If you are reading these words, you have been visiting our Starships in your sleep time, to connect and re-unite with your Galactic family of Light. 

Consider these visitations on board our ships as an exercise for a more conscious experience for you, at a later point. 

When you are on board our craft, you are able to get accustomed to our energies, the atmosphere and the way we interact and communicate. 

Our communications with you are telepathic, which you can compare to an "echoing inside your mind." Your thoughts are transmitted to us also this way. 

What you experience as thoughts, however, are only a fraction of what is actually happening. 

Your thoughts are holographic energy forms and are radiating outward into infinity. This enables Higher Dimensional Beings to perceive your thoughts easily. 

This is why, when you are asking higher dimensional beings like us, Angels or Ascended Master a question, you will find that we have answered your question before you were able to finish your thought. 

If you wish to connect with us more and begin your journey of a tangible and more conscious interaction with us, simply keep inviting us with your thoughts on a regular basis. 

This sets an important process in motion, to prepare you by releasing any old thought patterns that might be in your way of connecting with us on a deeper level.

New Energy Update About The 3rd Wave

Greetings, Beloved Ones. 

We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos. 

Beloved Ones, at this time, you are receiving the light codes of the higher dimensions to integrate within your physical, emotional, spiritual and energy body. 

As these diamond light codes are integrating within you and within billions of humans, it is anchoring the New Earth information to be brought forth, more and more. 

What does that mean for your daily life? 

You will begin to be inspired to higher evolved activities and projects. 

Old paradigms dissolve to make way for the higher dimensional paradigms. 

Your interactions with others will become easier, solution oriented and more loving. 

Your life will become easier and abundance is flowing more into your life. 

The awakening of the largest tier of humanity is reaching the next level to generate critical mass. 

As you can imagine, this awakening and Ascension is taking place for each individual differently: 

1. Some of you have known and radiated the higher dimensional frequencies for decades. (The first wave) 

2. Some of you have begun their Ascension journey about 10 years ago. (The second wave) 

3. Some of you have just been born and are equipped with a much larger amount of light codes. (The third wave) 

You can also see the difference in vibrational frequencies by the number of people at different stages: 

1. A small number of people are on the leading edge of Ascension and are the wayshowers. 

2. A larger number of people are awakening and learning from the wayshowers and are beginning to radiate a higher vibrational frequency. 

3. A very large number is about to wake up to their Ascension. These are the ones that we are referring to in our intro. This intense energy pulse will shift their lives profoundly and thus creating a mass awakening to create the New Earth. It will become apparent in the next weeks and months. 

4. A smaller amount of people are not awakened yet and will do so in the next energy pulse that is coming to Earth within the next few months. 

As these energies are integrating, this transition might be experienced a little bit choppy at times. 

It is important to hold on to your vision and remain steadfast in your heart and breathe in Light and exhale Love...

Are You Ready For The Big Shift This Fall?

Greetings, Beloved Ones. We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos. 

We wish to share with you today how magnificent your realm truly is. 

You have created this realm with every thought, emotion, word, action and reaction. 

We are deeply touched by the deep desire of humanity to create a better world and reality. 

The reflection of your inner world into the experience of your outer world is happening now faster and faster, according to your readiness to learn quickly how to adjust your thoughts, emotions, words, actions and reactions. 

This Universal Law is true for all wanted experiences and unwanted experiences. 

Whenever your "outer world reflection" speeds up with unwanted experiences, begin to center yourself, breathe and place your hands on your heart center. 

This slows down the speed of your creation and you can begin to connect to Love, the all creating life force of Wellbeing. 

Breathe in and out Love, with slow and deep breaths. 

We encourage you to practice this deep and slow breathing of the Love energy every morning for several minutes, while focusing on pleasant things, images or if you have, your children or your animal companion. 

This will center yourself and focus the energies to a reality of wellbeing. 

So, even when things go a little rocky throughout your day, you can always come back and adjust your creation by taking deep, slow breaths of Love. 

Your contribution to the conscious creation of your reality is of immense importance. 

Humanity is about to experience another split of worlds, similar to the split of worlds that took place on your December 21st, 2012. 

Back then, those who weren't ready for their Ascension moved into a lower density reality and those who were ready to ascend moved into a higher vibrational reality. 

From the inside, you might have not felt this "split" of worlds. However, from the outside, there was a great divide in realities. 

As you are reading these words, you are in the reality of Ascension. (You would have no access to this text, if you weren't). 

We are here to tell you that in your Fall of 2016 another grand scale event of dimensional shift will occur, which will lift you up into the higher dimensions very rapidly. 

To prepare for this event, we recommend to pay more and more attention to The Law of Cause and Effect. 

This Law of Cause and Effect states the following: 

Every Action has a reaction or consequence. "We reap what we sow". 

You are now in the position to practice the Law of Cause and Effect and we are here, amongst all Beings of Light, to assist you with this learning curve. 

Use kind thoughts, words, actions and most importantly re-actions, as much as you can and you will traverse the Big Shift of this Fall with ease.

How to Exit the 3D Matrix

Dear Ones, we wish to share with you that you are still in the midst of the great energy Wave X, which will last until your March 22nd, 2016. 

At this time, you are experiencing different dimensions simultaneously, as you are going in and out between dimensions. 

At times, your experience might seem surreal, as if you are in an energetic vacuum. 

Some report that interactions with others and the surrounding feel strange. 

Also, the experience of time will change for you, as it will become more fluid. 

You are leaving ‘The Matrix’ of your 3rd Dimensional reality, so that you can explore the higher dimensions, whilst in your 3rd dimensional body. 

The more you are moving into the higher dimensions, the more you will bring these energies back into your experience. 

Pay attention to anything that will bring your "mood' down, which will bring your vibrational energies down, which will keep you in the 3rd dimensional matrix. 

The more you are focusing on higher dimensional information, uplifting information, entertainment and experiences, the more you are letting go of the 3rd dimensional matrix. 

Assisting you in this are intense Gamma rays that your Sun and other Planets and Stars of your Galaxy are sending to your planet Earth, right now. 

This has been orchestrated by your Higher Self to bring you into the reality of the Higher Dimensions. 

There is also a re-arranging of lives in many ways happening right now: 

People and animal companions will transition into the non-physical. 

You might experience the changing of your location, occupation and the experience of new relationships and friendships.

This is all a reflection of your higher dimensional energy field into your reality, as those who are on a different energetic path will leave your experience and those who align with your energies will come into your life.

As you have stepped into a brand New Year, the energies have been set to propel you forward into a New Era. 

As you are moving through the coming weeks and months, you will activate your 12 strands of DNA and RNA messenger codes to the next level. 

This will enable you to perceive everything around you and within you with more clarity and precision. Energies will become easier for you to see, feel, perceive and identify. 

You will be able to create waves of energies on a more conscious level. Your thoughts and emotions are the creators of energy waves, which in turn reflects your reality back to you. 

As you are molding your New Reality, pay attention to your thoughts and emotions. You are in charge now. Use your thoughts and emotions wisely. Every thought, truly every thought you think, sends out an energy wave into the Universe and affects everything. This is then brought back into your experience and interpretation of reality. 

The more you are tending to your thoughts and emotions daily, the better your experience of reality becomes. 

Always know, that your current experience is a reflection of your past thoughts and emotions. 

So, you want to make sure to be in a state of wellbeing with your emotions and thoughts, now.

This, you have control over, not your circumstances, people or the world. But, you are in control of your thoughts and how you feel. 

You are in charge now. 

With this, you will create your New Earth Reality. 

You might think, that you "know" already what we've just shared with you.

The Coming Waves of Energy

Dear Ones, we wish to share with you that, once again, strong waves of energies are coming your way, in the next days and weeks. 

Some of these waves are stronger and some of them are more subtle. 

These waves of energy will upgrade your physical body to adjust to the frequencies of your Light Body, which is more and more integrating into your physical vehicle. 

The merging of these two bodies is part of your Ascension process. 

Perhaps you have experienced guided meditations, where your Light Body visited a different dimension or reality. 

These kinds of travels will be possible with your physical body, in the very near future. 

Part of this process is to adjust your physical body to the higher vibrations of the higher dimensions and realities. 

Some of you are asking, why this process is taking so long. 

To this we can say, that if your physical body would raise its vibrational frequencies to the next dimensional level in an instant, the cells of your physical body would not be able to hold up, and you would leave your physical body and transition into the non-physical world. 

Therefore, specific waves of energy have been called for by your mass-consciousness and are being orchestrated and managed by your Higher Self, to insure that your physical body can remain intact throughout this process. 

We are all here on standby to assist you, when these energy waves are coming in: from Telos, the Angelic Realms, the Elementals, the Ascended Masters and your Galactic Families of Light.

The simple act of appreciation

Greetings, Beloved Ones. We send you blessings of Love and Light, in this Now moment, and we invite you to open your heart for our message for you... 

We wish to share with you how much the Light on your planet has increased, in the past few days. 

Just the simple act of speaking out what you are thankful for, sets a myriad of new energies into motion, to deliver you more experiences to be thankful for. 

You already know this fact. 

The question is, how much do you employ these simple, yet profound mechanics of appreciation and manifestation? 

The more you appreciate, you are telling the Universe: "Bring me more things to appreciate!" 

And, when you stay out of the way, the Universe will in turn attune your vibrational frequencies, to experience more of the things you are appreciating. 

By "staying out of the way" we are referring to the continuing thoughts of appreciation and wellbeing and not thoughts that contradict what you appreciate. 

Understand that your simple act of appreciation, does not only create new manifestations for you in the immediate future, it also creates new manifestations in the long term, as long as you're staying out of the way of this flow of creation. 

Try this: 

Take out a journal or notepad. 

Begin to write down all the things you appreciate. 

Start by writing down general things first and then be more specific. 

"I love that..." should be the beginning of each sentence. 

Ready? Let's begin: 

Your relationships: (family, romantic relationships) 

"I love that..." 

Your work: 

"I love that..." 

Your health: 

"I love that..." 

Your Abundance: 

"I love that..." 

Your Self: 

"I love that..." 

Do this exercise for the next 21 days. (Every morning would be best, if you can.) 

Then, watch your reality change for the better.
