It is in the deliberate choices you are making that will raise your vibrational frequencies

Adama's Helpful Energy Update for 6 June 2015 

Greetings, Beloved Ones, 

We are most joyous to connect with you here today, and we send you our utmost love from the heart of Telos! 

Beloved Brothers and Sisters of Telos and all the higher dimensions: 

You are presently incarnated only with a small portion of your Being, in this earth reality. 

The rest of your energy exists in the higher dimensions. You have designed it this way, so that you could guide yourself through this earthly experience from the other side. 

This means, whenever you are connecting with "Beings of Light", you are actually connecting with the higher dimensional aspects of yourself. May these Beings of Light be Angels, Ascended Masters, Telosians and other Inner Earth Beings or Cosmic Beings. We are all an expression of pure, Divine Source energy that is reflecting back to you the non-physical part of your existence. 

We are also reflecting back to you the level of love that you have generated on your earthly journey. The more loving and uplifting your interaction with us is, the more you have allowed the frequency of love and upliftment to expand in your heart. 

This all-transforming current of Love allows you to focus your attention and energy on experiences that delight, inspire, uplift and evolve your spirit to new levels of consciousness. 

Anything less than love, joy, upliftment, inspiration and oneness will fade out of your reality. 

Isn't it wonderful to know that you can, purely with your intent and attention, choose the quality of your interaction with the higher dimensional worlds? 

As you are growing more and more spiritually, your interaction with the higher dimensions will become more and more tangible and filled with more and more love and joy. 

This is the time of the merging of worlds and the best way to prepare for it, is to be very diligent with what you allow into your awareness and experience. 

Choose wisely which information you allow yourself to connect to in your media and interactions. 

Ask yourself: "Will I feel better or worse after watching, reading or listening to this?" 

If the answer is "Worse", just choose something that will make you feel "Better". 

It is in the deliberate choices you are making that will raise your vibrational frequencies and with it, improve your experience with the higher dimensions. 

Let's take this further: 

What are you thinking about on a consistent basis? 

Do your thoughts make your feel better or worse? 

If the answer is worse, re-route your thoughts to better feeling thoughts. 

Your thoughts and emotions create your reality, Dear Ones,
and you are at the center of your reality. 

In order for your world and reality to reflect love and joy back to you, begin by choosing deliberately the thoughts you think, the movies you watch, the information your read and the things you listen to. 

The power is yours, Dear Ones. 

It was, all along. 

With knowing that, go forth, Beloveds, and create your world and interactions with the higher dimensions, the way you wish them to be. 

Beloved Ones, we are walking with you on this journey and you are loved beyond measure.

There is absolutely no place for the low vibrations of war in the New Age

To launch world peace all warring has to stop, and if necessary we have the means to ensure that it does. There is absolutely no place for such low vibrations in the New Age. In fact, it is somewhat easier to achieve success now, as the rising levels of consciousness are resulting in more souls rejecting anything to do with war. Even some of those hardened veterans are ready to change track and see the virtues of working for peace. They are beginning to see that their calling to protect their homeland, has been insidiously used for ulterior motives. When such people start to awaken to the truth, you know that the Illuminati is rapidly losing its power and control over the armed forces. They are indeed a spent force to what they were, and will not be allowed back. 

In fact, in your immediate future you will not need armed forces at all, but will have systems of protection to keep away unwanted intruders from your Earth. There is also our Galactic Federation of Light that acts as the policeman of the Universe. Our technologies are such we can easily detect craft entering the space of another planet. If the need arises we can move around faster than the speed of Light, and have our responsibilities for different sectors of the Universe. There is also the Ashtar Command that also works very much like we do, and have their own particular responsibilities. All in all, every planet is well protected and their people can live in freedom and peace. Your Old Earth has also been protected against interference, so as to allow your free choice evolution. However, with such low vibrations we had to allow similar civilizations to contact you. 

When you have passed through the coming point of Ascension, you will also be open to visitors of a similar vibration of Love and Light. As such, you will be able to trust them, and enjoy learning of how other civilizations live. You will have great experiences visiting other planets, that are of a mixture of sizes and sometimes larger than your present Sun. Most advanced civilizations find it more acceptable to live inside their planets, and most are hollowed out for that reason. As with your Inner Earth Beings, they have their own Sun and you would not necessarily know you were underground. They are more evolved than you are and very soon will choose the right time to make themselves known to you. They are your ancestors who escaped to the Inner Earth with the demise of Lemuria. Some of your own people have visited them in comparatively recent times, and their stories are still able to be found. 

There is so much knowledge that has been deliberately held back from you, and you have a lot of catching up to do after Ascension. No longer shall you be kept in the dark and told falsehoods, and as you often say, “the truth shall set you free”. The time warp you have been kept in is breaking open, and we shall help you identify what is truth or otherwise. If some people are skeptical, we have the means to prove what is given to you as the truth. We do not impose it upon you, and some will still hold fast to their false beliefs. That does not matter, as in time only the truth will be able to exist. You have your own Hall of Records and that covers all of your lives, so there cannot be any dispute where they are concerned. They are used when you have your life review after each incarnation, which is a sobering thought for some people. 

Believe us, Dear Ones, when we say that we are not so serious about life that we cannot joke and have fun. We live our lives in joy and our bonding becomes closer when we can share humor. Of course, we do not have your worries or concerns, but you can lighten up your day and that of others by having a good laugh together. Laughter is Universal and all souls have the inner understanding to appreciate a funny situation or comment. Laughter is so uplifting and raises the spirit and the vibrations. However, good fun does not gain laughs by ridiculing someone. At heart you are all still children, but you acquire a measure of aloofness as you grow up, because you consider yourself beyond what you call childish fun. Let yourselves go and become that child again, and see the funny side of life. 

You are so near to seeing the first signs of big changes to come, and our allies are working hard to create the opportunity we seek to join them. They know what their responsibilities are, and are dedicated to serving you to enable the final push towards Ascension. Of course, it will happen anyway, even if it means that some events are put off for a while. However, certain changes carry more importance than others, and we are seeking the first indications of Disclosure being announced. In one sense, as it is generally known that we exist and are with you now, you may not see any urgency involved. Yet we need that acknowledgement from your authorities, so that we can at last come into the open. 

We still have the option of forcing the issue, but that would be our last course of action. In all respects, we would prefer that you were the ones who brought about Disclosure through your own efforts. To be fair, you have pleaded and petitioned your leaders so many times to go ahead, but so far none have had the temerity to do so. We appreciate a cautious approach, but now is the time to throw caution to the wind and announce what a large section of the public already know. Regardless of what happens, we are still making ourselves seen more often, and are pleased that we are accepted without the fear that once existed. We feel that you are ready to greet us, and that is speeding up our response. 

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and bring the wishes of the Galactic Federation of Light, that you should all spread your love throughout the world. There can never be too much, and you will help it grow exponentially at a time when you are almost ready to ascend. The Earth is presenting a wonderful display of Light that is coming from you all, and it shows how well you have responded to the call to prepare for Ascension. You have had much help and it was never intended that you should face the challenges alone, and so it shall be, as you make your way through to the higher dimensions.

The excitement is growing at the thought of your liberation from the controlling powers

The hot topic that occupies most of you is the commencement of the arrests, so that you are in no doubt that the final days of the cabal have arrived. Needless to say, it will cause a sensation across the world and the media will have to respond. They will be inundated with calls asking for an explanation, and eventually even those that are conservative will be forced to give the true reasons for what is happening. There will be official announcements in the US, and careful steps taken to ensure that people have the correct understanding of why the arrests are taking place. Doubt will exist until it becomes clear that the actions are in the interests of all people, by providing a scenario whereby they can be released from the hold of the dark Ones. There will be deliberate disinformation circulated by those still under the control of the Illuminati, but we will make it clear that the Military are involved as a back up for those making the arrests. They are not execution squads and will only use weapons if they or the Marshalls are attacked, in the course of their legitimate pursuits. 


The first real action now enables the next part of our plans to go forward, unimpeded by interference intended to delay progress. There will be a pressing need to set up a provisional government of representatives that have proved they are trustworthy and honest. Ones who have already been primed of their responsibilities to you the people. So, at last our promises to you can be shown to be genuine and your rights will be restored. First things first and when we are satisfied that no further dangers exist, we can go forging ahead with other aspects of our plan. 


Do you do not need to rub your eyes as what you see and hear about is really happening, and is the Lightworkers taking charge of your destiny. Even those of you who live outside of the US are part of the plans, and the cleansing will spread across the world. It is after all a plan for everyone who is ready to ascend, but will naturally effect those who have other plans for their future. With freedom comes choice and all of you will ultimately find yourselves exactly where you should be. 


In the distance, there is of course the long awaited contact with you through Disclosure. With everything that is taking place those personnel under oath of secrecy will be released from that responsibility, and free to tell you of their own experiences that support our existence. You know quite a lot already, but when it is made public, it will reach those who have not normally followed such matters or in some cases are in a state of disbelief. There is clearly much work to be done to convince people we are not just your friends, but your family. However, we believe that our presence will soon be seen for what it is, and we will be welcomed to land on your precious Earth. Of course, we do need that contact to establish working groups to be part of the cleansing forces. 


All will happen in good time, but it will speed along once we get started, as there is much to do in just a few months. We sense that the excitement is growing at the thought of your liberation from the controlling powers, and your lives being lifted up into the Light. The End Times for this cycle were planned many eons ago, and in spite of any thoughts to the contrary when you needed help it arrived. Our efforts and that of the Spiritual Hierarchy have guided you to this point in time, and now you are about to seize the wonderful opportunity to ascend. Deep down you always knew that your experiences would end in your return to the Higher Realms. It is where you came from and where you are entitled to be as Beings of Light. The lower dimensions are home to those who have become embroiled in the darkness that has pulled them down, but they have benefitted from being around you, even if they do not yet acknowledge the Light. 


Understand that many souls who do not ascend, have not necessarily failed to lift themselves up, but have planned their experiences in that way. So, do not judge others who follow a different path to you, and allow for them to have the same choices as you have had to map your own destiny. Your freedom may be taken from you at times, but it will always be returned by divine right. Remember God and remember Mother Gaia, as both are like your parents. They have always been watching you and providing you with help. It has been given even if you have not known the source of it, and now it would be nice for you to acknowledge it and show your gratitude. A loving thought or prayer would bring even more Love and Light back to you, and that is the Law of Attraction working at its highest level. 


Dear Ones, from here on the going will gradually get easier, and we will be by your side to ensure that having come this far you do not fail at the last moment. Of course, there will be physical changes, but as the vibrations lift up the extent of them will not be as severe as some perceived. There is no need for large scale devastation to restore Mother Earth to her pristine condition. Whilst we must allow what needs to be done, we can assist Mother Earth who certainly does not want her activities to cause undue harm to life. With adequate warning people can move out of harm’s way, and we will be there to help. We must not forget that the Inner Earth Beings are also waiting the call to surface, and they have so much to offer you. They are also your family from many thousands of years ago, and will delight in making contact with you again. 


You are of course a mixture of Beings who are related to various Star Civilizations of mainly humanoid origin. These will come to Earth to meet their own and you will have many uplifting meetings with them as old memories return. So you see that you are as much Space Beings as those who many view as different to yourselves. In any event you are all One with the Source, so please treat others as yourself and be kind and considerate at all times.
