Selamat Jalwa! Some great changes are on the horizon! Those who are swiftly putting the new NESARA republic together are very close to completing this arduous project. It is the goal of these diligent patriots to accomplish this as quickly as possible. So far, the first part of a general two-part funding is now finished. The next part is hopefully to be completed shortly. According to those in the know, once all administrative funding is complete, this NESARA republic can be formally declared. This project is to formally end the Federal Reserve and force the 1871-formed de facto government to go out of business. This act alone permits every American to emerge from under debt slavery and begin to move quickly to the status of a free and prosperous member of the new American Union! This process also enables the Pentagon to quit wars in many parts of this globe and, for the first time since the end of the Vietnam War, to return all its soldiers to the continental United States. Peace is to be restored to this globe and a new gold-backed financial and monetary system is to be the norm. Hence, the divine decrees of Heaven are to manifest on Gaia. 

These wondrous changes are to help the concepts of NESARA spread across your globe. These new governances are to allow the worldwide UFO cover-up to finally end. We intend to use this new approach to us to be the beginning for a general series of communiqués between these new governments and us. Heaven has set up a timetable for this moment in your history. Your governments are to start to release a whole host of technology that has been sequestered for over a century. This technology is to be augmented by what we have to offer you. As your history turns toward new possibilities, you require a means to better understand what is to happen. Long ago, the Atlanteans stripped you of all the answers that you daily ask about yourselves. Your history was well manipulated by the dark and their friends, the Anunnaki. The moment when the mentors are to arrive is to be the time in which your many quandaries are to be answered. They are to be answered, first, by lessons of the Ascended Masters and then by our mentors. The answers are to set straight what the Anunnaki so brazenly and falsely twisted one way and the other. What we are simply saying is that you are to be able to bring to light a new way that is part of vast documentation pulled for your benefit from Gaia’s Akashic records. This new wisdom is to give you a truer sense of what has befallen her since the last days of Atlantis.

These alterations are to free you from your debt slavery and an onerous loan system. Our liaisons report that great progress is being made on setting up a secure and reliable system for the global transfers of your many different types of humanitarian and prosperity funds. These funds are currently concluding what has been a long and circuitous process to ensure their safe delivery to you. This month is beginning to shape up as the time when these funds can be safely given to you. This operation is to ready a number of other groups that are designated to change some governments and declare NESARA to be in effect. These circumstances are to be the much-needed preliminaries for Disclosure and for the Ascended Masters to announce their schedule for a series of very important teachings. These various lessons are to be the foundation for what we intend to tell you. Our team has literally spent years honing the best way to tell you of our existence and what your Ascension is to entail. We are as well to begin to explain how our many Mentors are to operate among you. It is vital that you have an excellent understanding of how your Ascension is to happen and how you are to learn the necessary galactic etiquette.

In the interim, you have been ruled over by the Anunnaki, and recently only by the dark minions appointed long ago by these same Anunnaki. These dark cabals are reaching the very end of their power over you. When Heaven reconnected with you nearly 13 millennia ago, Heaven selected special Souls to begin to supervise and guide the time and method of your re-connection. At present, these are primarily your many Ascended Masters. These holy ones have graciously assisted us ever since we first came here. You are presently in the final stages before you fully return to us. The beginning of all this is, of course, the spreading of a worldwide prosperity. 

The present time is thus a series of rapid advances followed by a slight slowdown. This stop and start reality is presently ending. The coming time is to be highlighted by the rise of NESARA and the end of a long era when most governments were run by an oligarchy-dominant environment. This is to be replaced by a reality in which truth and transparency are the rule. In this environment, you are to be able to ensure that government primarily represents you. We are to come and permit you to employ your currently sequestered technologies and those that we intend to provide. Using these, you can cure disease and stabilize your environment. That is, you can rid your water, land and air of all the pollution, which you have plastered Gaia with for the past two millennia. Gaia is to be most pleased with these actions. We ask that you as well take the time to repair all the damage caused by your constant mining, farming and fishing that your global societies did to survive. The new technologies permit you to do so. The remaining structures are to be destroyed by the coming Earth changes!

At present, we are readying the final points of the operation that is to bring you our sacred blessings. Decades ago, we started to recruit those to enlist many of you in a prosperity program. At first, this program was muddled in the struggle set up between the Light and the dark on this world. Decade after decade failed to bring a successful resolution to this dilemma. Then in the past few months our associates and our Agarthan friends proposed a possible solution. After much deliberation, a way to deliver was set up and briefly acted upon. This possibility failed to permit a full delivery. More discussions with our many allies have now reached the means to bring you your blessings. Hence, during this month, the Light is prepared to force the dark to allow mass deliveries to occur. We wish to thank our spiritual and space families for their most gracious assistance! 

When these various deliveries are finally completed, the reality that you live in is to be completely changed. New governance added to a new transparent financial system is to open opportunities for you to restyle your perceptions about how these human societies work. It is our blessed intent to give a series of special lessons on the truths behind the formation of your so-called religious philosophies. Many changes were caused by those who shaped and created what you now deeply believe. To be truly free, you need to open your minds to what actually happened centuries and millennia ago. When we first achieved immortality, we went to a special place to train for our respective missions. Here, we learned what really happened long ago. We now wish to pass on what we jointly learned. These series of truths can help you to prepare for what is to happen shortly. 

At present, you are moving through times when one health crisis is followed by yet another. All of this is how Heaven is blessedly moving you toward Full Consciousness. Most of the sacred reasons for this are usually explained to you. You need to have one who you trust to explain this in detail. What first the Atlanteans and then the Anunnaki did was part of a vast conspiracy to leave you in a smoky amnesia about your origins. What is most needed is a detailing of why each part of their complex puzzle was put into place. As we do this, you can unravel how you were deceived and manipulated. Armed with such evidence, you can better absorb what is to happen in the very near future. You are to discover just how broad this deception really was. Therefore, do not judge the future by what you are to know. Use this wisdom to assure a better and brighter time for all!

Dear Ones you have such a great potential yet to be revealed, and with careful planning you will gradually find your consciousness expanding. It is all part of your evolutionary plan and is preparing you for Full Consciousness. However, it is in the future and at the appropriate time, you will be helped to achieve such an upliftment. Already there is an awareness of your consciousness growing, and you can take credit for such an advancement, as it is you who has applied yourself to your tasks. At the moment, there are souls on Earth who are at all different levels of consciousness, and it causes much friction between the different groups. You should not allow yourselves to be distracted by what is going on around you, and concentrate on your own advancement. The days of sacrificing your own development to help others are no longer necessary, as all souls now know where they are going and what is expected of them. The time has arrived when each soul must apply itself to its life plan, doing its best to achieve its goal. Be assured, those who lack awareness of what it is, will be assisted to make as much progress as possible. 

The Human Race has evolved so rapidly, it is hard to believe the advancements that have been made. It seems that the harder the task ahead, the greater is the effort put into achieving success. As we have often pointed out, no soul is asked to do more than they are considered capable of, which is why some who already know their limitations have accepted that Ascension is beyond them in this cycle. However, all experience does make a good platform for those aspiring to complete this cycle, by making great strides in their evolution. How other souls progress is their own choice, although we do encourage them to take every opportunity to raise their vibrations. 

You may have noticed that we draw much closer to you, and that is because the time to meet us is drawing nearer. Our craft are now seen more often in your skies, and we have shown for a long time now that we can be present without little fear being experienced by your people. We have never endangered you, although some of your pilots have experienced apprehension when faced by our craft. Be assured, we are totally in control of our craft, and with our technology can deal with any situation that may arise that could pose a threat to your safety or indeed ours. We have often helped you out when dangers have threatened you, in such a way that you are rarely aware of our intervention. Sometimes, what you call miracles are attributable to our presence, but we have first to be sure that we are not interfering with your karma. 

There are so many different species living on or in your Earth. The Inner Earth Dwellers have been with you for eons of time, but will meet you in the near future. They are more evolved than you are and have much to offer you. Others also have bases within the Earth and some are placed on the seabed out of your reach. Perhaps the most surprising revelations will be when Humans acknowledge their Space Families, because many souls that have incarnated on Earth come from other planets. It is all in the interests of the future of the Human Race. Individuals can ascend at any given time, but the whole Human Race only gets such an opportunity at the end of a Solar Cycle that you are now experiencing. 

So, you will understand that you have entered a very important period, which your future depends on. Many souls are working with you to ensure you achieve your goal, and we are confident that you will succeed. When you look back, you will marvel at your resilience and intent to move into the higher levels. Be certain and know that your destiny does not lie with the Earth that you are now familiar with. Those of you who prove to be ready will move out of the lower dimension, and leave the old Earth behind. It is time for a new start and to wipe the slate clean, as you are not doomed to stay in the present dimension. You will find it hard to resist the new vibrations coming in, and indeed, why should you, as your destiny is to return fully to the Light. If you did but know it, you have experienced so many situations that have thoroughly tested you, and finally you come through it as a Being of Light. The physical realms are not your home, but have served you well for your experience. 

Fear is your biggest obstacle to evolution, as in such a state your progress is halted and you are vulnerable to the lower vibrations. When confronted with conditions that can bring it out, treat those responsible with love and understanding. Entities of the lower vibrations feed off them and that is not what you want them to do. Do not empower them, but rather isolate them and take away their power. Is it not interesting to think that in effect by taking no action, you follow the best path available to you? Confrontation and revenge are the actions of those who do not understand karma, and are unaware that every soul is responsible for them. You cannot lie your way out of responsibility for your actions or words. When you pass over and you review your life, you will find that only the truth can remain and it is no good trying to fool anyone. It is not so frightening as you might imagine, as those Higher Beings who handle such matters, are all love and not there to admonish or punish you. 

Life on Earth is usually all ups and downs, so please try to understand what lessons are being presented to you. If you do not learn from them, they will keep coming back until you do. That is what life is all about, so accept your lot, because you will have agreed a life plan. Your task is to learn the lessons presented to you, so that you do not have to do them again. That way, you will evolve much quicker and lift yourself out of the lower vibrations.

Selamat Jalwa! We come before you now to discuss a number of subjects. At present, the dark has been watching as a series of events manifest that will change your world. These will transform your global banking system and begin a reset of your world's currency system. These alterations are to be merely the first major steps in the changes that we have previously discussed with you toward new governance and releasing you from millennia of bondage. Whether it was one that tied you to a fiefdom of some type or the debt slavery of the last few centuries, these various structures kept you legally fettered to an upper class that regularly abused you and your children. These instruments of slavery are to be lifted, so you can become truly free. In that moment, the power of wealth is finally to end, so that you are able to be an individual who is again sovereign and prosperous in body and in Spirit. These events will prepare you for a celebration that will be attended by your spiritual and space families! 

With the advent of freedom and personal sovereignty we can freely make our appearance. Since the fall of Atlantis, we have watched you and occasionally even directly guided you. We understood what Heaven was doing, but nonetheless deeply wished to guide you. Thus, we sent a number of Avatars, "Angels" and even prophets to aid you in staying on a pathway that Heaven had decreed for you. The dark's earthly minions despised us and did what they could to discourage us. These strict censors were only partially successful as we encouraged many great men and women to come forth and expound our messages. As these courageous ones appeared, many sacred secret societies formed to aid us in our various divine missions to enlighten an oppressed humanity. These missions have existed for millennia and currently are leading to the new epoch that you are close to embracing. This time is one in which many divine miracles will happen! 

Even though you see only glimpses of what is occurring, stay strong in your belief. Circumstances are coming together to forge a divine symphony that will transform this reality. Be ready to accept what at first can appear strange to you. The dark believes that you are not yet ready to change your ways. This is something that these dark minions cannot comprehend. The Light has created a special scenario that is presently unfolding and this process confuses the dark cabal. Even their many attempts at creating war are failing. Their old ways do not work anymore. The militaries of your world wish for peace to descend on this realm. This is not to be a time of confusion but rather a moment when grand clarity sweeps across this globe. It is a time when agreements that free you of these dark ones will permit you to rejoice at the power of the Light. It will also be a time when you reconnect openly with your brethren from the stars and your family from inner Earth - a moment filled with hope and miracles! 

This grand moment of reunion is something we have awaited for many of our lifetimes. You originally came forth nearly a million years ago to form a magnificent stewardship with Gaia. This guardianship experienced deep remorse, because of what had happened when the dark had severely ravaged the planets of your solar system. Earth was left as the only world that still permitted humans to reside successfully on its surface. The great oceans of Venus, Mars and even the former world of Pax (Maldek) were gone. They had been banished for a while to the inner realms. The time is soon to come again when these other water worlds will return to their former pristine condition. Then you will split up and resume your stewardships of these other worlds. You are to rejoice in the vast miracles of Heaven and in the utter beauty of these restored worlds. You will forge a wondrous new Star Nation, shape it and, along the way, revive a multitude of new flora and fauna. 

Blessings! We are your Ascended Masters! We come on this day with news and some blessed information. Events are moving swiftly forward. The major ones concern the monetary and financial system of this realm. We bless those who bring forth a new monetary exchange. This work is the very beginning of the first domino that is to fall. It signals that our secret sacred societies are ready for the next grand transformations. In total, the alterations of this world are a sign of what is to shortly follow. In 1776, Count St. Germain put forth a blueprint of what is now happening. Jefferson, inspired by him, wrote: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed…" 

These glorious words set the stage for a change that led eventually to a new concept in governance. Lincoln later brilliantly delineated this concept. "…That this government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth." This sacred belief that sovereignty derives from the people and that this sovereignty is shared equally by all is at the very heart of what the Divine is currently achieving for you. Any form of slavery is fundamentally illegal and inherent blasphemy perpetrated upon us by the dark. During our many lifetimes that eventually lead to our mutual enlightenment, we encountered numerous forms of this sacrilege. We are jointly dedicated to removing this wickedness from this realm. Our devotees are determined to provide you a reality that is truly free of these horrid abominations to the Light! 

Dedication to the Light will permit a New Reality to be born. In doing this, you are put at the very edge of a transformation into Full Consciousness. We have long strived to engender this on this beautiful orb. The dark's reign of subtle terror is near its end. This will bring you an opportunity to fully understand who and what you are. Hence, we intend at the right divine time to come forth and teach in detail what many sacred texts now omit. These lessons are to ready you for a new state of consciousness and you will literally be able to manifest your Angelic "wings."Our task is to divinely guide and lovingly supervise this transformation. Dratzo! We return with some wonderful news! Movement toward your New Reality is accelerating. A number of secret conferences around this globe have produced positive results that will become evident in the major meetings that are to take place in the coming week. The moment is arriving for collective actions that can easily catapult efforts forward. We expect the final ‘go-ahead’ for events that are to manifest new governments and create a new currency. 

Numerous programs have reached a point where it is now necessary to terminate any thought of further delays. The economies of too many nations lie in ruin and the debt is making the present financial system untenable. Besides, we believe that you are ready for shocking events that include a formal end to the infamous "UFO cover up." It is indeed time for you to hear from your Ascended Masters and us. The present system is full of holes and rips that can no longer be sustained, and it is logical to initiate something else that permits you to continue your glorious march toward Full Consciousness. 

Therefore, we come to a point of no return. The dark cabal is existing on former glories that are no more than comic illusion. In some way, each of you is stressed to the max. We watch and see how this present reality can no longer be retained. It is finished, and hence it is fitting to let those who can transform this cruel illusion do so. We are cognizant of the many rules and formalities needed to get this done. This slow tedious process is concluding. Use this moment to bring in the new. We intend to emphasize this strongly at these various meetings. Processes that began decades ago now cry out for a conclusion. Your realm is failing and the energies for change are here. When the Anunnaki left this dark cabal, they asked for a positive resolution that was not given. The present is the perfect moment to reverse this and proclaim a New Reality for a sweeping change to free you and allow the reality of a New Realm. 

This transformation will consign the present governments to history's dustbins. Replacements exist that allow for a most needed and grand makeover. The dark can no longer maintain its game of mischief. There is a spiritual need to dissolve their long, disguised leadership. It is the moment for bravery and for acts of needed kindness. This realm is headed toward the Light. Those who condone the dark can no longer be permitted to rule. Those who comprehend this are required to disclose what is needed and to act quickly. This "quiet revolution" is happening slowly across this reality, and a grand move will bring this magnificence to the fore. We expect this and many wondrous events to occur, to bring into being what the people of this surface world have long required. We fully support all events that lead to such a successful ending! 

In conclusion, the time is indeed ripe for a non-violent revolution of immense proportions. Your world has long waited for changes that have yet to become visible. Behind this veil is a vast movement that needs to become the present way of your world. The selfish maneuvering of the dark cabal is no longer relevant. A new way is required to provide the preface to what Heaven and we have proclaimed. You are to be given a Divine Ascension that moves you from limited to Full Consciousness. Dratzo! We come again with more to tell you. Your world continues to fluctuate between the attempts of the West to spark a conflict capable of stemming the global changes which threaten the powerbase of the dark cabal, and the intent of Russia to force a new reality upon the West. This dynamic has ebbed and flowed during the whole of the last decade. And yet even when this strange power game approaches a point reminiscent of the start of World War I, it then recedes from this dire eventuality. The Agarthan’s liaison teams have also been very successful in defusing the situation in the Middle East. Nevertheless, this ongoing process of brinkmanship demonstrates the importance of bringing this volatile situation to a close. Heaven assures us that this constant political bickering is simply the last throes of a type of diplomacy long used by the Western states and that no conflict is to result from it. Indeed, the coming divine intervention is going to transform this whole sorry mess. Meanwhile, more legal ammunition continues to be gathered for use against the cabal in the World Courts. The momentum for ‘accountability’ accelerates by the day, increasing the numbers of those already, and about to be, arrested. 

Your reality is dying, as the economic system it is founded upon grinds to a halt. It is similar to a huge mill which is dependent on a river that is rapidly drying up. The owners, the dark cabal, comprehend what is happening and are intent on getting the last bit of work out of their flagging equipment. The cabal is hunting desperately for a solution to restore the falling levels of the river, but despite its best efforts no solution is found. We have informed the cabal on innumerable occasions what it would take to solve their dilemma and its response has been to proceed doggedly upon the same course. Therefore, we have moved forward with what Heaven has directed us to do. The cabal is fully aware that its time is up and still it increases its determination to pull some unrealizable miracle out of the air. We watch and marvel at its inane reaction to the inevitability bearing down on it. It is time for these dark-controlled governments to quit and disclose the truth to their beleaguered populations. 

Our liaison personnel have just completed a series of information exchanges with several Western governments, in which we clearly showed them that their dilemmas are endemic to the entire global economic structure which is now falling down around them. The practical solution is to allow new governance to introduce the range of new economic and abundance programs, including the formal Disclosure of our existence. Therefore, we are awaiting the time chosen by Heaven to act and reveal ourselves to you. This will also be the moment for the series of announcements by both the Agarthans and the Ascended Masters, who will be divulging what you need to know to get a reasonable grasp on what is truly happening in your world. These swathes of information will trigger a rapid change in your consciousness and introduce new ways for you to change your societies, enabling them to work creatively with each other. We clearly perceive the labyrinthine problems created by your present governments, which is why an entirely new structure has been agreed upon, which can be relied upon to promote your new prosperity and your new realities.

Second, we are to be able to manifest among you in great numbers to begin our teaching schedule. These messages will finally allow you to discover the truth about your origins and what Heaven expects of you.

These, when completed, will indicate to all concerned that the moment for a grand transformation of your reality has arrived! At this juncture, the Galactic Federation is to oversee the legal transference of your governance to our sacred secret allies. We look forward in joy to what will be a special moment for you all. The dark cabal and its seemingly endless and ubiquitous adherents will then be gone. In their wake come a series of announcements and the global delivery of a vast prosperity. It is this prosperity, when combined with a new and equitable monetary and financial system that changes your world forever! These changes will enable more-open policies to be enacted which will allow for a formal Disclosure of our presence, and it is this that sets the stage for the final leg of your journey back to Full Consciousness. At this point the Agarthans and our other allies can work with Mother Earth to reunite her surface and inner realms, thus creating the unified world that is to be your true, future reality. 

In this new world you will be free to learn a great many Truths that were either adulterated or totally denied to you over the eons. These facts will become the foundation of your new transitional society. You will begin to learn about your true off-world origins and start to reconnect with your space and spiritual families. Bear in mind that you represent both a home world community in the stars, as well as a sacred heavenly lineage. Every part of Heaven comprises Administrations which include these lineages. All of you have ancestral ties to these lineages, and Heaven and we are here to help you remember who you really are. The exact meaning of the term ‘who you really are’ will be revealed once you are back in Full Consciousness again. The mentors, who are already assigned to each of you, are considering carefully how best to bring you to an understanding of the implications of this. At this time you are still unaware of the extent to which each one of you is studied in loving review by your heavenly guardians. All these things await your attention once you return to Full Consciousness. 

As the truth of who you are begins to take hold, you become better able to comprehend how to resolve some of Mother Earth’s difficulties. You are beginning to see clearly how vital it is to transform the very nature of the societies you live in, and thus the need to drastically reform the depredation of the environment becomes much more urgent. This throws you into a struggle to support the Earth’s ecosystems, while also vastly revising the basic principles of your sciences and the supposed timelines of your known history. This requires a clear-eyed scrutiny of how your principles of science and the accepted provenance of your history came into being. The results of your ‘revisionist’ pursuits will establish a very different basis indeed for your new societies! The prospect of this immense coming transformation has dismayed the dark for decades, and yet this upwelling of consciousness was never to be denied! The consciousness movement has forged alliances that are too powerful to be easily destroyed by the dark’s highest power structures. And this is not for lack of trying! 

One of the purposes of these various changes is to help you to reestablish your relationship with your Inner Earth family, and give you the means to welcome your spiritual and space families. Events in the heavens are shortly to come to completion, at which time the edict to transform your globe is to be issued. We look upon this with great joy. Each of us has used our good offices to limit the global effects of the dark’s malicious edicts, and at last these horrendous proclamations are to become null and void. We can then use our growing wisdom to guide you into a better understanding of the ways of Heaven and its blessed rewards for each one of you. The moment has come for us to teach and explain many things to you that have long been denied you by your former sinister masters. 

One of the first items we wish to address is that death’s ever-lurking shadow can now begin to fade from your reality. Death is no more than a by-product of limited consciousness. It has kept you in fear from the first and leads to severe emotional and mental grieving. It has been an exceptionally powerful tool for the dark ones and they have ‘milked’ this situation to the hilt! Ascension leads to its expulsion from the physical body, lightens physical density, and reunites the body with its spiritual essences. The process of final Ascension is one of the most arduous and complex processes that you can take on, and usually takes generations of deep concentration and prodigious amounts of memory. And yet we are living proof that it can be done! However, what Heaven now offers you is a living technology to bypass this struggle and morph you back into your natural state in only three days! 

The technique involves a special living machine, calibrated to each person and monitored by your spiritual and space family mentors. Your body’s RNA/DNA is presently booby-trapped with ‘markers’ that deny you an easy conversion to Full Consciousness, and this living machine is designed to rectify this, and to undo the damage to your original gene-base which plunged you into limited consciousness. A great joy is about to sweep through your world and create a New Epoch for humanity!

Dratzo! We return! Your world is being held in a sacred limbo, awaiting the magic touch that only Heaven can provide. Heaven decreed a short delay in order to afford humanity an integration period into these very new energies. Long ago, when the Anunnaki wished to rule over you, a special agreement was put forth, which stipulated that the period of dark rule would only be allowed for around 13 millennia. This time has come and is well and truly gone. The collapse of the many timelines into one was the final verification for the dark’s earthly minions that the moment for transformation has arrived. Now there is a brief transition during which the dark’s soldiers are to surrender and let the New Epoch commence. The dark, as ever, has arrogantly refused this offer and so, under Heaven’s strict command, we have removed a number of these recalcitrants and placed them under the supervision of a group of Agarthan and Federation personnel. This group now has a considerable number of these individuals in safekeeping, and these numbers will no doubt continue to grow until this issue is fully resolved. 

As noted above, the matter is now at a kind of sacred standstill. Our forces are at the ready to support the legal de jure change in governance and we have also obtained a number of agreements which are to be implemented once the sacred signal is given. In this regard both the legal and the military divisions of the various governments-to-be-changed assure us that they are ready to affect a transfer of power upon receipt of the formal signal. We have graciously asked our heavenly mentors to reassure us that the time schedule originally given to us is indeed still the one in operation; in response, those who are to give the signal have repeatedly informed us that this schedule is indeed the one that we will be executing. Our many liaison teams are in place and prepared to see that all goes according to plan when the sacred moment arrives. On that front we have undertaken a series of formal exercises to ensure that this situation is resolved as quickly as possible. Of course, the dark continues to be closely monitored, as it is known for pulling a real doozy of a delaying tactic at the last moment! 

Our secret sacred allies are also ready to move when called upon and we are monitoring your world to see that nothing other than the ordinary round of world affairs takes place. The dark and its minions are scurrying around your globe looking for ways to steal funds from anywhere they can, and while these sorties have proved to be mostly unsuccessful, a bit of collateral has been acquired. This confirms to us that these rascals have no intention of ever abiding by any agreement made between us, and that our liaison personnel need to be very careful when dealing with these unrelenting ones. We are truly relieved to think that this will be the last time for such discouraging exchanges! Once the green light is given, we are prepared with a series of strategies to ensure that the initial phases of our operation proceed swiftly and surely. When the first phase is complete, the new governance, the new monies, and the new prosperity will be firmly and securely in place, and then all that is needed is to make it all permanent. 

This transition of your society is fully backed by a ton of corroborative documents. The dark has no remaining wriggle-room and only a very short time before the sacred trumpet is sounded. At that moment a great Light will spread across Gaia and a New Epoch will be formally begun. We intend to stage a large display in several parts of your world which will signal the start of what is to follow. Decades have passed since we first asked your governments, just after World War II, to end the secrecy, disclose our existence, and reveal the technology they had acquired. To a man, these governments refused to do so, and yet these early requests of ours are now to manifest on your world. This will be a watershed event. A new history and a true account of your origins can then officially be written, allowing all the many lies told to you since childhood to simply fade away and be replaced by the truth. It is also the moment for you to learn of the upcoming joys of Full Consciousness.

Centuries ago, Count Saint Germaine established a special world trust that was matched in the East by Kwan Yin. The new prosperity is to transform your realm and bring you to the brink of a great shift in consciousness. Heaven prepares to signal the much-awaited green light

Dratzo! We return! Your world is still caught in an in-between reality-state as Heaven prepares to signal the much-awaited green light. We are setting up special liaison teams to monitor what is shortly to happen. The coming announcements by your new governance will mark the end of a long era of dark control, during which wars, economic upheavals, and other widespread forms of discord characterized the ups and downs of numerous regimes over the course of this old form of governance. 

It is to be replaced by an interim administration, which will prepare the way for a duly elected one and set up new rules and by-laws regarding the general operating standards of the first of your new de jure governments. Contained within the new rules are the new financial and monetary systems based on hard currency, open rules of banking, and an end to large multiservice banking conglomerates. Furthermore, the way will be opened up to get a formal Disclosure announced, and the many provisions of NESARA introduced and applied. This will establish a new relationship between individuals and their national governance. 

The New Banking System will end the long period of debt slavery. In its place will be a system that honors your essential freedom and sovereignty. This requires fail-safe laws designed to protect your sovereignty, end one-sided political parties, and sponsor the rise of an educated and responsible electorate. Each member of this electorate is an individual who needs to learn to express their views based on extensive study of the issues in the world around them. 

Governments, until now, have both bamboozled the electorate and used carefully slanted rhetoric designed to camouflage the activities they were actually engaged in. In effect, truth was to be kept from the public by any means possible. Now, you are to witness an about-face in administrative operating procedures. Your new governance is to be built upon trust, and upon the premise that elected officials are kept under careful scrutiny on the part of the public. Your most powerful tool will be the intrinsic transparency built into the new rules, and this demands your involvement as both watchdog and advisor. It is a wholly new relationship in responsibility, one which marks the start of your exciting jaunt to Galactic Society. 

One of the more vital responsibilities of this new governance is Disclosure. This single act opens up the lines of communication to Agartha, your Ascended Masters, and of course us. With this announcement your world opens up! And those who have long watched over you can now openly come forward. As you can imagine, we eagerly look forward to this special moment. At long last, we can explain to you what First Contact is all about, and introduce our blessed cohorts on this journey to Full Consciousness. None of you has any notion of your true inner potential. Indeed, each of you is burdened by inhibiting beliefs ingrained in you since childhood onwards. 

Our mentors look forward to helping you move beyond these limited conceptions of reality and learn who you really are. Once these basics are sorted out, you are to broaden your learning to include the truth about your recent history, and here you may find things that anger you. However, it is important to remember that you are never alone, and that measures are to be taken to correct the situations and events that are the cause of your distress. 

The coming time is one of prosperity, joy, and harmonious cooperation. Peace will replace war, and general disarmament will end the worry over mass violence. As your consciousness grows, you will experience a need for true community and to re-establish honorable interaction between people and government. This requires an exchange based on the perceived integrity of each party. Your world’s currently accepted exercise of power needs to be universally upgraded. Division will be replaced by union; contention by cooperation; and prejudice by acceptance. Such ideals have been so often championed in the past, and now they are to be realized and practiced by all. One of our tasks is to help this along with the introduction of technologies that can take your communications systems to the next, more secure level. As you open up your awareness and begin to feel more secure in your life, you will be inclined to explore new ways of thinking and being, which are more aligned with the new levels of consciousness flooding your societies.

The dark, despite its myriad schemes to derail things, has been unable to prevent the Earth’s sacred societies from completing their assigned tasks. We bless Heaven for moving everyone to the point where they are raising their awareness of how close the New Epoch truly is. We are ready to hear the many different announcements that are to set our sacred undertaking in motion. Those teachings are to be the harbingers of others which will illumine your path to Full Consciousness. 

The new governance is to proclaim your liberation from the many forms of illegal slavery imposed on you by the minions of the dark cabal. Enslavement and disempowerment of the populace was a major component of debt economics, which created a small, ultra-wealthy class that depended for its existence on the complete acquiescence of you all. These denizens of the dark wielded quite a power, but it is as nothing compared to that of Heaven and its great Light! The present Light manifestation is to transform your reality and forge a new, divine one. Heaven set up a specific time, based on the movements of physicality and the divine precession of this solar system. This sacred point is quite near and very shortly a great moment is to happen! Then this glorious living sphere will witness a grand miracle and Heaven’s sacred Light will dance across her and transform all! 

This divine radiance will confer a New Epoch upon humanity. You will become reacquainted with the lovely realms of your Agarthan and Space Families. The great lineages of Heaven are to appear and proclaim their great truths to all. And this will be only the beginning! You will have so much to learn from us and from your Space Family. Heaven is to proclaim a Sacred Day and this reality will finally come to pass

Dratzo! We return! Your world continues to move forward toward the day chosen by Heaven for manifesting your New Reality. Our Agarthan family informs us that their part in this operation has reached completion. Likewise, our secret sacred allies confirm that their activities have reached the point chosen for them by Heaven. We continue to allow the use of our technology to assist everyone in ensuring that all these interlinked operations are manifested exactly as planned. 

The one thing now remaining is for us to obtain the final green light from our heavenly hosts. This signal is shortly to be given to us. Until then we wait, watch, and oversee what is so close to happening. Meanwhile, the dark panics and wonders how and when the arrests will take place. At present, they are in a state of some anxiety, because many of their co-workers have simply ‘disappeared,’ and thus they can no longer ignore the fact that the about their non-compliance that have long been presented to them are inescapably real, and that their positions of power are not to last much longer. Their vast fortunes have dwindled and the banking system they control is close to being shut down. 

As all these dramas play out, your world appears on the surface to muddle along as before. Yet, the dark knows that this charade is nearly over and that New Governance is in place in America, ready to assume authority. The changeover will start with a series of announcements that are sure to astound most of you. Then the New Financial Reality will bring a huge sigh of relief to each of you, as freedom from want and anxiety allows you to move into joy and abundance. 

Debt forgiveness on this scale will heal the many deeply entrenched rifts in a society that has been badly lopsided for millennia. The rich and powerful have used this double-standard system to hammer the masses and force them to do their bidding. Now all of this is to be removed and a level playing field has replaced the unjust world that has tormented you for so long. Moreover, governance more to your liking is beginning to ‘call this new tune.’ But do bear in mind that these improvements in your circumstances merely herald much greater changes to come, including Disclosure. Here you get to the magic moment when we can formally introduce ourselves to you. 

Our arrival changes everything. Your sense of global identity is based on the fact of being unique in the cosmos. In fact, you are not alone. You came, long ago, from all over the Galaxy to colonize this world. Your original colony of Lemuria was the start of your time on Gaia. Presently, you are locked in the state of amnesia created by limited consciousness, and the moment has now arrived for you to be freed from this inability to know who you are and why you came to this beautiful blue-green world. 

The task of removing your amnesia has been given to us, and after a few decades of preparation we are ready to take you on a journey of discovery that will return to you the joys and wonders that are Full Consciousness. The first part of this journey begins with our broadcasts explaining what is to happen. Shortly after that, we will land and start a series of open and thorough discussions, coupled with technology transfers which will provide you with the wherewithal to return to your original, natural state. Then you can begin the individual Full Consciousness training that will allow you to begin setting up your new Star-Nation. 

Our core reason for coming to your Solar System is not merely to watch over you, but to return you to your spiritual and space families. Your Agarthan ancestors, too, are looking forward to taking up their own roles in the mentoring process. Until now, Heaven restrained them from many of the things they wished to do for you, but now these limitations have been lifted and we expect them to play a large part in advising your New Governance and in drawing up a number of policy statements regarding the new regulations of your banking and finance system. 

It is vital that you pass quickly beyond the first stages of your New Prosperity and learn how to operate without the need for money as such. Our Galactic Societies function by direct manifestation of what we need, without resorting to being dependent on the energy resources of our home world. We also understand that our task is to nurture and support our living world, and our society is a divine culture that takes its place as a truly magnificent part of divine co-creation in our most wondrous Galaxy. 

Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters! The march toward a blessed New Reality continues. Our sacred associates are at the point where, with Heaven’s blessing, a new world can swiftly manifest. This sacred approval will shortly be given. Heaven is to proclaim a Sacred Day and this reality will finally come to pass. The dark has been informed that all our work to date will, on that day, be swiftly completed. This includes New Governance and a series of broadcasts that will introduce you to those souls who have worked so courageously to make your New World possible. The success of this most ambitious undertaking is also dependent on the contribution of the Agarthans and a network of personnel from our Space Families. We the Ascended Masters are very grateful for all that is being done to prepare you for your life as a fully conscious Being. Our own mentoring of you will also serve you well, as it prepares you for what First Contact will bring. 

Mentoring you for Full Consciousness requires that we come among you physically and begin teaching you to understand how this limited-conscious realm operates. We ourselves learned about this, as we worked our way up into higher states of consciousness. It is important for you to know how 3-D operates, because it lays the foundation for the greater wisdom of how the higher dimensions operate. This knowledge allows you to prepare for what your metamorphosis will bring. You are transitioning from a state where you are surrounded by many arcane beliefs to one that is fully transparent and truly amazing! This is a transition that each one of us made. Now it is your turn, and you are to be guided in this most graciously to enable you to reach that sacred destination. 

What is shortly to happen on your surface realm is more than just a metamorphosis; it is to be a major feat, whereby you will integrate the many different parts of you into a most glorious unity, both individually and collectively. This process will undo a collective experience that lasted for nearly 13,000 years and is the culmination of a sacred promise made to you by Heaven. The dark and its innumerable blasphemies are to fade away. A New Age of Light will dawn and the time of the sacred prophets of the Creator will again be seen. Every one of you is a potential prophet and a deliverer of Good News! You are to form a society based upon your great Light, which is to shine in glory and multifarious service to the Creator. You will join us, as we guide you along those sacred paths assigned to us by the wondrous workings of Heaven and the Divine Plan. 

Today, we reviewed what is shortly to happen. Your surface realm is on the verge of reuniting with its inner complement, Inner Earth. This new, conjoined realm is to be the staging area for your metamorphosis into Full Consciousness and for the creation of a new Star-Nation.
