Message from Adama of Telos via Asara
Greetings,
Beloved Ones,
We are most joyous to connect with you here today, and we send you our utmost love from the heart of Telos!
Can you imagine that at the inception of every experience, Source energy has the intent to create something magnificent and wonderful for you?
Every moment of your life, Source is constantly and eternally creating the most joyful, wonderful, uplifting, abundant, beautiful, loving and ever evolving experiences within you.
Unfortunately, many times, your third dimensional mind comes in and begins to limit these experiences, just as your Soul has agreed to, when it incarnated into this game of physicality. For thousands of years, this agreement allowed for this game of contrast to continue and to provide a foundation for new ideas, new solutions and new creations.
However, this game is changing now at a rapid pace from a game of limitation and feeling disconnected from Source to a game of expansion and the understanding that you ARE Source expressing itself through you, as you. That means that your Soul agreement is changing and that your mind doesn't have to limit anymore the stream of Source energy that is naturally flowing through you, into your reality.
What a relief that must be for you, Dear One! Now you can allow for Source energy to flow forth with all its abundance and joyful experiences. The only thing left to do now, is to begin to allow for all your limiting beliefs, which you have accumulated over eons, to fade away. This process has already started for so many of you. You might have noticed that you are responding differently to your experiences now, which are indicators that your beliefs are shifting.
The more you are tuning into the Source energies within you, the more you are opening yourself to experience them. The stronger your awareness of the constant and eternal stream of Source energies of wellbeing grows, the weaker your limiting beliefs become. For this process we would like to offer you a daily practice of connecting with Source/God.
Every morning, write into a journal three things. (We will be using the term "God," but please feel free to use any term that resonates with you):
1. God is...
Write down your stream of thoughts, when you think of the God within you.
For example: God is Love. God is Joy. God is Wellbeing. God is Creativity. God is Abundance. God is Ease and Flow... and so on.
Notice how we are using the words in a way that expresses the energies "as they are" and not what they do or what they mean to you or others. By keeping these words this way, you are allowing for God to just BE. If a word doesn't feel right, don't write it down. You might notice, when you write down only words that feel good, that your energies are shifting into wellbeing.
End this section with the words: "Thank you that I have let go and let God appear as my constant, eternal and overflowing all-sufficiency in my life and reality. Now and Forever. I can feel it."
2. I AM so blessed with...
Write down everyone in your life that you feel blessed with. Then, move on to all other things and experiences that you are blessed with. When you start looking at your reality with appreciation, you begin to see the world through the eyes of God.
3. Thank you that...
Write down all the experiences you wish to have in the past tense, as if they already have happened. Begin each statement with Thank you that...
You can write down things that are further in the future, as well as how you wish to feel by the end of the day.
With these statements you begin to align your vibrational frequency with what you wish to experience. God within you knows no past, present or future. God knows only the Now. So, you might as well feel the things you wish to feel now, to open the pathways to your desired manifestations in your future.
Try to do this journaling for at least 21 days. You might not want to stop after 21 days, because your experiences will become so much better and your awareness of God within you will become stronger and stronger.
