illusion; the suffering that is undergone is illusory, because you are all asleep and dreaming. When you awaken into Reality, all pain, all suffering, all injustice, all betrayal will have dissolved, because they are part of that illusory dream. Clarity will show you this now by reminding you of your true nature – you are a being of Love who is One with God – and you will be able to relax into forgiveness, whereupon you will find an inner peace that maybe you have never before experienced or have long since forgotten. 

In the spiritual realms we are constantly at your service, you have only to call on us with sincerity and we will show you the way to embrace forgiveness with love and compassion for the one you wish or need to forgive – yourself or others – thus leading you into a state where the stress of resentment that was confining and controlling you just dissolves. We are here for you in every moment, and we want only to see you awaken into the eternal joy that is your natural state. We know that forgiveness is the quickest way for you to release your hold on the illusion because it cuts through all the other ties and bindings so that there is nothing else to prevent you from sinking happily into God's loving Embrace. 

So, call on us and tell us that you sincerely want to embrace forgiveness, and instantly you will feel the warmth and acceptance of the field of Love that at all times envelops you. It will confirm for you that you are indeed a being of Love who was momentarily lost in the fog of the illusion, a fog that is now dispersing and allowing you glimpses of the brilliance that awaits your inevitable awakening.
