Everyone has “stuff” buried or denied that is arising

The sense of humanity’s Oneness is arising in millions of people all across the planet, and as it does so, it is then being sensed by millions more. The collective intent to awaken is stirring humanity and there is no going back! Your awakening is inevitable and imminent. News of worldwide suffering and deprivation, regardless of the cause or reason for these unhappy situations, is inspiring compassion on a scale never before seen on Earth. The Tsunami of Love continues to grow and intensify, because so many are intending to be loving in every moment of their lives. The power of your intent is amazing, and soon you will become aware of that power in each of your individual lives, as you continue to open your hearts to the Divine Field of Love that embraces you constantly. 

The Light that you Light bearers, Light holders, and Light workers are displaying by your living examples of Love in action through your compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, and lack of judgment grows brighter daily. Yes, most of you fail at times, falling back into fear and egoic behaviors, but your intent to be loving remains and is quickly reestablished, as you see what has occurred and forgive yourselves. Self-forgiveness is essential, because it clears the negative emotional energies that judgment and self-judgment arouses. 

As those in the spiritual realms keep reminding you – Love is all-encompassing, there is no judgment, only unconditional acceptance. The human condition is demanding, God is not! You are all on paths of learning that you planned before you incarnated, and so you are bound to make errors, that is how you learn. The important point here is to admit your errors, where possible correct them and make amends to anyone you know you have intentionally offended, and then move on. Often it seems that people are choosing to hurt and offend one another, when in fact they are frequently unaware that their behavior is offensive. Political correctness is a fear based concept that is often used to hurt or damage someone else when a person refuses to acknowledge their own issues of lack of self-worth, a very intense and painful state. 

To be offended is a choice a person has to make. You are all the perfect children of God, so if you feel that someone has offended you, you are choosing to see yourself as less than perfect and accepting that other’s judgment of you. Why would you do that? Only you know your motives and intentions, and another’s opinion of you is just that, an opinion, an opinion based on misinformation and a lack of knowledge. Do not take offense; instead recognize that the one who is attempting to offend you is in fact crying out for love and acceptance. Respond gently, without anger, and allow the negative energy of the moment to dissipate. 

Because of the intense pain so many experienced in their formative years as humans, it became necessary for them to very quickly deny or bury that pain in order to survive. But “stuff” buried or denied festers and grows like a physical infection, and if not allowed to resurface, be reacknowleged, and then offered comfort will lead to more serious physical or psychological damage. 

Everyone has “stuff” buried or denied that is arising, often seemingly uninvited, at this point in humanity’s awakening process to be acknowledged and released. So, acknowledge what is asking to arise, make space for it to do so, and let it flow through you, like grief. It cannot be rushed, but attempting to understand or recall its origins stops the flow and traps you in a seemingly endless loop of re-experiencing it. 

The pain that arises can be very intense, rather like the pain of a very bad burn, and may cause you to howl, scream, and even writhe in agony. Allowing that flow of emotions is the process of release. So, allow. Stopping the flow because it is painful or embarrassing will not work. 

It is as though you had within you a container filled with ancient pain and suffering – and that container is your heart! You have to allow it all to drain out through your experiencing of it, and when it has you will indeed feel drained and exhausted. But now there is room for Love to fill and heal that empty space within you. Until it is released, allowed to flow through, you have effectively built and are maintaining a defense system that retains the pain and locks out Love. 

When you choose to enter the process of releasing, all this gunk – and even if it seems to be arising unbidden, it means that at a deeper level you have chosen to allow this release to occur – it can be extremely helpful to have with you a loving and intimate friend whom you trust implicitly, to hold you close and offer the comfort you did not receive when the pain originally occurred. It will also be cathartic for the friend, because this kind of release will also be healing for her and for humanity. Remember, you are never alone, there is no separation, and to share the release you are undergoing is a loving exchange that heals you both, along with humanity. 

As you well know, you are on Earth at this time to assist in humanity’s awakening process, and releasing the buried pain and suffering – humanity’s vast lake of trauma – is an essential part of the process. All over the world, locked hearts filled with pain are crying out for Love, but are unable to accept It. There are few among you who do not know someone who is so closed down in fear, guilt, anger, and pain that they will allow no one to approach them, no one to comfort them, and who present an impenetrable barrier to the world around them. 

This barrier is what you are all helping to dissolve, as you make your daily intent to be loving in every situation. Only you can do it. The Love that each one of you has burning within you, and that you have chosen to share so generously, is powerful way beyond your ability to conceive of. If you connect with someone who appears offensive, angry, or unapproachable, intend immediately to send them Love and know that healing has started for them in that moment. 

You are indeed Divine Beings of unassailable Love and Compassion who have willingly chosen an Earth life at this time to assist in the awakening process, and that amazingly altruistic choice you made, knowing how difficult and painful your path would be, is most highly honored here in the spiritual realms, as you will discover when you return Home to hero’s welcomes.

The planet is shaking off the chains of the past

Beloved Ones, 

There are signs everywhere of the changes that are taking place upon your planet. These changes are diverse and encompass many spectrums of life. The Earth changes reflect the changes within humanity, as they strive to cope and to understand what is occurring. Each tragedy that occurs brings out the best within humanity, as they strive to give what they can to assist. Many questions are being asked within all hearts, for it seems as though the world that they knew is crumbling and falling apart. Humanity is experiencing the effects of their planet shaking off the chains of the past, as she moves into her rightful place in the Universe. These changes have occurred many times through the millennia, but in these times, humanity has an opportunity to rise above and emerge victorious. 

It is a time for each person to go within and seek to know Self, their Divine Self. It is a time to achieve and maintain equilibrium in one’s management of their inner and outer lives, to make choice and decision as to the path that they follow. As the past dissolves, new beginnings are emerging in their glorious potential and possibilities. Many of you are now firmly on the path of your destiny, doing what brings you your greatest joy and happiness. Others are in the midst of challenges that seem too great to bear. They are learning to have strength, determination and persistence. Those are very important soul qualities to have. As you see those that you know and care about going through their personal challenges, send your love and healing to everyone around you, for that is what each person wants most, to love and be loved, for it is love that is the mightiest force in the universe and can be a healing balm when most needed. 

Nurture and care for each other with the utmost love, honor and respect, for it is also a time of moving beyond self and into the field of Oneness, of joining in the expansion and evolution into a higher consciousness and understanding. Call often upon your spiritual guides and angels when help and hope is needed and remember that you are never alone, that you are constantly surrounded by love, for love is all there is. It is good to sit for a few moments each day to feel and experience this love within your hearts, minds and souls. Connect to that which gives you sustenance and daily inspiration in whatever way works best for you. Be at peace and stay calm as the inner and outer changes take place. 

You are here to master Duality by embracing all aspects of your being. As you let go of your resistance and denials of hidden aspects of yourselves, realize that everything that happens is good, whether perceived as good or bad, right or wrong, it is all given to you in love in order that you might hone yourselves into masters of this realm, to reclaim your divine birthright as children of the Divine. You chose these experiences in order that you might gain a greater understanding of the nuances and complexities of the journey back to Source, with you as the victor. 

Keep this ever in your thoughts and move forward when you must and rest and nurture when your physical body prompts. As you attune to the greater rhythms of your life, all will be well.

The coming upliftment will propel you into the higher realms

Not only is time passing faster than ever, but events on Earth are also speeding up. Powerful groups have been formed that will back up the people of the Light, who are striving for “Disclosure” and much progress has been made. It has required great patience on your part, and soon you shall see the result of a long period of preparation to take back control from the dark Ones. A great change is in the process of taking place and whilst it is difficult to give firm indications, it would seem likely to commence within the next two months. Of course, there are other matters being attended to and a sense of urgency exists in view of the time already lost. However, be assured once again that everything is proceeding well and so advanced that progress cannot now be stopped. These events are supported by exceptionally powerful forces both on and off Earth. Therefore, it cannot be over stressed as to the importance of keeping your vibrations as high as possible by keeping the Light in constant focus. 

It is known that many people would feel more uplifted if they could see evidence of your Space friends in the skies. Of course, they are present in great numbers, but often cloaked in invisibility for protection. The time for mass sightings will be when it is safe to do so, and that may not be for some time yet. Nevertheless, you are being protected by the Galactic Forces who are observing the Earth from a safe distance. Some may not understand why with their superior technology, they have anything to fear, but confrontation and violence is not their way of dealing with opposition. Your Space friends are on a peaceful mission to ensure your safe and positive transition from control by the dark Ones to those of the Light. 

You will find the extent to which you have been controlled and held back is astonishing, so there is much ground to be made up. You are many years behind the point of evolution that you should have now reached. It has been said that you are in a time warp and that is the most adequate description. However, the longer that time passes without true progress, the harder it has become for the dark Ones to keep their secrets and maintain their control over you. You have a lot of lost time to make up, and so many inventions are ready to be released. The Keshe Foundation has already made progress and leads moves to bring advanced technologies into the open. There will be more as confidence spreads to defy the ones who would prevent their presentation. 

Until the Press can be cleansed of those who only exist to cause confusion, it can be difficult to determine which part of the news is genuine. As always, it is best to rely on your intuition together with proven reliable sources. Bear in mind that they never use threatening words of harm to Human life, and do not advocate intimidation or the use of violence. By now, you most likely know how to detect the actions or words of the dark Ones. Understand that at times their messages will seem quite authentic and believable, but often stand alone in the statements that are made. If it does not sound right – leave it in abeyance until you can know for certain. Sometimes, a particularly worrying problem can be left over night, and the next morning you have a clear understanding. Some of your best work is often carried out during your sleep period. 

Great times lay ahead, when you shall be given truthful accounts of your history, which for many would seem highly improbable, except that the source will be beyond question. Much of what you have been led to believe is a distortion of the truth, or outright lies that at the time have seemed quite acceptable. The dark Ones have been very clever in guiding you onto a path that they have set before you. However, time has caught up with them and fortunately many of you have awakened to the deception that has been taking place. A New Era is under way with absolutely no going back to the old ways, and it will bring so much joy and happiness not just to those of the Light, but the public in general. For the first time they will realize that there is more to life than they have so far experienced, and bound to bring people together who will go forward as One with great purpose. 

You should be preparing yourselves for the coming upliftment that will propel you into the higher realms. It has taken a long time to reach this point and you are soon to reap the rewards for your efforts. It will be a momentous time and as your levels of consciousness expand you will begin to remember your true place in the Cosmos. It has been stated several times that you are becoming Gods, and are now on track to fulfill your destiny. At present, you are but a pale shadow of your true selves, but are rapidly placing your feet upon the path to completion. Some will question how you can be Gods in the making when you are at present only just beginning to lift up your vibrations. Therefore, it is wise to remember that whilst on Earth, you are only an aspect of your Higher Self.

A grand celebration approaches, as you realize your great achievements after an extremely testing period of life upon Earth. Mother Earth has nurtured you and carried you on her shoulders, but it will soon be time to spread your wings as Cosmic Beings. However, Mother Earth is also part of the ongoing journey and her destiny is to be a Sun. Evolution is ever moving forwards and upwards and in reality never stands still. The Universe is full of life forms all on an ever expanding journey, yet at the same time is ultimately destined for the perfect state Oneness within the Godhead. However, you have far to travel before you reach the end of your journey, so enjoy your success exploring the Universe before you. 

In the higher realms above Earth, you will be free to explore the Cosmos, and meet with various forms of life that are at different stages of evolution. There can be an exchange of information, as life is connected and reliant upon each other. You are, after all, existing within the body of the Supreme God, and will never stop evolving until you reach the perfect State of Oneness. At your present level, it may sound well beyond you, but that is simply because you have a limited level of consciousness. It obviously continues to expand as you continue to travel onwards and upwards. There is so much you can do, and realistically, you will never reach a state of boredom because of it. Life on Earth has its exciting moments and can give much pleasure, but duality will also always throw up the negative aspects, and it is how you experience all that you need to evolve.

You who are reading this message are not doing so by chance

Human consciousness is an ongoing spiritual evolutionary process that you collectively chose to undergo, and to which there are no limits. Limits are boundaries that you built around the illusory environment that you inhabit as human beings but which you are free, individually, to dismantle or move beyond. More and more of you are realizing this and choosing to move through them to an awareness of the limitless possibilities that creation offers you in every moment. Those who do come to an awareness that in Truth you are completely free! As more of you open to this wondrous Truth and acknowledge it, you enlarge the gaps in the field of limitations from small individual pathways to an immense and interconnected highway that all of humanity can and will use to depart the illusion. 

Passing out of the limiting environment in which you have spent eons seemingly controlled and restricted by unseen forces of enormous power, you awaken into an infinite field of unimaginably unlimited possibilities. This is what humanity is in the process of doing right now. 

The worldwide chaos and confusion that is presently arising, is identified by humanity as an endless and enormous theater of operations in which global warming, tectonic plate shifts, extreme weather systems, interminable wars, unconscionable corporate and political corruption and greed are seemingly leading to an inevitable global catastrophe that will destroy the environment and most if not all of the life forms present on Earth including, of course, humanity. The problems humanity is facing appear almost insoluble. 

This is not the case. What is happening is the removal of the blinders that hid from you the awareness of the interconnectedness of everything. As you start to see the interconnectedness of absolutely everything, you cannot help also seeing the insanity of the way in which you have been attempting to live your lives separated from one another. Modern psychology has shown you that most people live ego-driven, that is fear-driven, lives in which each one appears to be the center of his own tiny universe, a universe on which the universes of others impinge causing pain and suffering for all. And much of that suffering is in fact the result of denied feelings that give rise to powerful emotions that are then projected onto others from whom they are reflected back whence they came, onto oneself. 

Awakening is an opening to the awareness that all those seeming individual universes that humans appear to inhabit are in fact one fully integrated part of the infinite field of Divine Love which is All That Is. A sensed or known awareness that there is no separation, that all are indeed One. God is the infinite field in which all of creation has its eternal existence in perfect harmonious cooperation where each and everyone lovingly honors and respects every other. There are no divisions, disagreements or conflicts, because all recognize one another as one and the same, even though individuated and expressing themselves in an entirely personal and unique fashion. The differences are embraced with intense joy, because they add magnificently to the ongoing creative intent, God's Divine Will. 

As you have been told so often, there is only God. Within the illusion, you are limited by words and language and so you have many words for God. I use the word God here, because it is familiar and comfortable for the channel who grew up in a religious and cultural environment that used, and still uses that word. You have to remember that words are but pointers with no intrinsic meaning, they are convenient indicators but unreal. I will continue to use that word purely for convenience, along with Source, Love, Divine Will, and the pronouns Him and Her, interchangeably. 

To continue, there is only God. That is NOT a limit. It means that all that exists, exists within God, and God is infinite – without limits, without boundaries, without end, without time, without space, all of which are limits! As some of your sages and mystics have suggested – God Is. No other attempt at definition is necessary, or indeed meaningful. 

God can only be experienced. To experience God, infinite Bliss, all that is not in perfect alignment with Her has to be discarded, abandoned, dissolved, released. Humanity is presently in the process of doing that, and it can be very messy! All attachments to unloving intentions, thoughts, words, or actions have to be let go. All judgments of self or others have to be let go. Your hearts are the physical manifestations of your Oneness with the Divine, the physical aspects representing the center of your eternal being, and into them you have loaded, over the eons, fear, hatred, anger, resentment, shame, judgment, bitterness, and worthlessness, among others, as aspects of yourselves that you have then disowned and projected onto others, because they are far too painful to take within yourselves. 

But, they are within yourselves, because all are One. However, the self in which they reside is the ego. The ego is an apparently split off or separate part of your Self. Your Self is eternally One with God, and with all sentient beings, and can never be separated from Her. To separate would be to cease to exist, and that is impossible, because what God creates is eternal. Your egos are the small selves that you imagined into being to enable you to play the game that is the illusion. 

Modern psychology uses the term “the inner child” to refer to the part or aspect of a human that hides behind the mask that a person presents to the world. It hides, because during its childhood it was severely hurt and it does not wish to be hurt again. However, it continues to be hurt, because it feels vulnerable and insecure having never grown to maturity, to real adulthood. Its scholastic, academic, and physical talents and skills allow it to present a mask of confidence to the world, but behind that mask a small and frightened child still resides. 

Psychotherapy in many forms is used to help that inner child gain confidence and self-acceptance by enabling it to see that all its negative self-judgments are utterly invalid. The effectiveness of the efforts of competent and compassionate psychotherapists depends on the suffering the child has had to endure. 

However, every human is offered, through life lessons of many kinds, the opportunities necessary to heal the inner child, and each of you has at least one spiritual guide who accompanies you at all times to assist you with this demanding process. 

Over the eons, there have been many lives, many experiences, much pain and suffering that has not been healed, and so in this period of humanity's evolution, which is always ongoing and always spiritual, many have volunteered to incarnate solely in order to assist humanity in the release of this enormous residue of buried, denied, or unacknowledged suffering. It is most certainly far too painful for just one human to deal with. Enormous sharing of suffering is occurring, allowing it to be released in amounts that individuals can deal with when they are supported both in the physical realms by loving friends and wise and compassionate therapists, as well as by those of us in the spiritual realms who are also nudging you toward self-acceptance, and self-forgiveness. 

Very many of you have buried or denied pain, pain you feel at some level you either deserve, or that, being mature adults, you should be strong enough to rise above. But on this painful and horrifying battleground, which is intensely real and physical for some, from which you are picking yourselves up, you need enormous amounts of help. You cannot arise from it alone. Attempting to do so is to remain in the unreal state of separation from which there seems to be no means of escape. Often intense shame deters people from seeking help; shame disguised as anger, which is then projected outwards causing further damage. It is from states like this that the decision to take one's own life is frequently made. But when that happens, it does not resolve the issues from which the person is fleeing. 

You who are reading this message are not doing so by chance, coincidence, or accident, but because you made the most compassionate and loving choice to be on Earth at this moment to assist in humanity's awakening process, a process that includes and involves every sentient being who has ever experienced life on Earth! You are here to help the multitudes who still remain utterly unaware that they are spiritual beings having a temporary human experience. 

As you have been so often told each one of you, being in truth One with Source, are beings of enormous power, infinite power, because that is how you were created. That power is with you in every moment and for all eternity. Your physical forms are temporary vehicles composed from your energy fields of Love, and your earthly task is to hold the intent to be loving in every moment and in every situation. That intent is extremely powerful and it is an irreplaceable and essential aspect of humanity's awakening process. 

You cannot awake alone! Why? Because all are One! You could perhaps imagine yourselves as forming the channel that is guiding the separated energy fields of humanity back to Oneness with Source. Separation has never occurred, and could never occur, but because of the power you were given when God so lovingly created you, you were able to establish a very real seeming physical environment in which to play your games, and eventually become frighteningly lost. 


Know that you are most highly honored here in the spiritual realms, to which you will shortly return, for making the most wondrous and compassionate choice to incarnate at this moment in Earth's history to assist in this mighty heavenly project whose success is divinely assured.

Resting in Universal Energies Accelerates Your Evolution

Greetings Divine Ones, 

We speak to you today with tremendous love and appreciation. 

It is easiest for you to hear us when you are in a state of spaciousness. Relaxation softens your field and opens up your energies to let more light enter your human energy system. So please, take a deep breath and close your eyes for a moment. Feel into your body and intend to relax and soften and open so that you might be nourished deeply from all that you are. 

When you are making lots of changes in the material you often feel tired. In any given moment you can tap into a far more energized state of being by allowing yourself deep nourishment through the connection with your Soul-self. Right now we invite you to open and receive this renewing energy and to let yourself continue to be refreshed and renewed as we share with you, this communication. 

Ascending humans are shifting onto a new playing field. The game has many layers and the layers are defined by dimensions. As you ascend you shift into different layers within the game because your baseline frequencies change. A great number of you are shifting onto a platform within the Earth-game which considers Soul-based embodiment the norm. You are not there yet in a stable and sustained way, but you are attuning to this time-space location within your own wholeness and are supported in this by future versions of you. 

We speak of future versions of you and we want you to know that this has nothing to do with time. Future versions of you appear along the evolutionary timeline, not a earth-based clock timeline. What we mean by this is that as you ascend you begin to shift beyond the limiting paradigms of 3d relationships to time and you begin to realize the journey of unfolding is not linear, it’s evolutionary. 

You are experiencing the unfolding of your human life along a trajectory of becoming increasingly whole and soulful. Your human life is part of your Soul’s unfolding toward complete conscious reunion with All That Is. This means all aspects within your field will come into conscious remembering of all that you are. The interesting thing about realizing that the journey is not time based, is evolutionary, is that you can turn to the past on Earth and access future aspects of you. For there are past civilizations and cultures that have ascended and they inform you in the presence, from a more whole and more coherent expression of humanity and for some, even your own embodied expressions. 

As you let yourself realize that you may have ascended before, or you may tap into ascended Earth civilizations as a way of downloading the templates of coherence associated with these, you begin to think differently about your relationship to time-space. You feel less hemmed in by dates and things you feel must happen at a certain time and you start to realize that life and manifest experiences happen in waves and bursts like all natural cycles. That things can be explosively created and things can show up with seeming not a lot of lead time for shifts happen within and then tip the new energy state into a flow of form that is what you experience as manifest circumstances of situations or appearances of what you wished to connect with in your life. 

The inner knowing you are living from will continue to open up in ways that astonish you as you become more resonant in stable ways with this Soul-based timeline. The release of all the ideas about yourself that you are not worthy and that you are not deserving of your own joyous desires coming true, will seem a thing of that past that is just a memory. Nothing saddening or disappointing. No grief about the time before, for in the present you will feel so capable and clear that the moment will be able to fulfill you. For you will be resonant with your Soul’s loving gaze upon you and in this state of spiritual alignment your light will shine forth and flow easily into form and provide you with the knowing and connection and clarity you all seek. 

Living within this realm of focus as an ascending being is starting to be more common. Although many might not use the words “ascension,” this does not change the fact that many human beings are welcoming the clarity of expanded consciousness. Many human beings are growing in their capacity to feel love for others and for themselves. This loving generosity is beginning, too, to be extended to other living creatures and the planet and this is making people even more conscious. It’s a gradual process that then snowballs with insights as energy in clarity accumulates and sweeps out limiting thought-forms and clears congested energy patterns. 

This year's Chinese New Year reflected the inner changes you are feeling, quite perfectly. The energy of this emerging year is a shift into action and higher energy states. You too will feel this, if you are not already. Trust yourself and do not push yourself, let the energy build and rise within you, while you lovingly attend to your needs and inspiration, trusting your Soul-self to lead you perfectly. Know that the planetary field too, is guiding you. As you let yourself feel an innate connectedness with the future you, a 5th dimensional you, living a 5th dimensional experience of Earth, you let yourself ride the ascending energy arc that your planet is allowing and emanating and this will make your experience not only graceful, but abundant. You only need to learn to let in, what you need, believing yourself as worthy of this and realizing that abundance is not based on doing things, or transactions, but on our inherent Oneness. Abundance is experienced based on your capacity to let more in and the easiest way to learn to let more in is to learn to see yourself and your life from your Soul’s viewpoint. 

We’d like to offer a suggestion for how to cultivate that state of awareness and we want you to know it really can be this simple. 

Close your eyes and open inward. Feel for the still point within your center and intend to open into your universal Oneness and connect as Soul. 

Let yourself feel the warmth and spaciousness of that opening. 

Intend for that warmth and spaciousness to expand. 

Enjoy the feeling of this. 

Again, let yourself invite this feeling to expand, then spend time enjoying it. 

Repeat this for as long as you like, but without effort. Softly and easily. 

When you feel complete, have a sense of drawing all that energy you are connected with into your human energy system. 

State you intention to ground this energy within your present state, empowering you to shift into a more universal soul-based state of being. 

Renew yourself with Universal Soul-based communion. Realize that resting in Universal energy fields accelerates your evolution! 

When you do this regularly, you will find how much easier it is to be your Soul-Self. If you do this without expectation and simply for the pleasure of it, and let it be pleasurable, create it in a way that feels good to you, you will be letting more in and this will translate into all areas of your life. 

We know you are tired of all the integration you have been experiencing. We encourage you to rest deeply in the loving, nourishing, light-filled field of your Universal Self, your Soul Self and be renewed and refreshed.

The Light of God’s Love shines brilliantly upon you dissolving all obstacles and misunderstanding

We are all one. If we were not, we would not feel this intense sense of longing for relationship, to be connected, to be loved, to be seen, to be recognized, because to be truly separated would mean that there was no need and no longing or desire for connectedness. Oneness is our eternal nature from which we can never be separated. The sense of separation that almost everyone on Earth experiences is due to a sense of loss brought on by the lingering faint memory that all have of connectedness to Source. 

You are One with Source, but in the game of separation that humanity is playing it seems that Source is an external Entity utterly removed from humanity, perhaps even unaware of humanity. And that is extremely painful for one who feels lost and whose only wish is to be eternally loved – and every human is that lost one, adrift in an ocean of Love and seemingly unable to access It. 

Access is always available, but it requires you to release your hold on the illusory aspects of the illusion, namely, to name just a few: judgment, blame, guilt, envy, resentment, hatred, and any desires for restitution from those who have wronged you, or for their punishment. 

Love is Love. Within It, there is no space for anything that is not in complete alignment with It, because in Itself it is already utterly complete. All sentient life is complete, because it is Love, and there are no exceptions to this. All the negative judgmental and condemnatory aspects of the illusion and the other aspects that are in concurrence with them, are unreal and cannot enter into Reality, the only state of existence. What is unreal remains forever unreal, unseen and unacknowledged by Love, because it is absent, not present, not anywhere. 

For eons, holy ones, mystics, guides, and prophets have come among you to inform you of this, and for eons they have been ignored or misunderstood. Finally, however, awareness that conflict, hostility, hatred, and a desire or intent to punish wrongdoers or enemies is self-defeating and does not work is being acknowledged by large numbers of humans in all parts of the world. As a result, at the grassroots level, choices are being made to come together in friendship with those of different beliefs, cultures, nationalities, and lifestyles, to discuss and identify the many areas in which they have the same needs and desires, and to understand the differences between them that lead to conflict in order to resolve them for the benefit of all. 

What is occurring all across your beautiful planet at this moment in your spiritual evolution is truly amazing. Suddenly, over a few decades, people, who lived in constant fear of those who were in any way different from themselves, are coming together respectfully to honor one another in peaceful dialogue and to learn to understand each other’s customs and lifestyles, so that humanity may be healed. Love heals, and all across the world people are coming together with the intent to love and heal each other. The collective intent has been made to accept and honor one another without exception, and so it will be achieved. Yes, of course there will be backslidings, and errors will be made, but the collective intent to heal one another has been made, and so worldwide healing of enmities and disagreements will be achieved. 

And what is your task as a Light bearer, Light holder, or Light worker? Well, you do know, because you have been told and reminded so often, and it is to be loving in every moment and in every situation, knowing, as you do, that all are One, and that when you honor and respect this truth the Light of God’s Love shines brilliantly upon you dissolving all obstacles and misunderstandings, allowing peace to prevail. 

However, to the vast majority of humanity, the illusion appears to be very real, and there is definitely great suffering being experienced all over the planet. It also seems that to be vulnerable and loving leaves one open to abuse and betrayal, and it can be clearly seen that abuse and betrayal have been endemic on Earth for eons. What has now entered humanity’s awareness is the realization that attempting to heal the people and the planet without changing the whole system of hierarchical governance which benefits only those at the centers of power cannot succeed. Continuing to use militaristic methods of problem solving that blatantly do not work to establish peace on Earth is clearly insane. 

Those methods were devised to maintain the power in the hands of an oligarchy of major world powers that in turn supported sycophantic autocrats placed in strategic locations to control and enslave their respective populations. The latter would from time to time be overthrown by local revolutions giving the impression that people power could be effective, while at the same time ensuring that the oligarchy continued to hold the reins of power. 

As education became available to greater and greater numbers of people, first through the invention of the printing press, which led to large numbers of formerly illiterate peoples learning to read and exchange ideas, followed much more recently by instant worldwide communication becoming available to all, awareness of the hypocrisy in the rhetoric used by those in high places as they have struggled to maintain their positions of influence and power is now widespread. 

There are now movements and organizations established all over the world that are working most effectively to build new smaller systems that will suit the needs of their own local communities and fill the void as the old system crumbles, as it is now doing, and then collapses. They are based on respecting and honoring the people they will be serving – in the true sense of that word – as they operate locally with proper understanding of local needs. The time of vast governments and international business conglomerates is coming to an end, because it is clearly seen that they have been extremely damaging for humanity and the planet – enslavers and destroyers instead of guardians and mentors, humanity’s true role. 

Change is in the air, and there are very few who are not to some extent aware that this is so. As enlightened groups of loving people all over the world continue to set up caring communities to assist in creating a New World where Love is the energy that flows creatively and harmoniously, all will find that they have an essential part to play and for which they will be truly honored. No one will be abandoned, left by the wayside struggling to adapt, because the sense of community that is growing worldwide will lovingly embrace all who are in need, ensuring that all are seen, acknowledged, and encouraged to take their place in the community of which they are members. 

The Tsunami of Love is all-encompassing, all-embracing, and now fully established worldwide. When you make your daily or more frequent journey within, to your holy inner sanctuary, open your hearts W I D E, so that the full intensity of Its Presence suffuses you with the warmth and certainty of your complete acceptance as a beloved child of God in an unchanging and eternal relationship with your loving Father.

The nightmare of worldwide poverty, conflict and suffering will cease

We are all evolving spiritually, because Creation, Reality is ever ongoing, there is no final destination, just a continual growth in joy and happiness that continuously uplifts and inspires. God, our Father, the Source, All That Is wills our happiness and joy and so it will be accomplished. Life within God, where all Life occurs, is an ever-expanding journey of joy. In contrast, the human life experience is one in which you strive to accomplish something and on achieving what you intended soon find it unsatisfying, and so you seek something new to replace or supersede it. 

Satisfaction is impossible within the illusion, because nothing there is Real. Temporary pleasure or satisfaction does of course occur, but the pleasure or satisfaction cannot and does not last. Life is eternal, but human life is a very limited experience in which there is great striving to prevent, avoid, or deny the inevitable – death – that is driven by fear. But death is just a releasing of limitation and an opening into Reality – fully conscious awareness of eternal existence within the Oneness that is All That Is. Reality is what all are seeking, but cannot find, because they look outside themselves instead of within. 

Lasting joy and happiness, where you know and experience yourself as One with Source, and therefore with all of Creation, can only be found within. That is why all your guides and mentors from the spiritual realms keep on stressing the absolute essentiality of taking time out daily, and also throughout the day, to go within and be in peace there with the inextinguishable Divine Light that dwells there – the Real You. You will not find it elsewhere, as many self-help books might suggest, because there is no “elsewhere.” Within is Reality, without is illusion or dream. 

However, you are so engaged with the illusion and with the distractions with which it constantly tempts you – and that includes anxieties, worries, accidents, illnesses, as well as the hoped for but short-lived joys that you are constantly seeking – that you have great difficulty just spending “down-time,” that is quiet time alone and undisturbed by the noise of daily living. You actively seek distraction – on your computer, your phone, texting, listening to the radio, watching television, having upsetting arguments – and what you seek, you find! 

Even when you decide to spend time in meditation, contemplation, chanting, praying, etc., you are still very much open to whatever distractions may arise, because you expect nothing of note or importance to arise when you are alone, quiet and feeling bored, fearful. In fact, you mostly expect to be disappointed, because alone by yourself you imagine yourself as nothing, a small and insignificant being, even worthless, and you feel that you need the continual presence others to even feel alive! Yet, nothing could be further from the truth. 

When you allow yourselves to be quiet and allow your thoughts to flow unmolested, unengaged with, peace occurs. Initially, it can be rather difficult to reach that state, because your egoic mind, the mind that you use constantly in everyday living, keeps demanding your attention, or so it seems. It's just that you are so accustomed to responding, or rather reacting instantly to the distractions with which it presents you, that it has become an ingrained habit out of which you need to be trained. 

That ability to be aware of all input and to react instantly is very valuable at times – driving the car, watching a small child in the swimming pool – it's the “fight or flight” instinct that has served you well for eons. But now, as you evolve spiritually, it is essential to be able to distance yourself from instant reaction and judgment. 

To be in a meditative state is to be fully alert, you miss nothing, you just do not engage. It is the difference between fishing in a quiet river, totally relaxed and at peace as you watch the water flow past, or taking part in or watching a competitive sport where you are fully engaged in every moment and aware only of the game. Both states are fine, but you need to be able to choose which one you wish to be in and then be there. 

From childhood, as you become ever more aware of what is going on around you, up into adulthood, that reactive state of awareness becomes ever more efficient, so much so that you have to make a very positive effort, and practice constantly, to reach the meditative state of quiet alertness which offers tremendous benefits both in terms of reduced stress and anxiety, and in seeing things with greater clarity, as your emotions cease to control you. Emotions are very useful, because they give you a very individual sense of who you are and what you like or dislike as a human. 

In Reality there is only Love, which is all-encompassing and which brings you untold joy. Emotions are limiting, but often feel like incredibly powerful driving forces, which can seem to be utterly beyond your control. And many are controlled by their emotions; you see evidence of this all around you, from temper tantrum driven infants to suicide bombers. Emotions, when you allow them to be your sole motivating intent, narrow your focus, often with laser-like intensity, so that you see only a very small part of the situation in which you are involved instead of the bigger picture, and so you react, frequently most unwisely, which leads to suffering and regret. 

To take time out daily to be quiet and alone, that is separated from human interactions and other worldly distractions, is an essential part of your spiritual evolution. All of humanity is evolving spiritually, even when it is unseen and unacknowledged, because that is the purpose of human existence. You chose to experience separation from your Source, but you have also chosen to return to Oneness, and, as humans, most of you remain unaware of either of those choices! 

However, a great awakening is underway, the Love of God, the energy field of infinite power in which all that exists is eternally enveloped, has flooded the planet and everyone has wet feet! Wet feet cannot be ignored, you have to do something about them, and changing your socks is not enough. You have to deal with the Source of that Wetness, and you do so by coming to the awareness that in fact you do not have wet feet, you do not have feet at all, because you are One with the Wetness, You and the Wetness are One, the Divine Source from which Creation is flowing eternally, and from which you have never been separated. 

Separation from God, the Source of all that exists is impossible, it can only be imagined. To be separated would be to cease to exist, you know that, and so to even imagine it, which you do as humans, is indeed terrifying. But that terror is also unreal, an imagined state that seems very real to you, especially as you look around and see the intense pain that many are suffering throughout the world. Humans attacking one another in fear; preemptive attacks in the hope of saving self by destroying another. But, as deep within you all truly know, an attack on another is an attack on oneself. 

It is the growing awareness of this that is leading you forward toward wakening from the dream. And in your growing awareness you see more clearly the insanity of the world and the violence and hatred it appears to encourage. The dichotomy between the hatred that you see demonstrated and the love that you want to share and experience is very confusing and unsettling for you. It seems that there is nothing you, as individuals, can do to change the world. And, if you view it like that – a need to change the world – there is no answer. Everyone has a different idea of who and what needs to be changed and how, and consequently harmonious cooperation to achieve peace on Earth is impossible. You cannot change another! 

The only way forward, and many are now realizing this, is to change yourselves by claiming your true nature and living it. Yes, in the world you see the innocent and unarmed abused, tortured, and killed, and it has always been like this. But where love and reconciliation have been tried they have worked. Do not allow yourselves to be persuaded that Love does not work. It is the only thing that works. Refuse to engage in attack or defense, it is utterly against and in opposition to your divine nature, and you know it and feel intensely uncomfortable when you do. You may attempt to justify yourselves by telling yourselves that there was no other option, that violence has to be opposed by violence, otherwise intense suffering occurs, but deep within you know this is not true, and that violence inevitably leads to more violence. 

There is no such thing as a just war! You all know this! To deny it does not make it just. 

Uncountable numbers have acknowledged this, and although violence and suffering persist, the Tsunami of Love is opening hearts all across the planet to bring an end to the nightmare in which you have been seemingly enveloped for so long. 

Open your hearts, if you have not already done so, and intend with all your heart to extend and intensify the Tsunami of Love that envelops you in every moment, and watch in joy as conflicts wind down and terminate. You are making it happen by your own intent to be only loving whatever the situation, and you have infinite assistance from those in the spiritual realms, in Reality. The nightmare of worldwide poverty, conflict, and suffering will cease. 

Avoid all temptation to express anger violently. When you feel uncomfortable emotionally, upset, angry, resentful, or hateful, you are coming from ego, which enjoys chaos and confusion and the discomfort it causes. So, when you feel it, instead of acting on it, just let it go or wash over you and move on out, it will. In your intense awareness of anger be strong and instead of engaging with it, intend to expand your energy fields of Love to integrate with the Tsunami of Love, so that you can love what has angered you and forgive it. 

Doing this, brings you peace, although your ego may well attempt to persuade you not to be at peace but to express your righteous anger because you have been wronged. However, when you operate from your real Self, from your quiet inner temple, peace and love flow through you calming the storms that are arising within you and smoothing the troubled waters of your emotions. That is why I keep stressing the importance of going within daily to be quietly at one with your real or Higher Self and with God. 

That is your task on Earth at this critical moment in humanity's evolution, because that is what is bringing humanity to wakefulness. You cannot fail, because it is God's Will and yours that humanity awakens, but your loving input from your inner temple is essential to dissolve the remaining foundations on which the illusion depends.
