7 Steps to your first Out of Body Experience

One of the chief barriers people face is fear. Many are afraid that they may die, or be harmed in some way as a result of their projection. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The Canterbury Institute, renowned for its occult studies, executed an experiment involving over 2,000 people. None of them were hurt in any way by this, and now, 3 years later, none have complained of any problems. Knowing that you cannot be harmed by projecting, you should begin Monroe’s techniques, step by step.


Step one: Relax the body.
According to Monroe, "the ability to relax is the first prerequisite, perhaps even the first step itself" to having an OBE (Out of Body Experience). This includes both physical and mental relaxation. Monroe does not suggest a method of attaining this relaxation, although Progressive Muscle relaxation, coupled with deep breathing exercises (inhale 1, exhale 2, inhale 3.... until 50 or 100) are known to work well.


Step two: Enter the state bordering sleep.
This is known as the Hypnagogic state. Once again, Monroe doesn't recommend any method of doing this. One way is to hold your forearm up, while keeping your upper arm on the bed, or ground. As you start to fall asleep, your arm will fall, and you will awaken again. With practice, you can learn to control the Hypnagogic state without using your arm. Another method is to concentrate on an object. When other images start to enter your thoughts, you have entered the Hypnagogic state. Passively watch these images. This will also help you maintain this state of near-sleep. Monroe calls this Condition A.


Step three: Deepen this state.
Begin to clear your mind. Observe your field of vision through your closed eyes. Do nothing more for a while. Simply look through your closed eyelids at the blackness in front of you. After a while, you may notice light patterns. These are simply neural discharges. They have no specific effect. Ignore them. When they cease, one has entered what Monroe calls Condition B. From here, one must enter an even deeper state of relaxation, which Monroe calls Condition C. This is a state of such relaxation that you lose all awareness of the body and sensory stimulation. You are almost in a void in which your only source of stimulation will be your own thoughts. The ideal state for leaving your body is Condition D. This is Condition C when it is voluntarily induced from a rested and refreshed condition and is not the effect of normal fatigue. To achieve Condition D, Monroe suggests that you practice entering it in the morning or after a short nap.


Step Four: Enter a state of Vibration.
This is the most important part of the technique, and also the most vague. Many projectors have noted these vibrations at the onset of projection. They can be experienced as a mild tingling, or as electricity being shot through the body. Their cause is a mystery. It may actually be the astral body trying to leave the physical one. For entering into the vibrational state, he offers the following directions:


1. Remove all jewelry or other items that might be touching your skin.
2. Darken the room so that no light can be seen through your eyelids, but do not shut out all light.
3. Lie down with your body along a north-south axis, with your head pointed toward magnetic north.
4. Loosen all clothing, but keep covered so that you are slightly warmer than might normally be comfortable.
5. Be sure you are in a location where, and at a time when, there will be absolutely no noise to disturb you.
6. Enter a state of relaxation
7. Give yourself the mental suggestion that you will remember all
that occurs during the upcoming session that will be beneficial to your
well-being. Repeat this five times.
8. Proceed to breathe through your nostrils.
9. As you breathe, concentrate on the void in front of you.
10. Select a point a foot away from your forehead, then change your point of mental reference to six feet.
11. Turn the point 90 degrees upward by drawing an imaginary line
parallel to your body axis up and above your head. Focus there and reach out for the vibrations at that point and bring them back into your body.
Even if you don't know what these vibrations are, you will know when you have achieved contact with them.


Step five: Learn to control the vibrational state.
Practice controlling them by mentally pushing them into your head, down to your toes, making them surge throughout your entire body, and producing vibrational waves from head to foot. To produce this wave effect, concentrate of the vibrations and mentally push a wave out of your head and guide it down your body. Practice this until you can induce these waves on command. Once you have control of the vibrational state, you are ready to leave the body.


Step six: Begin with a partial separation.
The key here is thought control. Keep your mind firmly focused on the idea of leaving the body. Do not let it wander. Stray thought might cause you to lose control of the state. Now, having entered the vibrational state, begin exploring the OBE by releasing a hand or a foot of the "second body". Monroe suggests that you extend a limb until it comes in contact with a familiar object, such as a wall near your bed. Then push it through the object. Return the limb by placing it back into coincidence with the physical one, decrease the vibrational rate, and then terminate the experiment. Lie quietly until you have fully returned to normal. This exercise will prepare you for full separation.


Step seven: Disassociate yourself from the body.
Monroe suggests two methods for this. One method is to lift out of the body. To do this, think about getting lighter and lighter after entering this vibrational state. Think about how nice it would be to float upward. Keep this thought in mind at all costs and let no extraneous thoughts interrupt it. An OBE will occur naturally at this point. Another method is the "Rotation method" or "roll-out" technique. When you have achieved the vibrational state, try to roll over as if you were turning over in bed (do not attempt to roll over physically). Try to twist your body from the top and virtually roll over into your second body right out of your physical self. At this point, you will be out of the body but next to it. Think of floating upward, and you should find yourself floating above the body. Monroe suggests you begin with the lift-out method, but argues that both are equally efficacious.

In the higher levels you still have an “Earth Body” but not the heavy and dense version you left behind

People have been waking up for some time now to their ability to demand better representation, as their leaders have not truly put them at the head of their list. It seems that some are more interested in service to self, and it is time more attention was given to the needs of the people. Governments have proved to be too big to provide personal attention to the problems that have arisen. There is an arguable need for smaller groups that are given adequate power to serve the people on a more personal basis. Local Councils are an obvious choice, if given the power and financial assistance that would be needed. In some countries the people are virtually ignored and have openly stood up against those in charge. The mood for change is very powerful and it must come if you are to move with the times. Needed changes cannot be held back as the impetus is too powerful, but sometimes it is a hard struggle to get going when the dark Ones still interfere with progress. 

The greater plan for your evolution has been in place for eons of time, and it comes from the experiences of many different groups. You could certainly say that your plan has been well tried and tested, and you have the benefit of knowledge previously gained. Your life styles may be different, but the basic experience is suited to all types of souls. The main aim is to achieve a realization of the existence of soul groups and know that you all came from the same Source – The Supreme Creator. You may “wear” different bodies and your lifestyle may be unusual, but the fact remains that you are all souls that have come from the same Source. You all have the same goals and that is to bring your experiences back to the Godhead. 

The enormity of Space that seems endless is beyond a mortal’s imagination, and to think that it is filled with all types of life at different stages of evolution. It begs the question as to what great life form oversees it all, and how can such a massive set up be controlled and administered so well that everything seems to operate so smoothly. Well that will remain a mystery for the time being, until you are yourselves more evolved and able to comprehend it. You still have much to do and learn and you have only just started your journey. You have some concepts to grasp, as you make your way forward and possibly the fact that all is in the now is the hardest one to understand. By all means give it thought and if you are ready your Guides will help you understand a different type of existence. It is called progress as you make the return journey from whence you came. 

The apparent isolation that we seem to have been in for thousands of years, is to ensure that as a freewill planet we are allowed to live by our freewill and consequently are responsible for the outcome. It is a sure way of learning how to evolve in a manner that results in our gradual evolution. Visitors to your planet are of course normally kept at bay, or at least restricted to only being allowed as observers. An exception was the presence of the Anunnaki who by their actions covered a phase of our needed experiences, whilst at the same time clearing old karma. It is true that nothing happens by chance, and events of any note can help many, many souls even if they were not directly involved in the actions that brought it about. Karma has served its purpose but is not now necessary to the extent it was previously, as most is cleared very quickly. 

It must seem strange to you that a comparatively small percentage of souls can give out so much light that it can actually carry man forward and onto a higher level of vibrations such as you are enjoying now. Yes, some souls will dispute that point, but they do not have such a panoramic view of what is happening on Earth as we do. Plus it is harder to comprehend what is going on when you are in the middle of what is taking place. Furthermore, you cannot see the potential that exists, particularly at this time when you are in the midst of the changes. We can assure that out of the chaos the new pathways will become apparent, and make good the promises of better times, when all things will happen for the better good of the people. 

When the plan for your individual evolution is worked out, you are allotted Guides who have the experience to see you through such matters. They will lead you and inspire you, so that as far as possible, you follow your agreed path. Helping other souls along is the work of more highly evolved souls, who have experience in the same type of challenges as you are facing. Sometimes you will feel them around you, along with the deceased amongst your own family, who love to occasionally visit you to see how you are doing. They like you to know they are with you, and sometimes you will feel them around you. They do not sit in the bath with you or do anything that you would find embarrassing, but particularly in your quiet moments they choose to let you know they are around. It will not be your imagination, so do not dismiss those feelings of contact being made with you. 

Can you imagine the joy and laughter when those who have risen up know that you are due to leave the Earth? There is no sorrow or mourning but excitement at the thought that you are returning to the Light, and all of your family and friends that have passed on will be there to greet you. It will be celebrations all round in what is known as the Summerland for obvious reasons. There is absolutely nothing wrong in looking forward to the reunion that awaits you, and with the right approach you can enjoy your return to the higher levels that you descended from to incarnate. Bear in mind that in the higher levels you still have an “Earth Body” but not the heavy and dense version you left behind, but one that can be changed by the power of your thought. You can literally think things into being. 

As you can imagine, compared to your Earth experiences that are mainly very demanding and often tiring, in the higher levels you feel refreshed and full of life. So much so that you do not need to lay your body down for long periods to “recharge” as you did on Earth. So much is different, but will be to your liking and very satisfying. We know that some of you will jokingly ask if you can take your mobile phones with you, but in any event you would not need them as you communicate with each other by the power of thought.

The Forces of Light are mounting a relentless surge to clear the dark forces out of positions of influence

This year is flying by and together with weather changes should leave you in no doubt that time is continuing to speed up. It is an indication that you are moving up with the higher vibrations that are slowly but surely leaving the lower vibrations behind. It means that as it continues, you will move into a greater harmony with everything else, and little or nothing will be left at that level of a negative nature. 

There is so much that has been denied you, leaving you with an enormous challenge to find your way back to the Light. This has been intentional to give you a severe testing, to see if you could overcome the darkness and re-discover your true selves. You were and still are being helped to lift yourselves up, and as you must know by now, you are helped by your ever present Guides. Understand that you volunteered for this experiment with the full confidence that you would achieve success. Of course, you are in the final stages if you have already awakened to the truth of your being. With the recent revelation that you have your God within, because you are now considered to be ready to accept such information, it must be reassuring to know it is so and that you therefore have eternal life. 

Apart from when you are called back to the Godhead, you have multi-lives through which you can evolve and gain knowledge as you follow the path back. Your experiences can even take you to different Universes where all types of lifeforms exist. It is one long adventure that will fulfill your desire for varied and exciting times. Human life is a great experience that enables you to evolve at a very quick rate, and leaves you well suited to help other souls evolve. As you expand through your level of consciousness, you retain the knowledge you have gained that you can put to good use helping others follow in your path. In fact, ascended Humanity is due to help other evolving souls in the same way as they have. 

The prime intention of your experiences is to prepare you for greater things that eventually take higher and higher into the Light Universe. You will realize that you are not your physical body, and this is provable at your level by the experiences of those that have had “out of the body” experiences. When you permanently leave it upon death, the cord is cut and you are released. There is nothing to be fearful about concerning death, and you have had numerous examples where souls have been thrown out of their bodies and not realized that anything has happened. This is due to them having immediately found themselves in their etheric body that is identical to the physical body, except that it is of a finer vibration. 

Dear Ones, the truth is incredible and we try not to overwhelm you, but it is now the time to enlighten you as to what lays ahead. It may take much time by your way of measuring it, but it is in any event speeding up as you have noticed. So be open-minded as to what may cross your path, and allow for many pleasant changes that are waiting to manifest. As you no doubt can imagine, moving from a Human Being to a Galactic Being is an enormous step to take and it is on your evolutionary path. 

Be assured that at all stages in your evolution you are never alone, and there are always higher beings following your progress that will help you to succeed. You must by now have realized that evolution is arranged in an orderly fashion, and that at all stages help is always on hand. It is why we recommend that when you need it, you ask for it, although you may not necessarily get as you wish but only when it is the right time to give you the full benefit. In the last cycle, you inevitably carried karma with you and this had to be taken into consideration by those intending to help you. However, now most of you are free from old karma and if you err now instant karma will apply. In fact, those souls that have progressed far along their path will have lifted their vibrations sufficiently not to incur karma. 

You have of late been given a great deal of information about the future, but do not let it overpower you as much is way into your future. As things change, it will be at a pace you can handle, although there is a push at present to move on from the chaos of the present time. Much is waiting to be released that will open up your eyes to what lays ahead, and you are certain to be well pleased. We have told you many times that great changes are to made, and the time is getting nearer to seeing them. You are all beings of great potential and progress should soon go speeding ahead, as the time approaches and when it is safe to do so. 

Your determination got you past the marker and now you must be equally determined to get through the changes that will lead to much joy and happiness, as you see old energies finally put behind you. The Forces of Light are mounting a relentless surge to clear the dark forces out of positions of influence, so that the Light can take over and bring the welcome changes into being.

The dark ones have used the vaccines to create disease instead of prevent it

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. We have been asked to speak about the two crashes of the same model airplane. Nirvana’s monitors of Earth don’t know if the recent crash or the one a few months ago resulted from a “normal” malfunction or if remote manipulation may have been involved. There is no clarity in the energy field of potential either—intense backlash from dark ones attempting to stave off progress of the light has put low vibratory level streamers in a snarl, so to say. 

However, two factors that apply to both crashes are known. The pilots were not at fault and very few of the deaths were in line with soul contract choices either time-wise or abruptness of departure, even given the considerable flexibility those contract provisions offer. Therefore, the possibility is strong that the planes were sabotaged, perhaps to kill one or more of the passengers, to create problems for the planes’ manufacturer, or to instill fear in people who must travel by air. 

“Please ask Matthew how much our many different languages are contributing to communication problems and disrespectful interaction.” That your many languages and dialects would cause problems was the intention of the dark forces’ puppets that downgraded the genetic make-up of young civilizations, including implanting thought patterns that would become diverse languages. In Earth’s population the result has been in accordance with that dark intention—poor communication due to faulty or deliberate errors in translation and harsh reactions due to misunderstandings. 

Nevertheless, from our vantage point it is not your many languages that contribute to disrespectful interaction as much as it is individuals’ reluctance to give credence to perspectives other than their own, so the underlying attitude in discussions is “I’m right, you’re wrong.” That approach to communication is reinforced by the labels that dark minds devised to divide the populace into religious, political and philosophical camps, so they can pit them against each other. Your history shows that this ploy has indeed been successful. 

Darkness thrives on the energy of anger, discord and violence and it loses its power when ideological divisiveness gives way to the unity of spirit in love of family, love of freedom, peace, and prosperity and justness for all. And that spirit is growing. The high vibrations of feminine energy coming in are ending long ages of masculine energy’s dominance on the planet. 

Please understand that in no way is this maligning masculine energy, and neither it nor feminine energy has anything to do with gender or sexual orientation. Actually, all energy is neutral until it is given force and direction by the vibrations in thoughts, feelings and actions, and those associated with masculine energy manifest as physical strength, the drive to succeed, combative competiveness, innovation, sternness, and determination to control all situations. The gentle but equally strong facets of feminine energy include nurturing, compassion, sensitivity, cooperation, artistic expression, and living harmoniously with Nature. 

A civilization evolves by integrating aspects of both energies and advancing toward androgyny—balanced energy wherein love-light abides. The power of love-light is what motivates a third density civilization to end the control of their world by individuals whose energy is anchored in darkness, the absence of love-light. Helping the peoples succeed in transforming their world, dear Lightworkers, is why you volunteered for this Earth journey. 

Now then, to return to communication. When speaking about any subject, not only those that are controversial, choose your words carefully—words are powerful. Mother, please insert what we have said about this. 

Words in all languages, like everything else in existence, are energy. Whether spoken, heard, thought, written or read, words emit vibrations and the vibrations of light, peace and love are among the highest. Kindness, compassion, generosity, gratitude, forgiveness, godliness, honesty, hope and optimism also are in a high frequency range. The importance of choosing your words wisely cannot be overstated—they affect far, far more than the space immediately around you. Via the universal law of attraction, or “like attracts like,” words’ vibrations combine with “like” and go out into your world. Words in high vibratory ranges merge with the light, words in low ranges are drawn to energy streamers with dark attachments, and words’ emissions intensify the source they join. 

An important factor in this “war of words,” in a manner of speaking, is intent, which emits its own vibrations. If using words such as violence, deception, captivity, deprivation, catastrophe and others that denote harmful or ruinous situations have the intent to alert or enlighten, the high vibrations of intent predominate. If those same words or any others are used to create fear, that intent sends forth vibrations in the lowest range. [Excerpt from May 16, 2018.] 

Thank you, Mother. I am at fault for omitting in that passage that all words denoting uplifted spirits, positive deeds, and sensitivity to others’ feelings also emit high vibrations—for instance, empathy, gentleness, joy, thoughtfulness, helpfulness, trustworthiness and loyalty. We add that languages are not a barrier when it comes to helping someone in need—the desire to assist people in dire situations is shared by all good-hearted humankind. 

“Could you ask Mathew regarding the measles outbreak in Vancouver, WA. Should people get vaccine?” Let us pose this question: The measles virus cannot live in your air year after year, so how could a disease that had been almost completely eradicated in the United States several years ago suddenly appear? There are two possible answers. The virus strength in a batch of measles vaccine can be increased enough to cause this highly contagious disease a considerable time after children with weak immune systems are inoculated, thus there is no direct connection with the vaccination. Or, if the virus is added to other toxins in chemtrail spray in a localized area, children in that area who have compromised immune systems can be infected and pass on the disease. 

A bit of history will be helpful here, and it goes back to the puppets of the dark forces. When they manipulated the DNA of young civilizations to weaken them physically, spiritually and consciously, they also created disease-causing microbes; and when some of the weakened peoples inhabited Earth, the puppets introduced those microbes on the planet. Some microscopic life forms are essential to bodies’ wellbeing, but the ones you call pathogens were designed to cause a variety of diseases. Millennia later, medical scientists were inspired to develop vaccines that would prevent communicable diseases from spreading throughout the population. 

Whatever is originated for benevolent purpose can be subverted into malevolent use, and that is what the dark ones did with vaccines—they have used them to create disease instead of prevent it. That is why we have long advised against inoculations. Healthcare personnel who are promoting mandatory vaccinations for school attendance as a “public health measure” don’t know the truth or they are collaborating with companies that make the many types of vaccines. Some have ingredients that cause autism-like symptoms in children; and while some physicians who do know this truth state that there is no evidence to substantiate it, parents who refuse to have their children receive recommended vaccinations are acting in their best interests. 

There are three important and positive factors here. First, eventually the truth about vaccinations will become publicly known and this practice will cease. After dark minds developed and infected individuals with the AIDS virus about four decades ago—part of their plan to vastly reduce the world’s population—ET scientists among you were given divine authority to reduce the potency of all laboratory-designed viruses. That is why only a few individuals with severely weakened immune systems contracted each new disease that the dark ones also intended to become—and mainstream media widely reported as “feared to become”—a pandemic, and everyone was urged to get vaccinated. Is it not suspicious that with the first case or two of each new communicable disease—SARS, avian flu, swine flu, N1H1—enough vaccine to inoculate many millions already was available? 

The second factor is, as the public becomes aware of chemtrails’ damage to their health and the environment’s, their demands to stop the spraying will end this scourge. And third, light changes carbon-based cells, which are vulnerable to disease, into the crystalline cells that are resistant; people who absorb light in sufficiency will strengthen their immune systems and, depending upon the stage of an illness, bodies’ self-healing mechanisms can halt or reverse degenerative effects. 

“I'd like to ask Matthew about pornography, its influence on the energy fields of humans, the earth and the universe. It is surely created and engineered by the Illuminati, which wraps porn in a despotic flag of freedom.” The Illuminati are heavily involved in pornographic production, to be sure, and many in the ranks are avid fans, but they aren’t responsible for its popularity. Among third density’s vilest products, films and photos that exploit children and women who are deceived or kidnapped and coerced into the sex trafficking business, appeal to individuals who are beset with lack of self-worth, the inability to form love bonds, sexual inadequacy or addiction, or a combination of those afflictions. 

In addition to profiting the Illuminati financially, pornography serves them well in other ways. People who indulge in that pastime are preventing light from reaching their consciousness, thereby dulling the conscience. That can lead to rape, domestic battering and homicide, and the violence of those acts produces the energy that is fuel for the Illuminati’s dark minds and hearts. 

Pornography also creates a fertile field for blackmailing individuals they want to recruit or keep silent about what they know—proof is provided by hacking into the individuals’ computers and communication devices. Also, to persuade persons in influential positions to comply with their demands, along with threatening to kill them and their families, the Illuminati fabricate photos and films showing the persons in activities in which they never participated. 

The energy in thoughts, feelings and actions associated with pornography is in the collective consciousness, and because the law of attraction keeps providing that audience with what matches their energy, porn keeps flowing. That energy does become part of the universal mass consciousness, but the farther from Earth its streamers go, the weaker they become and their effects diminish accordingly. Just as rising vibrations will cause all other sources of dark inclinations to lessen, then disappear, pornography, too, will become only a shameful chapter in Earth’s history. 

Beloved sisters and brothers, never are you alone in this journey whereby you are experiencing the tribulations inherent in a third density world. All light beings in this universe honor your dedicated service to the peoples of Earth and support you with the unequalled power of unconditional love.

You would be surprised if you really knew how well planned your evolution is arranged

Potentially there is nothing you cannot you do if you put your mind to it, and have total belief in your own powers. You are genetically empowered to reach certain levels that will continually rise up as you evolve. You can help yourself by projecting ideas that embrace the changes that you are working towards. By thinking big you can accelerate your evolution, as what you think is projecting the energies of possibility that in time will manifest what you seek. However, there is a need to be aware that by sending out negative energies you actual attract more to yourself. Lightworkers are unlikely to do so, but there is a need to think carefully about the consequences of your thoughts before you empower them, and put simply it is that “like attracts like”. 

Present times can be very volatile according to which country you live in, but know that your life plan would have placed you where your needs could be best served. Sometimes it is to enable more highly evolved souls to help lift up the energies in a particular area where they are badly needed. In the greater picture, you will see that of recent times more evolved souls have incarnated on Earth to generally help lift up the vibrations. It is all part of the plan to help Humanity and you would be surprised if you really knew how well planned your evolution is arranged, without affecting your freewill choice. It may be hard to believe, but it is true that nothing of any importance to your evolution is left to chance. There has always been a greater plan to enable you to lift up your vibrations so that you are given every opportunity to evolve, particularly in this current period when you have a golden chance to ascend.  

Many of you have wondered where your abilities come from, and of course genetics are involved and you are equipped with the codes that would enable you to fulfill your life plan. Often in that way you would bring skills with you from a previous life, and remember that even your parents may also be part of your life plan, and you would have agreed to it beforehand and in no way would it affect your freewill. You can still make your own decisions, and your Guides would do their best to keep you to your life plan so as to evolve accordingly. In the current times, life should gradually become easier as you can progress without the remnants of karma to deal with having started the New Age with a clean sheet as far as it is concerned. You should by now have settled yourself and got used to having more freedom to progress much easier than previously. Knowing that you are on a path that will reach your goal, should inspire you to focus on it, so that you are fully prepared for what lays ahead. 

In the last cycle, all of the major religions were given a period of time in which they were the dominant force. It means that today you are well prepared to pass your knowledge onto others with the confidence that you are not misleading people. Even so, you may not recall exactly how or when you acquired your knowledge, but by now you should instinctively know what “feels” right. In reality, you no longer need others to direct you onto a specific path to ascend, as you will have acquired the knowledge you needed to progress to Ascension. With God inside, your body becomes your temple where you can worship or pray accordingly. However, some souls will still prefer to worship and pray together and their choice is recognized and upheld. 

There is some unintended confusion that arises from the fact that sometimes the name “God” is affixed to any person that has displayed extra powers that are attributed to those that have ascended to the higher realms of pure Light. Suffice to say that some souls are godlike, but would not necessarily be Gods in their own rights. You have a Mother/Father God of this Universe of which there are many, and a Creator referred to as the Supreme God, and is viewed by you as the Great Central Sun. With restricted knowledge, it is usually asking too much of most souls to comprehend things that are vastly different than what you are used to. Even understanding the concept of Beings of Light is too much for the average person to understand, but as long as the idea of highly evolved beings is accepted, at this stage it is of no great disadvantage. 

The changes that are taking place will affect every single person, as of necessity far reaching changes must get underway. Not all of the old ways are necessarily involved, but there is a need to prepare for a total change in many activities, so as to launch you into a New Era. Things such a food production and medical care will figure high on the list, as they must be suitable to be taken into the New Age. Many systems you use are in reality outdated. It is not your fault, as you have been deliberately held back. Free energy has been mentioned many times and it is known how to produce it, but you have opposition from those who for financial reasons wish to hold on to the old ways of producing it. However, progress cannot be held back indefinitely and already on a small scale free energy units are being produced. 

You may wonder why the higher powers that be do not come to your aid and whilst they can assist you, they cannot “interfere” with your progress. They help in ways that makes it possible, but it is slow and does not meet the needs that you have. As we have intimated many times, we are not allowed to interfere or go against your freewill choices. For example, not very long ago you were on the verge of having a nuclear war that could have easily destroyed the Earth, and we would have had to sit back and watch you do it. However, in such circumstances we would try to influence you to take a different path, and at the same time aid those working for the Light. As you will obviously now realize, the vibrations were successfully lifted by you and that danger passed never to be allowed again. 

You can now put the horrors of the past behind you and the quicker you can release your hold on them the better. Put all of your energy into helping the positive things that are waiting to be introduced to manifest for the benefit of Mankind. Again, if you can start something new that takes you forward, we will oversee your activities and help you along. We see a pressing need to neutralize areas on Earth that have been seriously contaminated by nuclear explosions or mishaps, and these will naturally be included in the clean-up of Earth. With our advanced technologies we can make short work of restoring Earth to her previous condition, and that will be done in the course of time prior to Ascension. However, we hope to see Mankind take responsibility for the damage caused to Mother Earth, and show the necessary goodwill and intent to put it right, and then we can help.

As Being, as pure Consciousness, there are no needs

Message from Saul via John Smalllman for 24 January 2019 

As you wait expectantly for the dramatic shift in personal feeling experiences, and in outside events, to demonstrate absolutely conclusively for you that awakening is occurring in this now moment, be cheerful and spontaneous as you go most positively and hopefully about your daily human lives. You know, deep within yourselves, that the tipping point has been reached, and that the human collective is awakening rapidly and most enthusiastically, despite all the negative mainstream media news reporting which is most definitely suggesting otherwise. Your awakening, as you have so often been told, is a done deal! 

There is no going back, and increasing joy and wonder lies before you, because you are opening to your natural human state of being – Christ Consciousness – the divine state from which you can and will operate consciously and lovingly in each and every moment. You have been heading back towards this, your completely natural state, since the moment that your sense of separation from your Source filled you with fear. This is because your Source, the divine field of Consciousness, Love – or, if you wish to personalize It, Mother/Father/God – in Its infinite Love and Wisdom wills for you nothing but everlasting Joy, and thus set up the plan for your reawakening into eternal life as soon as you entered into the unreal state that you are experiencing as separation. And the divine Will is always achieved. No other outcome is remotely possible. 

So, dear readers and listeners, as the awakening process becomes firmly established, and the essential changes that result become increasingly apparent to all of humanity, make a point of shining your light on high. You are all intensely bright beings – as all sentient beings, all humans are – and by choosing to shine brightly in every moment you are extremely effective in assisting and encouraging others to become aware that they too are beings of light, brilliant beings of light. How could you not be, since you were created perfect, and all that is created is, by definition, perfect in every way? 

Let go of your fears and doubts, the anxieties that dissuade you from sharing the truth of who you are. All that you have to do is be yourselves! Not the personalities that you donned as masks when you were small children growing up, and seemingly found yourselves inadequate and even worthless compared to the adults and authority figures with whom you had to interact; even compared with your elder siblings! Many of you feel that you have no one with whom to discuss your true feelings about the meaning of life, of your life, of who you truly are. And the reason for this is because everyone you know or meet is hiding behind their own fear-formed mask or persona. And you mostly accept those disguises as who they truly are, because in their apparent confidence or certainty in that disguise, they successfully hide from others their own intense sense of inadequacy. So many of you feel “less than,” and this sense is encouraged by your egos to keep you in fear, because it confirms your sense of separateness and also your need for a clever and intelligent ego, your apparent human identity, to keep you safe. 

When you choose to be yourselves, and show that self fearlessly to others, it frees them to do likewise, often with an enormous sense of relief, as they realize that they are not the only ones suffering from a sense of “less than.” Being yourselves is truly THE most loving and effective gift that you can offer to others. Then they feel safe in your presence, accepted, seen, and honored for themselves, just as they are, unconditionally. And that, as you can most surely understand, is the most precious thing you can give to anyone, because it is what you yourselves have been seeking all your lives. 

All humans are, as you have been told so often, perfect divine beings experiencing severe limitation in form as humans. And that experience of limitation has indeed convinced you that you are separate beings in form, as you struggle to survive in an environment that seems vast in comparison to the size of your seemingly small and insignificant human bodies with which you mostly completely identify. No wonder you are fearful! 

But, in truth, you are immensely powerful beings, because Source imbued you with everything that is Source at the moment of your creation. It could do nothing else, because Source is everything, constantly creating Itself in myriad ways, as It most willingly shares with Its creation the infinite joy of just being. As Being, as pure Consciousness, there are no needs, because that is an infinitely uplifting and satisfying state of existence, it is the only state of existence! 

Some of you have experienced a brief sense of this, when your thinking has momentarily ceased, and you find yourselves enraptured by beauty in one of the many forms in which it shows itself to you, while you are experiencing life as a human – a brilliant and stunning sunset, the intense freshness of spring growth, clear snowy mountains, the beauty of a child or loved one. It doesn’t last, because the energy of such an experience is far too intense for your human frames to live through for more than a moment without disintegrating. 

Love, Source, Mother/Father/God, Consciousness, Presence, is All that exists, is infinitely vast and is infinitely gentle. All sentient life is most lovingly enfolded in the Divine Field, always. Anything that is experienced that is not of Love is unreal and will not last. 

However, as humans in form, you do experience time. Time, although in your present age measured by atomic clocks and collectively agreed upon, is an illusion. It is an illusion that you all, without exception, have experienced when something you enjoy is gone in an instant, or something that causes you suffering appears to linger interminably. You do have to deal with it constantly in order to come together physically at agreed places to interact with one another. But, when you are not using it for this purpose, make the intent to be present in the now moment, the only real time, the time in which everything that you ever experience actually occurs. 

The easiest and most effective way to enter into this state is through making the intent to quieten your minds, and to arrest the flow of thoughts by allowing them to flow through your minds without engaging with them. This does take practice, and you need to practice daily. Therefore, go within, to your holy inner sanctuary, and intend to open your hearts to the divine Embrace awaiting you there. Choose to sit there in silent meditation, contemplation, or as you create a sound such as aum that you focus on by humming or singing, thus shutting out the distractions that tend to withdraw you from that place of deep peace. That place of deep peace is always within you, so learn to find it through regular practice, and delight in the peace and joy that it brings you.

If you ever doubted that big changes were ahead, you only have to look at the unusual weather patterns. Add to this a distinct change in the wishes of the people who now desire to have a much bigger say in the affairs of the Earth. For too long they have been subjected to wishes of the few who have led humanity along a path to near destruction of the whole Earth. Fortunately, although small in numbers, sufficient of them have raised their vibrations to carry humanity past the marker of 2012. 

The consequence is that instead of gloom and doom, you have entered a period of great hope and potential that is now with you. Because it is supporting the changes for the better, to say the least some discomfort and upset is inevitable, but in the long term will be welcomed. Whilst all this is going on, the vibrations have continued to lift and are fast tracking humanity to the higher levels which will bring you nearer to Ascension. You have much progress to make after having been held back for so long, but we know that you will persevere to enjoy the fruits of your labours. Be assured it is an occasion that you would not like to miss at any cost. You who are present will enjoy taking your place amongst the stars that is your true home and destiny. 



EXTRACT FROM KRYON 2017. EVOLUTION OF THE NEW HUMAN BEING. 

When a civilization passes the marker, you cannot return. You are going to be here for a long time, and you do not have to rebirth in order to feel what the children are feeling. If you are willing, if you understand, if you put out your hand metaphorically, we can change your template and the worthiness that you have been lacking, due to the Akashic record of thousands of lifetimes. It is an old energy that will begin to change. As the self-worth changes in a Human Being, did you know it was related to the better you feel about yourself and your place on the planet and in the galaxy, the taller you stand, and the longer you are going to live, because the cells in your body know it and speak with the consciousness that is you saying “I deserve to be here, I have what I never used to have”. Confident spiritually in my place here looking forward to the Light that is now here battling the old energy, that is a love affair I have with you, spirit has with you, the gift of the century. It took a long time for life to start on the planet. 

The love that we have was manifest literally in the physics of creation. Evolution was controlled so completely and so put off to the last moment to allow humans to grow and be the only planet of free choice at this time in the Galaxy. Loved beyond measure with souls collected from all over to start a test that was beautiful, that is love. Your relationship as human to spirit is changing, it is beginning to evolve and morph into something which is complex and we have seen it over and over, and this morphing and this complexity is going to bring you into a sweeter place, where you know who you are because God loves you enough to start putting these things into the family in a way you have never seen before. You are going to feel this and you are going to know we are here. This is human evolution and the old soul is at the forefront of this. We are actually changing the system of how you operate in an esoteric way. The profundity of the Akash is starting to change. You are being connected to things which you would never be connected to in a survival energy. Dear Ones, when you are running from the Bengal Tiger, we are not going to tell you the intricacies of the Akash, does this make sense to you. 

You are beginning to ask “Who am I”, what do I need to know, what is next, what should I do and the answers are going to come because you are not alone. The karmic system of the planet was only for low consciousness. This is a love story of the Creative Source of the Human Being. You are going to wake up and discover your spiritual parents have always been with you in the form of the Creative Source. Compassionate action changes the planet, and your relation to the things around you will no longer be feared. There is nothing you have not seen in thousands of lifetimes as a Human Being, you have had everything happen. That is the evolution of the new Human Being.

I feel sure that many souls are surprised to learn that they have had multiple incarnations over an extremely long period. Logically you will realize that you will have gone through many different stages of evolution, in many different forms all of which have added to your experiences and made you into a highly developed soul. Understand that your vibrations were dropped to enable you to be tested to the full in your current cycle, and even so you were expected to overcome the challenge to find your way back to the Light. Many souls have made such an achievement and through their example are helping others follow their path. The object as always is to further your evolution, until you are of a sufficiently high vibration to ascend. It is the path that lies ahead of all souls regardless of how long it takes. At all stages you are helped, no matter how many times you fail to make the grade. So, do not worry if you know you are not yet ready, as another cycle will offer you the opportunity to make real progress. In fact, each time you discuss your intended life plan, there are always highly evolved beings to guide you onto the best path that will bring you results. 

Dear Ones, you stand at the gateway to a wonderful future that is very difficult to describe, as you have not had experiences to fall back on that will have addressed the subject in such a way that you can fully understand what it entails. The dross and continual negativity that you have had to meet has dulled your senses. Although the Light has always been present, it has been a great challenge to change your way of thinking and embrace the idea of how different life can be in the higher vibrations. The drudgery and pain will no longer be part of your experiences and instead you will be in good health, have your full faculties working and able to bring into being anything you needed through your power of thought. You would be able to easily leave your physical body for ventures into the Cosmos and return to it at your leisure. Alternatively, you could of course use the option of traveling with your physical body, in one of the many advanced craft that can leave the solar system for deep space. 

As time progresses, you will be given much information about the future, so that you are mentally prepared for a new life among the Stars. You will truly have become a Cosmic Being with all of the attributes necessary to travel the Universe.
