Initial deliveries were deferred until after American Independence Day, due to a conflict between those who wish a truly fast track and others who desire an overuse of prudence in these matters. We anticipate that this promises to be the last of such delays. Most of the fundamental fundings are already in the financial pipeline. The most difficult hurdles have been cleared. We are assured that a strict schedule is to be kept once these first funds arrive at their various destinations. The object is to use these funds to finally terminate the remaining points of power still held by the dark cabal. Therefore, the future fundings are to proceed smoothly and to remove the feelings of frustration that many of you still have. This is a time for prosperity and for a New Financial System to be shown to all. The New Governance is to oversee this and put an end to the greedy autocrats who have been in power over the last few centuries. There are undoubtedly a few unforeseen kinks that need to be addressed. In any case, all is to be accomplished and this operation is assured of a final success. What is left is for the remaining scenarios to occur and for you to be able to enjoy what is ready to manifest before you. When we first came to this land, we saw how the Anunnaki and their dark minions controlled you. That time is at an end. Ahead is a moment when you can breathe easily and know that the pathway to Full Consciousness is being cleared. Soon, we can directly address you and prepare you for our arrival and, with it, the coming of your mentors. Then you are to see your Crystal Light Chambers in Agartha! 

When all of these dark Beings clear out, then is the moment for you to shine. New NESARA-sponsored initiated governance is to permit you to carry out your various projects. Use this special time to come together and begin to forge a new world, where fear and limitation no longer exist. Use this newfound peace to meet new friends and be able to work with similar projects across this globe. In this fresh mood of cooperation, the Ascended Masters intend to give you several lessons on origins, history and what lies ahead for surface humanity. This process is going to be further enhanced by a whole slew of projects that are either to quickly rebuild or create new infrastructure (roads, sewers and water treatment projects for example). It is a time when you can live in one reality yet freely communicate with the others. It allows you to be both a marvelous full part of Heaven and to live freely in physicality. You are, in effect, a denizen of all realities. This amazing condition is what awaits after you emerge from your Light Chamber and are properly trained by us. We have lived for this for millennia. We gladly welcome it! 

Your envisioning and deep desire to join us have brought your space family to this present realm. It has gradually permitted you to begin a process that is moving you away from what your former dark masters deeply desired you to become. These reprehensible masters had exceeded the time bequeathed by Heaven for their rule. We were inserted into this unholy mix to prevent their success. The dark was stopped and, even though they are still powerful to you, their abilities are being vastly reduced. As Heaven deeply infuses it with its sacred decrees, this realm is quickly turning to Light. You are now to watch as Heaven’s long set of scenarios starts to manifest and alter this dark realm forever. We are blessed by what is happening. Be aware of this divine grace and prepare to be able to achieve your dreams. A new world is ready to appear before you!

Selamat Jalwa! Some great changes are on the horizon! Those who are swiftly putting the new NESARA republic together are very close to completing this arduous project. It is the goal of these diligent patriots to accomplish this as quickly as possible. So far, the first part of a general two-part funding is now finished. The next part is hopefully to be completed shortly. According to those in the know, once all administrative funding is complete, this NESARA republic can be formally declared. This project is to formally end the Federal Reserve and force the 1871-formed de facto government to go out of business. This act alone permits every American to emerge from under debt slavery and begin to move quickly to the status of a free and prosperous member of the new American Union! This process also enables the Pentagon to quit wars in many parts of this globe and, for the first time since the end of the Vietnam War, to return all its soldiers to the continental United States. Peace is to be restored to this globe and a new gold-backed financial and monetary system is to be the norm. Hence, the divine decrees of Heaven are to manifest on Gaia. 

These wondrous changes are to help the concepts of NESARA spread across your globe. These new governances are to allow the worldwide UFO cover-up to finally end. Selamat Jalwa! Much continues to happen around your world! The globe is caught in a strange conundrum. On one hand it is able to openly say that the monies needed to begin both the numerous humanitarian programs and the final stages of the prosperity packages have been approved for funds transfers. Yet, the recent coming and going of the business world’s first quarter have created a situation that led to another week’s delay in the transfer operations. These conditions are totally unacceptable. This worldwide process cannot be hindered by old-time business practices of either the banks or the many allied financial corporations. Despite these same old forms of delay, the required monies are ultimately to be transferred. There is now a series of alternatives that can be applied to resolve any future difficulties of this sort. We look to our earthly allies to use this new system to quickly permit these large sums to be successfully moved from Asia to any other continents as required. Therefore, the things so far encountered are to be put aside and the much-needed wealth sent on its way. The start of this process is now underway! 

As you receive your first funds, be ready to spring into action. Within your community, there are those who deeply wish for you to succeed. Contact these individuals and see how your plans interface with theirs. The purpose of these funds is to help you and your community to achieve goals. Never forget this. This heavenly movement is so perfectly timed that you can easily observe how each of you is moving forward with a wondrous rhythm. Not only are you doing so, but the same is true for each ecosystem so beautifully maintained by Gaia. We have daily observed how you are changing and can also see similar patterns within the diverse biosphere of Mother Earth. The dark cabal has so far just dented this diverse set of ecosystems. Gaia, with our assistance, has kept even the most devastated system working. Here, your help combines with our more indirect assistance to keep Life on your world moving forward. What is needed is for you to vastly increase your more direct aid to these varied ecosystems. What you are doing is helping both these numerous “life zones” and your fellow humans. These projects allow Gaia to work at a pace that mirrors your progress to Full Consciousness. Thus, this realm is changing at the pace set by Heaven to introduce a New Realm. This New Realm can, at the appropriate moment, merge into the higher one found in Inner Earth. 

These changes thus have a divine timetable that is set daily by Heaven. We are made aware of these daily resets and use our medical and geological teams to verify what is actually happening. As this Gregorian year moves forward, we check its progress against charts that we have compiled since we first arrived en masse at the start of the decade of the 1990s. Heaven has set a series of rhythms that are still mirroring each other. We are watching one of these, which we first chose after the time of 9/11. It has consistently shown us insights to move this surface realm toward a time when the needed merger of inner and surface worlds can truly happen. This is to occur after you have traveled with our help to Agartha and been put in your personalized Crystal Light Chamber. This time is only to be revealed to you as it happens. We are closely observing how Heaven is moving this grand set of patterns with a very gracious hand. Our task is simply to follow this grand pattern and act upon certain items designated by Heaven’s numerous Grand Councils. 

Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! What is happening on your realm is a Great Shift from the dark reality of the cabal to the new Light Realm of Heaven. We feel blessed, after millennia, to finally participate in the great reordering of your consciousness. Atlantis deeply desired to turn its former dissidents into docile servants of the ruling oligarchy. Instead, these newly-minted humans were thrust into a world largely devoid of its former inhabitants. We Masters play a part by assisting each of you during this transitory time. This requires the proper amount of grace applied and mercy added to what can surely transpire. 

This deep concern is part of a sacred process that contains elements of prayer and sacred rites. The overall degree of change is immense. We are given the sacred responsibility to shepherd you and permit you to “make it” to the last step. Dratzo! In our last report, we briefly mentioned one of the eight sideshows being used by the dark cabal to maintain a degree of chaos in your realm. These dire sets of circumstances all have solutions, which many on your world are busily pursuing. The dark is watching as those who intend to move this globe into a much safer and sane reality work their magic on each of Gaia’s six major continents. These numerous “heroes” are paving the way for a whole series of policies, which are eventually to bring together your surface world’s people. Adding to this set of emerging programs is the rise of a New Banking and Financial System. When the New Prosperity is added to this, a bright future begins to emerge. The dark cabal is in virtual panic about its fizzling well-laid plans. The dark had wished to spring a series of small violent incidents that were to be expanded into a number of growing wars. This, as you know, has not happened. Instead, the dark sees that their delays were only a small hindrance to what is currently happening. In a short time, a New Reality is poised to manifest, which is the transition to your move to Full Consciousness. 

We are very proud of how you are accepting the vast changes that are at present barely appearing around you. Soon, the many funding programs that are to change your world are set to emerge. At the end of the 19th and 20th centuries, a number of incredible inventions started to appear and were ridiculed by the dark's newspapers and magazines. Shortly after that, these initial discoveries disappeared. During the course of the 20th century, many such devices were likewise “stolen" and then sequestered by the cabal. A gradual reversal of this process is now ready to occur. Already, a number of people have come forward with “rediscoveries”. These devices are a precursor to what is to come. In your world there are many remarkable individuals who are slowly creating the basis for a New Science founded upon the advanced consciousness that is quickly altering your physical selves. These changes and their resultant realities are allowing you to witness this New Renaissance and to see how miraculous your future truly is! 

The dark cabal was adamant in continuing to delay the advent of NESARA. Yet, even as the foundation of a new financial system and the global reform of its currency moved forward, it was becoming clear that the present de facto USA regime was pursuing policies that were openly opposed to what these various reforms intended to achieve. In addition, this criminal organization was funding the operations and the arming of terrorist gangs such as Al Qaeda and ISIS and illegally assisting a number of drug-running cartels. These actions were some of the corruption and derelictions that this “government” was secretly accomplishing. Therefore, it was essential that this illegal organization be quickly put out of business. Thus, a series of special organization-changing discussions were begun in the early spring of 2016. It was intended to replace this illegal regime before late spring arrived. A scenario to achieve this much-needed result was agreed upon and a plan was put into action by a special military/civilian taskforce. 

We are most grateful for the coalition of the Light and what it has so far accomplished. The New Financial System is in the final stages of replacing the very corrupt SWIFT system and can now allow large amounts of funds to be safely transferred from one continent to another. Currencies have been adjusted so that new precious metal-backed monies can be internationally introduced. A New Financial System is coming together. To complete this process clearly requires that NESARA be implemented in the US, and this structure extended to a number of equally corrupt regimes across this globe. In the near future, you are to truly witness the rise of a whole host of New Governance. This can greatly aid the worldwide end to the UFO cover-up. This operation can help us to be properly revealed to you. At that time, we can aid those involved in clearing your world of radiation and various types of industrial pollution. This can allow Gaia’s many habitats to return to a near pristine condition. You are to be free, prosperous and a guardian of Gaia! Hallelujah!

Be ready to act in a quick yet well thought out manner. It is vital that you see yourself as a vision and energy center. Know deep in your Heart that your plan is to succeed and that once the funding begins, you are to find those who are to aid you in this grand effort. Dratzo! The slight delay around Easter is over and the funds are moving forward again. This cat-and-mouse game of stop/start is related to the concern of the ancient families and royals over the sudden way that the oligarchs strike and how they too often disregard whatever they have agreed to. This wariness is thus reflected in the odd way funds have moved over the past few weeks. We have sincerely questioned these tactics and suggested alternative methods for countering this continued distrust of the way this process is to conclude. In any case, you are to eventually receive your initial funds and are to see the downfall of the rulers who compose their many defacto regimes. In fact, let it be known that the farcical false flags in both Paris and Brussels are just ways used by the dark to show that its days of manipulating you are not over. As long as their puppet governments rule, you can expect even more attempts to scare you. Fortunately, the new American Republic proposed by NESARA is quite close to actual fruition. There are still a few kinks left to work out and a stronger set of agreements to be put in place. 

The dark cabal is like a cornered animal. It is constantly applying survival strategies that have seemed to work in the past. These false flags are yet another example of this. ISIS is a tool of this process. Its support comes from careful funding by the secret government, and it uses specially trained mercenaries to tutor its forces in irregular warfare tactics, which it currently employs. It has established "cells", similar to those used in previous wars against the French in Algeria in the 1950s, and used in other guerilla wars since that time. These strategies are being employed to make it seem that these militants are somehow indigenous to the Middle East. What they are doing is stirring up a pot of frustrations that has existed ever since the West stifled a pan-Arabic revolution against the Ottoman Empire in the late 1910s. People who are able to help bring Ascension that much nearer are very active, but they are for the time being still up against the actions of the dark Ones who adopt delaying tactics. However, their attempts to delay the inevitable are futile and will do little to stop Disclosure coming out within a reasonable period. It has been decreed by higher forces that the necessary action should be taken to ensure completion as planned. Those doing the work of the Light are protected and are helped to carry out their tasks. The Blue Avians continue to oversee what is taking place, but will not interfere with our freewill should we elect to follow a different path to the Light. However, there is a plan in place that will lead us ever onwards to a successful Ascension. It cannot be allowed to fail and it is expected that the followers of the Light will succeed. There are a number of powerful influences at work, and it is expected that they will overcome any obstacles placed on the path of the Light. So, be confident and do not allow doubts to creep into your thoughts. 

The dark Ones are concerned that they can no longer dictate what takes place, and obstinately try to overcome the power of the Light Forces that are preventing their success. They threaten those who stand in their way to no avail. Their power has been severely diminished and they can no longer do as they choose. Although they still threaten to use nuclear devices, they know that in reality it will not be allowed. The Forces of Light are by and large protected, but some souls have already agreed to sacrifice their life for the good of others. Be assured that any such actions will be adequately rewarded, but naturally in some situations karma is being played out and the outcome is pre-planned. As you have no doubt learnt, nothing really happens by chance, as your life plan is arranged to suit your specific needs. 

If you cannot directly help those who are strongly fighting for full Disclosure, you can assist by visualizing it and giving it the power to be successful. It is certainly considered to be the most desirable outcome, and many souls are working for it. As the net closes on the dark Ones, full Disclosure almost becomes a certainty, and many Beings of Light are helping to raise the vibrations. You look around you and the Earth seems to be in a turmoil, but know that Mother Earth with the assistance of your Space Family are able to cleanse it quite quickly, and there will be no undue delay when the time comes for it to be done. You should bear in mind that you are being helped by Beings who are thousands of years ahead of you. For them, problems that you consider to be difficult are simple and easily handled. 

All around you, souls are awakening to the realization that Humans are One Race. Each of you is your brother’s keeper and has been separated for far too long. The Earth has given you many varied experiences, as you have moved from one Race to another, but now the time has come to see all of them as One. In life after life, you have been deliberately led to believe that you are all different, and this has led to many wars and troubles. Humans have to be reminded that there is only one Race on Earth, and it is now time to come together. Help each other, as many are suffering through wars and deprivation, largely brought about by those who are of the Cabal. There is a time approaching, when the Cabal will no longer be able to stay on Earth, as their vibrations will be too low to ascend. From that time onwards, there will be great rejoicing, as the Light will have been victorious. 

All of you have come a long way to reach the point where you are now and you have every right to feel satisfied, and in the course of time, you will learn more about your experiences. You have had many lives and numerous experiences from which you have quickly evolved. It is just part of your journey back to Full Consciousness, which enables you to leave the lower vibrations behind. From that time onwards, you will once again learn the truth of your travels through the different levels, although you will be more concerned with your new life in the higher vibrations. You will, in fact, have much more say as to where you will move and continue your evolution. 

As you are in the last stage of your present life, accept that Mother Earth is also preparing for Ascension. She has held on as long as possible to give every soul the maximum opportunity to rise up. So, focus on your immediate tasks and keep them in your sight and do not be distracted by the outer happenings around you. Many are overwhelmed by the events taking place and unaware of their true nature, but they will be getting help from their Guides, so that they gain the maximum advantage from them. In all possibility, you are part of a family that are likely to evolve together, but that is not always the case, as some members may have a different life plan. In each life, you will have chosen experiences that satisfied your particular needs to ensure that you have continued to evolve, and they would not necessarily have been the same as your partners. So, you will follow your path, whilst allowing others to also follow theirs. 

On Earth, so much is happening, most of which you are unaware, but very soon details will start to emerge. Once this period really gets under way, life will move on very quickly, and you will make up for the time lost by having been denied the advantages of new discoveries. Because you will have advanced civilizations helping you, they will enable you to make up for lost time. You will be moving away from fossil fuels and use instead free clean energy that will supply all of your needs. At a stroke, it will make a tremendous difference to your lives, and make you self-sufficient. You will have more independence, and never again suffer for the want of heat or adequate clean water supplies. There is much more that will follow, once people have had their essential needs covered. 

One thing that often cannot be positively given is the exact timing of the events that are mentioned. However, every effort is made to bring them about, but sometimes unforeseen factors come up that result in delays. One thing you can certainly be sure of is that important events will take place, even if slightly delayed, and revaluation of the currencies is virtually ready to go ahead. As always, there are interested parties who stall for time, but if they deliberately or unnecessarily cause delay, they will be removed and left behind. The powers that be are determined to go ahead at the first possible opportunity. You may not get regular updates on all such matters, but some progress is always being made.

Despite these measures, we are confident that these funds are to be distributed successfully to all intended parties. The prosperity program is likewise obeying strict protocols that also tend to slow those planned deliveries. Despite these extra measures, all funding is to be delivered and lead to New Governance. This is important to us, as these new governments are not only to end your debt slavery, but to permit them as well to conclusively terminate the decades-long UFO cover-up. This is the positive sign that is to permit us to finally make contact with you directly. It can thus be truly said that these are very interesting times! 

The sudden decline of this ancient cabal is what is really happening. This malevolent oligarchy needs to fade into history, so you can be released from seemingly never-ending debt slavery. This process began in earnest in the last decade. The New Financial System was born in the casino-like vestiges of the former global banking system. The present governments are on their last legs and we expect to hear the required announcements shortly. At present, the dark realizes its terrible predicament. Special orders have gone forth to complete a number of key projects by the end of this first Gregorian month of January. This time is traditionally one of endings as well as beginnings. Following in this path is a special project to take down the wanton oligarchs of this realm. It is to be known only after it has succeeded in ridding this globe of the nefarious ones who have kept this land in near ruin for the past half millennium. At that time their Anunnaki masters gave these scallywags a great degree of power over surface humanity. This sudden newfound sense of power led to centuries of untold depravity. Unleashed technology propelled your realm toward the world that was eventually to be the one to be captured by the Light. It is this restored vision that is to drive you toward quickly returning to Full Consciousness. You are in fact a great people, which were chosen by the Heavenly Hierarchies to come here and aid Gaia and her sister worlds. You are to reformulate a Star Nation. It is this manifesting Star Nation, which is to secure galactic peace and insure that the wonders of the Light be fully displayed in this broad Galaxy. Thus, you have a sacred mission that was temporarily waylaid by the dark. We are here now to restore Heaven’s Divine Mandate and permit you to rediscover who and what you truly are. As physical angels, you have been given a sacred role to play as the Light’s power quickly unfolds in this special Galaxy. You are a symbol of how those captured by the dark can be fully restored to the sacred energies of the Light!

In the great financial fall of the late first decade of this century, not one of the dark’s leading banking executives was touched, despite the degree of criminal fraud involved. It is as well the moment when a number of key fund transfers can at last happen. This is why we ask you to remain positively focused and ready when appropriate to go forth and fulfill your dreams.
