The vote to exit Britain from the European Union is a visible part of what is occurring around this world. The dark has been reeling in secret for the past few months, as the ones who desire a New Realm to be put together have constructed agreements and organizations to “bring in the New”. This has forged a new Global Reset of the world’s currencies, which are to be backed universally with gold or silver. The dark’s stock markets and bourses are dropping in value, as these new financial instruments, such CIPS, BRICS and AAIB, take effect. These are to replace old organizations like SWIFT and the IMF. The time for a formal reckoning has come at last! Soon, you are to see the core of the leadership of the old financial and government systems publicly arrested and sent off to a well-deserved isolation. In this mode, they can no longer interfere with, or in some odd way delay, this new system as it globally comes to the fore. This, marvelously, is just the beginning of even more events that are destined to radically reshape your realm! 

These things require New Governance. Decades ago, NESARA was born and sequestered until the world was truly prepared to transform. The New Banking System needs a series of welcome regulations to be ready to change for the better. This structure needs, as well, a new international means to conduct its daily business and freely transfer vast sums from one part of this reality to another. This structure is CIPS (Cross-Borders Inter-Bank Payment System). It is now intermingling with SWIFT to offer an international system designed to end the gross interferences of the past that caused unnecessary delays and questionable stalling of larger financial transactions. The new organization, to replace the post-war IMF, is to be both the BRICS group and the AIIB (Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank). In this way, the onerous loans formerly forced on the world by the IMF can at last be corrected. These things are, in reality, a beginning for establishing a financial system by which prosperity is spread internationally and new governance can pop up like wildflowers. 

This prosperity is to be accomplished in a number of ways. The most important is the benefit accrued by those who have spent time in preparing for the coming of this New Currency Re-evaluation. It is also to be spread by ending the great burdens that governments and banks have imposed on the peoples of the world’s various nations. Dratzo! A number of events are changing how the world operates. At present, a series of new events is making possible the implementation of the Light's new financial and currency system. This series of changes is forcing the dark's minions to move out of their darkness and show themselves to the Light. The last remnants of the delays have thus been stymied. The dark has now lost its abilities to hide and create delays. The new system forces the dark to account for their actions and, in effect, has knocked them off their pedestals. Various fundings are now on schedule to make possible their formal beginnings. Meanwhile, those who are in charge of the many mass arrests and the rise of America's NESARA republic can see a window opening for the start of their own timings. It has taken a number of "hit and miss" operations to at last feel that their success is finally in reach. The dark's seeming omnipotence is coming to a crashing end. We are proud of our Earth Allies and the current progress of their marvelous programs. The long-needed results are quite close to manifesting! 

As all this moves forward, the dark cabal can see that its doom is starting to appear. Their untold minions are unable to stop what the Light is doing. Hence, many programs are near their first payouts and those of you who are to be the recipients can feel in your hearts how close all of this truly is. The cabal knows, too, that its many bought governments are close to collapse. These circumstances have brought this reality to the threshold of a Great Shift from the dark to the Light. Thus, a number of interesting developments are starting to appear. The present US de facto regime is noticing that its prime assistant, the Federal Reserve, has begun to disappear as the new Treasury is absorbing its many functions. Incomes that were formally obtained internationally by force are no longer available. The pro-republic military is also beginning to re-unite with forces formally dedicated to the old de facto regime. These occurrences are the start of a process that is bringing you a much-wanted New Reality! We are waiting as these new governances to come into being. Then a number of events can occur! 

It is our intention to ask the Agarthans to appear before you after the plethora of new governance is formally in power. Their introduction can cue the Ascended Masters into position for a most vital set of truths. These truths are to provide you with the necessary background that we are first to give you, once the millions of mentors are in place upon this orb. The manifesting of many Ascended Masters temporarily halted this process. After millennia, the dark devised a new scheme to drastically alter this reality. This vile scheme was again halted by the sudden proclamations in 1995 from the Anchara Continuum. These messages were to provide for peace and were further added to by the Proclamations of AEON and of Archangel Michael. This sudden end to the galactic wars made it impossible for the Anunnaki's plans to move forward. A period of silence followed. Selamat Jalwa! Some great changes are on the horizon! Those who are swiftly putting the new NESARA republic together are very close to completing this arduous project. It is the goal of these diligent patriots to accomplish this as quickly as possible. So far, the first part of a general two-part funding is now finished. The next part is hopefully to be completed shortly. According to those in the know, once all administrative funding is complete, this NESARA republic can be formally declared. This project is to formally end the Federal Reserve and force the 1871-formed de facto government to go out of business. This act alone permits every American to emerge from under debt slavery and begin to move quickly to the status of a free and prosperous member of the new American Union! This process also enables the Pentagon to quit wars in many parts of this globe and, for the first time since the end of the Vietnam War, to return all its soldiers to the continental United States. Peace is to be restored to this globe and a new gold-backed financial and monetary system is to be the norm. Hence, the divine decrees of Heaven are to manifest on Gaia. 

These wondrous changes are to help the concepts of NESARA spread across your globe. These new governances are to allow the worldwide UFO cover-up to finally end. Selamat Jarin! Your world is quickly preparing for a surprise that is to truly shock all! The Light has been forced to wait for the proper time in which to strike. At present, the dark and its main minions associated with the regime known as USA, Inc. have been given a certain degree of leeway. This has allowed them to engage in some skullduggery on a global scale. The Light is prepared to conclude this odd part of your history. The dark believes that the Light is incapable of launching the type of massive counterattack required to put a quick end to their shenanigans. 

Meanwhile, our fleet has been ordered by Heaven to do exactly that. In our case, it is to be surreptitious, which is covered by the joint actions of a number of friendly military forces. These joint actions have previously been able to limit the reach of the dark’s sponsored terrorist forces. The aim is to eventually cut off and finally debilitate those dark elements that seek to maintain instability in some areas on your globe. This one element has made you more able to support the Light and its numerous actions to end the power of the dark and its minions on this surface realm. This point has become the primary action. Permitting the NESARA governance to come to power is truly essential to our success. On this matter, we have sent out our liaisons to confer daily with our allies and put together a jointly sponsored action that is now on the very verge of success. Dratzo! This realm is slowly changing. A true republic tied to the nuances of the NESARA law is slowly emerging in America. The numerous attempts by the dark to falsely proclaim such a regime are doomed and will ultimately fail. Meanwhile, the dark's ability to lie and plant these falsehoods is being cast aside by the Light. This, among other things, has temporarily slowed the progress of the Light's many forces. We, with our many liaisons, are sorting out this final nonsense. This is permitting the Light to get back on track. Hence, the Light's many sections are again able to easily communicate with each other. We expect extreme progress to allow these funds to go forward. All of this to us signifies the last ways by which the dark is interfering with the rise of New Governance and the emergence of New Monies. This, of course, implies that the New Banking organizations need to adopt a stricter set of procedures and set up new rules to cover the successful deployment of this New Gold Standard. These things are now being sorted out and a number of new procedures are getting ready to be applied internationally. 

The final delaying actions are showing us just how deceitful these last cabal minions are. Nevertheless, their tactics are doomed to failure. We have instituted new ways to closely observe what they are up to. Each of you has adopted a general visualization regarding this last stage of transformation. We are drawing upon these wondrously detailed concepts to produce tactics for how this is all to be done. The dark strongly believes that it is still possible to somehow use their last chicanery to permit themselves a way out of their current morass. This is not to be the case. We know what they are doing, and why. At the right moment, we can tear away this perception and permit the true NESARA Republic to emerge. These last battles over ideas are to be successful and then a New Day can dawn for surface humanity! Until that time, the last few operations remain. The measures that have been taken are just an example of how this strange "tit for tat" game between the Light and the dark is conducted. Over the past few weeks, we have seen how this affects you. We are watching as you attempt to figure out how all of this plays out and when you can finally begin to receive these funds. Allow for the unexpected. The game of cat and mouse is nearly over. By now, the dark truly appreciates that it is only a matter of a few final moves before all is truly lost. These realizations by the dark follow a bevy of arrests of all who have played this game at its lower levels. Money and gold that they stole are being returned to us. The Federal Reserve and its henchmen in Puerto Rico have been cornered and forced to end their illegal activities. Many others are likewise on the verge of arrest. As we have said, this heinous game is nearly over. There are only a few moves left. It is best for the cabal in its numerous designs to quit and permit us to finish this whole thing off. 

As you can see, much is happening across this broad globe. The final jousts with the cabal and its many minions are currently a daily event. The important part of this report can be put into a few simple phrases. The dark cabal is losing and the Light is nearly ready to proclaim its victory. This operation is taking more time than we at first wished. Nevertheless, a number of precursors to your victory remain. At present, our representatives on your world are in the midst of a global mopping-up operation. This procedure is being accomplished at a rate that is designed to put the dark and its lesser minions to rest. Whatever potential complications remain, know that our liaisons are determined to end and then stabilize any potential trouble spots. These operations are important, yet they are not going to cause any large delays in the process to give you a New Financial System and to welcome in your Age of Prosperity. Ahead of you are New Governance and a long-awaited Disclosure. These times are indeed amazing and filled with many great events and heavenly miracles!

Each of you is an experiment in a procedure that Heaven truly began in the early 1970s. 

At that time, the dark nearly caused your Sun to Nova and, in an instant, you were to be gone. Our galactic friends and our Heavenly superiors stopped this event and allowed you to continue forward. This was also seen as a major harbinger of another phenomenon that swept through this Galaxy. It meant that the great changes you require were to be started as soon as possible. It has taken nearly four decades to firmly realign this realm and permit us to see just how close we are to a more formal intervention. We Masters were told that until the dark's minions were defeated, we needed to assume a more protective mode. Thus, we have become more noticeable in the past few years. With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. We begin by addressing the issue that most of your expressed concerns pertain to Global Reset. What is its purpose, who is behind it, and how will it affect your bank accounts and investments? While we have not used the more recently-coined term, “Global Reset,” several years ago we started talking about what it is—the changeover from your current monetary system, which has no foundation whatsoever, to a system based on precious metals. The transition process will be handled as smoothly as possible to minimize disruption in financial services and anyone whose money has been honestly earned and invested need have no concerns. 

Whoever sets the rules for the world’s banking and lending institutions and interest rates controls the economy. After individuals in Bavaria who felt superior to the masses designated themselves “the Illuminati” and subsequently expanded their influence in all directions, that secret society has applied their rules worldwide. They did so with ease, as long before they came on the scene, the stage had been set by a few rich and powerful families whose greed, ingenuity and ruthlessness gave them economic control. 

Global Reset is a significant step toward ending that centuries-long control. Although the term is not used, its purpose—to stabilize the global economy by putting all currencies on the gold standard—is one of several provisions in NESARA, the acronym for National Economic Security and Reformation Act that was written by some of Earth’s Golden Age master planners in collaboration with evolved residents of Earth. Even today, relatively few people are aware of this United States legislation signed by President Bill Clinton in 2000, because those who knew about it were bound by a “gag order” that he and other Illuminati members of the government imposed. 

After the Act became publicized to some extent via dissemination of information transmitted by off-planet sources to their receivers, the government set up a disinformation Web site—National Economic Stabilization [later changed to Security] and Recovery Act—and incorrect information about NESARA was circulated to mislead people who had heard about it. Never has it been an investment program, nor does it include the delivery of “prosperity packages,” depositing millions of dollars in bank accounts or cancelling legitimate debts. 

The authentic NESARA was to be announced worldwide and go into effect September 12, 2001. To prevent that world-changing event, President George W. Bush and his Illuminati colleagues ordered the infamous betrayal of their country commonly known as “9/11.” That also let them move forward on their pre-planned invasion of Iraq under the “war on terror” banner. 

It would be natural to wonder why a program that has monumental global ramifications began with legislation in the United States. First, NESARA’s provisions had to be framed within your laws; otherwise, it would be a matter of souls from other civilizations imposing their ideas upon the people of Earth, and universal laws prohibit that kind of interference even when it is in the people’s best interests. 

Second, it was imperative that the profound changes the Act contains be implemented first in the United States, because it was the most Illuminati-ridden and the most powerful nation in your world. Although the latter status now shares the spotlight, that government’s actions still heavily influence what happens in many other countries. And it was necessary to act on NESARA’s provision that changes the United States’ corporate status that had been surreptitiously set up by the Illuminati to a republic, as was intended by the colonists who waged the war for independence. 

The Act’s primary economic thrust is something that could not be spelled out in any legislation: legally obtaining the vast wealth that has been illegally and immorally amassed by the Illuminati and using those funds to eliminate impoverishment, which, by and large, is of their creating. Let us cite an example that you may remember from previous messages. The earthquake that devastated Haiti was caused by the Illuminati’s weather control technology; after the quaking subsided, former US presidents Bush and Clinton went there to divert into their own pockets the monies donated for aid and reconstruction. As for the people of Haiti, these six years later they still are living in unsanitary, substandard conditions just as before the earthquake hit, and many residences are makeshift hovels amidst the rubble of destroyed communities. 

The unconscionable disparity between the haves and the have-nots in your world caused an imbalance in Earth’s energy field that must be remedied, and other NESARA provisions also are designed to do that. They cancel debts incurred through IMF loans; end usurious interest rates; topple the privately-owned Federal Reserve System, whose tentacles span the globe, and its collection agency, the IRS; and end the currency trading that has enabled the Illuminati to reap fortunes, and that is where global reset fits in. ***Recently a reader wrote: “I remember last year, or the year before...he [Matthew] said we wouldn’t get the global money exchange till 2017.” That is a considerable misinterpretation of what we said: 

That said, we happily tell you that the decade of delay in your society’s advancement will end in your year 2017, a most propitious timeframe indeed with a celestial window similar to the one during the December 2012 solstice that eased Earth into fourth density. [September 23, 2014] 

After that message went out, numerous readers had questions about that statement, and we want to mention one: Do you mean that no important developments can happen until the end of 2017? Dear brothers and sisters, important developments have been happening ever since Earth embarked on her Ascension course 80-some years ago! However, it is likely that the first development to be unmistakably obvious to your whole world will be Global Reset. This complex process requires the cooperation of a large number of national leaders, and, with ever-rising vibrations, their agreement to proceed could come this year. If not that soon, please don’t be disappointed—an honest, secure foundation for your global economy is on the near horizon. 

The “Panama papers” will lead to another significant economic reform. The international law firm whose records were hacked and released to the media always has acted within the laws that regulate the establishing of shell companies; firms in the United States and other countries that also set up these kinds of companies for their clients are regulated as well. After providing this service, the firms no longer are involved. While it has long been known that many wealthy individuals are using shell companies to hide their money and avoid paying taxes on it, there was no evidence to prove their criminal activity. The Panamanian firm’s files with names of their clients’ companies gave a starting point for the ongoing investigation into the maze of illegal steps taken by the owners to cover their tracks, discoveries that will result in striking down the laws that permit the formation of “shells.” 

“This year I've been receiving a lot of messages from different people about the tithe. I would like to know what Matthew has to say about it.” Giving 10% of one’s income to the church was a Vatican edict that enabled popes and others high in the church hierarchy to live in opulence and parish priests to live comfortably while poverty was the lot of many in the Catholic congregation. Other religions adopted the tithe to build grand churches to “praise God.” Church is not a building, it is each individual’s personal relationship with God; sharing from the heart is godliness, the tithe was devised by man with greed as its taproot. When the peoples realize that Christianity was organized by the heads of church and state to control the masses and enrich themselves and other religions also were corrupted by the infiltration of dark minds, all dogmas will fall by the wayside and the pureness of spirituality will endure. 

“I just heard about this movement for a new world government. Matthew assured us this would never happen!!!!” In many messages we have assured you that the Illuminati never will attain their goal of world domination. Without knowing what this reader heard, all we can say to all of you is, please do not associate a centralized governing body with One World Government or New World Order, two designations for the Illuminati’s global domination plan that includes eliminating most of the population—the “useless eaters,” as attributed to Henry Kissinger. We reassure you, that plan is doomed, because their global network came apart at the seams and the fragments are unraveling. 

Freedom burns in the heart of humankind, yet rarely have Earth’s peoples lived freely. For long ages strongmen increased their landholdings and power by brutal conquest—troops were forced into battle; untold numbers were killed, captured, or sold into slavery; and all except the privileged few lived at bare subsistence level. After governing systems were labeled, the Illuminati made a mockery of democracy by putting ones within their ranks as candidates; rigging elections; and bribing, blackmailing, threatening or assassinating members of governments. They declared what country must be fought to keep us safe from that kind of government or that ideology, and they started civil and international wars. 

Like their forbearers, they thrived on war. By producing and selling weapons, ammunitions and other war machinery to both sides, they profited handsomely. By setting new national borders or simply taking over a country and subjugating its populace, they kept expanding their empire. By infiltrating governments, military forces, intelligence agencies, judicial and economic systems, religions, education, media, commerce, multinational corporations, the medical field, film industry and entertainment venues, eventually they controlled everything that impacts life in your world. By relentlessly creating fear, grief, unjustness and poverty, conditions that produce the energy that fuels them, they have kept your world in their clutches. 

That long sad chapter of your history is nearing its end. It is Gaia’s desire that all peoples of Earth live freely, peaceably, cooperatively across boundaries, across seas, and all share equally in the planet’s natural abundance. In keeping with her desire, the best aspects of your governing philosophies and visionary ideas will be blended into a global system led by individuals with moral and spiritual integrity and whose wise leadership will maintain peace and prosperity. Beloved family, the world you are helping to create in linear time and exists in the continuum—Earth’s Golden Age abloom in all its glory—is grandly flourishing within that benevolent governance. 

“If Light on the planet actually is continually intensifying, why is there still so much random violence? Why aren’t peace talks successful in ending wars?” It is lamentably so that progress in those respects is moving slowly. By and large, this is due to individuals’ resistance to change what they are accustomed to—a belief, policy, tradition, procedure, habit or anything else that is familiar. Let us give an example that you may not have considered as a deterrent to raising the consciousness level and spiritual awareness of your society. 

Some candidates running for office in the United States are pledging adherence to the Constitution, a document compiled when owning slaves was white people’s right and only men were considered capable of voting intelligently. Well before the Bill of Rights granted citizenship to former slaves and permitted women to cast ballots, there was a well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. The second amendment, written about 225 years ago, provided for the young country’s readiness in case the British tried to regain control and arms were muskets. Yet many citizens cite this amendment as their right to have weapons designed for today’s battlefields, and some believe they will need to use those weapons when “… they’re going to declare martial law so they can take our guns away.” Energy generated by those thoughts and feelings not only adds momentum to the proliferation of weapons, it is manifesting a standoff, because it’s conflicting with energy directed toward ending violence and achieving a world at peace. 

By no means is that the only resistance factor, but its deterrence to an awakened society needs to be recognized. What is greatly heartening is, as vibratory levels keep rising, increasingly people will become enlightened and eagerly welcome progressive changes. 

“Would you please be so kind as to ask Matthew about the flat Earth and the firmament as mentioned in the ancient scriptures and also, in the Bible.” We say that individuals who long ago recorded their celestial observations did so without the knowledge that a Solar System with one flat planet amidst the spheres defies universal laws of physics. The belief that Earth is flat gives no credence to your scientific knowledge, and it is the same with the belief that a few thousand years ago God created Earth in six days. 

We also have been asked about the “New Earth,” described as a pristine planet where Light Beings will be transported, while the dark Ones stay on the “first Earth” to continue battling and devastating the environment. Eons ago in linear time the soul Gaia chose to incarnate as a planet, which somewhere along the line came to be called Earth, and she has no intention of abandoning her body or occupying two. Your technology, which has been suppressed and misused by the Illuminati, and the advanced technology that your universal family will bring when they can safely join you, will restore Earth to her original Eden Self. It is her destiny to once again be a healthy, beauteous, peaceful homeland for all of her residents.

Dratzo! Your world is slowly moving toward the divine resolution of the inevitable bankruptcy of USA, Inc. The American regime has managed to forestall the inevitable. Nevertheless, the time has come for the world’s major governmental change to manifest. The amount of guile and plain outright lying has finally run its course. The continued obstinacy to change the American regime can no longer be maintained. Too many governments have left its side. Too many major economies have abandoned its cause. This de facto government is now alone and becoming more isolated by the day from its former friends and long-time allies. The world sincerely intends that it gracefully collapse and be replaced by governance more congenial to the changing nature of a new, growing, and more prosperous economy. This is the hope and intent of a number of possible solutions given freely to this suddenly desperate regime. America now requires a major housecleaning. The old ways are no longer even conceivable. Only a whole new outlook will do. The present American administration is beginning to realize this truth and is seeking a means to achieve this noble end. 

As the former might of America fades into the sunrise of a New Day, a whole New Realm full of excitement and prosperity is currently ready to manifest. Count Saint Germain knew that a major set of events was needed to establish the required foundations for this New Realm. At the opening of this millennium, America was to achieve its greatest false flag and call it “9/11.” America turned on its own people and wiped out many more lives than reported to create a false sense of security for its ruling oligarchy. This security was shattered by the rise in this world of a relentless force that turned America’s “victory” into the object that was to be the main cause for its ultimate undoing. This set of events led to the “RV” and the start of a Global Currency Reset. These things were the heart of a New Financial System. This alone signaled that America’s days as a god-like super power were over. It was to be replaced with a NESARA-born New Governance and an unlimited prosperity. These elements were to embody a New Realm filled with ETs, Agarthans and a new sense of purpose. 

This growth in consciousness was inspired by the arcane work of Heaven. Since the middle of your 1970s, every body guardian was dedicated to the slow but steady growth of consciousness within the heart and soul of surface humanity. This accelerated movement had been inspired by the near collapse of the Sun in the early 1970s. Heaven saw this astrological event as the necessary harbinger for the mission to return its limited consciousness chelas into physical Angels. This operation was to start when a prescribed near-disastrous event occurred. This event was prevented by the sudden and massive intervention of the Federation. Heaven then ordered us to begin an intervention that was to slowly build up till a massive fleet was in place by the beginning of the 1990s. It is this fleet that is to arrive en masse on Gaia’s surface at a set date in the very near future. While all this was happening, your Ascended Masters had commissioned a set of Secret Sacred Societies to complete a process that had been started in the early 1800s. 

These Secret Sacred Societies encountered us when we started to explore the lay of the land in the early 1990s. During this decade we developed camaraderie with several of these groups and began a close relationship, which has presently flowered into a close friendship. Through them we were able to begin to plan a “big picture” scenario to be introduced over the next two decades (1990s to 2010s). Our plan was, with our expertise, to simply support what the Masters and the Agarthans intended. This plan has now led us to the brink of success. The dark cabal is essentially defeated and all that remains is to carefully work out those procedures that can ensure that all is successfully implemented. Once this is done, and the Masters' lessons given, we can set a date for the landings upon your beautiful shores. At that time, we can introduce you to our mentors and begin the final steps to lead you to your personal Crystal Light Chambers! Then, you are to be swiftly trained to successfully live as fully conscious Beings of Light! Hallelujah! Hallelujah! 

Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! A special time has been reached in our long and arduous journey through the dark period of our lives. A New Dawn is coming that was prophesied by Heaven. The Anunnaki are gone and their immoral minions are on the verge of extinction. Only by the grace and mercy of AEON is there to be a glorious Era of the Light. The theme of this moment is the divine progression of the Light as it moves through this divine rhythm of a grand transformation. This transformation brings liberation and a prosperity long hinted at by those who feel the eternal flow of these new rhythms of life. We ask that you remain positive and use these divine moments to plan and ready yourselves for what is to come. We Masters waited millennia for this sacred time. This sacred time is a most special one for you. The key is to remain positive and highly supportive of your vision. This realm is now changing in its own divine time. This is in its ever-expanding natural rhythm. Do not let the rate of this expansion frustrate you. Change is actually taking place! Be aware of this and know in your heart that a new world of freedom and prosperity is opening to you. This new period is taking shape and is being aided by those who have taken your many positive visions and are manifesting them. Hence, it is important that you strengthen these visions by continuing to support them. We Masters start every day with a series of prayers designed to bolster your efforts. Our combined strength is making a difference. Together, let us walk into this New Time and do it by knowing that we are aiding to strengthen the rhythms of this New Time! 

This process of change is really a process of massive transformation. In reality, this operation is a change in how you sincerely perceive this realm. It is for this reason that one is profoundly affected by your vision. Our part in this massive operation is to create and hold positive visions of the new world that we are entering together. This is truly a collective effort. Each of us comprises this magnificent collective. It is our way to positively hold this grand vision. Our sacred associates are taking this spiritual vision and forging its manifestation. You can say that we are holding together the divine blueprint for this objective. Piece by piece this vision is becoming real. Nevertheless it is being done using the new rhythms that we have created and continue to hold together.
