Unconditional Love is the ultimate goal of all who are preparing to ascend

Dear Ones, you are handling the present situation on Earth with good sense, by keeping your sights upon Ascension. It draws nearer with each day that passes, but there is still much work to do before it becomes your reality. In this closing period, there will be much to do, as you assist those who are at the forefront of the changes. The minions of the dark Ones still possess sufficient power to keep you from learning the whole truth, but it will come out regardless of their actions. 

Now is the time to handle your own development rather than be led by others, by assessing all information that is passed to you based on whether it “feels” right. As you are already well on to your Path of Light, you should have sufficient knowledge to see what lies ahead. Over some years, Beings of Light have enabled you to continue growing, and have directed you onto the Path of Light. However, it is now time to forget the traditional paths that have required your strict obedience to them. You have outgrown them and are sufficiently advanced to determine your own pathway. 

Tremendous changes are rapidly approaching that will tell you beyond doubt, that the New Age has arrived. Your Internet is still the nearest you can get to the truth, but even that is subject to false information at times. However, once you have identified reliable sources, you will have information by which you can determine those that can be safely used to check out others. If in doubt, your intuition is your best guide, but always be prepared to change, if it takes you to a higher level. 

As most of you must already be aware, all forms of religious teachings are under review, as present messages from the Archangels and other higher sources have indicated. The established religions are to be treated with careful scrutiny, as not one has a sole claim to the truth. On some major issues, they are sadly lacking, but an advanced soul would be able to determine which ones they are. At this time of great changes, even the orthodox religions are being revised, but some souls still heavily rely upon them and will have to find their own pathway to the truth. Prayer is still powerful and important, but needs to come from the heart, as those repeatedly used often tend to lack any real injection of Love and Light. Let your own life become a prayer within itself as you live it with unconditional Love. It is the ultimate goal of all who are preparing to ascend. 

In your travels upon Earth, you have gone through many experiences at many different levels, and now you are a “seasoned traveler” ready to step up to the next level. Each time you do so, your lives get so much easier and pleasurable, as you are no longer in the presence of the dark Ones who would do their best to keep you down. That time is approaching now, and worth every bit of effort you put into it. You are not expected to become paupers or live in rags to prove your acceptance of God, and you are entitled to enjoy life and share the bounty of the Earth. For too long you have suffered “lack”, but that time will soon pass even though the conditions still exist in some countries. Truthfully, the Earth has sufficient for all to enjoy a happy and fruitful life, although to many it may not seem so now, but in the very near future it shall quickly come to be. 

Mother Earth has commenced the cleansing of the planet, as she cannot hold back any longer, and will give clear signals of what is to come. Take heed and you will be clear of any danger to life or limb. Some souls wishing to leave the Earth will seize such opportunities, as they are not ready to remain and take part in the Ascension. Remember that death is only a transfer from one level to another, as in reality there is no such thing as “death”, that some souls consider to be a permanent condition. Life is eternal and death is not such a frightening experience as some might imagine. When the soul leaves the physical body, it easily slips out and then moves to the Summer Realms. There it will review its life and then proceed to an appropriate level, determined by their vibrations. 

You are so close to learning of the preparations regarding the changes that are imminent. Much work has been put in and still continues, and it is only the enormity of the challenge that involves the co-operation of so many other people that is taking time to reach completion. Nothing will stop the planned outcome, but as you have already found, all is not quite as simple as you might believe. Sufficient safeguards are in place to ensure that there are no major hold ups and the major challenges have already been dealt with. So, you can be assured that commencement of the revelations will come in the very near future. Many members of your family and friends wait with love in their hearts to greet you. 

Matters on Earth are playing themselves out as required for karmic reasons, but they can be brought to a stop at any time by the higher powers of Love and Light that control your destiny. Great Beings have always followed your progress and directed your experiences, to ensure steady progress where your evolution is concerned. There have been periods when the energies of Light have been the dominant force, but in the cycle that you have just completed the dark Forces have been allowed to test you. The outcome was not a foregone conclusion, but you of the Light have overcome the lower energies to hold on to your higher Light frequencies. You are to be congratulated for having done so in the face of immense challenges at every turn. You could take the view that it is now “game over” and that all the actors can now resume their normal activities. Yet, it is not quite that simple, as whilst great understanding is given to the role every soul has played, some actions call for karmic solutions. However, rest assured that no souls are punished, but instead given every help to fully return to the Light. 

Many find it hard to understand how your experiences are not considered to be those of your true reality. Of course, they are perfectly real at the time, but do not relate to the higher levels that you came from to experience life in solid matter. You have created your own reality over many hundreds of lives and whilst you have always been given guidance, the final choice has been yours. The toughest problem you have faced is to accept that you are All One, and for eons of time you have competed with each other for dominance to the point of destroying those you considered different. Now you know that you are All One, the differences can be set aside and there is no reason why you should not all happily progress together. Clearly, there needs to be a sharing of the Earth’s bounties, and this will follow in due course.

The changes will be well beyond many people’s expectations

Much is happening as the Light awakens more souls to the truth of their existence. For too long you have been literally kept in the dark, but are now responding to the higher vibrations. You have broken out of the cocoon of forgetfulness, and are beginning to understand your true place in the Universe. If only you could grasp the truth of your magnificence and take your true place as a Being of Light. The veils of darkness are being lifted and you are slowly comprehending your destiny. You are much greater than you have been led to believe, and as you awaken to the truth, you will throw off the shackles that have led to your “imprisonment” upon the Earth. The truth can no longer be kept from you, and you are already finding out about the lies that have kept the truth from you. It is now all changing, although there will be some confusion as the new mingles with the old. However, matters are speeding along and it is only a matter of time before the truth becomes more apparent. The dark Ones may still delay progress, but they no longer hold the power they had previously. Be assured that you are protected by the Galactic Forces and they will not allow the plan for your freedom to be usurped. 

The Light upon Earth has greatly risen so much that you are quickly approaching Ascension. However, there is much work to be done for your preparation, and those souls entrusted with the task are being assisted to carry out their work. The time is upon you, when the old ways no longer serve you, and soon you will take a great leap forward. The time warp you have lived in will soon be left behind, but be aware as speedily as changes will take place, you must make due allowance for people to respond them. There will be no shortage of guidance and there are sufficient helpers to ensure that the changes take place without difficulty. Equally important is the time factor, as you must be part of the changes, so that you can easily accommodate them. Many of you have probably followed the messages from your leaders, who have given much time in ensuring that you are kept informed of developments. The changes will be well beyond many people’s expectations, and they will come very quickly that will take you through a most exciting period of advancement. Many souls are involved in the presentation of the changes and have been waiting for this time for years and years, and are completely ready to carry out their part in the revelations. 

In the higher vibrations, we have to be careful not to over excite you, as we see a much larger picture that already reveals the future. We are excited that your journey through the lower vibrations is nearly over, and try not to give the impression that the changes are nearer than they are. Allow for a progression of changes that may initially be slow to commence. We see a panoramic view of your future, which is one reason we are so confident about it. By and large, you have re-acted well in view of the delays that have occurred over the past years, and remember that as a result more souls have been given the chance to rise up. Mother Earth has reached the point when she can no longer hold the changes back, and this is another reason why we are so confident about the coming changes. Most of you are familiar with your true history, and will know that both the Lemurian and Atlantean periods ended in catastrophes. Be assured that you have moved past that possibility, and you are destined to experience a wonderful success. 

When the hostilities upon Earth are stopped, it will give the Human Race time to contemplate on the fact that you are All One. One Human Race that split into fragments, because you forgot that you are your Brother’s Keeper, and that what you do to one, you do to all. Given time to develop trust in each other, you will soon forget your history of attrition and understand the nature of Unconditional Love. There is in each soul a fundamental desire to be at One with All That Is, and having been released from the lower vibrations will again find your path to the Love and Light. The history of the dark Ages will soon be set aside, and allowed to disappear into the annals of time. The future is Golden and you will not have too long to wait before it becomes your reality. It is your true state of being and your time outside of it has been a monumental experience that has enabled you to evolve so much more quickly. 

So, there is still work to do before you can really move on, so hold on to your vision of the future, thus helping to maintain the higher vibrations. In these troubled times, as the dark Ones desperately try to control the outcome, it will be some time before they realize how futile their aims are. Some may capitulate, whilst others see honor in dying for their cause. Such souls will be shown the truth of their actions and will learn from them. No soul is beyond help and there are many great souls of Light who stand by them. Even at your level, your progress is closely followed and every help given to ensure your success. Some may question such a statement, but realize that your Guides do not interfere with your karmic responsibilities, but will help you get through them. Karma can by your reckoning be both good or bad, but all is part of your necessary evolutionary experiences. 

Life is not a series of pointless experiences and each one is part of the lessons you need to evolve. Bear in mind that before you incarnated upon Earth, you will have discussed your life plan and agreed to the various stages you have planned. This is where your Guides really play their part, as it is most important that you are successful, when it comes to your karmic challenges. Sometimes, it can be very hard for you, but regardless of how much it hurts, you will be the winner in the long run. Karma is quite a difficult set up, because often a number of souls are involved and each in turn is learning something from it. It is where your Guides are brought into their own, as quite a bit of responsibility lies with them to ensure a satisfactory conclusion. However, it should be noted that in the final reckoning you still have the freedom to make your own choices. 

Life seems to be a set of random happenings, but in fact, it is meticulously planned. Clearly, where many souls are involved, it is necessary to get all to play their part, if all are to benefit from the experience. Of course, you can “replay” situations that might not have been satisfactory and need to be gone through again. However, for different reasons karma can be carried forward to a subsequent life.

Joy Is the Harbinger of Ascension

Message from Suzille and the Arcturians via Suzanne Lie 

Joy is the Harbinger of Ascension. This Joy can begin by flowing through the sky, a leaf, an animal or a human. Joy is not just an energy field. Joy is the doorway to open into your reality of fifth dimensional New Earth. 

Unconditional Love allows you to feel Joy and Joy is the inter-dimensional portal to New Earth. There is the Joy of a new-born child, the healing of a beloved person, a successful and fulfilling project, and an important contribution to planetary Ascension. 

Remember, Ascension is not a place. Ascension is a transmutation. Transmutation is when the frequency rate of a person, place, situation, thing, or planet shifts into a higher frequency of reality. 

If you allow your Higher Self to speak with you, your fifth dimensional expression of SELF will give you a great deal of information about the path that you have chosen before you took this form, but you forgot. 

Fortunately, the highest light has attracted your attention back into the fifth dimension and into the fifth dimensional expression of the “you”, who is over-lighting its fragment of the “you” who volunteered to wear a third/fourth dimensional Earth Vessel. 

This Earth Vessel, however, is becoming far too small. This dynamic is occurring because your Multidimensional Mind, your Third Eye, and your High Heart are awakening and opening. This opening best occurs when you remain grounded in the planetary body of Gaia. 

Once you are grounded in Gaia, your inter-dimensional portal will open and you will feel the connection in-between the core of Gaia and the portal of your own Higher Self. You will also feel the “you” that resides in-between the earthly and higher dimensional opening of your portal. 

This “you” can perceive all the frequencies of all the portals that are within your Earth Vessel. Some of these portals are grounding portals, and need to be channeled through your third dimensional physical vessel, as well as your fourth dimensional astral vessel. 

This version of YOU is the planetary “you”, because you are wearing a garment of the same elements and elementals as Earth. This is likely the version of you who will experience a sense of “Ascension.” In other words, this is your inter-dimensional self. 

The form you that represents the entire planet, as well as all the frequency from the core of the Earth, Air, Fire and Water that Gaia has shared with you so that you could wear an earth vessel. 

The dark ones did not want to share. They want to steal all that they can from Gaia and from all Her beings. These dark ones had the “assignment” of creating the downfall of the “third dimensional expression of Gaia.” But all nature must die to be re-born and that is the NOW of the New Dawn. 

To assist in this rebirth, you must LET GO of the third/fourth dimensional versions of reality into which you bi-located. You released your primary attachment to your lives of comfort, purpose and Joy on the higher dimensions, so that you could inhabit a physical body to more fully assist Gaia. 

None of you realized that life on the third dimension could be so difficult, as you all volunteered from your Galactic societies within the Now of the fifth dimensional One and far, far beyond. Third dimensional life was much more difficult than you ever imagined and many of you got lost in the myriad 3D illusions. 

At least that is how you judged yourself. The truth is that all of you are doing everything that you can within the circumstances, the body, the times, the cultures, the economic spectrum, and the challenges that the particular Earth Vessel you are wearing is now facing. 

Therefore, all of you are among the ones that will ride the huge tides of change, as well as all the waves of change that have been moving through the everyday life of third dimensional Gaia’s shores. 

These tides of change, winds of change and inner expressions of change, have merged with the skies of change, the consciousness of change, the thoughts of change and the emotions of change and the fluidity of change. 

These great changes are all happening around your Earth Vessel and deeply within your Earth Vessel. Fortunately, many of you have remembered the healing power of Unconditional Love and the trans-mutational ability of the Violet Fire. 

With the memory of your SELF you can say, “I refuse to participate in ‘that’ reality—and I send it unconditional love and Violet Fire!” to transmute that which is stuck in the darkness into the Light. That Light is dawning brighter and brighter each day. 

It is only by holding true to your own higher expressions of self that you can remember to re-member the decree of: 

“I AM a Multidimensional Being who has chosen to take an earth vessel on physical Earth.” 

“I AM a Multidimensional Being who came here NOW to assist with the Ascension of Gaia.” 

“I AM wearing an earth vessel to share my higher frequencies of SELF with all life on Earth.” 

I AM that I AM. 

I AM my Personal Self. 

I AM my Planetary Self and I AM Here NOW to assist with the Planetary Ascension.

Multi-Dimensions 

The energy is VERY HOT right now. By “hot” we mean “HOT” as in electronics, because you are experiencing an ever-increasing frequency rate of your neural synapses. The reason why your synapses are firing at a higher frequency is because your consciousness is resonating to a higher frequency/dimension. 

In fact, your states of consciousness are beginning to match the frequencies of higher Light that is penetrating and transmuting all your neural synapses. In your human state of consciousness, there are three major categories: 

• Unconscious Mind—alpha and delta waves—4th dimensional self. 
• Conscious Mind—beta waves—3rd dimensional self. 
• Super-conscious Mind—gamma waves—5th dimensional self and beyond. 

Right NOW, these transformational waves of Higher Light are everywhere within your current translation of reality. We say “translation”, because each of you is beginning to perceive frequencies of reality which you had never perceived before—that is, in this incarnation. 

Most of you have had many incarnations on Earth. Some were parallel realities and some parallel or simultaneous lives. You chose to take these simultaneous versions of reality in order to rehearse your Ascension. Now it is not just a rehearsal. 

That long awaited process of planetary Ascension is here. What you are learning about that process NOW is that Ascension Is NOT leaving. Ascension is RETURNING. 

As you expand your 3D consciousness into your 5D consciousness, you become as creative as you always were in your “imagination.” This expansion of consciousness and creativity is because new areas of your physical brain are being stimulated by these higher frequencies of Light. 

Your unconscious mind is aware of these higher frequencies of Light, but your conscious mind, which is too often separated from your unconscious and superconscious mind, is often not aware of these inner changes. 

You can hide things from your conscious self. You can even lie to your conscious self and tell it a convenient lie rather than a difficult truth. Your conscious mind can hide out in the 3D and forget the myriad other components of your Total Self. 

But NOW, the higher frequencies of Light are beginning to become CONSCIOUS. 

Let us define “conscious,” which is quite complicated. Your ego has been the “keeper of your conscious mind” for many of your incarnations. With this limited dimensional access of your conscious mind, you can only perceive that which resonates to your 3^rd dimensional states of consciousness. 

Therefore, if your ego could believe that what it perceived was “real,” it could store it in your conscious mind. Unfortunately, your 3^rd dimensional ego is very tainted by the myriad challenges, traumas, lies, and disappointments of daily life. Therefore, it will often decide that something is real, because it wants it to be real. 

The conscious area of your mind is easily “brainwashed”, because it only perceives the 3^rd dimensional, physical world. On the other hand, your unconscious mind can perceive your 4^th dimensional reality, and your superconscious mind can perceive 5^th dimensional realities and beyond. 

What is occurring now is that the higher Light has been altering your Earth vessel at very baseline frequencies that were once undetectable to your conscious mind. However, now your conscious mind is increasingly able to detect the higher frequencies of Light, because your super-conscious mind has been teaching your 3^rd dimensional brain how to expand its frequency range. 

It is only within your conscious mind that you can lie to yourself. You, our beloved ones, have been repeatedly told that your conscious mind is your “best” mind, your Self, etc. In fact, your conscious mind has suffered the most “brainwashing” by the external lies, deceptions, and fearful information. 

However, your super-conscious mind is awakening, and your perceptions and translations of reality are increasingly transmuting to consciously encompass the higher frequency of Gamma Waves. In fact, now, the Gamma Waves are penetrating your atmosphere, your reality, and your physical body. 

Therefore, your innate Gamma Wave – 5^th dimensional consciousness—is coming “on line” with your conscious perceptions, and is beginning to intermingle with your 3^rd dimensional perceptions. Hence, your 3D perceptions are expanding. 

This expanded awareness may feel as if someone “turned on the lights.” Actually, that “some one” is you. YOU have turned up the frequency. 

It is vital within this NOW that you recognize that YOU are on the cusp of allowing yourself to acknowledge that you can perceive a frequency of reality that is just beyond your physical perceptions. When you embrace this fact with your conscious mind, your 5^th dimensional perceptions move into the category of being REAL. 

In other words, your conscious mind was innately given the role of determining “what is real” in your ever-changing world. However, once your conscious and your super-conscious minds merge, that which is perceived via your superconscious mind will also be determined as REAL. 

When you recognize...when you begin to allow a more conscious experience of merging your super-conscious mind with your conscious mind, there will be a flash of higher consciousness in which you will be able to perceive a 5^th dimensional message with your conscious mind, and you will recognize it as REAL. 

More and more of you are remembering how to share higher dimensional information with your conscious mind, as well as with others. Because you are still wearing a 3D Earth vessel, YOU can participate in the experience of 3^rd dimensional Earth. 

YOU are a Multidimensional Being who has volunteered to wear an Earth vessel to better assist Gaia with Her Planetary Ascension. Your Earth body is the “vessel” you must wear in order to calibrate your state of consciousness with a 3^rd dimensional frequency of reality. 

From our perspective, it is a simple neurological adjustment that will allow you to expand your consciousness into the 5^th dimension. That is, it would be simple, if it were not for the brainwashing and the memory of many difficult, painful, and frightening lives in the 3^rd dimension. 

We are here, beloved ones, to remind you that YOU are a Multidimensional Being who chose to take a 3^rd dimensional Earth vessel on Earth to assist Gaia with Her planetary Ascension. We ask that you NOW remember that YOU are your “super-conscious Self.” 

It was the density of the 3^rd dimension, as well as myriad past lives, that led you to believe that only the 3^rd dimension was real. Yes, your 3^rd dimensional body is real in that it has a 3^rd dimensional form. 

However, as the 5^th dimensional Light continues to activate your 97% “junk” DNA, your body, your consciousness, and your perceptions will begin to calibrate to a higher frequency of Light. 

Remember, you perceive the frequency of reality that resonates with your state of consciousness—brainwaves. Those of you who are able to perceive the higher Light can do so because you can FEEL the Unconditional Love that resonates to that frequency of Light. 

Once you allow your self to KNOW that those perceptions are REAL, then you are in for quite an experience. We will not say more in this NOW, as this is YOUR script and YOU will write it. 

ALL of you, the human and non-human members of Gaia’s Earth, are using your unconscious, conscious, or superconscious mind to choose the frequency of reality that you wish to experience. 

Whether or not you are conscious of this fact, you are all calibrating your brainwaves/states of consciousness to the frequency of reality that you wish to live. However, only your super-conscious mind is able to take this risk of being one of the “Initiators of the Next Octave of Reality.” 

If your conscious and unconscious mind is merged with your superconscious mind, you will be fully aware of this choice. In fact, you will be fully aware of your own Higher Multidimensional SELF. This Higher SELF is the YOU who has remained in the higher frequencies of reality. 

The higher YOU is in constant connection with your physical YOU via your superconscious mind and even your unconscious mind. If you can look into your own heart, you will find your Higher SELF. Then, you will also be able to see the Higher SELF within the hearts of others. 

It is one of your greatest challenges to look into the hearts of those who would judge you or even harm you and to send them Unconditional Love. However, to do less than that would lower your own consciousness out of your superconscious mind and back into the limitations of your conscious mind. 

Your challenge is to NOT allow your state of consciousness to be lowered by “their judgment.” Allow your conscious mind to remember the past, parallel and alternate realities in which you lived during an era of “peak experience.” 

These experiences are often during a timeline in which you are experiencing a reality shift. A reality shift occurs when it is the NOW for you, person and planet, to calmly and powerfully enter into a higher dimensional expression of reality. 

This process will be greatly facilitated if you can connect your conscious mind with your unconscious mind to review what you have learned in your myriad incarnations. In this manner, you will also facilitate the full activation of your superconscious mind. 

We are asking you all to remember to love your self unconditionally during this process of personal and planetary shift. 

Please remember that Unconditional Love for your self allows your consciousness to resonate within the NOW of the ONE.

As the Earth enters into a New Cycle/Year, major Shifts of Love are being instigated and taking place in this moment. The Earth and humanity are beginning a long awaited alignment with the planet Venus throughout 2016. Venus is known as the Planet of Love and so a union between the Earth and Venus is and will take place in order to support the Earth in more fully anchoring into the Era of Love, thus allowing the Earth to accept her natural vibration, while equaling the love frequency created and maintained upon Venus. 

It is humanity’s ability to receive and accept which will aid the alignment of the Earth with Venus. As both planets energetically reflect equaling and heightening vibrations of love, so the treasures of the Earth will be revealed. By treasures, I, Archangel Metatron, mean the unique sacred wisdom, qualities, Creator vibrations and purpose of Mother Earth and those who inhabit her. As an aspect of humanity, your purpose is to receive and accept love, so that throughout 2016 you grow and expand as a being and expression of unconditional Creator love. It is important to receive love from the Beings of Venus, your Guides, Angelic Friends, Ascended Masters, Nature, those around you and the Creator. It is essential to recognize there is always an abundance of love available for you to receive. This is not to demand love; it is to nurture yourself with love. 

The more you open your mind, consciousness and thoughts to receiving all forms of love, the easier it will be for you to accept love, thus utilizing it in your reality as guided by your soul. A vital focus at this time is to be conscious of receiving the love of your soul, and soul group if you wish. However, accepting the love of your soul into all aspects of your being and body will allow for a fuller experience of connection with all aspects of the Creator. 

A focus upon receiving the abundant love which is available for you to absorb will allow for brilliant and beautiful experiences to enter into your reality. Receiving the love of the Creator signifies and allows you to open yourself to accept all the support, beauty and joyous experiences which you may have been limiting or hindering from being present in your reality. Receiving at this time will not only allow you to heighten your spiritual evolution and connection with the Creator, it will aid greater experiences of happiness and fulfillment in your reality as well as enhancing your focus upon receiving within the consciousness of humanity. When a larger percentage of humanity’s consciousness is focused upon receiving love, then this will impact many people encouraging them to open their hearts to receive love. To them it may not feel as if they are receiving love or divine intervention, it may appear as good luck or reward for their hard work. With a greater presence of receiving within humanity’s consciousness the Divine Creator will be able to work through many and manifest upon the Earth more fully. 

To receive Divine Blessings or your wishes in your reality, no longer is there a need to believe that hard work is necessary. There is a need to instead enhance your inner belief, which is already present, that everything you require is available to you. Through your focus on receiving, you can access and experience all you require. 

Through this shift in consciousness, you will be erasing the energy of striving, suffering and lack from your own consciousness and the consciousness of humanity as these are only products of the ego. Imagine a world with less people striving, suffering and experiencing lack. This can occur with your simple focus upon receiving the love of your soul. 

Remember, your soul is connected to and is all aspects of the Creator. This is a year for major shifts and accelerated growth within your being, which will impact your reality and the consciousness of humanity. The love and support of Venus will create dramatic shifts in your own consciousness and the consciousness of humanity, as this will dissolve boundaries and limitations to allow more love to be experienced for all. 

Processes of release, whether experienced through illness, emotions, the erasing of fears or other forms, may still be present with you. This will take place until you and humanity learn to heal and release unneeded energies through the power of the abundant love within your being. As you move through 2016, you will be able to acknowledge that you are learning to heal and release fears through the power of your love. This will be a noticeable shift within your being. To you, it will symbolize you are taking more responsibility in your own spiritual evolution, accepting your power, following your inner guidance and aligning with all that is the Creator. This will result in a feeling of truly beginning to grasp the process of Ascension upon the Earth. 

The alignment of the Earth with Venus will allow for new aspects of yourself to manifest from within your being; higher divine evolved aspects of truth. Due to the enhanced love vibrations upon the Earth, around and within you throughout the year, you will be supported in divine frequencies to explore within your being. If you have the determination and the will-power to develop your spiritual evolution, then you will notice a greater experience of divine support embracing you and an unfolding of your truth from within your being. This may result in being guided to address certain issues, energies, habits within your being, while noticing that they are easily resolved. With lack of will power, you may feel you are being excluded from the love pouring into the Earth from Venus with sensations of being stuck, stagnant or trapped. Will power is an essential focus for the cycle unfolding upon the Earth now. Being consciously aware of your will power or lack of will power, as well as your focus of creation, will arise in many experiences and reality situations. To support this process of learning and growth, you may wish to sit peacefully, in meditation or divine connection and ask yourself: 

‘What is my will power? Where does it originate from? Does my will power require me to have a focus? What focus would be most aligned to my soul? How can I enhance my will power?’

These are valuable questions, which will create awakening of your resonance with the Creator from within. 

Your insights are of most value. However, I wish to remind you that to receive the abundant love of the Creator will awaken and enhance your will power. Your will power is the potent concentration of your soul born from the energy and guidance of the Creator. It is through acceptance and embodiment of love, of all forms, which encourages the development of your will power. 

I, Archangel Metatron, encourage you to acknowledge that a New You will be born throughout this year, taking place through receiving love, accessing and empowering your will power, as well as realizing that you are now more than ever responsible for the blossoming of truth within your being and that this will occur through your conscious awareness and instigation of shifts within you. 

‘I allow myself to receive love with ease.’

‘I easily access my will power; it is a positive influence in my reality.’

‘I am now consciously aware of the shifts occurring within my being.’

2016, this new cycle will support you in manifesting yourself anew from the purity of your soul, thus creating shifts within your reality which are necessary for your spiritual evolution. It is an opportunity, because of the great volume of love, to experience fulfillment, healing, in truth whatever you wish for. I, Archangel Metatron, have shared with you simply a focus which will aid you in accessing the beautiful opportunities available at this time. Your inner planes guides are present to support you, we do require more and more that you call upon our assistance, because as you grow spiritually, it is easier for us to communicate with you. However, your responsibility for your spiritual evolution means we can more increasingly intervene only with your permission.

Never underestimate the power of your Light!

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Surely, nary a soul would disagree that the year seemed to zoom by, but few know that what they perceive as time passing faster is the energy planes Earth has been traversing or that the time-rushing sensation will become stronger as she enters still higher vibratory levels. You do know this, but it’s not likely that your thoughts in this moment are about the workings of universal laws, but rather holiday activities; and in keeping with this, we shall speak about this season’s traditional music. 

You listen to, sing or play instruments for religious music, majestic choral works, carols and popular tunes, but you may not realize how significantly this is affecting your world. Beyond reverence and great pleasure—and that in itself is immensely beneficial—the tones and lyrics of your familiar music emit vibrations that strongly stir emotions. We rejoice with everyone for whom this is the excitement of festivities with family and friends, religious observances, concerts or other special events. The vibrations also intensify the feelings of people who are grieving the loss of loved ones, or are ill or homeless and hungry; and it is the prevailing heightened emotions that stir individuals and groups to reach out to those in need of comfort and other assistance. More abundantly than ever before, upliftment is being given with caring hearts and received with gladdened hearts, and the Light this is creating glows brilliantly! 

The importance of music is much more than seasonal, it plays a vital role in your lives throughout the year. What some call “music of the spheres”—the glorious tones of stringed instruments that probably gave rise to the idea that souls in heaven spend eternity playing harps—produce vibrations at a frequency that keeps the universe in balance; and as microcosms of the universe, you receive that balancing benefit in the same measure as your receptivity. 

Although the image of eternal harpists in Nirvana is far from the reality, there are many thousands musicians and instruments, and at times a million or so, because music is essential to your spirit world’s very existence. Particularly the vibrations of the strings keep its perimeters flexible and everything throughout the realm in attunement, and they are indispensable in healing persons who arrive with traumatized psyches or damaged etheric bodies. 

In much the same way, Nirvana’s composers and musicians are helping you. They continuously transmit music to Earth, so the peoples can absorb the high vibrations that release suppressed feelings—an emotional catharsis, if you will—and, unless illness is a soul contract choice, the vibrations assist bodies to regain sound health. Your finest music—symphonies, concertos and other classical opuses that scientific experiments have shown help humankind, animals and plants to thrive—originated in the heavens and was “filtered” to your composers at soul level. Some attributed their works to divine inspiration, and since music comes from the soul, those composers gave credit where it was due. 

What never has come from any divine source are the discordant, cacophonous sounds of heavy metal and hard rock, which often have lyrics that also emit very low vibrations. Those kinds of sounds jar your energy systems, creating imbalance and diminishing the body’s capacity to absorb Light; that adversely affects you emotionally, physically and mentally, thus blunting spiritual and conscious awareness. While neoclassical compositions can have somewhat the same effect, the composers, who are especially sensitive to Earth’s energy, wrote music that reflected Gaia’s agony, until her planetary body’s Ascension was securely underway; and negativity in more current dark activity underlies the atonal works of later composers. 

Now then, even if a number of you had not requested our comments, we would have spoken about a lamentable part of what otherwise is this season’s extraordinary thoughtfulness, kindness and generosity—the spirit in which a number of countries are welcoming Syrian refugees. Many in the United States Congress and some presidential candidates are, instead, instilling in the citizenry fear about the refugees. Some are acting from genuine concern, having succumbed to the fear that was fomented; others are using fear to make political hay, so to say. 

Not only is fear a highly magnified energy that blocks light, thereby blocking empathy, sympathy, compassion and rational thought, it is wildly contagious. A few persons who have public attention, amply aided by mainstream media, can “infect” the populace—that is what happened in the United States, where many people are afraid to provide sanctuary to any refugees. We honor and commend all souls in that country and around your world who are thinking and speaking out factually: The refugees aren’t terrorists; they are fleeing from war and terrorism. 

To reach safe havens, they risk their lives crossing rough waters in small overcrowded boats or by arduous, exhausting treks overland. Could a terrorist join the millions of women, men and children who leave homes, livelihoods and possessions to undertake such a journey? Yes, that is a possibility, but rational thought is: With neither assurance of survival nor the ability to carry explosive equipment, someone on a destructive mission more likely would travel by a fast, safe means that enabled transporting necessary materials. 

With unconditional love for Gaia and every sentient being on her planetary body, far distant civilizations whose vastness and power are beyond your imagining are beaming intensive Light to dispel fear, so every heart can open to love. Love is the key to the world you are there to help create, and you would feel as encouraged as we, if you could see the Light radiating from all the souls who are responding. We quote one line of a reader’s email: “I so wish that everyone feels loved and warm - every living Being of every kingdom.” When those sentiments permeate your world, Earth will be the beauteous Eden she once was and all life will flourish as harmoniously as it once did. 

“Please ask Matthew, if we need to pray for the people that have died. If we choose to die in a certain way, time and day, what good does it do to the soul? Is praying and meditation the solution to all of this drama the world is in?” First, we repeat something stated in previous messages: Your every thought and feeling is a prayer. Mother, we want to provide information about prayer that goes beyond answering the questions. Please copy what I told you long ago, when I was living in Nirvana. 

[The following is an excerpt from the chapter “Prayer” in Matthew's book, ‘Tell Me about Heaven’] 

“Matthew, are the effects of prayers diminished if the people don't go to church even though they know the value of group energy?” 

God never meant churches to be buildings of any kind. The magnificent cathedrals are man's idea, not God's. Church is all within the soul. Church is one's feelings of reverence, of thanksgiving. It is the uplifting of the spirit into the Love and Light of God. In this way, church is a single prayer that has the ability to touch the universe. 

In a church building filled with praying people, there may be only a few whose prayers have a pure and forceful energy flow. Many people pray with only a faint ritual observation, with no real energy. Others pray in such extreme distress or anxiety that their energy is distorted and has an adverse effect upon themselves as well as adding to universal negativity. Smooth energy flow is what positively affects each soul and the universe, not frenzied praying about specific conditions. It is energy balance that sustains and comforts. 

I'm not speaking about the intent of the prayer, but only about the effect of the energy involved in the praying. The energy put forth in a prayer for a completely selfish, greedy purpose may be just as intense as a prayer put forth for the safety of a beloved family member or friend. The intent is recorded as one aspect and the energy flow, or force, is recorded as another. 

Furthermore, one who prays for a specific outcome regarding another doesn't know that soul's pre-birth agreement. Conditions or events the prayer is petitioning to have changed may be exactly those the soul chose as his life's lessons. The same is true of prayers for oneself, because your consciousness is rarely in communication with your soul. So, pray for your own or another's highest good and don't direct intense emotion toward a specific outcome of your choosing. The outcome is NOT your conscious choice. You can feel a sense of relief in this knowledge, which will be registered in your sensitivity as peacefulness. That allows energy to proceed unencumbered not only within your physical and psychic self, but issued forth as harmony into Earth's consciousness. 

Mother, I know you have heard that prayers "for the dead" are important and you've wondered why that would be necessary. Well, we aren't "dead," but since that reference is to souls in this realm, I want to assure you that prayers for us are indeed important. I don't mean only for those who arrive with great needs for comforting and healing, but also for us whose lives are vital and vibrant, with on-going lessons and spiritual growth. Of course, we need and welcome your prayers! And please know that they are especially welcome when in balanced energy, because those prayers are the most beneficial to us and to you, our beloved ones. 

Thank you, Mother. Is praying and meditation the solution to all of this drama the world is in? Begs more than a yes or no answer. Absolutely light-filled thoughts and feelings are essential—they enter the collective consciousness, latch onto what matches them and bring those energy streamers back to your world. 

But action is essential, too. Telling family, friends and co-workers why you feel optimistic about the future can allay their fears and reverse their low-vibrational pessimism. Not all of you can participate in national or international organizations whose efforts are directed toward peace, justness, environmental preservation or animal rights, for instance; but you can support their efforts by the energy you put forth signing pertinent petitions and donating money if your circumstances permit. Perhaps you are able to volunteer in local groups that provide worthy community services; and by becoming informed about candidates for public office, you can vote for those you deem best qualified. And, we remind you that simply by living in godly ways, you are beaming light into the world— never underestimate the power of your Light! 

“Earth’s population is more than 6 billion and growing. Matthew said etheric bodies have mass. Don’t they take up room? What happens if Nirvana runs out of space?” Yes, etheric bodies “take up room,” but never could Nirvana even become crowded, much less run out of space. Unlike Earth and other planets that retain their shape and size, Nirvana’s interconnected flexible layers have limitless expansion capacity. 

All layers offer learning advantages and comfortable living accommodations, but because the higher dimensions also have exceptional beauty, diversity and manifesting possibilities, countless souls from other worlds go there to vacation, teach or attend advanced classes, or rest after a difficult lifetime. Visitors and temporary occupants, all of whom are fourth density or higher in soul evolvement, may have bodies with considerably more mass than etheric bodies. It is spiritual status that affords entry to this multi-civilizational environment where people with various body styles, attire, interests and talents happily mingle with each other and Earth’s animals. Life in those parts of Nirvana is sublime! And, although they know your religions’ fallacies, visitors and others who live there temporarily join the residents from Earth in celebrating with you the spirit of this holy season, and their combined high vibrations add to the glowing light in your world. 

Dearest family, sing “ Joy to the world ” and “ Peace on Earth, good will toward men ”—toward all souls —with feelings of love, gratitude for blessings in your life and forgiveness of the ones who don’t want those words to ever ring true. The truth of the words already abounds in the fullness of Earth’s Golden Age in the continuum and is coming ever more steadily to that world you are helping to create in linear time. Let the joyousness of this season continue throughout your new year and keep your light brightly shining. 

Always our unconditional love is with you, and many brothers and sisters from other homelands are journeying right alongside you.
