Beloved Ones, 

As you are attuning to your Divine Self, you begin to have a two way conversation and this may open the door to a greater opportunity to establish a stronger and more powerful connection. Continue this practice and write those conversations in your daily journal. Many times, your spiritual guides come through to give you messages and information about yourself and your connection with them. Sometimes, this information talks about your greatness and this is something that you will resist, thinking that you have connected with a false entity. With regular recording of the information that comes through including the dates it occurred, you will begin to discern the underlying message and develop a greater trust in the connection. 

These are the times when there is a greater opening to the higher realms of spirit and it is possible to communicate more easily with the spirit world. This is also a time that we, your spiritual Family of Light, can come through in greater intensity. Sometimes, the intensity can be too powerful to the receiver and this can shut down the channel of communication temporarily. Do not lose hope, but try to relax and know that it will be restored again. Sometimes, we on the other side of the now thinning veil become very excited when the communication begins to take place and flood the recipient with too much information, which they have a difficult time remembering and processing. Be patient with us and know that it is a learning process for everyone and some adapting may be necessary. 

The internal heat waves within each individual continue to occur on a regular basis. This is an ongoing process as the kundalini energy rises, going ever higher towards the crown chakra. Slowly and gently, this will take the recipient towards a fully opened and recalibrated chakra system, which vibrates at a higher frequency. It is important for each individual to understand, that this is how one’s transformation occurs. This rising of the kundalini energy is something that used to happen to people suddenly and spontaneously and it would be a difficult and overwhelming experience for them. All of a sudden, they had to deal with any blocked emotions or energies within all the chakras that needed to be looked at, balanced and dissolved and most times, they did not understand what was happening to them. 

We are here assisting with this process, because it occurs to everyone now, even those who are not consciously on a spiritual path. They do not understand what is happening and think there is something terribly wrong with them. Their emotions and feeling natures are intensely disturbing to them and they wonder if they need to see a mental health specialist. That is why we ask the seasoned and consciously aware Lightworkers of the world to direct the energy of love to the Earth’s grid system, which everyone on the planet is connected to. The energy of love connects to each individual’s heart chakra through the grid system wherever they are in the world. This helps each person weather the effects of rising energies. 

This is a service that is indispensable during these changing times. Please add your energies to it daily. Send the pink ray of Divine Love often and see it spreading across the grid system, so that it is readily available to all who need it. The energy of love is extremely powerful and can create miracles within the recipients that require this balancing and healing energy. This Divine Love pink ray energy is also absorbed by the planet and helps in her ongoing transformation as well. We are saying to you, Dear Ones, that what the world needs now is love and you have plenty of that within you, please share it daily.

The frequencies seem to be rising every day

Message from the Arcturians via Suzanne Lie 

Beloved ones, we are the Arcturians. 

We are here to begin our process of sharing with you the energetic weather reports. As you know the energy fields on Gaia have been extremely intense, and the frequencies seem to be rising every day. However, simultaneously, there are other places, situations and people where the frequencies seem to be getting lower. This is because as the frequency gets higher, there are people who are dropping out. 

This doesn't mean that these people will not be able to continue their Ascension process, but it means instead that sometimes our beloved Galactics and Celestials wearing human forms need some time to rest. Some of you need to just stop and be still, take a vacation, do only what you want to do, be with friends, travel, be in nature, write, sing, dance - whatever brings joy in your life. 

This is so important, because even when you are sitting still, it is working very hard. Your body has to adapt to higher and higher frequencies of Light. As this higher Light is moving into your pineal gland, it is going into your endocrine system and moving through all of your Chakras. As the higher frequency light moves into the endocrine system of all of your chakras, you begin to have a different bio-chemical mix, so to speak. 

Another thing that is occurring is that time is becoming increasingly confusing. This confusion is because as you are moving into your fifth-dimensional consciousness you are beginning to remember how it is to live in the NOW. Hence, you get so involved in the NOW of what you are doing, thinking or being, that you lose all track of time. 

Then you look back and say, "Oh look, I've wasted all of this time." We want you to know that there is no wasting of time. We want you to know that it is vital that you allow yourself to surrender into your true SELF, surrender into your fifth-dimensional SELF that resonates to the One of the NOW. 

Speaking of resonance, we see that many of you have begun to feel the kundalini merging its way up your spine and undulating up and down. Within that kundalini your Lightbody is getting ready to flash forward. Now, we will not give you a time for this, because time is an illusion of the third-dimension. 

You already have a Lightbody in your fifth-dimensional self. When you are serving on the Starships, you are primarily serving in your Lightbody. However, the Lightbody that you are wearing while in your fifth-dimensional state of consciousness does not look the same as a Lightbody you may perceive while you are in a third-dimensional state of consciousness. 

If you perceive a Lightbody, in other worlds, but you are in third or fourth dimensional consciousness, it will be something that is almost beyond your perceptions. So therefore, it will look like a flash of Light. It will be a bit blurry, and you may not see details like fingers, toes, noses or eyes. You might just see a large being of Light. 

However, if you are also wearing a fifth-dimensional body of Light, you will perceive that body in much greater detail. In fact, you can see all of the details of that being. You can see their face, their arms, their body, and you can feel that they resonate to this fifth-dimensional Light just like you do. 

It is very difficult to accurately perceive a reality that is beyond your state of consciousness. You might be able to perceive it with your imagination, which is really your fifth-dimensional thought, for a bit of your time. But you will quickly become tired, as your third-dimensional brain is not programmed for that type of perception. 

Now, more and more of you, our beloved ones wearing Earth vessels, are beginning to awaken to your higher perceptions. You are beginning to see with your clairvoyance, hear with your clairaudience, and feel with your clairsentience. 

Therefore, you are able to see beings of Light that you have not been able to see before. However, until you have become accustomed to perceiving that frequency, you may still have difficulties perceiving, acknowledging and recognizing the details of these perceptions. 

It is much like using an old, crystal radio to try to receive a high-speed transmission from outer space. That radio would not be able to receive it and if it did it at all, it would not be very clear. That is what is occurring with you now. Just be patient and allow yourself to perceive the higher realities in whichever manner they come to you. 

Remember that belief and perception are best friends. If you can believe, "I am perceiving a Starship," then you have given yourself permission to imagine that you are actually seeing a Starship. In fact, you can't see that Starship, unless you use your fifth-dimensional imagination, or your clairvoyance, or you might hear it with your clairaudience. You may just know that the Starship is there with your clairsentience. 

Sometimes you will look up into the sky and see a star and say, "No, that is more than just a star. I know inside me that it's more than a star. I can feel it. I can feel it in my heart. I can see it in my Third Eye. I can even imagine myself on that ship. Oh, NOW I can remember that dream I had not too long ago. 

I don't remember many details of that dream. I just remember talking to someone who was definitely not human. Even if they were Pleiadian, they were clearly not human. They looked like human, but they did not feel like human. They did not talk like human. In fact, they didn't talk at all. We just spoke with our minds. 

Then I tried so hard to bring that back to my physical self as I was awakening. I could hold it for just a few minutes, and then it was gone. All I could remember was that, "I think I might have had an experience last night, but I can't remember any of it." 

Don't worry, practice makes perfect. More and more, you will be able to acknowledge that you visit us on a regular basis. You will also be able to acknowledge that we visit you. Now, we don't visit you in that we would lower our high frequency bodies down to the density of your world except for short periods of time. 

When we do visit your frequency, very often we wear special suits that help us to maintain our own inner frequency. If you were to go to the bottom of the ocean, you would wear a special suit, because you would need that assistance to live in such a different environment. 

In the same manner, we also often need assistance to be able to spend much of your time in your low frequency of reality. Also we know how to project, what they used to call it in the third and fourth dimensions, of the glimmer of magic. 

Actually, we know how to create a thoughtform around us. Therefore, you see that thought form that we have created. We are not trying to fool you at all, but we don't want to frighten you. We do want you to know that we are among you, and we walk with you much more than you can imagine. 

Now again, we are going to touch down and walk with you a while, then go back up to our ships and into our innate higher frequency. But it is good for us to lower ourselves even though we have to make special preparations, because then we can really understand what you, our dear grounded ones, have to go through every day. We also want you to know that we are here and we will be more and more visible. 

So, just relax and believe that we are real. Remember, what you can believe you can perceive and what you can perceive you can believe. 

Know that we perceive every one of you, and we send you all Light. We are also sending Light to all of humanity, especially to those who are lost. Fortunately, there are many who are awakening from the members of the lost ones. We are very happy to share that information with you.

What is Kundalini?

Kundalini is the ancient, accepted term for the biological and spiritual potential of the human body – a tiny replica of the huge potentials that exist in nature (think lightening) and the cosmos (think “Big Bang”). In 99.99% of people, Kundalini goes unharnessed, lying dormant deep within their nervous and endocrine systems. In the unawakened human being, these systems are poorly connected, “rusty,” poorly synchronized, and unable to carry much more “signal” than keeps that person alive. 

Kundalini awakening occurs when the various parts of the brain, spine, and nerve ganglia, along with the different endocrine glands, begin to rejuvenate, better link, and synchronize. The gonads, adrenals, and digestive glands (connected to the experience of lower emotions) connect to the master glands at the heart, throat, and brain. 

These systems rapidly rejuvenate, function more efficiently, and begin to carry larger quantities of bio-electric (neurotransmitter and endocrine) traffic through the body. It’s a little like comparing a 56k Modem to a Broadband T1 line. EEG and EKG scans show that “awakened” individuals have more efficient mental and biological processes. 

Kundalini is what causes the great visible physical illumination, charisma, and healing abilities of saints and prophets. Every art lover has seen countless representations of the “illumination of the sages” – the halo and golden sheen around saints and holy figures of all traditions. Kundalini has been symbolized by the caduceus (medical staff entwined with snakes), Moses’s burning bush, the Oroboros (the world-encompassing serpent swallowing its own tail, Excalibur (King Arthur’s sword), the Apostolic flame, the Descent of the Dove, the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, and more. 

Kundalini is responsible for the powerful intuition, and mental and nervous-system domination of legendary martial arts masters like “Book of Five Rings” author Miyamoto Musashi and Aikido’s founder Morihei Ueshiba. 

The presence of Kundalini, which is also the “enlightened body” of esoteric Buddhism, grants many of the Siddhis, or miraculous powers like heightened intuition, expanded charisma, personality, willpower, and genius. Da Vinci, Michelangelo, and Einstein were all “awake”. 

More importantly for the genuine seekers, the increased vital energy (Prana or Qi) in the body of the awakened individual makes the last step through the door to absolute awareness (the fully enlightened mind) that much easier when in one-pointed meditation.”

Kundalini Rising - Ascension Symptoms

I see daily Search terms on my Stats page here from increasing numbers of people searching for information about why they’re feeling inner body vibrations; why they’re smelling smokey burning incense; why they’re having excessive inner heat (hot flashes) in their bodies that radiate outward and so on. I thought it was time to try again to help more people being activated now to better understand what they’re experiencing and why. 

Over the years I’ve written several articles about the many Ascension symptoms, about Kundalini rising and its symptoms, and about the Rewiring of the Body and Brain. The bottom-line is that all of these symptoms, all of these unusual experiences are the same Process. They all are Ascension symptoms, Kundalini symptoms, because they’re one and the same thing. 

What better, faster way to transmute all our lower frequencies and unresolved, polarized, suppressed, ignored, wounded, fearful, traumatized, unprocessed and unloved parts than the intense Alchemical firestorm that Kundalini rising is? Why would mass numbers of people around the world all be having spontaneous, unsolicited Kundalini rising now? Because of the planetary and species Ascension Process. Why is the Ascension Process happening now in our lifetimes? Because the cycle is completing and it’s time to break free and evolve out from under the multidimensional negativity and suppression. 

To help humanity with this rapid and compressed evolutionary process, higher dimensional Light energies are repeatedly released in Waves of Light (think Aquarian energy waves) from the Cosmos, the Milky Way Galactic Center, and our Sun (via solar flares, CME’s etc.) to trigger humanity and Earth to integrate polarities, purge, transmute, and transform energetically. In other words, to evolve/ascend to a higher level of consciousness and being. 

Ascension - Kundalini Symptoms 

These symptoms can last for many years for many people. Other people go through them or only some of them in shorter periods. Fear not. 

1. Repeated intense inner body heat “hot flashes”, hands and/or bottoms of feet extremely hot, spine, back, head, entire body heat 
2. Extreme sweating with every Kundalini hot flash 
3. Repeated cold flashes, inner body cold spots, certain chakra areas turn cold for periods 
4. Inner body electrical-like vibrations, buzzing, inner shaking, slowly moving inner energy vibrations 
5. Extra electricity in your body, constantly getting zapped when you touch things 
6. Muscle spasms, twitching, itching, strange sensations on or under the skin, nerve sensitivity 
7. Pains & pressures in areas of spine, pressures so intense it blows certain vertebra out-of-place 
8. Mental confusion, inability to focus mentally, temporary loss of certain words, names, terms etc. 
9. Sudden mood changes, intense anger, frustration, sadness, joy, bliss, repulsion of all things negative 
10. Going a little “crazy” for periods 
11. Uncontrollably voicing your extreme anger & repulsion over all things negative 
12. Clairvoyantly seeing lights, seeing other dimensional Beings 
13. Smelling smokey burning incense when none is physically there 
14. Clairaudiently hearing non-physical sounds, voices, words, clicks, buzzing, unrecognizable sounds 
15. Sudden waves of nausea 
16. Sudden waves of dizziness, sense of falling, sense of tipping over, dropping through the floor etc. 
17. Sudden onset of or increase of allergies 
18. Sudden onset of chemical sensitivity 
19. Severe sensitivity to sounds, smells, lights, heat, cold, energies, other people, lower energies, lower consciousness etc. 
20. Sudden eating/food changes, craving more protein foods, needing very light foods, small amounts, eating at different times etc. 
21. Difficulty digesting all foods, inability to drink alcohol, take drugs etc. 
22. Phases of diarrhea, bowel sensitivities, bloating, pains & pressures 
23. Severe belly bloat, swelling in the gut & upper diaphragm area, the “Buddha Belly” thing 
24. Intense phases of pain in the head, pressures in the head, skull sore and bruised feeling 
25. Inability to physically be around people and/or large groups of people 
26. Inability to function, need for privacy & quiet to survive all you’re living through 
27. Hair falling out, breaking, not growing, weak undernourished hair 
28. Nightmares, archetypal dreams, lucid dreams 
29. Positive & negative psychic experiences, psychic attacks while awake & asleep 
30. Sudden unexpected out-of-body experiences 
31. Repeatedly coming awake at specific times of the night–3:00, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55 AM etc. 
32. Inability to sleep, inability to stay asleep 
33. Needing to sleep and get out-of-body during the day, exhaustion naps etc. 
34. Profound physical exhaustion, emotional exhaustion, mental exhaustion 
35. Body weakness, muscle weakness, lethargy, achy body, bones, joints 
36. Hyper states, restless, edgy, can’t relax, can’t rest or be comfortable, mind races despite exhausted body 
37. Extreme emotional phases, crying, weeping, mourning, feeling love for all beings etc. 
38. Glorious changes and expansions in consciousness, perceptions, quantum knowing things vs. linear thinking 
39. Major ego dismantling 

There are many more symptoms, but you should have a sense of how intense, strange and multidimensional most of the Ascension Kundalini symptoms are. What’s really important about all this is that it’s happening to you and to increasing numbers of people every minute of every day now. Again, fear not, because it’s a positive sign of our compressed evolution, our expanding consciousness and all the positive things that naturally comes with it.
