4th of August: Deadline for Disclosure

Dear Ones as you are learning from a number of sources, the point has been reached when Divine instructions have been given that action shall be taken without delay to announce our presence. We have shown extreme patience and given your leaders plenty of opportunity to take the steps called for to release you from the control of the Illuminati. We know that they too are also like many people in fear of them, but that has to be put aside to allow the truth to come out. The Olympics is the window that is being given world attention, and we cannot think of a better way to make it known. Time is fast running away and we must be given the opportunity to make ourselves known to you. ***Some will still choose to disbelieve our messages, but that is their free choice which we honor. However, there is the important matter of Ascension and much to do in these final days, and we cannot wait any longer. Our allies have gone as far as can be reasonably expected, and they need complete freedom to go surging ahead with their final responsibilities. So, very shortly the clearing up process will be able to proceed without further hindrance from the dark Ones. Your lives are to some extent to be turned upside down, although many people are already prepared for it. We hope that some leaders will heed our request and not wait until we are forced to intervene, but if we have to we are fully ready. 


The coming period will show those who are of the Light, as they will be able to step forward with our blessing and take the reins from those who are not. We want to stop all actions that are happening or proposed, that are purposefully directed at you the people to limit what little freedom you have left. You do have good souls of the Light that are here at this time to handle such matters. Hitherto you have had too many people in high places that have become corrupt, and do not know who you can trust. That must change and we are the ones to help you, as we know exactly what level of Light people are at and whether they are honest and proven to have the interest of others at heart. 


We know you have had your share of disappointments over many years, when your expectations have for different reasons been dashed. However, we are empowered by God and we see no reason why the great spectacle of the Olympics, should not be a show window for the announcements of our existence and our coming part in your evolution. The end of this cycle is in itself an historic occasion that will be a long spoken about through this Universe. As we have often told you, it is a unique event of your Ascension with Mother Earth. Upon your assured success rests the future of the whole Universe, and many civilisations look on with awe and wonder at your coming Ascension. 


Although you have been preparing yourselves for this time, we know it will take your breath away as it is a massive process of worldwide extent. In one way or another every single soul is involved and provided for. Where God is concerned there are no mistakes but only perfection, so you may be certain that the outcome will place everyone where they are intended to be. You have had a long journey that has led you to where you are today, and your future will be a continuation of it in the next phase of your evolution. Do not worry exactly what that will mean where you are concerned, as in time you will be told. Be assured that many spiritual Beings share your journey and know you better than you know yourself, and you will progress in a manner that is exactly right for you. 


Lightworkers can prepare to take some responsibility for making sure people around them are calm and not fearful about what is happening. We cannot cover it all in just a few days, but we will soon have the freedom and facilities to address you directly. We do not use your methods that are antiquated to us, and ours are such that no remaining members who oppose us will be able to prevent our communications to you. We know you well and have many recorded addresses that are precise and capable of relaying details to you that you will understand. We feel as excited as you do at the prospect of meeting you at last, but first things first and the acknowledgement of our existence is most important. 


That will allow us to be identified with the many ways that we have helped your civilization already, as much of our work has been carried out without any publicity. It goes back thousands of years, when you have incarnated into your various lives in the many Races that exist on your Earth. It has all been part of your experiences that have enabled you to grow spiritually, in your understanding on your way back to the higher dimensions from whence you came. Bear in mind that you volunteered for your Earth lives that have given you so many opportunities to find out about Duality. You are all the greater for it and as you might say, earnt your spurs and done so in great style. You will not have to re-live those experiences, unless for some reason you desire to do so. 


You have yet to fully understand the function of the different time lines, and many different dimensions, but all in good time when it will be of value to you. However, we will tell you that everything that ever was still exists at some level, which is why you can go back in time and re-live your past lives. Of course, you can also travel into the future and see all probabilities. It is what many seers have used to predict the future, but it is of course open to change. It is why you are best advised not to hold onto old prophesies too strongly, as time can change the outcome of events. An example of that is your present time, which will in no way be as catastrophic as was first anticipated. You have lifted yourselves and Mother Earth up, and the Light has grown so much it has paved the way for much more peaceful changes than were thought possible. 


I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and many of you will know already that this coming week is one that is a last chance for your leaders to respond to our demands. If we are ignored yet again, we shall go forward ourselves, and make ourselves known in such a way that our presence can no longer be ignored or hidden. Yes, we have the deadline Saturday the 4th of August in mind and no longer, before we take matters into our own hands.

Time to Begin Project 1

Message from the Galactic Federation of Light for 27 July 2012

Mounting problems and difficulties in you world precipitate a faster move-up of some of the projects we have earlier discussed with you, dear ones. We have convened, and we have reached a decision that we will at this time begin our many projects with you, one at a time and in order of their urgency and importance. What we would like to see today is a showing of hands, if you will, of those who wish to take part in our first project, which will be the strengthening and re-fortification of seawalls of your shorelines in strategic areas of your world where your shores are not adequately protecting communities inland. We would like to see you leave your names under our message today, wherever it is you find this message and we will duly note your names, if we consider you a safe prospect and an addition to our team that will be a positive. 


These are primarily the two prerequisites, although we have accumulated a short list of names of those who we feel we would not prefer to work with at this time. We hope those of you who are on the short list understand and also see that the reasons for this have been the way you have treated others and spoken to others throughout your online communities over the past few weeks, months and years since many of these changes and our messages have become aware to you. We simply feel it would not be fair to those who you have treated in negative ways to be working side-by-side with you, as you have shown no proficiency and willingness to treat others with kindness, with caring, with love, with fairness, with decency. 


For your own sake and for the possibility of your future employ with our organization, we suggest to those of you who do wish to work with us and even those who do not wish to work with us to better treat those around you, for not being included in our work with us is merely one negative result of your behavior, as there are many negative results of your behavior that flow like an uncontrollable river, damaging yourself and others in its wake. Do you understand this? Do you understand that there are better ways to treat others than to slam them with your insults, your heated opinions, your tirades, your name-calling, your slandering, your obscenities, your hatred, your anger, your dismissal, your one-way rhetoric? 


Please understand that we as an organization and as individuals as well do not judge or condemn you in any way, shape or form. We simply feel a working partnership with some of you right now is not conducive to a suitable working environment for your brothers and sisters of your human family as well as our family, and after all, we are one large family. There will be other opportunities to work with us in the days ahead and we suggest to you to take heed to what we say today and begin to treat each other differently, for we will continue to monitor your online networks and we will continue to add and even detract names from our lists. Thank you for your attention today and for your cooperation, if it is cooperation you wish to lend in this matter. 


We would like to discuss with all of you today what our intentions are, what our plan is to strengthen your shoreline around the coasts of Florida and Lower, or what you call ‘Southern’ California in the United States, and even some other parts of the world. Some areas you may know little about depending on where it is you are from, of course, and how advanced your education has been in geography. There are coastal settings all around your world that offer little protection from storms, hurricanes, sea surges and the like. We have monitored these coastal areas for quite some time now and have come up with a suitable and definite list as to which areas we feel need the benefit of coastal seawalls in the form of ‘brick and mortar’, as you say, constructions, although it is not brick and it is not mortar we will use, as this is a metaphor. What construction materials we will use are glass-crystal sealing structures. These structures are strong, these structures are sound, these structures are light- weight, these structures can be raised high, they can be stretched wide and they can be dug deep into the sands of the bottom of your seabed. 


These structures can also be made to appear beautiful. These structures reflect the sun, they shine in the sun, they gleam in the sun, and your coastal areas will not only improve in their safety and their form, but in their aesthetic appearance as well, and we feel those of you who live on your coasts, those of you who visit your coasts and even those of you who only view photographs of your coasts will see these structures as beautiful additions to your already gorgeous beaches and shorelines. How these glass-crystal structures are constructed is through the use of our advanced technologies that are mounted on board our large spacecraft. We will fly over your coastal areas inspecting the sea floors for their contours, their depth, their density and their stability, what they are made of and how deep we can or we have to embed these glass-crystal ‘walls’, if you will. We then will lower our spacecraft to slightly above sea level and begin to install these structures by simply moving levers on a control panel. These seawalls will come down from the hulls of our ships that have been designed and constructed for just this purpose and voila! Your seawalls are strongly and safely embedded deep into the underlying seabed of your coastal shorelines. 


We will continue this method up your coastlines many miles and this will take many days, and this is why we feel the urgency to begin this operation with you almost immediately. We will say that it will be at least a couple of days and even at the most two to three weeks before we begin, but we say to you to take heart of what we say, for we will be beginning this operation very shortly as much needs to be done in a very short time. We hope to see many names today volunteering for this very important assignment and we look so forward to working with you, our brothers and sisters of our human family. We will be in touch with those of you we feel would be a positive addition to our team in one way or another. 


Please do not overly concern yourselves with how we will contact you or rendezvous with you, as this is nothing for you to be concerned about. All will be explained to you in its due time, dear ones, and you have nothing to worry about, if you have not yet perfected your telepathic abilities. There will be no reason to worry that you may have missed a message from us as, if we feel you would be a positive addition to our team and your name is duly noted under one of these messages, we will rendezvous with you in one way or another. It will be done. Have faith and confidence in our methods, just as we have nothing but faith and confidence in you, dear ones. 


Until we speak again, we are your brothers and your sisters of your family of the Galactic Federation of Light, and we look so forward to working personally with you. Thank you.

It is the right time to strike

Look around you and keep your eyes and ears open, as you will see evidence of the arrests that are beginning to spread around the world. We have often urged our allies to speed up their actions, but at the same time we have allowed for the need to make sure everything proceeds as is necessary. The weight of evidence against those who have corrupted the banking system is overwhelming, and it is therefore the right time to strike. These are some of the most important issues to be dealt with, and our next moves hinge upon the outcome. It is clear that the old system must be totally changed, and currently the banks are far too big and powerful. Ultimately they must be reduced in size and made more accountable to the people they serve. By far the biggest problem is debt, and the giving of more bail outs only compounds the situation that now exists and threatens total collapse. That however is a blessing in disguise, inasmuch that the position is irretrievable and we have the solution which they will be forced to accept. There is no other way than debt forgiveness for all of those countries that have had to take crippling loans. It can then be extended to many personal situations, but not where money is owed for services rendered. 


You cannot expect to move on and take in the changes that are going to lift you up, unless the rubbish has first been swept away. So, Dear Ones, if you find it possible to enjoy the demise of the cabal, do so knowing that they will soon be unable to dictate your life style to you any more. The misery, poverty and lack will be changed by the coming of abundance, along with the restoration of your freedom. It is what you have been waiting for and will go ahead once governmental changes have taken place. Just bide your time and let the predictions of catastrophic events pass you by, as you have far more to look forward to that is positive and for your benefit. Have we not told you many times that all is well, and you are already on the path to Ascension which will see the final end of Duality? You should know by now that if you are ready to ascend you will be successfully living your truth, and act from a position of understanding of the Oneness of all souls and treat them accordingly. Perfection is not expected whilst you are still learning to raise your vibrations. Therefore, intent is a very necessary requirement. 


Souls that have never gone through an earthly incarnation have not experienced what you have, but nevertheless have their own plans for evolving. However, their progress is much slower than yours and that is their choice. Time does not come into it and all souls are free to take a path that suits them as individuals. Your experiences like all others go into the pool of knowledge for others to use, as there is no need to experience everything personally. It is why we commend you for having taken on such a difficult choice, as Duality is a most testing dimension that is hard to rise above. Clearly as you amass experience you are evolving, and even if it seems slow progress you will eventually lift yourself up. Of course, there is always help available to you, and all you have to do is put out the thought and you will get a response. 


Even as we of the Galactic Federation of Light are with you now, so are many other Beings that take on such responsibilities as service to others. Those in the higher levels are always available to help others and that is quite normal. After many lives in the lower vibrations you are at last realizing that you have never been alone, although it seemed that way. The fight between the dark and Light for your soul is all but over, but do not move your sight from your goal and do not give way to the fear mongers that act out of ignorance. They have been brainwashed into believing that the Earth is all there is to life, and see no further than the drudgery and serfdom. For those of you who have broken out from it you can now bask in the Light of Truth. You are sufficiently understanding to not just hold onto it, but forge ahead towards the New Age. 


Before Ascension we will have fully entered your lives through Disclosure, and the truth will be set before you. It will be up to you how much you accept, as there will be no pressure placed upon you to do so. You take whatever fits in with your personal understanding, and that way you will grow at your own speed. We believe there are better ways to evolve than religious constructs, and we do not come to place another one upon you. Simply stated the Truth Is All That Is, and whatever path you travel it will eventually lead to it. You have the ability you need to evolve, and as your levels of consciousness expand, which they will, it will become much easier to identify beliefs that support the truth. 


We notice that many people become so involved with what is planned for the future years, that they overlook the fact that this cycle has little time left. So much of that which worries you now will never materialize, so do not put your energy into it as it is of no consequence. Keep your sights on the immediate happenings, and as the dark Ones are revealed for what they are, have sufficient compassion to forgive and send them Light. Remember that you have all experienced the highs and lows of Duality, and until you have full remembrance of past lives you just do not know how low you might have fallen. Yet here you are today standing in the Light and able to help others who have not reached that stage. 


Dear Ones, it is never too late to change your ways or views of life. However, once you begin to understand, lift yourself up and live as you believe a soul of the Light is intended to be. You will find that the higher you can reach, the more peace and calmness enter your life. You become in control of it and serving others is as simple as shining out your Light. You do not need to do more, unless you feel called to do so. If you have a special role to play in these End Times, be assured that the opportunity will present itself to you.

7/23/12: Suspect in underground bank network arrested - Shanghai police broke up an illegal banking network recently that involved 2 billion yuan ($314 million). The main suspect, identified only as Ge, 41, is accused of illegally making 2 million yuan in two years before he was detained. The underground banking network had more than 20 accounts in Shanghai and Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces, according to investigators. In 2010, he is alleged to have developed an illegal foreign exchange network, China National Radio reported.

7/23/12: Former East Berlin Woman Gets Almost 20 Years for Fraud – (Source: Greg Gross The York Dispatch, Pa. (MCT) — A former East Berlin real-estate agent who defrauded mortgage lenders of more than $6.2million by filing false loan applications, then pocketed about $2.3 million of that money, was sentenced to nearly 20 years in prison. Joanne M. Seeley, 42, now of South Carolina, was sentenced Friday to 238 months in prison following a two-day sentencing hearing. Seeley was convicted in November of four counts each of wire fraud and money laundering.

7/23/12: Irish banker McAteer arrested by Anglo probe fraud squad officers -Willie McAteer is set to become the first banker prosecuted over the collapse of the toxic Anglo Irish Bank in 2008-2009. McAteer, an executive in the former rogue lender, is due in court in Ireland on fraud charges. Anglo’s former finance director was arrested this morning by fraud squad officers investigating financial irregularities at the bust bank.

7/23/12: Former Financial Services Executive Indicted for Participation in a Conspiracy and Scheme to Defraud Involving Investment Contracts – (Source: FBI) - WASHINGTON—A former financial services executive was indicted yesterday for his participation in a far-reaching conspiracy and scheme to defraud related to bidding for contracts for the investment of municipal bond proceeds and other municipal finance contracts, the Department of Justice announced. The indictment charges Phillip D. Murphy, a former executive for a financial institution, with participating in a wire fraud scheme and separate fraud conspiracies from as early as 1998 until 2006.

7/24/12: Anglo Irish Bank’s ex-CEO arrested for fraud - DUBLIN – Fraud detectives arrested the former chief executive of Anglo Irish Bank and charged him Tuesday over a conspiracy to hide colossal losses at the bank that brought the nation to the brink of bankruptcy. Forensic accountants found that Anglo provided secret loans to 16 insiders on condition they used the €1.1 billion ($1.35 billion) to buy Anglo stock.

7/24/12: Former HSBC Employee Falciani Arrested In Spain, Mediapart Says -Herve Falciani, a former software technician at HSBC Holdings Plc’s Swiss private bank who gave client data to a French prosecutor, was arrested in Spain, Mediapart reported in a summary of an article on its website, without saying where it got the information.Switzerland accuses Falciani of stealing data and breaching banking secrecy, according to the report.

7/24/12: Arrest of traders for rates manipulation imminent - US PROSECUTORS and European regulators are close to arresting individual traders and charging them with colluding to manipulate global benchmark interest rates, according to people familiar with a sweeping investigation into the rigging scandal. Federal prosecutors in Washington, DC, have recently contacted lawyers representing some of the suspects to notify them that criminal charges and arrests could be imminent, said two of those sources, who asked not to be identified because the investigation is ongoing.

7/24/12: Six Guilty in U.K. Insider-Trading Ring at Banks’ Printers – Spain and Italy reinstated a short- sale ban on stocks as bank shares plunged to record lows, bond yields rose and the euro traded below its lifetime average against the dollar on concern the debt crisis is growing. Spain’s CNMV market regulator banned the creation of negative bets on equities through shares, derivatives and over- the-counter instruments for three months. Italy’s Consob prohibited the practice on 29 banking and insurance stocks for one week, citing “grave tensions” in financial markets.

7/24/12 : Ex-Carlyle Consultant Seeks Probation For Insider Trading - Former A.T. Kearney Inc. partner Sherif Mityas asked to be sentenced to only probation for trading on information he learned as a consultant to the Carlyle Group (CG) about the private equity firm’s 2010 purchase of vitamin maker NBTY Inc. Mityas, who pleaded guilty in March to one count of securities fraud, filed a memorandum inBrooklyn, New York, federal court requesting that a judge impose a three-year term of probation. Federal guidelines point to a sentence of 10 to 16 months in prison, the filing said.

7/24/12: Local Securities Trader Indicted on Six Year/$2.5M Investment Fraud Scheme – (Source: FBI) - ST. LOUIS, MO—Grahame E. Rhodes was indicted involving an investment fraud scheme of approximately $2.5 million beginning in 1995 through 2011. According to the indictment, Rhodes was a self-employed futures securities trader who solicited clients/investors— mainly family members, neighbors, and friends—by promising them high rates of returns on their investments. The indictment alleges that despite his promises, his investments were minimal and earned little or no return of income. He returned some money to investors representing it to be profits, but it was actually money from new investors. Rhodes allegedly told them he had invested their money when he had not, and delayed requests for withdrawal of their money by creating false excuses to justify the delay. The indictment states that on many occasions he converted the money for his own personal use.

7/24/12: Former NY Employee of a Financial Institution Pleads Guilty for Role in Fraud Conspiracy – (Source: FBI) – WASHINGTON—A former financial institution employee pleaded guilty today for his participation in a conspiracy related to municipal bonds, the Department of Justice announced. According to the plea proceeding Alexander Wright, engaged in a fraud conspiracy in the municipal finance industry. The New York-based financial institution that employed Wright as a vice president of the municipal derivatives marketing group was a provider of investment agreements as well as other municipal finance contracts to public entities.

7/24/12: Ashburn Realtor Sentenced to 7 Years for $7M Mortgage Fraud Scheme- (Source: FBI) - ALEXANDRIA, VA—Nadin Samnang, 29, of Ashburn, Virginia, was sentenced today to 84 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for orchestrating a mortgage fraud scheme that involved more than 25 homes in northern Virginia and over $7 million in losses to lenders. He was also ordered to pay restitution to the victim lenders and to forfeit to the United States nearly $1 million in proceeds of his unlawful conduct.

7/25/12: Former McGinn, Smith, & Co. Inc. CFO Pleads Guilty – (Source: FBI) -ALBANY, NY—The former chief financial officer for McGinn, Smith, & Co. Inc., Brian Shea, 53, of Niskayuna, New York, pled guilty today before United States District Court Judge David N. Hurd to one count of corruptly interfering with the administration of the internal revenue laws. Shea faces up to three years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

7/25/12: POLICE: Ex-Bank Manager Charged With Exploitation, Forgery in St. Charles – After a six-month-long investigation, a 56-year-old St. Charles woman was charged with financial exploitation of the elderly, forgery and felony theft, police said. Police arrested Lynn A. Pranga, St. Charles, after an investigation revealed the former branch manager of an MB Financial Bank violated a customer’s account by making unauthorized withdrawals of an account between 2009 and 2011. The investigation began Jan. 11 after an elderly MB Financial Bank customer reported to bank officials that his five-year certificate of deposit had been changed to a one-year CD and was worth far less than when it started out. Officials from the bank told the customer that records showed several withdrawals had been made from the account. He denied having made any withdrawals.

7/15/12: Mexico fines HSBC $28 million in money laundering investigation - MEXICO CITY — Mexican regulators have levied a $28 million fine against the Mexico subsidiary of London-based HSBC bank for failing to prevent money laundering through accounts at the bank.Mexico’s National Securities and Banking Commission said Wednesday that HSBC has paid the fines, equivalent to 379 million pesos, or about half of the subsidiary’s 2011 annual profits. The commission, and a report by a U.S. senate investigative committee, found the bank failed to control suspicious flows of billions of dollars through its accounts and didn’t respond promptly after being warned about a huge swell in dollar cash transactions at the bank.

7/25/12: 20 People Charged in Puerto Rico for Loan Application Fraud –(Source: FBI) – SAN JUAN—A grand jury returned a 45-count indictment charging 20 individuals with making false statements in loan applications, aggravated identity theft, and money laundering. According to the indictment, defendants Carlos D. Cuevas-Díaz, Miguel Ángel Echegaray-González, and Lee A. Arcia-Centeno conspired and agreed with each other, and with diverse other persons known and unknown to the grand jury, to knowingly make false statements or cause false statements to be made to mortgage lending institutions Equity Mortgage, Latin American, and Express Solution for the purpose of influencing the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) to insure the mortgage loans.

7/25/12: Throop Man Sent to Jail for Conducting Unlicensed Mortgage Business, Theft- (Source: The Times-Tribune, Scranton, Pa. – In the eyes of the clients he provided mortgages to over several months in 2009, Timothy Tanana was a helpful professional. But in the eyes of Lackawanna County Judge Vito P. Geroulo on Tuesday, the 43-year-old Throop man was simply a “con man.” When it came time for Mr. Tanana to speak for himself before receiving a sentence of 11 to 23½ months in Lackawanna County Prison for theft and conducting unlicensed mortgage business, he dwelled on his mounting bills and gambling addiction. Judge Geroulo, however, pointed out that Mr. Tanana appeared to be trying to “smooth” him just as he had the 17 clients he persuaded to pay a total of $53,137.58 to him in fees – while he was already making a $160,000 salary.

7/25/12: More Than 1,000 Bilked in Mortgage Modification Scam - (Source: The Press-Enterprise, Riverside, Calif. (MCT) — The operators of a boiler-room telemarketing company, US Homeowners Assistance, were ordered Tuesday, July 24, to pay more than $4 million in penalties for false mortgage modification loan promises made to more than 1,000 customers.

7/26/12:FL Title Agency Owner Sentenced for Mortgage Fraud Scheme – (Source: FBI) - JACKSONVILLE, FL—U.S. Attorney Robert E. O’Neill announces that U.S. District Judge Henry Lee Adams, Jr. today sentenced Cynthia Darlene Strickland (46, Jacksonville) to 18 months in federal prison for bank fraud related to a mortgage fraud scheme. As part of the sentence, the court ordered Strickland to pay restitution to victims in the amount of $531,356. The court also entered a judgment against Strickland for $178,625, which was the amount of money she received as a result of the scheme. Strickland pled guilty.

7/25/12: Capital One To Pay Millions After Being Charged With Improper Military Foreclosures – WASHINGTON — Capital One has agreed to pay $12 million to resolve allegations the bank violated special consumer protections in federal law for members of the military, the Justice Department announced. The government says Capital One wrongfully foreclosed on some homes and improperly repossessed some cars. In addition, the government says the bank obtained wrongful court judgments against some service members and improperly denied interest rate relief on some credit card and car loans. In a settlement under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, Capital One will pay $7 million in damages, including at least $125,000 to each service member whose home was unlawfully foreclosed upon and at least $10,000 to each service member whose vehicle was unlawfully repossessed. Capital One will provide a $5 million fund to compensate service members denied appropriate benefits on credit card accounts, auto and consumer loans.

7/26/12: 7 Defendants Indicted in Alleged $8.5M Mortgage Fraud Scheme Involving Multiple Lenders- (Source: FBI) – CHICAGO—Seven defendants, including two real estate investors and three licensed loan originators, were indicted today for allegedly participating in a scheme to fraudulently obtain more than 20 residential mortgage loans totaling approximately $8.5 million from various lenders. The indictment alleges that the mortgages were obtained to finance the purchase of properties by buyers who were fraudulently qualified for loans while the defendants allegedly profited. As a result, various lenders and their successors incurred losses because the mortgages were not fully recovered through subsequent sale or foreclosure. All seven defendants were charged with one or more counts of mail fraud and/or wire fraud in a 12-count indictment that was returned by a federal grand jury. The indictment also seeks forfeiture of at least $8.5 million.

7/27/2012: Michael Marin, Ex-Wall Street Trader, Took Cyanide After Guilty Arson Verdict - PHOENIX — A former Wall Street trader who collapsed in court after being found guilty of arson and later died committed suicide by taking cyanide, according to an autopsy released Friday. The Maricopa County medical examiner’s office toxicology tests showed Michael Marin, 53, had the poison in his system. The report also noted an apparent suicide note emailed by Martin shortly before his death and cyanide found in his car afterward. After he was found guilty of arson in June, Marin put his head in his hands and appeared to put something in his mouth. He then drank from a sports bottle.

7/27/12: Citibank’s Indonesian Scandal Deepens As Convicted Debt Collectors Go Missing – Irzen Octa, an Indonesian businessman, died in a Citibank office under mysterious circumstances last March, while debt collectors were questioning him about money he owed on a Citibank credit card. Now, two of the three collectors convicted in Octa’s death are reportedly on the run from the law. Arif Lukman and Henry Waslinton, who were each sentenced to five years in prison last month for their role in the March 2011 interrogation, have failed to answer a court summons for detention, according to theJakarta Globe. On Wednesday, both men were declared fugitives. Octa, who owed Citibank more than $11,000 at the time of his death, met with third-party collectors on March 28, 2011, in an attempt to negotiate a settlement. He was found dead in the Citibank office that afternoon. Post-mortem reports from various doctors have given his cause of death as asphyxiation, brain hemorrhage and “blunt violence,” according to The Washington. In the past, Citi customers in India have alleged that debt collectors working on behalf of the bank threatened to kill them or remove their organs if they did not pay. A Citi spokeswoman told reporters that these were “isolated cases.”

7/27/12: CBI arrests banker for Rs 50K bribe- India, PATNA: A CBI team on Thursday caught Samastipur-based Kshetriya Gramin Bank branch managerShiv Kumar red-handed when he was entering the bank after accepting a bribe of Rs 50,000 from a complainant, Laxmi Sah, a resident of Samastipur.CBI SP B K Singh said a loan of Rs 4.30 lakh under thePradhan Mantri Rojgar Yojana was sanctioned to Sah for setting up an oil mill. But the branch manager was demanding Rs 70,000 for withdrawal of the loan amount. Sah lodged a complaint with the CBI on July 23, he said.Singh said a CBI team verified the allegation and laid a trap on Thursday. The complainant reached the bank and the branch manager gave him Rs 1 lakh and came out of the bank with him. Kumar gave the complainant an envelope and asked him to put Rs 70,000 into it.

7/27/12:TD bank denies wrongdoing after court convicts U.S. fraudster in $7B Ponzi scheme- Robert Allen Stanford was the stereotype of a Texas tycoon, oozing the extravagance billions of dollars buys: a fleet of private jets, yachts and helicopters; mansions, castles and a private island; mixing with celebrities and world despots; being knighted and hosting a world sports tournament where he put up the US$20-million purse. At the height of his outsized life, however, his banking empire collapsed and, last month, a U.S. court exposed his US$7-billion fraud, sentencing the 63-year-old to 110 years in prison. Now, attention is turning to the role a respected Canadian bank may have played in allowing Stanford to strip 21,000 investors of their savings.

7/27/12: Virginia Mortgage Broker Pleads Guilty in $700,000 Fraud Scheme – (Source: FBI) - WASHINGTON—Donald M. Ramsey, 45, a mortgage broker from Alexandria, Virginia, pled guilty today to a charge of conspiracy to commit bank and mail fraud for his part in a scheme that cost lenders more than $700,000.

7/27/2012: Bankrupt Sean Quinn: I’m scared to go to prison but I won’t back out of it- BANKRUPT businessman Sean Quinn has said he is afraid to go to prison but he won’t back out of it. Last week, a High Court judge jailed the son and nephew of the disgraced businessman for three months after finding failures to adequately comply with court orders aimed at reversing measures stripping multi-million assets from the Quinn family’s international property group. Sean Quinn Junior is currently serving a three month sentence. Peter Darragh Quinn failed to turn up in court and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

7/27/12: Barclays Execs Under Another Investigation AND BANK SET ASIDE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS FOR MISSELLING DERIVATIVES – (NEWSER) – Barclays raised a whole bunch of eyebrows when it released its earnings today—and in the process revealed, among other things, that current and former senior executives were under an investigation totally unrelated to the Libor. UK regulators are looking into whether the bank sufficiently disclosed details of the $11.45 billion cash injection it got from Middle Eastern investors during the 2008 financial crisis, the Wall Street Journal reports. If that weren’t enough, the company also revealed that it had set aside $705 million to cover misspelling of derivatives to small businesses, and that it was facing a number of lawsuits over the Libor scandal. On the call, departing Chairman Marcus Agius apologized yet again for that mess, and said he was working to find his own replacement, along with one to fill the hole left by former CEO Robert Diamond. “It is tempting to find a quick solution,” he said. “It is important that the right selection is made.”

7/27/12: Foreclosure Prevention Business Owner Pleads Guilty in Major Mortgage Fraud Scheme – (Source: FBI) - WASHINGTON—Carline M. Charles, 41, who operated a business that supposedly would rescue distressed homeowners from foreclosure, pled guilty today to conspiracy to commit bank fraud for her role in a mortgage fraudscheme that cost lenders at least $1 million, announced U.S. Attorney Ronald C. Machen, Jr. and James W. McJunkin, Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI’s Washington Field Office.

7/27/12: CO Man Pleads Guilty to Scheming Investors Out of $7M for Personal Use – (Source: FBI) – MINNEAPOLIS—Earlier today in federal court, a 37-year-old Colorado man pleaded guilty to scheming investors out of $7 million. Evan Matthew Flaxman, of Silverthorne, Colorado, pleaded guilty to one count of mail fraud in connection to the scheme. Flaxman, who was charged on June 14, 2012, entered his plea before United States District Court Judge Patrick J. Schiltz.

7/27/12: Former Hedge Fund Manager Receives Over 6 Years in Prison for Being in Charge of Ponzi Scheme – (Source: FBI) – A hedge fund manager was sentenced today in Brooklyn federal court to serve 78 months in prison for running a Ponzi scheme. Ward Onsa, 60, of Naples, Florida, the manager of New Century Hedge Fund Partners LP, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Dora L. Irizarry. Onsa pleaded guilty in December 2011 to operating the scheme, which resulted in losses to investors of over $3 million dollars. The court also ordered restitution to be paid to the defendant’s victims.

7/27/12: Man From Ohio Charged with Investor Fraud- (Source: FBI) — A resident of East Liverpool, Ohio, has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on charges of wire fraud, United States Attorney David J. Hickton announced today. The defendant defrauded three investors by representing that he was a successful currency trader and obtaining $78,000 from them for this purpose and thereafter retaining and spending more than $49,000 for his own purposes, while earning no profits for investors and incurring more than $28,000 in currency trading loses. The law provides for a maximum total sentence at each count of 20 years in prison, a fine of $250,000, or both.

7/27/12: – SEC, FINRA Enforcement Roundup: $268M Insider Trading Scheme Busted – Charges of insider trading in a secondary stock offering, accounting violations, insider trading around an acquisition and efforts by a phony company president to push a fake penny-stock investment were among enforcement actions taken by the SEC, while FINRA censured and fined a firm for a registered representative’s unsuitable and excessive trading in client accounts.

7/27/12: Comsys CEO pal charged with insider trading – CHICAGO (MarketWatch) -The Securities and Exchange Commission said Wednesday that it has charged a friend of a CEO of a Houston-based employment services firm with insider trading for using confidential information he learned “while they were spending time together.” Accused is Ladislav “Larry” Schvacho, who the SEC charges illegally made $511,000 by using the information to trade around the 2010 acquisition of Comsys IT Partners Inc. by Manpower Inc. (US:MAN)They claim that he gleaned nonpublic information while Comsys CEO [Larry Enterline] “called other Comsys executives to discuss the acquisition and through confidential, merger-related documents to which Schvacho had access.” He then compiled a portfolio of 72,000 shares of Comsys in the weeks before the acquisition, the SEC said, using all available cash in his brokerage accounts to buy it. Schvacho then sold half of his Comsys shares as soon as the deal announcement was made.

7/27/12: Ipswich: Santander worker avoids jail over thefts from customer accounts – A BANK worker with a gambling addiction who embezzled more than £12,000 from customers’ accounts has walked free from court after a judge gave him a suspended prison sentence. Sentencing Matthew Farr, 23, who gambled £85,000 away in a 15-month period leading up to his arrest, Judge Rupert Overbury said he had “exploited” his position with Santander bank to systematically steal money from customers’ accounts. “The harm caused by what you have done has not only caused financial loss but also an incalculable erosion of public confidence in the banking system which is particularly serious in these current economic times,” said the judge.

7/27/12: Kosovan central bank launches sting operation on unlicensed financial institutions – The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo (CBK) today (July 27) carried out surprise visits to two locations on suspicion of the conduct of unlicensed financial activity. The operation was approved by the executive board of the central bank shortly before the investigations were launched.

7/27/12: Traders’ assets frozen in CNOOC-Nexen deal – A federal court on Friday froze the assets of traders accused of trading on inside information ahead of a controversial bid by China’s state-run CNOOC for Canadian oil company Nexen Inc., U.S. securities regulators said. The Securities and Exchange Commission sought the action and said certain traders used accounts in Singapore and Hong Kong to reap more than $13 million in illegal profits by buying up Nexen shares ahead of the deal.

Message from the Galactic Federation of Light for 26 July 2012 

Do you see now why we have not yet begun our many projects and programs with you dear ones? Do you understand that the playing field must be cleared of what we feel are sufficient numbers of your criminal cabal, so that we may feel secure entering your world to begin working with you on a personal level? At this time, there are still far too many ‘loose cannons on deck’, and we wish to see far more numbers of those of your criminal elements apprehended and incarcerated before we set a foot on your soil that at this time we feel is unsafe and unprotected ground. We have all the confidence in the world this will indeed change, and we are monitoring this situation around-the-clock and day by day and we will keep you abreast of any and all updates regarding this matter. We will not keep you in the dark for one moment longer than you have to be, as we firmly believe and it is our philosophy that the people of worlds have a right to know about everything that transpires in and around their world and also throughout the entire universe, for we share this universe and what happens in one area of space and time affects all areas like a pebble dropping into a stilled pond. 


Do you understand this metaphor, dear ones? That one tiny splash in one corner of the galaxies affects all other reaches of this entire universe, no matter how small the splash or the pebble. Understanding this may help you better understand why we, the Galactic Federation of Light, are here knocking on your door with offers of our assistance to change the structure and the nature of your planet, for your pond is connected to this great ocean of our universe and we feel your pain, we experience your losses and struggles, for we are connected to you. You are our kin, our brothers and sisters. You are, in another way, a very important way, us and we are you. Do you understand yet that there are those of you who are younger shades of some of us? Not all of you hold this distinction, we wish to make that clear, and we feel this will clear some question, confusion and mystery. 


There are some of you who are younger forms of us, if you will, of beings who are at this time standing here with us as members of our organization. Some of you are parts or pieces of another being that is here working with us on this side of the veil. Many of you reading these words could even be writing these words and sharing them through our channel. Do you understand this? Do you understand that there are multiple parts, multiple facets of your being, as you are a multi-dimensional, multi-time, multi-space, even multi-universal being? Are you starting to get a clearer picture of what is possible for you, dear ones? Again, not all of you hold this classification or distinction. Some of you are you. In other words, the total sum of ‘you’ is contained within your physical vessel at this moment in your time. Some of you do not have higher parts in other places and other times at this moment, of what you consider time anyway. Not all of you come from the same places, not all of you are made of the same aspects of creation, of form, of spirit. 


Many of you will, in the days to come, understand this much clearer when the veil is lifted from your eyes, but today we would like to touch upon how it is that you can exist there and exist here. This is possible as there really is no such thing as ‘there’. There is only space, and through space, time portals are created to allow an individual or collective of beings to participate in a program or experience where they will enter a time portal and experience something like you dear ones are experiencing right now at what you feel is this time of your day, your life and your planet’s history, though we wish to say that it is nothing more than a mere illusion, as beyond, out and through your current time portal nothing that you are experiencing truly exists, including the aspect of you that you are experiencing as yourself, your being at this time. Do you understand this? Do you understand that beyond the portal that you have entered for this experience you are something else, you are something more, you are something forever, something eternal, something even greater, even more powerful, even more wise, even more learned, more knowledgeable, more brave, more courageous, more determined, more honest, more giving, more charitable, more forgiving, more loving, more understanding? 


We share this information with you today to prepare, in a way, as many of you as possible who will, in the not too distant future, experience this remerging with who it is you truly are beyond the exits of this time porthole you have entered, in some cases many eons ago, or should we say, this aspect of yourself you have entered that has been apart from the true being that you are. You have been here so long, because many of you agreed to enter this time portal and not exit this time portal and return home until a certain goal was reached. That goal that you set out for yourselves as a collective and as an individual being is clearly in sight for many of you now. Are you starting to better understand what Ascension is for you, dear ones? Are you starting to remember, possibly a little bit, that your Ascension is the finish line, is the escape, if you will, from this portal of time? This is what your Ascension is; it is your return home after a long and often grueling but always rewarding and educational experience in this very unique time portal known to you as 3rd dimensional Earth and time. 


The ‘time’ that you have come to know and understand so well and live under its rule is, for many of you, dissipating, disintegrating, vanishing as you enter the exiting doorway of this ‘time’ portal. The constraints of this illusion of time, the power of this illusion of time, the grip of this illusion of time, begins to weaken and you begin to free yourself from its properties, from its laws, from its apparent but illusionary existence. Do you understand this as well my friends? Do you understand that time for you is now fleeting and it will vanish, and all that time has done to you, to your body, to your spirit, your energy, your drive, your determination, your youth, your exuberance, your happiness, your childlike demeanor and expectations of life will also clarify, dissipate, clear up, vanish, disappear, and you will once again be whole, be the everything that you are, the every being that you are, the multifaceted, multidimensional, powerful, eternal and forever youthful and energized being that you truly are before you entered this time portal and even while you existed within this time portal for many eons of time? 


It will be so wonderful to welcome you back home to yourself, to your real lives, to your real families, to everything that you are and everything that you have ever been, as all of this that you now understand as your one true reality amounts to nothing more than a summer field trip to the beach, to the park or to the mountains to gain a higher education, to socialize with your friends and meet new acquaintances and even sometimes adversaries to help you learn even more lessons than could be possible without such antagonists. Today, we would just like you to think about and remember that for those of you who are prepared to cross that finish line and exit Duality and enter Reality, we say to you welcome home, it has been for you a long time and you have earned your right to call it a day and return home to all and everything that you are and that you consider your real life, for the curtain is now coming down on this performance and you have all done a remarkable job and we say bravo. 


Until tomorrow dear ones, we are your fellow stagehands, actors, playwrights, producers, directors, sound and lighting engineers and audience members alike of the Galactic Federation of Light.

You now stand on the threshold of Ascension

We have been with you for a long, long time and like you are looking forward to the end of Duality. You have faced tremendous challenges, but responded to the Light and Love that has been directed towards you from many different sources. The Higher Powers behind the Plan for your Enlightenment have been proved to have made the right decisions, as you now stand on the threshold of Ascension. No two of you have had identical experiences, yet so many of you are now ready to take those final steps of upliftment and ascend. As your race slipped down into the Dark Ages, what little Light that existed was suppressed, and individuals were kept quiet with the threat of death for speaking out. 


Today you have much more freedom of speech, yet those who tell too much of the truths are still in fear of their lives. Naturally we will support and protect such Beings, as long as it does not interfere with their life plan. We and also the Angelic Kingdom can give complete protection if necessary, and some extremely important souls have had to be saved more times than you would possibly expect. Of course, in your own way, you are all important and each one of you does have Angels that keep with you throughout your life. There are no coincidences where happenings are of major importance to you, yet you may not even be aware of what has taken place. 


When you are calm and in a peaceful state your Higher Self can be contacted, but the problem is that very often people do not heed the advice they get. So, if you stray from your life plan, it will not be for the lack of help from your Guides. Ultimately it is you who decides what you do, but with your decisions comes responsibility for the outcome. Generally speaking it is your ego which you have programmed to act in your interests, that has control over your actions. When you are in the course of change and particularly when uplifting your vibrations, it can try to persuade you to continue in your old ways. 


Is it not incredible that you are now so close to Ascension, and yet outwardly not a lot seems to have changed? However, nothing is achieved without a lot of planning, and even so as events unfold we are forever making adjustments as the timing is altered. There is so much happening behind the scenes and we must act when we see it is safe to do so. That calls for much patience on your part, as on many occasions we have thought our opportunity to act had arrived, only to be thwarted at the last moment. We can take that in our stride, as we are prepared for any scenario, and know regardless of what happens that you will reach Ascension, and that it will take place. As we often stress, Dear Ones, that is really all that counts and it does not matter which path you take to reach it. 


Stay calm and do not engage in fear laden messages, as there are sources that wish for a catastrophic end to this cycle. In spite of many predictions of that nature, you will find that the last few months will be much calmer than you have been led to believe. Of course, Mother Earth is having a hand in the changes and eruptions will cause physical movements that will cause damage, and sometimes injury or death. Much earlier predictions spoke of land masses sinking into the sea, but that possibility has long passed. Simply be aware of your local frailties and if you live on the coastline, ascertain how vulnerable you might be to flooding. That way you can judge for yourself what action might be necessary for your safety. 


In some ways, matters are little different now to what they have been with any life that you have had, as all came with a life plan and by and large you would have completed it accordingly. Since your transition was also part of the plan, believe it or not, you also agreed the way you should exit each life and also when. In that respect, this lifetime is also planned and unless you shorten it by taking your own life, which is very unadvisable, you will either pass on before Ascension, go with Ascension, or move to another planet to continue your 3D experiences. Whatever you planned, would have been with your best interests in mind, and if it is to be your future, you can ascend from the Spiritual Realms. So, understand and accept that you will experience in accordance with your needs, and the key to it is progress where your evolution is concerned. 


You have an amusing saying about being put through the wringer, but that is not what life is about or is it wished upon you. God gave you free will and you are the one who creates the path that you follow. It is up to you whether it is easy or difficult, but humans have a habit of taking the hard route home. However, that does mean that you are learning quite a number of lessons, which must help you in the long run. If we may put it this way, it is no sin to have erred as the whole idea of experiencing Duality is to rise to the challenge. Of course, there is not “sin” as such and you are certainly not born into it. It would be more correct to say that you come with karma and it gives you the opportunity to overcome mistakes you have made. It is why God does not step in and interfere with the free will that God has given you. 


After you have ascended, you will have increased levels of consciousness, and as a Being of Light will have moved well beyond the temptations of the lower vibrations. In fact, they will no longer interest you, and you will seek satisfaction and achievement at a much higher vibrational level. Your senses will be heightened, and the pleasures of the higher dimensions will more than compensate for any conceived loss. In fact, your thoughts will have moved on to a higher plateau anyway, and your experiences of Duality will fade into the background. So, try not to cling to your present dimension, unless of course you do not feel ready to ascend. It is your decision and you choose where and how your next lives will be experienced. 


I am SaLuSa of Sirius, and the Galactic Federation of Light, and we see that many countries in the West are taking legal actions against the corruption within the financial sector. We also note that more of them are carrying out deeper investigations to see how far the cancer has spread. This can only do good, and hasten the time when others in authority, such as within politics, are called to answer for their deeds. Stay strong with your Light, and know that you are continuously being showered with Love from many sources.

The dark cabal’s global banking system is crumbling at an ever-increasing rate

Dratzo! We return! Much continues to take place behind the facade of your world. The dark cabal’s global banking system is crumbling at an ever-increasing rate, and a raft of banking CEOs is being forced to resign. Interpol and associated agencies are stepping up their investigations into the LIBOR scandal, which now appears to have no clear boundaries, and indeed this operation is starting to threaten numerous governments in Europe and Asia with collapse. As the crisis grows, the BRIC nations and their allies are informing the cabal that its attempts to reinstate its electronic fiat currencies are banned forthwith. This is further exacerbated by a lack of available capital. The political situation in Europe and, shortly, in North America, is reaching a boiling point. Something has to be done swiftly, or the present economic construct is sure to collapse. The New Economic System favored by the coalition of BRIC nations is now fully ready to be rolled out at a moment’s notice, and pursuant to this, several nations in Asia have placed liens on a number of major western banks. 


These developments are further complicated by the mounting turbulence in the Middle East and parts of South Asia, and this growing instability is also ready to boil over. Meanwhile, the interlocked financial crises in Europe and the rest of the world persist, and will remain unsolvable without vast banking reforms and global debt forgiveness. It is not a situation the world can just sweep under the proverbial rug, and this the dark cabal now realizes. As a result it knows that its power in the world is coming to an end. A series of events now underway will very shortly cause the downfall of the cabal, by first isolating its members and then removing them from power. This will bring in NESARA in North America and, like ripples in a pond, facsimiles of this act will spread across the globe. This new governance is to lead to the global liberation of humanity and the formal Disclosure of our existence. Then we can begin the announcements that will transform your worldview and your reality forever! 


As you approach this watershed moment, remember that a whole series of events needs to take place prior to Disclosure. Our Earth allies fully comprehend what is now happening. The reality construct that has manipulated your lives and your world needs to collapse completely to permit the new system to take its place. This new system is currently being nudged into place by the same circumstances that are taking the old one down. This operation is happening at a very quick pace. The present system cannot sustain another extreme crisis, and such a crisis is very, very close at hand. Hence it was decided to put the new system clandestinely in place and wait for the right moment to reveal its constituent parts: new money, new banking, and new governance. The intention here is to allow the old system to be totally discredited and seen to be defunct, so that the general public will be disposed to welcome in the new. Our ships are monitoring all global flash points and will forestall the dark’s usual tactics of solving problems by the use of warmongering and terrorism. This we will no longer permit! 


In this world there always existed conditions and incendiary ‘circumstances’ that reliably led to ‘useful’ wars or even global conflagration. In these times we are delegated to prevent this, and to lead your globe into peace and prosperity. The dark is stoking a number of old conflict zones that it sincerely hopes to reignite. We need to inform them that, sadly, this is yet another plot that is not to be allowed! Your world is quickly shifting, and what Heaven has prepared is not to be undone! Our mission is centered on your return to Full Consciousness and this goal is on track. The next series of Disclosures is ready to go, as are the actions which will slip your world ever closer to its Grand Shift. Heaven has decreed that this is now to proceed and all impediments are to be removed. Many individuals, who are not widely known, are to make the announcements that usher in the transitional governments and liberate humanity from its eons-long involuntary servitude.
