Inter-dimensional Communication Portals

Greetings, we are the Arcturians. We are here within this Nowness to commune with you about expanding your consciousness, so that you can perceive and move into alternate, parallel and higher dimensional realities. 

Your consciousness is shifting in between that which you have once perceived as yesterday or tomorrow. In fact, you are beginning to release the confines of time that were bound to your third-dimensional, or even fourth-dimensional thinking. 

Your fourth dimensional thinking moves faster than third dimensional thinking. However, as you move into your fifth-dimensional thinking and states of consciousness, you are beginning to release your concept of time. 

Without time, that which has been in between who you want to be, what you want to do, or where you want to go is not there. That third dimensional “in-between” was actually an illusion of the third and fourth dimensional matrix. 

As you continue your acceleration of consciousness, you will find that as your consciousness peaks into your higher states of consciousness, such as your alpha, theta waves or gamma brainwaves, you perceive something that seems to blink in and out of your reality. First it appears to be over there. Then you realize that it is to your right, or even within you. 

Increasingly, you are perceiving something that there is going on around you, over you, under you or even through you. But your third-dimensional brain has no way in which it can interpret this situation. Furthermore, when you stay in higher states of consciousness too long, your third dimensional brain and ego becomes concerned and pulls you out of your reverie. 

Then in a flash, the 3D breaks go on and your attention is directed back into the third-dimensional matrix, back into the fourth dimensional matrix, back into time. The third and fourth dimensional matrixes are much like webs to which you automatically attach your third-dimensional thoughts and emotions to create third dimensional thought forms. 

These third dimensional thought forms travel out into your world to gather other thought forms that are similar and bring them back to you. Therefore, if you have a third dimensional thought of, “I would like to have a wonderful conversation with some people that I care for” that energy field will come back to you and soon you receive an email or a Facebook message or a phone call from somebody who is important to you. 

If your thought form is fear based, it will still go out. For example, if you were to say, “I am lonely. I have no friends. No one ever connects with me”, what you will see in return is that no one will connect with you. 

As you are moving into your higher states of consciousness, you will be able to actually perceive these thought forms. You will not perceive them in the same manner as you perceive a book or a newspaper with your third-dimensional perception. Instead, you will likely think you are “imagining” them. Yes, you are imagining them, because imagination is fifth dimensional thought. 

Many of you are still using for your third-dimensional cause and effect thinking, but you are slowly realizing that when you put out positive loving thoughts, something positive and loving will come back to you. 

You are also realizing that if you are in the midst of a situation that you don’t know how to deal with, instead of pondering and worrying you just say, “Dear Higher Self, there is something that I need to understand. Could you please assist me?” Then you wait for a thought form from your Higher Self to return to you. 

Because you called your Higher Self, you have made a different kind of thought form. You have made an inter-dimensional thought form. When you call into the higher dimensions and say, “please assist me with this situation,” you have used your free will to open up an inter-dimensional portal. 

This inter-dimensional portal connects you with one, or several, of your higher dimensional expressions of SELF with whom you can consciously receive multidimensional information. Your higher expressions of SELF could be Angels, Ascended Masters, Elohim and/or higher dimensional Galactic Beings. 

We want you to know that we, your higher expressions of SELF, are all waiting for your call. We are all waiting, because Gaia is a free will planet. Therefore, we must wait until you call us. 

We see that many of you are calling us. But sometimes you are calling us with a low frequency message, such as, “I hate it here. I want out of here. When are you going to come down and help me?” 

These thought forms are a very low frequency, because they are filled with fear and anger. The fact is that we are already here, but you can only perceive us via your higher states of consciousness. We are right here. We are in your room, we are in your house, we are walking next to you, as you go to the grocery store. 

But you cannot perceive us, because we resonate to a higher frequency. We resonate to the fifth-dimension and beyond. In order for you to be able to perceive us, you need to expand your consciousness out of your beta waves, even beyond your alpha dream waves and into your theta and your gamma meditation waves in which you can release time. 

With your alpha waves, time goes faster, because you are doing something that you enjoy and something that feels good to you. But, it is only with theta and gamma wave consciousness that you are able to begin to release your addiction to 3D time. 

When you move into a gamma wave reality, there are no longer thoughts or words lined up sequentially, such as one, two, three, four. Reality in these higher dimensional realities is much like flowing and floating through an ocean. 

However, if you are flowing through this higher dimensional ocean and desire a sequence of events or thoughts, you will “fall out” of that reality. You fall out, because your attachment to the time that creates the concept of sequence demands to lower your consciousness out of the perceptual range of that world. 

Sequence is based on the timing of first, second, third, etc. Whenever a thing occurs within the Now, there is no first, second etc. There is only a swirling, joining, flowing, becoming, entering, and/or leaving. 

Feel your consciousness as you allow your mind to flow from one concept to allow a unique concept to flow into the next concept, which expands into the next concept. As an example, feel the thought form of “I wish to experience an intimate relationship with my Higher Self.” As soon as you make that statement, you create an inter-dimensional thought form. That inter-dimensional thought form flows up into the higher dimensions in search of your Higher Self. 

Now, what goes out comes back. Hence, when your Higher Self receives this information, it may say, “Oh, we have a com-link with a member of our lower-dimensional self, who is able to respond to and perhaps even communicate with us. We, the members of your Higher Self, transmit a message to your higher consciousness to say ‘Hello.’” 

Of course, we do not say hello in the English language. We say ‘hello’ within our Light language. We say ‘hello’ by tickling your Third Eye, whispering into your expanded hearing, touching you softly on the heart, putting our arm around you and/or making you feel safe and loved. 

Hence, when we say “Hello, we are here and would love to communicate with you,” you do not hear that English, or any, human language. However, you may perceive something that you do not know how to understand. This “something, someone, some feeling, some thought, some energy” feels as if it has just flown past you, is encircling you and/or is over you sending you unconditional love. 

If you can be still, if you can be very quiet in your brain and can listen with your heart, your Third Eye may be able to perceive that there is an energy field that is coming in to your awareness. You do not know what that energy field is saying to you at first, but you can feel that it is there. 

If you were to become frightened, your energy field would fill with fear. Then, your higher dimensional self would instantly leave that energy field, because we no longer participate in the energy field of fear. 

However, if you can remember to quickly transmute your energy field back into the higher dimensions by sending it Unconditional Love and Violet Fire, we can link our personal and collective energy patterns with yours to facilitate our inter-dimensional communication portal. 

Through this portal, we are able to send you our unconditional love and multi-dimensional light to assist you to expand your consciousness to consciously receive our higher dimensional communications. 

You see, we are being just like you. In fact, we are the version of you that resonates to a higher resonance of vibration. When you have a conscious connection with your higher resonance, you simultaneously connect with us, your own Higher Self. 

Via your own higher states of consciousness, you can open your Third Eye, connect with your High Heart, and ground your inter-dimensional essence deep into the core of Gaia. When you ground this energy field into the core of Gaia it is much like plugging it into a universal language translator. 

This “universal language translator” will lovingly place entire messages into your consciousness and amplify them so that it is easier for you to consciously experience our communication. 

When you have gone through the process of accepting, knowing, serving, and grounding our messages, you are instructing your third-dimensional brain to connect its operating system with your multi-dimensional mind. 

Then, you may even be able to perceive your Higher Self through your Portal of Light. However, you will not perceive your Higher Self in the same manner that you might see your physical self in a mirror. 

In fact, you will not perceive your Higher Self at all, until you are able to “believe you have a Higher Self,” as you will not perceive what you do not believe. 

If you can believe in your own Self, you can say, “I would love to speak with you.” Your answer will not come via words, but via inter-dimensional energy thought forms. Therefore, be aware of the higher frequency energy patterns that enter your Pineal gland. 

Share these messages with your Third Eye, so that you can better understand them and store them in your High Heart for safe keeping and further understanding. Also, do not forget to ground these “Message from SELF” in the core of Gaia. Then, share your messages with others who are ready. Don’t worry about who is ready. 

Just trust your self and you will “know” who is ready to receive what information. Be sure to leave a seed of this message planted in the core of Gaia. Then all the seeds of all the answers to all the questions can merge into Unity Consciousness and Unconditional Love to dream, expect, create, own, and protect Gaia’s new and highest octave of Her planetary body. 

Every thought of unconditional love for Gaia and every blessing you send Mother Earth will return to you three-fold. Therefore, dear ascending ones, honor your self, so that you can be able to more totally honor others and the planet on which you live.

This new set of realities is finally bringing an end to the highly distorted realities that governed your world during the first six decades of the post-World War II era. A New Era is forming, which is to feature the rise of the NESARA governance in the US, as well as a whole slew of new governances in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Western Hemisphere. The highlight of this, in our minds, is Disclosure. At that time, we can easily address you and permit you, at last, to see our ships in your daylight skies. What is finally to happen on your world is going to preserve and protect your reality. Many years ago, we arrived and witnessed a society, which can only be described as an unconscious and uncaring one. Over the last decade, your society has literally grown up. Even the most environmentally incorrect is now busily forging some sort of alliances with those who more deeply protect your many fragile habitats. These sudden shifts in every society on Gaia are a sign of how much your globe is currently shifting. While these changes are making a great dent in how your societies react to ecology, it is still only a beginning. Much needs to be done once we land en masse upon your world. Habitats for a great many animals and plants are still rapidly shrinking. You need to apply technologies that have the ability to alter this sorry circumstance. You as well need to use more informed reasoning about how to return a large part of your world to a more natural reality. You need to use technology to create a proper habitat and not to destroy it. 

On our worlds, the natural pristine nature of our surface and inner world realms is undisturbed by us. In fact, if someone was to suddenly appear unannounced on any of our worlds, their initial thought is probably to pronounce the world to be mostly uninhabited. This belief is something that mirrors an important corollary of our sacred laws: all life is sacred and needs to be preserved in its natural state of existence. This Solar System was harshly invaded millions of years ago and a horrible price was paid for this. What is required is for us to assist you and the heavenly Elohim in restoring this solar realm to its previous pristine state. Mars and Venus once contained major oceans, teeming with all types of life. These things need to be restored. Not only the vast oceans of these and other solar worlds, but as well the many types of unique phenomena currently lost. This rebirth is only one of the things that we need to do. There as well is the responsibility to mend the ties with a great number of non-corporeal Beings residing deep within the inner world of your many gas giant worlds. 

As you can see, a great series of new responsibilities are to descend upon you, as your consciousness returns. To us, these duties are sacred. When you become both planetary and solar guardians you inherit a place of great beauty, whose upkeep becomes your everyday duty. When you become a member of a science and exploration fleet, this set of duties vastly increase. We have been in this solar system for over two decades and are somewhat repulsed by how it was “worked” by the Anunnaki and their planetary minions. Most of all, we were repelled by how these Beings in charge treated each of you millennia after millennia. From time to time our ships had visited you and presented historical accounts of this ill treatment to a number of special fleet reports on the progress in this Solar System. Heaven’s call to us was at first shocking. Nevertheless, we listened and are here to serve you fully. We expect you to progress rapidly in the next year toward Full Consciousness by completely reordering the reality you now reside in. Hosanna! Hosanna! Hosanna! 

Blessings. We are your Ascended Masters! We come with a sound reiteration of what was said so forthrightly by our family from space. Our earthly associates have created a new international funds transfer system. In addition, a number of changes were made to make all major banks Basel III compliant. These are only the beginnings of what is to be expected. The BRICS group development bank is ready to come online and replace both the SWIFT system and the international status of the Federal Reserve and the IMF. This blessed development implies two things. First, international money transfers are no longer the concern of the banking system set up by the Dumbarton treaty in 1944. Second, the western banking criteria now used by the IMF are to be replaced by one more conducive to international development. These alterations are to make possible the easy transfers of large sums to kick-start the need to develop the infrastructure of your world. 

Both the undeveloped and the developed world require funds to either build or rebuild a vast network for water conservation and transportation. There is as well a need to give this realm the monies to construct a vast network for the educating of children and adults. For too long, governance has dumbed down or ignored this great responsibility. You are growing in consciousness and require the tools needed to understand fully what is happening across this globe. In addition, a special class filled with truly meaningful ecology lessons has to be taught to all. Previous prejudices against women and religion require an end. The Creator in truth made us one people. We need to blessedly obey this sacred edict and learn how to live together. All religions teach this great truth. We need to obey this globally. Consider how war, misplaced hatreds and simple ill logic have maintained these barriers. 

As you come together, be ever mindful of certain new responsibilities to keep your newfound Humanhood, to maintain the integrity of nature’s environments and to be ready to help each other move forward. The new consciousness is to make you more spiritually aware of each other, and especially of the gifts freely given you by Gaia. This world needs to be respected and heartily cared for. This is divine grace in action. You are moving spiritually from a world run by uncaring ones to a realm guided by the caring, yourselves. This new reality requires a new attitude, and needs you to grow in how you are to use your new and expanding consciousness. Start every day with a firm purpose derived from your first set of meditations or prayer. Converse with others and set up a plan. The vital key is for every day to have a positive and spiritual purpose. In this way, you can really create miracles! 

Today, as always, we explored what is going on in this realm that you reside in. Learn to respect each other and the natural environment, which surrounds you. This world is quickly changing for the better and truly astounding changes are literally moments away. Be ready and be conscious of these simple facts! Releasing the Grand Illusion

(Dear Readers, this information was received some time in the mid 1990’s. I could not even begin to understand what it meant back then. I was acting as the scribe and just wrote down what I was receiving. Now, I can understand it, but I also want to present it as the process I went through for those who are newly awakened. 

While re-writing this channel, I used some terms that were not within my consciousness then and explained other terms that I could not begin to understand back then. I have found it quite useful to go back into my past to find that which I knew but did not understand. I recommend that you all do the same. If you are not a writer, look at old photos or drawings. 

We are often the last ones to be aware of how much we have changed, so we don’t give ourselves enough credit. We are living in an amazing time for which we have prepared for in myriad physical incarnations. This truly is the NOW of the ONE. We are so fortunate to be incarnated on Gaia’s beautiful body to assist Her, as well as humanity.) 



Our dear friends in human vessels, we find you now in the final act of “The Grand Illusion.” Therefore, you may feel your selves on the verge of the unknown. All that you have perceived, as your self, has become extinct or “out of date.” What you once feared is now only a shadow, yet there is newness in life that threatens to ignite your old “fear of the unknown.” 

You may not experience fear in the same manner that you once did. YET, there is a persistent feeling of awaiting a discovery which can cause a sense of anxiety. This fear/anxiety acts as a shell to protect the new, vulnerable embryo as it grows deep inside of your essence. 

Your true expression of SELF is not quite ready for birth, but it is “time” NOW to prepare in earnest for the NEW that is actually the ANCIENT. As Earth reaches her ascension, we Arcturians are to be Gaia’s guardian. We have been chosen from the many who volunteered for this role because it is our Galactic Mission to surround ascending worlds with our Arcturian Corridor of Unconditional Love. In this manner, we are assisting Gaia in the manifestation of Her Divine Plan, which is to be a planet of pure, Unconditional Love. 

Of course, other worlds will also be active in assisting Gaia. Among these are the Pleiades, Sirius, Andromeda and Antares. Antares and Andromeda are working as ONE to monitor the vortex into and out of earthly incarnations, while the Pleiadians are accepting and guiding awakened ones into their Violet Temple of Transmutation. 

The Pleiadians have long been active in communication with the receptive grounded ones of Earth, and the Sirians are assisting humanity to peacefully move into the unity of Unconditional Love. Unconditional Love will erase all political, ethnic, religious and personal boarders to herald in the Age of Planetary Consciousness. 

Remember, the key to your transformation into Lightbody is Unconditional Love, specifically love of your physical body. Your earth vessel allows you to have your earthly thoughts and to feel your earthly emotions. The most treasured of these earthly emotions are happiness and joy. 

Happiness is actually the result of your ability to combine your thoughts and feelings in a manner that calibrates your brainwaves to their highest possible frequency. When you are “unhappy,” you may think that it is an outside, or inside, reaction to something that has happened. 

However, what has actually occurred is that you have fallen “out of calibration” with your higher brainwaves. If you could face the same experience that made you unhappy, but keep yourself calibrated to the highest brainwaves, you would perceive the experience in a completely different manner. 

Within your higher state of consciousness, you know that you can productively face that challenge, because NOW you are calibrated to the brainwaves that keep you in constant communication with your fifth dimensional Soul. An experience that would devastate your third dimensional ego would be a mere challenge to your fifth dimensional Soul. 

Consequently, we encourage you to find your highest carrier frequency at the beginning of each day and merge with your Soul, so that the pathway of communication between you and your Soul can remain open throughout your day. In this manner, you can keep your mental channel attuned to the fifth dimensional frequency. 

This fifth dimensional frequency, which is beyond the speed of light, but not beyond the speed of thought, cannot be clearly accessed unless your brain has been calibrated to your fifth dimensional thinking. 

Once calibrated, your brain is able to track your Soul’s vibration as it moves down from the higher frequencies of Spirit and into the lower frequencies of matter. In this manner, you can consciously integrate “Spirit into Matter” in your daily life. 

This integration is the greatest service that anyone can offer, as it is the most effective process to raise the vibration of your self and of the planet. Also, in this manner, your physical earth-ship can be updated with the necessary “downloads” from the fifth dimensional worlds. 

These “up-dates” are much like that come into your computer. However, if the computer is not “turned on” you will not know that a new up-date is ready for transmission. If you will dedicate your self to a daily connection with your Higher Self, your bodily sensations, emotions and thoughts, will keep you informed regarding any messages your super-conscious SELF. 

We are very pleased with your/our progress. We say your/our progress because we are ONE. We are a component of your greater SELF that has chosen to inhabit your clay earth-ship. We are your command-station; hence, we are invaluable to you. Know that any feeling of “Homesickness” is actually a homing-beam that you can track to return to the state of consciousness that you call “Home.” 

Follow your “Divine Discontent” up into the fifth dimension to remember that you are never alone. Your feelings of loneliness for Home are not your enemy. We ask that you remember to perceive these feelings as friends that will guide you Home. Remember, dear ones, you are all part of our ONE SELF. 

We surround you with our light so that you can release any experience that threatens to “let you down” and lower your consciousness. We support you in Gaia’s Web of Life and promise you that we will NOT “let you down.” Know that your/our mission shall be completed. 

Each of you within Gaia’s Web of Life represents the masculine energy of a Spiritual Warrior and the feminine energy of the Goddess. Your male and female energies are blending now. This process shall continue until no separation is possible, as your body has been transformed into LIGHT. 

The “Web of Life” is the light matrix to which your consciousness is attached. Once your Soul attaches its consciousness to this Web, it calls in a female to give you birth. Whether or not she is aware of it, you “mother” has agreed to create a form for you and carry you within her body until you are ready to be born. 

At first, you are attached to your mother’s Web of Light, but as you mature you slowly create your own attachment to the Web. As you expand the conscious awareness of your corporeal body, you can consciously embrace the feelings of being connected to the light matrix of the Web of Life. 

Keep this matrix conscious throughout your day. See it now. See how it glimmers with many colored lights and embraces you with our love. With a conscious awareness of the Web of Life, you can begin to perceive that there are higher frequencies to which you can attach your consciousness. 

For example, you can attach your consciousness to the fourth dimension when you are being creative and/or sleeping. With practice you will be able to attach your consciousness to the fifth dimensional frequency of the Web. From this frequency you will be able to create a portal through which you can perceive the third and fourth dimensional realities, as well as the higher dimensional realities of the fifth dimension and beyond. 

While your consciousness is attached to the fifth dimensional Web of Life, you can leave time to travel into the NOW of the higher worlds. We are pleased to explain more about how this transition was accomplished. However, there is the timeline to be considered. Hence, there are certain facts we cannot share with you within your “time.” 

We can tell you that “time travel” is far more common than the general public is allowed to know. Because of this dangerous activity, which can greatly disrupt Gaia’s future, there are many dispensations that have been released to allow for the Lightworkers to beginning to merge with their future fifth-dimensional selves. 

We say future fifth dimensional self, because you all have many fifth dimensional selves. But, there is only one future self with whom you will merge. We will now explain how your past/3D self and your future/5D SELF can merge. You may find that your inner child is the first one to take your hand. 

We will now tell you how your future, fifth dimensional SELF will merge with your inner child. Your future SELF lives on future Earth, which is quite different than you what you may imagine. The manner in which it is different is one of the things that I cannot share with you yet. 

However, I do have permission to tell you a story. I will tell it in first person and from the perspective of my inner child, as well as yours. In response to your unasked question, yes, we always have an inner child. It is our inner child that holds our vulnerability and innocence. My/our story: 

One morning I awoke very early before the suns were up. We lived to be much older than in your timeline, so age didn't mean much, but I would say that I was still a child. My body was changing and so was my consciousness. I had been having a reoccurring dream in which I was playing with another girl about my age. 

I felt very close to her and her to me. She had shared with me that, although I could remember my dreams of us, she could not. She told me that in her world people did not believe that we had other parts of ourselves. The force of the collective consciousness was too much for her to battle. She already felt she was too different from everyone else, so she was unable believe that our joint dreams could be real. 

On the other hand, in my world it was a common event to mind travel to other realities, times, and to visit with other portions of our total self. I had done so since I was quite young. This young girl, however, felt very different. It seemed that she was closer to me than anyone I had ever met in my mind journeys. 

She said her name was Em and I told her that I was known as Illia. I also had a masculine side of myself that I could present, but that frightened Em. She could only be close to me when I displayed myself as feminine; so that is what I did. 

For many years, we met in the fourth dimension that was between my world and her world. Em lived in the third dimension and I lived in the fifth. Our favorite place to meet was in fourth dimensional Faerie. In fact, it took a very long time for Em to learn to raise her vibration above that plane. When we first met, she was in the Lower Astral Plane. 

The first time that I met Em, I was mind traveling in Faerie and heard a distant cry. It was a cry so filled with terror that it caught my attention. Usually, I would not have had any awareness of the Lower Astral Plane. I was told never to go there. However, this cry was so familiar that I could not resist investigating it. 

I surrounded myself with the Violet Light, so that I would be protected from the low vibrations of that dimension and left a trail of Light connecting me to my Faerie self, so that I would not become lost. Down, down I went into the dark lands of the lower Astral. 

I could not see too much through my violet cocoon, but I could hear cries of agony all around me. On and on I traveled, following the cries of the distant familiar voice. At last, I came to what appeared to be a jail. We no longer had jails in my home, but I had seen pictures of them at our learning post. 

On the other side of the jail was a frightened child who was screaming and crying because a big monster was trying to get to her. I entered the jail cell with her and filled it with Violet Light. It took a while for the girl to realize that the Violet Light was around her, because she was curled up in a ball with her eyes closed. 

Finally, she stopped crying to saw that she was enclosed in a violet cocoon and that someone was in the cocoon with her. She looked at me as if she recognized me and said, “Who are you? You don’t feel like a monster. In fact, you feel familiar.” 

“Yes, I answered your call because it felt familiar to me as well. Do we know each other?” 

“I don’t remember,” answered the child, as she stood up and faced me. “Hey, where is the monster? That is a need trick with the purple light. Is that what made the monster go away? Can you teach me how to do that?” 

“Hey wait,” I stopped her. “You are asking too many questions. How can I answer them all? No, I can answer them all, but not with words. Would you like to go with me? I have a wonderful reality that I visit all the time.” 

“Are you asleep too?’ 

“No, and neither are you. They just tell you that you are asleep when you are mind traveling, so that you won’t forget that you are human now.” 

“Yes,” she frowned. “They tell me a lot of things, so that I won’t forget that I am human, but I still don’t feel like it. I mean I know that I am a person, but I am not like them. I don’t believe in their world and they don’t believe in mine.”

The child looked confused. “I don’t know. I don’t know what my name is down there, or what time date it is. I only know that I am a kid, and I don’t like being a kid. I also know that I have a lot of scary feelings down there that I can’t talk about. Then, when I come up here the feelings turn to monsters, and I can’t get to Faerie.” 

“Faerie! That is where I want to take you. Here hold my hand,” I say as I reach out towards her. “I will show you a way there that NO monsters know about. Maybe someone in Faerie knows your name.” 

The child happily reached out to take my hand. All of her questions were gone as soon as she knew she was going to Faerie. 

“Can you feel me inside you?” I ask the child. I am still in my world, because I am a fifth dimensional being and can easily bi-locate. In fact, to say that correctly, we are a fifth dimensional being and we can bi-locate. We are two in one and one in two.” 

The child looks very confused, but is so happy to leave her cage in the Lower Astral plane that she can barely hear me. 

“Can you feel me inside you?” I repeat. “We are two in ONE now.” 

“Wow, it is so beautiful here.” Em ignores me as she exclaims, “I NEVER want to leave here.” 

“As I show you more and more of my reality, will you share some of your reality with me?”

These actions are setting up the events, which are to change your world forever. We expect these events to manifest shortly. The dark cabal ran your reality by itself for the past two decades. This interlocking group of powerful men and women determine the fate of nations, and whether certain economic conditions are to nearly ruin one large corporation or another. Their daily policy positions bring them great wealth and seemingly great respect. Nonetheless, these decisions bring them great disrespect as well! Over the last two decades we have worked diligently with a group of ingenious lawyers, investors and scientists to create a means to bring this great wall of power down. It began initially as a union of various individuals who wished to use their wealth, acumen and beliefs to forge a network to produce a global common law and human rights organization. They were to work together, share information and leak examples of what was discovered via Internet blogs. 

Now, these interlinked groups have within them individuals who fully grasp what is needed for them to succeed. To further their righteous cause, we connected them to the Agarthans who observe this realm and provided liaisons that can reach the highest levels of business, government and those engaged in the work of Spirit. Never lose sight that this endeavor is a spiritual and transcendental experience. It is about preparing the path for new networks, which affect the law, governance and especially the ways of Spirit. The aim is to install a means to forge a common law that is one with the original intent of the U.S. constitution and to spread this throughout the globe. America was given a blueprint from Count St. Germain to create a free republic filled with the right to guarantee the individual sovereignty of each American. This notion was to eventually be repeated across this globe. What happened was the diabolical interference of a cabal intent on derailing this noble experiment in freedom. It succeeded for a few centuries and it is now time to complete what this republic started.  

The legal remedy for this is NESARA. NESARA is the special instrument, which enables this global common law network to intertwine with a new form of governance. Selamat Balik! We come to you on this date with good news! The dark's network of minions is facing defeat. The Light has come to the conclusion that it is unwise to permit these scoundrels to continue. The governments that these minions occupy are totally dedicated to preventing the dark's nefarious financial dealings from ever failing. Hence, it is most wise to oust these drones from power. The key to this is the new financial system, which has only been partially revealed. This new monetary program is to end fiat monies and obliterate those central banks which strongly support this worthless system. In addition, the new precious metal-backed monies are to usher in the reasons for declaring NESARA in North America and GESARA throughout this globe. The new government is to be a temporary one. Its purpose is to set the stage for a globe filled with numerous de jure governments whose prime convention is serve their people and pave the way for a global prosperity. These governments are also to release technologies which are to clean your waters, air and ground of the pestilence produced by the destructive industries of the dark. 

These governments are to allow the Ascended Masters to directly address you and permit the decades-long UFO cover-up to cease. Indeed, First Contact is a great dividing point for your society. Before, you were a group of limited conscious Beings who were led by a dark global alliance. This cabal is now to be replaced. In its stead a contact is to arrive and push you to the very edge of a transformation as to how you view yourselves, your world, and even how you spiritually conceive your origins. This grand watershed is to be the point where you confront your beliefs and begin to accept radically new ones. In this interregnum you are to meet us and discover how you came to be. I IlliaEm, Elohim of Arcturus, speak to YOU personally, as well as to all of you. As an Elohim, my abilities are completely liberated from all of your perceived limitations of time and space. You, too, will begin to know this freedom. 

I have come to your heart to remind you that I have been with ALL of you since the very beginning of your exploration into polarized reality. I was with you each time you entered as an infant, and each time you crossed over at the end of each life. You see, Beloveds, I am YOU, and we are ONE. 

I am so very proud of who you are, and who you are becoming. I see that you are exhausted. Your body is in the midst of a major transition, and you wish to be within your cocoon. You shall be able to do so after your Holidays. For now, just relax and be calm. All will be wonderful. Your fifth dimensional life is here now! Just open your heart to it. In fact, allow me to help you. Allow me to reach into your Soul, then into your physical encasement and touch the core of your heart. 

Feel my Essence as I enter you. See my Light within your heart. Do you see me now, my One? Deep, deep inside the center of your physical heart, I have opened a small vortex. Yes, there it is right there, straight ahead and a bit to the left. At first you see it only as a small light in the midst of your throbbing physical heart, but as you approach it with you inner vision, you realize that, indeed, it is a vortex. 

At first, the spin is slow, but gradually, it spins faster and faster, pulling you closer and closer to it. Wait! Stop a moment and wait as the vortex opens its core to you. Do you see how a light is beginning to dawn through its center, like the morning light through the damp trees? It appears that this light is searching, searching for you, my One, oscillating around and around like a flashlight in a dark night. 

Remain still, for it is seeking you, just as you are seeking it. You are beginning to realize that this light is intelligent. This Light is a Being, without form, yet filled with wisdom, power and love beyond all measure. You remain so still that you almost forget to breathe, as the Light gradually hones in on your location. 

At first, the Light only touches your toes, then it slowly works it way up your body, to your ankles, calves, knees, thighs, hips, waist, solar plexus, and into your heart. The Light then moves up into your throat, your brow and your crown. 

Now, the Light that is within you covers every surface of your form, it emanates down into the Earth and up into Gaia’s atmosphere. As the Light that entered through your heart expands into the core of the planet and the expanses of deep space, your feeling becomes a vibration, then a glow, then a flash, a fire, a sun, and a STAR. 

You are pure Light, pure energy, pure Essence.

"Enlightenment" is your destiny!

Dratzo! We return with good news! The dark's last faithful minions are now in a special summit with the followers of the Light. The arrogant and once all-powerful ones are negotiating the final terms of their global surrender. The dark cabal is already stripped of most of its wealth and the Light will transform their old regimes. The agreements reached in the summit will produce a final timetable for the making of a New Realm - one that is free, prosperous and permits each person to be truly sovereign. The agreements will also detail how the leaders of the current "de facto" governments will resign. The new governance will put on a series of special trials to explain why various past events happened and how other events forged a New Reality for humanity. This will help you to better understand the reasons behind the events of the day. 

The rise of the new governance will uncloak the UFO cover up, and there will be a grand reordering of how humanity sees the universe. At that point, the Agarthans and we can appear and address the multitudes. 

Announcements are going to greatly change your financial outlook and your view of this world and humanity. Suddenly, you will enjoy a vast "jubilee" and realize a whole new branch of humanity has been added to your reality. As we said before, negotiations are setting forth the terms for their surrender and friendly military will assist our allies in enforcing the agreements.
