Initial deliveries were deferred until after American Independence Day, due to a conflict between those who wish a truly fast track and others who desire an overuse of prudence in these matters. We anticipate that this promises to be the last of such delays. Most of the fundamental fundings are already in the financial pipeline. The most difficult hurdles have been cleared. We are assured that a strict schedule is to be kept once these first funds arrive at their various destinations. The object is to use these funds to finally terminate the remaining points of power still held by the dark cabal. Therefore, the future fundings are to proceed smoothly and to remove the feelings of frustration that many of you still have. This is a time for prosperity and for a New Financial System to be shown to all. The New Governance is to oversee this and put an end to the greedy autocrats who have been in power over the last few centuries. We ask, therefore, for your continued patience, as we complete these numerous deliveries and oversee the rise of a New Banking and Financial System. There are undoubtedly a few unforeseen kinks that need to be addressed. In any case, all is to be accomplished and this operation is assured of a final success. What is left is for the remaining scenarios to occur and for you to be able to enjoy what is ready to manifest before you. When we first came to this land, we saw how the Anunnaki and their dark minions controlled you. That time is at an end. Ahead is a moment when you can breathe easily and know that the pathway to Full Consciousness is being cleared. Soon, we can directly address you and prepare you for our arrival and, with it, the coming of your mentors. Then you are to see your Crystal Light Chambers in Agartha! 

When all of these dark Beings clear out, then is the moment for you to shine. New NESARA-sponsored initiated governance is to permit you to carry out your various projects. Use this special time to come together and begin to forge a new world, where fear and limitation no longer exist. Use this newfound peace to meet new friends and be able to work with similar projects across this globe. In this fresh mood of cooperation, the Ascended Masters intend to give you several lessons on origins, history and what lies ahead for surface humanity. It is a time when you can live in one reality yet freely communicate with the others. It allows you to be both a marvelous full part of Heaven and to live freely in physicality. You are, in effect, a denizen of all realities. This amazing condition is what awaits after you emerge from your Light Chamber and are properly trained by us. We have lived for this for millennia. We gladly welcome it! 

Your envisioning and deep desire to join us have brought your space family to this present realm. It has gradually permitted you to begin a process that is moving you away from what your former dark masters deeply desired you to become. These reprehensible masters had exceeded the time bequeathed by Heaven for their rule. We were inserted into this unholy mix to prevent their success. The dark was stopped and, even though they are still powerful to you, their abilities are being vastly reduced. As Heaven deeply infuses it with its sacred decrees, this realm is quickly turning to Light. You are now to watch as Heaven’s long set of scenarios starts to manifest and alter this dark realm forever. We are blessed by what is happening. Dratzo! Something wonderful is getting ready to happen! The millennia-old world of the dark cabal is falling apart. The vote to exit Britain from the European Union is a visible part of what is occurring around this world. The dark has been reeling in secret for the past few months, as the ones who desire a New Realm to be put together have constructed agreements and organizations to “bring in the New”. This has forged a new Global Reset of the world’s currencies, which are to be backed universally with gold or silver. The dark’s stock markets and bourses are dropping in value, as these new financial instruments, such CIPS, BRICS and AAIB, take effect. These are to replace old organizations like SWIFT and the IMF. The time for a formal reckoning has come at last! Soon, you are to see the core of the leadership of the old financial and government systems publicly arrested and sent off to a well-deserved isolation. In this mode, they can no longer interfere with, or in some odd way delay, this new system as it globally comes to the fore. This, marvelously, is just the beginning of even more events that are destined to radically reshape your realm! 

These things require New Governance. Decades ago, NESARA was born and sequestered until the world was truly prepared to transform. The New Banking System needs a series of welcome regulations to be ready to change for the better. This structure needs, as well, a new international means to conduct its daily business and freely transfer vast sums from one part of this reality to another. This structure is CIPS (Cross-Borders Inter-Bank Payment System). It is now intermingling with SWIFT to offer an international system designed to end the gross interferences of the past that caused unnecessary delays and questionable stalling of larger financial transactions. The new organization, to replace the post-war IMF, is to be both the BRICS group and the AIIB (Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank). In this way, the onerous loans formerly forced on the world by the IMF can at last be corrected. These things are, in reality, a beginning for establishing a financial system by which prosperity is spread internationally and new governance can pop up like wildflowers. 

This prosperity is to be accomplished in a number of ways. The most important is the benefit accrued by those who have spent time in preparing for the coming of this New Currency Re-evaluation. It is also to be spread by ending the great burdens that governments and banks have imposed on the peoples of the world’s various nations. These odd taxes, loans and impositions are to be both lifted and repaid by many governments and banks. In addition, all the odd fees long used by banks are either to be dispensed with or limited to more sensible transactions. You are shortly to live in a realm that freely allows you to administer and use those monies that you are to possess. Selamat Jarin! Your world is quickly preparing for a surprise that is to truly shock all! The Light has been forced to wait for the proper time in which to strike. At present, the dark and its main minions associated with the regime known as USA, Inc. have been given a certain degree of leeway. This has allowed them to engage in some skullduggery on a global scale. The Light is prepared to conclude this odd part of your history. The dark believes that the Light is incapable of launching the type of massive counterattack required to put a quick end to their shenanigans. 

Meanwhile, our fleet has been ordered by Heaven to do exactly that. In our case, it is to be surreptitious, which is covered by the joint actions of a number of friendly military forces. These joint actions have previously been able to limit the reach of the dark’s sponsored terrorist forces. The aim is to eventually cut off and finally debilitate those dark elements that seek to maintain instability in some areas on your globe. Meanwhile, the Light is readying its attacks that are to finally take down USA, Inc. and its numerous allies. 

The funds that have been carefully secured and properly registered are now ready to be delivered to you at the right moment. These projects have taken much longer than were previously anticipated. The dark’s degree of infiltration of the banks and their many associated elements were in fact much greater than at first surmised by our earthly allies. The key to this is the vast growth in your consciousness. This one element has made you more able to support the Light and its numerous actions to end the power of the dark and its minions on this surface realm. This point has become the primary action. Permitting the NESARA governance to come to power is truly essential to our success. On this matter, we have sent out our liaisons to confer daily with our allies and put together a jointly sponsored action that is now on the very verge of success. A number of actions are taking place that promise us the much-desired point of final success. The dark has been a most elusive enemy. It has created delays that we initially believed impossible. Dratzo! Much is now happening behind the scenes. The dark’s main henchmen are dying. The former arrogance of this group of humanity is quickly fading and being replaced by a feeling that their long rule is truly over. In its place is to be a time of the Light and the sudden emergence of their former charges, Gaia’s surface humanity! The historians from Agartha’s inner depths are now documenting your rise to power with much fanfare. Even your Ascended Masters are happy about what is currently happening to you. While frustrating to you, these are times when you are finally permitted to cast off the shackles of powerlessness and begin to resume your former lives. These possibilities have brought us to your shores with a mission filled with much hope and great inner joy. It is this heavenly operation that allows the many Ascended Masters to address you shortly and end a manipulation of facts espoused by both the Anunnaki and their former minions. The immediate time, moreover, is to be the first great harbinger of this new time of Light. 

Be aware of the increasing signs that point to your new time of growing power. Hidden across your globe are monuments that speak of a different past than you now think of as true. The dark told its minions to hide this evidence and use its numerous abilities to make you believe in another set of gross lies to cover up these essential truths. We have seen how this was so skillfully handled by these well-taught minions. Yet, truths remained in the places where the Agarthans had just as skillfully left them many millennia ago. Their existence was hinted at in numerous ancient texts, and in more recent esoteric works that described what these things really were. The dark used its powers to murder many soothsayers and to coerce many more to remain silent about what they really knew. These hidden truths are shortly to burst forth and aid the Ascended Masters in their own great revelations. The aim of this formerly hidden wisdom is to explain who and what you truly are! 

This is a time in which the secrets of the past are to become public information for all. When the so-called Golden Ages are looked at seriously, it becomes obvious that a number of currently unknown civilizations were the key to what then occurred. In fact, most students of these ancient times refer to these various elements simply as “civilizations zero.” Much has been uncovered about these ancient sites — amazing places where a most remarkable attempt at society first began. A number of your archaeologists see this as being from 8,000 to 15,000 years ago. This puts these sites between the end of the so-called Ice Age and the time of the biblical global flood. We mention all of this to tie it together with the many myths and legends that seem to verify facts about these ancient sites. We fully intend to use these facts to explain connections between your ancestors and ourselves. These sites were an amalgam of energies between the Anunnaki overlords and their latter attempts to forge societies where you were at the mercy of these dark-inspired demigods. 

Our initial purpose was to observe and record for posterity what actually happened. It was to be an excellent primer for the new Ascended Masters. Much of your history from the time of the destruction of Atlantis and the following period of about a thousand years is mainly unrecorded. Nevertheless, Heaven has retained Akashic records. All of this is to be used to give you a special set of histories to better understand your unique relationship with Gaia and the Agarthans. Each of you has Soul records that need to be looked over by your mentor and by you. You need to fully know the links between each life and these ancient times. This is why the dialogue between you and your mentor is to take months to complete. Many other factors are to be covered as well. We see these exchanges as a means for you to uncover a number of unresolved energies that are to be disposed of, and to be able to set the stage for the move to your personal Crystal Light Chamber. You can begin to see why these are to be exciting moments for all! 

Hosanna! We are your Ascended Masters! We come to you with a very sacred pledge. Together, let us create a world filled with Love, Light, and especially prosperity. It is often falsely said by humanity that the brightest goals are impossible. On this day, our magnificent associates have released a tremendous amount of funds. Let these monies be the harbinger of a great endless “Age of Light.” Let them also be the bearer of an epoch that is to bring this great orb a change in how it is to be organized. Let each “ecozone” and each species be lovingly connected to Gaia and to each one of you. We are with the magic of Heaven to return en masse to the reason we first came to these many wondrous lands. This solar system is a divine test bed for what you are to accomplish with our help. Together, some incredible events are to move in great joy across this reality. You hold in your hands an array of countless abilities. These are at present to be drawn upon and a wondrous promise is at last to be envisioned! This is to bring you in union with your wondrous cousins, the Agarthans! 

You are a part of humanity that stretches across this Galaxy and is found in spots in many other parts of physicality. You are to be spiritually reunited with these energies as you resume the promised guardianship of this Solar System. Heaven instructs us as to how to proceed. Use what is now occurring as the starter for making yourselves spiritually and divinely powerful. Bring your wondrous Light to this task. Be able to take your gifts and transform this great realm back into what we first together discovered some 900,000 yearons ago. You are a great people that were thrust on a learning curve of enlightenment and this time of development is now to be transformed into one of divine actions. Dratzo! In our last report, we briefly mentioned one of the eight sideshows being used by the dark cabal to maintain a degree of chaos in your realm. These dire sets of circumstances all have solutions, which many on your world are busily pursuing. The dark is watching as those who intend to move this globe into a much safer and sane reality work their magic on each of Gaia’s six major continents. These numerous “heroes” are paving the way for a whole series of policies, which are eventually to bring together your surface world’s people. Adding to this set of emerging programs is the rise of a New Banking and Financial System. When the New Prosperity is added to this, a bright future begins to emerge. The dark cabal is in virtual panic about its fizzling well-laid plans. The dark had wished to spring a series of small violent incidents that were to be expanded into a number of growing wars. This, as you know, has not happened. Instead, the dark sees that their delays were only a small hindrance to what is currently happening. In a short time, a New Reality is poised to manifest, which is the transition to your move to Full Consciousness. 

We are very proud of how you are accepting the vast changes that are at present barely appearing around you. Soon, the many funding programs that are to change your world are set to emerge. At the end of the 19th and 20th centuries, a number of incredible inventions started to appear and were ridiculed by the dark's newspapers and magazines. Shortly after that, these initial discoveries disappeared. During the course of the 20th century, many such devices were likewise “stolen" and then sequestered by the cabal. A gradual reversal of this process is now ready to occur. Already, a number of people have come forward with “rediscoveries”. These devices are a precursor to what is to come. In your world there are many remarkable individuals who are slowly creating the basis for a New Science founded upon the advanced consciousness that is quickly altering your physical selves. This cat-and-mouse game of stop/start is related to the concern of the ancient families and royals over the sudden way that the oligarchs strike and how they too often disregard whatever they have agreed to. This wariness is thus reflected in the odd way funds have moved over the past few weeks. We have sincerely questioned these tactics and suggested alternative methods for countering this continued distrust of the way this process is to conclude. In any case, you are to eventually receive your initial funds and are to see the downfall of the rulers who compose their many defacto regimes. In fact, let it be known that the farcical false flags in both Paris and Brussels are just ways used by the dark to show that its days of manipulating you are not over. At present, the special historic bonds have been moved and accounted for. The world is ready for a new currency that is much more fairly accounted for and truly represents the real value of each nation’s economy. Added to this, there is the final worldwide movement of gold into secure depositories that makes it easy for every nation’s currency to be gold-backed. This operation was somewhat held up as numerous security procedures had to be met and the gold properly secured. 

The Ancient Families and Royals demanded that special operations agreed upon earlier were carried out as directed. These things are currently being done and special measures timing is in effect. This means that deliveries are in process and soon funds are to be in accounts of those who were previously scheduled to receive these monies at the start of the various humanitarian projects. The final steps are to be handled by a joint partnership between the Agarthans, the Ascended Masters and us. To this end, a vast set of Crystal Light Chambers has been constructed throughout Agartha. As always, this process is made more complex by the fact that the dark cabal fully realizes what is now happening across this globe. The forces of the Light are using the edge gained by the actions of its allies and associates to force this cabal from power. Long ago, when their Anunnaki masters were overlords of this surface world, such activities, as we are presently proceeding with, were of course impossible. These dark oligarchs were not counting on what a number of grievous mistakes brought them. They are on the verge of a great downfall, which is to give you a New Time filled with freedom, prosperity and a rising responsibility to maintain this glorious system. This operation has taken longer than was first expected. This is due in part to the remaining abilities of these devious fiends. Their coming destruction spells the final end to a cover-up that has kept us from interacting on the scale we originally wished for. They used this cover-up to create a secret governance, which almost defeated the intentions of Heaven. 

This power was initially something we had to secretly overcome in order to carry out Heaven’s sacred decrees. It was a most difficult task, since we were unable to use a number of strategies that we had been able to employ in many previous off-world scenarios against the dark. This time was one where most of you did not fully comprehend why we were here and why we had come in such great numbers. Thus, we needed to adopt a number of processes through our liaisons to win over those of the Light who had long opposed the tactics of the dark. These many secret organizations were watched over by your Ascended Masters who mostly resided in the Inner Earth realm of Agartha. The Agarthans frankly used their broad influence to allow us to gain a number of confidences. These were vital in putting us in the position that we are in today. We thank those of the Light who enabled us to come here and set up programs that are currently leading to your grand victory.
