Resting in Universal Energies Accelerates Your Evolution

Greetings Divine Ones, 

We speak to you today with tremendous love and appreciation. 

It is easiest for you to hear us when you are in a state of spaciousness. Relaxation softens your field and opens up your energies to let more light enter your human energy system. So please, take a deep breath and close your eyes for a moment. Feel into your body and intend to relax and soften and open so that you might be nourished deeply from all that you are. 

When you are making lots of changes in the material you often feel tired. In any given moment you can tap into a far more energized state of being by allowing yourself deep nourishment through the connection with your Soul-self. Right now we invite you to open and receive this renewing energy and to let yourself continue to be refreshed and renewed as we share with you, this communication. 

Ascending humans are shifting onto a new playing field. The game has many layers and the layers are defined by dimensions. As you ascend you shift into different layers within the game because your baseline frequencies change. A great number of you are shifting onto a platform within the Earth-game which considers Soul-based embodiment the norm. You are not there yet in a stable and sustained way, but you are attuning to this time-space location within your own wholeness and are supported in this by future versions of you. 

We speak of future versions of you and we want you to know that this has nothing to do with time. Future versions of you appear along the evolutionary timeline, not a earth-based clock timeline. What we mean by this is that as you ascend you begin to shift beyond the limiting paradigms of 3d relationships to time and you begin to realize the journey of unfolding is not linear, it’s evolutionary. 

You are experiencing the unfolding of your human life along a trajectory of becoming increasingly whole and soulful. Your human life is part of your Soul’s unfolding toward complete conscious reunion with All That Is. This means all aspects within your field will come into conscious remembering of all that you are. The interesting thing about realizing that the journey is not time based, is evolutionary, is that you can turn to the past on Earth and access future aspects of you. For there are past civilizations and cultures that have ascended and they inform you in the presence, from a more whole and more coherent expression of humanity and for some, even your own embodied expressions. 

As you let yourself realize that you may have ascended before, or you may tap into ascended Earth civilizations as a way of downloading the templates of coherence associated with these, you begin to think differently about your relationship to time-space. You feel less hemmed in by dates and things you feel must happen at a certain time and you start to realize that life and manifest experiences happen in waves and bursts like all natural cycles. That things can be explosively created and things can show up with seeming not a lot of lead time for shifts happen within and then tip the new energy state into a flow of form that is what you experience as manifest circumstances of situations or appearances of what you wished to connect with in your life. 

The inner knowing you are living from will continue to open up in ways that astonish you as you become more resonant in stable ways with this Soul-based timeline. The release of all the ideas about yourself that you are not worthy and that you are not deserving of your own joyous desires coming true, will seem a thing of that past that is just a memory. Nothing saddening or disappointing. No grief about the time before, for in the present you will feel so capable and clear that the moment will be able to fulfill you. For you will be resonant with your Soul’s loving gaze upon you and in this state of spiritual alignment your light will shine forth and flow easily into form and provide you with the knowing and connection and clarity you all seek. 

Living within this realm of focus as an ascending being is starting to be more common. Although many might not use the words “ascension,” this does not change the fact that many human beings are welcoming the clarity of expanded consciousness. Many human beings are growing in their capacity to feel love for others and for themselves. This loving generosity is beginning, too, to be extended to other living creatures and the planet and this is making people even more conscious. It’s a gradual process that then snowballs with insights as energy in clarity accumulates and sweeps out limiting thought-forms and clears congested energy patterns. 

This year's Chinese New Year reflected the inner changes you are feeling, quite perfectly. The energy of this emerging year is a shift into action and higher energy states. You too will feel this, if you are not already. Trust yourself and do not push yourself, let the energy build and rise within you, while you lovingly attend to your needs and inspiration, trusting your Soul-self to lead you perfectly. Know that the planetary field too, is guiding you. As you let yourself feel an innate connectedness with the future you, a 5th dimensional you, living a 5th dimensional experience of Earth, you let yourself ride the ascending energy arc that your planet is allowing and emanating and this will make your experience not only graceful, but abundant. You only need to learn to let in, what you need, believing yourself as worthy of this and realizing that abundance is not based on doing things, or transactions, but on our inherent Oneness. Abundance is experienced based on your capacity to let more in and the easiest way to learn to let more in is to learn to see yourself and your life from your Soul’s viewpoint. 

We’d like to offer a suggestion for how to cultivate that state of awareness and we want you to know it really can be this simple. 

Close your eyes and open inward. Feel for the still point within your center and intend to open into your universal Oneness and connect as Soul. 

Let yourself feel the warmth and spaciousness of that opening. 

Intend for that warmth and spaciousness to expand. 

Enjoy the feeling of this. 

Again, let yourself invite this feeling to expand, then spend time enjoying it. 

Repeat this for as long as you like, but without effort. Softly and easily. 

When you feel complete, have a sense of drawing all that energy you are connected with into your human energy system. 

State you intention to ground this energy within your present state, empowering you to shift into a more universal soul-based state of being. 

Renew yourself with Universal Soul-based communion. Realize that resting in Universal energy fields accelerates your evolution! 

When you do this regularly, you will find how much easier it is to be your Soul-Self. If you do this without expectation and simply for the pleasure of it, and let it be pleasurable, create it in a way that feels good to you, you will be letting more in and this will translate into all areas of your life. 

We know you are tired of all the integration you have been experiencing. We encourage you to rest deeply in the loving, nourishing, light-filled field of your Universal Self, your Soul Self and be renewed and refreshed. 

There is time for everything you want to experience. Let yourself lighten up now and feel at ease.

Many shifts are taking place presently in the collective of humanity

It is our delight to welcome you in our consciousness with an encouraging message enabling us to share a communication through this connection. With clarity in the current state of affairs unfolding on your world, we wish to bring you more information because of this clarity and also give you our point of view in these matters. 

Due to the fact that many shifts are taking place presently in the collective of humanity and in your personal reality, a certain number of deeper and more obvious things will arise in your awareness and in your consciousness that, up until now, you were rather reluctant to cope with, let alone take it for truth. What we are referring to are the most natural abilities and the deeper insights, which are nestling in your reality and which are making themselves known more powerfully. 

For a long time those issues seemed to be a mere dream or an illusion and for you it was difficult to just consider that everything that has been shared through our messages and our means of connection would ever become manifest in this life, let alone in this reality! It gradually dawns more and more in your current awareness that everything we talked about will definitely become your truth and your reality in the most subtle but nonetheless most powerful way. We advise you to welcome and accept these matters, to have an open mind about them and sweep all doubts aside whether they might just be fiction. 

It has always been a difficult concept to grasp for the brain and for the human self to accept as your reality those super abilities and those seemingly unnatural developments of your own real Self. That's the reason why quite some time has elapsed in order to put this into practice and to grasp it through the human brain throughout this illusion, throughout this Duality. Step by step you arrive at the reflection that everything comes your way leading you to where you always worked so hard for to bring into manifestation and to prove to yourself what you are capable of in this reality and who is your real Self truly. 

Now we have arrived at an auspicious time in which many of you will be able to make use of inner changes unfolding in the heart and in the pure light cells of your incarnation in order to put the first actual steps in the development of, for instance, earthly travel through the gift of teleportation or the development of the gift of channeling of very high frequencies, which will give rise to a revolution in this Earthly Duality. Activations in the brain are carried out extensively at present by our teams and by us, because your brain has to be activated in order to manifest all of this within your reality. 

There are shifts in your hearing abilities and there is a speeding up of your notion of time and of frequency, which is absolutely the case and this gives rise to an intense shift within your reality. Everything is now in the process of speeding up considerably as to the pace and to the energies, in such a way that many hearts request an adaptation in this frequency shift to be able to exist in the current magnetic frequency, because the heart will continue to serve as the engine of the body in which you dwell. However, everything is shifting in such a way within your physical body that a totally different frequency will present itself and will be felt within you as well as around you by others. 

This reality is literally cracking in on itself and it is not quite clear for us how much longer this illusory reality can be maintained, as it bursts of spirituality, awakenings, shifts and growth. This current reality will never be the same again; you will never be the same again. You will no longer be able to recognize yourself in such a short notice, because what you will evolve into will be beyond your power of imagination. This all has to do with the fact that your evolution and your expansion will bring you to a completion in such a way that nothing, pertaining to this world of Duality, will remain a part of yourself. 

You are now in the phase of the home stretch and the last ties connected to your physical body will now be released and you will be able to soar higher and higher in this New Reality. We have now begun with the exploration of your abilities and the real development of them. Your innate abilities will far surpass your imaginations because you never considered them to be part of your reality. The more you can accept them, the bigger your evolution and your manifestation of them will become. Your reality can now begin expanding and evolving, for you have taken your first steps in this new reality, all together hand in hand. One person will find him/herself in a more refined world than another, but there will be improvement to say the least and certainly no setback, unless one does not feel nor create progress and growth and where the resonance on the current frequency vibration is the most comfortable for your being. 

No matter what the case may be, everything is perfect for you and perfectly matched for your being. Nothing is too less or too much for you, because everything has to be precisely as it must be. In full delight and with gratitude, we are the Arcturians.

No Reason to Worry

Doing our difficult emotional cleansing can take a toll on us and make us feel run down, but this too will pass. 

At times when we are detoxing our bodies, or going through the Ascension process, we experience aches in our bodies and manifest flu like symptoms. We may find ourselves feeling fatigued and even sad, as if we might be coming down with something. This is a natural part of any cleansing process and commonly accompanies deep inner-work. As we are called to examine our emotions and our beliefs, which often prompts deep inner-changes as well as external shifts, our bodies grow tired. Feeling under the weather is the way they let us know that it’s time to take a break. It’s best to be easy on ourselves at times like these and not to keep pushing forward. Learning to listen to and honor our bodies is part of the process of becoming more conscious. 

As soon as you notice you are not feeling well, make an effort to get extra sleep, whether by going to bed earlier than usual or working naps into your routine. You can also support your body by eating as healthy as possible, drinking plenty of water and herbal teas, and taking vitamins. Vitamin C is especially galvanizing to the immune system. Homeopathic remedies can also aid you in assisting your body in its time of rest and recovery. Talking lovingly to yourself, and your body, will also help. Beyond that, simply letting go of thinking and resting in the deep silence of your true self will speed your recovery. In addition, you can always call upon your guides and angels, asking them to ease the symptoms. 

It is natural to go through times of feeling under the weather, so there is no reason for you to worry. On the contrary, feel free to let go of worry and rest peacefully in the knowledge that this too shall pass, leaving you stronger, healthier, and further along in your healing process.

The utter joy of returning to your natural Divine State

Your awakening is a done deal. Nothing can prevent it from occurring exactly as divinely intended. Many of you are anxious, wondering when you will see some positive indications in the physical environment of the inevitable arrival of this momentous event. You are all accustomed to drama – earthquakes, floods, revolutions, wars, accidents – and may well be expecting your awakening to be equally dramatic, possibly preceded by shocking or amazing revelations trumpeted by the mainstream media. 

This is not the divine way! God is Love, Peace, Compassion, Joy, Bliss, and any other loving Reality that you sense or feel. Every one of those is experienced within yourselves. The external world is illusory. Reality is within. It is within yourselves that you will experience your awakening, and when you do, it will be amazing! Looking outside is a distraction, because it is an imaginary environment made up by your collective human consciousness. When you awaken, it will be gone! 

To awaken is to know yourselves as one – with each other and with God. In your present dream state, filled, it seems, with fascinating and enticing distractions and billions of individual beings, it is impossible for you to conceive of the wonder that awaits you on awakening. You can, at present, only conceive of situations and events that you experience through your bodily senses, and the extensions to them that your science and technology have provided. 

When you awaken, none of those means of thinking, seeing, hearing, feeling, tasting, or smelling will be necessary, because you will know and experience All That Is, God, Creation, Reality directly – no intermediation of any kind is required. 

It is very difficult for you to get a handle on this, because you are so fully acclimatized and accustomed to dealing with others, individuals or groups – separate entities in bodies. In Reality there is no separation: what one knows, all know. And yet there is identity, in so far as all are aspects of one loving God, creating and communing together. 

It is impossible to describe to you the utter joy of returning to your natural Divine State. It has to be directly experienced. Some of you have had inklings of what this means, when you have read about the ecstatic experiences of mystics throughout the ages, who tried to express in words what it is like, and a few of you have had your own brief encounters with the brilliant Light of God’s Love for you in altered states of consciousness or during near-death experiences. But those experiences are just teasers, nudges, calls to lead you on towards your permanent awakening. 

Those of you who have had those experiences were overwhelmed by Love, by ecstasy, by the sense of the Presence of God, and although you knew in that moment that you are never judged but infinitely loved, you also knew that that was not the moment for you to return Home permanently, that you still had work to do, just by remaining among your sisters and brothers who are struggling to find their way out of the illusion. 

Nevertheless, your experience removed all fear of death; in fact, it removed all fear — and you were filled with a permanent and constant love for all humanity. That love shines out from you continuously, affecting everyone with whom you interact in any way at all, and your duty, your task, as you are well aware, is to continue sharing that love indiscriminately at all times. 

Within the illusion vast changes are happening all across the world, as the field of Divine Love enveloping you seeps into every heart that is the least bit willing to allow It in. Never before in human history has there been such an outpouring of love and compassion by humans for humans. Previously, the amount of love truly shared was small, but over time the indestructible seeds it planted have grown, and they are now flourishing vibrantly as they engage with God’s Divine Love field embracing the planet. 

These changes remain almost totally unreported by the mainstream media, and yet Love is flowing boisterously, ebulliently, and irrepressibly across the world – everyone will be swept up in It. And as It becomes the prime energy and all attempts to maintain unloving attitudes and behaviors collapse, you will all experience the most marvelous inner changes that It encourages and promotes. 

You are not frightened individuals, left alone and abandoned in a terrifying and threatening environment by a fierce and judgmental god; you are divine beings of immense power, created in Love by your Father, for both His eternal joy and yours – and only temporarily lost in an imaginary world of your own construction. That is His Will, and It will not be constrained in any way. Continue to share the Love in which you are enveloped, and know that you can never be separated from God — with Whom you are eternally one.
