The Learning Process of the Soul

Dear friends, 

I am Mary Magdalene. I greet you all with joy and a feeling of connection. 

You are all committed to an inner path with great determination. The only thing that brings you real fulfillment is when you begin to hear and understand the voice of your own heart and soul. That is, for all of you, just as important as the oxygen you breathe, just as basic as the bread and water which feeds your body in order for you to stay alive. 

And that commitment means a shift of consciousness has already taken place in you, which for many of you was the case before your birth in this lifetime. Your soul found itself in a certain phase of its development, its evolution. It felt it was now time for an earthly incarnation in which your soul could truly let itself be seen; a life in which your soul could really flow through the earthly reality of everyday life. 

It takes a number of earthly lives before you hear the call of the soul in this way. In earlier lives, it was necessary and appropriate to gain experience with life on Earth. The soul needs time to get used to earthly life and the dynamics of emotions and physicality which play themselves out here. Being here is a learning process for the soul. In a sense, the soul already knows everything before it starts to incarnate, but this knowledge has not been really experienced, so it has not become deeply rooted. 

Therefore, this knowledge is not a wisdom that is based on experience. Simply stated, it is about the distinction between theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge. At its core, the soul knows everything already, but by experiencing life in various forms and incarnations, this knowing becomes a wisdom that is practical and tangible, and that is the way love is born. 

When wisdom really descends into an earthly human form, it is not just theoretical knowledge that distinguishes the individual, but rather the warmth, love, patience, and compassion that a person radiates toward others. And that means an alchemy has taken place, a transformation in the soul consciousness of that person. This change could only take place because the soul undertook incarnation, the path through flesh and blood, through pain, through the highs and lows of all kinds of emotions. 

These experiences are necessary for a living wisdom and love to be born. From that point of view, to become an earthly human being, to be born in a body, to have to deal with ignorance, pain, fear, and doubt, is a heroic act. You deliberately allow a part of your consciousness and inner knowing to be obscured in order that you can embody wisdom on a much deeper level. 

What I describe here is actually what channeling, or becoming a conduit, means in the broadest sense of the word. Channeling is not simply the receiving of a message; it is the whole process of connecting your divine core through a soul to an earthly body, through a physical incarnation and a contraction of consciousness, so you become a specific form in time and space. 

What appears to be a descent into limitation, into darkness, creates paths toward the light, a greater light that has not existed before. That is the creative process you enter into with your own soul. It means a great deal when you have become a human being on Earth and you again connect with your soul, your origin, and you try to embody it into your everyday life. 

It is part of the development of a soul, that in order to gain experience, it must forget itself for a long time and become accustomed to the earthly existence. For this reason, it is necessary that at first, and for a very long time, you are oblivious of your original wisdom and knowledge and that you become immersed in the powerful, compelling energies of the Earth. 

But for some of you, it is now time to ascend back to the Source from which you came, and to recognize it and to again hear the voice of your soul. In this way, you truly begin to see the purpose of your development: bringing the heavenly realm of divine knowledge and wisdom together with the earthly realm of feeling and experiencing. Then you are a channel between Heaven and Earth and you create something new, something that is meaningful for Creation as a whole. In other words, you are ready. 

I want to outline what matters in this connection with your higher wisdom and soul energy, which has already become very experienced through your many earlier incarnations. What is holding you back the most from truly allowing that original energy of acquired wisdom of your soul to manifest, is that you make yourself small. 

In order to allow your soul’s energy into the here and now, you need to dare to believe in your own greatness. You need to accept as true that you really are that radiant angel of Light, which has been shaped by a divine realm and equally shaped by many lifetimes of incarnations in which you have struggled to overcome pain and anxiety, and have become increasingly aware of who you really are. 

You need to acknowledge the greatness of your own being and your own history and now say: “I am That.” It is the step you now need to take, so your soul can entirely incarnate, can flow freely throughout your body and your earthly being. 

I now want to ask you to examine yourself and to see in what respect you think yourself unworthy, not good enough, or even bad, as if you have done something awful. Maybe you have a feeling of sinfulness or failure. For a moment, give your full attention to looking at your own energy field and see if there is a dark spot somewhere that shows up. It might manifest as pain or tension, which can hold negative thoughts about yourself. Look intently to see if that happens. 

Maybe you will see a child appear, or you simply get a feeling, but it is a burden you carry around. However, you have become so accustomed to some of these burdens that you no longer experience them as such. You think these burdens are part of your normal state. But a normal state is a joyful state. The normal, balanced state is that you accept yourself and trust in life and say “yes” to it with a feeling that you are fine as you are. 

Not that you are perfect, according to some ideal that lies outside you, but that you are good simply because you are an inseparable part of the whole. You belong, you are important, and you are free to explore anything you want to explore. 

Angry, or negative thoughts or emotions are allowed, as are doubt, despair, and resistance. Look for a moment at what is there. See if there is in you a dislike, or a negative feeling, or a resistance toward life on Earth. Or if you do not feel welcome here, or if you feel hurt because you do not feel acknowledged, or if you have been told you are not good enough as you are. 

In almost everyone reside images of unworthiness and it is important to detect these images and to embrace them with your light, because this is, in fact, what blocks your channel. And by channel, I mean that in the broadest sense of the word: being open to your soul. 

Take in a breath to calm your abdomen. Invite your soul’s energy to come truly into your body, into your heart and, especially, into your abdomen, which is energetically the seat of power and grounding, but which also is the place where you might have sustained deep wounds. See if you can create and experience a sense of dignity. Your abdomen knows how to do this; it is connected to the Earth and knows you have a natural place here and in the Cosmos; that you are welcome here on Earth. 

In your abdomen, is there a silent knowing that you are okay? Connect with that knowledge and literally make space for yourself. Imagine there is an energetic space around your body as large as you sense is right for you and large enough to contain your light. Allow that space to reach all the way down to your feet and even into the Earth. Feel that you are truly here. 

It is possible that some of you will feel that your soul energy wants to shoot back upward when you do this because of memories of rejection, and even of violence, which makes it too painful for you to be down here at all. But I ask you to go there anyway and to tell yourself that being there is safe. Fill your abdomen with the light of your soul; feel you are welcome here. 

Let the light move through your legs, your thighs, your knees, your lower legs and feet, and into the Earth. It is the intention of channeling that your essence flows into the Earth. Feel how great and beautiful and powerful you are, and how your greatness inspires others and helps them. You are not hindering anyone with your greatness. 

This is my message today. When it comes to channeling your soul, look out for old images of unworthiness which are still in your life and practice filling your abdomen, your lower chakras, with your soul’s light. That is where it becomes real and tangible and flows into the Earth. This is the intention and that is what fulfills you the most.

God’s message to you, delivered through many messengers and in many forms is that you are Love

Things on Earth are not as dark as they appear. Enormous changes are in progress, as you well know, and as these are implemented, they are causing a certain amount of disturbance and confusion in the planetary economic and political fields. To many of you, it appears that you are on an extremely fast “roller-coaster ride” that is out of control and in danger of crashing. Hold on to your hats, as you remind yourselves yet again that God’s Divine Plan is unfolding exactly as He intends. 

All you have to do, and you do have to do it, is intend to be loving in every moment and in every situation. 

Do not allow fear to distract you from this, because it is a major part of your life’s earthly purpose. Just keep briefly renewing that intention throughout the day while standing in line, waiting for the lights to change, or at any other moment when you are momentarily unoccupied with the business of daily living. Those very brief moments spent renewing your intent are far more powerful and effective than you can be aware of, so remind yourselves of that as well. 

Love is the energy, the Power, the Life-force that permeates all of God’s Divine Creation. It is All That Exists, and therefore, every sentient being, every conscious entity is an inseparable and eternal part of That! To be loving in every moment means honoring and respecting all life. 

As humans, in an illusory world of fear, pain, suffering, and death – in which you are always seeking pleasure, or at least safety and the relief from pain . . . and if possible, to eradicate death – you are engaged in the game of separation from Source. It seems to have been ongoing for billions of years, and yet now your science is beginning to understand that time is unreal, a concept that works inordinately well in the game that you are involved with, but which is nevertheless, unreal. 

While playing this game, lessons are presented to you, lessons that you chose to learn before incarnating on Earth as humans, and frequently they appear to make no sense at all. How many times have you asked yourselves “What is this supposed to be teaching me!?” 

Well of course, the answer is Love. But in the unstable and threatening environment that the world provides, it seems far more sensible to be fearful and construct defenses – psychological, emotional, physical, and even military – to keep you safe. Whereas, to be loving is often considered unwise or naïve, because it appears to lead inevitably to abuse and betrayal in what many of you consider to be a “dog eat dog” world. 

But what the vast majority want, in fact, what all sentient beings desire more than anything else is to be loved, and of course that is what you desire, because Love is your natural state! Deep within yourselves you know this, because deep within you dwells the divine and inextinguishable Flame of Love from which you were created, but from which you have hidden, and which is consequently “forgotten” knowledge, but nevertheless, knowledge that every single one of you possesses. 

It is that deep inner knowing that drives you to seek Love. However, you all seek it defensively! That is you want others to show their love for you, before you are prepared to show love for them. In other words, most choose conditional love, because due to previous experiences within the illusion, they have been betrayed, maybe many times, and so offer love only on condition that it is returned and never betrayed. Consequently, what you seek is never found, and all are disappointed and disillusioned. Well, an illusion can only be disillusioning! 

There are some among you who have seen the Light and have started to live lovingly, and they have been amazed at the transformation that has occurred in their life experiences, as a result of that wise and wondrous choice. To live lovingly or unlovingly is a choice that you make in every moment! And to live lovingly appears to many to be an invitation to others to take advantage of them. 

In fact, this is not the case! It takes courage initially to make the choice for Love, but the rewards are almost instantaneous. By making that choice and following through with a strong determined intention to be loving, you drop your defenses, and when your defenses are down, Love comes flooding in! Yes, of course there are still a multitude of fearful and therefore unloving souls out there, but you, having made the choice to be loving and then having followed up by being loving, will discover that your energy field attracts what it is offering – Love! 

Many with major problems in their intimate relationships have been blessed to obtain help from psychotherapists who are at the forefront of the field of interpersonal relationships. These psychotherapists have been able to persuade at least one of the parties in a damaged relationship to drop their defenses and offer only love. The results are often seemingly miraculous, because the other party finds acceptance instead of judgment, and then ceases attacks on the partner. Communication is re-established, and the issues that were driving them apart, in fact tearing them apart, can then be gently and lovingly resolved. Frequently, the issues are just misunderstandings that have been blown out of all proportion due to errors in communication or due to lack of communication, and a loving and satisfying relationship is then re-established. 

Some of you wonder about the food you eat. How can it be acceptable to eat meat and dairy products? Well, the game that you are engaged in, the game you are playing is a game that all the participants have chosen to take part in. All have lessons they wish to learn. There is an order to the food chain, and those at the more evolved levels need to feed on the orders below. As you know, the further down the food chain you look, the vaster the quantity of food (edible life forms) that is present. Until you fully awaken, this food chain will necessarily support you, and the other life forms on the planet. 

So, if you choose to eat meat and dairy products, this is not wrong. However, you must honor those that live to feed you. You do this by absolutely ensuring that all life forms are treated with honor and respect. That is done by ensuring humane, that is loving, living conditions are provided for those that provide your food, so that they can enjoy their lives in an environment that is appropriate to their needs. When it comes to the time to slaughter them to place them into the food chain, it is essential to ensure that the animals are taken gently and caringly to the place in which the slaughter occurs. It must be a place that is kept clean and fresh, and that is well-ventilated, so that the energy field of previous slaughters has totally dissipated before they are led in there. Then the slaughter must be done quickly and painlessly. 

Before eating, always bless your food and give thanks to the animals who have given themselves so selflessly to sustain you. They, unlike you, do not judge, they accept what arises, and when treated well, enjoy their lives to the full. That is part of the lesson that the illusion offers. 

Humanity too needs to learn to accept what arises, and with Love. Attack in any form is a desperate cry for Love. Of course, mostly the attacker has so buried his true feelings, that when he attacks, he is convinced that he is defending himself against an unwarranted attack, an attack that threatens his life and his livelihood. Defense and attack are inseparable, two sides of the same insane issue. Only Love will bring peace. 

Love starts within yourselves. Many of you were to some extent unseen, unwanted, found not good enough, or abused as children, and that treatment led you to believe yourselves to be unworthy and unlovable. This belief is utterly wrong! 

God’s message to you, delivered through many messengers and in many forms is that you are Love, that you are unconditionally loved, because He created you perfect to live eternally with Him in everlasting Joy. The separation is unreal, an unpleasant dream or terrifying nightmare from which you will awaken. 

The path to that awakening goes within, to the deepest level of your awareness and then even deeper. You get there by spending time quietly alone, by letting all thoughts and distractions – emotional, psychological, or physical – just flow by without engaging with them. You may well be very surprised by some of the “stuff” that floats into your minds. Observe it, acknowledge it, and let it pass. 

Later, it may be sensible to look at some of the “stuff” that arose, and see if it is inappropriately coloring your attitudes and beliefs – for instance encouraging you to believe in your unworthiness or unlovableness. In that case, remind yourselves that because you are, and always have been, and always will be divine children of God, you remain perfect, just as He created you, and that therefore, you are completely lovable. 

From that moment of insight make a point of treating yourselves lovingly in every moment, regardless of what appears to be happening in the outside world. Another’s judgment of you will always be invalid. With God’s help, and that is always available to you, you can see anything that you may need to change about any of your ingrained beliefs and behaviors, while at the same time forgiving yourselves for any errors or mistakes you appear to have made. 

There is only Love. You, therefore, are Love. It really is that simple, and as Love you are infinitely loving and lovable. Keep reminding yourselves of this Divine Truth and rejoice in the peace and contentment it provides.

God has infinite faith in your ability to bring the Light of His Love to all of humanity

In the illusion, moods occur in your subjective experiences that flow like the weather. Sometimes that emotional or experiential “weather” stays dull for long periods. Some have referred to it as “the dark night of the soul,” meaning a time when they are feeling very down and seemingly unable to connect with their spiritual side, their oneness with Source. That is depressing to experience, but it is a time in which great and important spiritual work is being undertaken beneath the level of your conscious human awareness, and when you come through it, as you will, it is as though a great burden had been lifted from you, and enthusiasm for life once more bubbles into your consciousness, and your inner knowing that you are an indispensable and infinitely loved aspect of God comes back into your awareness. 

It’s all about letting go of the illusion, and the first steps involve the personal realization that it can never satisfy you, which is depressing, because you have relied on it for pleasure, enjoyment, and distraction, and to finally realize and acknowledge that it can never truly satisfy your needs is very unsettling. BUT, it is also the first step towards awakening, as you come to realize that only God’s Love can satisfy you, even though you may often have felt yourselves to be unlovable and then assumed that God judges you even more harshly than you do yourselves, thus confirming your unlovableness. In this, you are in fact producing an idol from your imagination, an imaginary human type of authority figure much larger and stronger than you whom you think of as god, and who has the same insane need to judge, condemn, and punish as you do! 

BUT, God does not judge, ever. He is Love, and Love is unconditional, because there is nothing else, so no one is excluded, everyone is infinitely loved for all eternity. Those whom you choose to see as evil, unacceptable, deserving of hell are just mirroring back to you your own self-judgment. When you cease to judge and start forgiving and accepting, you will see those others in a different light – as suffering damaged ones desperately seeking Love and terrified of rejection. There is no rejection, because every child of God – and all are children of God – was created perfect and nothing has occurred or ever could occur to change that. 

That sense of being unlovable is an aspect of the illusion that absolutely drives many humans to seek joy or relief in a variety of addictions that, in the end, only bring them more pain. Letting go of addictions can be very difficult, as issues that you would rather not look at tend to invade your consciousness – guilt for misdeeds, and judgment of self as unacceptable, not good enough, not strong enough. As clarity arises, it is very tempting to flee back into the apparent safety of whatever addiction you use for escape. Anything that you use to avoid being quietly alone with yourself, to keep yourself busy with the world “outside” yourself, is an addiction. And there is nothing outside yourself! 

That is why it is essential that you go within daily. Doing so allows and encourages your hearts to open to the divine field of Love in which you are eternally enveloped. Many have difficulty with this, because the ego is ever alert to the possibility of you abandoning it in favor of God’s Voice, which is with you always just waiting for you to become quiet and open. So, your egos fill your minds with all kinds of distractions – needs, shoulds, anxieties, anticipations – anything that will prevent you accessing the state of quietness and stillness that will enable you to hear the quiet and loving Voice for God. 

However, if you just persist and sit, allowing the issues that you fear to arise, and then just observe them without judgment, you will begin to feel the Love enveloping you, and you will be able to forgive and accept yourselves, as you come to the realization that there is only Love, that all else is illusory. 

Intellectually, many of you know this and accept it but, due to the enculturation that appears to enfold you and make demands on you as a human from the first moment that you experience human awareness as a tiny infant, you all have a deeply ingrained sense that you need to conform to the cultural norms of the society into which you were born. At some stage, an intense need for personal freedom will arise and the child or young adult will either rebel against the intrusive nature of the imposed culture, or succumb to cultural pressure and conform. From that moment on, inner conflict will disturb and confuse the individual, and the only way forward is through it as the mind develops the ability to reason and then discard all that dishonors the integrity of its divinely created self. 

All have the ability to move forward and leave behind the cultural conditioning that they have undergone. You are all Divine Beings of infinite integrity who chose to incarnate as humans and experience self-doubt, unworthiness, and unacceptability for the lessons that a life in the illusion could offer you. You chose human life in this moment of the illusion to assist in humanity’s awakening process, and in order to be of service, you had to undergo the full illusory experience. This does make it difficult initially for you, as the memory of your true nature is hidden from you by the cloak that is the illusion. 

Nevertheless, you have limitless assistance from your support team in the spiritual realms who are constantly available to answer when you call. You have been very well prepared for the human task you undertook, because prior to incarnating you were given intense training to enable you to deal with all the eventualities that you might encounter. Still, the cloak that hides your true nature from your awareness is heavy, and frequently, when you attempt to go within, it appears to shut you off or isolate you completely from your spiritual guides and mentors, the Voice for God. Often people feel that they are wasting their time trying to connect with spirit, that the spiritual realms are just a figment of their imaginations, a sad and desperate attempt to find something holy to believe in, because “the real world” is such an unhappy place filled only with suffering and poverty. But of course, that “real world” is illusory, as you well know, and you will awaken and find it has dissolved without trace. 

Until that moment, it is your most urgent task to go within, to keep going within, to persist in your attempts to hear the Voice for God, and to distance yourselves from the distractions with which your egos attempt to entice you back into the illusion. You are on Earth to be the Light and the Salvation of humanity by demonstrating Love in action and by constantly holding the intent to share and extend the Love which our Divine Source wishes to channel through you to humanity. All you have to do, all that you need to do is to intend to be a willing conduit through which God’s Love can flow. Nothing more. 

But when you allow your doubts about God or about your own worthiness to be a channel to occupy your thoughts, it is as though you were damming the river of Love, so that beyond you the ground experiences a drought. Trust in God, the Source of All That Exists, and know that the Light and Salvation of humanity shines through you to bring all home to awakening. It is a done deal. Humanity’s awakening is inevitable, but your input, your individual loving intentions are an absolutely essential part of the deal. 

God has infinite faith in your ability to bring the Light of His Love to all of humanity, and your will and the Holy Will are One. You cannot fail, because you have already chosen to do the Will of God. So, go within at least daily and feel the Love that envelops you, and listen to the Voice for God offering you wisdom and guidance in every moment.

Hearts were made to be filled with Love

All your blocks are coming up for release, that is why you keep experiencing them. It is frustrating for you, it tends to get you thinking that you are, as some of you might put it, “a waste of space,” not good enough, as you observe all those seemingly well-balanced individuals living normal productive and satisfying lives. Nothing could be further from the truth – NO ONE is a waste of space, although some may appear to be wasting time, wasting their lives – nothing anyone does is wasted, there is always a lesson to be learned, and it is always learned, if not in that moment, then eventually. 

So, give yourself a break, as many as you feel like, because that is generally what you need. When you resist taking a break, when you fight the urge, you avoid the opportunity to experience something that has been buried or denied that needs to surface, be seen and be experienced, then it can be happily and easily released. 

That's what blocks are, a call to allow something deep seated to emerge and be healed and released. But most of you have been well-trained to bury, deny, or fight them. Allowing them to take time to surface is not procrastinating, it is essential inner work, but when you judge yourselves you slow down or stop the process, and then it may seem that you are procrastinating. 

Fighting does not work, only love works! How often do you have to be told that? You attempt to love others while condemning and blaming yourselves and it cannot work, because when you refuse to love yourselves, you shut Love out of your lives. Love is your natural state, you need It. Shutting It out exhausts you leaving you fearful, angry, and resentful, then you project those negative feelings on to others in order to feel better, but that only makes you feel worse. 

There is no other answer to all your problems, only Love, Love, Love; and then still more Love. And you have to start by accepting and loving yourselves. So why not do it now? Delaying makes no sense at all, it only adds to your dissatisfaction and unhappiness, or maybe causes you even more suffering. 

Now, as you rapidly approach the moment of humanity's awakening, is the time to release all your remaining ties to the illusion – fear, anger, bitterness, resentments, envies, unworthiness, unacceptability, judgments, etc. – and allow Love to fill your hearts. Hearts were made to be filled with Love, so open them up and let that happen. Many of you have experienced falling in love, or intense love for family or friends, and you know how good that feels; and this Love is everlasting, eternal, not even death intervenes or terminates It, so why shut It out? 

It is the Divine Will that you live permanently in a state of Love, and in truth you do, always, but you have chosen to hide It from your awareness. Without allowing It to fill your hearts, you will never find satisfaction or contentment; you will just continue searching, in all the wrong places, for that elusive and seemingly unobtainable state. But It is right there at the center of your being, and It will never leave you because It is You. 

You cannot, ever, escape from yourselves! Denying that you are Love, avoiding coming into contact with Love, burying the flame of Love that resides eternally within you is what causes all your fears, anxieties, angers, and conflicts. You feel alone, threatened, endangered, and so you attempt to protect yourselves either by surrounding yourselves with protective barriers (physical or psychological) or by attacking those whom you think threaten your survival, the “fight or flight” syndrome. But if All Are One, as you most definitely are, then you can only be attacking yourselves, or defending yourselves from your selves, and that makes no sense at all. You all have the same needs and desires, and if you would only cooperate harmoniously, compassionately, and lovingly, all issues could and would be resolved. 

It is but yourselves that you fear and defend against but, because of the skill with which you constructed the illusion, those fears seem very real, and you use your human bodies to maintain the appearance of separation from one another, judging each other as different, strange, untrustworthy, and dangerous. You mostly belong to teams – families, religions, corporations, political parties, sports teams, nations – all of which appear to demand different loyalties that you have to support and defend against perceived enemies – other similar teams. And during those periods, when there is no perceived outside threat, then you fight among yourselves. Fighting has become endemic, like a contagious disease that no one can escape. And your media builds up those fears of threat and conflict very aggressively to maintain the illusion. 

You are all One, but the illusion hides this from you, magnificently, because, within it, you are all absolute masters in self-deception! The illusion is all about self-deception, because there is absolutely no one else to deceive. Once you begin to accept yourselves, including your shadow side, the parts you bury or deny, then realization dawns that no one else can do this for you and that no one else can prevent you from doing so. 

Self-acceptance is the greatest gift you can bestow upon yourselves, and if God accepts you unconditionally, as he most certainly does, then why would you not do likewise? 

You were created perfect, as you have been told countless times, because whatever God creates is by its very nature perfect. Creation is the absolutely perfect demonstration of the infinite perfection of God, and the illusion is but an unreal attempt to separate yourselves from that eternal state of perfection, which is impossible because it is the only state that exists. 

Stop hiding the Light of your perfection from yourselves and others, open yourselves to receive and bathe in the ongoing Love-stream in which you are totally immersed, and all your fears, worries, and anxieties will be washed away, as It flows through you and aligns you with Reality in a completely harmonious integration with all of God's children. 

The only barriers to Love in your lives are those you yourselves have erected out of fear, and only you can lower them. Do so and let all the stress of maintaining them fall away, then peace will replace stress and you can give yourselves wholly to living, the reason for your creation in the first place. To be alive is to be awake, and signs of life are returning to your sleeping forms.

Love surrounds and envelops you in every moment of your existence, so stop trying to block It out

As you are all very well aware, enormous changes are occurring all across the planet as a direct result of your consistent intents to establish peace and abundance for everyone on Earth. Yes, you are aware that your intents are effective and bringing into being the changes necessary to end worldwide suffering. You may occasionally tell yourselves individually “My prayers, my peace meditations, my efforts at sending Love to all on Earth, are futile!” But deep within you know that this is not so.

As humans you do experience strong and even extreme mood swings. Do not allow the lows you experience to discourage you. Focus on the good things that are constantly happening and remind yourselves that it is you who are helping to make them happen. 

Your presence on Earth, your efforts to change the world through your loving intentions are essential and most effective. Release all your doubts and rejoice in the coming to fruition of the Divine Plan for humanity, right now. Yes, right now! As humans, it is difficult for you to rise above the seemingly endless chaos and confusion that envelops the planet, as you live your daily lives paying bills and working hard to maintain stable and loving relationships with spouses, parents, children, friends, bosses, and work associates. Frequently there are conflicts, disagreements, misunderstandings, and dismissive behaviors that cause you pain. And everyone is experiencing these same issues. 

As I keep telling you, the only answer is Love. But it seems to you that to be loving in the face of dismissal, disapproval, judgment, and blame only leads to more of same. It seems that you will be seen as weak, if you do not respond appropriately, that is, angrily. But you have also noticed that anger always leads to more anger, until the pain is too great to bear, and you retreat inwards hiding your feelings behind a mask of indifference while the pain remains. 

But the pain occurs only because an aspect of yourselves agrees with the negative judgments you have experienced. It is like being kicked where you already have a wound, a self-inflicted wound, and the pain is intense. 

However, you are all the divine children of God, created perfect and, therefore, eternally perfect. Yes, as humans you do silly, thoughtless, unkind, and hurtful things, it is part of the human experience, an intent on your part to continue holding on to the sense or feeling of being separated from your Source. It is an ingrained belief that you are not good enough that mostly grew during childhood as your needs were dismissed as unimportant or were totally unseen. And those essential and basic needs were acknowledgement, acceptance, and of course love. 

Humanity has been damaged, and over the eons that damage has been passed on from father to son and from mother to daughter, so most of you have grown up in an environment that was at best sometimes threatening and unfriendly, and at worst extremely abusive. When you are a growing child you learn initially by example, and that is an extremely effective way to learn. Lessons learned like that are very difficult to undo. In fact, they seem to be the sensible and normal lessons that everyone learns. 

Yes, everyone learns them, but they are neither sensible nor normal, they are insane! You were created in Love. Love is your nature, and yet you mostly grew up without It. There was, for most of you, conditional approval, and you all strove endlessly for it, but even if you received it, it was and is not nearly enough. It is as though you were attempting to live in a vacuum into which small amounts of air were pumped just as you were about to expire! 

You need Love. It is offered to you constantly by God your ever loving Father, and by all your angels, guides, and mentors in the spiritual realms. It surrounds and envelops you in every moment of your existence, and without It, an impossibility, you could not survive. But as humans you do experience an absence of Love, and humans die from that sense of absence! 

The only way out of this extremely painful situation is through opening to Love and intending to be loving in every moment. But you are afraid to open your hearts because, as humans, you have so often been betrayed and destroyed when you trusted someone. 

However you are Love. Love is the life-force that flows through you constantly, you have just learned to ignore or disregard It as you play the game of separation. That game has become intensely real for you because you have been playing it for eons. Think of some of the ingrained habits that you perceive in others, in fact addictions that they seem totally unable or unwilling to acknowledge, let alone change. And you all have them! But most people are loath to admit that that they are addicted to ways of behaving – “No, it’s just the way I am!” they will say – habits that if they could change or let go of you know would improve their lives enormously. 

Your addictions and habits are the illusion! When you make major life changes, as some of you have either by conscious choice or unconsciously when disaster has struck – major illness, divorce, job loss, accident – you are amazed at the improvements you experience in your life. You do not have to suffer! 

Yes, accidents and illnesses occur bringing pain, but to continue suffering after the physical pain has eased or passed is to bury yourselves in a victim mentality where you blame outside occurrences for what is occurring within you. And as long as you cling to that perception, so will your suffering endure. 

Remind yourselves daily, hourly, moment to moment if you can, that you are Love, that you are One with God, and therefore with one another. When you allow yourselves to be aware of this, you will find that to harm, bad-mouth, or judge another is impossible. How could Love attack Itself? 

As all in the spiritual realms keep telling you, “Love is the answer to every problem, issue, or situation.” 

When you accept that Truth and make a point of acting on It, your life changes vastly, you find peace in the most unlikely places, and your trust is seldom if ever betrayed. As more and more of you do this – and more and more of you are doing this every day – the world changes, and conflicts wind down allowing peace to prevail. 

You have had eons of conflicts, wars, and betrayals, as you have attempted to remain separated, judging others as wrong, and then by force trying to persuade them of your god-given righteousness. It has not worked, and it cannot work, because it is like your right hand being at war with your left, the only solution is to stop! 

Love surrounds and envelops you in every moment of your existence, so stop trying to block It out, instead open your hearts to accept the abundance that is offered to you and rejoice in the wonderful rewards It brings you.

Life is a Divine Gift that is never rescinded

Good morning, dear Saul. Thanks for your last message. If you wish to commune, I am here intending to be ready to receive, although feeling tired – and who isn't? 

Good morning, dear John. Thank you for calling, your tiredness is not just lack of sleep last night, but is also a result of the enormous change in energies that are raining down on Earth to renew your bodies in preparation for the rapidly approaching moment of Ascension. No, you are not making this up; I am passing it to you, so that you can make allowances for your tiredness instead of judging yourself. This is a time of intense activity as the last remaining aspects of humanity’s Ascension /Awakening process are completed so that your Ascension can move forwards rapidly and smoothly and bring you all the benefits that have been promised for so long. 

Well, that’s what we are all hoping for, so let’s make it happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

You are making it happen, so do not let tiredness, perhaps even exhaustion, weaken your resolve to bring it to fruition. You have the strength, the power, and the divine support to achieve your aims. Remake that intent frequently and maintain it, because that is why you incarnated. Before you arrived on Earth as humans this time around, you knew what was involved and you also knew that you would succeed, that failure was not an option, that it was in fact utterly impossible, and deep within yourselves you know this. 

When doubts, depression, or anxiety arise, ask us for help! We are here to support you in every moment, your requests to us, your prayers, and your complaints are all heard and acknowledged. If you did not know that the Divine Plan would be achieved, you would have long ago given up the work of bringing it into being. Being human, you experience up and down moods, because they are part of the illusory state of separation that you are experiencing, and one of the reasons you are experiencing those ups and downs is so that you can empathize with those you are on Earth to help awaken. 

Nothing has been left to chance, because this is a Divine Plan that is being brought perfectly to its timely conclusion, and chance is not part of the Plan. All is perfectly on schedule, as it always has been, it is just that in the illusion that sense of certainty, that inner knowing is hard for you to access in every moment. Remind yourselves frequently that the Divine Will is always perfectly achieved, as it must be, because there are no other options, and relax into that inner knowing, as Love fills every space within you from which you have removed thoughts and intentions that are not in perfect harmony with It. 

God’s infinite and intense Love for you is completely beyond your human understanding, just accept that and continue to hold your Light on high, where It is needed, because that truly is your will, which is always aligned with God’s. 

Every single person on Earth at this moment is engaged in humanity’s spiritual evolution and chose to take part in the awakening as it happens. But vast numbers have indeed forgotten their purpose, and often wonder if there is even any true purpose to human life apart from the ego-driven intent: “to be number one, better than anyone else;” and if that is not possible, because they see themselves as “not as good as, or not good enough,” then their intent can change and become an intent to drag others down to their own perceived level of misery and inadequacy. 

The illusion has been in operation for many eons, swinging between periods when the welfare of all was a priority and periods when one powerful ego attempted to enslave all others to his will. As a result many have karmic residues that they need to detach from to make room in their hearts for Love. All have suffered over the eons, because the illusion is a place that focuses on separation, abandonment, and the constant struggle to survive. Every human has experienced that, and large numbers are still undergoing that experience. 

It is becoming apparent to the majority that conflict and rule by authoritarian means is inhuman and insane. Many, especially the younger ones among you, are refusing to support the old ways, because they see very clearly the damage that those ways have caused and are continuing to cause as large international corporations still remain largely free to despoil the planet in the interests of profit. But as you well know, there is no profit to be had in despoiling the planet which supports you, because doing that dangerously undermines her ability to do so. Consequently, all across the planet, people are uniting to change the rules that have allowed these selfish and self-destructive activities. And the rules are changing. 

Life is a divine gift that is never rescinded, it pervades the whole visible universe and far, far beyond. There is only life – Love. All that exists has been created in Love, and all form has life, there are no exceptions. You see life as movement, but your senses, as humans, have only a very limited ability to perceive other forms of life, and so in your state of limited consciousness, the state you experience while immersed in the illusion, you choose to believe that inorganic material is lifeless, dead. 

Over the last few hundred years, as your science has developed, it has discovered that many of its assumptions and “proven facts” are incorrect. Scientifically established “facts” are constantly being found to be only partially true, or even quite wrong. This is frequently blamed on the incompetence of previous generations, while also admitting that of course they did not have the benefit of modern technology to assist them in their quest for knowledge. However, many seem to forget that those previous generations had what was at the time “cutting edge” technology available to them. It is just that the field of knowledge keeps expanding and demanding new ways of looking at things, and even new technology rapidly becomes outdated. 

Large numbers in each new generation seem to make the mistake of thinking they now know far better than those who went before them, and cannot conceive that they too are very likely to be proved in error from time to time. Thus they engage in activities without allowing for the possibility that enormous damage will ensue if they are wrong. And of course the evidence of that arrogance can be seen all across the world, as the continuous thoughtless “harvesting” of the Earth’s resources frequently causes new and severe damage, damage that the “experts” first said could not happen, and then said could be contained. 

However, that incredible arrogance is now being challenged. All over the world people are standing up and being counted. They are making it abundantly clear to those who wish to maintain the status quo that this will no longer be tolerated. Although many laws have been quietly introduced to protect large industrial conglomerates from being called to account for any damage they have caused by their operations, and to prevent their having to answer any claims against them for restitution or recompense, these utterly irresponsible laws are in truth unenforceable and will be rescinded. 

Great and urgently needed changes to the manner in which you live on Earth are coming into effect, which will ensure that damage already done is repaired, and that ongoing damaging industrial activities will be rapidly terminated. Much that is happening to alter your relationship with the planet, for the benefit of all humanity and for the planet herself, is not being reported by the mainstream media. Consequently, many of you have very little idea of the fantastic progress that is actually being made in cleaning up your industrial activities. The tide has turned, the balance has shifted, and the New Age is coming vibrantly to Life all over the world. 

This is a time for optimistic enthusiasm, let go of your doubts and anxieties and remind yourselves very frequently that you do know that your awakening is imminent. When you go to your quiet inner space each day to spend essential time in prayer, contemplation, meditation, or just relaxation, open your hearts to receive the abundance of Love that is being offered to you in every moment, and ask for help to feel It, to sense It, and to know that It supports you in every moment. We are with you constantly, but when you focus on your doubts and worries, your ability to feel our loving presence is severely compromised. Trust that we are with you, effectively holding your hands, and embrace the spontaneous sense of well-being that ensues.
