The Urgency of Transformation

When faced with a radical crisis, when the old way of being in the world, of interacting with each other and with the realm of nature doesn’t work anymore, when survival is threatened by seemingly insurmountable problems, an individual life-form – or a species – will either die or become extinct or rise above the limitations of its condition through an evolutionary leap.

It is believed that the life-forms on this planet first evolved in the sea. When there were no animals yet to be found on land, the sea was already teeming with life. Then at some point, one of the sea creatures must have started to venture onto dry land. It would perhaps crawl a few inches at first, then exhausted by the enormous gravitational pull of the planet, it would return to the water, where gravity is almost nonexistent and where it could live with much greater ease. And then it tried again and again and again, and much later would adapt to life on land, grow feet instead of fins, develop lungs instead of gills. It seems unlikely that a species would venture into such an alien environment and undergo an evolutionary transformation unless it was compelled to do so by some crisis situation. There may have been a large sea area that got cut off from the main ocean where the water gradually receded over thousands of years, forcing fish to leave their habitat and evolve.

Responding to a radical crisis that threatens our very survival – this is humanity’s challenge now. The dysfunction of the egoic human mind, recognized already more than 2,500 years ago by the ancient wisdom teachers and now magnified through science and technology, is for the first time threatening the survival of the planet. Until very recently, the transformation of human consciousness – also pointed to by the ancient teachers – was no more than a possibility, realized by a few rare individuals here and there, irrespective of cultural or religious background. A widespread flowering of human consciousness did not happen because it was not yet imperative.

A significant portion of the earth’s population will soon recognize, if they haven’t already done so, that humanity is now faced with a stark choice: Evolve or die. A still relatively small but rapidly growing percentage of humanity is already experiencing within themselves the breakup of the old egoic mind patterns and the emergence of a new dimension of consciousness.

What is arising now is not a new belief system, a new religion, spiritual ideology, or mythology. We are coming to the end not only of mythologies but also of ideologies and belief systems. The change goes deeper than the content of your mind, deeper than your thoughts. In fact, at the heart of the new consciousness is the transcendence of thought, the newfound ability of rising above thought, of realizing a dimension within yourself that is infinitely more vast than thought. You then no longer derive your identity, your sense of who you are, from the incessant stream of thinking that in the old consciousness you take to be yourself. What a liberation to realize that the “voice in my head” is not who I am. Who am I then? The one who sees that. The awareness that is prior to thought, the space in which the thought – or the emotion or sense perception – happens.

Ego is no more than this: identification with form, which primarily means thought forms. If evil has any reality – and it has a relative, not an absolute, reality – this is also its definition: complete identification with form – physical forms, thought forms, emotional forms. This results in a total unawareness of my connectedness with the whole, my intrinsic oneness with every “other” as well as with the Source. This forgetfulness is original sin, suffering, delusion. When this delusion of utter separateness underlies and governs whatever I think, say, and do, what kind of world do I create? To find the answer to this, observe how humans relate to each other, read a history book, or watch the news on television tonight.

If the structures of the human mind remain unchanged, we will always end up re-creating fundamentally the same world, the same evils, the same dysfunction.

A New Heaven and a New Earth

The inspiration for the title of this book came from a Bible prophecy that seems more applicable now than at any other time in human history. It occurs in both the Old and the New Testament and speaks of the collapse of the existing world order and the arising of “a New Heaven and a New Earth.” We need to understand here that heaven is not a location but refers to the inner realm of consciousness. This is the esoteric meaning of the word, and this is also its meaning in the teachings of Jesus. Earth, on the other hand, is the outer manifestation in form, which is always a reflection of the inner. Collective human consciousness and life on our planet are intrinsically connected. “A New Heaven” is the emergence of a transformed state of human consciousness, and “a New Earth” is its reflection in the physical realm. Since human life and human consciousness are intrinsically one with the life of the planet, as the old consciousness dissolves, there are bound to be synchronistic geographic and climatic natural upheavals in many parts of the planet, some of which we are already witnessing now.

Your 4D body will be based on crystalline molecules, no longer carbon based

Mike Quinsey: I thought it appropriate to send this message out again at this special time as a boost for everyone and a reminder of what is to come. I last issued it in 2018 and now it seems more appropriate as the proof of coming changes is already taking place.

QUESTIONS PUT TO THE ANDROMEDAN COUNCIL 27 NOVEMBER 2011.

How will Earth people change as we become new 4D humans?

ANSWER: the most important thing to realise is that the transformation, the transition from 3D to 4D, from being a 3D person to a 4D person will be a smooth, “seamless”, “painless” process. This experience will be a simple transformation of cellular structure, from the slower and more dense heavier existing 3D vibratory body you have today – to a higher, faster, lighter 4D vibratory rate. You will have a body that is taller, literally lighter in terms of mass, weight and density, about one tenth of what you weigh now. Keep in mind your body’s molecular cellular structure will actually change. Think crystal based molecules. Your existing 3D cell walls will transmute into being crystalline based. Your 4D body will be based on crystalline molecules, no longer carbon based, but crystal based. Within the core, the centre of each cell, it will be infused with light. Your 4D bodies will really be very translucent. This is a natural 4th dimensional, 4th density state.

veryone will be relatively tall and slim in stature. This is simply the nature of having a crystalline cellular structure. You will also be “lighter” in terms of being infused with light, not opaque as you are like today, not completely translucent, but very translucent. Your children will transform as well. But in terms of age appearance they will continue to develop as young adults, only now along the adjusted, normal, “time line” of thousands of years for 4th dimensional people. For most adults who chose to remain on Earth during this time of change, you will look approximately in the 32 to 35 year old age range. In terms of height, for a comparison, an average 3D male will be about 7ft. tall; this is the average height for a 4D man. A 5’ 5” to 5’ 6” 3D Earth woman will likely be about 6’ 2” living a 4D life. An average 4D Earth man will weigh in Earth terms about: 10 to 15 pounds. An average 4D Earth woman will weigh about: 5 to 7 pounds. Everyone will be relatively trim, tall, slim in stature. Again this is due to the nature of having a body composed of a crystalline cellular structure. In terms of overall health, 4D Earth humans will be healthy, very healthy, full of light. With your solar system and Earth’s migration into the 4th dimension zone of space, 3D diseases will all be literally eradicated.

If we are this healthy, and with the eradication of 3D Earth diseases, how long will we live as 4D Earth humans?

ANSWER: You will like this answer. Typically, as you currently measure time on Earth, human beings living a 4D life spend a minimum of 6000 years – to – a maximum of 10,000 years, living a 4th dimensional life. Also understand, that there are 12 octaves of awareness and learning in each dimension, from the 4D fourth dimension on up. There is a lot to experience. Please keep in mind the use of these numbers in years, is to give you an approximation based on how Earth people measure time today. However, also keep in mind the way you currently measure time on Earth – this will change once Earth becomes a completely 4D planet. Watching, measuring, experiencing time – this will virtually go away. . In any case, you will live very, very long lives before you move on to the 5D, 5th dimension. The plan for this to completely come into effect was originally by the 20th January 2014.

We understand the complete curing of physical health. But again, what about people with autism, retardation, syndromes, people who are mentally ill?

ANSWER: I certainly understand the seriousness of this issue. The “medical/healthcare team on the primary biosphere who will help, assist and counsel people who are having a difficult time adjusting to the differences of 4th dimensional life, and in addition what we would consider either severe psychiatric, deep emotional issues, shock or trauma, or people with autism, retardation, syndromes, varying degrees of mental illness, people with these afflictions who you are rightfully concerned about, they have the ability to choose (or a responsible party can choose for them), to heal their fine matter consciousness, this thing we call “the mind” where these issues are lodged. Please understand this is literally a spiritual vibratory issue, and the “medical/healthcare” team on the primary biosphere, or any of the other 11 Andromeda Council flagged biospheres stationed in Earth’s solar system, these teams can use various resonating sonic frequencies and techniques to attenuate, adjust and correct the “dysfunctions” and repair the broken pathways of the fine matter “wiring” of these people’s minds. There are a variety of modalities that can be used in combination to help cure these people. They are curable. It will take some counselling, a little extra care and gentle attention after the “medical” work and attunements are done and completed. These people, like everyone else, will be fine.

If our current bodies are transforming into new 4D bodies, and you have said that 3D Earth diseases will be eradicated, what about those of us with bad or missing teeth, various syndromes, muscular dystrophy, ALS, cerebral palsy, or those people with mental illness, those of us who are back from the various Wars with missing hands, fingers, arms, legs. What about all of us?

ANSWER: From the Chief Medical Officer of the Andromeda Council biosphere she says “Many people have asked this kind of question. Yes, transformation of your 3D body into a 4D body will eradicate the existing illnesses and all diseases, and your bodies including birth defects, various syndromes, your loss of limbs, bad or missing teeth, malfunctioning hearing or defective eyes, and old age – all of these will all be remedied. Again, remember, you are being transformed. You will have a full, complete, healthy body.

What do you mean we move on to the 5D, onto the fifth dimension – when do we die?

ANSWER: No, no, you misunderstand. That’s the point. You don’t die. Remember, time doesn’t exist from the 4D, fourth dimension on upwards. You don’t experience time. And people, Earth people living a 4D life do not die. A person can choose by really extraordinary circumstances to be “extinguished”, but this is very, very rare. When a 4D person gets to the point when he or she is 6,000 – 10,000 years old, when he or she feels they have learned enough and contributed enough to society, when the moment is right for them, they simply choose to move on, and transition to 5D, the fifth dimension, a slightly higher frequency of vibratory awareness. For a new set of challenges, a new set of learning experiences. It is a transition, a change in vibration. This transition from 4D, the fourth, to 5D, the fifth, is simply about moving into a higher vibration and capabilities – when the moment is right for him/her. Further, the actual capabilities one has once he/she becomes a 5D, a fifth dimensional human, are only a couple of degrees enhanced above the upper capabilities of the 4D, the fourth dimension. In any case, moving on from one dimension to the next is only about having many experiences, learning many, many things and then making a simple choice to move on, to change. You do not die – I repeat “you do not die”, but experience a transition to a new lighter body.

The Andromedans are one of the four main groups of Extra-terrestrials that are closely connected to us and our development. It is very uplifting to know that our future path is already in place, there may be quite a way to go yet, but it is getting nearer. The Light on Earth is increasing and drawing away from all that is of the lower vibrations, and evidence that the changes have already commenced are the increasing number of extra tall young people well over 6 ft. tall that are already here. Think positively and help the continuation of the higher vibrations and a peaceful future as quick as possible.

Great times lay ahead for all of you who are ready to ascend

What an odd time you are entering, as on the one hand you have the horrors of war and on the other one the expectation of a happy time celebrating according to your religious beliefs. It is a break from the reports of lives lost and in many cases people’s homes, certainly not a good way to end the year. The prospects for a better New Year seem hard to justify, as the future is so uncertain, yet other forces greater than those upon Earth are playing out a way forward that will end with a victory for those of the Light. So, our advice to you is to think positively knowing that at some stage with the increasing vibrations the dark Ones will be overcome and peace and lasting happiness will be established upon Earth.

Meantime, life for so many has become very difficult, hence it has become so difficult for them retain their ability to cover their own needs. The homeless grow in numbers creating a near impossible situation for other countries to continue supporting them. It is the outcome of your leader’s inabilities to always find the means to help them let alone the ever expanding cost. It is a human made problem through not addressing the problems many years ago that have arisen from the poverty people have had to live in.

You then have to remember, that money has often been squandered or stolen that should have been used to raise the standards of living in those countries. Now the whole world is in turmoil and those living in poverty or war stricken areas cry out for help. The situation illustrates what happens when the needs of those living in poverty with little help find they can no longer exist. If you have a heart, you cannot but be appalled that in a so called modern Age that such levels still exist, it is a powerful test of Mankind’s attitude to those souls who need not just love and kindness but real help that lifts them up again. We have yet to see whether real and urgent help will be given. Remember that you are all One in the eyes of God, and as brothers and sisters should help each other in the times of need.

Each country has enough problems to deal with, yet there are degrees of poverty that call for immediate action and many are being caused by the results of climate change. The natural changes are coming thick and fast and it is undoubtedly a very challenging time. They add to what has been a difficult time for food growers who are looked upon to meet the world’s demands. Oh, what a muddle you are in and probably the worst scenario has not yet occurred and you are ill prepared for it. The size of the problem is immense and surely calls for a united effort from all countries together. It is time to put away your differences and act as one to successfully deal with the world wide problems, to avoid an utter calamity.

Dear Ones, we are always with you but careful not to interfere with the decisions you have made, but nevertheless have to be allowed to override some decisions that go beyond your responsibility and is ours, such as the greater responsibility for Mother Earth. So, between us, we manage matters upon Earth quite well and the work out as planned. Understand we look further ahead than you can as from our position everything is in the Now. Our main objective is to keep you on a path that eventually leads you home.

Nothing happens without good reason behind it, so that no time is wasted or lost going over old ground, although some souls are so far behind, it is necessary to do so, we do not give up trying to get a soul making progress, but sometimes a soul refuses to move on. That is where free choice comes into play, so we do not force a soul to do something against their wishes. WE do know what is best for you, but would never force it upon you against your wishes.

With few exceptions you are all old souls well experienced and at present about to make your last journey in the lower vibrations. We are confident you will do it and there will be cheers and celebrations all round when you do. Nearly all of you have been within this cycle from the beginning, so can you imagine how many lives you must have had, you have been everywhere and done everything through hundreds of lives. You have a mine of experience and well equipped to continue your journey in the higher vibrations.

You have so many friends that have travelled with you often as family on more than one occasion. So you have many, many friends waiting to meet you again and you will certainly have much to celebrate. The lower levels cannot intrude onto the higher ones, so you are already out of their reach. You have such a wealth of experience to call upon if you need to. Imagine all of the friends you must have made, some will have moved on whilst others will still be in your group.

Great times lay ahead for all of you who are ready to ascend and say “goodbye” to the test of living with entities of the lower vibrations without being involved with them. Of course, many useful lessons have been learned or should we perhaps say “re-learned” and you have understood how to cope with having many souls around you carrying negative energies. Your lives are, shall we say, custom made to ensure you get the lessons you need that in many cases are so slight, you have had no difficulty in dealing with them.

You already know what you want to do for the future, but you have yet to discuss it with those appointed to help you. So much will be open to you that you will certainly be spoilt for choice but deservedly so. Believe us, you are closing a chapter in your life that has been a most interesting time, yet so helpful in preparing you for greater things. Soon you will be free to choose your next experiences and get much help in making your decision. It will be a great leap forward and you will soon forget the ups and downs of earlier lives. So, keep your head up high keeping your distance from the possible attractions of the lower vibrations knowing that you are nearly at the end of what has been a very long path through many lifetimes.

There are powerful pockets of Light all over your planet

We wish we could let you see the future as it will be after you have dealt with the current difficulties that seem to have no end in sight. We guide events along a path that leads to a reasonable conclusion without extending the current problems that threaten an escalation. Certainly the people have had enough of confrontation and urge the Governments to get together for the benefit of all countries and promote world peace. You shall see a strong push towards a peaceful settlement of all differences. It must come even if you have to wait until much later in your lives.

There are powerful pockets of Light all over your planet and you may be assured their presence is being felt. Meantime, the negative forces still try to achieve their objectives, but time has run out for them and try as much as they like, they cannot achieve their aim for world control. Their mentality is to fight until the last, even though they are aware their plan is falling to pieces. In the long run, they get away with nothing and will eventually have to answer for their actions to greater powers than those that exist upon Earth.

Harsh lessons are being learned all around and not without good reason, and many souls are serving out their time to ensure that they can move on and not have to experience further in the lower vibrations. If you are so to say going through it, remember that nothing of importance happens without good reason. Once lessons are learned they will never have to be experienced again, so deal with your karma bearing that in mind. They are tests to allow you another chance of overcoming your weak points and know that you are helped all of the way.

Each life is a stepping stone to a greater one, where you will be virtually free from the attention of the dark forces. They and their Masters have aimed to literally keep you in the dark and unaware of the Light that is your pathway to freedom. Once you raise your vibrations by shaking off the lower energies, you will raise your own, and be well on the Path of Light. You will grow in confidence and never look back having found your true path. You will have such control over your emotions, you will not be drawn to the lower vibrations again. Indeed, you could go anywhere knowing that you were in full control of them. It is the peaceful level that you seek and is a lot easier to achieve than you may think.

Every soul has helpers and as you evolve, so you are given one more evolved to lead you on even further. It is the reason for life, so that you can keep on evolving through dimension after dimension to the ultimate that is the Godhead. You are on the first rung of the ladder and at this stage have no need to concern yourself with the different levels, except where they are immediately linked with your spiritual progress. The truth about life is so much grander than you could imagine and in no real way like your present experiences. However, you will learn of the future levels when it is appropriate.

Nothing is really beyond your reach, when your spiritual growth continues to move ever onwards. You are far greater soul than you imagine you are at present, but just a soul dressed up to play out the role upon Earth that has been designated for you. One that answers your needs with the goal always being tied to your spiritual advancement. It is why each incarnation is so important, as it is planned to give you the experiences you need to grow. Over millennia of time you have slowly progressed and kept knowledge so that at any time it may be used to your advantage. Now you can understand why it is so important to discuss your future lives with you Spiritual Mentor. Life is in no way a waste of time, it is very valuable and each of you is equipped with the necessary knowledge to make use of it in a way that lifts you up.

Think of the number of people around you all working out their life plan with very few having the awareness of its meaning and tending to be dragged along by circumstances that seem to be beyond their control. You are obviously playing a part in other soul’s lives, but often as you might call it “a bit part” of no real consequence. Families are a typical example where all types of influence are experienced that help form your character, and often you are with the same souls, as they work together in future incarnations. Trying to unravel the ins and outs of life is difficult, but be assured it does work because it is planned that way.

When you have need of perhaps special advice or help Spirit arrange a meeting with someone who can help you or in whatever way is appropriate for you. Some of your experiences are through visual occurrences in which you may not be necessarily involved. You live and learn in so many ways and life is one continual experience that throws up many opportunities to be kind and helpful to other people. Help those with genuine problems and know that where you do so, it is also helping you to evolve.

Never judge another soul simply because you do not know their background or reason for a precise incarnation. Obviously there is a process of learning that possibly differs from one soul to another. You cannot know how old a soul really is, but once they have raised their vibrations they will always seem to be more relaxed, gentle and wise. They often give their lives freely to those in need asking nothing in return, and it is not unusual to find them in groups with a similar aims in life to help other people. They are born with the right background and experience to achieve so much for those in need or spiritual guidance.

If you have ambitions to join a group giving a service to others, you will not have to look too far as there are many that do sterling work and ask little in return. If you feel impelled to start out on your own and perhaps start a group, it is likely that your Guides will help you and enable you to meet the right people who can be of assistance and such events are often pre-planned in readiness for your awakening. The unseen help is always there if needed, but you will not always get what you think you need, unless it is already a part of the pre-life plan laid out for you. Your main choices will have already been made when your life plan was drawn up, prior to incarnation.

At the end of the tunnel is a glorious light

Time marches on and is still increasing faster than previously and is to be welcomed, as slowly but surely it is leaving the old behind. The changes are inevitable as you are entering a New Age where the vibrations are speeding up. As you continue to travel deeper into space it is inevitable, and welcomed that everything of the lower vibrations is being left behind. It means that time for the dark Ones to continue with their evil plan for world domination is limited, and in fact they can no longer achieve their objectives.

However, they would rather try to destroy everything rather than admit defeat. Be assured that will not happen as greater forces than theirs are looking after the destiny of the world and its people. It has been so for eons of time although the dark Ones have had freedom to carry out their plans. They can only be thwarted by those of the Light opposing them. It is the Rule of the Laws laid down by the Higher Forces overseeing the destiny of Mother Earth and its people. It may seem at times that the dark Ones have a free reign to do whatever they like, but it is not so, as there are limitations as to their actions based on the overall situation.

There has always been a plan for the growth of Humanity and greater powers than yours are really in charge. It may sound strange since Earth is a freewill planet, but there has always been a limit to how far it is allowed to go in the negative direction. At present, it is a most important time as your future is at stake, but do not fear the outcome as the plan for your salvation is still on track. Never despair regardless of how things appear to be working out, as your future is assured. There are so many unseen workers mapping out the road to success, so never doubt the outcome regardless of what is happening around you.

If you really knew how much is being arranged for your future happiness you would not have any doubts whatsoever. All souls have the freedom to make their own choices and life becomes much easier when they fulfil their life plan. Events in your lives are pre-arranged, so as to move you along the path to completion although it is a long way off just now. You imagine that you are in full control of your lives, but there are so many factors governing the outcome. You would be surprised if you knew the extent to which your actions are monitored to ensure they are in line with your needs and life plan.

When you are born and commence a new life, as you might imagine much planning has gone into it, in which you have had your say as it is discussed with you prior to birth, which is how your important experiences are pre-arranged even although they may not appear so. It is where your Guides play an important part to ensure all happens accordingly, and often appears without your involvement, although it is part of your necessary experiences. It is why you should take notice of what is happening around you, as it may have some bearing on future events that will involve you.

Who you meet, who you marry are all part of the plan to ensure you have the experiences you need to evolve. When you consider that all other souls in your family are also working out their life plan, it sounds mind boggling, but it does work because you were all primed as to what to expect. You choose your parents, so that is a good start and they in turn are ready for you having discussed your coming birth and your needs. However, bear in mind that some relationships are not easy and again that is a challenge to all concerned to learn to get on together. It can be so complicated that it would be difficult to put it into words. The best advice is to take it as it comes and know that all experience is of value.

Do not envy those who appear to have an easy life and no worries, as you might never know the true reality that exists. Things are often not what they seem from the outside and that applies to most people who tend to hide their true self where others are concerned, it is very difficult to know what to think. It is where a sense of feeling their energies are is concerned as everyone is giving them out, you really can get a feeling of what a person is really like. One of a very low vibration would for example seem “off putting” and even repellent, and if you feel uncomfortable with someone like it, treat it as a warning sign.

These are certainly difficult times for most people and it is surprising how many show their true colours when under stress. The world has become more lawless place since the Covid problem and it is becoming harder to keep Law and Order. So be careful who you deal with and use your sixth sense to gauge how you feel about a person. Some criminals are very clever at obtaining your confidence in them and who knows where it will lead. In these times you must be alert to those who try to hoodwink you. If something does not feel right, take it as a warning and be careful.

Through all of the trials and tribulations of recent times, you have been experiencing new situations, testing your ability to keep calm when all around seems in chaos. In general, you have been able to stay firm and not be swayed by what has been going on and we urge you to maintain your stance and not be affected by outside occurrences. Your peaceful attitude will help others to “weather the storm” rather than be fearful of what the future may hold. We can assure you that at the end of the tunnel is a glorious light that will delight you to know that your efforts have not been in vain.

One day you will look back at this period of unrest and changes, and realise that your efforts were not in vain. You will have earned the rewards of your endeavours and rightly so. These upsetting times will become just a fleeting memory when you leave them behind for the wonderful future that lays ahead. Every soul will eventually find its right place and proceed to grow and evolve at lightning speed. You have so much to look forward to if you did but know it. So do not be disillusioned by present events as these will soon pass. You were chosen to be present at such a time, because of your experience and ability to adapt and still help others to find the Light.

"Harmony" is a Main Key to Ascension

Master Zohar through Aurelia Louise Jones

Aurelia
Zohar is a very ancient master from the city of Shamballa of the Earth’s interior. He tells me that he has been living 250,000 years in the same body. He measures around 15 feet in height, looks around 35 years of age, and has shining white hair. He added: not the kind of white hair caused by aging, but the kind resulting from the intensity of the white Light within the heart. He is a scientist of nature and of creation, and has been living in the city of Shamballa most of his life. One of his favorite subjects is to talk about the quality of “harmony” as a main key to attain the level of consciousness to be admitted into the Ascension celebration.


He is also one who has over-lighted with his presence, guided and assisted in the establishment of the city of Telos 12,000 years ago, when the Lemurians first moved there. He assisted and counseled them the 5,000 years prior to that, when they first began to prepare the city to be habitable, once they knew that their continent was destined to be destroyed.


Zohar tells me that in the beginning, no one in Shamballa knew for sure what could be expected from this new Lemurian civilization joining the Agartha network inside the Earth. It was decided then in Shamballa that the new comers needed to be monitored very closely.


Zohar tells me that after spending a lot of time in Telos, in the last 12,000 years, that he truly holds a great fondness for that city of Light and Love. What the Lemurians have achieved there in so little time comparing other earth’s interior civilizations who have been there much longer, surpasses by far all expectations that any planetary or intergalactic council could have ever imagined 12,000 years ago.


His words are: “I have spent a lot of time in Telos in the last 12,000 years, especially at the beginning. I have grown to love this place as much as I love my own city of Shamballa. Even now, I still spend a lot of time in Telos, but no longer for the same reasons as before. Now I go there, no longer to monitor their progress and their development, but simply because I love and enjoy so very much being in this wondrous City of Light and in the presence of its inhabitants. The beauty, the abundance, the brotherhood and the creativity that exist there in such perfection illustrates better than anywhere else the miracles that Love and Harmony can achieve when a civilization and her people decide, as a collective, to embody fully that Love of the Creator. Telos and her people is an outstanding cosmic example of the wonderments that Love can accomplish”.


He also tells me that he came to the surface a few times in the past for a short period of time, and that he enjoyed very much meeting and talking with the surface folks. He added: “My heart is longing, as well as the heart of your Lemurian family of Telos, to be able to walk again among all of you, as a brother, and offer to all of you my guidance and wisdom”.

Greetings my beloved brothers and sisters, this is Zohar.
Thank you Aurelia for asking me to have a saying in your book; I am really pleased to offer my energy for such endeavor. Let me say this. In order for this world to be enlightened entirely and be lifted in the Light, it is of necessity that everyone living here must take on the persona of “harmony”. Everyone must do this; it is a requirement. Otherwise, those who will not will be dragged down by their own arrogance. They will acquire sicknesses created from their lack of light and they will simply die, mainly because they will not have the capacity of being happy in the new world. Understand?


This is now your choice, beloved ones. Either you choose to make it, or you don’t. The outcome of your evolution is entirely depending on your own choices that you make each day, and each moment of the day.


The surface populations are now getting close to what is called “The Gathering”. Know that the powers that be in this world, the powers of the shadow side, the Illuminati, are trying to stop this at all cost. Know that the more they are trying to stop it, the more you will know that you are doing it right and getting closer. Understand?


The governments of your planet do not yet realize that the people who live in the interior have been there such a long time, much longer than their limited mind could ever imagine. They do not yet realize that it is not them who are in charge of this planet, and that their time for ruling is soon coming to a dramatic end. Their bubble of illusion will soon be shattered, and their cycle of accountability will be born.


It is now time to distance yourself from all those who do not seek to embrace harmony in their lives. All those who wish to embody harmony or wish to be accepted into the family of Telos must do the following:

• You must strive to remain in a state of harmony at all times, with all of creation and all of nature. For without harmony, there is discord. Then with discord there is destruction.
• Regardless of what people may do or say, you “must remain in harmony”. If someone tries to hurt you, then bless them, and do not let them be part of your reality.
• If you encounter disharmonious situation, then distance yourself. You have no obligation to remain where harmony does not reign.
• Seek truth and harmony at all times, and do not ever again allow yourself to deviate from this course or you will self-destruct. Those who will continue to resist the new energies now flooding your planet will not be able to do this much longer. The new energies are now getting so very strong and intense to bring about the changes and transformations you have been all waiting for. Those who will resist will self-destruct.
• You should no longer entertain feelings of discord and guilt. Never be sorry for what you are or what you are going through to balance your debts towards life. Rather strive always to improve yourself.
• Harmony should be the number one quality in your life, and be assured that it will pave your pathway for admittance into the Halls of Ascension. You will know when you have reached that level because then nothing will bother you. Whatever people say or do to you, it will not grieve your heart one way or the other.
• Someone who is in total harmony is totally happy with Creation. That someone holds total acceptance of What Is. When you become that, you are ready for your Ascension.

Since I am almost a Telosian by association, I will also be there to greet you and champion your victory in the Light. Namaste my beloveds friends, I love you all so very much!

Progress is smack on target with the Divine Plan

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Especially as your year nears its end and the season of holy days draws nigh, it is natural to think of the many souls who are homeless, grieving, injured, hungry and frightened.

Always what is most beneficial for those who are suffering, for you and for your world is to live from your heart. Feel compassion for people and animals in need and grateful for the blessings in your life that enable you to share with them. The high energy of your gratitude and the fulfilling sensation from giving sends forth expanded light into the world to all who are downtrodden, and their thankfulness for the kindness of gifts of money or time, food or other help lets their light shine brighter. That isn’t just a nice arrangement this time of year, dear ones. It is the science of the universe now and evermore.

Joyfully prepare for heart-warming religious celebrations and festivities with family and friends. Participate in the kind of spiritual observances that fill your heart with peacefulness, rejoice in the majestic tones of stirring music, and hug the persons whose presence in your life is so valuable. The high vibes of those meaningful experiences provide upliftment far beyond you and those who are dear to you—love’s bountiful streamers flow naturally wherever needed throughout your world. That also is science.

We have been asked if everyone who dies or is dealing with extreme conditions in Palestine and Israel signed up for these experiences. Life span and sudden departure fit in some soul contracts and others include adversities to overcome, but most of the souls affected did not choose death at this time or the harsh circumstances and desperation of living in an embattled environment.

Divine grace steps into these kinds of situations. Soul evolvement comes from balanced experiencing and, except for evildoers, attaining balance is the goal of every soul in every lifetime. By giving full credit for incomplete karmic lessons, divine grace bestows a state of balance on persons whose lifetimes are cut short or their hardships are greater than they chose or need to experience.

It is not that those beneficiary souls evolve with an unearned graduation diploma, so to say. They anchor an infusion of light that lets them assimilate expanded spiritual and conscious awareness, and they did indeed earn this advancement, just in an alternate way.

Many of Earth’s residents have experienced greater challenges and more difficulties than soul contracts call for. Dear family, if you feel you have dealt with tougher issues than you expected when you volunteered, probably you are right, and the peoples you came to help have struggled more than they expected when they chose to wind up third density’s lessons.

Souls in spirit worlds who are planning their next physical lifetime feel confident they can handle the conditions that will balance their experiencing and let them evolve. That may be especially true of the many souls who rushed to incarnate on Earth to take advantage of the unique opportunity to complete all 3D karmic lessons in one lifetime instead of many. Eventually, we all learn it is much easier to boldly, courageously choose harsh situations than it is to deal with them once we’re in bodies.

And, there is more underlying formidable situations than what the dark ones are doing. There are the dense-energy reactions to whatever that is, from chaos and confusion to fear and outrage even from individuals who are not directly affected.

In every waking moment, every person is thinking, thinking, thinking, and because thinking, like breathing and blinking, is automatic, it happens without thinking, in a manner of speaking. Who thinks their thoughts are a series of words and words are powerful emitters of vibrations all along the frequency spectrum from high peaks to sluggishly low? As billions of thoughts shoot out into the collective consciousness, who thinks their thoughts are weaving the fabric of their life and the tapestry of the world?

But knowing, or remembering, that universal truth is essential so you concentrate on what you want to happen instead of what you don’t want to continue. Divest yourselves of thoughts that are trivial or frustrating—they are a waste of energy—or are of guilty or resentful nature. Nurturing those kinds of thoughts prevents the healing that comes with apologizing or forgiving, two immensely important yet often neglected aspects of love. And please take time to think light-heartedly, dear ones, so you can sparkle with the high vibes of smiles and laughter.

Despite the Illuminati’s penchant for initiating or exacerbating turmoil wherever and whenever they can, Netanyahu has failed to arouse much interest in a world war against groups he ironically designates “terrorists.” By masterminding conflicts and always having operatives on both sides, the Illuminati are the terrorists. But even if he had gained allies in such a venture, universal family would not have let it get off the ground.

After eons of violence, Gaia is so very war-weary, and more than two dozen battles already are being waged around the world. When their fuel, the energy of low vibrations, significantly decreases, one by one those will peter out and reconciliation can begin.

Along with gaining strength from destruction’s low vibrations, the dark ones’ power comes from controlling information and the global economy. So, it is mightily heartening that many world leaders are tiring of being embroiled in turmoil, fewer and fewer folks believe mainstream media’s misleading reports, and the Illuminati are grasping at straws in the world’s money supply.

Everything they do requires money—manipulating stock markets; setting global banking policies; buying mercenaries; bribing national leaders, individuals in legal and justice systems, corporate management, and other influential individuals; controlling established medicine and all the affiliated alphabet agencies; owning mainstream media and Internet censors. To them, losing the means to pay for all of that and more is paralyzing.

Now then, we have assured you that progress is smack on target with the Divine Plan and many of you are feeling the excitement of ever-intensifying light. But some of you are feeling discouraged by the violence and suffering in the holy land, as if progress took a long step back. Compassion for all those souls helps diminish the stressful energy around them, but becoming emotionally drawn into traumas anywhere sends out low vibrations that match and prolong the dreadful circumstances.

Let us tell you about the two major categories of thoughts we are seeing in Earth’s energy field of potential, which mirrors activity on the planet. The category with steadily growing momentum shows a healthy peaceful world where people are loving, kind and helpful, life is prosperous and meaningful, animals are treated humanely. These kinds of thoughts—you could call them prayers or meditations—are the most plentiful of all categories and they vibrate in high frequencies.

The other major category, which has considerably increased in momentum since the incursion of Hamas into Israel, is the low energy of fear, anger, grief and divisiveness. Its subdivision of thoughts with intentions to destroy life and the environment emit rock bottom vibrations.

The polarized fields reflect the conflicting emotions, attitudes and political and ideological perspectives of Earth’s peoples. Many of the feelings and outlooks have been dragged from one century to another for millennia, but they still pertain to what goes on today and they’re hindrances to the society getting on with transforming their world.

So, we hasten to say there is good news, too. Amidst that clashing energy are thoughts about a world whose building blocks are love, the richness of diversity and humanity’s close relationship with animals and Nature.

Those are the thoughts of the awakened and awakening movers and shakers among the peoples whom you came to help in that way and inspire to transform Earth into a land of peacefulness, love, health and joyousness. Together you are a fine complement of industrious visionaries, imaginative artisans and craftsmen, and you will have splendid helpers—universal family members are eager to introduce themselves and work alongside you. You all will be participants in the most dynamic action on the planet since God, Gaia and Sol co-created it!

We don’t see the threshold of Earth’s Golden Age at the end of the battle between the light forces and the dark. Rather, at this juncture we see a heavy mopping up process, cleaning away the debris of long ages and constructing new to replace what was devastated in a planet-wide cyclone, and then a series of uplifting and enlightening measures in accordance with what is needed by groups in all regions of every country.

It would be an exciting process for peoples who have no conscious memories of life in a serene, harmonious world instead of one with continuous warring, cooperation instead of cutthroat competition, health and kindness instead of illness and strife.

In the process, the civilization will be growing toward unity consciousness, which vibrates at the benevolent end of frequency spectrum. Unity in this regard does not preclude independent thinking, reasoning, questioning and honoring differing perceptions—quite the contrary, it includes that independence and much more in the power of love that permeates a population’s entire beingness. Only an individual or a civilization of fifth density or higher in spiritual and conscious awareness can resonate with the light of unity consciousness.

When you are on a mission such as the one now, you don’t remember the unity consciousness of your homelands, but, beloved brothers and sisters, the light you radiate always distinguishes your evolutionary status. As a child of God, you are a powerful fount of love, a tower of strength and wisdom, and you stand tall living in accordance with your soul’s guidance—conscience, intuition, instinct, inspiration and aspirations.

You have the honor, unconditional love and supportiveness of all light beings in this universe.

Time, Telepathy, and Consciousness

The Amount of Time You Have in Each Day Is Determined by Your Level of Consciousness. I am Mikos, Guardian of Earth’s Records. Today we will speak about Time, the Time warp that envelops Mother Earth. Earth is out of time with the rest of the Universe, in order for her evolutions to learn the lessons of their souls. Time operates differently here on Earth’s surface, for its peoples need to repeat life’s lessons over and over again until they are learned and mastered. That is why you have the concept of past, present and future - to give your evolving human species the time they need to learn their lessons and pass the tests necessary for mastery. So Earth time plays an important factor in evolution.

When a planet evolves and is in the Ascended State, there is no more time, for from this higher perspective of consciousness you can see into Eternity - and can feel the oneness of all time simultaneously. You indeed experience your multidimensionality, which is experiencing all states of consciousness and all time and places at once. There are no longer any demarcations or divisions or separateness. All is ONE, and all is simultaneous.

As Earth and all life on her surface evolve in consciousness, time compresses. It becomes less and less, which is a sign that humans are evolving in consciousness. This results in less and less time, until you reach the point in your consciousness when you’re no longer “in” time – you’ve moved out of it into the Ascended State.

As you move higher and higher in your awareness of yourself and all of Earth, you will find that the days speed by, even the minutes and hours fly by, and before you know it, morning turns into night before you’ve accomplished even half of what you used to be able to accomplish.

Time is actually becoming elusive. You can’t hold onto it any longer. The denser an evolution is, the more time there is, and the days appear longer. The higher the vibration of a species, the shorter the day appears, as they are actually connecting with “Cosmic Consciousness”, which is a state of multidimensionality where “no time” exists. Everything just ”is”.

As time further collapses, you will move into the multidimensionality that you are, and experience ”All That Is” profoundly. You will see and feel the Oneness of all Creation, and how all life is intertwined and interconnected. This is what humanity is here to learn. But up until now Earths density has been so thick that each person has felt separated and alone, and cut off from others. Each person has felt separated by time and space - which in actuality does not exist. It only exists on ”evolving” planets, so that its species does not get sidetracked and can focus in on what it came here to do.

Time flow has nothing to do with age. It does not speed up when you are older. It only speeds up when you are wiser and have “grown” in consciousness and wisdom. Therefore, if you equate age with wisdom and illumination, then indeed you could say that as you age, time speeds up. But for those who don’t evolve in consciousness during their life spans, then time seems interminably long and drawn out for them. They could say that “time gets slower” as they get older. So you see, it’s your own perspective, your own rate of evolution that determines times length - and determines the length of each of your own days. You all have different day lengths and different amounts of time, determined by your state of consciousness. So as your consciousness expands, your minutes and hours decrease in reverse ratio; until you’re no longer in a time zone, but in an Ascended State of Enlightenment, where there is no time, no space - only the Oneness of all Creation.

This is what we experience in the Hollow Earth. We feel the ONENESS and ETERNITY of existence. And this Oneness and Eternity is what you are beginning to experience on the surface, in small increments, as the Light of the Creator is pouring onto Earth and causing your consciousness to expand with the illumination of God’s Light.

We don’t feel the “crunch” of time, as you would say. We feel only the Eternal flow of life ebbing through us, which brings us peace and contentment in every “moment” of our day. We don’t even have clocks (as you do and rely upon). We count time in a much different, cosmic way, that’s in synchronicity with the whole Cosmos. Because we are part of the Cosmos, and function as part of the Cosmos, we are on “cosmic time” - which is much different from surface time.

As the Light is rapidly illuminating the Earth, soon your consciousness will reach into cosmic time, and you will find us waiting for you there, which is right here – in the NOW. We wish you a speedy journey in consciousness.

Spirituality and Religion

What is the role of the established religions in the arising of the new consciousness? Many people are already aware of the difference between spirituality and religion. They realize that having a belief system,- a set of thoughts that you regard as the absolute truth – does not make you spiritual no matter what the nature of those beliefs is. In fact, the more you make your thoughts (beliefs) into your identity, the more cut off you are from the spiritual dimension within yourself. Many “religious” people are stuck at that level. They equate truth with thought, and as they are completely identified with thought (their mind), they claim to be in sole possession of the truth in an unconscious attempt to protect their identity. They don’t realize the limitations of thought. Unless you believe (think) exactly as they do, you are wrong in their eyes, and in the not- too­distant past, they would have felt justified in killing you for that. And some still do, even now.

The new spirituality, the transformation of consciousness, is arising to a large extent outside of the structures of the existing institutionalized religions. There were always pockets of spirituality even in mind-dominated religions, although the institutionalized hierarchies felt threatened by them and often tried to suppress them. A large-scale opening of spirituality outside of the religious structures is an entirely new development. In the past, this would have been inconceivable, especially in the West, the most mind-dominated of all cultures, where the Christian church had a virtual franchise on spirituality. You couldn’t just stand up and give a spiritual talk or publish a spiritual book unless you were sanctioned by the church, and if you were not, they would quickly silence you. But now, even within certain churches and religions, there are signs of change. It is heart-warming, and one is grateful for even the slightest signs of openness, such as Pope John Paul II visiting a mosque as well as a synagogue.

Partly as a result of the spiritual teachings that have arisen outside the established religions, but also due to an influx of the ancient Eastern wisdom teachings, a growing number of followers of traditional religions are able to let go of identification with form, dogma, and rigid belief systems and discover the original depth that is hidden within their own spiritual tradition at the same time as they discover the depth within themselves. They realize that how “spiritual” you are has nothing to do with what you believe, but everything to do with your state of consciousness. This, in turn, determines how you act in the world and interact with others.

Those unable to look beyond form become even more deeply entrenched in their beliefs, that is to say, in their mind. We are witnessing not only an unprecedented influx of consciousness at this time but also an entrenchment and intensification of the ego. Some religious institutions will be open to the new consciousness; others will harden their doctrinal positions and become part of all those other man-made structures through which the collective ego will defend itself and “fight back.” Some churches, sects, cults, or religious movements are basically collective egoic entities, as rigidly identified with their mental positions as the followers of any political ideology that is closed to any alternative interpretation of reality.

But the ego is destined to dissolve, and all its ossified structures, whether they be religious or other institutions, corporations, or governments, will disintegrate from within, no matter how deeply entrenched they appear to be. The most rigid structures, the most impervious to change, will collapse first. This has already happened in the case of Soviet Communism. How deeply entrenched, how solid and monolithic it appeared, and yet within a few years, it disintegrated from within. No one foresaw this. All were taken by surprise. There are many more such surprises in store for us.

The changes will be so pronounced that you will be greatly overjoyed

According to insiders the Illuminati as represented by Netanyahu’s plan is to totally destroy Gaza and make it their Headquarters.

A world in turmoil is not a safe place to be, as the possibility of Israel’s war with Gaza drawing in other nations could easily take place. At a higher level, it is being controlled within limits applied by those who oversee your actions, as for example their edict that the use of nuclear weapons will not be allowed. We for our part stand by to ensure that those limitations are adhered to and not ignored. There has always been a greater plan for Humanity to ensure the ultimate Ascension.

These are such testing times and those of you who are the Light bearers are called upon to keep calm, and not drawn into any arguments put forward by the dark Ones. They are losing out in the battle for supremacy and prepared to go to any length to hold onto their position. In reality, they know they are fighting a losing battle, but are prepared to go to any length to avoid defeat. However, greater powers than theirs are on the side of the Light that is destined to win it.

Many people who are less aware of the truth see only what appears before them, and understandably are extremely worried as to the likely outcome. Please console them and assure them that future is assured, and a period of unrest will be followed by restoration of a New Earth upon which the dark Ones have no place. Already, you are leaving the old energies behind and your path to it lies ahead. With this in mind find the strength from within to maintain your position, and by so doing you will be a good example to others who will be uplifted by it.

It is to be expected that there will be much grief and sorry upon Earth, as conditions for some souls are appalling and causing much suffering, and as much as we would like to ease it, we must allow karma to work itself out, as otherwise needed lessons will not be experienced. Understand that there is no punished involved, it is simply the outworking of a system that requires souls who experience it to learn lessons as to how their actions affect others. In fact, we give much guidance and help to those who have undertaken to experience the consequences of their own actions.

You can be assured that there is much love being sent to those dear souls who have turned to the Light. We want them to succeed so that they never have to experience such things again. The rewards for success are beyond your imagination, so we never relax our encouragement and are always urging you on. You have come long way to get to this stage in your evolution and we want you to keep going as the end is in sight. You have had so many incarnations over a very long period and they have prepared you for the final test of your staying power. It is too easy to feel you are not getting anywhere fast, but we say be patient the end is in sight.

We have to remind you that for each incarnation you are “equipped” with the necessary links and knowledge that are needed by you to successfully carry out your life plan. It is usually discussed with you prior to your birth as a human being. Also, as we recently pointed out, you are helped all along the way, as we are keen to see you successfully meet your life plan. At this time, it is more important than usual, because you are at the end of the cycle, and with all of your experience you should stand a very good chance of achieving Ascension. After all, that is the object of your many incarnations although the Illuminati would rather you were unaware of it, and try to keep you in the dark.

Deep down in your consciousness you know what is expected of you and your Higher Self is also urging you on. You have the experience and subconsciously you know what is expected of you and we also stand at your shoulder to guide you on your way. Talk to us and we will do little things to catch your attention, so that you know we are there with you. Put your trust in us and we will be able to do so much more for you and you will know it.

The future is bright and for many it signals the end of a long period covering many lives, that have brought you to this opportunity to end your incarnations in the lower vibrations. You are ready for greater experiences that will come to you when you have ascended into the levels of Light that are beyond the reach of the Illuminati. The changes will be so pronounced that you will be greatly overjoyed. You will meet those souls who have been your mentors over thousands of years as you grew spiritually. So, whenever you feel overwhelmed by the experiences upon Earth, remember that you have come a long way to reach this point in your evolution and successfully raised your vibrations to leave the lower ones behind.

Do not be concerned about those souls who do not appear to be ready to rise up, they are gaining the experiences they need to move on and also have wonderful Guides who look after them. They will lack for nothing and get every attention and help necessary to make progress with each lifetime upon Earth. Every soul has a life plan especially suited to their needs to ensure they continue to make progress. So, do not feel isolated or lacking help, as it is always ready to assist you when needed. Knowing it will lift your spirits and enable you to sense or feel Guides when they come close to you. That little voice you “hear” in your head is helping you to make the right decisions and work to your plan for experiences that will lift you up.

As time passes, there are likely to be revelations that will place more facts before you relating to your time and activities upon Earth. In the past, it has been the lack of understanding the reasons for your experiences that has sometimes resulted in unsatisfactory endings. That has all changed and as you head for the final thrust to maintain your upliftment, as we still stand by as always, sending you the high vibrations that also give you that “feel good” factor. We are cheering you on, as you put all your effort into ensuring a satisfactory ending to your present experiences.

There is no opposite to Love because Love is All

Here in the non physical realms we are watching with joy as the human collective, each and every human, shows signs of awakening. Yes, your awakening is happening now, and the anguish that so many are presently experiencing is leading them inevitably and most positively towards Love as they have come to realize that there is no other meaningful direction in which to proceed. As each one calls personally on Love – and It is always present or available in many forms such as: forgiveness, acceptance, prayer, meditation, allowing, willingness, compassion, empathy – often in desperation as nothing else is working, they are effectively opening to the truth that they themselves are beings who are Love and who desire only Love, and in doing so they are also starting to recognize that Love is who all others are as well. The Love Tsunami is greatly intensifying worldwide as more and more of you open yourselves to It and become fully aware and most willing partners with It in your collective awakening process. Truly, all is well!

God is Love, is All, is the Source of all of creation, is the eternal life force that provides for every need that a created being could ever conceive of. For example, as a gross over-simplification: a human body is composed of trillions of interconnected cells in a multitude of bodily systems that operate in total unity, interdependently and unfailingly, to maintain it perfectly, while knowing and honoring the fact that they are essential and irreplaceable elements within it. As humans in form most of you have lost or forgotten this similar knowing about yourselves, and so attempt to operate as independent autonomous beings, which you are not. Personal autonomy is seemingly an enormously powerful egoic belief system into which you have been enculturated, based on the fear of the possible imminent collapse or destruction of your bodies and it operates to protect them while happily destroying others, if it seems in any way advantageous to do so. And this, of course, is a recipe for total disaster and devastation, even though such a state could never come into existence.

Your egos are fear-driven and always have been. You have often been told that fear is the opposite to Love, but this is incorrect as there is no opposite to Love because Love is All. Love accepts, comforts, encourages, uplifts and inspires those who choose to allow themselves to become aware that It is always there for them, that they are eternally and inseparably enfolded within It, instead of hiding from It, for It is indeed their true nature. Fear is an unreal sense that quickly arose in your minds when you constructed and entered into the illusion in which you experience yourselves as humans in form, and found yourselves apparently alone and abandoned in a vast universe that was unaware that you even existed. You felt and believed yourselves to be unseen, unheard and unloved, and this was terrifying for the individuality that you now identified as yourself – your physical body and its ego – and neither of those are real. Your true state, your true knowledge of yourself as One with Mother/Father/God, was lost and forgotten on entering the illusion, and replaced by a deep sense of unbearable isolation. And, as you well know, the whole purpose of constructing and entering into the illusion was to experience separation. What you did not realize and could not have possibly imagined was how totally alone and abandoned you would feel. And the seeming reality of that unreal state that you experience is terrifying, and as a consequence you spend much of your human lives seeking the comfort and support of love from another, unaware that you are Love!

To awaken is to know yourselves once more as you truly are, a differentiated and individuated divine being in eternal inseparable Union with Mother/Father/God. Knowing that once more will fill you with joy and wonder, it is an amazing ongoing experience that has never ceased to amaze and delight you in every moment, even though you appear to have been in an eons long state of forgetfulness of this unchangeable divine Truth. You have a saying: “Home is where the heart is.” Truly your heart is always and uninterruptedly expressing itself within the divine Heart, because that is where it resides in every moment of your existence.

You are Love, that is your natural and eternal state, and any sense or feeling you may experience that is not in perfect alignment with this divine Truth is totally and completely invalid. You are all beings of intense perfection and beauty – infinite perfection and beauty – because that is how Mother/Father/God created you, because it is the only way that She could create you. Your awakening is your awakening from seemingly eons of pain, suffering and the trauma of unworthiness which have never occurred, and which could never occur. That Truth is very difficult for you to accept, because the environment in which you are experiencing your human lives seems so intensely real. The seemingly valid and intense reality of life in form was your intention when you imagined and thus constructed that unreal state. You know that it is unreal simply because it is not and never could be aligned with the Love that you are in every moment of your divine eternal existence.

THEREFORE BE IN JOY!

What you are experiencing as humans in form that is not of Love is utterly unreal, and it is your and God’s intent that that you awaken. You are all the beloved children of God – every single sentient being without any exceptions – and She is gently and lovingly nudging you into wakefulness, so that you awaken into the joy that you are, gently, peacefully, and without trauma of any kind. You have already experienced far too much of that as you have lived the nightmare of unreality in which it seemed to you that Love was absent. However, It was not, and never could be, because, as you do know deep within yourselves, there is only Love. Joy and bliss lovingly await your final and inevitable choice to awaken and to be consciously and eternally fully aware of your Oneness with Mother/Father/God.
