At present, the dark and its main minions associated with the regime known as USA, Inc. have been given a certain degree of leeway. This has allowed them to engage in some skullduggery on a global scale. The Light is prepared to conclude this odd part of your history. The dark believes that the Light is incapable of launching the type of massive counterattack required to put a quick end to their shenanigans. 

Meanwhile, our fleet has been ordered by Heaven to do exactly that. In our case, it is to be surreptitious, which is covered by the joint actions of a number of friendly military forces. These joint actions have previously been able to limit the reach of the dark’s sponsored terrorist forces. The aim is to eventually cut off and finally debilitate those dark elements that seek to maintain instability in some areas on your globe. The funds that have been carefully secured and properly registered are now ready to be delivered to you at the right moment. These projects have taken much longer than were previously anticipated. The key to this is the vast growth in your consciousness. This one element has made you more able to support the Light and its numerous actions to end the power of the dark and its minions on this surface realm. This point has become the primary action. Permitting the NESARA governance to come to power is truly essential to our success. Selamat Jalwa! Much continues to happen around your world! The globe is caught in a strange conundrum. On one hand it is able to openly say that the monies needed to begin both the numerous humanitarian programs and the final stages of the prosperity packages have been approved for funds transfers. Yet, the recent coming and going of the business world’s first quarter have created a situation that led to another week’s delay in the transfer operations. These conditions are totally unacceptable. This worldwide process cannot be hindered by old-time business practices of either the banks or the many allied financial corporations. Despite these same old forms of delay, the required monies are ultimately to be transferred. There is now a series of alternatives that can be applied to resolve any future difficulties of this sort. We look to our earthly allies to use this new system to quickly permit these large sums to be successfully moved from Asia to any other continents as required. Therefore, the things so far encountered are to be put aside and the much-needed wealth sent on its way. The start of this process is now underway! 

As you receive your first funds, be ready to spring into action. Within your community, there are those who deeply wish for you to succeed. This heavenly movement is so perfectly timed that you can easily observe how each of you is moving forward with a wondrous rhythm. Not only are you doing so, but the same is true for each ecosystem so beautifully maintained by Gaia. We have daily observed how you are changing and can also see similar patterns within the diverse biosphere of Mother Earth. The dark cabal has so far just dented this diverse set of ecosystems. Gaia, with our assistance, has kept even the most devastated system working. Here, your help combines with our more indirect assistance to keep Life on your world moving forward. What is needed is for you to vastly increase your more direct aid to these varied ecosystems. What you are doing is helping both these numerous “life zones” and your fellow humans. These projects allow Gaia to work at a pace that mirrors your progress to Full Consciousness. Thus, this realm is changing at the pace set by Heaven to introduce a New Realm. This New Realm can, at the appropriate moment, merge into the higher one found in Inner Earth. 

These changes thus have a divine timetable that is set daily by Heaven. We are made aware of these daily resets and use our medical and geological teams to verify what is actually happening. As this Gregorian year moves forward, we check its progress against charts that we have compiled since we first arrived en masse at the start of the decade of the 1990s. Heaven has set a series of rhythms that are still mirroring each other. We are watching one of these, which we first chose after the time of 9/11. It has consistently shown us insights to move this surface realm toward a time when the needed merger of inner and surface worlds can truly happen. This is to occur after you have traveled with our help to Agartha and been put in your personalized Crystal Light Chamber. This time is only to be revealed to you as it happens. We are closely observing how Heaven is moving this grand set of patterns with a very gracious hand. Our task is simply to follow this grand pattern and act upon certain items designated by Heaven’s numerous Grand Councils.

We Masters play a part by assisting each of you during this transitory time. This requires the proper amount of grace applied and mercy added to what can surely transpire. 

This deep concern is part of a sacred process that contains elements of prayer and sacred rites. The overall degree of change is immense. We are given the sacred responsibility to shepherd you and permit you to “make it” to the last step. Dratzo! Various positive factors are coming together to assure that your blessings are to be received by you shortly. Our Earthly Allies have agreed to a time schedule, which is now underway. As we stated last time, a great movement of funds to extremely secure depositories has been completed. The next step is to see that these funds can be safely placed in their distribution centers. Our liaisons report that these measures are nearly complete. It is the intention of our allies that you take possession of these monies as soon as is possible. Hence, the time of the various illegal regimes is coming to an end. Thus, those who have long done the dirty work for their bosses are mostly under house arrest. Major arrests are to become public once these scalawags can be safely transferred to special holding areas. The heads of this evil bureaucracy of bankers and vile businessmen are to be picked up when new governance is ready to emerge. Until then, we have restricted their formerly unlimited powers. The days of the dark and its heinous manipulation of you are basically over! Ahead of you lie days filled with mostly miraculous news! 

This series of exercises is expected as well to shut down a global psychic network of specially trained young people with strong psychic abilities, which was put into effect in the 1950s and 60s. Their handlers, over the decades, have created special conditions where those with the proper mental profiles have made possible a great series of horrible and despicable crimes. This network outputs as well special suggestions to subtly control and manipulate all. This horrible network is to be “put down” when these oligarchy-controlled regimes are no more. As you can see, the dark cabal continued many of the ideas given to them by their former masters, the Anunnaki. At present, we have limited the effects of this program and a number of others, which are being used by the dark to interfere with and disturb your daily lives. We cannot fully eliminate these yet, since the lives of those doing these dastardly deeds are in constant danger. Our intention is to “deep six” a number of such programs, when the right time appears before us. 

You are on a path, which is to swiftly lead to higher and higher consciousness. Along the way, you are to abandon customs and perceptions that are no longer applicable to you or your society. It is these changes that are to show where you are going. When the Atlantean experiments lowered your level of consciousness, you adapted certain customs due to the suggestions given you by the Anunnaki. These many customs are to be dropped and new ones are to become the norm. For instance, the inequalities between men and women are to fade away. Your societies are to take on customs that in many ways mirror our own. Others are to be the beginnings of methods, which closely resemble those of Galactic Societies. When we land, our mentors intend to show you how your new beliefs developed as your consciousness evolved. This progression is something that we generally expected. Your old customs are based on your fears and certain controlled beliefs. Now, you can go beyond this. Your mentors desire to converse with you and explain this natural process, as you return to who you once were. 

This process of transformation is to prepare you to take in a lot of data, which your mentors are to explain. This process can often be confusing. A number of human societies on other worlds have experienced this transformation process. What makes yours so unique is that you were dropped from Full Consciousness to a limited one. We have helped a number of societies to reach their full potential. We use these times as a learning curve to measure what is now happening to you. No group of humans has ever done what you are doing. Throughout this Galaxy, societies are in various stages of fulfilling their consciousness potential. Normally, this process takes hundreds of thousands of years of continuous progress. You have not yet been able to forge societies capable of the much-needed set of pre-condition. Thus, you are to be pushed forward by us by applying a certain variant of the Crystal Light Chambers, which can take you from this depleted state to Full Consciousness. This operation is being allowed by sacred decrees of Heaven. The time for your rebirth arrives! 

Blessings, dear Hearts! We are your Ascended Masters! The decrees of Heaven are taking effect, as the many waves of energy and the works of our associates are really complete. There is a timing effect, which is slowing how these various funds and new rules come together and produce a new prosperous financial system. In light of this, we have a few suggestions. First, learn to be kind to yourself. You are, in actuality, gestating a new version of you. This spiritually aware one is able to be more intuitive and consciously more able to perceive the spiritual realms. Use your off time to rest, meditate and generally get more in touch with your Inner Self. Second, learn to play in an easier and more conscious way. You are becoming more aware of this realm in a different way. Relax and learn to use your discoveries to reinforce a more positive outlook. Come together and become more able to envision what you truly desire. These brief exercises can help to acknowledge to Spirit how you have grown! 

It is wise to learn to share your most positive new awarenesses with each other. Spiritual knowledge is all about sharing your joys with each other. We humans love to be in community. We Masters often come together to do just that. We pray and chant together to help our global human community. This process comes naturally to us. As you grow in consciousness, you likewise begin to see the power of positive and divine community action. What this can accomplish is truly astounding! As you practice this over time, you can as well discover its delightful power. It leaves you in joy to aid another and provide a pathway for them to grow. These divine acts of kindness are most satisfying. As you make this a true habit, you learn how these actions truly touch the Divine! Be one who follows one’s heart and practices the way of Love! 

The way of the Heart is the way of the Divine and the sacred! It is the energy of Heaven flowing deep inside you! When you first go beyond your magic ritual, you go to a special Master whose loving task is to teach you about what Heaven so wishes you to do. Once mastered, you quickly become accustomed to your sacred duties. These swiftly become second nature to you, so you are successfully set upon your path. Dratzo! This world continues to progress ever forward. Our Earthly Allies are moving the elements of a New Banking System into position. The dark cabal can no longer stop the inevitable. Those ancient families in both Europe, the Americas, and of course, China are establishing the final repositories from which a great sea of monies is to flow. Those who have been assigned as both paymasters and security handlers know the right divine time to complete their special tasks. At present, the cabal is facing a number of crises, which are simply signs that this flow is very close to happening. The time for the end of these vile oligarchs has seemingly taken much too long to pass. We are approaching the Gregorian month of October. Traditionally, in the West, this is a time of scariness, hobgoblins and ghosts. In fact, it represents the time when mighty Atlantis, your ancient home, sank beneath the seas. This event occurred at the start of Zac (the white month). This time is called Halloween (hallowed eve), when the Lights (Atlantean Beings) left for their new home in Centaurus. It is only a wondrous coincidence that this period became a moment for you to obtain your blessings! 

On your world, what is happening is a massive Shift in how this reality operates. In previous times, the oligarchy was able to determine what was to occur and make sure that it was carried out as planned. This power has now been denied them. A revolution in the order of the migration of people, power and monies has started a transition that is to culminate shortly in a whole new way to do things. This is likewise affecting how the vast sets of monies are to be redistributed around your globe. This redistribution is ultimately to cause the cabal's power base to crumble and their governments to fail. The outcome of this swift global transition is a spreading prosperity, paired with the rise of a vast global reset of your present global currencies. The final steps include the gold backing of these currencies and a new way by which your banks function. Right now, you are being bombarded by a plethora of energies. These energies are further aiding Heaven in subtle adjustments to your physical, mental and emotional aspects. The purpose of these particular adjustments is to make it easier for you to absorb the New Energies that are slowly raising your body's base frequencies. These energies need to rise, as various new components are to be added by our medical teams. This is to make it possible for you to better stabilize once you are hit by the occasional large quantum of energies that are coming from the Galactic Core. These coming changes are to further shift you into a series of newer core perceptions. Our mentors require that you be open to a number of realities with regard to your initial "fall" from full consciousness. Heaven desires that you learn why these vast shifts in consciousness occurred. At that time, the Atlanteans were desperate to gain the aid of their dark allies. They saw that a number of other "daughter" colonies were greatly opposed to what had been done to Mu (Lemuria) and a rebellion loomed. 

The changes happening to you are raising your base frequencies and making you more aware of how your many life-long perceptions are gradually changing. Selamat Balik! Our allies are coming together to defeat the dark cabal. This operation is seemingly taking longer than initially expected. The world conceptualized by the Anunnaki is filled with hidden mental traps. What is needed is a newer construct. With Heaven’s approval we have put forth a New Reality modeled upon the one you all know and love! This reality is now being manifested by the numerous decrees of Heaven. It is one, which the Light can, at times, find hard to fully fathom. Nonetheless, these brave souls of the Light continue to move forward. The dark controlled the old, cruel reality with a diligence that forced you to accede mightily to their heinous desires. This dark, silent controller still maintains a certain hold upon you, but this is starting to fade from the inner desires of the Light’s leadership. It is being replaced by a deep need to fulfill the decrees of the Light for a new and more just reality. These desires are currently driving the ancient families to complete the construction of a New Reality that firmly isolates the dark cabal from its former subjects. Thus, the dark is ultimately doomed as this New Reality begins to flesh itself out. 

Above all, this Reality Shift needs your heartfelt support. One of the major outcomes of this change is the rise of new perceptions about how the world is supposed to work. As you grow up, you are constantly bombarded by your environment, your parents and friends to act or react in an acceptable manner. This acculturation process is really “second nature” to you. You now need to learn a new set of parameters, designed to expand your view of the world. This is required to truly alter this present reality. These powerful new perceptions are the main key to the path to Full Awareness. Up to now, Heaven has used your rising consciousness to permit a subtle degree of change to creep into your reality. This process is to be quickened as various funds become available. Selamat Jarin! The world continues to slowly change. This transformation is destined to remove the last vestiges of the dark cabal from your life. During this millennium, the dark rose to a high point with the advent of 9/11 and has since faded ever so slowly. Our allies are bravely encountering this vile slime and are forcing it to retreat. We are most grateful for their dedication to the cause of freedom and for their diligence in legally creating the means for our joint success. The ancient families likewise applaud their mighty efforts. A number of agreements were signed and then used by our brave associates to push these heinous villains back toward the oblivion they truly deserve! These malcontents have illogically divested themselves of the amount of precious metals required to fend us off and have devoted their strategies to somehow starting some type of a global conflagration. The same can be said for how they counted on a series of illegal financial activities to somehow circumvent our efforts. Your world is quickly transforming. The past decade is one in which Heaven and its many medical helpers came from afar to assist you to a New Reality. While this transformation is happening, Gaia has been preparing as well a massive series of alterations to her surface realm. Originally, Gaia had three major continents above her oceans. Each was queen of one of her oceans. There was Mu in the Pacific, Atlantis in the Atlantic and Greater Sri Langka in the Indian. All three of these continents sank between the start of the last great Earth year and about 13 millennia ago. These great tragedies are a hidden memory. They are to be found in the legends and myths that dot your history. Each is a great thought that everyone on your world distantly remembers. As we study your history and get accounts from the Agarthans, it seems that this set of events is a major part of what Gaia is presently planning.

Selamat Balik! The present world is one in which the old ways are still strong. Both financial and cultural events are getting ready to occur. The dark ran this surface world for nearly 13 millennia. Such a lengthy degree of control has set a number of cultural precedents that now need to be adjusted. You are to be freed from a seemingly endless debt slavery and a constant need for survival. These two items are to end with a Debt Jubilee and a coming prosperity. 

The dark cabal understands that its basic underpinnings are to be transformed and that they are to be isolated from you. These things are an anathema to them. Their fight-to-the-death attitude may have delayed things, but their fate is truly sealed by Heaven. The dark sits in a corner of its own making. It is bankrupt, filled with a useless fiat currency and unable to maintain its lies and massive innuendos. In short, it is quickly setting the stage for its demise. Forces are currently reviewing a number of scenarios by which all this is to end. This is to involve arrests, scandals and a reform of governance that is to permit you to learn the truth of what happened since the end of World War II. 

America became a world power and quickly reversed every scenario it had followed since the end of the Civil War. America failed to embrace its civilian and isolationist tendencies and instead quickly became the new British Empire. This process seriously altered how America works. It became a land seeking to establish itself as a vast defender of the old empire it used to resist. 

We watched as America created a set of lies that forged the present UFO cover-up. It fought illegal wars and persisted in keeping a draft that utterly altered the lives of many young Americans. America was doing the bidding of an oligarchy that was flexing its muscles to see just how powerful it had become. America was losing its soul and turning itself into something that Jefferson and his many associates warned about. America was creating an empire to aid the wealthy and powerful. The powerful had grown in great numbers following the culmination of the Civil War. By the beginning of World War I, this new clique had assumed its formal position of power. 

The rest of the 20th century was a repeat of what England did to maintain its status as a great power. The artificially produced depression was in fact a prelude to the Second World War. America left the war as a dominant power and created a cold war to continue its dominance. Its means of following the cruel lead of the Anunnaki assured it the role as the major nation from which the dark selected its primary minions. 

Nevertheless, the proclamations of Anchara and the leaving of the Anunnaki in the mid 1990s created a stumbling, which was finally highlighted by 9/11 and the resulting wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. These temporarily permitted them to grab an additional decade plus and brings us to the present dilemma. This is the final time when the inevitable really does occur. The present world is in a lockdown as to what our allies and us are setting up. We have promised both Heaven and our Earthly Allies not to disclose much more. The dark knows that a number of cases were adjudicated against them and that a grand legal force is readying to take them down. 

We presently stand at a precipice. A number of actions continue to move forward at their own assigned pace. We are watching intently as it all plays out. This time is to end your judgment of yourselves by the perceptions you have had since childhood. With the fall of the dark, you can at last know what freedom is truly all about. When the Anunnaki left 20 years ago, they sincerely asked the cabal to give up their ways and instead permit abundance and new governance to blossom. The cabal decided against this and, in the next decade, the American cabal assured its dominance. This dominance has worn off as the world recovered from the deeds of the Americans. 

We ask you to be patient and to realize what is happening behind closed doors and kept secret. The cabal seeks to somehow overturn this. There are too many who are now wise to the ways of the cabal to let them win yet again. Therefore, know deep in your heart that you have won and that this is to be manifested shortly. Then, you are to be freed and a New Realm manifested before you!

Over two decades ago, Heaven brought in a First Contact team whose grand supervisors were to be the blessed orders of sisterhoods and brotherhoods, which comprise Gaia’s orders of Ascended Masters. In the beginning, it required us to formulate a plan to replace the dark with a New Light for this Divine Reality. After a decade of missteps, the tide slowly turned in the latter part of the first decade of the 21st Century. 

We became able to forge a number of suitable strategies quite capable of achieving our various goals. The most important part of this was to explain to the many ancient families how the great resources collected over the centuries were to be used to undo the power and resources of the dark cabal. This is presently fully explained to these numerous factions and a plan is currently in effect. The deadline for this sacred plan’s conclusion is coming into view. 

This plan is approaching, even as the dark threatens to pull the surface realm back toward an economic disaster. Here, we ask you to focus on success. The dark cannot escape its chosen fate. Heaven’s time to permit their silliness and keep you in the dark is finally at its end. The traps put in the dark’s plans are being revealed to them as they watch. Hence, my dear blessed Ones, be strong and trust in the Creator and the many appointed to bring Heaven’s grand plans to fruition. The information needs to remain secret until the unseen parts of our plan are fully manifested. Dear Ones, be grateful as this time is nearly at hand. 

We conclude our message filled with joy and the impending success for all. Long ago, Heaven gave this surface land to the dark for a set number of millennia. This “lease” is now ready to expire. The Light was given a sacred mandate and is readying itself to oust the dark and bring you into a new land where you are free and truly prosperous. Take this time to prepare how and where you are to put into action the divine ways by which you can achieve the true goals of your heart.

Selamat Matah! (“Peace Be With You!”) Much is happening on your surface world. Movement is now afoot to utterly change how your reality operates. At present, those who wish to implement such change are in the process of a set of final negotiations to determine how the order for these transformations is to manifest. All of this is dependent on just how our allies are to produce what they have so far agreed to. This critical first step requires us to finish our meetings with those who are this world’s Secret Sacred Societies. At present, the first part of these joint plans is nearly complete. 

The next step is to begin a massive repositioning of their immense forces and of those who can start the massive delivery operation. Hence, the beginnings of these delivery operations are in an initial stage. 

The cabal remains in disarray and barely able to oppose these plans. Dark Ones realize that a massive arrest procedure is about 10 days away. When these arrests begin in earnest, it becomes time to truly deliver the immense amount of funds that you deserve. The Agarthans are presently working with our delivery system operators to ensure that all works as planned. 

In our last report, we explained some of your ancient history. The most important part of this report is the time when the Anunnaki came to the fore. You were taught untruths that were later used by their minions to keep you docile, under control and in full belief of their manipulated origin stories. These falsities are now unraveling as the Anunnaki’s minions start to lose full control of this reality. Nevertheless, a certain degree of secrecy is still required to insure that these deliveries go as planned. Once these operations have gone far enough to declare NESARA, then these precautions are to become unnecessary. 

Until then, the cabal possesses a limited degree of power, which needs at some point to be honored. It is this limited power and many associated tricks, which have somewhat, delayed these necessary actions to arrest them and to provide you with the means to receive your blessings. We must ask your forgiveness for these delays that have so frustrated and upset each of you! We are in the process of countering these past disasters and giving you your much needed blessings! 

This complex process is initially to take somewhat longer than you might expect. Nevertheless, be prepared to see what you have been waiting for to at last commence. It is not easy to prepare this world for the vast transformation it needs. You have spent lifetimes being adjusted to a reality that was really one in which your inner powers and abilities were discounted by the minions and their masters, the Anunnaki. Now, it is essential that you quickly accept one where what was long discounted is now being readily accepted by a New Reality. 

This process is to be accelerated by the lessons to be offered by the Ascended Masters. Yet, this is only a start toward seeing this world in a very new way. The mushrooming electronic age of the past decade is aiding this process by opening up new vistas for global interpersonal communications. This vastly speeds up how news around you is rapidly disseminated. Think how fast this is to be when you can freely use your telepathic abilities to spread vital information across this globe. 

Next, imagine how this is to be when we arrive. Our mission is to prepare you quickly for your return to Full Consciousness. Inside your vast human genome is a series of key sequences that were altered by the Atlanteans long ago. These are to be unblocked by your Crystal Chamber. Before this, a special mentor is to address the epi-genetics that were introduced to each of you over the millennia as either by group or individual alteration. Each mentor is to address this, which is in reality a psychological phenomenon. Thus, you are looking at your change from two angles. First, there is an emotional set of events to be looked at and a series of changes to take place while in the Crystal Chamber. Hence, your mentor and you are to tackle head on what have been your experiences in this lifetime, as well as a glimpse at what happened in your family’s past lives. While this is to be somewhat traumatic, it is to be a good first start on what your time in limited consciousness is really about. With this, you can begin to better understand why Heaven permitted the Anunnaki to temporarily manipulate you.

A few centuries ago, we Masters decided to transform how the Anunnaki’s minions collected and used their most impressive wealth. This special reform forged several world trusts and eventually a fractional banking system. This was the ruse needed to encourage avarice and lead these dark ones to monetary gluttony. By this last century, gold and silver were replaced en masse by a thing called fiat currency. The thoughtless swine had now cleverly been led down a path to their ruin. Blessedly, there had at this time been those who had the wisdom, Love and resources to create elements needed for this most luscious and Divine Plan. This Age of Light dawned and soon the dark was without its overlords or even the sanctity to realize what was to happen to them. We are hence at the moment where the path ends and a most magnificent set of realities sets in for those who did not heed the decrees and desires of Heaven. 

This present time is when you, my most wonderful Ones, are finally to receive the sweets of the dark ones deviousness. Be ready to move from utter frustration to a most glorious joy! It is not easy to wait while you see little changing. We understand in the fullest what the dark and its overlords did to you. Once, we were as you, we lived lives of quiet desperation!
