The Tipping Point Is Here – And It’s All About You

There’s no question about it. We’re there. And I’m not just talking about the globalist takeover bid they’re hastily and clumsily trying to execute. 

The awakening is erupting. 

Many feel lost and afraid right now all across the spectrum of humanity. This deliberate creation of chaos is designed to do just that. However, parallel and simultaneous to their psychotic designs is a massive arousal of the human spirit, spurred on by an arising of conscious awareness and a deep sense of growing personal realization and empowerment. 

Most may not recognize these rising seemingly confusing energetic changes as being the creative process at work, but it is. Awakening is first of all a destructive process, eliminating everything that is unreal and inhibitive of personal development and progress. These two dynamics work concurrently. 

When you stand back and observe with washened eyes, you’ll see it, and it brings great peace in the midst of these stormy times. 


What is the Price of Awakening? 

Being awake comes with a price, and it may have been upped a bit or even a lot lately. You’re being worked on. Letting go and getting the most out of challenging circumstances and conditions is vital to growth. Don’t fight it, whatever you do. 

It’s very sad to see unawakened humanity being tossed to and fro without a clue as to what is really going on. But even that is an “engineered” shake up designed by Universe to help every one of us come to our senses and transcend this false reality. Millions are flocking to alternative news sources to try to make sense of what’s going on, and they’re stumbling on realities they never considered before. 

And that’s a wonderful thing. It will cause a lot of pain to make the realizations they’re being presented with, but again, that’s alright. Truth comes with a cost – the end of the lies and illusions they had previously based their entire lives on. And it’s an ongoing process. 

Many will be forced to enter the “dark night of the soul” whether they want to or not. I can tell you from personal experience that it’s a hell of a lot easier and quicker if you elect to let yourself go through it, and in many ways the sooner you do, if you haven’t already, the better. 


What Do We Do? 

So, what should we do? If we know the truth, we’re responsible not only to share it passionately, but also to live it. This is where it gets even more uncomfortable, but it must be done. The hour is late and the times we are living in are dire. There’s no alternative any more. 

We have to rise to the occasion. It’s virtually us or them, life or death, truth or lies, freedom or slavery – for not just ourselves, but our loved ones, progeny and the entire human race. That’s what makes this the opportunity of a lifetime, and our marvelous creative Universe is there to meet you, if you dare walk the path. 

In fact, you’ll even meet your True Self, what you’ve been looking and longing for your whole life! 


The Tipping Point 

I posted two remarkable videos today (see HERE and HERE) that to me are clear signals that the tide is not just turning, but the tide of humanity awakening is rising quickly. What we do from here is supremely important, as we have a growing array of opportunities for active participation unfolding before us. And there will be more, but waiting to start somewhere is not an option. 

The time to activate is now. Let anything that hinders this fall away from your life, whatever the cost. The call for our inner warriors to rise could not be any clearer. 

You’ll see these manifestations of the tipping point we’ve reached everywhere, if you look. People’s tones are changing, minds are tossed about but exploring new perspectives, truths are being outed like never before. It’s an amazing time. Don’t stare at the machinations of the powers that shouldn’t be, they’re designed to distract and disempower. This is crucial. 

And don’t think Gaia is going to take all this lying down either. We’re talking about a massive energetic change we have the privilege to be a part of. Remember, nature bats last. 


Fed Up? Good! 

Many are getting fed up with false flags, mass shootings, war drums, complete media bullshit and the fear riddled bloviations of the psychopaths in the news. That’s actually good, and one of the main symptoms of what I’m addressing here. You’re fed up – you’ve had enough. So, turn it off. Just get the essentials from the independent and alternative news to keep an eye on things, then turn it off. Draw on empowering sources that feed your soul and inspire your heart and draw close to supportive loved ones. 

Take the exploration of self you’re no doubt being presented with and see where it takes you. 

That’s the primary battle at hand. We need to become who we truly are, if we’re to finish this out the way we should, could, can and will. But don’t dwell on your own damn ass all day either. Activate and proliferate the truth and build community and bonds of love with those you’re being called to be with. We all need this support and strength, and environments where we can be our authentic selves and grow into the full stature of awakened, empowered souls. 

Enjoy the ride, but don’t buck at the pain and sacrifices when they present themselves. They’re small fry compared to the glorious new world being birthed in the hearts of our beloved mankind.

You are abiding in the magnificent times that have been prophesied by the elders of your world for thousands of years. The waiting is now over and this is true even if you happen to visit a city or a country where the veils still appear to be over the eyes and the hearts of those who are living there. Do not allow yourself to become dismayed by outer appearances or to let any temporary illusions discourage you from holding the truth of what is really happening beneath and above your 3rd dimensional world. 

Your support is now more vital than ever in magnifying and extending the Golden Age frequencies of Unity Consciousness into wherever you are physically living or into whatever you might be communicating, watching or sending into the world via your telephones, televisions, cell phones, ipads and computers, since they are acting as the teachers of your age. These technologies are now a part of every culture around your world and they are either supporting the truth or expanding the illusion. 

If you have truly chosen to live in your mastery, you are playing a vital role in sharing with others only the most positive and supportive information possible. Sometimes, you may be hearing or reading what seems too good to be true, yet know that even though this may appear to be the case, based on what seems to be taking place on the physical plane, these positive reports are already so on the higher dimensions since everything takes place there before it descends on to the physical plane. 

This descending aspect of life takes place on every dimension and it is equally true regarding what is always taking place in your etheric body before its information penetrates into your physical reality. This is why your thoughts and feelings are such a vital key in bringing into the physical plane what you really want to see manifested in your next Golden Age of Freedom. Everything you think, feel and believe eventually becomes an outer demonstration of whatever you are holding to be true within your thoughts, feelings and memories. 

This is a time for purifying, transmuting, transforming and releasing whatever you know is not in resonance with your Ascension or your Earth’s Ascension into the 5th dimension. The Earth is already ascending, as she could not wait any longer. You are the vital links in the timing of humanity’s Ascension. Many events are taking place, and will continue to take place, throughout your universe that are assisting you in making this Grand Shift, yet it is the consciousness that is abiding within each one of you that is holding the key to the timing of humanity’s Ascension. 

We encourage you to remain aware of whatever you can do to keep shifting your attention out of the 3rd and 4th dimensions, so you can keep ascending with your Mother Earth. You can help in preparing and purifying your consciousness by releasing any thought, feeling or belief that is not in harmony with your already Ascended Presence. Keep stretching out of your old identities, so you can fully embody your Presence, which is the Self you truly are and have always been.

Joy is a higher vibration that one can easily create by focused intention

Beloved Ones, 

We call upon all lightworkers in the world to hold the vision high of the New Earth made manifest. We ask that you discipline yourselves to not be distracted or sidetracked from your purpose by the created illusions that beset the world during these times. You all have ability to discern what is real and true and to create what you desire to experience and this is where your attention should be focused. Peace is a reality if you can bring this into your own experience. From this, it flows outward into the world around you and has an exponential effect on everyone and everything. The new epoch is being created by your adherence to the highest ideals that you can envision and hold as your focus. The key here is to identify with your Divine Origins on a daily basis and act as the daughter/son of the Divine. 

One does not have to be a magician, one has only to believe in their own goodness and integrity and uphold it. Leave others to choose their own way. It is by personal example that the wayshowers inspire and uplift their brethren. It becomes necessary to uphold the higher virtues and qualities of conduct now. Others around you will see, sense or feel these emanate from within you, they then have the human templates and examples of the Divine Human that they can become inspired by and emulate in their own lives. It is time to let your Light shine, to let your goodness and purity of heart shine, to let your deep love of the Creator shine. Decree daily the Light that you are and do not falter in this practice. It is necessary to add this field of protection around you as a shield or sphere of Light. 

Spend as much time as you can on activities of Light in the form of mantras, prayers, invocations and decrees in order to constantly increase and maintain your higher vibration. Spend time in nature to connect and ground yourselves into the Earth and let the cosmic energy flow through you in balance and harmony. Keep the activities of your life as simple and uncomplicated as possible, for this helps you to remember your reason for being here on Earth during these times. Daily communion with the Divine is essential. By this we mean that time spent in solitude and silence is very important to help with the integration of the higher energies and downloads that are now occurring. Do everything that you know that helps keep you in equilibrium and stability, so that you do not lose your way. 

Focus on creating the feeling and state of joy, for this state is a higher vibration that one can easily create by focused intention. There are many experiences that each of you had in the past that can be tapped into in order to bring this state to you in your moment of now. Make a list each morning of all that you are grateful for and again before your bedtime. Do this daily, as this practice brings more than you can conceive to you. If you are experiencing challenges and difficulties, you must train yourselves to retain these practices of giving gratitude until they become second nature to you. As energy alchemists, you turn all that comes into your experience into a higher and lighter energy. You already do this each day and it only needs your conscious awareness of it in order to give it more power. 

Again, we remind you of the need for adequate hydration by drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily. The increased energy downloads may make you feel tired and depressed. You can assist your endocrine system with supplements such as the herb Maca, which is a natural way to regulate and support endocrine health, for it regulates metabolism, energy levels, and helps the glands to produce the vital hormones that create a sense of health and well-being. Eliminating processed foods and replacing with raw and unprocessed foods as much as possible can help, as well as learning relaxation and deep breathing techniques. Exercise for at least half an hour each day, even if you must break that time up into 10 minutes, three times per day. Moving your body parts are essential to keep the energy downloads moving through you. One hour of sleep before midnight is equal to two hours of sleep after midnight and your adrenal glands are rejuvenated by this practice. These are some of the ways to give practical assistance to your physical body during these times.

The quality of love known as strength

Beloved Ones, let us have discourse on the quality of love known as strength. This quality is developed within each individual as they progress through the challenges, experiences and stages of their lives, as an underlying force in the inner character of each person. As one meets their unique challenges and rises above each one, this quality is fortified and magnified as a part of one’s innate ability to weather any storm that passes through their individual field of influence in the world. Each individual is given many tests and trials to help develop this quality within them, as it fosters a connection to the divine aspects within, for it is when an individual is tried and tested that they reach deeper and higher within them in order to overcome and successfully meet the challenges and obstacles that come into their lives. In turn, this quality serves to keep one grounded and stable in all facets of their life on Earth. 

This quality of love also develops the capacity of an individual to gain this quality in their mind and to use it daily to follow the promptings of their inner guidance despite the outside forces that try to sway a person from the path they have chosen. It is called into play constantly and the more often it is used, the more powerful it becomes. This quality of strength of mind affords the owner of it to stay focused and centered on the inner workings of their own soul plan that they have come to Earth to experience. Each individual is unique in the path they have chosen and this quality called strength adds power to its expression and manifestation in their lives. During these exciting and pivotal times on Earth, this quality is constantly coming into play in each person, as the changes in all facets of life take place around them. Exercising this quality of mind in each situation helps an individual to remain true to their own journey. 

Many people choose a life that is filled with ongoing challenges and obstacles that seem to occur with regularity in their lives. These are people who at soul level are desirous of gaining more of this essential attribute of the soul, for they know it is a necessary component for developing into powerful individuals who can successfully create a reality of their own choosing in their environment. Through the experiencing of these challenges the individuals learn that there are higher laws in effect that cannot be controlled by physical or external force and that the wielding of this quality of strength must be tempered with empathy, compassion and love - for themselves, and for all others who share their environment. It is during this honing process in the fires of purification of one’s thoughts, words and deeds that one’s whole being is being brought into alignment with the Creator of all. When one’s whole being is in alignment with the Creator of all, one’s life expands in ever increasing opportunities and wondrous synchronicities to bring into their experience of life. 

The quality of strength must also be an attribute of the heart in order to develop spiritual strength and energy to always stay connected to one’s own inner truth and stay grounded in love. One must have faith and believe that they are connected to and are a part of a higher purpose and destiny and that they are here to manifest the higher aspects of their divine essence. It is through this quality called strength that one’s faith in a higher purpose for their individual life keeps an individual firmly grounded in common sense, right thought and right action. Always doing what is perceived and felt as the right thing serves each individual by keeping them immaculate and incorruptible in their soul. As long as one does this, and foregoes the temptation to disregard the inner voice of spirit within them, one remains an ambassador of all that is right and good in the world. 

There are many temptations for each human life upon this planet, which conspire to remove a soul from their path of goodness, honesty, kindness, reliability, fidelity to spirit and purity of heart. The world today is filled with these choices for each individual – this requires the quality of strength to choose to take the high road of doing that which is right for the continued expansion of their soul growth, higher potential, experience and understanding, or to succumb to the illusions of the ego so prevalent during these times which take an individual off the higher path. When an individual chooses to succumb to the temptations of this world, they lose their way and their connection to the higher aspects within them. They are beset with feelings of fear and doubt, guilt, anguish and remorse, unworthiness, justification for their choices and inner turmoil. These feelings come from the higher aspects within them, which try to bring the individual back into alignment with their true purpose using this quality of love which helps to manifest into physical expression the divine essence within them. When each individual uses the strength within and follows their higher path and purpose, everything in their life flows with peace, harmony, happiness, creativity and inspiration. 

I leave you now to ponder on the secrets of employing this quality of love known as strength.

The Light is the revolutionary catalyst that is bringing the changes

Beloved Ones, 

The times you are living in now contains all the elements that could possibly be found in a world of Duality. For those of you who have been focused on rising above the fray and fall out of the dying paradigm, it may seem that the world has gone mad and only chaos rules the day. Please keep in mind that these are the End Times spoken of before and that those who have been wielding power over the masses are desperately trying to continue to instill fear within the hearts of humanity, so that they can be controlled. The good news is that the majority of the world's people are not buying into those old programs of belief. They are simply going on with their lives and working toward their own goals and not giving any credence to the happenings that are seemingly about to overwhelm the world. They are seeing that it is only the world as seen through the lens of the entertainment news industry. 

The people themselves are hungry for change and wish to thrive in their experience of incarnation in a human body. They want to reconnect to the natural elements in the foods they eat, the environment they live in and the other inhabitants who share this world with them. Because of the easy access to the technology and information that is readily available, each person can simply go online and do searches to discover the information that helps them move forward in their understanding of a given subject. It takes but a few moments to see that what is being touted on the entertainment news channels is nothing new or different. It is simply another version of the formula of creating a problem, creating the reaction and then provide the solution that they wanted to implement in the first place. When people understand what is at play, they simply move on and do not give their energy and attention to it and this is what is happening now.

The majority of the people in the world are peaceful and simply want to live a peaceful life. In many parts of the world, people are standing together to make their statements to those who are supposed to be serving them and it is in these situations that the powers that be bring in their own elements to make it seem that the protesters are out of control and must be subjugated in order for order to be restored. This scenario plays out in most public gatherings of people throughout the planet who are peacefully standing for change and it is part of the repertoire of those who are in power. It requires a dedication from those who stand for change, to desire to stand in peace while making a statement and it has become important for these people to not be in reaction to those elements who try to make the whole gathering look violent. It requires awareness and discernment on the part of the peaceful protesters. It requires huge self control of every member of the peaceful gathering. 

As the energies from the Cosmos continue to flood the planet, humanity as a whole is being awakened into remembrance of their right to live their lives in peace and sovereignty. By integrating the greater Light in the higher frequencies that surrounds them, they are opened to new perspectives that were not seen nor recognized before. The Light is the revolutionary catalyst that is bringing the changes that all have desired to see in their world. It is not easy for humanity when the changes within them first begin to take place and this is now happening with regular occurrence. The Light brings an ending to the comfortable illusions that were woven into everyday living here on this planet. The Light requires a readjustment in one's perceptions. The Light begins to open up avenues of conduct that brings greater light to all. 

This is the task before humanity now. To awaken and realize that they, individually and collectively, carry more power than they realized they held within them and then to begin to make conscious choices to move into a more refined way of living that honors all inhabitants on this world as the sovereign beings that they truly are. To honor the light that is an inherent spark within that is their connection with the Divine. To create a world where there is true equality for all its inhabitants and where their home planet is recognized as a conscious sentient Divine being who is part of a greater network of worlds beyond and to work diligently to restore Her to her former glory in every thought, word and action so that their world can rejoin the rest of the universe as an honored member of a vast system of worlds who work together in peace and harmony.

As people continue to awaken, the illusions are dispelled

Weekly Message from Hilarion via Marlene Swetlishoff for February 23-March 2, 2014 

Beloved Ones, 

The winds of change are upon you. While life goes on as before, the changes that occur within you are vast. These changes are taking place within each soul who lives upon the planet. Each soul has agreed to experience these changes. The first noticeable change will be a greater ability to feel emotion and express it. Most people on the planet have suppressed their emotions in order to harden their hearts, so that they could function in the ever increasing density and these filters are now falling away, because there is much greater Light than ever before. As each person is enabled to truly feel and speak from their hearts, all that needs to be expressed will begin to come forth from within their being. At some point in this process, the feelings expressed will be the feelings of Love, followed by the feelings of joy and other positive emotions, which will move people in directions hitherto unknown on your world. 

The people of the Earth are gathering together in greater numbers than before, so that they can give voice to those areas in their respective worlds that can be improved upon. Individuals are willing to sacrifice their lives for the changes they are demanding. It is a tumultuous time in the affairs of all old paradigm systems, which no longer serve the needs of the people. As people continue to awaken, the illusions are dispelled and those who have kept the populace under subjugation are being revealed. There is no place for these ones to hide, as the revelations of their backroom agendas comes to light, for each must now come face to face with their own choices and deeds, and make peace with their soul. While this will produce some chaos, ultimately it is for the highest good of all. 

Upon the planet there are many who are ready to step up and begin to implement sweeping changes in all facets of governance and all its many diverse functions. That which was implemented to harvest the energy of the people in a dishonest manner will be replaced with a system that is more equitable for all upon the Earth. The monetary system will eventually cease to exist in its present form. There is greater sovereignty ahead for each person and each one will realize their inherent responsibility to contribute their input in a worthy and honorable way, so that their contributions are in alignment with the greatest good of all upon the planet and not just for a select and nebulous few. The harvesting of humanity in a secret manner will cease forever and humanity as a whole will take up the torch of alignment in greater extent to the Creator of all, so that they will be in harmony with the universal laws of conduct. 

Some very surprising changes begin to come to light. These changes create a chain reaction effect into all areas of the world and will facilitate the beginnings of a better way of living for all humanity. Those at the forefront of this movement will be in position to accomplish great good. The people begin to experience greater prosperity and abundance in their everyday lives and this will have a far reaching impact upon how humanity can live in peace, harmony and prosperity. When every member of the human family has all that is needed for their well being, safety and protection, they can move forward into areas that were not available to them before, the areas of the spirit and the exploration of their own soul, their gifts, skills and talents that lie like hidden gems within them. These will come forth to bless those around them in a loving way. 

We stress the importance of remaining centered and aligned with one’s higher aspects. The desire to become unified with their divine essence burns brightly within those who have been making the effort to align with the light of the Creator within them. These ones will become successful in their intentions to manifest their Holy Christ Self in and through them. These ones are the vanguard of the new human race, fully realized divine humans, working with unity consciousness. Within all upon the planet, the second coming of the Christ Consciousness is dawning.

Dragonfly Portal: Transformation & Breaking of Illusions

Message from The Hathors through Anna Merkaba, February 14 ~ 21, 2014 

As the clock on the calendar of the human understanding of time, comes to a full circle of Light and Love, as the clocks strikes the hour of the hours and the eternal blessings and blossoming of the energies therein unleash, all on your planet shall begin to feel the upliftment and tremendous change within the psyche of their being. For the portal of joy and rebirth, change and transformation, a portal of the Dragonfly has opened its beautiful self up to humanity to assist you in opening the gateway of your psyche and breaking through the illusions, restrains and constrains, reaching the eternal truth of the Creator and your Creator Selves. 

And so for the next seven of your earthly days the portal shall continue to be in effect. During which time many of you who are dwelling on Earth shall have the opportunity to complete the cleansing and take flight, flight into another state of being, flight into another realm of the etheric proportions. Uplifting your consciousness and creating the Heaven that you all desire to see manifest on Earth, shall first be recognized within the psyche of your being. 

And so, dearly beloved children of Light, We, the Hathors of the new world, the Hathors of the olden days, the Hathors of the Light and Love of the heavens, are here today to encourage you to utilize the time in the utmost possible advantageous position for humanity. Know that throughout the duration of this window of opportunity, your Light Bodies shall expand tri fold, your energy fields shall buzz with renewed Lightness of being, and the magnificent wave upon wave of contentment, bliss, joy, Love, and tremendous potential, shall arise from deep within your being and spread throughout your sphere of influence with vigor and splendor, culminating in a fruitful abundance for all of humanity. 

And so on the date of your full moon rising, the heavenly doors to the psyche that dwells therein shall spread open the opportunities to breathe in the new Light and Love and shall once more be bestowed upon humanity by the heavenly abode of the source and the gods and goddesses that you are. Understand, dearly beloveds, that you are the co-creators of your own reality and that which you weave in your dream, that which you weave in your mind’s eye shall then be manifested and integrated into the reality that you see before you. 

As you awaken to such a realization you shall take flight, flight and Lightness, and you shall see that which you have not seen prior. Each and every obstacle within your path shall suddenly turn into a beautiful experience from which you are to learn much about your own self and selves surrounding you. 

You are to take every opportunity to expand your consciousness in order to allow more Light, Love, joy, abundance, harmony and eternal understanding of truth to enter your being. For from the being of your own self, you shall then be able to spread forth the informational decree that you are to anchor into the GAIA and all who dwell therein, melting the illusions away and making the way for the eternal truth of the Creator and your own Creator Selves. 

For we cannot reiterate this enough, that each and every single one of you is a powerful being! Indeed it is so and so it is! And thus, without the full and proper understanding and comprehension that it is so, it is not possible for you to change the world and create that which you deem to see, for you must understand and fully incorporate the understanding that all of you are powerful, limitless beings, who have come from heavens above in order to institute a new directional flow of energies, a new thinking patterns to all who dwell on GAIA, in order to assist these beautiful souls to flourish into the new understanding of Unconditional Love, in order to assist them to break out from the veil of forgetfulness, from the falsehood of the history of mankind as a whole and their own individual structural remembrance of their own beings, in order to usher in the New Age of eternal OM. 

And so, beginning on the date of your full moon rising, you are to take the opportunities presenting themselves to you and transform yourself into a dragonfly from within your own psyche, spread your wings fearlessly, dearly beloveds, take flight from within your hearts and allow your own consciousness to expand, transform and transmute all that stands in the way of Light.

Change continues to take place in every corner of your world. That which has been hidden continues to be exposed to the light of humanity’s awareness and discernment. All that was once kept from the masses can no longer be controlled and the dis-semination of enlightening information flies through the airwaves across the planet in mere seconds. All manner of secret activities are coming up to be looked at with awareness and acknowledgment and this will continue to be so until all is transparent in all interactions between humans on their world. This enables each person to become better informed about the many activities that take place, so that they can input their choice of how they wish their world and the workings of it to be conducted. 

No longer will deception be tolerated and this will become increasingly clear to all who hope to continue in the old paradigm of keeping the masses ignorant of the behind the scenes activities that have been taking place upon the planet, for just as soon as secret agreements are made, they will be discovered and exposed. The times you are living in call for truth, fairness, justice and honor in all activities. The minds and hearts of all people upon the planet are bone weary of business as usual and grow impatient with those who are supposed to be serving the greater good of their own citizens. The wake up calls have been made in many different countries and have clearly demonstrated this to all who would deceive the people they are supposed to serve, you have but to read or listen to your daily newscasts to see that they are filled with such stories and information. 

You are still in passage and walk between two worlds, the old and nearly crumbled systems, and the new Earth reality in a higher dimensional consciousness. It is difficult for many of you to realize the good that is occurring all around you, as the focus is almost always on the happenings of the old ways of doing business on your planet. These are illusions that are quickly fading from human consciousness. In its place comes an earnest desire to take the high road in all activities between people, nations and world. There is a sense of urgency and anticipation that is tangibly felt in many individuals across the length and breadth of your planet. It is incumbent upon each individual to hold to the highest standards of conduct in all interactions, as this will facilitate an exponential effect in all communications that take place. 

The increase in the energy and light quotient relentlessly continues to effect changes and transformations in all facets of human existence. There is a great need for the healing of old wounds in many individuals and they seek to find the method to accomplish this. Many who have just awakened will seek answers to their many questions and to alleviate their fears, doubts and confusions. You who are the emerging masters of life upon a physical planet are now being placed in a position of elder brother or sister, perhaps not so much in years as in your sagacity. The light you hold becomes more easily discernible in the seekers and they will seek it. 

As you have met your great challenges and responsibilities to the higher order of things, you have qualified for the role of guide and teacher to others in your sphere of influence and will soon step into your new roles with relish and great confidence, knowing that you have the wisdom within you to give assistance when and as needed. There has been much training taking place in the times your physical body sleeps and this will activate in divine timing. Remembrance of your mission will become more available to you in the days ahead.
