Selamat Jalwa! A minor scheduling issue has caused a slight interruption in the release of funds. Initial deliveries were deferred until after American Independence Day, due to a conflict between those who wish a truly fast track and others who desire an overuse of prudence in these matters. We anticipate that this promises to be the last of such delays. Most of the fundamental fundings are already in the financial pipeline. The most difficult hurdles have been cleared. We are assured that a strict schedule is to be kept once these first funds arrive at their various destinations. The object is to use these funds to finally terminate the remaining points of power still held by the dark cabal. Therefore, the future fundings are to proceed smoothly and to remove the feelings of frustration that many of you still have. This is a time for prosperity and for a New Financial System to be shown to all. The New Governance is to oversee this and put an end to the greedy autocrats who have been in power over the last few centuries. Their arrests are forthcoming and, with them, a time for all finally to rejoice!

We ask, therefore, for your continued patience, as we complete these numerous deliveries and oversee the rise of a New Banking and Financial System. There are undoubtedly a few unforeseen kinks that need to be addressed. In any case, all is to be accomplished and this operation is assured of a final success. What is left is for the remaining scenarios to occur and for you to be able to enjoy what is ready to manifest before you. When we first came to this land, we saw how the Anunnaki and their dark minions controlled you. That time is at an end. Ahead is a moment when you can breathe easily and know that the pathway to Full Consciousness is being cleared. Soon, we can directly address you and prepare you for our arrival and, with it, the coming of your mentors. Then you are to see your Crystal Light Chambers in Agartha! 

When all of these dark Beings clear out, then is the moment for you to shine. New NESARA-sponsored initiated governance is to permit you to carry out your various projects. Use this special time to come together and begin to forge a new world, where fear and limitation no longer exist. Use this newfound peace to meet new friends and be able to work with similar projects across this globe. In this fresh mood of cooperation, the Ascended Masters intend to give you several lessons on origins, history and what lies ahead for surface humanity. It is a time when you can live in one reality yet freely communicate with the others. It allows you to be both a marvelous full part of Heaven and to live freely in physicality. You are, in effect, a denizen of all realities. This amazing condition is what awaits after you emerge from your Light Chamber and are properly trained by us. We have lived for this for millennia. We gladly welcome it! 

Your envisioning and deep desire to join us have brought your space family to this present realm. It has gradually permitted you to begin a process that is moving you away from what your former dark masters deeply desired you to become. These reprehensible masters had exceeded the time bequeathed by Heaven for their rule. We were inserted into this unholy mix to prevent their success. The dark was stopped and, even though they are still powerful to you, their abilities are being vastly reduced. As Heaven deeply infuses it with its sacred decrees, this realm is quickly turning to Light. You are now to watch as Heaven’s long set of scenarios starts to manifest and alter this dark realm forever. We are blessed by what is happening. Be aware of this divine grace and prepare to be able to achieve your dreams. A new world is ready to appear before you!

Dratzo! Something wonderful is getting ready to happen! The millennia-old world of the dark cabal is falling apart. The vote to exit Britain from the European Union is a visible part of what is occurring around this world. The dark has been reeling in secret for the past few months, as the ones who desire a New Realm to be put together have constructed agreements and organizations to “bring in the New”. This has forged a new Global Reset of the world’s currencies, which are to be backed universally with gold or silver. The dark’s stock markets and bourses are dropping in value, as these new financial instruments, such CIPS, BRICS and AAIB, take effect. These are to replace old organizations like SWIFT and the IMF. The time for a formal reckoning has come at last! Soon, you are to see the core of the leadership of the old financial and government systems publicly arrested and sent off to a well-deserved isolation. In this mode, they can no longer interfere with, or in some odd way delay, this new system as it globally comes to the fore. This, marvelously, is just the beginning of even more events that are destined to radically reshape your realm! 

These things require New Governance. Decades ago, NESARA was born and sequestered until the world was truly prepared to transform. The New Banking System needs a series of welcome regulations to be ready to change for the better. This structure needs, as well, a new international means to conduct its daily business and freely transfer vast sums from one part of this reality to another. This structure is CIPS (Cross-Borders Inter-Bank Payment System). It is now intermingling with SWIFT to offer an international system designed to end the gross interferences of the past that caused unnecessary delays and questionable stalling of larger financial transactions. The new organization, to replace the post-war IMF, is to be both the BRICS group and the AIIB (Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank). In this way, the onerous loans formerly forced on the world by the IMF can at last be corrected. These things are, in reality, a beginning for establishing a financial system by which prosperity is spread internationally and new governance can pop up like wildflowers. 

This prosperity is to be accomplished in a number of ways. The most important is the benefit accrued by those who have spent time in preparing for the coming of this New Currency Re-evaluation. It is also to be spread by ending the great burdens that governments and banks have imposed on the peoples of the world’s various nations. These odd taxes, loans and impositions are to be both lifted and repaid by many governments and banks. Ever since you first heard our messages and then longed to be able to follow them, you have been at the mercy of the dark ones. A Grand Shift is underway and cannot be stopped

Dratzo! A number of events are changing how the world operates. At present, a series of new events is making possible the implementation of the Light's new financial and currency system. This series of changes is forcing the dark's minions to move out of their darkness and show themselves to the Light. The last remnants of the delays have thus been stymied. The dark has now lost its abilities to hide and create delays. The new system forces the dark to account for their actions and, in effect, has knocked them off their pedestals. Various fundings are now on schedule to make possible their formal beginnings. Meanwhile, those who are in charge of the many mass arrests and the rise of America's NESARA republic can see a window opening for the start of their own timings. It has taken a number of "hit and miss" operations to at last feel that their success is finally in reach. The dark's seeming omnipotence is coming to a crashing end. We are proud of our Earth Allies and the current progress of their marvelous programs. The long-needed results are quite close to manifesting! 

As all this moves forward, the dark cabal can see that its doom is starting to appear. Their untold minions are unable to stop what the Light is doing. Hence, many programs are near their first payouts and those of you who are to be the recipients can feel in your hearts how close all of this truly is. The cabal knows, too, that its many bought governments are close to collapse. These circumstances have brought this reality to the threshold of a Great Shift from the dark to the Light. Thus, a number of interesting developments are starting to appear. The present US de facto regime is noticing that its prime assistant, the Federal Reserve, has begun to disappear as the new Treasury is absorbing its many functions. Incomes that were formally obtained internationally by force are no longer available. The pro-republic military is also beginning to re-unite with forces formally dedicated to the old de facto regime. These occurrences are the start of a process that is bringing you a much-wanted New Reality! We are waiting as these new governances to come into being. Then a number of events can occur! 

It is our intention to ask the Agarthans to appear before you after the plethora of new governance is formally in power. Their introduction can cue the Ascended Masters into position for a most vital set of truths. These truths are to provide you with the necessary background that we are first to give you, once the millions of mentors are in place upon this orb. Each of you initially needs to understand the vile intent of the Anunnaki. Once this is fully understood, we can then move on to how this world was set up by the Anunnaki. Then we need to review your histories and show you how your core beliefs were instilled in you over the millennia. You can then discover how the minions have used these false beliefs to sustain their control over you. These tools are to be destroyed and you are to learn the miraculous wonder and potential of your true free will. Using this in conjunction with your mentor, you are to accomplish a partial return to your power. However, it is merely a prelude to what you are capable of.

This new power is to ready you for the actual process, which is to take place during your three days in the Crystal Light Chamber. The Agarthans are to aid you. It is this New Union that is to make this Star Nation so unique and assist you in this vital procedure. This event is to alter all the limited-conscious humans that now occupy this reality. The Anunnaki cruelly split this realm into haves and have-nots. We are to return everyone to their former selves. This is to forge a group of enlightened Beings who, with your Ascended Masters, are to be the land guardians of the four water worlds. This new Star Nation is to reunite both you and the Cetacean Nation. Together, you are to aid the former Anchara Alliance worlds in the grand task of discovering and manifesting their Light Bodies. You are to be helped by those in the GF who are cousins of these various former dark ones. This event is to be the forerunner of a wondrous age of peace for all Beings of this Galaxy!

The manifesting of many Ascended Masters temporarily halted this process. After millennia, the dark devised a new scheme to drastically alter this reality. This vile scheme was again halted by the sudden proclamations in 1995 from the Anchara Continuum. These messages were to provide for peace and were further added to by the Proclamations of AEON and of Archangel Michael. This sudden end to the galactic wars made it impossible for the Anunnaki's plans to move forward. A period of silence followed. During that time we were able to set up a plan that was swiftly approved by Heaven. The ensuing decade has taken us now to the rise of the Light and a New Realm for all. Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

Dratzo! This realm is slowly changing. A true republic tied to the nuances of the NESARA law is slowly emerging in America. The numerous attempts by the dark to falsely proclaim such a regime are doomed and will ultimately fail. Meanwhile, the dark's ability to lie and plant these falsehoods is being cast aside by the Light. This, among other things, has temporarily slowed the progress of the Light's many forces. We, with our many liaisons, are sorting out this final nonsense. This is permitting the Light to get back on track. Hence, the Light's many sections are again able to easily communicate with each other. We expect extreme progress to allow these funds to go forward. All of this to us signifies the last ways by which the dark is interfering with the rise of New Governance and the emergence of New Monies. This, of course, implies that the New Banking organizations need to adopt a stricter set of procedures and set up new rules to cover the successful deployment of this New Gold Standard. These things are now being sorted out and a number of new procedures are getting ready to be applied internationally. 

The final delaying actions are showing us just how deceitful these last cabal minions are. Nevertheless, their tactics are doomed to failure. We have instituted new ways to closely observe what they are up to. Each of you has adopted a general visualization regarding this last stage of transformation. We are drawing upon these wondrously detailed concepts to produce tactics for how this is all to be done. The dark strongly believes that it is still possible to somehow use their last chicanery to permit themselves a way out of their current morass. This is not to be the case. We know what they are doing, and why. At the right moment, we can tear away this perception and permit the true NESARA Republic to emerge. We intend to play these out and use what we find to arrest and isolate what is left of this once-mighty cabal. The measures that have been taken are just an example of how this strange "tit for tat" game between the Light and the dark is conducted. Over the past few weeks, we have seen how this affects you. We are watching as you attempt to figure out how all of this plays out and when you can finally begin to receive these funds. Allow for the unexpected. The game of cat and mouse is nearly over. By now, the dark truly appreciates that it is only a matter of a few final moves before all is truly lost. These realizations by the dark follow a bevy of arrests of all who have played this game at its lower levels. Money and gold that they stole are being returned to us. The Federal Reserve and its henchmen in Puerto Rico have been cornered and forced to end their illegal activities. Many others are likewise on the verge of arrest. As we have said, this heinous game is nearly over. There are only a few moves left. It is best for the cabal in its numerous designs to quit and permit us to finish this whole thing off. 

As you can see, much is happening across this broad globe. The final jousts with the cabal and its many minions are currently a daily event. The important part of this report can be put into a few simple phrases. The dark cabal is losing and the Light is nearly ready to proclaim its victory. This operation is taking more time than we at first wished. Nevertheless, a number of precursors to your victory remain. At present, our representatives on your world are in the midst of a global mopping-up operation. This procedure is being accomplished at a rate that is designed to put the dark and its lesser minions to rest. Whatever potential complications remain, know that our liaisons are determined to end and then stabilize any potential trouble spots. These operations are important, yet they are not going to cause any large delays in the process to give you a New Financial System and to welcome in your Age of Prosperity. Ahead of you are New Governance and a long-awaited Disclosure. These times are indeed amazing and filled with many great events and heavenly miracles!

As you become more aware, this process of raising your consciousness can lead to an increased feeling of frustration as you wait for the inevitable. Your increased inquisitiveness is wonderful to us. It is changing your old perceptions of this realm. Due to your new energies, the world does not seem right, and uncalled-for wars no longer inspire you. Those who have long ruled this world no longer see you as docile puppets, but as people that need to be reckoned with. This is yet another set of signs that what used to be normal no longer pertains. You also have a better understanding of the ways of grace. Heaven is lapping up your prayers for a New Realm. These changes in you are most welcomed. Expect more of this as your consciousness grows. Each of you is an experiment in a procedure that Heaven truly began in the early 1970s. 

At that time, the dark nearly caused your Sun to Nova and, in an instant, you were to be gone. Our galactic friends and our Heavenly superiors stopped this event and allowed you to continue forward. This was also seen as a major harbinger of another phenomenon that swept through this Galaxy. It meant that the great changes you require were to be started as soon as possible. It has taken nearly four decades to firmly realign this realm and permit us to see just how close we are to a more formal intervention. We Masters were told that until the dark's minions were defeated, we needed to assume a more protective mode. Thus, we have become more noticeable in the past few years. We are very close to being able to openly instruct you on a series of vital subjects. These are to be an aid to what you are to learn initially from the New NESARA Government. Hallelujah! On the verge of "something wonderful"

Selamat Jalwa! At present, the movement of critical funds has slowed in order to be carefully protected by new security protocols. The Chinese ancient families are worried, since a number of incidents are occurring that threaten the continued flow of funds. The dark cabal is doing everything possible to interfere with this growing flow. The attack on SWIFT, coupled with a general increase in the number of vital “hacks” into the money supply, is temporarily compromising overall security. For these reasons, the process caused the ancient families to order a slowing of the movement of these funds. This hold was only for a brief 48-hour period and was quickly put back into place. It is believed that this precaution led to a positive set of new countermoves, which recaptured any funds somehow lost during this period of brief stoppage. These measures enabled any difficulties to be met with new strategies, which allow these funds to be transferred from point to point in a much more secure way. Any difficulties are thus being quickly met and conquered! 

We are currently getting ready to hand out the prosperity funds to those lucky enough to heed the reports about these funds in the mid-1990s. This set of deliveries is to be received by those who have mostly given up on this ever happening. The Bush family syndicate unceremoniously stole most of these funds in the period between the late 1990s and the early 2000s. These funds were recovered over ten years ago and form the basis for some of the criminal charges to be levied against this broad syndicate. We are holding off on these very special arrests, until a series of diverse charges are fully authenticated and acted upon. This crime syndicate has been expanded during the past half-decade. It seems that practically every US President over the past three decades has had their hand in this enormous cookie jar. The level of corruption and just plain stealing saturates every nook and cranny of the entity that we call “USA Inc.” This entity definitely needs to disappear as fast as we are able to finish rounding up all its suspects. The end for this regime is near! 

Currently, this realm is slowly transforming. The dark cabal erroneously believes that its repairs to this reality can hold. Nothing is further from the truth! Tiny rips in the space-time continuum are appearing everywhere. Heaven understands that this reality can only transform as swiftly as it is able. The edges of this reality are like a huge net caught within the turbulence of a great hurricane. This net can only tear, until it is no longer able to perform its duties. This is what is quickly happening to the energy constructs that comprise this reality’s life forces. The only possibility is to transform into a much less dense construct. This higher reality is forcing surface humanity to become less and less dense and this translates into higher and higher forms of consciousness. The dark’s feeble interference cannot continue much longer with this heavenly response to the conditions at hand. Nature abhors a vacuum. Anything done to try to prevent the natural flow of energies is doomed to failure. Deep down, the dark cabal now realizes this fact and is presently bracing for the inevitable. 

We can see how close our earthly allies are to their final all-inclusive victory. As just stated, there is a natural and quite heavenly force at work here. Our operations fully support this force and we expect to see pervasive harbingers of this force at work. Heaven knows just how powerful what is happening truly is. Once your basic perceptions of this grand truth become the norm, it is impossible to return to a much lower energy concept of this reality. In effect, this reality has been taken along a one-way path to a newer, much less dense normality. These alterations are affecting every aspect for change. The dark’s vile plans are unworkable. All life forms can sense how this higher energy is transforming you and all in this reality. The old ways are gone and a new set of consciousness rules is taking over. This is altering how this reality actually works and is doing so mostly at a microscopic level. You as a conscious Being are becoming aware of these changes and your inner beliefs are quickly changing. In effect, you are now on the verge of what can be called “something wonderful.”

These operations were aided by the diligent legal maneuvers of several key volunteers who have discovered how to successfully thwart the legions of the dark cabal. Consequently, we can report that a series of key deliveries can be made to you shortly. We are blessed as well by the surreptitious actions of Heaven. The most sacred Beings have set the stage for a series of miraculous events that are to quickly alter how this present reality operates. Each reality is governed by a set of rules that, when so deemed by Heaven, can be altered. This is now in process. Heaven is divinely forging a new or “bridge” reality for us. Dratzo! Great progress is being made to get your blessings to the correct bank accounts. The dark has continued to try to delay this operation and it has mostly failed. A number of key developments did nevertheless occur. China began the process of moving to a gold standard with the announcement of the gold Yuan in Shanghai. The young royals in Europe approved the shift of vast sums of monies and the ancient families in China transferred a number of last remaining gold depositories into their final positions. As you see, the final preliminary steps needed to deliver your blessings are accomplished, as provided by a series of special agreements signed by all treaty nations last spring. All is currently on a Divine Timeline and our fleet is watching this complex set of actions closely. We expect that all of the required procedures are to be completed in a timely way. Until then, be patient and know that many of these funds still require some additional steps to be finalized. The dark is finally on the ropes and their long reign is just about over. Your victory is in sight! 

As we watch all of this transpiring, we return to those who are mostly forgotten in this long and evolving process. We thank all of those who, over the past few decades, have set up a small, but nevertheless successful cooperative network. This network is serving throughout Africa, Latin America and Asia as the core for funneling monies and ideas to the most rural and often ignored parts of this globe. Your courage is not forgotten by our earthly counterparts or by us. We thank, too, all those who kept up a number of seemingly impossible legal cases that are now beginning to bear fruit. These teams of magnificent volunteers are finally to be paid for their services by us and their incredible legal abilities acknowledged by the dark. These immense efforts were completed under some very violent threats and many that we cannot as yet name are victims of the last vestiges of a long list of unrelenting violence. This is now near an end. The New Republic for America is close at hand and a number of grand surprises are ready to manifest as well. 

What is now happening is a joint action that at first required that we develop a sense of trust in each other. The ancient families, and especially the royals, had become used to a sort of conspiratorial atmosphere that encouraged a rather long period filled with mistrust. It has taken nearly two decades to gain their trust. We also ran into the arrogance and stupidity of the dark cabal. This group truly believed that their dictatorship was to last forever. Hence, they saw us as just another group that was eventually to succumb to their directives. This set of beliefs ended when we closed their many underground bases and showed them who we really are. This frightened them and caused the dark cabal to be initially defensive with regard to our first divine messages from Heaven. So, as you can see, the first impression of us, for these various Light groups, was of distrust and a sense of overall fright. These first impressions ended when we turned to the Ascended Masters and the Agarthans for advice. 

Our next set of interactions received an entirely different set of reactions. Those individuals who began to have confidence in us forged the courageous policies of the Secret Sacred Societies. Slowly, these various groups of dedicated individuals began to trust us. After a decade of close workings with many of them, our advice is now honored and the great strides made in the last few years are a direct result of this coalition. We built, moreover, a huge main base next to the Agarthan capitol and began to hold detailed planning sessions there. The Grand Council of Agartha and the Ascended Masters attended with many of the leaders of these Sacred Secret Societies. This rapport was further extended because of the exciting results created by these numerous meetings. We are presently assured that our main divine purpose to come here is being honored and its success is leading to your full liberation from your former masters, the dark cabal. It is important that you realize just how powerful you truly are. One of the key aspects of this long process is for you to acknowledge from within that your vision is now coming true. The dark seized this from you when your ancestors were first dropped haphazardly into limited consciousness. It initially created a wall between your two primary aspects, the Spiritual and the Material Self. This division created a panic and in this special moment you gave your incredible powers away to others. This is a time when you are to be able to produce a means find a way to begin to take back these personal abilities. As you practice your daily envisioning, you are slowly starting to manifest these lost personal powers. As you receive these blessings and the minions fade from your environment, these lost abilities can begin to emerge. We are also to be a part of this mental and spiritual process. You are to get a better understanding of this as you practice the various ceremonies that you are daily to participate in. Dratzo! Your world is slowly moving toward the divine resolution of the inevitable bankruptcy of USA, Inc. The American regime has managed to forestall the inevitable. Nevertheless, the time has come for the world’s major governmental change to manifest. The amount of guile and plain outright lying has finally run its course. The continued obstinacy to change the American regime can no longer be maintained. Too many governments have left its side. Too many major economies have abandoned its cause. This de facto government is now alone and becoming more isolated by the day from its former friends and long-time allies. The world sincerely intends that it gracefully collapse and be replaced by governance more congenial to the changing nature of a new, growing, and more prosperous economy. This is the hope and intent of a number of possible solutions given freely to this suddenly desperate regime. America now requires a major housecleaning. The old ways are no longer even conceivable. Only a whole new outlook will do. The present American administration is beginning to realize this truth and is seeking a means to achieve this noble end. 

As the former might of America fades into the sunrise of a New Day, a whole New Realm full of excitement and prosperity is currently ready to manifest. Count Saint Germain knew that a major set of events was needed to establish the required foundations for this New Realm. At the opening of this millennium, America was to achieve its greatest false flag and call it “9/11.” America turned on its own people and wiped out many more lives than reported to create a false sense of security for its ruling oligarchy. This security was shattered by the rise in this world of a relentless force that turned America’s “victory” into the object that was to be the main cause for its ultimate undoing. This set of events led to the “RV” and the start of a Global Currency Reset. These things were the heart of a New Financial System. This alone signaled that America’s days as a god-like super power were over. It was to be replaced with a NESARA-born New Governance and an unlimited prosperity. These elements were to embody a New Realm filled with ETs, Agarthans and a new sense of purpose. 

This growth in consciousness was inspired by the arcane work of Heaven. Since the middle of your 1970s, every body guardian was dedicated to the slow but steady growth of consciousness within the heart and soul of surface humanity. This accelerated movement had been inspired by the near collapse of the Sun in the early 1970s. Heaven saw this astrological event as the necessary harbinger for the mission to return its limited consciousness chelas into physical Angels. This operation was to start when a prescribed near-disastrous event occurred. This event was prevented by the sudden and massive intervention of the Federation. Heaven then ordered us to begin an intervention that was to slowly build up till a massive fleet was in place by the beginning of the 1990s. It is this fleet that is to arrive en masse on Gaia’s surface at a set date in the very near future. While all this was happening, your Ascended Masters had commissioned a set of Secret Sacred Societies to complete a process that had been started in the early 1800s. 

These Secret Sacred Societies encountered us when we started to explore the lay of the land in the early 1990s. During this decade we developed camaraderie with several of these groups and began a close relationship, which has presently flowered into a close friendship. Through them we were able to begin to plan a “big picture” scenario to be introduced over the next two decades (1990s to 2010s). Our plan was, with our expertise, to simply support what the Masters and the Agarthans intended. This plan has now led us to the brink of success. The dark cabal is essentially defeated and all that remains is to carefully work out those procedures that can ensure that all is successfully implemented. Once this is done, and the Masters' lessons given, we can set a date for the landings upon your beautiful shores. At that time, we can introduce you to our mentors and begin the final steps to lead you to your personal Crystal Light Chambers! Selamat Jalwa! Much continues to happen around your world! The globe is caught in a strange conundrum. On one hand it is able to openly say that the monies needed to begin both the numerous humanitarian programs and the final stages of the prosperity packages have been approved for funds transfers. Yet, the recent coming and going of the business world’s first quarter have created a situation that led to another week’s delay in the transfer operations. These conditions are totally unacceptable. This worldwide process cannot be hindered by old-time business practices of either the banks or the many allied financial corporations. Despite these same old forms of delay, the required monies are ultimately to be transferred. There is now a series of alternatives that can be applied to resolve any future difficulties of this sort. We look to our earthly allies to use this new system to quickly permit these large sums to be successfully moved from Asia to any other continents as required. Therefore, the things so far encountered are to be put aside and the much-needed wealth sent on its way. The start of this process is now underway! 

As you receive your first funds, be ready to spring into action. Within your community, there are those who deeply wish for you to succeed. Contact these individuals and see how your plans interface with theirs. The purpose of these funds is to help you and your community to achieve goals. Never forget this. You are working with others to create healing centers; to forge mutually acceptable means to move your community forward and to demonstrate how, together, you are forging a New Reality. This heavenly movement is so perfectly timed that you can easily observe how each of you is moving forward with a wondrous rhythm. Not only are you doing so, but the same is true for each ecosystem so beautifully maintained by Gaia. We have daily observed how you are changing and can also see similar patterns within the diverse biosphere of Mother Earth. The dark cabal has so far just dented this diverse set of ecosystems. Gaia, with our assistance, has kept even the most devastated system working. Here, your help combines with our more indirect assistance to keep Life on your world moving forward. What is needed is for you to vastly increase your more direct aid to these varied ecosystems. What you are doing is helping both these numerous “life zones” and your fellow humans. These projects allow Gaia to work at a pace that mirrors your progress to Full Consciousness. Thus, this realm is changing at the pace set by Heaven to introduce a New Realm. This New Realm can, at the appropriate moment, merge into the higher one found in Inner Earth. 

These changes thus have a divine timetable that is set daily by Heaven. We are made aware of these daily resets and use our medical and geological teams to verify what is actually happening. As this Gregorian year moves forward, we check its progress against charts that we have compiled since we first arrived en masse at the start of the decade of the 1990s. Heaven has set a series of rhythms that are still mirroring each other. We are watching one of these, which we first chose after the time of 9/11. It has consistently shown us insights to move this surface realm toward a time when the needed merger of inner and surface worlds can truly happen. This is to occur after you have traveled with our help to Agartha and been put in your personalized Crystal Light Chamber. This time is only to be revealed to you as it happens. We are closely observing how Heaven is moving this grand set of patterns with a very gracious hand. Our task is simply to follow this grand pattern and act upon certain items designated by Heaven’s numerous Grand Councils.

We feel blessed, after millennia, to finally participate in the great reordering of your consciousness. Instead, these newly-minted humans were thrust into a world largely devoid of its former inhabitants. This is all a test created to slowly make you aware of how swiftly you are being changed. It has to be done at a rate by which those things happening to you are not undertaken either too quickly or too slowly. Each of you has a natural rhythm that needs to be honored. We Masters play a part by assisting each of you during this transitory time. This requires the proper amount of grace applied and mercy added to what can surely transpire. 

This deep concern is part of a sacred process that contains elements of prayer and sacred rites. The overall degree of change is immense. We are given the sacred responsibility to shepherd you and permit you to “make it” to the last step. This requires that we seek operational procedures from our sacred guides in Heaven and confer with our gracious hosts the Agarthans. This is what we do daily along with prayers and sacred ceremonies. Dratzo! In our last report, we briefly mentioned one of the eight sideshows being used by the dark cabal to maintain a degree of chaos in your realm. These dire sets of circumstances all have solutions, which many on your world are busily pursuing. The dark is watching as those who intend to move this globe into a much safer and sane reality work their magic on each of Gaia’s six major continents. These numerous “heroes” are paving the way for a whole series of policies, which are eventually to bring together your surface world’s people. Adding to this set of emerging programs is the rise of a New Banking and Financial System. When the New Prosperity is added to this, a bright future begins to emerge. The dark cabal is in virtual panic about its fizzling well-laid plans. The dark had wished to spring a series of small violent incidents that were to be expanded into a number of growing wars. This, as you know, has not happened. Instead, the dark sees that their delays were only a small hindrance to what is currently happening. In a short time, a New Reality is poised to manifest, which is the transition to your move to Full Consciousness. 

We are very proud of how you are accepting the vast changes that are at present barely appearing around you. Soon, the many funding programs that are to change your world are set to emerge. At the end of the 19th and 20th centuries, a number of incredible inventions started to appear and were ridiculed by the dark's newspapers and magazines. Shortly after that, these initial discoveries disappeared. During the course of the 20th century, many such devices were likewise “stolen" and then sequestered by the cabal. A gradual reversal of this process is now ready to occur. Already, a number of people have come forward with “rediscoveries”. These devices are a precursor to what is to come. In your world there are many remarkable individuals who are slowly creating the basis for a New Science founded upon the advanced consciousness that is quickly altering your physical selves. These changes and their resultant realities are allowing you to witness this New Renaissance and to see how miraculous your future truly is! 

The dark cabal was adamant in continuing to delay the advent of NESARA. Yet, even as the foundation of a new financial system and the global reform of its currency moved forward, it was becoming clear that the present de facto USA regime was pursuing policies that were openly opposed to what these various reforms intended to achieve. In addition, this criminal organization was funding the operations and the arming of terrorist gangs such as Al Qaeda and ISIS and illegally assisting a number of drug-running cartels. These actions were some of the corruption and derelictions that this “government” was secretly accomplishing. Therefore, it was essential that this illegal organization be quickly put out of business. Thus, a series of special organization-changing discussions were begun in the early spring of 2016. It was intended to replace this illegal regime before late spring arrived. A scenario to achieve this much-needed result was agreed upon and a plan was put into action by a special military/civilian taskforce. 

We are most grateful for the coalition of the Light and what it has so far accomplished. The New Financial System is in the final stages of replacing the very corrupt SWIFT system and can now allow large amounts of funds to be safely transferred from one continent to another. Currencies have been adjusted so that new precious metal-backed monies can be internationally introduced. A New Financial System is coming together. To complete this process clearly requires that NESARA be implemented in the US, and this structure extended to a number of equally corrupt regimes across this globe. In the near future, you are to truly witness the rise of a whole host of New Governance. This can greatly aid the worldwide end to the UFO cover-up. This operation can help us to be properly revealed to you. At that time, we can aid those involved in clearing your world of radiation and various types of industrial pollution.
