Stay daily connected and aligned to the New Energies

Beloved Ones, 

This is a time of prayer without ceasing. Each person on Earth needs to align to Source and know who they are – a child of the Divine. They need to take a stand in their minds and hearts for that which is good and right, to follow the golden rule. Each time those who do not follow these basic precepts of universal law create havoc and mayhem for its own sake, it is incumbent upon each individual to show the highest qualities they are capable of upholding. Each of you whose hearts are filled with Love do more to sustain and maintain the balance on this planet than you can ever know. Do not become discouraged, for you have the strength within you to be as strong as the times you are in call for and it is important that you exercise this attribute by maintaining your equilibrium. 

It is important to stay daily connected and aligned to the new energies, and reinforce these energies in your own being. This does more than you can imagine to assist humanity and the Earth go through the eye of the needle. The crossroads we have spoken of before are clearly before you, each person must make their choice, to move forward or stay behind in the old paradigm that is now kicking and screaming to retain its control. You know the answer to this one already and there can be only one choice and that choice is Love. Be the Love that burns within your heart and keep on keeping on. Do whatever you can to give assistance, send your Light and Love out to those areas of the planet that are in need of it and ensure that you are in control of you and not reacting to the chaos in a way that compromises who you are within you. 

Maintain your balance and keep the door to the Light and to the promising future open. Use your discernment at all times. Remember, if it does not feel right or good, then it is in all likelihood not good, so do not believe everything you hear and give your power away. You control each situation you encounter by what you empower. You are your own savior; no one else can do the inner work but you. It is the time for you to use your Light to transform yourself. There is much depth within you that now seeks to express outwardly. The energies are shifting and new levels of being are now being established. You have not lost any ground, for all is in a state of flux. Follow your inner guidance and direction with faith and steely determination. 

You are entering a new phase of soul development and it is important to be true to yourselves, to know yourselves. The changes that have been wrought on the etheric realms are now coming into expression on the physical plane. It is a new beginning on a new level of spiritual expression and as with everything new, it requires a period of adjustment to become acclimated at the new level. As you go within, you will receive guidance and support from the higher realms. The answers lie within you and not ‘out there’. So, it requires that you be still and listen. This is where you have access to greater resources and understanding. 

As the changes within take place, a new framework and direction will come to cognizance. The evolution of the self has brought forth a new aspect that brings new beginnings and an exciting new awareness of the possibilities that lie before you. You will find new purpose and renewed commitment to the path of evolvement that you are on. You have all that you need to make steady progress towards the further expansion of your soul growth and understanding of the higher perspectives take root within. Know that you are loved and supported by your family of Light in every moment.

Your personal star is waiting to shine in your life

Beloved Ones, 

Each of you is stretching for the potential that rests within. This potential beckons you onward, poignant in its endless possibilities and its creative energies help open the flow to needed movement and direction. These are creating inner growth and are not outwardly seen but inwardly felt. Follow your heart in all things. Former ways of doing things are now evolving as you follow your inner direction with faith and determination. Your trust in your intuition is becoming more developed and the insight provided into your own inner workings provides a greater awareness of the people and situations that surround you. As you practice being still and quiet, an inner knowingness comes, a spiritual energy that focuses on understandings that come from a place beyond one’s reason. As you give your inner guidance from the higher aspects of yourself the opportunity to manifest, your own intuition becomes a reality in its operation in your daily life. The key is to take the time to be still and know that you are on the right track. 

The creativity you hold within you unfolds now and you find new levels of expression for it, as you reach for ever greater expansion in finding ways to share your richness and goodness with the world. This opens you to the abundance of the universe and the greater gifts that you have acquired throughout time and the evolution of your inner growth begins to find physical expression. Your belief in your self and your value and worth intensifies, as you further align to this higher inner direction. You realize that the only limitations you experience are those that you put on yourself and you seek to break those crystallized forms, so that you can further expand into areas that uncover ever greater potential. As the limits of your conscious mind are removed, you raise your energy level and your frequency to the next step in your ongoing evolution of consciousness. 

As you give ever greater focus to the spiritual values, your heart opens and you become more aware of the intensity of the spirit within, which seeks ever greater manifestation in your reality. You are entering into a new phase of inner and outer development. This development comes in ebbs and flows, sometimes the inner guidance encourages withdrawal from the world around you, and this inner growth then seeks manifestation in the outer world. It is important to be yourself, to know who you are and stay grounded in that knowing. There are new beginnings that are coming forward and previously hidden facets of your self coming into expression. Allowing this new direction to take shape brings new perspectives and a new level of your inner truth comes forward to be acknowledged and fully integrated. This will open you to an ever greater understanding and expansion of yourself. 

Allow this new level of truth to touch into all aspects of your life. Personal wisdom is gained through experience and is guiding and opening you to the greater mysteries of the universe. It lightens your spirit and brings you to a greater awareness that you have the freedom to be or do whatever you want; all you have to do is claim the right to do so. The choices before you are limitless and all you have to do is take the action necessary to claim them as yours. To be abundant in your world is to experience the joy of creation. What you set in motion returns to you. You are in control of each situation that you encounter by what you choose to empower. The universal energy of creation is always present and this cosmic balance and perfection is reflected within you, recognize this and come into the rhythm with creation. 

There must be a balance between the spiritual and the physical. There is always a pattern, an order and a system that is in operation to every creation that manifests. There is a constant flow of energy which comes from different realms that gifts the seeds of wisdom that is required for your ongoing evolution and enlightenment. This wisdom puts you in touch with the Light that illuminates your connection with the Infinite. Your personal star is waiting to shine in your life.

When you step into your New Reality, you will have plenty of time for your own pleasures

Your vibration level is rising exponentially each day and those of you who are preparing themselves for even higher vibrations are feeling the change within already. Your ability to absorb the incoming Light inside has increased immensely and it is to be seen shortly also on the outside. Another wave of clearing has passed by for you and for Mother Earth and you can literally sense it in the air. The Light from your Sun is brighter, because you are now able to receive higher frequencies than ever before. Look around you and see it for yourself and feel the fresh energy that is everywhere. 

The old energy of suffering and sorrow is being replaced with the new one full of Love and compassion for everyone without any difference. The more you clear yourself the more you will feel this freshness and Love around, so do not hesitate for a moment and finish what you have started long ago and was very hard and painful, but now even the most heavy issues can be cleared with ease, as the frequency has risen “countless” times and of course you have become very well aware of this process by already knowing when something needs your attention. Some might decide to ignore and it is absolutely your own choice at what speed you do it, but we want to remind you that it has never been easier for you to fully step into the Light, as it is now. 

These are the moments of your true awakening and we are very happy to be with you, therefore put all your doubts aside and simply feel our energy flowing to you. We know that you want to see us finally land, yet the more you will focus on our energy, the more you will attract these matters as Disclosure and Landings to you. Every of our messages is about truly feeling and connecting to us without any worries of when and how. Let this be our part of our together plan and when the right moment comes, believe us we will not “waste” any minute and will arrive on such a beautiful occasion that is still beyond your imagination and many of you, that are aligned with our energy, already feel that we are coming. 

Always listen to your inner guidance, as it cannot lie to you and feel the attraction of your higher experiences, that are about to enter into your reality. Preparation for them is very important, that is why we feel we need to remind you often of your own readiness and changes that are necessary prior to your stepping in. We also want to remind you that after you will see all the beauty of it with your own eyes and get these wonderful feelings into your body, you will clearly understand why you needed to be prepared for this exact period of time. Keep in mind, that when you step into your New Reality, you will have plenty of time for your own pleasures and you will not have to worry that you will miss something important, as you cannot be late, so focus on your visions of what your life will look like and soon you will realize that you have left the time illusion and your life has changed.

Nothing is more important than those few quiet moments you spend at peace in that inner space of stillness and Love

As many channels have been telling you, you are being inundated with Love. Open your hearts, your souls, and allow It to flow through you and out to all your brothers and sisters undergoing the human experience at this point in your spiritual evolution. You chose to be here at this time to be willing and abundant conduits through which our Father’s Love could flow smoothly and abundantly to assist in humanity’s awakening process. You have been doing a grand job, but some of you have lately become a little less enthusiastic in your Light bearing duties, because the darkness of the illusion has been drawing you into its web of distrust and disbelief about the truth and reality of Heaven and the spiritual realms. 

Of course, at the center of your beingness, you know God, and you know that all is divinely taken care of. However, within the illusion there are myriad alarming distractions that are depressing you and encouraging you to dim your Light. Don’t! You are enormously supported at this most important moment by the constant waves of Love sweeping through your unreal environment to dissolve it, but you too need to support It and allow the Love to enter your hearts and then flow on from you to wherever It is needed, and It is needed everywhere! 

When you go within daily to that quiet inner space where you can access your inner guidance, the teachings of the Holy Spirit and of your own personal guides who are always watching out for you, do make a special effort not to be distracted by your daily “to do lists” which can seem overwhelmingly important. They are not. If you have to leave something out, the sky will not fall. You know this, because oftentimes in the past you have had to leave things out that were on those lists, because you ran out of time, and it did not fall then. Recognize that most of you, either through guilt or through a misplaced sense of responsibility to others, overload yourselves with duties and then judge yourselves as less than totally adequate, when you find it impossible to complete them all in the time that you have allowed yourselves. 

To do what you incarnated to do this time around you need to be able to access that quiet place of inner peace daily and rest there gently, even if only for a few minutes. But far too often you allow illusory distractions, pressures, and deadlines to disturb that peace, and so stress builds within you, until you find that you do not have the time to spare for your daily quiet time alone and at peace. You neglect your essential personal needs in favor of attempting to complete tasks that are truly of very little consequence. You are aware of this, because within the illusion you are constantly missing deadlines that you have set yourselves, or that others have set for you – it happens all the time – and no ghastly disaster occurs. 

It is absolutely essential that you allow yourselves that quiet time daily no matter what is going on in your lives. Nothing is more important than those few quiet moments you spend at peace in that inner space of stillness and Love. The longer you can spend there the better, but we do understand that it can be very difficult for you to do so when you have family and work responsibilities to take care of. Nevertheless, keep reminding yourselves that responsibility for your own well-being comes before all other responsibilities. If you do not keep yourselves in good shape, you just cannot adequately take care of all your other responsibilities. You know this, and you all have friends or acquaintances who have burnt themselves out due to not allowing themselves personal time to be quiet and at peace. 

If you feel too driven to make space available in your day just for you, acknowledge it, and then talk to someone you can trust about it, so that you get support at the illusory human level where you are presently operating. Indeed, the illusion seems very real to you, and therefore you have to honor the rules that you have chosen to abide by, and one of those rules is to seek help when you are feeling or being overwhelmed. If you do not, errors and problems will arise that further increase your levels of stress. The “I’m tough, I can handle it” attitude that has been so encouraged and held up as an ideal to be striven for is in fact very damaging and weakening for you. There is always someone out there to whom you can talk and from whom you will receive support. 

Many of you have acted as guides and mentors for others and have learnt that very often all that is required is that you allow the person to talk while you listen silently and intently while maintaining eye contact. Frequently it is enough for someone to know that they have been heard. When you listen attentively to another, they can feel it, it allows them to relax, their stress levels fall, and then their own inner guidance, their intuition, their higher selves or spiritual guides can get through to them. 

You have seen this many times and have yourselves assisted others in this manner. So, why on Earth can you not acknowledge and honor that need in yourselves? Every one of you is divine and irreplaceable aspects of God, our Source, the Supreme Intelligence, and as such you are beings of infinite worth and value. Presently you are experiencing the intense sensations that the illusion provides, while restricted by the severe limitations that a human body imposes on you. It is incredibly stressful, and you are very easily distracted from your spiritual path, as you get caught up in the suffering and drama of this unreal environment, which almost constantly offers you the message that you are not good enough, that you are not working hard enough. Well enough already! 

The way forward is to remind yourselves of who you truly are by reading and re-reading the holy works that spell this out for you. You can accept it intellectually, so do so, and then go within, when you make that essential purely personal time available, and remind yourselves of this divine truth. When you do that while in your quiet space intend once more to make it real for you, and you will, thus regaining and rejuvenating your spiritual strength that you need to complete your journey home. 

Remind yourselves frequently that you are being lovingly watched over and supported in every moment, and relax into the sense, the feeling that this knowledge brings into your awareness.

The quality of love known as strength

Beloved Ones, let us have discourse on the quality of love known as strength. This quality is developed within each individual as they progress through the challenges, experiences and stages of their lives, as an underlying force in the inner character of each person. As one meets their unique challenges and rises above each one, this quality is fortified and magnified as a part of one’s innate ability to weather any storm that passes through their individual field of influence in the world. Each individual is given many tests and trials to help develop this quality within them, as it fosters a connection to the divine aspects within, for it is when an individual is tried and tested that they reach deeper and higher within them in order to overcome and successfully meet the challenges and obstacles that come into their lives. In turn, this quality serves to keep one grounded and stable in all facets of their life on Earth. 

This quality of love also develops the capacity of an individual to gain this quality in their mind and to use it daily to follow the promptings of their inner guidance despite the outside forces that try to sway a person from the path they have chosen. It is called into play constantly and the more often it is used, the more powerful it becomes. This quality of strength of mind affords the owner of it to stay focused and centered on the inner workings of their own soul plan that they have come to Earth to experience. Each individual is unique in the path they have chosen and this quality called strength adds power to its expression and manifestation in their lives. During these exciting and pivotal times on Earth, this quality is constantly coming into play in each person, as the changes in all facets of life take place around them. Exercising this quality of mind in each situation helps an individual to remain true to their own journey. 

Many people choose a life that is filled with ongoing challenges and obstacles that seem to occur with regularity in their lives. These are people who at soul level are desirous of gaining more of this essential attribute of the soul, for they know it is a necessary component for developing into powerful individuals who can successfully create a reality of their own choosing in their environment. Through the experiencing of these challenges the individuals learn that there are higher laws in effect that cannot be controlled by physical or external force and that the wielding of this quality of strength must be tempered with empathy, compassion and love - for themselves, and for all others who share their environment. It is during this honing process in the fires of purification of one’s thoughts, words and deeds that one’s whole being is being brought into alignment with the Creator of all. When one’s whole being is in alignment with the Creator of all, one’s life expands in ever increasing opportunities and wondrous synchronicities to bring into their experience of life. 

The quality of strength must also be an attribute of the heart in order to develop spiritual strength and energy to always stay connected to one’s own inner truth and stay grounded in love. One must have faith and believe that they are connected to and are a part of a higher purpose and destiny and that they are here to manifest the higher aspects of their divine essence. It is through this quality called strength that one’s faith in a higher purpose for their individual life keeps an individual firmly grounded in common sense, right thought and right action. Always doing what is perceived and felt as the right thing serves each individual by keeping them immaculate and incorruptible in their soul. As long as one does this, and foregoes the temptation to disregard the inner voice of spirit within them, one remains an ambassador of all that is right and good in the world. 

There are many temptations for each human life upon this planet, which conspire to remove a soul from their path of goodness, honesty, kindness, reliability, fidelity to spirit and purity of heart. The world today is filled with these choices for each individual – this requires the quality of strength to choose to take the high road of doing that which is right for the continued expansion of their soul growth, higher potential, experience and understanding, or to succumb to the illusions of the ego so prevalent during these times which take an individual off the higher path. When an individual chooses to succumb to the temptations of this world, they lose their way and their connection to the higher aspects within them. They are beset with feelings of fear and doubt, guilt, anguish and remorse, unworthiness, justification for their choices and inner turmoil. These feelings come from the higher aspects within them, which try to bring the individual back into alignment with their true purpose using this quality of love which helps to manifest into physical expression the divine essence within them. When each individual uses the strength within and follows their higher path and purpose, everything in their life flows with peace, harmony, happiness, creativity and inspiration. 

I leave you now to ponder on the secrets of employing this quality of love known as strength.

Communicating with your Higher Self

How can I develop communication with my Higher Self? How can I receive Its inner guidance? How do I discern whether or not my connection is truly from the God-Self level and not just my ego’s self-talk? These are among the questions I have most frequently been asked in my thirty-plus years' worldwide service as an international spiritual teacher. Why? Because people serious about their spiritual advancement and service are becoming aware that this highest kind of communication and guidance is available to every person. For centuries we’ve been told by churches and gurus that we cannot commune directly with the Divine, but must rely upon intermediaries instead. Even today, many still have the feeling that they’re not good or ‘advanced’ enough to make their own reliable connection, or that it’s better to rely upon other people who are perceived to have the necessary psychic or channeling abilities. 

Now, in this time of great change of humanity’s accelerated evolution, anyone who desires to tap into the wisdom of their Higher God-Self (also known as your I AM Presence) can learn to do so, no exceptions. This Superconscious Mind connection is innate in every person, so learning to invite and allow this inner knowing to come into your conscious mind is simply a choice you can make at any time. There are only two requirements: to know, not just believe that this is your birthright, and to accept that the Holy Spirit - the Divine Presence and communicator within or what the scriptures call “the still small voice of God” - is always available to you even though you may not be aware of it yet.  More powerful and encompassing than simple intuition, it will never lead you astray. 

However, just as one has to develop an unused or lazy muscle, it may take some practice to develop! But the good news is that it’s easier now than ever before. The energies of this century which Masters and sages have prophesied as the beginning of the long-awaited Age of the Holy Spirit, are helping humanity reclaim our inner power and mastery. 

Here are a few guidelines to help you get started - or strengthen your connection. But always remember that very rarely do people hear a voice! Real Divine communication usually comes as a deep “knowing,” a flash of inspired understanding or revelation, or sometimes a ‘downloading’ of awesome, enlightening spiritual information. And remember that guidance from your Higher Self is for you, not others. 

1.  Ask your Higher Self/'I AM' Presence to take charge of this process to ensure that you only connect with Its inner communicator, the Holy Spirit.  A powerful aid is the Decree and Invocation (at the end of this article) given some decades ago by the Ascended Master St Germain to help us with this most important step of mastery in our spiritual maturing and to help raise our energy frequencies. It’s most effective when used every morning at the beginning of your meditation and before asking any question, as it ensures that you won’t link in with spiritually unevolved astral or ET entities. 

2. Learn how to go into a deep meditative Alpha state and practice this daily. When your brain waves slow to Alpha state, you’re able to transcend your everyday thinking, self-talk and concerns that jam your inner 'lines of higher communication.' With practice, this inner stillness enables you to clear the static or interference and activate your receptive abilities.  Techniques like beginning with deep breathing, chanting, or sublime music can greatly help this process.  You will know you’re succeeding, when you start experiencing periods of profound peace or bliss, and when you are unaware of time and even of your body. 

3. A good way to encourage the development of your inner reception is to contemplate some deep spiritual concepts that you'd like to expand your knowledge about or understand, or to ask a question concerning spiritual matters. This higher communication is to help us become spiritually mature - not for asking such ordinary everyday questions as what socks to buy or what to do in mundane matters which are of no lasting consequence!  These things according to the Masters are our responsibility. 

4. If you have the slightest doubt or uncertainty just wait and ask again later. The Golden Rule is to ask, ask and ask again! Ask for confirmation and you will be led to reliable sources. Ask for more details. Using the list below will help you discern if your communication is from the highest level. You can ask for guidance concerning important life-changing or service issues, once you feel confident that your connection is strong and clear enough. 


Discernment is essential especially now during these times of increased interference from lower astral plane and galactic entities, so to test the source level and authenticity, always ask the following questions: 

i) Is the communication or information loving, gentle, compassionate? Connection with your Higher Self/Holy Spirit is never ‘loud’, hurried, angry, judgmental. Ego self-talk, however, can be any of these and often comes in very quickly with an answer or direction. 

ii) Does it leave you with a sense of total peace and calm? Is it freeing, positive, credible, helpful? It will never generate fear, panic, worry, urgency or anxiety. This means it will never be phenomenon-         based such as negative ET’s or spaceships are coming to take over, earthquakes/tsunamis are going to wipe out most of the population, etc. In particular, it will never give an actual date. This is because time is ‘elastic.’ 

iii) Is it empowering and uplifting, leaving you with a sense of absolute rightness, certainty and joy? 

iv) Does it leave you feeling loved, strong, secure and protected?  It will never suggest for example, you have dark energy around you, implants or the like. 

v) Does information received apply not only to your own understanding and growth, but gives spiritual principles and laws? Higher information can be applied to everyone, is always for the highest good of all and emphasizes our oneness. 

vi) In answer to personal questions …….. Does it suggest ways of seeing things, so you can arrive at your own solution or answer?  Higher guidance never tells you what to do, as this would be taking your power and free choice away. I have often found that my question is answered with another question that immediately makes the answer obvious! 

vii) Does it address your soul progress, which is the reason for each life experience? Your Higher Self never appeals to your ego by suggesting, for example, you’re the only one being given this information – you will have a special mission, special powers or fame and fortune – you’re a master, ascended, or of high spiritual status etc.  If the last was true, would you still need to be here?  Richard Bach explains this perfectly in his book “Illusion” …….. 

“Here is a test to find whether your mission on earth is finished: If you’re alive, it isn’t.”
