At present, the dark and its main minions associated with the regime known as USA, Inc. have been given a certain degree of leeway. This has allowed them to engage in some skullduggery on a global scale. The Light is prepared to conclude this odd part of your history. The dark believes that the Light is incapable of launching the type of massive counterattack required to put a quick end to their shenanigans. 

Meanwhile, our fleet has been ordered by Heaven to do exactly that. In our case, it is to be surreptitious, which is covered by the joint actions of a number of friendly military forces. These joint actions have previously been able to limit the reach of the dark’s sponsored terrorist forces. The aim is to eventually cut off and finally debilitate those dark elements that seek to maintain instability in some areas on your globe. Meanwhile, the Light is readying its attacks that are to finally take down USA, Inc. and its numerous allies. 

The funds that have been carefully secured and properly registered are now ready to be delivered to you at the right moment. These projects have taken much longer than were previously anticipated. The dark’s degree of infiltration of the banks and their many associated elements were in fact much greater than at first surmised by our earthly allies. Each of you is a joy to our collective hearts. We realize how far you have come in these past two decades! You are on a road to success that is to bring you to a return to Full Consciousness. This process has taken a lot less time than initially envisioned by our associates. Hence, it is wise to inform you of these changes and to ask you to continue to go within, focus and use your visualizations to accelerate your progress. You are, dear Hearts, a wondrous group that is only beginning to show your vast potential. The next major rounds of changes by Heaven are to further accelerate your mental and emotional abilities. As you know, your heart is a vast electrical center that in many cases rivals your brain. This process is to continue, as you take on changes to your brain’s chakras and to your heart. These are to celebrate your new-found potential and better prepare you to meet your galactic mentors.

Dratzo! The slight delay around Easter is over and the funds are moving forward again. This cat-and-mouse game of stop/start is related to the concern of the ancient families and royals over the sudden way that the oligarchs strike and how they too often disregard whatever they have agreed to. This wariness is thus reflected in the odd way funds have moved over the past few weeks. We have sincerely questioned these tactics and suggested alternative methods for countering this continued distrust of the way this process is to conclude. In any case, you are to eventually receive your initial funds and are to see the downfall of the rulers who compose their many defacto regimes. In fact, let it be known that the farcical false flags in both Paris and Brussels are just ways used by the dark to show that its days of manipulating you are not over. As long as their puppet governments rule, you can expect even more attempts to scare you. Fortunately, the new American Republic proposed by NESARA is quite close to actual fruition. There are still a few kinks left to work out and a stronger set of agreements to be put in place. 

The dark cabal is like a cornered animal. It is constantly applying survival strategies that have seemed to work in the past. These false flags are yet another example of this. ISIS is a tool of this process. Its support comes from careful funding by the secret government, and it uses specially trained mercenaries to tutor its forces in irregular warfare tactics, which it currently employs. It has established "cells", similar to those used in previous wars against the French in Algeria in the 1950s, and used in other guerilla wars since that time. These strategies are being employed to make it seem that these militants are somehow indigenous to the Middle East. What they are doing is stirring up a pot of frustrations that has existed ever since the West stifled a pan-Arabic revolution against the Ottoman Empire in the late 1910s. This set of ongoing irritations, as well as the fate of millions of Islamic immigrants into Europe, now needs to be properly addressed. These issues require resolution by the Light and its new set of governance. 

These problems have not as yet threatened the funds, but they have made many people weary of the continuing shenanigans of the dark and its cronies. When the new governance is soon established, these numerous divergences are to be carefully looked at by the Light's many representatives. Those programs destined to resolve these things are to be approved and, if necessary, supported. The key elements are peace and cooperation. Dratzo! The process to change this reality continues. This is for the most part an uneven effort. On one hand, we have the Ascended Masters, numerous secret societies and their close allies, those individuals sincerely dedicated to a quick and sane ending to the power and wealth of the dark’s many minions. These oligarchs were intent on a massive depopulation program, which has recently begun to have some effect on the world’s numerous underdeveloped and poorer countries. This set of deadly projects is only now being somewhat stopped by a series of enlightened “whistleblowers.” These projects are part of other activities that are poisoning the world’s air, oceans and ground with deadly pathogens and an increase in the spread of radiation and its evil side effects to humanity. We are carefully monitoring these things and keeping the vile effects to a lower level of intensity. We can rid Gaia of these things only when the world’s major governments permit our visible presence over a wide period of time. Here, the importance of NESARA becomes quite evident. We look forward to new governance becoming a manifested reality. 

The ongoing manifesting of various funds is a continuing sign of the rising overcautious behavior of those entrusted with the safe movement of large sums across international boundaries. We again encourage these groups to permit us to have a much greater hand in this most essential set of very sensitive operations. We possess technologies that are quite capable of resolving much of the difficulty currently inherent in this complex procedure. In spite of these difficulties, the transferors are reaching a point where these funds can actually be safely distributed. The time has come to end your enslavement in this dark land

Dratzo! Many expected operations were delayed by overly cautious and unnecessary security developments. Those who temporarily control these funds are deeply worried and hence have reverted to a process, which allows them to work initially at a snail’s pace. This diverted operation has slowed the deliveries and altered when these monies are to be delivered. It is now at a pace more deliberate than we were initially given. Again, these funds are in the hands of those who feel more comfortable with a tempo that is filled with a series of special checks at each stage of this operation. This employs a special way to secretly move vast sums across borders. It is our belief that this slower process is doing two things. First, it has greatly slowed a number of future announcements that are to signal the start of New Governance and those that are to begin a Global Currency Reset. Second, it has slowed down the preliminary schedule for mass arrests and for the rechartering of the world’s fraudulent banking system. 

These delays are yet another sign of how difficult it is to swiftly move against the old, dark order, which has ruled this realm for millennia. Even though we possess the tools and the evidence to defeat these odious ones, it is very difficult, even after a series of agreements to speed up this vital process. The dark realizes the extent to which the Light Forces are permeated with those who know how truly devious are the ways of their former dark lords. This old “history” has again and again produced caution, even when it is not really called for. We deeply apologize for these ultra-slow actions. It is hard to move when a way of doing things is challenged. Your world is now deeply embedded in this set of old procedures. It is our challenge to change this and allow a breath of fresh air to permeate this operation. Hence, we expect that this process is to begin quite shortly. Even those filled with caution are in truth committed to this grand alteration of this reality. Thus, the old ways are to be finally cast aside. 

As this process of change continues, remain focused on victory. We are thoroughly convinced that everyone is determined to terminate the hideous ways of the dark cabal. This cabal has used its power to frighten, distort and confuse all. We are aware of how these methods have gradually left many exhausted, when they try to do anything positive. As you move into this New Era, be aware of what this truly means. The old perceptions that you have carried with you since childhood are no longer to fully apply. This is to be the start of a New Reality for all. Long ago, you became the pawns of a dark overlord group that created a class of minions, which we call the dark cabal. Use your vision and your true dreams to guide you. Heaven understands who you really are and is showing you the way toward a new reality. Dratzo! Many good things are now happening in your realm. The funds that you have waited for in great frustration and worry are here! Their order of arrival is dependent upon a number of key factors. First there is the degree of overall security employed by the major groups involved. These first monies are to be the initial falling dominoes, which are to start the formal end of the global dark cabal rulership. This means the formal initiation of a whole host of new banking and financial procedures. Second, these monies are to signal the end of the fraud-laden privately owned “US Federal Reserve”. There is a major last-ditch struggle between those who are losing the battle to save this onerous institution and those who desire to bury it. Third, many who are to release these funds are as well fighting an inner struggle against doing so. Despite this, the funds are being released at the appointed time (NOW). Selamat Jalwa! (Be in Everlasting Joy!) We are here to report on the status of the initial transferences of funds to North America. At present, we are preparing to complete the process, which is to permit your blessings to become available to you all. We have been forced to make some additional corrections to what we thought was to be the final directives needed to finish this particular task. Our partners in this project report that a number of final tweaks are still required. Thus, we are now in the process of jointly doing what is necessary to assure our success. This entire process is at most extremely stressful to our earthly allies. The dark cabal continues to use its remaining positions of power as a way constantly to thwart them from achieving even a modicum of victory. It is reaching a point where we need to do what is essential for our allies to get the triumph they richly deserve. Meanwhile, the dark cabal is continuing to face defeat on every other issue. It is becoming quite clear that our intervention is now required. Heaven is decreeing in our favor and we expect every issue to be resolved shortly. 

The dark cabal is, after all, those who gladly carried out the dark wishes of the Anunnaki for nearly 13 millennia. These rogues have a deep inner feeling that even without their former lords they are still invincible. Somehow, they believe that a means can be found to delay the inevitable. We have over the years tolerated their miscreant behavior, since neither Heaven nor our allies wished to reject them from power. We are greatly disgusted by their adverse behavior. It is essential that these dark rascals be swiftly isolated and given a fate, which keeps them from your door. This need to get them "out of the way" is something that now needs to be done in a very drastic way. We are planning a surprise, which can easily achieve this prime purpose. Until then, expect no success and ready yourselves for some immediate disappointments. However, this process is not to be a long one. We intend to be able to hoist these vile rapscallions by their own petard! So do not fear! The end to this long wait is really quite near! 

As you prepare to finally be given your blessings, be able to see how these many funds can be used by you to carry out your humanitarian visions. These monies are to be used to bring peace, harmony and abundance to your societies. There is as well the need to use these funds to heal, inform and prepare your fellows for a new time in this realm. You are being asked to teach your societies about the great many changes that are to occur, once the manipulative propaganda of the dark cabal is out of the way. You need to explain the numerous changes that are to be the mainstay of your new governance and why it was implemented. At present, you lack a basic understanding of why you are in limited consciousness and how this transition to Full Consciousness is to work. Much is to be provided by your mentors. Nevertheless, you need specially trained others to explain this knowledge further and ready you for how this reality operates. 

As you can see, the delays have kept you from numerous truths and realities. We are counting on many of you to provide a vehicle, which permits anyone to look really deeply into any subject matter and can easily clarify what any one mentor is doing to prepare you for the transition to this New Reality of magnificent beauty. Selamat Jalwa! We arrive! Much is happening around this globe! Our earthly allies are moving the initial fundings to various key points. You can expect this immediate time to be one when the power structure of the dark cabal finally begins to give way to the new. We have watched this unfold and seen how the dark’s last grand resistance is quickly fading from the scene. For millennia, this cabal has been the vehicle by which the Anunnaki, your former overlords, managed this realm. Heaven dutifully sent forces with specific instructions on how to divinely proceed. This we have done! The various earthly allies spent centuries before our arrival to plan and move silently into the most advantageous positions. Now that we are here, these same allies are ready, after many centuries of waiting! Our liaisons have given the cabal a number of special ultimatums. You are to witness how these scenarios are carried out, and how the dark is to finally fail. Nonetheless, these coming maneuvers are only the start of a much grander vision for Gaia, and especially for you. The key is to return you to your natural free state and ready you to obtain a most vital education about who and what you are! 

This natural state of freedom is to be accompanied by a series of unalienable rights, given to all free women and men by the Creator eons ago. You are as well to learn about governance and how to care for and protect the natural organism you are to be graciously provided with. Take this along with a Creator-given prosperity and keep it safe from any sort of harm. You are to be taught about your true origins and given instruction on your history since the fall in the latter times of Atlantis. Use this knowledge to ready yourselves for our arrival. We are to provide you with mentors. Then, you can explore on a more individual basis what truly happened to you. You have within you a collection of epi-genetic materials. These are a record of how your ancestors coped throughout history and how you have coped with crises you have faced since birth. Together, let us review this and other events to prepare you for a grand event — your transformation in the Crystal Light Chamber into fully conscious humanity. This moment is to begin to mark your return to being Galactic Humans! 

The main task of our mission right now is to see that a number of special trusts are properly released without the continual delays imposed by the cabal. At present, this task is proceeding smoothly. The central bankers and their numerous associates dearly wish to seize these vast sums in gold and other precious assets. The main objective becomes to turn this around and apply sufficient pressure to force these dark ones to agree to the transfers and then guard against any possible looting. Once this vital process starts, it is necessary to see that sympathetic law enforcement personnel are used and that these many key transfers happen. So far, these precautions are being successfully applied. In addition, a whole plethora of technicalities need to happen. The Light is doing all of this. Hence, these many transfers are in their preliminary stages of operation. Therefore, in the next time period you are about to receive funds. These funds are merely to begin projects, your prosperity and new governance. 

The Light has had to take its time and move as quickly as permitted. Our earthly associates realize how deep the ring of deception and corruption goes to temporarily satisfy enormous greed. The group at the very wealthy top of your societies has immense power and uses it to keep you in their noose of increased debt slavery. This cycle has continued since the earliest days of your many societies. What is now happening is the push to end this nonsense and restore this globe to sanity. Gaia is reaching the point where she intends to unleash a vast “firestorm” to force you to transform your societies. Our task is to liberate you and swiftly transform how your societies operate. This is why the present actions by our allies are so important. This is to succeed and permit us to acknowledge our existence and together we can move more quickly toward your sacred objectives. In this way, Gaia’s surface can be restored and you can return to being Galactic Humans!

We have been specially preparing for this time, since it is when miracles are to come forth and vanquish the dark. Much of this is blessedly happening as events appear, which are leading you back to the Light. Twenty years ago, the first grand step occurred in this ongoing miracle, as Anchara suddenly agreed that it was time to begin the merging of the dark with the grand Light of Heaven. This has even led to the departing of the Anunnaki and to the current predicament of the dark cabal. The dark can no longer manipulate you as before. We, likewise, have found our ceremonies have a much greater ability to surround and protect you. The energies of the Light are growing stronger with each passing day. Indeed, the Lights grow stronger in all of us. We are thankful to the highest for your incredible ceremonies, which aid our own prayers for Gaia and humanity. It is said that much is expected of those who are gifted with the prayers and aspirations of Heaven. A great wave of peace is settling around this world and allowing humanity to start to see what it is truly capable of. Long ago, in ancient Lemuria, we came and filled this land with energies of joy and prosperity. These prayers and gracious songs were temporarily interrupted by the greed of Atlantis for power. Ever since, this need for control has highlighted the rule of the Anunnaki and their global band of minions. Millennia have marked this great move from the Light and into the realm of the dark. Each of us is a grand transmitter of this heavenly Light. While you sleep, the Light fills you with the precursors of your journey back to Galactic Humanhood. This operation has secretly been going on for millennia. What are different are both the strength and the intensity of these grace-filled blessings. The dark can sense this and it is starting to see that its long reign is at last ending. We understand this and are most joyous about it, and other things, which grace this land. Beneath your feet is a great land known as Agartha. It has been our primary home for centuries. We bless this place and know that soon it is to be your residence as well. You are to be truly at home in this most glorious land. Its crystal cities glow with Light and joy! Once there, you are to join in the singing and aid the angels with their blessings.
