We anticipate that this promises to be the last of such delays. Most of the fundamental fundings are already in the financial pipeline. The most difficult hurdles have been cleared. We are assured that a strict schedule is to be kept once these first funds arrive at their various destinations. The object is to use these funds to finally terminate the remaining points of power still held by the dark cabal. It has gradually permitted you to begin a process that is moving you away from what your former dark masters deeply desired you to become. The vote to exit Britain from the European Union is a visible part of what is occurring around this world. The dark has been reeling in secret for the past few months, as the ones who desire a New Realm to be put together have constructed agreements and organizations to “bring in the New”. This has forged a new Global Reset of the world’s currencies, which are to be backed universally with gold or silver. The dark’s stock markets and bourses are dropping in value, as these new financial instruments, such CIPS, BRICS and AAIB, take effect. These are to replace old organizations like SWIFT and the IMF. The time for a formal reckoning has come at last! Soon, you are to see the core of the leadership of the old financial and government systems publicly arrested and sent off to a well-deserved isolation. In this mode, they can no longer interfere with, or in some odd way delay, this new system as it globally comes to the fore. These things require New Governance. Decades ago, NESARA was born and sequestered until the world was truly prepared to transform. In this way, the onerous loans formerly forced on the world by the IMF can at last be corrected. These things are, in reality, a beginning for establishing a financial system by which prosperity is spread internationally and new governance can pop up like wildflowers. 

This prosperity is to be accomplished in a number of ways. The most important is the benefit accrued by those who have spent time in preparing for the coming of this New Currency Re-evaluation. Dratzo! This realm is slowly changing. A true republic tied to the nuances of the NESARA law is slowly emerging in America. The numerous attempts by the dark to falsely proclaim such a regime are doomed and will ultimately fail. Meanwhile, the dark's ability to lie and plant these falsehoods is being cast aside by the Light. This, among other things, has temporarily slowed the progress of the Light's many forces. We, with our many liaisons, are sorting out this final nonsense. This is permitting the Light to get back on track. Hence, the Light's many sections are again able to easily communicate with each other. We expect extreme progress to allow these funds to go forward. All of this to us signifies the last ways by which the dark is interfering with the rise of New Governance and the emergence of New Monies. This, of course, implies that the New Banking organizations need to adopt a stricter set of procedures and set up new rules to cover the successful deployment of this New Gold Standard. These things are now being sorted out and a number of new procedures are getting ready to be applied internationally.

Dratzo! The process to change this reality continues. This is for the most part an uneven effort. On one hand, we have the Ascended Masters, numerous secret societies and their close allies, those individuals sincerely dedicated to a quick and sane ending to the power and wealth of the dark’s many minions. These oligarchs were intent on a massive depopulation program, which has recently begun to have some effect on the world’s numerous underdeveloped and poorer countries. This set of deadly projects is only now being somewhat stopped by a series of enlightened “whistleblowers.” These projects are part of other activities that are poisoning the world’s air, oceans and ground with deadly pathogens and an increase in the spread of radiation and its evil side effects to humanity. We are carefully monitoring these things and keeping the vile effects to a lower level of intensity. We can rid Gaia of these things only when the world’s major governments permit our visible presence over a wide period of time. Here, the importance of NESARA becomes quite evident. We look forward to new governance becoming a manifested reality. 

The ongoing manifesting of various funds is a continuing sign of the rising overcautious behavior of those entrusted with the safe movement of large sums across international boundaries. We again encourage these groups to permit us to have a much greater hand in this most essential set of very sensitive operations. We possess technologies that are quite capable of resolving much of the difficulty currently inherent in this complex procedure. In spite of these difficulties, the transferors are reaching a point where these funds can actually be safely distributed. As these moments arrive, it is our intent to see the final end to the power and prestige of these depraved oligarchs. Selamat Jalwa! The progress toward a mass global success moves ahead! Despite a series of procedural adjustments last week, the needed movement of funds continued. At present, the special historic bonds have been moved and accounted for. The world is ready for a new currency that is much more fairly accounted for and truly represents the real value of each nation’s economy. Added to this, there is the final worldwide movement of gold into secure depositories that makes it easy for every nation’s currency to be gold-backed. This operation was somewhat held up as numerous security procedures had to be met and the gold properly secured. 

The Ancient Families and Royals demanded that special operations agreed upon earlier were carried out as directed. These things are currently being done and special measures timing is in effect. This means that deliveries are in process and soon funds are to be in accounts of those who were previously scheduled to receive these monies at the start of the various humanitarian projects. Despite these measures, we are confident that these funds are to be distributed successfully to all intended parties. The prosperity program is likewise obeying strict protocols that also tend to slow those planned deliveries. Despite these extra measures, all funding is to be delivered and lead to New Governance. This is important to us, as these new governments are not only to end your debt slavery, but to permit them as well to conclusively terminate the decades-long UFO cover-up. At that point, the pro-cabal governments are to fall and be swiftly followed by the new designated governments. These new rulers are to dissolve the legislature and the courts and begin a process that is to greatly alter how these bodies are presently constructed. New rules on elections and general guidelines for procedures are to be built into these public organizations. This is to allow these organs of governance to truly be made of conscious legislators and judges who willingly follow the honest dictates of Common Law. Dratzo! Many expected operations were delayed by overly cautious and unnecessary security developments. Those who temporarily control these funds are deeply worried and hence have reverted to a process, which allows them to work initially at a snail’s pace. This diverted operation has slowed the deliveries and altered when these monies are to be delivered. It is now at a pace more deliberate than we were initially given. Again, these funds are in the hands of those who feel more comfortable with a tempo that is filled with a series of special checks at each stage of this operation. This employs a special way to secretly move vast sums across borders. It is our belief that this slower process is doing two things. First, it has greatly slowed a number of future announcements that are to signal the start of New Governance and those that are to begin a Global Currency Reset. Second, it has slowed down the preliminary schedule for mass arrests and for the rechartering of the world’s fraudulent banking system. 

These delays are yet another sign of how difficult it is to swiftly move against the old, dark order, which has ruled this realm for millennia. Even though we possess the tools and the evidence to defeat these odious ones, it is very difficult, even after a series of agreements to speed up this vital process. The dark realizes the extent to which the Light Forces are permeated with those who know how truly devious are the ways of their former dark lords. This old “history” has again and again produced caution, even when it is not really called for. We deeply apologize for these ultra-slow actions. It is hard to move when a way of doing things is challenged. Your world is now deeply embedded in this set of old procedures. It is our challenge to change this and allow a breath of fresh air to permeate this operation. Hence, we expect that this process is to begin quite shortly.
