Everyone has “stuff” buried or denied that is arising

The sense of humanity’s Oneness is arising in millions of people all across the planet, and as it does so, it is then being sensed by millions more. The collective intent to awaken is stirring humanity and there is no going back! Your awakening is inevitable and imminent. News of worldwide suffering and deprivation, regardless of the cause or reason for these unhappy situations, is inspiring compassion on a scale never before seen on Earth. The Tsunami of Love continues to grow and intensify, because so many are intending to be loving in every moment of their lives. The power of your intent is amazing, and soon you will become aware of that power in each of your individual lives, as you continue to open your hearts to the Divine Field of Love that embraces you constantly. 

The Light that you Light bearers, Light holders, and Light workers are displaying by your living examples of Love in action through your compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, and lack of judgment grows brighter daily. Yes, most of you fail at times, falling back into fear and egoic behaviors, but your intent to be loving remains and is quickly reestablished, as you see what has occurred and forgive yourselves. Self-forgiveness is essential, because it clears the negative emotional energies that judgment and self-judgment arouses. 

As those in the spiritual realms keep reminding you – Love is all-encompassing, there is no judgment, only unconditional acceptance. The human condition is demanding, God is not! You are all on paths of learning that you planned before you incarnated, and so you are bound to make errors, that is how you learn. The important point here is to admit your errors, where possible correct them and make amends to anyone you know you have intentionally offended, and then move on. Often it seems that people are choosing to hurt and offend one another, when in fact they are frequently unaware that their behavior is offensive. Political correctness is a fear based concept that is often used to hurt or damage someone else when a person refuses to acknowledge their own issues of lack of self-worth, a very intense and painful state. 

To be offended is a choice a person has to make. You are all the perfect children of God, so if you feel that someone has offended you, you are choosing to see yourself as less than perfect and accepting that other’s judgment of you. Why would you do that? Only you know your motives and intentions, and another’s opinion of you is just that, an opinion, an opinion based on misinformation and a lack of knowledge. Do not take offense; instead recognize that the one who is attempting to offend you is in fact crying out for love and acceptance. Respond gently, without anger, and allow the negative energy of the moment to dissipate. 

Because of the intense pain so many experienced in their formative years as humans, it became necessary for them to very quickly deny or bury that pain in order to survive. But “stuff” buried or denied festers and grows like a physical infection, and if not allowed to resurface, be reacknowleged, and then offered comfort will lead to more serious physical or psychological damage. 

Everyone has “stuff” buried or denied that is arising, often seemingly uninvited, at this point in humanity’s awakening process to be acknowledged and released. So, acknowledge what is asking to arise, make space for it to do so, and let it flow through you, like grief. It cannot be rushed, but attempting to understand or recall its origins stops the flow and traps you in a seemingly endless loop of re-experiencing it. 

The pain that arises can be very intense, rather like the pain of a very bad burn, and may cause you to howl, scream, and even writhe in agony. Allowing that flow of emotions is the process of release. So, allow. Stopping the flow because it is painful or embarrassing will not work. 

It is as though you had within you a container filled with ancient pain and suffering – and that container is your heart! You have to allow it all to drain out through your experiencing of it, and when it has you will indeed feel drained and exhausted. But now there is room for Love to fill and heal that empty space within you. Until it is released, allowed to flow through, you have effectively built and are maintaining a defense system that retains the pain and locks out Love. 

When you choose to enter the process of releasing, all this gunk – and even if it seems to be arising unbidden, it means that at a deeper level you have chosen to allow this release to occur – it can be extremely helpful to have with you a loving and intimate friend whom you trust implicitly, to hold you close and offer the comfort you did not receive when the pain originally occurred. It will also be cathartic for the friend, because this kind of release will also be healing for her and for humanity. Remember, you are never alone, there is no separation, and to share the release you are undergoing is a loving exchange that heals you both, along with humanity. 

As you well know, you are on Earth at this time to assist in humanity’s awakening process, and releasing the buried pain and suffering – humanity’s vast lake of trauma – is an essential part of the process. All over the world, locked hearts filled with pain are crying out for Love, but are unable to accept It. There are few among you who do not know someone who is so closed down in fear, guilt, anger, and pain that they will allow no one to approach them, no one to comfort them, and who present an impenetrable barrier to the world around them. 

This barrier is what you are all helping to dissolve, as you make your daily intent to be loving in every situation. Only you can do it. The Love that each one of you has burning within you, and that you have chosen to share so generously, is powerful way beyond your ability to conceive of. If you connect with someone who appears offensive, angry, or unapproachable, intend immediately to send them Love and know that healing has started for them in that moment. 

You are indeed Divine Beings of unassailable Love and Compassion who have willingly chosen an Earth life at this time to assist in the awakening process, and that amazingly altruistic choice you made, knowing how difficult and painful your path would be, is most highly honored here in the spiritual realms, as you will discover when you return Home to hero’s welcomes.

Beloved Ones, 

There are portents everywhere that are informing the people of the world that a great change is taking place upon their planet and that it is time for them to awaken to the knowledge that all are connected to each other. Those who have tried to separate humanity from each other and from their connection to the Divine are now being faced with the realities of their decisions and choices. It is becoming increasingly difficult to hide the growing numbers of the world’s peoples who are seeking a peaceful existence. Until the root cause of this is addressed, it will only continue. Those who seek domination through acts of war will continue to be exposed to the effects of it and will have to deal with the problems they have created, so that it is to the satisfaction of the world’s population. The sooner they realize that everyone on Earth deserves a life of peaceful co-existence, the sooner peace on Earth will come to pass. All their efforts to date are reflecting directly back to them the problems they have created through their decisions and actions. They must take responsibility and be held accountable for them. 

All human interactions must begin to take place in honesty, sincerity and transparency, for the old ways of intrigue and backroom agreements are over. Those who continue in the old ways are being brought to the light of truth and will be held accountable. This fact of the workings of the New Energies is being brought to the awareness in every nation in the world. It behooves the leaders of each nation to extend true compassion and kindness to those who are making clear to them that humanity will no longer tolerate any form of deceit, dishonesty and disrespect. The world has truly become a melting pot, where each race is represented in each nation and the concept of ‘the other’ will no longer apply. For it is becoming increasingly clear that within each human heart beats the love and wisdom of the Creator of All That Is, that each individual throughout the world is aligned in oneness with every other individual. All seek to express this truth in their everyday lives. 

The Great Awakening of the Earth’s people has begun in earnest and every event that occurs will reflect this fact. There will continue to be many challenges to experience, as it is the challenges and obstacles that arise and facilitate the awakenings in each human heart. At some point, the realization will come that humanity is participating in this cosmic evolution together and from that point forward, an acceleration of awakening consciousness will sweep the world. You who read or listen to this message are those who are in the forefront, you have passed all the tests that were given and you are now being further fortified in your role as Light Bearers. You are entering into a new phase of movement and activity. Connect within your heart daily and have faith that what is required of you shall be revealed to you. 

You will have to continue to accept and assimilate the increased energetic influxes and this will facilitate remembrance of your part in the workings of the Divine Plan as it plays out. You are the love brigade, the wielders of the highest alchemy of the greatest force in the entire universe. Hold steady and let go of any energies or situations that are in opposition to this understanding. Your mind is the builder and you are building a majestic new world for all souls to enjoy. The denser energies have no part in your everyday existence and any remaining vestiges of these are quickly dissipating from your consciousness and your auric energy field. Allow your divine essence to speak through voice and words, allow your divine essence to radiate its goodness out into the world around you. Staying small and invisible will no longer be possible for the Light Bearers, adjust to this knowledge and be assured that you walk in safety and protection at all times. 

Your guides and angelic teams are being upgraded in order that your role be optimized and empowered to greater effect. This does not mean that you become someone different; it means that now you are operating at the level of the higher aspects of self, your true and authentic Divine Self. You will be guided to make the choices that will lead you to the manifestation of your highest dreams and your perfect purpose here on Earth. You will be guided and inspired to move forward to the next right step. You will be inspired with ideas that bring you success in all of your highest aspirations in your role as a Way Shower.

Take advantage of the increased intensity of Love enveloping you all today

Your disappointment and tiredness is understandable, because you, all you Light bearers and Way showers, have been long engaged on a very difficult task. Before you incarnated, you knew that it would be difficult, but until you were incarnate and doing the work, it was almost impossible for you to foresee how difficult and stressful it was actually going to be. Nevertheless, you are succeeding beyond your wildest hopes! Before you incarnated, you had a vision of what success would entail and what it would look like, and I can absolutely assure you that if you could see what you are achieving from the perspective that you had before you incarnated you would be ecstatic. God’s Plan to awaken humanity, that you are so nobly assisting with, is moving forward most wonderfully. 

For eons humanity has been lost, wandering, often seemingly quite aimlessly, and almost constantly at war with itself. But during the last few decades, the last ten in fact, enormous changes have occurred and more and more of you have started to awaken. The signs of that awakening are the vast increase in the strength of desire and intent at all levels of society to move away from the state of almost constant war that brings with it so much pain and suffering, and to heal and dissolve the fear and hatred that feeds it. That intense desire to bring an end to all wars is quite palpable, and it is strengthening daily. 

Humanity knows at the level of the collective, as well as in each individual heart, that your attitudes of judgment and condemnation of one another and the behaviors that flow from them must change, if the planet is to maintain an environment that will support life forms that rely on oxygen. Already, as you well know, much damage has been done that seems irreparable, and further damage is added daily by your unnatural and unsustainable mining activities and by the industrial styles of farming that have become so widely prevalent, in fact almost all-pervasive. 

The good news is that many of you, who are in positions to make a real difference, have had enough and are successfully demanding, on behalf of humanity, the planet, and all the other life forms that she supports, that these unconscionable activities be brought to a halt. These demands are being heard and acted upon. You live in a time of great change, change that is essential for life to continue on Earth, and this change is being seen in all areas of human activity, because all of your activities require a large number of creative solutions to start reducing the planetary damage they are causing, and then to start reversing the vast damage that has already occurred. You will not fail in these endeavors. 

You are achieving what you incarnated to do, namely assist humanity in its awakening process. That process was planned eons ago and is now coming to fruition, as more and more humans involve themselves in it – some very consciously, others rather less so. The point is that humanity has chosen to awaken, and that collective choice cannot be reversed, you will awaken. It is your will and God’s, and because you are One it will be achieved. 

Your ongoing task is to keep adding impetus to the ongoing process. You are a little like extremely well trained sheep dogs gathering your flocks together and bringing them home. You gather them by holding your Light on high for all to see, and by constantly holding the intent to be loving towards them in every moment of your human lives. As divine spiritual beings, you are Love in action in every moment. As humans, it is essential that you keep renewing that intent, otherwise it can be overlooked or forgotten. 

Today, Easter Sunday, when you celebrate the anniversary of Jesus’ resurrection, is an excellent occasion to renew that intent with great vigor, because the Love flow from the divine realms is heightened in honor of this wonderful celebration. Take advantage of the increased intensity of Love enveloping you all today, focus on feeling It, sensing It, and embracing It, and know that It is ineradicable, unquenchable, and all-empowering . . . It is You! 

Love cannot be overpowered or defeated, because it is the infinite field in which all that exists, has existed, or will ever exist is held firmly and safely forever. There is nothing outside It, because there is no outside. Those who would suggest that there is a place called hell to which the unloved and unloving, the sinners and the betrayers, the murderers and the torturers are dispatched on physical human death, are just suffering from a lack of awareness of the intensity of God’s Love for them and for all those whom they would judge. All were created by God, in infinite Love, and that state, the state in which they were created never changes. 

God and Love are synonymous and unchanging. You can rely absolutely on God’s Love for you regardless of any crimes you believe you have committed. God’s Love for His creations is forever unchanging, and everyone who has ever walked on Earth is one of His creations. There are absolutely no exceptions! All that anyone need do to know God is to let go of all the images that may have occurred or been presented to them and clear an empty space within themselves into which Love will pour abundantly and endlessly, providing instant and everlasting ecstasy in the joy of His Almighty Presence. 

Take time out daily to make that space available and Love will fill it, because it is the Divine Will that you want for nothing. And today, as you remember and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus, you will feel the power of the infinite Love that God has for you, and you will know that you are never alone, separate, or abandoned, because without you, without even a single one of you, God is Himself incomplete, and that, dear ones, is an impossibility of infinite proportions!

The 3 Paths of Humans

You who have chosen to be on Gaia now - you who have chosen to be on this planet at this time - step every step with conscious awareness, for you have come to heal your troubled dimension. You are a work force of Light bearers, in service to the Divine Plan for Ascension on Gaia - and yet you differ in your methods and style of operation. For the moment we will say that there are 3 primary paths or modes of operation within your ranks. This is a simplification, but it serves a purpose in these times. 

The first path is that of the Warrior of Light. You who walk this path shine your Light openly for all to see, walking your talk as awakened ones, slicing through the veils of illusion that have blinded humans for many years now. You are the teachers, the leaders, the initiators who bring the Light tribe together. Your courage and determination will yield fruits more easily in this year of 2014 which dawns - more immediately than ever, for you move towards the time of instant manifestation. 

Those of you Pleiadian Goddesses incarnated into your civilizations now, who weave your magic way on the Earth plane, you are the Magic Weavers. You demonstrate lightness, joy, frivolity - and nevertheless you produce results just as powerful, for this is your way of spreading and holding Light. There are of course Magic Weavers from star systems other than the Pleiades, but always your signature style is to affect change through play and creativity. You raise vibration through music, art and channeling all forms of creativity; you heal others through bringing laughter and fun, and many of you work with the Indigo and Crystal children, assisting in their blossoming. 

And those of you who walk the middle path, neither Warriors nor Magic weavers, you are the Frequency Keepers - ones who hold a steady vibration. You hold the balance point, the heart chakra frequency of your universe constant, as those in Samadhi have done before you. You transmit Christ Conscious vibration and higher dimensional frequency into your world of 3-D. This way seems more passive but is the most difficult of all to achieve, for you ones must remain constant in your own frequency in every moment possible in order to seed your star codes and higher dimensional frequencies into your planet’s vibration. 

Know that you are in one of these 3 categories, whether you recognize it or not. Sometimes, you have more than one aspect within you, but at any stage of your life your primary purpose will reflect one of the 3 most strongly. It is sometimes appropriate to shift from one path to another in different phases of your life - from a Warrior of Light into a Frequency Keeper, for instance, as one path comes to fruition and is completed. Our channel Solara An-Ra has transited from the Warrior phase into a Magic Weaver over the past some years, as her time of life has dictated. She is a frequency keeper only in those moments when she is transmitting our energy. And so you see it is possible to be all three according to the context and time – but we repeat that there is always a predominance of one path at any stage of life. Know that there is no predetermined order where one path follows another – and there is also no path which is higher or better than another. The paths are yours according to both choice and natural disposition or personality. There are many among you in whom one path will be prevalent for your entire life. 

We give you this information so that you may recognize that your way is unique and perfect. You may storm the world with your ideas, the sword of truth and light glimmering in you raised arm, or you may sit quietly in meditation, the smile of the Buddha radiating from your lips. You may play with the tree beings, dancing in the forest, encouraging others to see the plant spirits and devas, or you may gather the tribe of Gaia for a ceremony or conference where other leaders of the Light transmit their wisdom. 

Intend that you follow your chosen path with joy and use your gifts – the very gifts that you came to seed on this planet! Those of you who are magic weavers accept your path with a lightness which is part of your essence and your very matrix! Those of you who are Warriors, accept your mission with a courage that is naturally yours! And those of you who are keepers of vibration, holding the 5th dimensional frequency of unconditional love, constantly emitting this vibration to your planet’s many layers, accept your missions with the equanimity that is natural to you. 

You are between times, between realities, and you feel yourselves shift between these now. Some of you are longing to be in your place of origin in the stars – you are seeking to escape the confines of your physicality and what feels like burdensome responsibility on Earth. Remember that you are here with purpose. You are here with purpose! Accept your purpose and responsibility with joy, and your life will therefore reflect the unfolding of one of the 3 primary paths of humans in the New Age. Recognize the energy of the Warrior, the Magic Weaver or the Frequency Keeper within you now, and dance the dance you came here to dance. And so it is.

A massive planet-wide clearance of negative energies

A Message from Jesus via John Smallman 

Things are moving along very nicely as the moment for your awakening approaches. Do not allow yourselves to be unduly and depressingly assailed by the gloom and doom of the mainstream media, because you know that what is occurring is a massive planet-wide clearance of negative energies – hate, rage, vengefulness, condemnation, and harsh judgment – which are rising into many people's conscious awareness and causing enormous emotional upheavals in large numbers of them at this time.

You, the Light bearers and wayshowers, are doing tremendously valuable and effective work in helping to clear and dissipate these energies, as you hold the intent for Love to penetrate every heart, so that peace will be established in all areas of the world. The many ongoing international meditations for world peace are very powerful for two reasons: first, because the greater the percentage of humanity meditating with the intent that the Tsunami of Love enter every heart the more powerful is the energy flow, and second, when you hold this intent and intend to join with all others who are holding similar intentions, you, too, are able to open your own hearts far more fully to receive the abundance of Love that vigilantly awaits your invitation to suffuse you completely. 

We, those of us transmitting messages through the various open and dedicated channels, have been reminding you and reminding you that Love is always the answer to any problem, and you have embraced that truth. The results of that embrace are amazing, because it has empowered you to intensify your efforts again and again as you pray, contemplate, intend, or meditate for world peace by holding the Tsunami of Love close to your hearts in every moment. That is the most powerful activity in which you can engage to bring you to the moment of your awakening. And it is doing just that. If you could see what we see, you would be stunned, because your tireless and enthusiastic exertions to bring all of humanity to the moment of its awakening are succeeding beyond your wildest imaginings. 

The energy field that each human expresses as a part of their divine nature has been horribly suppressed and restricted by the attitudes that pretty well every human culture has, over the eons, adopted and encouraged. You are all immensely powerful beings, because that is how God, your loving Father/Mother, created you. However, when you chose to hide in the illusion to play your games of separation, you also chose to make the games more realistic by crushing and suppressing your innate God-given powers, and over the eons you forgot that you had them! It now seems to the vast majority of you that you are small and insignificant human beings blessed or cursed (your choice here!) with an incredibly short life, a momentary sputtering into life that is almost immediately extinguished. Its time span is so short that it is immeasurable compared to the time that the visible universe has existed. 

You sought separation and smallness, and you have, in your own estimation, achieved that state, because it seems to you that it is a state that was given you almost accidentally as the universe evolved out of nothing, purely by chance! But the universe is part of the illusion that you built, in which to play your insane and terrifying games, and when you demonstrate the inadequacy of the state of being human in a vast and apparently infinite universe by choosing to limit yourselves to that state, locking away out of sight and out of mind – your infinite and divine mind – the reality of who you truly are, you have a situation that is utterly intolerable. Therefore, you hunker down and pretend to yourselves that the illusion is real, and attempt to live the illusion. You choose to believe that you are basically powerless and insignificant beings in an extremely hostile environment that will one way or another destroy you. You are indeed lost and confused! 

But you are only lost and confused in a momentary dream! A dream that you continue to extend and maintain, because the fear that it has engendered in you seems very real. It is unreal! But so long as you believe in it, it will seem to have ultimate power over you! You are divine beings created by God to live in infinite joy. He gave you all of his powers because of His infinite Love for you, and you, in a moment of insanity, chose to separate yourselves from the wonder that He had created for you to experience littleness, insignificance, nothingness. 

Well, finally, you have decided, collectively, to awaken from this nightmare and return to the Home, Heaven, the divine Presence from which you have never been separated, and from which you never, ever, could be separated. Oneness with God is an eternal state. You were created with free will, because Love does not bind, hold, or restrict in any way. Consequently, when you chose to play your painful games, you were absolutely free to do so. Now you are remembering that they are just games, unreal situations that bring you pain and suffering, because to be separated from God would be painful! 

So, thank yourselves for the fact that what you have built is unreal and inconsequential, an imaginary and totally impossible state of being or existence from which you have chosen to awaken. That awakening draws ever closer. Some on Earth would maintain the illusion, because in their insanity they believe that it gives them power, but their influence is dwindling, as the majority have decided that it makes absolutely no sense at all to continue playing these intense and unloving games in which all suffer. 

You are on the home straight, your moment of awakening is close at hand. Do not allow yourselves to be caught up in the drama of the illusion with its wars, its judgments, its determination to punish wrongdoers, and its intent to claim restitution from them. In the illusion all are wrongdoers! In the illusion judgment is ever-present, and judgment is what separates you one from another! Be honest and accept that you have chosen to take sides, nearly everyone of you. Now let go of that need to belong to the “right side.” Move forwards in Love and make the choice to share and extend that Love to everyone without exception with whom you interact mentally, emotionally, or physically. After all, you are ALL, every single one of you, the beloved children of God. You are all part of God's divine family, so why would you fight one another, or judge one another? Can't you see that it makes absolutely no sense at all? 

God is Love. The Source of all that exists is Love. The Supreme Intelligence, of which you are all essential and inseparable parts, is Love. Embrace the Reality that you are Love, and only Love, and awaken into the Reality from which you have never departed. Your Father wills that you be ecstatically joyful, eternally. Why would you choose a different state of existence? You have suffered far too much already, so allow His Love field, the divine energy field in which all that exists is eternally present, to embrace you once more, and return you to JOY!

Your awakening is assured.  I am just reassuring you because so many of you have doubts, sometimes intense doubts, and those doubts need to be assuaged, so that they do not drag you down into the gloom and uncertainty of the illusion.  You are all in the process of rising up out of it, so that you can look on it and those engaged there, seemingly very firmly anchored in it, with loving compassion and without being drawn into the pain and suffering that so many are undergoing. 

Your task is to spread Light, Love, and healing to all with whom you interact, and in order to do that you yourselves need to feel the Light and the Love within yourselves.  You can only share what you have, and first you have to know that you have it. Then, without thinking about it, you just easily and generously share . . . Yourselves!  You are divine beings of Love.  Keep reminding yourselves of this unassailable truth, and then as you go through the day you will feel good about yourselves.  When you feel good about yourselves you demonstrate Love in action and you share and spread that Love just by being yourselves, and all those with whom you meet and converse will be uplifted by your presence and will feel good about themselves too. 

When people feel good about themselves, they automatically open their hearts to allow the Tsunami of Love to enfold them in its divine embrace, and to open the hearts of humanity is the purpose of the Tsunami of Love which is flowing through each one of you 24/7.  If you are weighed down with worries and doubts, the flow is weakened, so make a point of letting go of anything that drains you emotionally or energetically, and ask us for help to do so.  We need you to hold your conduits fully open, because the flow of Love has become torrential at this critical stage in your awakening process, and it needs your conduits or channels to be fully open and unrestricted so that It can flow freely everywhere, and to everyone on the planet.  You are incarnate at this moment in humanity’s awakening process to assist in this mighty and wonderful task, bringing the Light of God’s Love to all on Earth. 

Let go of any doubts you may have about your abilities or competence to do this divine work.  You were all invited to take part in humanity’s awakening process because of your abilities and competence, and you all responded with a most enthusiastic “YES!”  You are not here by chance, no one is, nor, if you are suffering as many of you undoubtedly are, as punishment.  You are here because you are divine beings who most willingly chose to assist in this amazing event, knowing that it would at times be difficult and painful.  You also knew, and deep within yourselves you still know this, that failure is not even a remote possibility, because what you are engaged in is working with the Divine Will which is always perfectly achieved. 

There are enormous numbers of Light bearers, workers, and way-showers on Earth at this time.  Make the intent to meet up with one another, either physically or via the Internet, and be open to making new contacts.  The Love that you are all holding and sharing is constantly drawn to Itself in others, so you will be divinely guided to meet others who are on a spiritual path that is assisting in the awakening process, if you will allow yourselves to be open to it.  To make new contacts with people on the path to awakening strengthens your own faith and intent, and adds to the divine momentum taking you all forward toward awakening. 

We are very aware of your ongoing doubts and anxieties, especially as the news of war and conflicts along with earthquakes and floods seems to indicate that all is not as it should be.  It seems that peace is getting short shrift all over the world, and that there is not an end in sight to the hate and anger that is driving many toward further conflict.  But, as you have been told by a number of reliable channels, this is all due to the enormous quantities of buried or denied issues that the Tsunami of Love is demanding that humanity addresses as the moment for awakening draws ever closer. 

These issues are old but still strong angers and resentments that people who have been abused and betrayed by those they trusted implicitly – nearly everyone on Earth at some time in their lives – find themselves unable to face, because they were so terribly painful when they occurred.  There is often also a sense of guilt, because these sufferings occurred when they were small children and small children are often made to feel guilty for things that others have done. 

If you find yourselves feeling stressed out, exhausted, and perhaps bursting into tears for no apparent reason, it could be your own stuff demanding your attention (although normally there will be indications, memory flashes to alert you to the fact that it is your stuff), or it may be that you are, having agreed to do so, helping others on the planet, people you do not know and have never met, to release their pain and suffering, because they are so energetically drained they are unable to do so on their own.  It is a spiritual task of enormous significance that you have undertaken, because you have much experience in releasing those kinds of suffering through your own well developed powers of forgiveness.  And know that if this is the case, then you are truly greatly blessed, and will be welcomed Home with most glorious accolades for the untiring efforts with which you have helped humanity to awaken. 

If you are experiencing these kinds of symptoms, then be very kind to yourselves, because they indicate that you are yourselves undergoing a huge strain that drains your energy.  If you feel yourselves unable to remain awake, then take a break and go somewhere for a sleep where you will be undisturbed.  If you are at work, and no facilities are available, perhaps you could use your car, or a nearby church as a place of quiet refuge.  Otherwise you could, and probably should (I, John have confused people here, this statement “I hate using shoulds!” was my mischievous interjection. Saul did NOT say it! Sorry for confusing you all), claim illness and go home.  It makes total sense, because your ability to do your work is severely limited when you are in this kind of weakened state. 

Know that you are all dearly loved and dearly honored for the immense tasks that each of you has undertaken to assist in this awakening process.  What you are doing is no mean feat, it is very demanding on every aspect of yourselves, so treat yourselves kindly at all times, especially if you think you have offended someone or made a serious error, and therefore do not hesitate to forgive yourselves – God always does, instantly!  You are under tremendous stress, acknowledge it and allow for it in your daily lives.

Matters move on as the pace of development increases, and will continue do so until the energy for change is manifested for the purposes intended. Your expectations may differ and not all of you can be correct, but in principle all will see acceptable changes that will at least fulfill part of them. Debt is the overriding problem in virtually all countries, and it may yet see the fall of Europe. As it is anticipated it will not come as a shock, but will offer the long sought opportunity to completely re-shape the economy and financial systems. So you know what is likely to occur over a period of some weeks, and can prepare for the outcome. 


If you are a Lightworker, you will sail through the fallout from the changes, because you know no matter how events work out, they will ultimately be for the benefit of all people. There will be a leveling up that allows for individualism, yet puts people into one category where all are treated fairly and equally. As a result there will be no jealousy or judgment of another, as all will be treated according to their needs. As a new society, your pleasure will be in seeing that everyone is looked after, and sharing will become quite commonplace. Trust will be taken for granted, as you will be aware that behind the plan for you are spiritually defined reasons based on Light and Love. 


For a time you will be like a swimmer treading water, using a lot of energy but going nowhere fast. Then all of a sudden the floodgates will open and everything will take off. So it is a case of playing the waiting game until it is your time to get involved. It will give you the opportunity to ensure that you are ready for whatever is asked of you. We will need plenty of helpers when matters start to involve the people of Earth. You all have some kind of talents to offer, and remember that you are here at this momentous time by choice, and we do mean everyone. 


We of the Galactic Federation keep our eyes on the dark Ones, because although they are weakening, it does not take many to create a disturbance. The chain of command is fragmented, and they are confronted by our allies at every turn. The military are nowhere near as cohesive as they were, and their black operations are more difficult to control. All in all, we are pleased at the progress we have made, particularly as we play the game by the rules. Yet we have no complaints as we have the blessing of the Creator, and know that we are the Light Bearers that carry the Torch of Truth. 


All over the world, what you often refer to as the working people are waking up to what has been happening around them, and seeking answers. Their strength lies in their numbers, and they will not go away until they get answers. They may be demonstrating in many different countries, but their energies are becoming as one giving great power to their demands. The peaceful revolution has really begun now, and there are many more people who strengthen it by sending out their thoughts for victory by the Light. As we see it the victory is already yours, so do not falter for one moment with your intent to bring the changes about. 


We foresee some turmoil upon Earth in the next few weeks, but in part that will be seasonal although your weather patterns have been interfered with. Even that is controlled by us, but we can only go so far in helping to keep it balanced. There is only a small margin between help and interference, and we act with all care. We abide by the rulings and Laws that cover karmic responsibilities, as it is possible to slip up even with the best of intentions. Have no fear as we are old hands at dealing with the dark Ones, and your needs to achieve Ascension. You keep your eyes on your goal, and we will keep our eyes on you for your protection. 


Short of the Creator changing the plan for the End Times, nothing will alter the outcome and that is your assurance of Ascension. Bear in mind that we are talking about the whole Universe and not just your tiny Earth. We know it is hard for you to imagine the magnificence and power of the Creator, and we stand in awe of the incredible changes that are taking place. Even we of the Galactic Federation are but a small part of the action, although it must be said that those on the higher dimensions are able to handle their own Ascension. We are here for you because you need help and guidance; otherwise you might not have achieved success. However, you have come such a long way in comparatively recent times, that you are now a major contributor in maintaining your path to Ascension. 


We do not act in the name of destroyers as that it is not our way, but sometimes that which is a gross insult to the plan of the Creator will be removed in that way. It means that matter is returned to its basic components to be used again. In fact, nothing can be totally destroyed, but is simply “re-cycled”. The same applies to souls that are returned to Source, because they refuse to recognize their God-Self and their link to it. They will be part of the next breathing out, and travel another journey for their evolution. Be assured that very few souls fail to recognize the truth of their origin, or refuse to acknowledge the Light. Every soul has continual help through every life, and much planning goes to ensure that their lives are progressively lifting them up. Souls that succumb to the darkness, rarely drop so low as to become completely absorbed into the lower vibrations that they find it difficult to rise up again. 


In the midst of everyday chaos, as Lightworkers you are part of the great army that assists in bringing more Light to Earth. If you do nothing else, you will be doing much as many of you do at present, to help others who see no immediate future for themselves. Young people in particular are most vulnerable, yet many have come into the world with a greater level of consciousness than earlier generations. They can pick up more easily on the outcome, as they came into life fully prepared for the difficulties of this period. They will probably have more to offer once the changes are advanced, and they are aware of what is needed. You will find that you will be looking towards your young people for the answers, and they will have them. 


Meanwhile, we continue with our plan to get the dark Ones out of positions of control, thus allowing the people nominated to take over and take up their place. Eventually the tables will be turned and souls of Light will head governments, and lead where the banking fraternity is concerned. There will be changes from the top down, and it will result in your rights being restored. Prosperity will return through the distribution of funds, and much that you are entitled to, but have been denied, will be given to you. Debt is created deliberately and that would be your demise, if the Illuminati had their way. That is not to be so, and if any one act is destined to change your future, debt forgiveness will be the one. You are not responsible for it, but presently bear the burden of having to suffer the consequences. 


Do not worry about any of the current problems. The answers to all of them are known by us, so they will be but a passing phase. As always keep your eyes firmly on the future that promises to lift you out of your present difficulties, as it draws nearer each day. Think Ascension, and all it represents that is beautiful and re-assuring, and feel the joy that will accompany it.
