Greetings, I am Mira. 

Most of you know I am working full time with the Earth Council and have been doing this for about five years now. 

We are in lively times in our Ascension process with you and the Earth. We have big priorities that we have to shift regularly. As soon as we resolve certain problems, other issues appear. This is the way Ascension works. It is a step by step process. I am here to remind you that we are progressing. 

Remarkable breakthroughs are occurring within, upon and around the planet. We are a part of an astounding team from the Light Alliance and all of the Galactics. You are a part of this team. We respect and love you for all that you are doing. 

It is necessary to stay as Light filled and grounded as possible. The dark forces would like to de-rail the process, but this will not work. We are aware of every thought, move and deed. We are ahead of them. There is no way they can win. They might as well hold up a white flag and surrender. However, we know they don’t think that way. They want to fight until the finish. 

I am telling you this, so that you remain a vigilant ground crew full of appropriate words, thoughts and deeds. Please do not let your anger get the best of you. We understand how shocking their behavior is to you and that you would never behave the way they do. This is part of the final release of Duality. You will have learned what you could from the contrast. 

These are challenging energies. As this channel has told you, the process is working. Make the best of every situation to bring in more Light. In fact, your primary role right now is to transfigure the Light. Your Light magnifies with all of the other Lights and exponentially expands the Light on the Earth. 

If the energies appear to be choppy, it is because you are clearing out that what is no longer necessary or appropriate for you or the planet. I will say that your plants and animals are faring quite well with this process. The human ego is struggling for most, but is beginning to take a lesser role in the lives of humanity. 

Soon, you will find there will not be any need for fear of survival for all of your needs will be met way beyond measure. This is the way your life on Earth was designed to be, but the planet took a turn for the worse. There is a correction process already in place. Most of you will be very happy when you no longer have to live like you have for many, many years. 

Together we are accomplishing much for the Ascension process. When this is over, you will be able to reflect upon the huge achievements we will have made. You will see how you will be called ‘the professional ground crew’ and you will be pleased. 

We are grateful to you, love and stand among you in loving yourselves and the Earth free.

The frequencies seem to be rising every day

Message from the Arcturians via Suzanne Lie 

Beloved ones, we are the Arcturians. 

We are here to begin our process of sharing with you the energetic weather reports. As you know the energy fields on Gaia have been extremely intense, and the frequencies seem to be rising every day. However, simultaneously, there are other places, situations and people where the frequencies seem to be getting lower. This is because as the frequency gets higher, there are people who are dropping out. 

This doesn't mean that these people will not be able to continue their Ascension process, but it means instead that sometimes our beloved Galactics and Celestials wearing human forms need some time to rest. Some of you need to just stop and be still, take a vacation, do only what you want to do, be with friends, travel, be in nature, write, sing, dance - whatever brings joy in your life. 

This is so important, because even when you are sitting still, it is working very hard. Your body has to adapt to higher and higher frequencies of Light. As this higher Light is moving into your pineal gland, it is going into your endocrine system and moving through all of your Chakras. As the higher frequency light moves into the endocrine system of all of your chakras, you begin to have a different bio-chemical mix, so to speak. 

Another thing that is occurring is that time is becoming increasingly confusing. This confusion is because as you are moving into your fifth-dimensional consciousness you are beginning to remember how it is to live in the NOW. Hence, you get so involved in the NOW of what you are doing, thinking or being, that you lose all track of time. 

Then you look back and say, "Oh look, I've wasted all of this time." We want you to know that there is no wasting of time. We want you to know that it is vital that you allow yourself to surrender into your true SELF, surrender into your fifth-dimensional SELF that resonates to the One of the NOW. 

Speaking of resonance, we see that many of you have begun to feel the kundalini merging its way up your spine and undulating up and down. Within that kundalini your Lightbody is getting ready to flash forward. Now, we will not give you a time for this, because time is an illusion of the third-dimension. 

You already have a Lightbody in your fifth-dimensional self. When you are serving on the Starships, you are primarily serving in your Lightbody. However, the Lightbody that you are wearing while in your fifth-dimensional state of consciousness does not look the same as a Lightbody you may perceive while you are in a third-dimensional state of consciousness. 

If you perceive a Lightbody, in other worlds, but you are in third or fourth dimensional consciousness, it will be something that is almost beyond your perceptions. So therefore, it will look like a flash of Light. It will be a bit blurry, and you may not see details like fingers, toes, noses or eyes. You might just see a large being of Light. 

However, if you are also wearing a fifth-dimensional body of Light, you will perceive that body in much greater detail. In fact, you can see all of the details of that being. You can see their face, their arms, their body, and you can feel that they resonate to this fifth-dimensional Light just like you do. 

It is very difficult to accurately perceive a reality that is beyond your state of consciousness. You might be able to perceive it with your imagination, which is really your fifth-dimensional thought, for a bit of your time. But you will quickly become tired, as your third-dimensional brain is not programmed for that type of perception. 

Now, more and more of you, our beloved ones wearing Earth vessels, are beginning to awaken to your higher perceptions. You are beginning to see with your clairvoyance, hear with your clairaudience, and feel with your clairsentience. 

Therefore, you are able to see beings of Light that you have not been able to see before. However, until you have become accustomed to perceiving that frequency, you may still have difficulties perceiving, acknowledging and recognizing the details of these perceptions. 

It is much like using an old, crystal radio to try to receive a high-speed transmission from outer space. That radio would not be able to receive it and if it did it at all, it would not be very clear. That is what is occurring with you now. Just be patient and allow yourself to perceive the higher realities in whichever manner they come to you. 

Remember that belief and perception are best friends. If you can believe, "I am perceiving a Starship," then you have given yourself permission to imagine that you are actually seeing a Starship. In fact, you can't see that Starship, unless you use your fifth-dimensional imagination, or your clairvoyance, or you might hear it with your clairaudience. You may just know that the Starship is there with your clairsentience. 

Sometimes you will look up into the sky and see a star and say, "No, that is more than just a star. I know inside me that it's more than a star. I can feel it. I can feel it in my heart. I can see it in my Third Eye. I can even imagine myself on that ship. Oh, NOW I can remember that dream I had not too long ago. 

I don't remember many details of that dream. I just remember talking to someone who was definitely not human. Even if they were Pleiadian, they were clearly not human. They looked like human, but they did not feel like human. They did not talk like human. In fact, they didn't talk at all. We just spoke with our minds. 

Then I tried so hard to bring that back to my physical self as I was awakening. I could hold it for just a few minutes, and then it was gone. All I could remember was that, "I think I might have had an experience last night, but I can't remember any of it." 

Don't worry, practice makes perfect. More and more, you will be able to acknowledge that you visit us on a regular basis. You will also be able to acknowledge that we visit you. Now, we don't visit you in that we would lower our high frequency bodies down to the density of your world except for short periods of time. 

When we do visit your frequency, very often we wear special suits that help us to maintain our own inner frequency. If you were to go to the bottom of the ocean, you would wear a special suit, because you would need that assistance to live in such a different environment. 

In the same manner, we also often need assistance to be able to spend much of your time in your low frequency of reality. Also we know how to project, what they used to call it in the third and fourth dimensions, of the glimmer of magic. 

Actually, we know how to create a thoughtform around us. Therefore, you see that thought form that we have created. We are not trying to fool you at all, but we don't want to frighten you. We do want you to know that we are among you, and we walk with you much more than you can imagine. 

Now again, we are going to touch down and walk with you a while, then go back up to our ships and into our innate higher frequency. But it is good for us to lower ourselves even though we have to make special preparations, because then we can really understand what you, our dear grounded ones, have to go through every day. We also want you to know that we are here and we will be more and more visible. 

So, just relax and believe that we are real. Remember, what you can believe you can perceive and what you can perceive you can believe. 

Know that we perceive every one of you, and we send you all Light. We are also sending Light to all of humanity, especially to those who are lost. Fortunately, there are many who are awakening from the members of the lost ones. We are very happy to share that information with you. 

Well, see you on our Ship. We will return soon (within your illusion of time) to transmit another Energetic Weather Report.

Steve Beckow: 
At the end of his speech in Sedona on Wednesday at 4:00 p.m., Mike Quinsey gave an impromptu message from SaLuSa. Mike did not give it as SaLuSa speaking directly, but as Mike reporting what SaLuSa was saying to him. 

Mike Quinsey: 
“Thank you, dear ones, for coming to Sedona. I’m speaking for SaLuSa, who wants to say that they’re more than grateful for people coming to Sedona. You’ve created much more Light than previously, which will go around the Earth and help to speed up evolution around the planet. 

The forces on the motherships and other craft are so near to us now. They’re monitoring everything that goes on around the Earth. The consciousness levels have never been as high as they are now and when they reach critical mass there’ll be an explosion of Light on the Earth. 

They want us not to make the extraterrestrials superior in any way. They come as equals and when they come we’ll have a great celebration. They’ll continue to be with us after Ascension. They want us to become part of their plans for the future and they have a lot to offer us and will lift us into the higher levels they have described. 

They want us to meet them without fear. When they’ve come to the Earth, they haven’t done anything that would harm us or put people in a place of fear. But they do realize that the dark ones have always set about to bring us fear of their presence. 

They want us to evolve very quickly, so that they can bring us the benefits of technology. The Sirians want to meet the Sirians among us, the Pleiadians, the Pleiadians, and so forth. After Ascension some of us will get the opportunity to return to our planets. It’s a choice we’ll make. Our real families are extraterrestrial, which we left when we volunteered to come to this plant to help with Ascension. 

They know us well. In the nighttime some of us go meet them on the ships, but when we go back they close off our memories, because the memories of experiencing their superior technologies and the warmth and comfort would distract us too much from our work on Earth. 

Even now they don’t want to upset the work of the End Times. They’re very proud of the work that the lightworkers have done and even now they are very present with our spirit guides. They are as available to us as our guides and if they can help us in any way, they will. What they do is, when they are around us they try to influence us. 

They’re not very much inclined to give us dates, but all will come in the very near future. They prefer that we allow things to flow and accept things as they are, because all of this is in our best interests. 

SaLuSa thanks us for our warm interest. He is the voice for the original group that has come from the motherships. They don’t work separately. They work as teams. This teamwork will happen to us as well in the near future. 

Mankind has worked very hard in the past few years to bring all races together and become one. SaLuSa does not want to be idolized. He does not consider himself to be anything special, but he does appreciate that we are helped by the messages. He appreciates that many of the messages have been repetitive, but that is unavoidable. 

He can see us now. He can see our Love, our Light, our auras. He sees beautiful people merging together and creating a wonderful impact on the people of the world. The galactics are coming nearer and nearer and appreciate our efforts. 

It didn’t exist some time back that people welcomed their presence. Previously, fear was more prevalent than love, but that has changed. The more Love that comes, the easier it is for them to come. 

This is where SaLuSa wants to end his message, but he wants to come back on Monday and we’ll continue. It wasn’t originally my intention to pass on a message, but when they speak upstairs you have to pass it along. 

Maybe another time I’ll continue with this direct messaging. I’ve never been in a situation like this. I usually type into my computer and this has been for me a very different experience.”

Who Summoned the Galactics and why are They Here? Part 2~2

And who are “heaven’s hierarchies?” Matthew Ward tells us that “the highest universal council planned the Golden Age.” (1) He expanded: 


“Members of the Highest Council that designed the master plan of Earth’s Golden Age have been observing the pace of flux in the collective consciousness, and they have agreed that the day is nearing when the presence of your celestial brotherhood must become widely known.… 


“Because [the masses being deceived and remaining asleep] is not in keeping with Earth’s desire for her beloved souls, the Master Planning Council in conjunction with spiritually evolved beings among you decided to reverse the order of two major parts of the plan.” (2) 


When I questioned Suzy on the nature of these Councils, she replied: “The ‘Highest Council’ and ‘Master Planning Council’ are the same body, and the members were chosen by their respective civilizations to represent them. 


“Matthew says ‘sort of like an intergalactic UN, as far as the participants representing many different cultures, but the Council was convened for planning purposes only and isn’t a standing body.’” (3) 


SaLuSa offered this explanation of the chain of command: “The Galactic Federation works with the Higher Beings, and all along have been authorized to accompany you through this cycle, as others have done before. We are your link to God, and carry out our mission with great love and dedication.” (4) 


“The line of authority goes all the way back to God, and passes through various groups and councils of high evolution and consciousness. It finally reaches you through us and the Masters, who wait in readiness to return to Earth. “(5) 


The Ascended Masters are the ones the Galactics directly liaise with, but there are levels and levels of Higher Beings above them that direct operations. Let’s look first at what has been said of the higher levels. 


SaLuSa calls the Higher Beings, “the Elders.” He may be referring to the Elohim; I don’t know for sure. “Behind all that happens, are the Mighty Ones such as the Elders, who direct all creation and observe the edicts of the Creator. They operate on an unimaginable scale, holding immense power that reaches through the different Universes.” (6) 


On other occasions, he refers to them as “the various councils that oversee your evolution” (7) and ”great Beings of Light that dwell in the realms of Pure Light.” (8) They are so inspiring that even the Galactics stand in awe of them, he says. “Mighty forces are at work, and there comes a time when the magnitude of them is even eye-opening to us. Great Beings carry out the plan of the Creator, and such concepts are perhaps a little too difficult to contemplate, whilst you are still in the early days of enlightenment.” (9) 


On another occasion SaLuSa explains that these Higher Beings keep the operation synchronized with the Divine Plan. “All is … in the hands of exceptionally powerful Beings, who will ensure that all action is completed in accordance with the Divine Plan. They oversee our activities and we have complete and utter faith in them. We obey their instructions to the letter, and know we are taking the best course of action for all concerned.” (10) 


One of the matters these Councils supervise is the extent of Light beamed to Earth. “As you might expect, there are Councils in the higher dimensions that control the degree to which the various rays of Light are beamed to Earth. It is a process of upliftment that gradually increases the level of vibration in your dimension. It is calculated to bring about an increase in the levels of mass consciousness, in a way that is acceptable to you and able to be drawn upon. 


To increase the levels too quickly would cause discomfort to those who were ill prepared for it. The object is to return as many of you as possible to the Light, and able to be uplifted through Ascension. So you will understand that there is a grand plan being worked out, supported by great Beings of Light.” (11) 


The Higher Councils cooperate with each other, Diane of Sirius tells us: “We can tell you that the Highest Orders and Councils are one in a Brotherhood of Light and service to others is considered to be the highest act of Love.” (12) 


According to SaLuSa, the Galactics consult with these Higher Beings before taking any significant action. “Although we are fully conscious Beings we consult [greater Beings of wisdom and understanding] if we are uncertain as to the best course of action. Bear in mind we are dealing with the future of planets and their civilizations, just as we are with you. It is a great responsibility and care must be taken when decisions are made.” (13) 


He tells us that “only the Higher Sources will be able to clearly define the details of the plan” that the Galactics follow. (14) 


On a day-to-day basis, the Galactics defer to the Ascended Masters who have Earth’s evolutionary destiny in their hands. Here is SaLuSa on that topic: “We also work with Ascended Spiritual Beings, whose names are often well known to you. They have acted as your Brothers from the Light, and are sometimes recognized as far back as Atlantean times, showing Man that your spiritual needs are always well looked after.” (15) 


“We are just part of an active organization that comes under the direction of the White Brotherhood, committed to bringing Light to Earth.” (16) 


On Sirius, the Ascended Masters form the Blue Lodge. On Earth it is the Great White Brotherhood. Of the way they work, Matthew says: “The powerful energy of souls you call Ascended Masters and the White Brotherhood and other Light Forces you don’t know about, has been intensifying on the planet and is available to each and every one of you. It isn’t necessary that those souls embody or that you know their names. Simply ask for divine help and these emissaries of God will provide it. It may not come in the form you think you want, but it will be what you need in accordance with your Soul Contract.” (17) 


“Lighted Souls in body or in spirit throughout the universe are with you every step of your journey into Earth’s Golden Age. Some are right there among you, assisting in ways that eventually will become known by all, and countless others are beaming Light to uplift all of Earth or using their technology to help your ascent into fourth density.” (18) 


It’s probably we on Earth who think in terms of reporting lines and galactics and terrestrials. I suspect that the various councils and brotherhoods that exist at the higher dimensions have a natural hierarchy based on virtue and inherent nobility and do not recognize differences based on where one was born in any one lifetime. 

What is the Galactics’ Mission? 

Why are the Galactics here? They came, as we saw above, to rescue Gaia from near collapse from the depredations of the dark. SaLuSa tells us that the Galactic Federation is the peacekeeper of the universe. 


“We are here to ensure that the Light is supported in all possible ways, without interfering with the freewill choice of Humanity. The Galactic Federation is the peacekeeper of the Universe, and where you find us you will find the Light at work.” (19) 


The Galactic Federation sees that the Universal Laws are observed. SaLuSa says: “The Laws of the Universe are sacred and apply all through it, and we are those who will make certain that they are carried out.” (20) 


He informs us that they have been our protectors for millennia. “We protect you and Mother Earth and have done so for millennia of time, and shall continue to do so. It will be more obvious when we can finally meet with you openly, and when we can, it should be a most enjoyable change of direction for you. To know that you are finally safe from the attentions of the last cabal will bring a rush of joy and excitement, and a great time acting out the final plan for your Ascension.” (21) 


As the Galactic Federation through Greg Giles reminds us, the Galactics are not strangers to us but long-lost family. “We come to you now in Reunion. We are not meeting you for the first time. Please do what you can to allow others to see this, as this will make it much easier for them to overcome their fear of us and accept us. We are your families, we are not strangers. We are your friends, not your enemies. We are here to help you and not to conquer. All will see this, and all will learn that their fears were unfounded. This is the way it will be, as it must for your benefit.” (22) 


As SaLuSa notes, they are also here to assist terrestrials in the end-of-cycle Ascension expected on or before the end of the year. SaLuSa tells us: “Our operations are being carried out to propel you as fast as possible towards Ascension.” (23) 


For this task they tell us they are well fitted, according to Mira: “As I have previously shared with you, we are experts in the Ascension process. It is what we do. We go to various planets and assist them with this process. The Earth is well on her way to Higher Consciousness. We are not the only other planetary system that is a part of the Earth Council. We join with others to bring forth a new way of living; a dimensional jump.” (24) 


SaLuSa agrees with Mira, but reveals that our Ascension is a bigger challenge than those the Galactic Federation has faced elsewhere. “The Galactic Federation has had much experience in helping civilizations to pass through Ascension, although yours is a bigger challenge. Never before have both the people and the Earth ascended together, but there is absolute confidence that it will successfully take place.” (25) 


The Galactic Federation has a significant cleansing task to perform. One is the restoration of the Earth, as SaLuSa informs us. “From where we are, above you and looking down upon your beautiful Earth, we are saddened to see the extent of the damage that has taken place. Mother Earth was once the Garden of Eden and one of the most beautiful planets in the Universe. With your help, we can undo all of the damage and make good everything, so that it is restored to how it was in the very beginning. From there, we will go further and add whatever resonates with you to make it into a wondrous planet that will be the jewel in the crown of God. Believe us Dear Ones, you will have no limitations placed upon you, and how happy and joyous we will all be.” (26) 


In addition to terraforming, they will cleanse the Earth of negative vibrations that have been present for millennia. “The Galactic Federation has not been more active than it is at present, as the chaos and collapse of the old ways involves considerable cleansing of energies that have been dormant for ages. They will have no place in the higher vibrations that accompany Ascension, and indeed for that reason they cannot impose themselves upon it.” (27) 


The Galactic Federation through Greg Giles reveals that they will see that we make it through all the challenges that face us at this time: “We, the Galactic Federation of Light, are here in great numbers to assist you make it through these challenging times, and the human race will shine in their moment together and live on to share their culture, their history, and their story to all throughout this universe.” (28) 


Our task, the GFL tells us, is to overcome the fears that would stand in the way of their finishing their task: “It is very important for those of your world to accept us. … We know what needs to be done, and we have the tools and experience to complete these tasks. Allow us to share what we have with you. Overcoming your fears of us and allowing us to assist you will benefit all of your world greatly, and we are eager and happy to be of service in this way.” (29) 


Thus, the Galactics are here to rescue Gaia from her depleted condition at the hands of warring factions and dark cabals, to terraform and restore her, and to assist us with the end-of-cycle Ascension. They serve the Divine Plan as interpreted by the Highest Councils in charge of our evolution and in concert with the Ascended Masters of the Great White Brotherhood. Once they can land, their mission will begin in earnest. Our contribution to its success is to understand their mission, stay out of fear, and welcome them.

Who Summoned the Galactics and Why are they Here? Part 1

What are the galactics, who surround this planet in millions of ships that are either cloaked or in higher dimensions, here to do? Who summoned them? Who do they work for? And what is their mission? I’d like to look in this two-part series at what they themselves and their allies (the celestials and ascended masters) have to say on those questions. 


Their answers are derived from the channeled communications which they have been offering us for years as their preferred way of making contact with us. 


Discernment has been exercised in choosing only what I personally consider to be the most reliable among their communications on the subject. Different sources choose to speak on different matters. Some choose to give spiritual counsel; others work with us to develop our psychic gifts. The sources cited here are those who choose to communicate on who the galactics are and why they came here. 

Who Summoned the Galactics? 

Who asked the galactics to come here? Setting aside the fact that they’ve always watched over Planet Earth, restrained by the Universal Laws of non-interference and Karma, what brought them here recently? Sheldan Nidle’s sources put the matter succinctly: 


Heaven summoned us and we came.” (1) 


According to Mira the Pleiadian, “we work at the request of our Creator.” (2) 


Or SaLuSa: “We come to offer you solutions to your myriad problems that have threatened to destroy you and your Earth. We do so by Divine Decree.” (3) 


The evolved spiritual teacher Matthew Ward gives us more details of what occurred to bring the galactics here. 


“[Mother Earth's] cry for help went out into the universe and instantly God authorized myriad spiritually advanced civilizations to respond by beaming their own vast Light into Earth’s body. The massive infusion of Light from those distant sources stabilized her orbit and enabled her to jar loose from negativity’s stranglehold, start to ascend out of deep third density and continue toward her ultimate destination in fifth density. 


“Her soul originated in that high plane and there it remained throughout the millennia that her body spiraled ever downward as more and more human and animal blood was shed and the environment ravaged.” (4) 


Matthew has probably done the best job of all our sources in explaining what the situation was that brought the galactics here. Here he is in 2003 explaining more of the background. 


“Your planet could have not survived any more assaults of the negativity being continuously generated by human brutality to each other, to the animal and plant kingdoms or to the physical body of Earth. All wars and other violence, famine, disease, ruthless leaders, environmental destruction and economic strangulation have been instituted by the influence of the dark forces. 


“Relief from all the suffering caused by these conditions was essential or your planet would die. Over half a century back in your counting, Earth had reached that point of damage to her body and soul. She had the choice of her soul ascending and allowing her planetary body to die, or surviving intact. Her soul chose to survive in its physical planetary form, but in her greatly weakened condition due to the extent of trauma she had long suffered, she could not do it without massive assistance. 


“Light Beings of extraterrestrial civilizations responded to her cry for help, and among these countless souls who have come to her rescue are those who have been working with diligence and dedication to the reforms embodied in NESARA. So you see, it is by Earth’s quest for help that these Beings, in conjunction with Earth Humans, are performing their various missions on and off-planet to get this vast, vital program underway to rejuvenate physical Earth and enlighten and uplift her people.” (5) 


So, it would be appropriate to say that the Galactics came here at the request of the Creator, who in turn was responding to the request from Gaia or the soul who inhabits planet Earth. This is a high-level explanation and leaves aside the fact that a cycle had come to an end on Earth, the cycle best explained in the Mayan calendar. (6) 

Who and What Do They Work For? 

The Creator’s Decrees and commandments filter down from one level of life to another, so it may be necessary to trace that line of command, so far as it’s in our power to do so. 


Viewed from the highest perspective, the Galactics work for the Creator, the Godhead, the One. While there are gods that preside over the various universes, the Creator presides over all. Diane of Sirius says this about their relationship with the One: “The Galactic Federation members are the Creator’s representatives and dutifully carry out instructions in the highest concept of Light that they can.” (6) 


SaLuSa identifies the Creator as the Father/Mother God. “Father” relates to the formless and inactive transcendental One. “Mother” refers to a step-down transformation of the One into active primordial energy, the force that created all there is. 


“Beloveds, we carry out the wishes of the Father/Mother, as we are dedicated to the Will of God. We are therefore dedicated to your well-being and success.” (7) 


“We recognize and accept the existence of the Creator of All That Is, and in that we are aware that our source is the same as yours.” (8) 


Sheldan Nidle’s sources put the matter this way: “In all matters concerning this First Contact mission to Earth, we are guided by Heaven’s Hierarchies.” (9) 


Tomorrow we’ll continue with the levels of hierarchs and councils below the One whom the galactics report to and what their mission is.
