What is Ascension?

by Sandra Walter

Ascension is not about leaving the planet, getting rescued by off-world brethren or flying up into heaven.

It is not about watching the Shift unfold online, or waiting for the external world to provide evidence of inner change.

Ascension is a conscious choice to engage in evolution.

When consciously activated, the Ascension process affects every aspect, level and layer of a person’s beingness. The physical, emotional, mental, egoic and spiritual structures undergo acute transformation, evolving to meet the demands of a higher level of consciousness.

The Awakening Phenomenon is one of the more impressive effects of the Shift. Amidst the external changes – political, social, financial, spiritual, solar and planetary - people encounter profound internal change due to the ascending frequencies. This heightened awareness returns wisdom, knowledge and a connection to divine aspects of the Self which had been dormant for thousands of years.

Planetary Ascension is a change in frequency

Dimensions are based on vibration. Each dimension has a range of frequencies which create the reality or experience within that dimension. Anything living on a planet must resonate with the vibrational level of that planet (or higher) or it cannot exist in that reality. As the frequency of the Earth changes, everything on her surface is affected by this increase in frequency.

Ascension Guidance for activation, integration and acceleration

Integration is vital to achieving a permanent state of higher consciousness. In the Ascension process, it is essential to clear and retrain the lower emotional, egoic and mental constructs which block higher states of consciousness. This frees the True Self to do what it came here to do; awaken and embody a unique expression of Source.

Reliance on external modalities, channels and old paradigm New Age methods has limited the awakening process for quite a few people. Many are now ready to take on the task of Self-empowerment, REactivate their Divine HUman state and achieve Crystalline consciousness.

Incredible possibilities for Earth and Humanity

The Shift, jump time, evolutionary upgrades in consciousness and the Ascension process have been discussed for years in spiritual circles, and for millennia in ancient cultures. Waves of unique cosmic energy have been surging through our Galaxy for decades, and the window of amplification has arrived.

It isn’t the end of the world. It is the beginning of a new paradigm, and big change is typically rough. The Shift is a shift in consciousness; a dramatic change in the parameters by which we experience reality. The physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and dimensional changes which are occurring here have never been experienced before. It is a fantastic time to be here and experience evolution first-hand.

How do I ascend? Won’t it happen to me anyway?

Each dimension has a range of frequencies which create the structure for experiencing a certain kind of reality. Third dimensional reality is the lowest density (frequency) which a human expression of consciousness may experience. There are many side effects of the old 3D reality, including the illusion of linear time, the inability to perceive higher dimensions, and spiritual amnesia where the memory of past lives, experiences in other dimensions, and connection to the rest of the Universe is forgotten. All of that is changing during the Shift. This is why the phenomenon of awakening is so widespread; we are waking up from the amnesia of 3D and reconnecting with higher dimensional consciousness.

Apocalypse and the planet

Anything which desires to experience life on a planet must resonate with the vibrational level of that planet in order to exist within the parameters of that reality. The frequency of the Earth has been increasing, and continues to rise, which means everything in, on and around her surface is affected. Higher frequency always overpowers the lower vibrations.

As the parameters for 4D reality dissolve, the planet supports the experience of a higher dimension. This change in dimensional structure is becoming very apparent to the awakened. Apocalypse means lifting of the veil – the unveiling of higher dimensions which were once hidden by the density of 3D reality.

The HUman Ascension process

HUmans are unique; our DNA hold the codes for all life in this Universe, an expression of Creator consciousness embodied (Creator-in-carnate) in HUman (God-man) expression. Your primary responsibility in this game of amnesia is to wake up and remember who you are as a divine HUman. The Ascension process is the transformation of the physical body, light body and the consciousness which animates it, in order to hold a higher vibrational state. Your higher self is merging with your lower dimensional self after a very long separation in the 3D experience.

In order for your body to be capable of holding that higher frequency, it must transform into a crystalline-based cellular structure. DNA which has been dormant must be activated. Our consciousness must be expanded beyond the boundaries of habitual 3D/4D existence. It is physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually challenging, and it is quite amazing. Medical impossibilities are popping up all over the globe. Not everyone has chosen to awaken in this lifetime, nor do they have to awaken. There are many factors involved in experiencing the Ascension process, and we are all here to play out the Shift in our own way.

The changes will affect your lifestream

Severe weather and climate change are imminent due to the drastic reduction of the magnetosphere and magnetic shifts in the Earth itself. Global warming is simply an affect of the collapse of the astral planes of consciousness as we go through the Shift. There is less protection between us and the Sun, and that is fine.

Mother Earth is a very patient conscious entity with a long and diverse history. This window of evolution coincides with many galactic alignments, some of which only occur in million and billion year cycles. Galactic cycles are very long, and the experiences of other off-world races, systems and galaxies depend upon the raising of Earth’s frequency. It’s a bit like being the weakest link – other games cannot be played until this density is upgraded.

Earth is constantly balancing magnetics as 3D dissolves from the collective reality. The doom timeline – a complete destruction of everything on her surface – has been eliminated thanks to the amount of awakened consciousness on the planet. She is heavily influenced by the collective consciousness, and millions have been connecting with her to smooth the transition during the Shift.

It is a process which requires participation

The dimensional split between a 3D/4D version of Earth and an ascending 5D version (the New Earth) began in August of 2011. Our planet ascended to 5D on December 12, 2012. This means a platform for the new experience of the return to the true HUman genome is provided. Kindwhile, HUmanity is able to transition from the 4D platform we currently experience to the 5D platform. Eventually, the lower 4D expression of Earth will drop out of existence.

We now have a holographic platform for a 4D experience as the collective awakens and chooses to ascend to 5D Earth in waves of Ascension, beginning in 2015. We do not know how long the 4D platform will be available. Whether it is 2 years or 200 years, the inevitable Shift is well underway.

Evolution is evolution; the entire planet and all of her residents are experiencing the Shift, regardless of their awareness of it. Ascension is a conscious process which requires a choice to engage with the unknown, in order to experience something brand new. It is a remarkable, challenging and rewarding process which frees the Self from perceived limitations.

Your physical bodies begin to activate your DNA/RNA codes

Message from Hilarion for January 26 - February 2, 2014

Beloved Ones,

Many of you will feel heat within your body, as your physical bodies begin to activate your DNA/RNA codes. This can be a rather uncomfortable period for you, so it is important to stay well hydrated and well rested.

Trust that all is well and that you are being cared for by your etheric guides, as you go through this process. Listen to your guidance and do whatever is suggested. This process is the beginning of an accelerated transformation that will leave behind all former limitations. The past will fade away and dissolve as you learn to live in the present moment. This will facilitate a greater clarity of mind and an inner knowing that there has been a shift in your perceptions and you will start to regain your divine abilities in whatever way is unique to you. We, your guides and team members assist in many ways to help you on the next step of your journey. You are never alone, Dear Ones, for we walk with you during the intense and irreversible changes that are now beginning.

You have come to this point because of your deep desire to fulfill the destiny that you have chosen as your contribution to the Divine Plan. This destiny is now beginning to unfold at greater speed and you will marvel at how far you have come in a short space of time. The cells of your being are being regenerated and rejuvenated and you will feel cyclic waves of energy come from within you, which can cause periods of dizziness. Remain calm, breathe deeply and stay in a state of peaceful allowance to the new sensations that fill and surround you. There is much recalibration that is taking place within your human operating system and your morphogenic field. This will probably scramble your meridian flows of energy temporarily, but will rebalance. You will have many episodes of sleepiness and drowsiness, as you are attuned to ever higher frequencies as they come in.

Look to the heavenly alignments as they herald the changes that are taking place upon and within your planet and within yourselves. All is moving at a faster rate and linear time is followed only because of the instruments and devices that have been created previously. It is a time to connect to the Source within you on a regular basis in order that you receive the guidance that is needed and that you stay on track with your own divine timing. Everyone has their own inner clock and this is now in the process of being finely tuned, so it is important to follow your intuitive promptings, as this is where true guidance flows through. All of life is awakening to levels of being that have been dormant for eons.

Those who are attuned to the higher frequencies are in alignment with the many changes that are occurring and as such provide the role of catalyst wherever they may go. As they move about their daily lives, they activate the awakening codes for the people around them, known or unknown. As conduits of the cosmic energies, these ones radiate this from their field of energy and it touches everyone and ignites their own individual process. It is most important that these change agents stay balanced in their every thought, word and deed, as this can have impact upon others around them. This is a great responsibility, as one comes into awareness that you are in such a role upon the planet.

Stay uplifted, balanced and in a state of joy, as this helps to keep a harmonious balance to those energies that come forth through others, as the cleansing process continues. This is your role as light beacons and most of you have learned how to bring yourselves back into alignment quickly. Clear your energies each day before you venture out and again after you come home. Clear and balance each of your chakras, so that your vital force is flowing unimpeded at all times. If thoughts appear in your consciousness that tend to bring your focus and energy down, learn to automatically change them to more life enhancing and affirming ones. The days of owning your own power are now upon you.

Until next week…

I AM Hilarion

Your Personal Sacred Geometry

by Archangel Michael Channelled through Natalie Glasson for 7 August 2013

Multi-coloured rainbows of Light from the Angelic Kingdom pour into your being and surroundings creating pockets of joy, bliss and divinity to inspire the same to activate within your being. The Angelic Kingdom are extremely present at this time upon the Earth, our energies are assisting and supporting in building a new energetic fabric and foundation for the Earth and humanity, but we are especially assisting in enthusing the consciousness of humanity with vibrations of truth from our souls. If you are able to consciously link into our vibrations of truth transmitting into the general consciousness of humanity, you may find yourself being deeply inspired with vibrant information and new exciting insights allowing you to gaze upon yourself and reality with fresh eyes.

Never before has so much wisdom from the Angelic Kingdom been shared so openly and poured into the consciousness of humanity. The bond between the Earth and the inner planes, humanity and light beings is enhancing, as separation and illusions pour away. Many of you are now able to receive our wisdom, understanding the truth and inspiration we are sharing, being able to transfer the knowledge you receive into action and experiences on the Earth. As this occurs more regularly, separation and illusions will give way to truth, inspiration and high vibrational consciousness equaling that of the Angelic Kingdom.

During meditation you can be of service to yourself and to humanity by calling upon the multi-coloured rainbows of light from the Angelic Kingdom to surround you completely, breathing this light deeply into all aspects and parts of your being.

Imagine or create a symbol of your own consciousness, you may sense that your consciousness extends from your soul but you may wish to include your mental body, as an interpreter and transmitter of your consciousness. Imagine, sense or acknowledge the multi-coloured rainbows of light flowing into your soul consciousness, your mental body and mind.

Imagine the consciousness of humanity; you may visualize it as a cloud that hovers above all of humanity, flowing into their beings. As you breathe deeply, imagine that the multi-coloured rainbows of light are flowing into the consciousness of humanity, settling and drifting into their entire beings.

With each of these processes you are opening up to the energies of the Angelic Kingdom. Say out loud, ‘I open myself as a divine receiver and channel of the multi-coloured rainbows of light of the Angelic Kingdom, connecting with and receiving the sacred truth, inspiration and high vibrational consciousness of the Angelic Kingdom. Support me in interpreting the wisdom and insights in the most perfect way to further assist my Ascension process. Let it be so.’

The more that you connect into the energies of the Angelic Kingdom you will notice your own energy vibrations accelerating to equal the vibration and light frequency of the Angelic Kingdom.

Our purpose of anchoring light into your being and inspiring you to exist beyond separation and illusions is to encourage deep awakenings and activations within your being. Your entire being is already transforming in numerous exciting ways especially with the influence of the new energies now anchoring as you have consciously moved into a cycle of love and experience of the Creator’s vibrations.

Throughout the entire year of 2013 your vibrations are soaring, but you are also undergoing a process of stabilizing within your energies, which is in preparation for magnificent activations to occur within your being, which will transform you in many ways beyond recognition. Your body and energies are akin to an alarm clock waiting to sound. Once it is the perfect time and your alarm begins to sound, deep activations within your being will occur. There can be over a thousand major activations and energetic shifts waiting to erupt from within your being. This will be your body, energy and soul adjusting itself to align as and with the divinity of the Creator.

It is possible that even your physical body will alter, the way that you eat, the functions and even the appearance of your body could alter drastically. Your perspectives may alter as your consciousness and mind link into all dimensions of the Creator’s universe; you will also be able to receive and transmute abundant volumes of light allowing you to exist as a power source. In many ways you are a species known as humanity which is developing into a new species upon the Earth that is significantly more at one with the Creator.

Due to the transitions that are and will occur especially at a physical level, we remind you of letting go of attachments particularly to your reality, appearance, perspectives and desires. It is your soul that you can rely upon to offer you feelings of familiarity, security, protection and unconditional love.

All shifts and activations will come from within your being and will sometimes ripple through your chakras as powerful emanating light. With the presence of the Angelic multi-coloured rainbows of light and due to the divine timing of the Creator, a beautiful activation is occurring or can be invoked from within your being. The activation of your personal sacred geometry, this is the sacred geometry of your soul, akin to powerful symbols of light that ignite further awakening remembrance and illumination within your being. The sacred geometry flows through your chakras but especially your heart chakra. The more that you can encourage and focus upon your chakras being cleansed, healed and illuminated in and by light, the easier it will be for your soul’s sacred geometry to flow through your chakras.

It may be that only a few symbols flow forward, entering into your conscious being upon the Earth through a certain chakra that denotes and enthuses their energies and purpose. Each person’s experience may be different, as the soul will bring forward, whether you are aware or not, sacred geometry symbols which will form almost as an imprint or structure within your chakras and auric field to aid the development of your divine purpose upon the Earth. This process is extremely powerful, as it is akin to a new map or directions being given to guide you forward upon your Divine Path. The symbols will also offer strength where and when it is needed, increasing your light quotient and energetic vibration. They will also awaken a new cycle in your spiritual growth that is greater aligned to your soul.

It is not required for you to be conscious of this activation process occurring within you, but it is a breath-taking experience if you choose to be conscious with patience, inviting these powerful aspects and tools from your soul to unite with your entire being, thus creating a further merge of soul with all expressions of self. You can invoke this process to accelerate your spiritual Ascension.

‘Archangel Michael and the Angels of Ascension, I call upon you to surround and bathe me in your multi- coloured rainbows of light, support and protect me as I move through this most beautiful and enlightening stage of my ascension process. Assist the light of the Angelic Kingdom to move through my chakras creating a process of cleansing, healing and purification. I connect deeply into my soul and invite my soul with divine timing to transmit its most appropriate sacred geometry symbols or patterns through the most appropriate chakra or chakras within my being. Assist and support me in being conscious of this deep awakening process occurring within me, so that I may be able to view, sense and acknowledge the sacred geometry of my soul, understanding its meaning and purpose to aid my ascension process and my purpose at this time on the Earth. I allow the activation of my soul’s sacred geometry to begin and unfold within my being. Let it be so.’

You may find that you are able to draw the sacred geometry of your soul, furthering the process of conscious awareness of yourself and soul. It is also likely that one of the symbols that comes forth is a symbol of physical body renewal, transformation and divine alteration which will assist in what I spoke of at the beginning of this communication.

With joyous support from the Angelic Kingdom,

Archangel Michael
