The Story of the Hollow Earth Inhabitants

Greetings from the Center of the Earth. I am Mikos, an inhabitant below the Earth’s surface, enfolded in the hollow globe deep on the inside space of Earth, as lifeforms circle around and above us on the surface. You are on the rim, so to speak, while we dwell in the cradle, which is safe and secure from outside forces of chaos that are currently raging around you.

As many of you are now familiar with Telos, but not really familiar with the Hollow Earth inhabitants, we would like you to hear our story now. We are a very advanced race of Beings who have never resided on the surface. We have come from other planets in your Solar System and other Galaxies from the far out reaches of space. We came here to oversee the Earth, and we came here to continue our own evolution without interference from any race or ET’s.

We are securely encased in the core of the Earth, sufficiently to protect us from all outside intrusion, so that we can evolve as quickly as we can in order to secure this planet as an outpost of Love and Light. For the quicker we can evolve, the quicker we can come to the surface to help struggling humanity gain its freedom into the Light of God’s Love. This is why you have not seen or heard from us. It is because we have self-imposed this seclusion.

We now wish you to acknowledge Us, standing free in the Light of God, in the midst of you; constantly radiating out our Light and Love to you to grasp and hold onto as we pull you closer and closer to our heart’s flame, until you meld with us into God’s mighty stream of Light, enabling you to then go forth into the world, where you’ll shine as a beacon, and where all who encounter your radiance become magnetized from within to begin their transformation in consciousness and increased awareness of the multitudes of Beings who are here to help you and all life on Earth to evolve into higher and higher states of consciousness until all of Earth, together, explodes into her Ascension of Light, and all are freed of Earth’s density forever.

This is our role, this is our final goal to carry out on Earth, and then we will all, en masse, move up the spiral of evolution into the realm of Light and Love, and become who we truly are, living in a place of peace, beauty and prosperity, together as one cell in God’s heart. So, make this journey into Light with us, by opening your hearts to our existence and welcoming us into your life, so that we too, may guide you onto the steps of continual glory, where we step with you, side by side, on our path to God. So walk with us, hand in hand, and whenever you’re weary, think of us holding you and supporting you as we all, as a planet, move closer and closer to our Ascension. You are close, very close, and we are here to give you that extra push into the Light, where we all await your presence.

We bask in the Light of the Hollow Earth, where we have created a paradise within the womb of Mother Earth. And, we wish you, too, to experience this paradise along with us. We are now working closely with you, our brothers and sisters on the surface, and we cheer you on..

Perspective on the New Reality

Channeled messages come via many channels and sources, for instance via Mike Quinsey, Sheldan Nidle, and other extraterrestrials from the Arcturian and Pleiadian star systems. It is necessary to have a certain knowledge regarding the reality they are speaking from, and which will be ours, for those who so wish. These extraterrestrials represent and are part of the Galactic Federation of Light. In addition, channeled messages are forthcoming from our Ascended Masters, such as Sananda (Jesus) and Saint Germain, plus many Archangels. These Ascended Masters reside primarily on ships belonging to the Galactic Federation of Light.

We want to start by saying that the Disclosure of the existence of loving and supportive extraterrestrials is very close in time. The exact date is not given and is dependent on developments.

Let us first put together the context from a broader perspective. Our Solar System itself circulate around the Central Sun – Alcyone. Alcyone is the Central Sun in the Pleiadian Star System and our Solar System could also be considered as part of the Pleiadian system. The time to orbit is about 25.860 years, which is one cycle. Alcyone and all Suns circulating around Alcyone also circulate around the Milky Way Galaxy, with an orbit of around 220 million years.

During the passage around Alcyone our solar system goes through the Photon Belt during certain periods of the full 25.860-year cycle. We have recently started our entry into the photon belt, which is one reason for the heightened energies of Love and Light that Earth is experiencing.

Officially, our latest cycle ended on December 21, 2012, and we are now in the new cycle. The new cycle is often referred to as the Golden Age. The date is confirmed by the Mayan Calendar, which ended at this date. The calendar has always said it was the end of a cycle and the start of a new, which some have misinterpreted as meaning the end of the world. The Hindu calendar, according to many scholars, also puts an end to the dark Kali Yuga cycle at this time and the entry into the Satya Yuga. Similarly many indigenous spiritual belief systems have 2012 as the end of an era and the official start of a new one.

The human species was seeded on Earth the last time about 800,000 years ago on the continent Lemuria, formerly located in the Pacific Ocean. Before this, human root races had also been seeded on Earth, but were removed from Earth by other Galactic races. The Human race originally evolved in the Vega Star System from aquatic roots about 7 million years ago.

The human colony on Lemuria thrived for a long time, but went under about 26.000 years ago, due to among other things unbalanced energies – with a surplus of feminine energies. Many of the inhabitants managed to escape the sinking continent to reach Inner Earth – Agartha – where they continued to evolve and have reached a higher level of consciousness (5^th dimensional consciousness).

Part of the demise of Lemuria was also the conflict with the Atlantis continent, which suffered under an unbalanced surplus of male energies. In the latter years of this continent, which went under 13.000 years ago, the Atlanteans pursued dark agendas, which included reducing our forefathers to a status of limited consciousness, which we have suffered under since then. This dark agenda also led to the very physical demise of the continent, which was located largely in what we today call the Bermuda triangle. The Atlantis society used very advanced crystal technologies. As the continent sank under the waves very large crystals ended up on the ocean floor. These crystals are today responsible for many unexplained disappearances of ships and airplanes, due to opening up of portals thanks to interaction between sunlight and the crystals.

The Inner Earth or Agartha might be a very surprising aspect for some. According to the description of reality in messages posted on this site Earth is hollow. The shell is proportionally as thick as the peel of an orange or about 800 miles. Other planets in this Solar System, such as Mars and Venus, and other planets around other stars are also hollow. This is the norm in the Universe.

There are wide entrances to Inner Earth at both the South Pole and the North Pole. American Admiral Byrd describes his airplane flight via the North Pole into the Inner Earth back in 1947. In addition, there exist tunnel systems at other latitudes to Inner Earth, particularly in Tibet. The fables from Tibet of Shangri-La describe life in Inner Earth and the city Shambala that lies directly underneath the Himalayan mountain complex. Also, the city of Telos in Inner Earth is located underneath Mount Shasta in the United States and it is connected via systems of secret tunnels to Earth surface.

Gravity functions in such a way that it is reversed (180 degrees) in Inner Earth compared to the surface world. About 400 miles down in the crust of Earth there is a neutral zone with zero gravity, before it reverses direction as you move yet deeper and reach Inner Earth. Inner Earth also has an Inner Sun, which on the shores of the Inner Earth appears roughly the same size as our Sun Sol, the latter is located at a much larger distance. The Inner Sun has a more diffuse light and is also sometimes referred to as the Core or Seed of the Earth.

Before the demise of Atlantis (and also Lemuria) mankind had a higher level of consciousness. The dark Atlanteans engineered a reduction in consciousness in the human race, to what we now call the 3rd dimension or Duality or just simply limited consciousness. The term "living in the illusion" also refers to this level. This traumatic experience of moving down to this lower level of consciousness still lingers in our sub-conscious minds, expressed as the fear of the end of the world. However, the end of this cycle will not coincide with a new catastrophic development, as did previous ends of cycles, – quite the reverse.

Some people from Atlantis managed to escape the sinking of Atlantis in physical form. For instance, they fled to Guatemala and these people came to be known as the Mayans. In fact, Maya was the name of the priesthood at Atlantis. The Hopi Indians are also direct descendants from the Mayas and Atlantis. Other people fled to Ireland and Egypt. This started the Egyptian civilization.

Pyramids are a central form from Atlantis, with a unique spiritual meaning. Pyramids also exist in Guatemala, Egypt, Bosnia and other parts of the world. The three large pyramids in Egypt, for instance the Cheops pyramid, and the Sphinx were constructed by extraterrestrials about 40,000 years ago. They are located in line with the Sirius Star System (The North Star) on a very important node or chakra in the Earth energy field.

The concepts of reincarnation and that the soul is immortal are central among these messages and a fact, in spite of the fact that many do not believe so. Many of us who are now incarnate on Earth were also incarnate during the times of Atlantis and Lemuria. Some other souls who now are here and incarnate came from other planets in other Solar Systems and they are called Starseeds. Regardless of the recent origin of the souls, the common focus is now to lift the human consciousness level – Ascension. This time it will not be a failure, as at the end times of Atlantis and Lemuria. The male and female energies will be balanced. An uplifting of consciousness will take place that moves the consciousness level quickly through the 4th level to the 5th dimensional level, which is also referred to as Full Consciousness. Our spiritual and physical abilities will quickly and dramatically change. We will consciously start to remember previous lives and communicate more and more telepathically. Aging, which we now experience, will first slow down and then be reversed and the rejuvenation process will commence.

Ascension is optional and will not be forced on anybody. Those that chose the way towards Ascension will follow Mother Earth to a higher vibrational level in the 5th dimension. Those souls who prefer to continue their experiences in the 3rd dimension (3D) will end this life and start new lives on other 3D planets very similar to Earth. One such planet is called Herculobus and is being prepared specially for souls from Earth. These souls will continue their development on these planets and will eventually be ready to Ascend to the 5th dimension. However, the next opportunity to Ascend in large numbers might take a long time.

The Ascension of large number of souls all at once and in their bodies, which is taking place on Earth is unique and many extraterrestrials in higher dimensions are here to witness the process and help. Normally, souls attain a higher level of existence as part of their next life and do not take the body they are in with them. This, our Ascension process en masse and in our bodies, has not previously taken place in this Universe. The Ascension taking place here on Earth takes center stage in more than one way, and it is key to the Ascension that also is taking place in other Solar Systems in this Galaxy.

The extraterrestrials that are here generally can not be seen. They use cloaking technologies for their ships, which make them invisible, unless they turn it off and show themselves. This happens more and more often and is the reason for some of the UFO observations.

The extraterrestrials that are here are for the most part friendly and full of love. They belong to the Galactic Federation of Light and reside in the 5th dimension or higher. They also protect us from unfriendly introducers from dark civilizations. In the Galactic Federation of Light there are a majority of human extraterrestrials from Pleiadian star system, from Sirius A, Arcturians, Herculians, Andromedans, Alfa Centurians, Ummites, Procyons, Tau Centians, Lyrians and many more. Lyrians are especially interesting, since it has been said they represent the original human race that developed in the Vega system. The others represent later developed human colonies, which also we are. Members of the Galactic Federation of Light are mostly of human origin, but not completely.

There is also an extraterrestrial dark side, which was allowed by the Creator. The dark side was allowed to infiltrate and cause the destruction of the civilizations on both Lemuria and Atlantis. Many galactic wars were fought with the dark galactic federation called The Anchara Alliance. They had their central locations in the Star Systems of the belt of Orion.

Members of the Anchara Alliance have more often than not reptilian genetics. For instance, the demons and gargoyles that adorn many churches in Europe from the Middle Ages – for instance Notre Dame in Paris – represent extraterrestrials with a reptilian genetic form. One of the most important races is Dracos. It is a powerful reptilian race, both physically and mentally. While most Dracos belong to the dark side, there are exceptions.

The extraterrestrials that are most often depicted in our media, as small, grey and with large black cold eyes are not the main players. They are called the Greys or Zeta Reticulians. They do belong to the dark side and are subordinate to the Dracos’ empire. They have been allowed to visit Earth during the last 70 years and have formed agreements with governments during this time. Their goal has been to form a new hybrid race with a mix of their genetics and human genes. Their race has been threatened by extinction and this is their way to save their species. They are the ones who were responsible for fetus abductions, which then were used for creating the new hybrid race. They have also been allowed to have underground bases on Earth. In exchange, they have shared aspects of their advance technology, which primarily the American military has had access to. In reality, many UFO sightings are the result of ships made by the American military using technology obtained from the Greys. However, this technology does not come close to what the Galactic Federation of Light possesses.

The true power in the dark alliance has a more pure reptilian background. This includes the Dracos and its royal race – the Ciakar. The latter are formidable reptilian individuals with wings. They can possibly correspond to our “myths” about dragons.

Galactic wars have taken place with the Anchara Alliance as the main actor during millions of years. This has, among other things, led to the destruction of the surfaces of Mars and Venus. Our Solar System initially had four beautiful water planets, similar to Earth. The fourth planet Maldek was the largest, and was completely destroyed in these wars and all that remains is what we call the Asteroid Belt. In other words, the asteroids are pieces of the former planet. All four planets will be restored to their pristine conditions, via a process called terra-forming, and be part of our new Solar System. The name of Maldek will then be changed to Pax.

For those interested in astronomy, it can be mentioned that our current Moon previously was a satellite or Moon around Maldek and it is not natural. It has an inner construction made out of Titanium. When our current artificial Moon was put into orbit around Earth a long time ago, the two natural Moons that then existed were removed. These two Moons will be recreated via terra-forming and the current artificial moon will be removed.

Yet, one more planet will be recreated. It is the innermost planet, inside the orbit of Mercury, called Vulcan. It is small, but was observed from Earth around 1840-1850, but currently can not be seen.

Further, some sources state that Earth has a most unique position in this Galaxy. A certain singularity source exists within Earth, from which the whole Milky Way Galaxy grew. This makes Earth a very special and sought after planet, over which many wars have been fought. It can possibly also explain why Earth was not destroyed to the extent that the other water plants were in this Solar System. It has further been stated that our Solar System will approach and move closer to that of the Sirius System and become a part of it, and its existing Suns; Sirius A, B and C.

As we discuss astronomical or geo-physical changes, it is also interesting to note that at the time before Atlantis went under, Earth had two Firmaments surrounding it. They were two spherical layers of ice crystals in the atmosphere surrounding Earth, which were held in place via the earlier mentioned advanced crystal technologies that existed on Atlantis. The Firmaments served the function of providing a protected and temperate climate around all Earth. When Atlantis went under and the crystals disappeared to the bottom of the ocean, the Firmaments could no longer be held in place and the ice crystals fell down to Earth. This created the basis for what was retold in the Bible as the Deluge due to the Fall of Man and the anger of the Gods. Recall that as Atlantis went under, Humanity fell from Full Consciousness to limited consciousness.

Atlantis and Lemuria will once again be raised to the surface, once the transformation of the surface of Mother Earth starts in earnest. The Firmaments will then also be restored together with the two original Moons. This will be part of creating a balanced and temperate climate on Earth.

Let us return again to the fall of Atlantis 13.000 years ago, but from a different angle. The remaining (and now in reduced capacity) human race managed to establish a primitive existence on other continents. Shortly after the fall of Atlantis, the Anunnaki extraterrestrial race entered the scene and approached Earth. Their home base is on the planet Nibiru, or sometimes called Planet X, or Planet of the Crossing. It is a planet that goes in an elliptical orbit between Sirius and our Sun. The Anunnaki are sometimes called the Nephilim and were very large in stature – giants. It was a hybrid race with human genetics from Sirius B and reptilian genes from the Orion system. The Anunnaki people worked together with their rulers the Dracos.

As the human race had digressed in development and moved backwards to limited consciousness with its lower vibrations, it became easy for the Anunnaki people to land on Earth and set themselves up as gods in the eyes of humanity. The Anunnaki people were not only large in size. They had special technologies and abilities as well. The Anunnaki did introduce certain technologies and knowledge, which led to flourishing cultures such as the Sumerians. They built step pyramids, Ziggurats, in Mesopotamia and elsewhere. They functioned as holy places where the Anunnaki showed themselves. Also, it was a place for the male Anunnaki to sire offspring with female humans. The offspring was called half-gods. The half-gods had special abilities, such as long lives, stemming from the father’s lineage. These half-gods and their offspring in turn became the founders of the tradition of kingships, under the tutelage of the Anunnaki. During subsequent centuries and millennia, Kings were selected from offspring of the original half-gods. They carry a certain special bloodline, which is sometimes referred to as blue blood in nobility and royal families. This has led to attempts to keep royal families marrying within themselves to preserve this bloodline. This same bloodline is also important for the Freemasons. In order to reach the top 33d level within the Freemasons today, blood tests are performed and this particular bloodline is required.

The Light did not leave Humanity all together in the hands of the Anunnaki after the fall of Atlantis. Jesus Christ, Buddha, Mohammed came to spread the Light. However, the religions that were formed following the departure of such Masters were infiltrated by the dark led by the Anunnaki. The Christian religion went through a major directional change starting with gathering in Nicea in 325 a.d., under the Roman Emperor Konstantin. Before this date the Christian faith contained the concept of reincarnation, but not the concept of sin, and Jesus was seen as somebody who set an example that could be followed and not the Son of God, which nobody else could achieve. Around this time the concept of sin was introduced and a system of going to church to beg, pray for and buy the absolution of your sins. This made the Catholic Church very wealthy over the centuries.

After the time of Jesus Christ, the control over mankind became less overt and was achieved by the Anunnaki and their minions through more subtle means. Many secret organizations were formed and some not so secret, such as the Freemasons. Much of the focus was on creating fear and suffering among the populations, which advanced the agenda of the Anunnaki and their overlords.

Lets move quickly forward to the time of the French revolution. Around this time various dark groups, supported by secret organizations and the Anunnaki, started to use the name Illuminati – the illuminated. However, they are not of the Light, but quite dark. Today, the Illuminati consists of about 13 leading families, included here are the Rothschilds, Rockefellers and a range of European dark nobility families.

At around the time of the French revolution and the American Revolution, Count Saint Germain was active and incarnated in France. This soul was also incarnated as Joseph, father of Jesus, at that time. He was also Christopher Columbus and Merlin at King Arthur’s court. He and Sananda (Jesus) work very closely today and will come back together. So, at around this time St Germain established what is called the Saint Germain World Trust. It is a fund that has been accruing in value since this time, thanks to his financial genius. Also, at this time Saint Germain was key to assisting the Founding Fathers with writing the American Constitution. As the Founding Fathers hesitated in signing the document they had created – fearing for their lives – he appeared in front of them, a stranger, and gave a speech that gave them courage to sign the document.

Since this period in history, the dark (mainly the Illuminati) have dominated our world and since 1913 they have used the American Central Bank as a key instrument for this. The 13 Illuminati families own Federal Reserve Bank. The dark have had a very sinister agenda of depopulation on Earth via a range of catastrophes, while at the same time building underground bases to which they would retire and survive the catastrophes in.

As part of the depopulation program, the dark designed a plan for three World Wars. The Third World War was intended to be a conflict between the Muslim world and the Western Christian civilizations. The Illuminati’s creation of Israel was part of this plan at the end of World War Two. The state of Israel was created in 1948 based on The Balfour Declaration from 1917, a letter from the then British prime minister to Lord Rothschild – a banker. Attempts are still made to create a Third World War, but it will not be successful.

Also, at the end of World War Two, when the first nuclear bombs were detonated, it attracted much attention among extraterrestrials. They realized that we were not a sufficiently mature society to handle such powerful weapons. The result became that large number of ships from a number of planetary systems came to our shores to observe and protect. In fact, many sources have stated on numerous occasions that they would interfere if a nuclear war were to develop, and make our nuclear devices non-operable.

While the Anunnaki dark minions, Illuminati and others, have sought to both depopulate Earth and to establish slave like control of the remaining population, they have not been successful. Their luck has turned. Around 1995 the Anunnaki decided to abandon their old dark habits at the same time as the Anchara Alliance entered a Peace Treaty with the Galactic Federation of Light. The result became that the dark minions on Earth no longer had the support of the Anunnaki. However, they did not decide to follow the example of the Anunnaki, to join the Light, in spite of encouragement to do so.

However, the Creator and Heaven (non-physical Spiritual Beings in the 7th dimension or higher) have declared that Humanity on Earth will end its sojourn in the dark – a fact that the dark is trying to ignore. In fact, the Creator intended the dark period for Humanity after the fall of Atlantis to be a period of soul development and growth for Humanity, and from which Humanity would come back. It was never intended to be permanent. Souls volunteered to be part of this experience for their own benefit.

As we transition towards a New Reality of Love and Full Consciousness, a battle of the souls and minds of humanity is taking place. It is a battle that the Light will win. It is made possible and fueled by the inner developments among Lightworkers, which makes outer changes and developments possible.

The Galactic Federation of Light will soon be formally introduced by certain Light-oriented major governments to the people of Earth. This is where we currently are in the spring of 2015. As the Galactic Federation is introduced, our Ascended Masters will also return. This will include Sananda, Saint Germain, Buddha, Mohammed, Hilarion, Mitreya and many more. Also, at this time, we will be introduced to our cousins in Inner Earth (Agartha).

The Lightworkers are waiting for the first steps, which will precede the above mentioned returns and introductions. These first steps will include a new and fair financial system, which will make it possible to distribute financial blessings to Lightworkers, who in turn will share such blessings with the larger population. Part of the funds for this will come from confiscated funds the Illuminati has stolen from the people. Part of the funds will come from the earlier mentioned Saint Germain World Trust and other sources. Following this, new governance will be introduced. In America this is referred to as NESARA. The National Economic Security and Reformation Act. This will result in debt forgiveness for individuals and governments and the creation of a fair and caring society for all. Abundance for all will be created. The dark leaders will be deposed and face a legal process, but be given chances to reform as the Light is always forgiving.

Also, many new hidden technologies will be introduced as precursors to the mass landing of our extraterrestrial and spiritual families, plus they will bring new technologies with them. Many of these technologies will be focused on cleaning up the Earth and assisting with transportation and provide free energy sources.

After mass landings have taken place, Humanity will go through a steep voluntary learning curve to prepare for Full Consciousness. Each of us will have our own individual mentor. The returning Ascended Masters will educate us, together with our mentors.

This first phase towards a Galactic Society includes spiritual learning, understanding of humanity’s history, abundance, new technologies, new financial systems and governance. However, this is a transitory phase. We first have to reach 4th dimensional consciousness before we move on to the 5th dimension. The period in the 4th dimension will be relatively short.

The transformation to the 5th dimension is both physical and spiritual. A number of new chakra centers are already now in the process of being established in our bodies, causing some inconvenience as we grow. Mankind generally has two DNA strands. However, many are now developing a third strand, confusing many scientists. A fully conscious person in the 5th dimension has 12 strands. These strands are made possible by shifting the DNA sequences, which are now called “junk DNA”. (our “humble” scientists call them so, since they do not understand their function or purpose.) These DNA sequences might be better called dormant or inactive and will be activated and used in the full 12-strand pallet of DNA. This is the physical basis for the emergence of a new human being, with new abilities and Full Consciousness.

This transitional phase will eventually end and we will move into true Galactic Society with Full Consciousness. In such a society, all individuals’ needs are met. Money is no longer necessary and instead a form of bartering system is used for exchange of services focused on serving the divine. Technology is used for meeting basic needs.

Mother Earth also needs to move into the 5th dimension and restore her surface to pristine conditions. For instance, this includes the reemergence of the continents of Lemuria and Atlantis from the bottom of the Oceans. The Firmaments will be recreated and the two original Moons will reemerge. This is associated with major physical changes on the surface of the Earth. According to many sources, it will not be possible for Mankind to continue to dwell on the surface during this time. Instead, people will move either to Inner Earth, where new cities have been build to house and care for people, or they will move to large space ships – Mother Ships.

While in Inner Earth or on-board the large ships, mankind will finish its transition to the 5th dimension. An essential part of this will be to enter specially made Light Chambers. These Light Chambers are living sentient beings who will assist the person to finish the transformation to Full Consciousness, while in the Chamber for three days.

Coming out of these Light Chambers the person will have achieved 5th dimensional consciousness. However, before being ready to function well in such a society, certain rules of “etiquette” will have to be learned. The necessity of this can be understood by the fact that in the 5th dimension we will be able to read each other's thoughts. Lies and distortions are not possible.

Our understanding is that also after the final transition to the 5th dimensional existence mankind will primarily inhabit Inner Earth. The surface world will be protected and preserved, with many eco-systems, in pristine conditions. It is understood that other civilizations on other planets reside primarily on the inside of the planet and not on the surface.

Mankind will at this time start to fulfill its destiny, which is great indeed. The new 5th dimensional society on Earth will also include the newly terra-formed planets of Venus, Mars and Pax. These four water planets will constitute the core of the new Sol Star nation, which will include all planets in our solar system. Travels will be frequent between the four water planets and societies will be constructed on all four planets. Earth and this New Star Nation will also be home to many Galactic conferences within the Galactic Federation of Light, hosting many extraterrestrial humans and non-humans in the 5th dimension.

From this home Star Nation – Sol – mankind will continue to serve the Light and the divine in this Galaxy and even beyond in other Galaxies. The work will be focused on converting this whole Milky Way Galaxy to the Light. Many planetary systems formerly part of the Anchara Alliance will be waiting for assistance to transform their own societies from the dark to the Light. We will provide assistance to them and take on roles similar to what the Ascended Masters and the Galactic Federation is doing and have been doing for us.

This is all part of the Creator’s Larger Plan for Humanity and this Galaxy. Our souls are very old and a long time ago, as we were aware of the Plan, we volunteered to be part of it. The Plan actually included us experiencing the fall of Atlantis and suffering limited consciousness. We saw this as a gift that would provide us with unique knowledge and growth. This experience has prepared us for our future task to assist the numerous Star Nations waiting to evolve and join the Light.

Easter is a time of celebration because it honors my resurrection, the main feast in the Christian year, the feast that reminds you all that you are the divine children of God, forever enfolded in His most loving embrace, and that you are eternal beings blessed with life everlasting. Life should and can be joy-filled, and when you awaken it will be!

As humans, very, very few of you truly acknowledge or pay attention to this feast day, other than to have a celebratory meal and enjoy eating chocolate eggs. There is nothing wrong with that, but, as your awakening draws ever closer, it behoves you to pay attention to your spiritual lives and to the holy days that occur throughout the year. The Christian calendar of holy days was established to remind people of their spiritual heritage, and to bring to their attention the major days on which remembrance of that meaning is honored through devotion to those who are named as saints. But of course, you are all saints, because every child of God was created perfect and is therefore a saint, you have just forgotten who you truly are.

All creeds and religions have their holy days, because for those who believe that there is far more to life than the materialist world acknowledges, it helps to bring into focus the event or occurrence that the holy day asks you to celebrate, as you call to mind the one for whom the day is named. After all, celebration is a very important part of your lives, and you have many personal events that most people will at some stage experience – graduating from high school, coming of age, getting married, and, of course, birthdays – and then honor with an appropriate celebration.

To celebrate lifts your spirits, because it temporarily takes your minds off the daily struggles that most of you undergo to provide for yourselves and your families. Therefore, when you do celebrate, it is important to set a very powerful intent to honor your spiritual heritage, your true nature, and give thanks to God for all the blessings that He has bestowed upon you.

To become aware of those blessings, it is essential that you spend some time each day in prayer, not begging or beseeching God for favors, but sitting or, if you prefer, kneeling, or even prostrating yourselves – whatever feels most appropriate and comfortable to you (let what others do be of no concern) – and offering gratitude to God for the gift of life He has given you. Then make a positive effort to see and appreciate the joys that being alive allows and encourages you to experience.

Life as a human, when you cease to focus your attention solely on your worldly concerns or on the pain and suffering that so many are undergoing, is constantly offering you some wonderful experiences – beautiful sunsets, the gorgeous smell of fresh fruit, the glorious colors of flowers, trees swaying in the breeze, and hillsides covered in gorse or heather, the excited smiles of small children, and the loving affection of your partners, and also your pet dogs and cats. Truly there is SO MUCH for which you should be filled with gratitude! And so many of you miss these joys, because you are remembering and perhaps regretting the past, or worried about what the future holds for you, instead of LIVING, right NOW, in the present moment when life actually happens!

To spend time daily in prayer, meditation, contemplation, or just quietly and effortlessly relaxing, is the most effective way to be aware of and experience the present moment, when your life is actually happening. Accidents, when people hurt themselves, or someone they love is hurt, do bring their attention to the now moment – temporarily – but then judgment, blame, and the need to deal with the situation tends to bring the focus of attention back to what has happened – the past – or to concerns about what needs to be done to deal with it – the future – and awareness of being alive is once again forgotten.

Nearly everyone has had the experience of being distracted during moments of joy by a call for attention – the phone, social media, remembrance of something that should have been done yesterday – and then later being upset that they did not fully engage with that never to repeated moment. NOW is when life occurs, and by making the time available daily to be present in the now moment is extremely good for your health – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

All of us in the non-physical realms do our utmost to assist you in feeling the Love, which of course envelops you constantly, when you take time out to be at peace. However, many of you tend to get caught up in negative judgmental thoughts about yourselves and your ineffectiveness in establishing quiet times, because you keep engaging with the almost constant flow of thoughts through your minds. Initially they will be flowing constantly, and because you have spent years attending to them instantly, thinking that they are who you are, it is difficult for you not to engage with them. Then you remember that you were trying and meaning to be quiet and at peace, and you perhaps berate yourselves for allowing yourselves to be distracted, and tell yourselves that you are no good at it, or that it is just a waste of time.

None of these negative self assessments are in any way valid! When you become aware that you have become lost in your thoughts instead of being at peace in the now moment, thank yourselves for that awareness, and forgive yourselves for being distracted. Doing that will slow or reduce the flow of thoughts, because you have removed the need to judge them with further thoughts. As you continue to make time available daily to be quite and to be at peace, and as you continue to thank yourselves when you become aware that your mind has been wandering, and you forgive yourselves for allowing it to happen, you will find that you have increasingly long moments when you are not attending to or engaging with your thought flow. This will bring you a sense of accomplishment, along with the stillness and peace that you have been seeking and are now experiencing, and you will find yourselves making sure not to miss making quiet time daily an essential part of your lives. In fact, you may well find that it becomes the most important part of your day, as you find that your daily life is now running far more smoothly and easily, no matter what may arise for you to deal with.

And as you spend your quiet time peacefully disengaged or partially disengaged from your chattering mind, CELEBRATE, because you are at peace, which was your intent when choosing to set time aside daily to be quiet. Of course, you will have to return to the world after spending time quietly alone, but now you will find that it is much easier and far less stressful to deal with the issues demanding your focus and attention. You will also find yourselves noticing little things that bring you momentary joy throughout your day, things that previously you were too preoccupied to see. And this will further add to your peace and sense of well being, further encouraging you to CELEBRATE LIFE for its own sake.

To reiterate, life is to be lived for its own sake, and to be alive is the perfect reason to offer thanks to God in gratitude for this most wonderful gift. The perfect time and place to do this is when you enter your quiet time and go within to that holy inner sanctuary where Love resides permanently within you. And as your awareness of the fact that you are infinitely and eternally loved grows ever stronger, CELEBRATE! God’s Will is that you know and experience his eternal Love for you, and knowing this, as deep within yourselves you do, then celebrate your beingness at One with Him.

Free Energy, Abundant Healthy Food, Clean Water, Pollution Clean-Up, Mentors and Light Cities

I am back feeling all the better for a nice break and renewing links with my family. Generally matters seem to be getting out of hand again, but they should be viewed as the last efforts of the dark Ones to prevent us from achieving our goal. Much is progressing in spite of outer appearances, and it is notable that the young people are well organized and able to demonstrate peacefully to achieve their aims. It was anticipated as those souls incarnating upon Earth are far more informed, sensible and organized, to help Humanity advance on the path to Ascension. Bear in mind that most of the changes mentioned cannot take place until after Ascension.

On the 1st November 2013 Elizabeth Trutwin sent out a message that suggested Ascension was very near to occurring. Obviously that was not the case, but in the light of events that have since taken place, and given the changes that now loom large, it seems that we are nearer than ever to Ascension. The merge to Oneness “As above – So below” is Zero Point, and as we approach it, we help bring the Golden Age into physicality on Ascended Earth. I feel that in the circumstances, it is appropriate to give a full version of that section of Lord Ashtar’s message that covers the most welcome changes that await us in the very near future. The complete message was in fact six pages long.

All of the Arcturian Light Technologies including surgeries will be available free to all. Nutritional deficiencies, blood diseases, those who are paraplegics, chronic illness and cancer will be wiped away in a very short time. Also advanced technologies and the ET’s who run them, like the Sirian Temple Workers and their advanced forms of Acupuncture will be available. Simple things like eyesight problems and obesity will be corrected very quickly.

All forms of reverse aging, DNA telomere repair, skin and beauty treatments will be had by all. The elderly and children will be helped with ailments they are subject to. There will be counselors to help with psychological conditions of the mind. There will be new solutions for children in foster homes, and the current care system will end and evolve into a solution that is right for children, their natural parents and their mentors helping them. Those living in group homes, orphanages and Old Folks homes will be cared for in new ways not possible before.

Everyone will be free, free to experience life in a way that is meaningful to them, on their terms. Each one will have help making a plan for their next step in life. These Healing Centres will be in the Light Cities that will be visible, and revealed at Disclosure. Many “believers” have yet to integrate the information about the Light Cities. It should be understood that these Light Cities are an extension of the Mother ships. One will go to these appointments or work in the Light Cities, either by flying car or beaming up. At the end of the day people will go back home.

Within a couple of years Earth will be a planet without disease of any kind. Injuries will be handled with advanced care, and the need for Healing Centres will diminish greatly. After the healers who will have been working in the Light Centres have finished healing the population, they will evolve into new work that is not “work” but creativity helping, in new ways not available before, but for example creating self-governance and implementing the new laws and new ways of World Peace.

Consider your personal dream and upgrade it based on new information coming through. Allow your imagination to take you beyond what was assumed to be true. After the Event all survival requirements will be wiped away with Free Energy, Abundant Healthy Food, Clean Water, Pollution Clean-Up, Mentors and the Light Cities will provide free healing to all. Animals and Magical Creatures will have the abundance they need and will be free to come and go as they like.

Marginalized people will be cared for and all non-violent prisoners will be released, because the majority were incarcerated on false charges. The politicians will all resign, and criminals will be dealt with in speedy trials. New elections will be held months later. Packages with NESARA funds will begin to be delivered and expected to take 18 months to make it to everyone. When it happens, it has to do with meeting the requirements prior to the window of opportunity.

The parting of the ways is taking place as the dark Ones fall deeper into the mire they have created for themselves. Whilst they continue to drop into the lower vibrations, those who are of the Light are going higher and higher as their vibrations rise up. They have never looked back since they passed the marker in 2012 in grand style. By focusing on all that is positive, a protection is created around you that is safe and secure from any attempts made to upset it.

A short extract from the “Open Hand Website” follows that probably sums up the opinion of many people’s feelings right now. “With Brexit in mind, it seems that the EU is clearly a key fulcrum within the New World Order. It neatly packages and sanitizes exploitation of the Earth, its people and resources based on the engine of ever escalating consumption. Whilst people may feel more financially abundant in the short term, the effect on the natural ecosystems going forward is catastrophic”.

You all have pain from way back that needs to be seen, thanked, and released

We are watching from the spiritual realms with joy, as humanity moves forward very rapidly indeed along its collective path to awakening. That awakening is absolutely inevitable because collectively the Oneness of Spirit that is the life within humanity, in all its many cultures, races, ethnicities, and religious and political persuasions and none, has chosen to cease playing the game of separation. Separation was a choice to experience a totally unreal state, a state in which you, each individual sentient being, was in competition with every other one for the resources to ensure your survival. Initially food, shelter, and clothing for your bodies, then power over others as the individual felt that that was the only practical way to ensure its survival.

But you are all One, with each other, and of course with God/Source/Wisdom, the Creator of all that exists. What Source creates is everlasting, eternal, without end or termination, it just is, and nothing can change or alter that. Therefore competition with and power over others is pointless and meaningless. How can you possibly beat yourself in competition or have power over yourself? What you can do as a human is to evolve, by allowing the knowing that you are a spiritual being at one with Source and with each other into your conscious awareness. That is what it means to awaken. As modern science has conclusively shown within the last two or three decades, absolutely everything is entangled with and permanently connected to everything else. That there is One vast, immense, infinite energy field of consciousness in which myriad forms, in an infinite variety, form and disperse continuously, and where nothing is lost or destroyed. All that happens is that the forms keep on changing as the One creates in utter joy for Its own endless delight, and that, of course, also means for your endless delight.

What has happened is that you – humanity – have become so enraptured with your own forms that you find it incredibly difficult to open to the awareness that you are, always have been, and always will be infinitely more than the forms in which you clothe yourselves and that enrapture you. You are all inseparably one with the infinite divine field of energy – LOVE. However, you also exist as individual expressions of the Essence that is the One as you each expand and share the Love that you each are.

While in form, using your human brains and intellects, this seems like an incomprehensible paradox, but it is only incomprehensible because of the limitations in which form encloses consciousness, hiding from it its eternal and infinite knowing, and apparently separating it from Itself. To reaffirm, there is only ONE, in which All That Is has Its permanent and eternal existence. Modern science has shown you that nothing material can be destroyed, or entirely removed from existence, it just changes from form back into energy. Matter – rocks, rivers, earth, metals, plants, animals (which includes humans) – is energy that has taken form. Form has a lifespan that varies depending on the fabric from which it is made, whereas energy is eternal, it is never destroyed, spent, or terminated.

You are, therefore, beings of infinite energy temporarily confined in a very limiting form. That form has no power over you. You control and direct it by the power of your beliefs, beliefs of which you are frequently, in fact mostly, almost entirely unconscious. Instead you have accepted the beliefs that were ingrained in you by others as you grew to adulthood, and which are reconfirmed daily by your family, society, culture, religion, politics, and environment. You can change your beliefs, and you need to change your beliefs to bring them into alignment with Love, with Reality. You are Love incarnate, and Love is infinite perfection. It has no issues – emotional, psychological, intellectual, or physical – or problems to solve or heal, but, because of your ingrained and invalid beliefs, encouraged and fiercely defended by your fear-driven egos, you do.

Taking time out daily to go within, to that holy inner sanctuary that lies at peace within each one of you, is the way to shed your invalid beliefs and heal yourselves. No one else can do it for you, although others may be able to offer loving guidance that can help you to access the infinite power you each have within yourselves. You can, and if you set and reset the intent, you will heal yourselves. It may not be possible to heal serious damage or illness to your bodies, but you can and will heal your minds and hearts, relieving yourselves of suffering and coming to a place of deep peace and self-acceptance.

You are all incarnate as humans in the perfect bodies and in the perfect environments for the lessons with which you chose to present yourselves during this lifetime. You are precisely where you are meant to be, where you intended to be, and you have limitless resources in the spiritual realms on which you can call for support and guidance 24/7. Take advantage of this power which is available to you, because, in fact, it is yours, and it will enable you to let go of beliefs that limit and repress you, beliefs that do not serve you. Attempting to use your intellects to analyze, understand, and remove your issues will not work, because all that happens is that they run continuously through your mind on what seems like and endless and circular track, repeating and repeating, and thus draining your energy and leaving you feeling helpless to do anything about them. Then you cruise the fridge, or check your phone, or turn on the TV – if it happens that it is turned off!

To start the healing process, just sit quietly in a meditative, contemplative, or deeply relaxed state and focus on the wall in front of you, or your breath, or a candle, or a plant, or whatever works for you to help you quieten your mind and slow your thoughts. Then accept whatever arises, without judgment or anger, and ask it if it has a message for you. You all have pain from way back that needs to be seen, thanked, and released. Often you will be amazed at what arises from the depths for your attention – maybe a shaming from when you were an infant, or an unfair punishment – and the pain from it has remained. Look at it, accept its message and comfort it lovingly, thus offering it what should have been offered way back when. When it is seen, accepted without judgment of any kind – either of self or of the perpetrator – and lovingly comforted, it will start to dissolve. This may happen almost instantaneously, or it may take longer, so again accept, do not insist on instant relief because that is, of course, a negative judgment. That inner child is hurt, and the way forward is via acceptance and comforting. Do not accept your ego’s suggestions that this is unnecessary, that you are an adult now, and that this pandering to your suffering is childish. The ego suggests this because it does not want you to release the pain, because it uses pain and suffering to control and direct you. When that happens you sometimes say or do something that you later very much regret.

By loving and comforting your inner child for the pain and suffering that it has endured, you are effectively healing and integrating your ego, making you whole-hearted. Those of you who have worked with small children and infants know that their emotions can take them over very easily, and you know that patient loving of them when they are upset is the best way to calm them and help them to come back to a place of peace, knowing that they are loved and accepted. So, give yourselves the love that you would offer to a small child in need, and do not judge doing this as childish, unnecessary, or stupid! To love yourselves is absolutely essential. It is also absolutely essential to forgive yourselves whole-heartedly for any failings or errors that you believe you have made throughout your lives. Accept that where you are physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually is precisely where you are meant to be, and in doing so, know that you are infinitely and eternally loved by God, and that that state will never change. Doing this is an essential part of your awakening process.

Endless joy is your destination

Message from Jesus via John Smallman for 7 April 2019

The crazy world you see around you is not as crazy as it may at first appear, because enormous changes, changes that were decided upon at the moment of your apparent separation from Source, are coming into effect, one after another with great rapidity. These changes are a major aspect of humanity’s awakening process, and are indications of the enormous progress humanity has made, and is continuing to make in its spiritual evolution.

The craziness has always been present, but because of the choice to be unaware of your true nature – at One with Source – you have been mostly unaware of it. There has always been conflict, suffering, dishonesty, betrayal, and corruption in the human arena, but what is happening now is that it is no longer possible for it to remain hidden. Modern technology has of course made it possible for all that is not in alignment with Love to increase in magnitude and greatly expand its field of influence. However, it has also made it possible for many more people everywhere to become aware of what is happening, and has been happening for eons, through modern communications systems. It is now impossible for corrupt or deceitful practices to remain hidden or secret, and they are increasingly being uncovered and brought to the attention of all. This truly is reason to celebrate!

What is seen can be changed. And that is happening all across the world as dictators and their cronies step down or are removed from power, while in so-called democracies the people are rising up and most vociferously demanding change. And change is happening! Do not be upset or depressed by the news of intense suffering, because none of it is new, it is just much more present in your awareness. Instead, if you can assist physically in relieving it by financial donations, or by visiting areas where assistance is desperately required and by offering your services, then do so. If not, do not judge yourselves as inadequate, thus allowing yourselves to be discouraged by your apparent inability to offer any meaningful assistance to those in desperate need.

Remember that you are all, every single human being without exception, divine beings having a physical experience in form for a reason that is spiritual. You all chose to be incarnate at this point in Earth history in order to assist in humanity’s awakening process, and every single one of you has a task to fulfill, and which you will fulfill – in fact you are fulfilling it right now in this present moment just by being.

Let go of your doubts, of any sense of worthlessness or inadequacy, because that is just your egos denying that you have a purpose, in a despairing attempt to persuade you not to play your parts in the awakening process, by trying to convince you that either there is no awakening process, that there is only the physical world that you are experiencing as human beings, or that you do not have the necessary skills or abilities, and therefore what you can do or offer is not important or sensational enough! Your egos have an intense need to be seen and honored, and this arises from your sense of separation and abandonment which occurs as a result of believing yourselves to be alone and insignificant in a vast unfeeling universe. A completely invalid belief that you need to release.

As divine beings, you all have an effect on the whole of creation at all times by the energy you express and share. You can indeed be negative and doubtful, or angry and resentful, or bitter and hate-filled. But you incarnated to be loving, and you have limitless ability to be loving in every situation and in every moment, because that is your real and true nature. When you set the intent to be only loving whatever arises, and reset that intent daily or even hourly, it has an enormous effect way beyond anything you can, with your limited human intellect and awareness, possibly imagine. And before you incarnated you set that intent, knowing how tremendously powerful that intent would be, and also knowing that it was a mighty task that you had set yourselves because you would, as humans, forget your purpose and your true nature, once you had incarnated.

Now, due to the amnesia that being born into human form entails, you have mostly forgotten this, and many of you are allowing your fear-driven egos to guide and direct you, instead of turning inwards to the Love that resides within you always. And of course, your egos are extremely good at distracting you from your true purpose by pointing out to you your human inadequacies, and encouraging you to believe that you are small and insignificant beings in a universe that is utterly unaware of you. If they can keep you in fear, then you will accept their guidance and the misdirection that follows from it. When you are experiencing living in fear, anxiety, doubt, or uncertainty, and operating from that state, then that is a very clear indication to you that you are allowing your egos to direct and guide you, and they will always lead you astray.

The resolution is to refuse to accept your egos’ guidance, and to turn inwards to your innate knowingness, your intuition, and act with honesty and integrity, while dismissing the doubts and fears with which your egos present you. You have a saying “Feel the fear, but do it anyway.” When you do that, you move through the fear to a sense of peace and achievement. Each time you have to choose between integrity and the ego – fear – the ego will try to persuade you to follow its guidance. And each time you go with integrity, the ego becomes weaker, and you find it easier to overcome your fear. You have all, at times, had to deal with fear that seemed overpowering, and yet you went ahead. Even if your efforts were in the end unsuccessful, you nevertheless felt uplifted, even elated, because you had defeated your fear.

Now is the time to build on the lessons you have learned while in human form, so embrace the Love within you, and intend in every moment to be channels or conduits through which that Love can flow in abundance to wherever Source deems It to be most needed, where It can have maximum effect for humanity’s awakening. Know that you are fully supported in this intent by all in the non physical realms, and remind yourselves, whenever doubts or fears arise, that only Love is real, that It is infinitely powerful, and that It always overcomes all obstacles easily because they are unreal.

You are most definitely very firmly established on the path to awakening, because that is every human’s life purpose, and you will not depart from it. Your awakening, as you have been told by so many so frequently, is inevitable, because it is divinely ordained. God’s Will for all that He creates is eternal peace and joy, and because that Will is always achieved, that is what you are to awaken to. It was achieved at the moment that separation apparently occurred, and it awaits your choice to be present and once more aware of your unchanging divine nature. The divine Will is never enforced, It just is in every moment, and when you awaken, you will recognize It and be filled with endless joy.

Endless joy is your destination, your divine inheritance, it is the state into which you were created, and it is the state into which you are to awaken. Therefore, as I said at the beginning of this message: “Celebrate!” By celebrating, you intensify your individual energy fields, which are all permanently connected to the infinite field of divine Love that is All That exists, and you therefore intensify and accelerate the awakening process.
