As members of the Family of Light, you have incarnated on this planet to prepare yourselves to do your work. What is your work? Your work is quite simple: you carry frequency into systems that have limited light frequency, because Light is information. This in not cold, computer-data information; it is information that is transmitted biologically through an electromagnetic send-out of consciousness. This is what you are experts in. If you were to have a business card printed up for yourselves when you are in full memory of your identity, it would say something like: "Renegade Member of Family of Light. Systems Buster. Available for altering systems of consciousness within the free-will universe. On call." 

Many of you may have the feeling that you have done this before. You have. This is your multidimensional memory of when you have gone to other systems and done the same thing. It is a very familiar process, because, characteristically, as members of the Family of Light, this is what you do. You inform systems. You go in and reconstruct realities, and you are experts at it. You lost your memory of the process, because you came here to operate under the same laws as everyone else. Therefore, you came in as human with your memory completely erased. You knew before you arrived that losing your memory was part of the process, and you specifically picked the moment of time and the parentage that would give you the best connection to energetically and genetically bring about your purpose. 

When you incarnated into the Earth plane, you received certain matched and paired recessive genes holding Light Codes that gave you the highest opportunity to develop psychic and intuitive abilities. In addition, these genes carried some memory that separated you from others, even though you could not name it. With these powers and talents, it has been your task to build on your life and allow the momentum to lead you into something different than most humans. The Original Planners of Earth were members of the Family of Light, beings who worked for and were associated with an aspect of consciousness called Light. Light is information. Members of the Family of Light created the information and would be able to participate and share their specific knowledge. We remind you that you are the Family of Light, and millions of you are on assignment on Earth at this time. 

As members of the Family of Light, you each carry the ability to pull the Light frequency into your body and disperse it onto the Earth plane. 

You think you are flesh and bone, when in actuality you are a combination of intelligent electromagnetic signals. The evolution that you are now going through involves the process of building and integrating a Light Body. Your Light Body must be tempered, exercised, and stretched to gently bring it into its own awareness. Clarity concerning who you intend to be in your reality is one of the prime keys in building your Light Body. Your Light Body knows that it creates through thought, and links you to the fabric of creation. Through your Light Body, timelines open, accessing multilayered dramas, and your challenges gather force as you face a seemingly uncharted, yet familiar territory. You are connected to all of existence, and your evolutionary leap is to make sense of this new awareness and put it to use in your now.

Rest assured, dear friends, that a higher order and purpose exists. Your task is to translate your purpose into your body and onto Earth. This purpose activates a reordering on many layers of existence - all sharing the same now. Pivotal to exploring various aspects of reality is the essential component of you taking a deeper look at your vehicle - your physical body. 

Your Light Body holds the essence of your multidimensional identity, which is accessible to you through your desire to unite with the greater identity you sense you have. Your Light Body will be able to juggle realities through the shifting of your conscious intent from one view to another, like turning the channels of a television. Your Light Body holds encoded data. It translates body communications from worlds and realities through your physical body to you. Your task is to notice the subtleties and synchronicities that signal you. To understand yourself, envision a multilayered being, each part having a distinct body that breathes and is connected to the others. You are a physical, mental, emotional, spiritual being, connected by a Body of Light that radiates energy and links you to an infinite progression of Light Beings. 

Matter is simply Light that is trapped. As you build your Light Body, a reorganization of your molecular structure occurs, loosening your grip upon materialism in order that a spiritual understanding may guide your day-today life. It is only through spirit that you can gain any understanding of what is happening to your world. The building of your Light Body allows less trapped matter to combine as Light and become you. This offers you freer expression and allows you to seek your Source. 

You will literally see changes in your body. It will become more vital, more beautiful, stronger, and more capable of performing events. It will become the processor of multitudes of information. You must be able to operate with a higher electrical current inside your body. This will eventually bring about solutions to all of the mounting challenges you face. Increased energy inside yourself will activate hidden talents and trigger a renaissance of psychic abilities: clairvoyance, clairaudience, telepathy, and perceptual awareness that involves "knowing" far beyond what you can currently consider. When the electrical current is fused with your body, a bypass is created around the traditional structures that mold you to communicate and exchange data only within limited patterns. You are going to climb a ladder and experience a different view from which to interpret reality. 

The ultimate tyranny in a society is not control by martial law. It is control by the psychological manipulation of consciousness through which reality is defined so that those who exist within it do not even realize that they are in prison. They do not even realize that there is something outside of where they exist. We represent what is outside of what they have been taught exists. We, as members of the Family of Light, are going to create a new Earth that is going to be Free.

The Coming Waves of Energy

Greetings, Beloved Ones. 

We are most joyous to connect with you here, today, and we send you our utmost Love from the heart of Telos. 

Dear Ones, we wish to share with you that, once again, strong waves of energies are coming your way, in the next days and weeks. 

Some of these waves are stronger and some of them are more subtle. 

These waves of energy will upgrade your physical body to adjust to the frequencies of your Light Body, which is more and more integrating into your physical vehicle. 

The merging of these two bodies is part of your Ascension process. 

Perhaps you have experienced guided meditations, where your Light Body visited a different dimension or reality. 

These kinds of travels will be possible with your physical body, in the very near future. 

Part of this process is to adjust your physical body to the higher vibrations of the higher dimensions and realities. 

Some of you are asking, why this process is taking so long. 

To this we can say, that if your physical body would raise its vibrational frequencies to the next dimensional level in an instant, the cells of your physical body would not be able to hold up, and you would leave your physical body and transition into the non-physical world. 

Therefore, specific waves of energy have been called for by your mass-consciousness and are being orchestrated and managed by your Higher Self, to insure that your physical body can remain intact throughout this process. 

We are all here on standby to assist you, when these energy waves are coming in: from Telos, the Angelic Realms, the Elementals, the Ascended Masters and your Galactic Families of Light. 

Please know that as you are raising your vibrational frequencies, all of humanity and the planet are entering the New Earth Reality. 

Those of you, who are desiring and allowing for this New Reality to come forth: you are already in the process of experiencing it. 

Those of you, who are not aware of this New Reality: you will enter this experience at a later point. 

Welcome home, Beloveds. 

You are carried on the wings of Angels, to bring forth the New Earth. 

Know in your heart, that you've always been surrounded by your Angels, Ascended Masters, Guides and yes, also by your family and friends in Telos - and always will be.

Message from the Pleiadian Councils of Light 

Light tribe of Gaia, 

We come to speak with you, as always, from the Universal Heart of your Galaxy. Pleiadian Light Beings have existed for as long as the creation of the Universe itself, and we are an integral part of the history of your conception. In the original creation of all life, Star people were dreamed into existence by the Creative Force, as a natural outpouring of life in the myriad star-studded Galaxies which exist. Physical beings were not yet dreamed of at that time – but as evolution progressed on all levels and in all spheres, the concept of physicality came into be-ing. And, as is said in your holy texts, ‘It was good.’ 

Your physical existence and the existence of your physical planet came into be-ing through a mastermind plan to create a form of life where the Light Body was housed in a physical sheath, also called an ‘Earth Suit’ by some who have visited your planet. This body was designed to allow the experience of life through physical senses, in order to encourage exploration, creativity and joy through experiences that were chosen according to each being’s free will. 

There was an acknowledgement on the part of the Higher Councils of Kuthumi and the Order of Melchizedek that the beings who incarnated from the Light into physical bodies might find it difficult to remember their original nature or purpose. This is because a plane which is dense, such as the third dimension, appears through the normal senses to be only physical. It takes some concerted effort and spiritual evolution and tools for most physical beings to remember how to see and feel the Light within all things, to remember how to communicate telepathically, and so forth. 

But the blessings of a physical lifetime ~ the sacred nature of a sojourn on a planet designed to be a treasure trove of beauty, the excitement inherent in a life of endless discoveries and evolution ~ these outweighed the perceived difficulties many times over. And so it came to be, with the agreement of many Star Nations and over-lighting Councils of the highest orders, that human be-ings were birthed on your planet. We Pleiadians were seeded into your genetics, as were the Sirian Star people – we gave readily of our codes, having progressed by that time into an evolved culture who understood the nature of spiritual evolution. (When we say that we are brothers and sisters of yours, there is a literal truth in our words. We are your ancestors, and your future companions on the planet also.) 

Many occurrences throughout your history were, however, unforeseen. In the downward stages of the great cycles that have transpired, there has been an unheard of mass movement away from the original truths of the Universe. These truths have been seeded and reseeded on your planet, by ourselves through the indigenous tribes, by the Christed masters who have walked the same soil that you tread on now, and by the priests and priestesses of the evolved civilizations that have come and gone over the aeons of your history. These truths have been made available to all on Earth, and yet they are being ignored by so many. Immersion into the mundane material world and superficial material pursuits have come to be considered by the masses to be what physical life is all about. 

Our message to you on this June Solstice of 2013 is this. You are on this Earth journey with purpose. There are no human be-ings on the Earth plane now who have not chosen this destination with intention. Some of you chose simply to BE here, to go through the transition back into the Light while in physical form. Some of you came to assist your civilization to achieve the transition. Some of you came specifically to work with one of the core Earth kingdoms – animal, plant, mineral, crystal or human. This purpose must be remembered. 

How do you remember your purpose? Root out the Universal Truths that have been seeded, and choose to live by them. Primary amongst these truths is the knowledge that what you pay attention to is what you attract more of. Choose carefully, therefore, what you believe and are repeatedly voicing to yourself and the world about yourself, your health and your life. Pay more attention to the joys and pleasures that you have access to, in order to attract more of the same. 

As you give, so you receive. The master Jesus reminded you of this truth at the time of zero point. Give not out of a desire to be appreciated. When you give from the simple overflow of joy and in the knowing that the universe is always abundant, so a flow of positivity is activated in your life, and you receive gifts greater even than you have given. These gifts are not always material – the universe works in mysterious ways towards your highest good. 

Remember once and for all that You are the creators of your own destinies. Yes, there are sometimes challenging karmic factors that affect you, but even these you have chosen to come to Earth to overcome. Far greater than karma in its power over your destinies is your knowing that your free will entitles you to choose to create a life of peace and joy and abundance. It is possible to choose this regardless of your circumstances, simply through trust and sincere effort. 

Through living according to these universal truths and others, your purpose will be shown to you. That which gives you joy will manifest as your purpose. Underlying all of this is the truth that You have come to be of service. When you acknowledge this, you are shown more clearly what your path entails. 

Do not allow yourselves to sink into despair dear ones, when it seems that you are on your own and that Earth life is an uphill struggle. Lift yourselves constantly through music, dancing, spending time with each other, being creative, loving one another and all forms of life, and meditating. And so it is that you are healed. And so it is that you discover who you truly are – great beings of Light and love, embodied now as Earth Angels. And so it is. Namaste.

A Year of Intense Illumination

Deeply loved and beloved souls upon the Earth, I bring forth to you my love, truth and consciousness to share openly with you as I exist here as a loving brother to your soul. I am Master Jesus and I come forth to speak with you of the Year of Intense Illumination, which is entering into your reality and presence now. As I open my heart to you sharing all that I am and the wisdom drawn forth from the Creator for this sacred time on the Earth, I ask you to open your heart chakra to me, so I may lovingly and gracefully transfer all that needs to be imparted and activated within your being. Let us commune with open heart chakras bringing freedom and expansion to all I share and all you experience. 

I am a being of illumination and I have walked the Earth illuminated in and as the Light of the Creator. You are now gracefully and with the acceptance of your soul achieving the same. You are walking the Earth as an illuminated being of Light. The essence of your being is the Light you can so easily illuminate with power and intensity. Let this be your truth, your deep knowingness, your understanding and your reality.

To be a being of illumination is to recognize that you are on the Earth now at this very moment to emanate, amplify, share and express the pure Light of the Creator in every conscious moment. This assists the evolvement of your inner knowingness and the acceptance of the great wealth of wisdom within your being, while also allowing you to be an anchor and activator for Light upon the Earth. An illuminated being is allowing the Light of the Creator to work through all aspects of your being; this may take the form of healing yourself or simply feeling carried forth by the profound waves of Light flowing through and from you. 

You may wish to affirm: 

‘I am a being of illuminated Light; I am the illuminated Light of my soul, soul group and the Creator. All that is the Creator is illuminated through me and all souls I connect with.’ 

The energy period and transition you have labeled as 2014 brings forth into your reality an immense volume of Light, flowing from the Creator and activating from and through your being. The intensity of Light will build immensely and will continue into 2015, as the main period of intense illumination is beginning now in April 2014 and will continue roughly for a year. The immense Light which is flowing from the Creator and activating from within your being has the purpose of magnification. 

As souls upon the Earth focus upon the manifestation of the presence of Love within their beings with the projection of Love into their reality, the intensity of Light is magnifying Love, so that even the smallest thought, feeling, action or projection of Love will be amplified to create a profoundly powerful foundation of Love upon the Earth and within all beings. It is a time for souls in physical bodies to truly choose Love, to observe and experience the power of Love, how it is a healer and the source of all on the Earth and the inner planes. 

Networks of Love will be built upon the Earth, while old energetic lines and grids within Mother Earth’s body will be awoken and ignited once more to carry streams of Love. The intense volume of Light acts as a source of creation and manifestation for Love, while also carrying into the vibration of Love, the new sacred wisdom of harmony, unity and truth from the heart chakra of the Creator. Many new energetic networks, energetic points and chakras will awaken within your physical bodies and energetic bodies to support, carry and maintain the presence of Love, thus allowing Love to be created and the experience of all. 

The intense vibrations and waves of Light flowing into the Earth and activating from your being in the present will also assist in the magnification of your Light body thus preparing you to access new dimensions of the Creator’s universe. 

It is with and through your Light body that you make shifts into quicker vibrations of Light, accessing the truth within you. Although souls still exist in physical bodies, a transition is occurring where the Light body and the physical body are merging, which symbolizes that separation and the solid nature of the Earth is altering, existing in greater conscious unity with the Creator. This is all because of your devotion and conscious awareness that your Light body and physical body are merging in preparation to allow you to emanate and express greater volumes of the Creator’s Light on the Earth. 

The Light body holds much wisdom from your soul, information and key activation times for your Ascension as well as memories of your True Self and the inner planes. With the Light body merging with the physical body, this will allow for much illumination and enlightenment on many levels of your being. The intensity of Light flowing will encourage your Light body to expand tremendously becoming double the size or more than it has been in the past. As the Light body expands, it will assist you in accessing and holding greater volumes of Light, thus magnifying all the many new shifts occurring in different areas and levels of your being. It will act as a foundation and inspiration stabilizing and guiding your entire being into Ascension and unity with the Creator. The Light body will create a cocoon of magnification allowing all shifts and the presence of Love to magnify at greater speed into the physical reality and experience. 

At this most sacred and special time, it is guided for you to focus upon receiving the wealth of Light from the Creator and being receptive to the abundance of Light flowing from you thus empowering yourself with Light and magnifying your truth with Light. 

Although this will be a gradual process, it may require some adjustment time especially within the physical body, as your physical body seeks further healing and nourishment. It will be beneficial to support a focus upon yourself as an illuminated being, as this will not only encourage you to receive the Light of the Creator, but to channel and circulate Light throughout your being expansively into your surroundings. When you visualize, sense and acknowledge yourself as a being of Light, not only do you create and anchor Light into every situation and experience, but you begin to breathe, eat, walk, sleep as Light. 

Everything within and around you becomes purified and raised in vibrations. With your focus upon embodying Love you begin to experience the fully manifested integration and power of Love and Light. Every thought will be a thought of love magnified by Light thus you will be aligned on all levels of your being with conscious awareness to the Creator. 

It is time to see Self as Light, for this is your truth! When you see yourself as Light, you are peeling away illusion and creating a deeper focus upon your truth within you! 

‘I am a magnified illuminated being of Love; I am Light and Love in form.’ 

This is a powerful affirmation, which you can repeat out loud or in your mind, while bringing the focus of your third eye chakra into your being and heart space to recognize the great wealth of Light within your being. With every breath you exhale imagine your Light emanating far and wide with powerful expansion, while knowing your deepest essence is Love. See yourself as a being of Light and know your immense Light magnifies the Love which is naturally you. You can imagine immense shining Light flowing through your skin and every part of your being. This is a powerful practice to achieve daily, as it will encourage your Light body to expand and merge with your physical body and all aspects of your being, thus allowing you to exist as the truth of the Creator on the Earth. 

It is the time of illumination and with the integration of love and Light the downloading of the new Christ Consciousness will manifest.

Higher Dimensional Technologies Part I ~ Pleiadian Healing Technologies

Message from Council of Angels, Archangel Michael and the Pleiadian Council via Golden light for 29 December 2013 

Greetings! We are the Council of Angels, Archangel Michael and the Pleiadian Council. We wish to speak to you of the Pleiadian Technologies, and high technologies of the other star nations in your universe, that we will be bringing to your societies after our Grand Reunion. These technologies are an incredibly advanced alternative to many of the ways that your society functions; which in many ways are archaic compared to the advanced higher dimensional technologies we use in our dimensions. 

The first and most important technology which we will present to you is a Healing Chamber which the channel has experienced before in a meditation with us. We invite you to connect in with us of the Pleiadian Council at any time to experience this for yourselves. We are able to assist you to heal in one of these Light Chambers in your own home as we will bring the technology to you. 

Keep in mind this will take place initially with your light body and in meditation. The method to connect in with us is to first connect in with your Higher Self. This is done by closing your eyes, breathing deeply, and being in a quiet space, then saying in your mind “I connect with my Higher Self, please connect with me.” Your Higher Self is the part of your being that lives in the higher dimensions which is very close to the Creator Source of All. 

Your new Multidimensional Self is a new facet of yourself that is being created from the “merging” of your Higher Self with your Lower Self on earth. This, then, forms into your multidimensional being. This is the being that is a part of this Ascension process that many of you are going through on earth at this time. So, after connecting in with your Higher Self, it is always a good idea to also connect in with your Multidimensional Self, which you are in the process of creating in the NOW moment. 

To connect with your Multidimensional Self is a similar process to connecting in with your Higher Self. You may get a vision of your Multidimensional Self, which lives outside of time, living in a new environment. The channel has a vision of this every time she connects in with her Higher Self. She can see things from the viewpoint of her Multidimensional Self and she is then able to establish a connection between her current “Lower Self”, her “Higher Self” and this new Multidimensional Being that she is creating. 

You can visit with your Multidimensional Self at any time and you will find that this is quite beneficial to learning to live outside of time, as this is the realm in which your Multidimensional Self lives, in the higher dimensions outside of time. It is a very freeing feeling to be living outside of time. We, The Pleiadians and all of the other higher dimensional star nations live outside of time as well. This is how we are able to see things that may not yet have occurred in your present “timeline”. We have access to all that is happening simultaneously. You, too, will be able to access this as you continue to grow into your multidimensional self. 

So, back to connecting with us to assist you in our Healing Chamber, after you have connected in with your Higher Self and your Multidimensional Self, you can then just relax into a space of Light and then connect in with us. Or, you may wish to connect in with your original Star Family, which you are all in the process of connecting into and becoming aware of now, as many of the other star nations have healing technology as well. But for now, we will speak of connecting in with us, if you feel drawn to our energy. 

To connect in with us, is the same process as connecting in with your Higher Self and Multidimensional Self. Simply say, “I connect with the Pleiadian Council, please connect with me.” We will then introduce ourselves, those of us who have chosen to show up at that moment for you. We speak from a collective, because our higher dimensional societies have a certain protocol of Unity and Oneness in which we function together for the higher good of the whole, for the Good of All. This is why much of your earth world is so foreign to us, for those of us who have never incarnated there; because we cannot conceive of a society that does not function for the Good of All. 

Your earthen society is now in the process of moving towards this, and this process is accelerating rapidly as “time” goes on, because the higher frequencies around and within your earth continue to raise in octave levels to be a higher and higher frequency; this is why your bodies often feel like they are “humming” or you may hear a higher frequency sound that seems like it is a ringing in the ears, but really it is just your minds, bodies and souls connecting into and becoming more and more aware of this higher frequency vibration. It is also a sign that your mind, body and soul are raising in frequency, which is a large part of your Ascension process. The council of angels have described it in the past as a “harmonizing with the higher dimensional frequencies”. So, this is a similar description. 

So, then, after connecting in with us, you will meet those of us who choose to show up for this gathering and you may then ask that we assist you with healing a particular issue that you may have, whether it is physical, mental, emotional, or any type of issue that needs to be healed. We will then bring our higher dimensional ships to you; into your etheric space so to speak. You will see us in your mind’s eye in this meditative state you are in, but will most likely not “see” us with your physical eyes until your vibrations are raised to a much higher frequency and until first contact has been made with your societies. 

Remember, we have also spoken in the past of the method in which we communicate, is telepathy. So, therefore, this will be how we communicate with you during this meditative healing session. After connecting with us, being introduced to us, and then asking us for assistance with healing, you will then sense or see in your mind’s eye that we have come into your space. You will feel our unconditional love and harmony surrounding you, and may “see” our ship in a sort of translucent way integrating into the room you are in. 

We will then help you to “be” in our Light Chamber, at which time you will feel a sense of loving, caring energy, golden light, and a deep sense of peace, calm and well-being. You may relax now into your healing session. You are in control of this experience. The only way we will come to assist you with this is if you ask, for we cannot and will not interfere with your free will at any time; and come only when asked. Keep in mind this is generally true on the larger scale of things as well, and our Grand Reunion will occur when enough of the earth’s population has asked for this Grand Reunion with your star families; you may connect in with your star families at any time and ask for this reunion to occur. 

Many of you are of Pleiadian origin, and many from other star nations. This has been written about elsewhere, but we will expand upon this later. Suffice it to say that you will all be coming into a great awareness of your lives beyond this earth life and will begin to resonate with one or more of the many star nations surrounding your earth in ships at this time. Remember, we are existing in the higher dimensions (5th and beyond) and therefore, you cannot see the extraordinary number of ships which hover just outside, and many times inside, your earth’s atmosphere. 

Even Comet ISON is a great flotilla of ships attached to a large mothership; this mothership can change its appearance at any time, disappearing and reappearing at will. This we can do with all of our ships; they are controlled with our consciousness not with simple electronics; they are highly advanced craft which operate on some of our most advanced technologies. 

So, back to your meditative healing experience; we wish for you to take advantage of this free healing technology, which we are now offering you to take part in during your meditations. We can heal you in the etheric realms oftentimes more easily than in your physical realms, because many diseases start in the etheric body and trickle down from there. So, relax into this beautiful Light Chamber of healing and enjoy your meditative healing experience in our advanced Light Chamber. Each person’s experience will be different, but all are welcome to enjoy our higher dimensional healing technologies at any time. 

We are just a meditative moment away. Enjoy this beautiful light-filled and loving experience! You may wish to keep a journal of your Higher Self connections, meditations, messages, and of your healing journey and connections with us or with your Star Damily. If you are unclear on your Star Family origins, begin to tune into your Higher Self on a frequent basis and begin a dialogue with your Higher Self. All of the answers are within you, you only have to simply tune into your Higher Self to receive them. All is Within and your connection to the Source of All, the Great Creator, is also within, for you are a spark or a part of this Source Creator and have all of the abilities of Source Creator, many of which you are unaware of. We will speak of this in a future message. 

We of the Pleiadian Council will also be discussing many of our other higher dimensional technologies in our future messages to you. Until then, enjoy and have fun! Life in the higher dimensions is filled with joy, presence, awareness, and a lightness of being. Each person has the ability to tune into their Higher Self and the higher dimensions, and to establish and strengthen a communication with us, your Star Families, your Higher Self, your Multidimensional Self, and with the Archangelic Realm. Beloved Ones, you are coming into a time of much accelerated change that will keep the world in a state of alternating and sometimes, confusing realities. It is for these times that we have been preparing each of you to always remain calm and in a state of physical, mental and emotional equilibrium, into moving forward in the mastery of your own coping mechanisms and the abilities and skills that have been honed throughout your spiritual path to becoming a dweller in the higher dimensions. This you are doing magnificently and victoriously and the results are now beginning to be felt, experienced and manifested in your individual lives. The importance of a disciplined mind cannot be underestimated, as you accept and adapt to the many unexpected events that will keep humanity and their planet riding the waves of transformation. 

You are moving quickly into the roles that you are each destined to play, as the planet aligns with the center of the universe and moves into its new position. Your intent to experience the world you walk on as peaceful, loving and harmonious will bring these qualities into your field of possibilities. Your days of floundering in the energies of the void, the unknown, are now coming to an end and as the solar flares and winds erupt with their codes and sacred geometry, your process of remembrance will no longer be denied. You are each coming into your own power, the power of Love tempered with the qualities of mercy and compassion. You have all that you need to anchor in the new templates. 

As humanity rushes headlong into new fields of potential, the world leads the charge to meld with its own magnificent destiny in synchronistic and miraculous movement. That which was once hidden is now being revealed and a great many puzzle pieces fall into place. There will be no time to rest on your laurels, however, as the times demand the activation of your unique abilities and greater self discipline will be necessary to wend your way through this passage into the Light. The portals of awakening are lit from within you and you come into the understanding of the marvelous capacity your own physical body holds for healing and regeneration. Through intent of the highest order, accelerated metamorphosis begins in earnest. 

Stay balanced in all circumstances and breathe deeply many times each day by filling your lungs to capacity and sending it deeper into your root chakra, holding the breath and then breathing out all that is stagnant energy, to energize your Light Body which overlights and interpenetrates your bone structure. Send love to all the cells and atoms of your physical vessel, your temple of the most high. Harmonize, harmonize, harmonize! Remember that wherever you walk, you are blessing, blessing, blessing, whether your waking consciousness is aware of this or not. 

There is an element of excitement and anticipation in the air around you and the activation of knowledge long hidden within your DNA now lights up your spinal column. The switches are turned on and you can actually visualize these internal switches along your spine and chakra centers, seeing your hand turn on the light switch all the way to the crown. Find suitable mantras to repeat often to help stay focused in your intent to raise the vibration of your thoughts, words, deeds and ultimately, your body. Let the joy of each moment bless you constantly as you move about your day.

You Were Not Afraid Before You Came Here

A Message to Starseeds from Fongeetale for 2 May 2013

It is only fear of what other people will think of you that keeps you from being who you really are in front of them. It is only your fear that keeps you from stepping into your rightful place. 

And you were not afraid before you came here, but you stepped into a society full of fear, and as a Starseed, you were so empathic you took on that fear, and you must understand, Starseed, it is not yours. 

You took it into your energy field from others around you that had bought into the Reptilian fear, and they became so controlled by it that their vibrations were constantly sending it out, and you’ve got to be aware that you pick up on the vibrations of those around you, and that you adopted society’s fear as your own, but this is not your fear. This isn’t your truth. 

You are fearless and courageous, and you need to be aware anytime you feel something other than fearlessness and courageousness. Look around you. Who is around you? And if you are alone, where are you? Who is nearby? Who is in the room next to you, in the house next to you? Who is near you? Even if the nearest person is a mile away, do not accept their fear, and do not believe that you are the one feeling it. 

You are an empath, because you are a Starseed. Understand you did not enter into this world with any fear. You came here with a fearlessness and a courageous heart. You knew your assignment, and you knew, without trying to believe it, you knew you would succeed. 

You are succeeding now, you are breaking free of much karma, and there is much to be released from your body. Your physical body, your emotional body, and your mental body must release their toxins before you can step into your life’s purpose and mission. You are releasing toxins from previous lives here and on other planets, and many old feelings of failure, regret and loneliness may come up inside of you, but understand you are in the process of expelling those feelings. 

Your Light Body is stepping forward and it is purging your mental, physical and emotional bodies of whatever is blocking you, and you feel those as they release, but again I tell you, you do not have fear to release. 

The fear you feel is not yours. Look around you. Who is around you? Who are you picking up on, or whose energy have you soaked up? 

You must realize when you are feeling something that you did not collect from your own experiences, you must realize when you are feeling something you have collected from someone else, you must allow these darker emotions to surface and release and you must protect yourselves, so that you stop collecting so much negativity from the people around you. 

Your energy is aware of all vibrations around it, and subconsciously, it wants to help the people around it. You are relieving them of what is ailing them, but by doing so you are not enabling them to walk through their own negativity and learn to release it and learn to feel their own positivity. 

You have enough to deal with. You do not need to take on other peoples’ burdens. You need to cleanse your own self of your own negativity and allow your positive light to cleanse you of it. And that is what it wants to do and it is already doing it, but you must remember that you are not here to take on other peoples’ burdens as your own and hurt yourself in the process. 

You are here to first cleanse yourself and then, afterwards, help to cleanse those around you, but not by taking into your own energy field what they are going through, but by teaching them to connect with their reality, by showing your own vibration and by making them aware of who they really are, of who they really could be. 

You are here to help people find their own light. You are not here to take their negativity into yourselves. Protect your energy. Don’t allow it to be dampened by the emotions and thoughts of others. 

And part of the way to do that, the very first step in doing that is by realizing that those emotions come from outside sources. Call on your own light. Call on your Reality, the True Being within you, to shed its light piercing every illusion that you have believed. 

I promise you, you are on your way to defeating all illusion. You are on your way to overcoming everything you believed to have conquered you. It did not conquer you. You are the victor. You will be victorious over every form of negativity and over all illusion. 

I am speaking to you as a close friend. I am a protector. I am a Guardian of Earth. I am not only a member of the Council For The Assistance To Earth, but I am also a member of another council, The Council For The Guardians of Earth, and we have protected you Starseeds from things you were unaware of. 

I am ending this message now, but I want you to know that, although it has been hard for you, it is only because of how important you are. There are so many things that want to try and stop you, because you have an important mission in life, but we are here to help you. 

We are close friends. We are protecting you. We are uplifting you. We are teaching you ways to help yourself. We wish only for your betterment and we love you like our own children. You are our family. You are my family.

Profound message from Lord Metatron about Ascension and Transmutation changes in the physical human body

“I Am Metatron. I have been asked to serve by dictating information that will assist you in moving through the transitions that are ahead for the planet and all life on the planet during the Ascension. 

This planet, and all species of life on the planet are in the process of Ascension. Ascension means that all first and second dimensional lifeforms will “move up” to third dimensional lifeforms. 

Humans, or third dimensional lifeforms, will graduate to either fourth dimensional worlds or fifth dimensional Oneness depending on their level of evolution and their intent. 

The Ascension is occurring now, as a step by step progression, and will continue one way or another, for that is the will of All. 

Normally, planets and the species of life incarnate on the planet are ascended via cataclysmic disasters that usher in a death-resurrection cycle. In this cycle, as was demonstrated by Christ, disasters create planetary death. Because this is the way Ascension usually occurs, it is known and understood very well at the level of the Universal Mind. 

That is why, since ancient times, there have been prophecies of terrible destruction to occur at End Times. 

The Resurrection Cycle (Resurrection Dispensation) Now is the Ascension, where all life begins anew, at a new level of consciousness in a Higher Dimensional World. This does not mean reincarnation, for that carries the concept of Karma with it, and before Ascension can become a probability, all Karma must be cleared. 

It does not mean existence only as a spirit in celestial worlds, Ascension is also physical. 

As a process, it changes the physical body while merging the body and the spirit into one being. This being is a perfected Being of Light, in a physical body of Light. 

This Ascension progression actually began thousands of years ago, with the Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt. 

The story of Moses leading his people out of bondage is a metaphor for the Ascension progression. The incarnation of Jesus was a major turning point for the process, because as an Avatar, Jesus was capable of taking on the “sins” or Karma of all humans and transmuting that energy to Light. 

Because of his redemption, a gentle Ascension became possible. This Ascension evolves through a series of steps, until a state as a Light Being becomes possible. The redemption of Christ was the beginning step of the Light Body progression. 

This first step took nearly two thousand years to complete. 

Light Body was introduced as an experiment in 1988, only seven months after Harmonic Convergence. 

It is an experiment, because an Ascension has never been attempted this way. This method, both a graduated increase of Light within the physical bodies of all lifeforms and the planet and an increase in the vibratory level, has never been attempted before in ANY ascending universe. 

There are theories within the Universal Mind about how that process will work out, but at times the results have differed from the anticipated. 

In these cases revisions are made. As a foundation for the information I will give later, I must explain the Light Body progression to you. 

You must understand this process first at a personal level. This personal level is how Light Body will affect you physically, emotionally and mentally. Then I will give information on how Light Body will affect the planet and how it will affect the structures of your society. 

I consider the most important and exciting aspect of Light Body to be that this experiment transforms your physical shell into an appropriate vehicle to merge completely with your Higher Self, and happens concurrently with the physical process. 

This merging is created by a series of descensions of Spirit, which are timed by the amount of Light you are holding within your cells. ***The amount of Light held by the physical cells is keyed to the level of Light Body, and the higher the level, the less dense the body. 

The more Light you hold in your physical body, the greater the level of Spirit you can contain within the body. Toward the end of the Light Body process, just proceeding the Shift into Ascension, you will merge completely with your Higher Self. The descensions of Spirit are the mechanisms used to bring in, or turn on, the spiritual gifts of the Ascended Masters. 

Light Body has twelve levels or steps, and as each step is completed, the changes that have occurred physically must be integrated in all areas of the life and the Spirit. 

Light Body is designed to bring up all your human issues as you progress, and each higher level brings up a deeper layer to the issues than the layer before it. 

This is to assist you in becoming clear mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. As the issues emerge, you may allow Christ’s redemption to transmute it for you. 

There is a void space at the end of each Light Body level that we call ego death, and it may manifest as depression or a sense of nothingness. 

This void is to be used as a rest stop, before you continue your journey. This void is an energetic place where nothing exists, and you are able to build a new picture of yourself and your life before you move to the next step. 

The void is an integration chamber, or perhaps I could describe it as a cocoon, where you can rest and form the beautiful butterfly you are to become in your next step. 

The first six steps of Light Body were structured for gradual change at all levels with regular spiritual awakenings interspersed with the physical, mental and emotional changes. 

From seventh level through tenth level Light Body the progress changes and is focused on one area of your experience at a time. 

For example, in seventh level most of you experienced your first descension of Spirit, and a noticeable spiritual awakening with it. 

You may have manifested clairvoyance, clairaudience, or a kinesthetic awareness of energy with the awakening. I am discussing this level in the past tense, because currently the planet is shifting into the beginning of ninth level. It is a very painful experience to be at a lower vibratory rate than the planet you exist on, which is the case for those who are below eighth level. 

Because you are reading this article, I am certain you would be somewhere between the void of late eighth level, to eleventh level in the Light Body progression. 

You would not have an interest in spiritually oriented literature if you were in the lower levels. 

Eighth level Light Body creates body changes in some extreme ways. 

Physical symptoms similar to viral syndromes are very common. During this level, you may have noticed that you caught a cold once a month. 

Other symptoms are headaches (behind the eyes) as the optic nerve pathways for Light are turned on and the pineal gland becomes activated. 

You may have earaches, air pressure changes, itching inside the ears, as your hearing structures are rewired to decode Light transmissions, and excessive perspiration or diarrhea as you drop density from the cells of your body. 

One perspective on these changes is that you are adding a third physical strand to your DNA. For some, the body may resist the density drop because of the descensions of Spirit. A symptom of that resistance is weight gain. 

Human bodies have a tendency to try to cope with descensions by becoming bigger to contain the spiritual mass coming into it. The only effective way to stop the weight gain once it has started, is physical exercise. I mean very hard exercise, such as weight lifting, bicycling, running, or swimming. The exercise must be sufficient to begin building muscle mass. 

Creating muscle mass will protect your nervous system, for the energies coming in with each descension is much stronger than your nervous system is accustomed to. Adipose tissue cannot protect the nervous system as muscle does by accepting the overflow from the nervous system. Adipose tissue will “fry” as these energies overflow, and the result is damage to the insulin receptors within the cells. 

This throws the metabolism out of balance, and the result is weight gain. The muscle mass created by exercise will take the overload from the nervous system, and will convince the body consciousness that it is “big enough” to hold the Spirit. You may begin to notice flashing colors on your inner screen, geometric equations moving through your mind, or hear a hum. 

This is the beginning of the translation facility, and will allow you to turn Light Code into cognitive understanding and comprehension. 

The grids around the planet constantly transmit messages to the life forms incarnate on the planet. These messages come through in a form called Light packets, and are coded. I call it “Light Code”. 

This information must be “decoded” or converted to conscious thought, so you can understand it and use it in your life. These messages are designed to give instruction, and to explain what is occurring energetically at the higher dimensional frequencies. 

If you are a sensitive who can hear the hum, a sharp tone, buzzing, please acknowledge this to your guides. They are trying to assist you to get the Light Code transmissions, but they cannot verify that you hear it unless you respond. 

Your guides will try to assist you by turning up the volume and frequency of the audible Light Code, until they see a response from you. The Light Code as a hum can become very annoying and even physically uncomfortable. If you are experiencing this symptom, “ask” your guides to turn down the volume and calibrate the frequency, so it will not be irritating or debilitating for you. 

These eighth level changes can take up to two years for a human. It has taken three years for the planet. 

Ninth level is about integrating the spiritual changes from seventh level and the physical changes of eighth into your physical life. In ninth level, relationships are your focus, for it is through relationships that you test yourself and the changes that have been wrought within you. 

You may find that any relationship based on control or manipulation becomes intolerable, and many relationships end during this phase. You may also find that your work in the world changes, as you integrate your new identity. The void of ninth level Light Body can be very painful, for after so much focus on relationships, this void requires you to ultimately be alone with yourself. 

After all, the relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you have, is it not? Ninth level ends (and sometimes begins) with fairly massive descensions, giving you yet another relationship to integrate as a part of your process. 

At the beginning of tenth level, life feels new, and you may feel newly born and very tender. Tenth level is the beginning of the Spiritual Awakening that will lead to your mastery of the abilities that mark the Spiritual Masters and Adepts. 

These abilities, or gifts of the Spirit, will become stronger as you become energetically clearer. In tenth level the focus will be on manifesting these spiritual gifts, and then integrating the gifts fully, so they are usable in your physical, everyday life. Your greatest natural spiritual gift will be the first to manifest in tenth level, and your other gifts of the Spirit will open later in a gradual way. 

You will be required to live by your spiritual gifts. If you are clairvoyant, for example, you must make decisions by what you perceive clairvoyantly - not by what you perceive physically. 

Your clairvoyance will literally overtake your physical sight during tenth level. You may notice one day that you are very clearly seeing three curbs and sidewalks. 

Deciding where to place your foot may be very confusing. You will be seeing the physical curb and sidewalk, the etheric curb and sidewalk, and the fourth dimensional curb and sidewalk. If you rely completely on your clairvoyance, not the physical sense of sight, you will know where to step. If you use the physical sense of sight you may trip a few times in a public place. 

Eventually you will learn how to process this type of vision. The process of becoming clear is one of releasing stored energy from the emotional body and the mental body, and relocating that energy to the spiritual body where it becomes usable, through which miracles are created. 

The only difference between an Avatar and an ordinary man is the location of the energy held within the energy bodies. An ordinary man has all his energy “locked-up” in stored emotions and memories in the emotional body, and beliefs, dogmas and thoughts in the mental body. 

The ordinary man has a flat spiritual body, for there is no energy to spare from the demands of the emotions and thoughts. An avatar has clear emotional and mental bodies. All the energy held within an Avatar’s subtle bodies, is stored in the Spiritual Body. 

For a Master, the energy associated with emotion flows into the emotional body from the spiritual body IN THE MOMENT, and is released to the spiritual body once the emotional stimulus has ended. 

The energy associated with a thought flows from the spiritual body to the mental body, and then is released to the spiritual body as the thought is completed. 

This leaves an Avatar’s energy free, to use according to his will. The spiritual energy is available to an avatar, because it is not consumed by thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and memories. This is the energetic structure each of you must create in your energy bodies, during tenth and eleventh level Light Body. This will allow each of you to perform miracles such as manifesting thought into physical reality. 

Eleventh level of Light Body is a natural progression from tenth, and many times the transition is so easy, the shift isn’t noticed. The spiritual abilities continue to grow, and the physical body begins to change in appearance. Your physical body becomes luminous, glowing, and appears very beautiful. 

You might have friends and acquaintances suddenly remarking that you look younger, or that you have changed in some way that is indefinable. Eleventh level brings deeper levels of processing on your emotional issues. At this level you must deal with all your beliefs and thought forms around death and loss. 

You might create disillusionment, or even find you are creating your deepest fears within your physical life so you can clear them completely by experiencing them. Any stored energy held in the emotional or mental body after tenth level is completed must be released to the spiritual body in eleventh level. 

If you do not deal with those issues while you are in tenth level, you will manifest them in your lives within the eleventh. But, you truly have nothing to fear but fear itself, when you are at eleventh level Light Body. 

Twelfth level Light Body is the Ascension. It is marked by the movement of the Merkabah into the heart center of your body. The Merkabah can most easily be described as a golden ball of Light. It is the Vehicle of your Ascension, and a major Initiation for you when it happens. 

That event is the beginning of your personal Ascension into a Fifth Dimensional world of Oneness. The Ascension can occur at an individual level, it can occur within a group, or it will occur as a part of the collective experience. You will Ascend when you are Ready, whether you do it alone, as a part of a group, or as a part of the ‘Planetary Shift’ yet to come. 

There is not a period for the Ascension in any way. At an individual level there are Ascensions occurring daily. 

Since Harmonic Convergence the energy has been available for the shift into a Fifth Dimensional Consciousness while in a physical body. 

There are many beings, who are incarnate because they have volunteered to serve by testing the Light Body experiment. They are the first ones to move into Ascension. For the rest of you, the Light Body program will continue until you are ready, and then you will shift. Ascension is a very simple thing. It is a change that occurs in an instant, but you are still here. 

The Sun will still shine and the Stars will still twinkle. The difference is Joy, your ability to live Joy and to feel Joy. 

The easiest way to verify that Ascension has happened, is to note the quality of joy in a person’s life. 

The beginning of the Ascension is when a person begins living life by creating their fantasies as their reality. I, Metatron can define JOY as Nirvana, Ecstasy, or Rapture. 

It is that state of ‘Oneness with God.’ It can also be defined as your center or being on your center. That clear space you can achieve in meditation where energy is flowing and you feel that absolute Cosmic Oneness with all. Whatever brings you pleasure or feelings of lightness, and whatever you would define as joy, is a pathway to that state. 

If you are working as a part of a spiritual group, you will experience a series of faster shifts in your processing. When one member of your group notices the embodiment of the Merkabah, you all will have received it, and will soon become aware of it also. The individual members may not have noticed this occurring at first, but at least one member of the group was ready for it, and as a result the entire group will get the benefit. 

A group working on Ascension has a tremendous advantage, because Fifth Dimensional Consciousness is a consciousness of “Oneness” or in other words, the group is One. Working with a group creates enormous synergistic energy, where each of you is far more powerful than you would be if you were alone. 

It also gives each member a chance to learn to relate both as individuals and from Oneness within the group. This is an essential fifth dimensional consciousness shift that everyone must make. 

As individuals and groups focus on Ascension, they should focus on beginning to recreate their lives as absolute masterpieces of joy. As they do so, they will begin to live from joy, and later, they will become Joy. As each of you does this, you will begin to shift everyone you come into contact with in your daily life, broadcasting the energy of joy to them and waking them up to that frequency. 

The Mass Ascension will occur when the majority of ascending humans on the planet are existing in this state of joy, and not until. The reason for this fact is that this planetary experience is one of free agency. In this Multi-dimensional Universe, free agency is Divine Law. 

When the majority of you are living from joy, the planetary experience will have moved into a world of Love and Oneness. When the majority of you have given up the game of polarity, because you have learned all you could, and have by your own choices moved into Joy and Oneness, the Mass Ascension will occur. 

Until that time comes, and it will, the Light Body progression will continue. The Ascension will take as long as it takes, and humanity as a collective group, in the end, decides the timing of the Great Event. Free agency cannot be tampered with, not even for the highest of purposes, not even to create the Ascension. 

The point I wish to make with this information is that the greatest way each of you can serve God, serve all mankind, serve the planet, and to serve yourselves is to create your lives as masterpieces of joy. Be ruthless in evaluating your lives, and clear everything that does not bring you joy. Let go of old emotions and old issues, for they are consuming the energy you could be feeling joy with. 

If you focus on this as the entire process, and focus on learning to live from joy as your path of initiation, you will become the adept or spiritual master you desire to be. You will assist everyone you meet, by your very presence, and you will be anchoring the energies of joy for the planet as well, to assist her in birthing a new level of manifestation for all. 

This ecstatic state of union with God is a part of the potential that is open for all. This path of Joy makes the Ascension so very simple, for all that is required is for each individual to begin focusing on, and taking full responsibility for his life. Live life as a masterpiece of JOY. 

The planetary changes that have been prophesied for these times you are living in are frightening for many. Since you have nothing to fear but fear, I will bring forth information about how the Light Body process has changed the probable future for the planet. I have described the process for you as it affects your physical self and your personal life. I will now explain how Light Body impacts the planet, for the planet is physical, and the entire basis for sustenance of your physical life. 

As you become a Being of Light, the planet also changes. The planet is becoming a Sphere of Crystal and Light. When the Light Body experiment began in 1988, the planet was shifted into third level Light Body. The planet shifted into a higher level each year after; fourth level in 1989, fifth level in 1990, and sixth level in 1991. 

The planet entered seventh level on Jan. 11, 1992 with the 11:11 Gateway, and remained there until the next Gateway opening, which was 5/5/92. This Gateway initiated the beginning of eighth level Light Body for the planetary process, and with that level of Light Body, Earth changes were most probable. Planetary Shifts have always been ushered in by a series of technologies I call Gateways. 

Gateways are energetic conduits opened from a higher dimensional universe to this one. These conduits bring through the energies necessary to pattern mass consciousness, change planetary vibrations, and to change dimensional frequencies. 

A Gateway requires the assistance of the space brothers and many beings on higher dimensional frequencies to create it and to refine the energies for the specified purpose. The purpose of a Gateway and its timing is the domain of the Light Councils, or Karmic Board, and the Ascended Masters of The Great White Brotherhood. 

These councils oversee the progress, and assist when needed. The 5/5/92 gateway purposes were to forestall probabilities around cataclysmic disasters, which were most likely as the planet began losing density. The greatest probable disaster is a Pole Shift. The 5/5/92 Gateway began the Shift between the in-breath of God and the out-breath of God, the Shift between an expanding Universe and a contracting Universe. This gateway, 5/5/92, signaled the still time between the two directions. This still time continues until 2012, when the in-breath of Lord Brahma begins. This physical Universe has been expanding, fragmenting out into individuation. When the contraction begins (in-breath of Lord Brahma) it is the merging of the fragments into Oneness. 

This Grid Shift from Eastern Hemisphere to the West (Mount Shasta) was engineered to aid those who are known as Lightworkers at this time of change, for the Grid Shift allowed the planetary frequencies to shift upward into what is known as the lower fourth dimensional frequencies. 

This brought the planetary vibration into what is known as the astral worlds. These worlds are still worlds of polarity and illusion, but they are far less physical. It makes it possible for each of you to begin opening potentials of joy for yourselves, and as you do, the disasters become less probable. 

Those who are aware and those who are learning to use spiritual power to create in the physical can use the energies from the New Grid Alignment to create their personal version of “Heaven on Earth”. 

There were many of you requesting this assistance, for many Lightworkers wanted to be able to precipitate thought into matter. 

The greatest way to release enemy patterning is to move yourself into a space where you believe there are no enemies. Move yourself into a space where there is no question about the need to protect your rights. 

Move yourself into the attitude that, yes, you have the absolute right to possess and bear arms, but where would the necessity to use those weapons ever come from? This is a world at peace! This is one of the things that will be shifting drastically, as a result of the Silent Revolution. 

With the Shifting in Energy the illusion of having enemies will become less and less real, until it no longer exists. Become clear within each of yourselves about how you interpret these violent events, and what they are mirroring for you. Become clear within yourself about how you perceive the need to have arms, and what your values are. 

Work through these issues on your own level, in your own life, until you can create a perception of an absolutely safe, stable world. For other people in your life, who have concerns and fears about these political issues, assist them by your ability to bring through energy. 

Facilitate their efforts to process their beliefs, until they can arrive at a place where they are secure and without fear, and have the attitudes that this is the time of Peace, let us welcome it. If you can do these things, it will be of great service to the Light, your assistance in shifting the Mass Consciousness on these issues. 

It is of interest that on the macro, people are willing to do away with nuclear arms, destroy them, dismantle them, make their use illegal. But on a personal level, they will cling so tightly to their own firearms. Divine law is - as the inner, so the outer. It must happen at the personal level first, then it will manifest internationally. If you truly want to outlaw nuclear arms, begin within your own lives. 

Normally, before the energy realigns itself in a balanced way, the pendulum will swing very far from side to side. The hope is that this issue is just a pendulum swing, before the attitudes balance themselves. Other movements you are seeing politically are to create reforms in the Welfare system. 

These Shifts are the result of the Gateway that opened on 6.6.94. That Gateway was one of self-empowerment. But along with self-empowerment comes the requirement of self-reliance. This Gateway brought through a new model for a Self Empowered - Female. 

The archetype of the Goddess Athena is something each lady carries within her consciousness. An activated model of this archetype of an Empowered Female was beamed through the Gateway from the ship Athena. This opened up a remedy for many social ills in the Western World, for how can you have an Ascending Planet or Species, if over one half of the population is in a “less than” position? 

Many women are treated as 'less than', earning 'less than', less opportunity, less education, relegated to welfare, relegated to poor circumstances and unequal opportunities. To change that, women must also step into their power. The energy to support the feminine is available, and has been since the reawakening of the forces of nature at the 12.21.91 Gateway. 

Each of you who are aware and empowered must focus on filling the void with joy, and shifting the forms of your lives quickly and easily. As you do this, the transitions from the old forms to the new will be traversed quickly and easily by the majority as well. For those of you who are working actively on your own Ascension, you are carrying a great burden. 

That burden is in living impeccably. You cannot create something on the level of the macro (collective) without first bringing it into the micro (personal). As above, so below - that is Divine Law. You must first create within your own life what you desire in your society, social structure, and country. There are many of you incarnate, with the Divine Mission to realign the law to more closely resemble Divine Law. 

You are here to shift the entire collective around the issues of politics, economics, government, and law. You must use and live by the principles of Divine Law in your own lives first, before you can bring them through at the mass consciousness level. Create a life without a need for defense or violence, without a need for political polarity, without the need for welfare programs, and without the need for treatment of disease. 

Create your lives as a world of peace, joy, security, and equality. The outer world will follow your lead. This world you are living in is now a fourth dimensional world - an astral world. It is still a world of polarity, but there is a difference. That polarity is just an illusion! 

There are stories from every path of initiation about “The Guardian of the Threshold,” and most often the Guardian is a terrible monster. When an initiate is developed enough to travel to the astral worlds, the first thing the initiate will encounter is the Guardian. The initiate must defeat the Guardian to make further progress on their Spiritual Path. 

This is considered a Test, and the Test must be passed, or the instruction of the Master stops. Every Esoteric tradition has its method of how to deal with the Guardian, and overcome it. The one universal truth about this test, is that the Guardian is you. That terrible demon is an astral apparition of your worst fears. 

A monster yes, but it is nothing more than an illusion. In every tradition the solution is for the initiate to release their fears and personal demons and then they will overcome the Guardian. It will just disappear. 

That is why each spiritual tradition, or path of initiation, has always had a focus on developing clarity, and personal qualities such as humility, forgiveness, and love. These qualities are the only way you can pierce the illusions of the astral worlds. As in the traditions of old, and in the Ascension Progression today, the Upper Dimensional Frequencies are not opened to the initiate until this Test has been passed. 

In an initiation, there is no failure. If the test is not passed, the lesson is merely repeated until the initiate gets it. This is the best metaphor I can give you to describe the experiences you are having in this dimensional frequency. Remember, the Guardian is just an illusion, and polarity is just an illusion. If you release those illusions and beliefs, release those fears, the Guardian disappears! 

The world you experience will recreate itself around your New Reality perceptions. The assistance of all the hosts of Heaven is available to each of you, but you must ask. We cannot violate your free agency, even to assist you. 

All the assistance you need to walk through these changes peacefully and joyfully is available to each of you. This information is given to you to assure you that all is well. My role is to shift your fears, to assure you of Divine Love, and to awaken you to potentials you may have to assist the collective. Each of you has only one responsibility in this lifetime, and that responsibility is for YOUR OWN LIFE. 

Divine law is: ‘As Above - So Below’, ‘As the Inner - So the Outer’. When you perceive difficulties, enemies, or bogey men, in the outside world around you, look to your inner life, for they will exist there as well. If you clear these perceptions from your inner life, you will find that magically, your outer life, your experience, and perceptions shift, this is Divine Law. 

You can bring about the elimination of polarity very simply by working on your own life, and that is all each of you are required to do. Go forward and create of your life an absolute masterpiece of joy. The tools are given to you, the power is given to you, and all the assistance and guidance that you could possibly need is available. 

Each of you must actually DO IT, and as you do it, you will transform your world and the larger world as well. You have nothing left to fear but fear itself - for fear is the last great evil that remains in the world. 

Work on your fear, and eliminate it from your mental body and emotional body, and as you do so you will eliminate it from your life. Fear is the only enemy left, and that enemy is only located within each of you. 

Truly, the great ones are those who are incarnate at this time of change. Your initiation is nearly complete. All that remains is for each of you to pass the tests of Joy.
