Every cell in your body is upgraded and recalibrated

Beloved Ones, 

The transformations continue as every cell in your body is upgraded and recalibrated. With this activity, your emotions also come up for review and acknowledgement as former frustrations and injustices that occurred in the past can be front and center in your focus during these times. It is important to find a new way to look at these unresolved issues in your lives. Ask your spiritual guides to show you a more enlightened way of looking at these situations from the higher perspective. It is time to consider viewpoints that are more in alignment with the higher version of yourselves that you are now entering into and aligning with them. 

Know that distractions continue to take center stage in all facets of human life. At the same time, there are a lot of changes that are being contemplated and implemented. New rules are being written and applied. The wheels of progress turn slowly but inexorably and will continue to make improvements in all facets of human existence. There are a lot of creative and wonderful ideas being brought forward by the progressive thinkers of these times. Every day brings new revelations that keep people engaged in the continuing dramas that are unfolding at the same time as these wonderful new beginnings unfold. 

Humanity is being exposed to the good, the bad, and the ugly and is daily being challenged to love it all into wholeness. It behooves each soul to maintain their integrity and high standards of conduct while watching others on the world scene show the evidence of the breakdown of the accepted norms of human interactions in current society. Employing the practice of constantly blessing all people and situations that tax one’s patience is a wonderful way to work on attaining your mastery over the denser vibrations that are rampant upon worldly affairs during these transformational times. 

Love in all its expressions continues to provide the answers to the many perplexing challenges besetting humanity. We maintain that for every low vibrational act, there are at least a dozen that come from a place of love and the desire for peace and good will. The majority of humanity, in their heart of hearts, wants a world of harmonious and respectful solutions to the challenges that all of humanity is facing in their daily lives.

Continue to be the loving, aware and compassionate individuals who uphold the higher vision for your world. It is your love that enables the coming forth of higher solutions and resolutions. Those who participated in the focus for peace in Syria with James Twyman are now seeing a ceasefire in that area. It is a powerful and wonderful example of the power of people united and what they can accomplish. You are being strongly encouraged to add your energy and focus in the upcoming Planetary Heart Meditation on March 11th, 12th and 13th. You, in unity with millions of others, CAN love the world back to wholeness. Let us do this together!

Message from Jesus via John Smallman, 20 September 2015 

Hello, this is John with Jesus’ message for Sunday September 20th 2015. Today he is again talking about the inevitability of humanity’s awakening into Reality. And, as with my last Saul message, I am posting my complete communication with Jesus, so that you can see where I’m coming from with my doubts, and my intention to release them, as the moment for our awakening approaches. 

Me: Good evening Dear Jesus. Thank you very much for your last message, what do you have for me this evening? Today I have been tired, mostly at peace, content, but uninspired. It feels as though I received my last message from Saul a long time ago, and yet it was only last Thursday afternoon, 2 brief days ago! Time is surely quite unreal. It appears that we addressed issues that many are concerned with, judging by the many comments I have received. So, that was very good. 

But, right now I feel blah, bored . . . peaceful . . . but without direction or motivation, so an inspiring and uplifting message from you would be good, BUT you and Saul have given me so many that I sometimes see these communications of ours from the point of view that they are merely “more of the same,” “nothing new,” and “do they really have any validity?” In other words, I do have doubts. They do not last, and I know that they are a distraction, my ego attempting to convince me of the reality of the illusion, something I know is unreal. However, it would be nice to be able to dissolve them once and for all. 

As you must know, I most firmly believe in life after death and in an infinitely loving God, Presence, Source, but, like most humans, I have no idea what that really means. Reading accounts of people’s NDEs is uplifting and encouraging, but life here on Earth leaves much to be desired, especially for those in war zones, those fleeing war zones, and those suffering with floods, forest fires, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and various forms of ill-health. 

So, I feel I should not complain at all, BUT, as I experienced listening to Anita Moorjani’s interview with Brian Rose (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oz4NUe_hv2M), I do feel that something of ultimate importance is missing from my life, something I remember I had, but can no longer remember, other than knowing that something important is missing. And of course, all the inspiring messages from you and from Saul are about the fact that there is only Love, and the only concept of that that most of us can imagine is “falling in love” with another, so that life can be lived in a loving, uplifting, and very satisfying relationship. However, very few of those seem to work long term – even though we are only here momentarily!  So, I guess we are all really looking for what we lost, when we chose to separate from God. And, having forgotten what it is that we lost, we have no real idea where to look, and where we do look does not reveal any satisfying answers. So, Dear Jesus, please respond with a message that uplifts and inspires me and our followers. We are in need of reassurance, reassurance that reinforces and strengthens our wavering faith, so that we continue making our way very positively along the path to our inevitable awakening. 


Jesus: Good evening John. The task we have taken upon ourselves here in the spiritual realms, and that you, who have chosen to experience human lives at this point in humanity’s awakening process, have also taken on, is to uplift and inspire humanity into awakening. We pass messages to you, they inspire you and strengthen your faith in God, and you then share them freely and indiscriminately, so that all of humanity can become aware of and then choose to be part of this longed for process leading you to your inevitable awakening. 

As we have said, humanity has made the collective decision to awaken, but the distractions and enticements, with which the illusion seemingly presents you almost constantly, keep drawing you back into it. This has been an ongoing struggle for you since the moment, just a moment ago, that you made the choice to build and enter into the illusion. The illusion is a very clever construct. Many of you have seen conjurers and magicians performing extraordinarily convincing magical tricks, so you understand the concept. But the illusion that the one Son of God built to attempt to separate Himself from His Father is way more convincing than anything that a human illusionist could possibly produce. 

The saving grace is, of course, that time, like the illusion, is unreal, utterly unreal! Yes, to all of you apparently immersed in it, it seems totally real, but I assure you that it is not. Those of you who have had NDEs (many more of you than you might think) know this, and have shared that knowledge with all who wish to be informed. Throughout the eons mystics and enlightened ones have also been telling you this, but, as I said, the distractions and enticements of the illusion, like the tricks of conjurers and magicians, draw you in because they seem so real and entrancing to you. 

Illusionists tricks and sleight of hand are always finally revealed for what they are, unreal, illusions, and the grand illusion in which you seem to be living, often very unhappily and unsatisfactorily, will also be shown to be unreal. 

You are One with God. That is your state since the glorious moment of your creation, and it is an unchangeable state, because God is changeless and so, therefore, are you. You were created absolutely perfect, because naturally all that God creates is eternally perfect. That does not mean you are in a state of stagnancy, motionless. Creation, God, is eternally creative, and the potential for further creation is limitless. Unchanging does not mean a stationary or uncreative state; it means a state that is constantly and eternally extending Love, infinitely. This means that you, every sentient being, is forever expanding in Love and creativity . . . your potential to create like God is limitless. 

This is your natural state, creating and expanding the field of Love that is God and in which He created you. What He creates He shares and extends without limit or restriction. Love is limitless and changeless, there is nowhere within It that anything unloving can be present, because there is nothing else, and there is no potential for anything that is unreal or unloving, because Love fills the whole of Creation, being the whole of Creation. 

When you awaken into Reality, your eternal Home, as you will when you release your fearful grasp on the illusion, your joy will be beyond, way beyond your wildest dreams. Keep renewing your intent to awaken and for humanity to awaken by daily, hourly, in fact moment to moment restating your intent to be only loving, regardless of the situation in which you seem to be involved. 

Love is All. Therefore, Love, when you embrace It, dissolves all that is not in perfect alignment with It. Fear, anger, jealousy, resentment, hatred, blame, condemnation, and judgment are absolutely UNREAL! Let them go, release your anxious grasp upon them and allow them to dissolve into the nothingness from which you imagined them into being. It is only your grip on them, your belief in them that appears to maintain them. Not one among you wants any of them, you only want Love. So, open your hearts, as we keep advising you to do, and allow the Love that surrounds and envelops you in every moment to embrace you, waking you up into Reality, your eternal Home.

The abundance of the universe is flowing into each life and many doors are opening

Beloved Ones, 

It is time to divorce yourselves from the endless distractions that present themselves in relentless attempts to take you from your inner core of knowing. Look instead to the heavens and to the alignments that are taking place in the Cosmos. This is, indeed, big news and important for you to take note of, as you go about your daily activities and duties upon the planet. There is much that is now available to be discerned and re-discovered. As the Earth moves more into a spherical time belt, it brings into focus many ancient remembrances and knowledge. These are ready to be re-introduced into the evolving civilization that you are a part of. Get centered within and see if you are ready to bring them forth. The atmosphere of Earth has been seeded with new knowledge that is just waiting to be brought into focus by ones such as you, pulling knowledge from the past that only needs to be updated to be of great use in this time of now. 

The world is ready to embrace more knowledge and new methods that are aligned with and in harmony with Source in a way that leaves no footprints upon your planet and harms no one and no thing upon it. It IS a potential that is now ready to be manifested into your New Reality. We are calling forth those ones who volunteered to bring these forward in order to assist during these times. Deep within you, you have this knowing and this call from the higher dimensions will activate that knowing. We anticipate that many will answer this call and will put the betterment of their planet and its kingdoms as their main priority, instead of involving themselves in the endless quest for personal gain and power, for this former concept is now becoming a pile of ashes. You come from places in the universe where the highest and greatest good of all is foremost in the collective and cooperative consciousness and where all have everything they need as and when they need it. You carry the templates of these within yourselves and are now ready to anchor them into your current reality. 

Some of you may be surprised by the knowledge that surges through you, for it will be in an area that was not looked at before with any great seriousness, but if you examine your past, you will see that the potential was there, simmering in the background of your lives. Let it flow through you and trust the process, in whatever it comes through. Realize that each of you is here at this time to add your unique and valuable gifts to your emerging new society, in whatever form they take. It just requires your belief and confidence in yourselves. The abundance of the universe is flowing into each life and many doors are opening that hitherto were closed to them. In order to receive this abundance, you must open yourselves to receive it and this is done through daily stillness and inner silence. This abundance we speak of comes on wings of love in the form of creative ideas that must be acted upon, for action is necessary in order for the manifestation of any idea to come into fruition. 

With this said, it is incumbent upon each of you to seriously keep a daily journal of all the ideas and thoughts that come to you during each day. Keeping careful track of the times and dates is important also, which could be helpful to you at a later time. Your God sanctioned guides are working with you now to awaken those aspects of your authentic being by impressing words, thoughts and images into your mind. These are intended to help you and to give clues and hints to guide you on your path. Some of the promptings you receive may seem impossible to implement in your current situation, but if you record these carefully in your daily journal, you will have a record that will remind you later when the time for these to manifest is upon you. 

We, your guides, strive to work with you to further your spiritual progress and also are able to help in whatever situations you are currently trying to cope with by helping you to see alternate solutions or by planting new ideas and perspectives into your consciousness, so that you are enabled to make your life work. We cannot do your spiritual, mental, emotional or physical work for you, for that is solely your responsibility and is the domain of your own soul guidance, but we can and do very often, uplift and inspire and empower you to see your way through the challenges that befall you by being incarnate upon this planet. During your times of stillness and silence, talk to us and ask for our assistance with your daily life - for without your conscious request, we cannot be of assistance, for we must adhere to the universal law of non-interference with your god given free will choice. We are here and we are ready.

Nothing is more important than those few quiet moments you spend at peace in that inner space of stillness and Love

Message from Saul via John Smallman for 8 June 2014 

As many channels have been telling you, you are being inundated with Love. Open your hearts, your souls, and allow It to flow through you and out to all your brothers and sisters undergoing the human experience at this point in your spiritual evolution. You chose to be here at this time to be willing and abundant conduits through which our Father’s Love could flow smoothly and abundantly to assist in humanity’s awakening process. You have been doing a grand job, but some of you have lately become a little less enthusiastic in your Light bearing duties, because the darkness of the illusion has been drawing you into its web of distrust and disbelief about the truth and reality of Heaven and the spiritual realms. 

Of course, at the center of your beingness, you know God, and you know that all is divinely taken care of. However, within the illusion there are myriad alarming distractions that are depressing you and encouraging you to dim your Light. Don’t! You are enormously supported at this most important moment by the constant waves of Love sweeping through your unreal environment to dissolve it, but you too need to support It and allow the Love to enter your hearts and then flow on from you to wherever It is needed, and It is needed everywhere! 

When you go within daily to that quiet inner space where you can access your inner guidance, the teachings of the Holy Spirit and of your own personal guides who are always watching out for you, do make a special effort not to be distracted by your daily “to do lists” which can seem overwhelmingly important. They are not. If you have to leave something out, the sky will not fall. You know this, because oftentimes in the past you have had to leave things out that were on those lists, because you ran out of time, and it did not fall then. Recognize that most of you, either through guilt or through a misplaced sense of responsibility to others, overload yourselves with duties and then judge yourselves as less than totally adequate, when you find it impossible to complete them all in the time that you have allowed yourselves. 

To do what you incarnated to do this time around you need to be able to access that quiet place of inner peace daily and rest there gently, even if only for a few minutes. But far too often you allow illusory distractions, pressures, and deadlines to disturb that peace, and so stress builds within you, until you find that you do not have the time to spare for your daily quiet time alone and at peace. You neglect your essential personal needs in favor of attempting to complete tasks that are truly of very little consequence. You are aware of this, because within the illusion you are constantly missing deadlines that you have set yourselves, or that others have set for you – it happens all the time – and no ghastly disaster occurs. 

It is absolutely essential that you allow yourselves that quiet time daily no matter what is going on in your lives. Nothing is more important than those few quiet moments you spend at peace in that inner space of stillness and Love. The longer you can spend there the better, but we do understand that it can be very difficult for you to do so when you have family and work responsibilities to take care of. Nevertheless, keep reminding yourselves that responsibility for your own well-being comes before all other responsibilities. If you do not keep yourselves in good shape, you just cannot adequately take care of all your other responsibilities. You know this, and you all have friends or acquaintances who have burnt themselves out due to not allowing themselves personal time to be quiet and at peace. 

If you feel too driven to make space available in your day just for you, acknowledge it, and then talk to someone you can trust about it, so that you get support at the illusory human level where you are presently operating. Indeed, the illusion seems very real to you, and therefore you have to honor the rules that you have chosen to abide by, and one of those rules is to seek help when you are feeling or being overwhelmed. If you do not, errors and problems will arise that further increase your levels of stress. The “I’m tough, I can handle it” attitude that has been so encouraged and held up as an ideal to be striven for is in fact very damaging and weakening for you. There is always someone out there to whom you can talk and from whom you will receive support. 

Many of you have acted as guides and mentors for others and have learnt that very often all that is required is that you allow the person to talk while you listen silently and intently while maintaining eye contact. Frequently it is enough for someone to know that they have been heard. When you listen attentively to another, they can feel it, it allows them to relax, their stress levels fall, and then their own inner guidance, their intuition, their higher selves or spiritual guides can get through to them. 

You have seen this many times and have yourselves assisted others in this manner. So, why on Earth can you not acknowledge and honor that need in yourselves? Every one of you is divine and irreplaceable aspects of God, our Source, the Supreme Intelligence, and as such you are beings of infinite worth and value. Presently you are experiencing the intense sensations that the illusion provides, while restricted by the severe limitations that a human body imposes on you. It is incredibly stressful, and you are very easily distracted from your spiritual path, as you get caught up in the suffering and drama of this unreal environment, which almost constantly offers you the message that you are not good enough, that you are not working hard enough. Well enough already! 

The way forward is to remind yourselves of who you truly are by reading and re-reading the holy works that spell this out for you. You can accept it intellectually, so do so, and then go within, when you make that essential purely personal time available, and remind yourselves of this divine truth. When you do that while in your quiet space intend once more to make it real for you, and you will, thus regaining and rejuvenating your spiritual strength that you need to complete your journey home. 

Remind yourselves frequently that you are being lovingly watched over and supported in every moment, and relax into the sense, the feeling that this knowledge brings into your awareness.

Life in the illusion has been practically lifeless

Humanity has collectively chosen to awaken. Of course, it could not have chosen to remain slumbering indefinitely, because slumbering is an illusory concept that is only possible in the illusion, but it could have further delayed its decision to wake up. However, once that decision was made, there was no possibility of reversing it, because that decision started the awakening process. 

It is a little like raising the blinds on a sunny morning, allowing the daylight to stream in and rapidly clear away the fog of sleep. Full wakefulness demands your attention and gets it, filling you with energy and enthusiasm for the wonder of Life and all that that makes possible. It is the greatest of all the divine gifts that your Father has bestowed upon you, because it makes the others meaningful; without Life they would have remained unknown and unappreciated. Life in the illusion has been practically lifeless, and consequently most of your Father’s gifts to you have remained barely noticed or mostly ignored. When you awaken, they will be instantly there to greet you, and your appreciation of them will burst into bloom. 

Life, re-engaged within Reality, offers you astounding prospects the likes of which you presently cannot conceive of, because the limited sense of life and consciousness that you presently experience has no reference point that could meaningfully intimate Reality to you. You still need to heed the guidance that is offered to you from those in the Spiritual Realms, advising you to release yourselves from the grasping distractions with which the illusion endeavors to ensnare you, and then focus within, where you will uncover the truth of who you really are. That is a major step on the ladder to your awakening, so hesitate no longer; take that step and experience the new self-clarity with which it presents you. 

Self-clarity is a major opening of your awareness that will occur when you disentangle yourselves from the distractions of the illusion. Quiet time alone each day is the secret to this task which most of you find very difficult. The illusion is extremely distracting because it seems to envelop you in every moment while those around you demand your attention either at home, at work, traveling, or during moments of social engagement. Taking time out, quietly and alone, releases you from these distractions temporarily, and helps you to learn non-attachment, a very useful and essential skill in your task of disentanglement. 

Non-attachment allows you to observe the illusion without engaging with it. This brings you peace, reduces your stress levels, and enables you to avoid becoming emotionally embroiled in other people’s issues, worries, and fears. Then you can listen compassionately when requested and in so doing enable others to find some inner peace, because with the stable and accepting presence you offer them, they no longer feel a need to defend themselves or hide behind an attacking mask that serves the same purpose. And voicing their concerns in safety to a compassionate listener helps them to gain some clarity on the issues that are unsettling or disturbing them. Sharing your love and your Light in this way helps others to open to the loving energies that have always been there for them, but of which they were largely unaware due to the intense distractions that surround them. 

You are the Light-bearers, the wayshowers, and the bringers-of-peace; and to carry out that task you must have found your own inner peace. Doubtless it will still get ruffled from time to time when the tensions others are holding cause emotional outbursts, but the very fact of taking time out daily to de-stress will most assuredly strengthen your resolve to be loving and peaceful whatever situation you may be dealing with. 

Occasionally your own sense of being alone, surrounded by others who are seemingly unaware of any of their spiritual aspects, can be daunting for you. You feel that if you could communicate with another like-minded being it would be uplifting, strengthening your own faith in God’s infinite Love for you. If you cannot find a human with whom you can share your ideas, your anxieties, or your doubts, then do turn inwards for guidance. Many allow their sense of aloneness to distract them from their spiritual calling, and they seek solace by joining with others in social activities, but that only serves to move them away from it. Resist that temptation and go within. Persist. Ignore the distractions of the doubting mind — “This is not working” — “I cannot still my mind” — “Why would anyone in the spiritual realms want to help me?” — and you will find some peace and loving warmth because we are there, awaiting your call with compassion and understanding. We truly want to help when you feel down, depressed, or lonely. Please call. We will answer you, and you will feel comforted and supported.
