Experiencing Your Inner Truth

The quest for transformation and Ascension resides within the minds of many people upon the Earth. There are many pathways to achieving Ascension and full being transformation. Some follow one pathway, while others move through many methods. Some people endure hardship, while others enjoy being guided by an already enlightened being. 

For each person, no matter what pathway they consciously or unconsciously choose, their journey towards realizing their Ascension is unique to them, with every moment serving their soul. Ascension and transformation have already taken place within each soul upon the Earth; it is just a matter of realizing and remembering this. 

To become familiar with oneself and to allow oneself to melt into every level of being and consciousness especially beyond the Earthly level will allow for deep remembrance and embodiment of inner truth. 

There are many levels and layers of inner truth. One level of inner truth is the feelings you are experiencing in every present moment. Whether these feelings are loving or critical, they are your truth, the essence of your experience at this moment. It is important to value your inner feelings, whether you recognize them as truthful or not. They are an expression of you, which will lead you to transformation with consideration and acceptance. 

Your feelings are influenced by your experiences, your personality, ego, memories, conscious and subconscious mind. Whether you perceive your feelings as being influenced by illusion, fear or love, they act as an important access point and expression of the essence of your being. 

The more you understand and evaluate your feelings, as well as bringing forth healing, the more your feelings will become aligned to the Creator. However, they are already aligned to the Creator and are an expression of the Divine. Your feelings allow you to access your inner Divine Truth. When you clear and heal feelings, you are actually more fully recognizing that your feelings reflect the truth within your being. 

Even a negative feeling is your truth in that moment. 

Your inner truth is your experience of the Creator in each present moment. 

The next level of your inner truth is held within your conscious mind and the influence of your divine consciousness upon your mind. Inspirational thoughts and guidance which flows through your being can be recognized as your inner truth. It does not matter if the guidance concerns your spiritual or physical reality, encourages creative projects or allows you to be of service to others. The inspiration you receive on a daily basis is your inner truth. 

Each person upon the Earth from birth and during their childhood is programmed with information to sustain and support them in their Earthly existence. The programming can be recognized as two levels: The physical programming of parents, loved ones and surroundings and the spiritual programming which consists of sacred information, consciousness, skills and abilities from the soul being embedded within your auric field, especially your spiritual body. 

Each person whether they are engaged in spiritual practices or not holds both programming within their beings which can be activated to various degrees. The physical programming can be recognized as a person’s truth, because the soul has chosen the programming. Therefore, there is a reason and divine purpose to the programming which will influence the person’s reality in a significant way, encouraging the person to recognize deeper levels of truth. 

The spiritual programming is a foundation which can be enhanced and developed. It is a reflection of the person’s reason for embodiment upon the Earth and insight into deeper levels of truth. Once the spiritual programming of a person begins to be activated and realized by the person, then new spiritual insights and awakening come forth. 

A further level of your inner truth is your soul; whatever you choose to label this aspect of your being, it is a reflection of the Creator like a portion of a Greater Source. Your soul group, which is also your truth, is a greater portion of the Source. Of course, your most expansive truth is the Creator, the Source of All That Is. The Creator is the essence of all that is within the universe of the Creator and within the core of the Creator. 

The Creator is an essence which resides within all things and all beings. Within every level of truth, I have made you aware of the presence of the essence of the Creator. Every aspect of your being holds a varying degree of the essence of the Creator. Each level of inner truth guides you to recognize the essence of the Creator within you. 

The essence of the Creator is not something which can even be described. It is the same within every being and yet it is expressed uniquely and diversely through each soul. To even try to define the essence of the Creator is to create illusion. Love, light and peace are all an essence of the Creator and yet they do not and cannot describe the Creator fully. They are expressions which lead you deeper into the familiar and yet seemingly unknown essence of the Creator. 

With this in mind, we can recognize that discovering where you come from allows you to align with your truth gaining wisdom and understanding. However, it does not represent a complete description of your truth. To understand your purpose upon the Earth and the inner planes allows you to align with your inner truth, your essence. 

However, it only reveals to you an aspect of your inner truth. Each discovery of your inner truth encourages a deeper realized alignment with the Creator and essence; in truth your original energy. Your original energy is the Creator. It is from the Creator that you were truly born and therefore this is your essence and inner truth which flows throughout your entire being. 

The Creator, your essence, can only be experienced through your expression and embodiment of all the numerous aspects of your inner truth. Embodiment is the key and yet it is more truthful to realize that you already embody the essence of the Creator. Therefore, experiencing is the true key to discovering and understanding your inner truth. It is to experience within your being more than outside of you. To experience is to become familiar within, involved with, and encounter the essence of the Creator, which is your inner truth. 

While we recognize the many levels of your inner truth, the question still arises of what is your inner truth? We can recognize this as the Creator, however even giving a label such as the Creator to your inner truth does not describe or define your inner truth, making it more challenging to recognize what your inner truth actually is. Your inner truth is everything that the Creator is composed of, such as light frequencies, consciousness, love vibrations, sound frequencies and so much more. 

When you recognize the many levels of your inner truth, such as in your feelings, mind, soul, soul group, then you begin to recognize a similar energy which is present within each level of your being. Becoming familiar with this continuously residing energy, you begin to align to it and explore it further. The more acquainted you become with the energy, the more you realize its power. How it promotes transformation, feelings of unity with the Creator and insights or more truthful conscious experiences of the Creator. 

Recognize all aspects of your being as your present moment truth. Know that your truth will alter and transform, as you delve deeper and transform. However, your inner truth is predominantly your experience of the Creator in every present moment. Every moment is an experience of your inner truth, because you are present with the Creator in every moment of your reality on the Earth and the inner planes. 

‘I am continuously present experiencing the Creator.’ 

Let yourself affirm this affirmation and notice how it influences your being and the insights that arise from within you. Recognize all insights as your inner truth; a precious experience of the essence of the Creator.

Best Spiritual Response To Church Killings Is Not Forgiveness - An Open Letter to Our World

What is the truly spiritual response to the terrible event in South Carolina? Is it forgiveness, as so bravely extended to the young killer by the family members of those he murdered? 

Yes, that is a wonderfully spiritually elevated first step, and the whole of humanity is inspired by those grieving family members in Charleston. Yet, there is another step, a step beyond forgiveness, that I believe God offers to everyone of us—and invites each of us to embrace in our own lives, as we move toward spiritual mastery. 

That second step is understanding. And ultimately, it replaces the first. Ultimately it renders forgiveness unnecessary. 

I have observed, in my own life and in the lives of many others, that this is one of the most challenging and difficult messages of the so-called New Spirituality, as articulated in books such as Conversations with God. It is challenging, because on its surface it seems to violate everything we have been taught about the most sublime, exalted way to behave—and about the way that God behaves. 

What if it turned out that God does not forgives us for anything, and never will? Might this be the missing link? Might this be the data about God and Life that we have never allowed ourselves to consider? 

I have been asking for years: Is it possible that there is something we don’t fully understand about God and about Life, the understanding of which would change everything? 

I believe the answer is yes, and that the following is what we do not fully understand: God does not and will not offer forgiveness to anyone for anything, because forgiveness is unnecessary. It is replaced in the process of Divine Balance with a more searingly powerful energy: Understanding. 

First, Divinity understands Who and What It Is, and so It is aware that God cannot possibly be hurt or damaged, injured or diminished in any way. This means that Divinity would not be disappointed or frustrated or annoyed or angry or vengeful for any reason. It simply has no reason. “Vengeance is mine, sayeth the Lord” is, I believe, the biggest spiritual untruth of all time. 

Second, God understands that humans do not understand who and what they are. Thus, they imagine that they can be hurt and damaged, injured and diminished (and from a purely human perspective, this experience is very real). It is out of this misunderstanding of who they really are that all thoughts, words, and actions seemingly requiring forgiveness flow. 

Humans do things they would never do if they understood their True Identity and embraced it fully. Understanding this, God has no need to forgive humans for what they do (even if God could somehow be “hurt”), any more than we have a need to “forgive” a two-year-old child for saying or doing something that some might call “bad.” Forgiveness is not part of the equation in our response. We simply understand how an 18-month or 24-month old child could do such a thing. 

The idea that you need to forgive an adult is clearly based on the fact that you feel they should know better than to have done what they have done to offend, damage, or hurt you. Yet the Soul knows that nobody does anything inappropriate, given their model of the world. The Soul knows that everyone is doing the best they can at any given moment. 

Just as we understand the child whose simple immaturity and confusion led to his actions, so, too, do we see, when we come from the place of the Deep Understanding of the Soul, that the exact same thing is true of the adults who act in ways that persons of greater awareness of their True Identity would never act. 

The more we find out about the young man who perpetrated the mass church killing, the more we see how this applies. Ah, we say. Now we understand. We begin, as well, to understand the mass consciousness and the limited awareness of many aspects of the internet culture in which he found himself submerged, and the sources from which he gathered his data about life. As we learn more about this particular case, the mind catches up with what the Soul already knows. 

Understanding thus replaces forgiveness in the mind of those who have expanded their consciousness to include this level of awareness. The invitation before humanity, then—if we truly wish to change and finally transform the human experience—is to change our model of the world. And how can we do this? By telling a new story, the true story, of who we really are, of why we are here on the Earth, of who and what this thing we call Divinity really is, and of what God wants. 

Perhaps the most profound spiritual outcome of the mass killing at the Emanuel AME Church in Charleston will be that it will lead the whole of humanity to this heightened awareness. 

The families of those who died there have shown us our magnificence with breathtaking clarity. Let us allow their first step to take us to the next step: a compassionate understanding of how any human being (much less masses of human beings) could do the kinds of things we see being done every day in our world, and a deeper awareness of the truth of who we are in relationship to each other and to God, such that we begin living that truth at last, in every moment of our individual lives, erasing finally these horrific events from our collective experience. 

There could be no more fitting tribute to the blessed souls who gave up their present physical life to bring each of us the opportunity to open to this awareness. 

In the meantime we see, with gentle comprehension, that understanding replaces forgiveness in the mind of the master. We see, as well, that only understanding of our past and our present can change our future. Condemnation has never done it, and it never will. 

This is not something that is lost on God. 

Divinity, therefore, patiently and lovingly awaits our growth, even as we do with our children.

Fringe Knowledge for Beginners

The last half of my life has been spent in the active pursuit of truth. In the following pages I sketch the broadest map of what I have learned in the fewest words possible. You will not find proof between the covers of this book, rather ideas and principles that give you understanding and perspective on proof existing all around and within you. The more you investigate these ideas for yourself, the more intelligently you can judge the accuracy of my map. 

If ignorance is bliss, why seek truth? Because permanent freedom is far more valuable than temporary comfort. Truth frees you from the manipulation, miscalculation, and disillusionment that ignorance inevitably brings. You want to know, and no amount of external gratification can satisfy that inner vacuum yearning to be filled with meaning, purpose, and understanding. 

Society once suffered from ignorant superstition; today it suffers from ignorant skepticism. When people are confronted with a challenging view, most see only that it differs from their own, and so they dismiss higher truths beyond their recognition as quickly as they would those obvious delusions beneath their threshold of gullibility. Higher knowledge is therefore fringe knowledge, because those who pursue it have been alienated to the fringes of society. These fringe truth seekers follow their hearts and open their minds, having placed more importance on the liberation of their souls than the conventions of society. 

Treat this book as a working hypothesis, an educated guess to be tested by your own experiences, research, and insights. Take what makes sense and leave the rest for another time.

Love and nurturing brings healing

Beloved Ones, 

It is important to connect into one’s heart and follow its counsel and to remember that some people are going through experiences in their present moment that require one’s empathy, compassion and understanding, as they deal with their feelings in their own respective ways. Remember the Love that lies at the core of their being and in yours and just let it be, however it wishes to express itself. Some changes that occur in people’s lives are those that create a total revaluation of how one views their own and that can be a difficult process as it is experienced. At the core of all changes in one’s life lies a lesson of acceptance that not everything can stay the same and that events happen that leave a void that nothing can ever replace. In this, it is only the passage of time which heals these realizations. 

Love in its many facets of expression is a most potent force and can heal even the most cynical of expectations. When Love is held foremost in a person’s heart, the world conspires to bring one experiences that reflect that Love. Allowing one’s heart to stay opened during times of sorrow and sadness assists in the healing process of each individual. Oftentimes, these expressions come from a place of woundedness within the person’s psyche and this allows the person to go within and examine these feelings with greater focus than would be given otherwise. It helps them grow and expand their understanding of themselves and others around them, so that they understand that each person has similar events in their own lives that help shape them into more open and loving expressions of the Creator’s attributes. 

Upon the foundation of Love, anything and everything can be overcome. Into each person’s life come many events and circumstances which their soul has chosen to experience in order to align those areas within their own personality with the higher aspects of human expression. It helps them to connect with a power greater than their human selves can perceive and it is how they begin to understand that there is a greater force at work in their individual lives than they previously assumed. It is how the quality of faith begins to grow and expand within their awareness. This awakening of the knowledge of a higher power at work in their lives gifts the individuals with the capacity to endure life’s many trials and tribulations and imbues them with an inner strength that will never be lost no matter what events transpire. 

With every life experience, each individual gains an important value that becomes a part of their repertoire of skills and tools, which they implement in their lives as needed. It is only through one’s own experience that one can feel empathy and oneness with another. It is by this process that unity amongst all beings takes place. There is also the process that comes, with the giving to oneself, of love and nurturing that brings healing and release from self recriminations, guilt, shame and other feelings that have been holding one in a lower vibrational state and this can liberate the individual to move forward in their life in a symbolic new beginning. 

Each life lived on Earth has great value and those who leave this plane of existence leave a profound imprint upon those in their sphere of influence. Those who are left behind must look for the gift that was given by their loved one in their associations and interactions with each other. Sometimes, these gifts can only be recognized through the passage of time and experience in the ones left behind. Every experience is utilized by their eternal soul to gain wisdom and expansion, as a part of their soul qualities. This has been the purpose of life in a dualistic world, as souls experience the polarities of opposing forces and can still remember that core essence of Love and Light within them.

What is the Divine Plan? – Part 1

As difficult as it might be for some people to believe, our existence on this planet isn’t a random occurrence. Despite the extent to which random chaos seems to rule the world, everything happens in accordance with a coordinated Divine Plan, the result of which will be the spiritual evolution of humanity. 

We’re experiencing chaos as a part of the ongoing shakeup that’s preparing us to greet a greater state of conscious-ness, but nothing that happens is random or meaningless. Everything we experience plays a significant role in the shaping of our future, and in my opinion, there’s no such thing as a “coincidence” as we’ve defined it. 

The Divine Plan for humanity’s evolution is overseen by spirit, and myriad forces work tirelessly beyond the veil to help awaken us, so we can re-reach the states of consciousness they delightfully enjoy. We’re being given help to return to Heaven, and all of the seemingly random things we experience here will ultimately lead us back home. 

It was written into the Divine Plan that we’d never be left alone on our journeys, and we’re the only ones stopping ourselves from embracing a greater state of consciousness and connecting with the forces who are assisting us. 

It’s our universal right to connect with the legions of spiritual helpers working to help us remember their existence, and we’re fulfilling our sacred destiny by connecting with them and bringing through information and energy that’s intended to uplift the world around us. 

The Divine Plan entails our connection with greater forces and a resulting enrichment of our lives, and we’re each playing a crucial role in this unfolding plan as we seek spirit in greater ways. 

Everyone will be uplifted in the future we’re creating, and an undistorted spiritual understanding will grace us and answer life’s biggest and most confusing questions. We’ll understand why we’re here; where we go after death; if God, heaven and angels are real; if there’s life on other planets; why there’s so much poverty and destruction. 

Waves of truth will flood the collective consciousness, and the result will be a concerted effort to change the manner in which society functions and make it better and more livable for the people who’ve been kept down and forgotten about the most. 

We need to turn our attention to those who’ve been cast down by society, because if any of us fail, we all fail. We’re a solid unit of consciousness that’s comprised of individual identities and personas, and we have to make sure we’re all able to prosper if we want to welcome a positive future. 

If we work in alignment with the Divine Plan, we’ll see to it that nobody’s left behind or forgotten about. Everyone will be given the chance to experience true prosperity, and division will be replaced with a unified mindset. 

The Divine Plan is a popular subject among incarnate and spiritual sources, and we’ve been blessed with a wealth of material about humanity’s true purpose and the destiny we’re here to fulfill. Here, we’re going to examine this material and strengthen our understanding of this interesting subject. 

Steve Beckow tells us that the Divine Plan is for humanity to evolve spiritually. 

“As they awaken to the special nature of these times, I think that many people will ask what the point of life is. There will be so much occurring and what occurs will be of such consequence that some will ask us to start at the beginning. And where is that beginning? That beginning is the Divine Plan for life. And that Plan can be summarized in two words: spiritual evolution. We move from God to God in quest of conscious awareness of our identity as God. We do that so that God may meet God in a moment of our enlightenment.” (1) 

Since the moment we separated from Source, we’ve tried to re-find it in various ways and with various practices. We’ve sought Source endlessly throughout the course of our lower-dimensional experiences, and now, the greater energy we’re being given is helping us diminish the thinning veil and start rediscovering Source in big ways. 

We’re growing closer to Source every day, and as long as we make active and concerted efforts to strengthen our spiritual connection, we’ll learn and grow in greater measures; greater leaps and bounds. We’ll achieve bigger feats than we would’ve ever thought possible, and we’ll perceive things that we wouldn’t have been able to open up to before. 

Silver Birch tells us that nobody’s left out of the Divine Plan. “The Divine Plan … is an overall one, and encompasses everything and everybody.” (2) 

Source doesn’t forget about anyone, because we all carry its eternal essence and we’re all destined to evolve back into it. We’re all destined to remember the existence of spirit, and our endless hunger for a greater perception is leading us to see life through an undistorted lens. 

We’re then told that “The whole purpose [behind spirit’s activities] is to show that every being starts the physical course with a spiritual heritage conferred by the act of birth. The life force is the divine spark, spiritual in nature, which is intended to grow equally with the physical body.” (2) 

The soul grows and gains experience as the physical body ages, and the earth offers one of the best opportunities for rapid growth because of its intensely dualistic nature. Even people who don’t seem to have any good left in them still carry a spark that can never be put out, and the Divine Plan entails a reigniting of everyone’s burning flame. 

Passion will replace complacency and laziness when the burning flame is reignited, and as we act on the inspiration it offers, we accelerate our spiritual growth.

Each individual is the creator of their own reality

Beloved Ones, 

Many upon the planet are now awakening to the understanding that each individual is the creator of their own reality and that the universe perfectly mirrors back what they put out through their thoughts, feelings, emotions and attitudes. Now, by the Laws of the Universe, the good they have given out into the external world around them comes back unto them. 

At this point in the unfoldment of the Divine Plan, the Law of Grace is in effect and humanity is being blessed by the neutralization of any repetitive thoughts that come unbidden from the very depths of their being. These core issues invariably have their roots in a previous existence, as life was experienced through a physical incarnation. The Law of Grace bestows the assurance that those of sincere heart, mind and intent, who have adhered to the path of Light in service to their brethren, be given every opportunity to release these patterns of expression that well up into conscious awareness, so they can be given acknowledgement and final release. 

Gone are the days of tedious and painstaking efforts to become filled with more Light quotient, for this is now a moment by moment occurrence, as more Light fills the planet and the strides being made in the advancement of the Divine Plan are beyond our wildest expectations. Many underlying changes are taking place within the structures of the old paradigm and are quietly being replaced by new systems, which allow the rights of all to come into consideration. There is a different approach to the solving of common problems that is now in the beginning stages of implementation. A person needs to be discerning in the recognition of these areas of improvement and this in many instances, is not an easy endeavor, for rarely are plain and honest truths being spoken for all to hear. Rather, one has to become a sleuth of sorts, in order to uncover the real story behind the words given. 

The tides of evolution are shifting in favor of the movement into higher consciousness for all upon your planet. It is through the opening into a higher awareness that humanity progresses into more enlightened stages of interaction with others of their species. As we have said before, this is a movement that is hardly noticed at first, but is one which will rise into prominence throughout the coming days. Those upon the Earth who hold a high level of Light quotient are asked to hold the higher vision of the world they desire to create. There will come a time when all your efforts begin to be seen, as miraculous changes for the betterment of all upon the planet rise into manifestation. Begin to keep a record of every small and positive change that you notice in the world around you and you will soon see your list grow and expand. 

It is in the expression of the higher qualities of the spirit that the greatest changes will be noticed. People throughout the world are beginning to release the dualistic expressions and behaviors and are expressing that which they feel emanating from within their heart. The more kindness that is expressed and shown towards one’s fellows, the more this movement will expand exponentially. This practice also includes the expression of kindness towards one’s self, for without the acceptance of self, the love of self, the love for others and the expression of it, is impeded. This is the work that is currently in process. The layers of self negation and denial of one’s divinity are being peeled away and each individual is beginning to see and acknowledge the beauty and Light that resides within their being. 

When people can see and recognize their own beauty and divine qualities, they begin to recognize these qualities in their brothers and sisters and soon a shift, a change, is created within the dynamics of all relationships. Those who have been weary of seeing the lower qualities being expressed in the individuals around them will discern the changes as they occur and soon a greater majority of people on the planet will embrace this way of expression. They will turn away from modes of behavior and expression that have been manifested as acceptable in the entertainment industry and realize that is not the way for them any longer. The people will seek those venues where the magnificence of the human spirit is being portrayed and as more people do this, it will be seen as the true way and heartily embraced.

The Councils of Higher Selves 

Today our conversation will continue with a discussion of what your February is bringing. 

There is a great deal of talk and speculation about this topic now. That is true, because a great many people are able to feel the energy of great impending change.  Even those without access to your news media, which doesn’t tell you much anyway, or your internet are feeling the massive restlessness that is engulfing many of your societies. All are subject to the ever increasing floods of Light that your planet is passing through.  Everyone and everything has had, and is having, changes made to their energy make-up, and that is having more and more effect upon their physical and mental selves. 

We can put all of that into one simple idea, and have previously done so.  But we will say it in several ways, because it will better get huge concepts across in your limited words. You are beginning to embody more of your true selves. Your Higher Selves, that which we are, are now better able to express through you. You are raising your frequencies. The changes you have sought are manifesting. And we could go on and on. 

This is being experienced by billions who have no idea of what we are speaking to you about. Be prepared for this. Think of the things which you know have happened to you, that you have felt, seen, or heard, and imagine what you would feel if you had no previous understanding. You might think you were going insane. You might refuse to even acknowledge it to yourself. Certainly you would not talk about it. Many will react in unfortunate ways. But many more, knowing of your thoughts on such things, will come to you in a quiet moment and ask questions, trying to begin a conversation that they do not know how to have. 

Now will be the time for you to use the deep understanding and love that you have learned to hold. 

We can also tell you that the Light and energy which has brought all of this forth, although it has been immense in volume and effect, is only going to keep increasing.  We again bring out the metaphors we have used of waterfalls, floods, tides, and avalanches. This has begun now in earnest and your world WILL change because of it. 

Now, it is possible that many may say, “We did those things.” And we will say in return, “YES!” That is what we have been at pains to tell you for so long. It is not that someone on the Earth did it, as opposed to someone in spirit doing it however. That separation does not exist. It is a concept, although an incomplete one. Almost we had said erroneous. We act with you here, if here is a place, and act for us there. That is the way of it. And now you can do more here and we can do more there though you.  And that will be the way of it. 

We hope these thoughts make you cheerful and optimistic. This is certainly a time for which we have been working and waiting. 

The point of this all is that we want you to start realizing the profound effect your combined thoughts, dreams, and actions have had, and are having. We want you to feel your value to the whole. We want you to begin to think of yourselves AS the whole. 

Now, that is something that will take many eons to complete, but you are making a start.

We Have Never Been Alone

Listening to Stephen Cook’s ‘Lift Your Spirit’ radio show, I get a true and real sense of how interconnected every one of us are in terms of what we are feeling, experiencing and learning. The stories and lessons that were shared by fellow awakening souls seemed to almost-exactly mirror what I have been feeling and undergoing, and it’s truly amazing to see that I am not alone in any way during my journey on Earth. 

I am one who tends to remain silent about my beliefs and how I feel to those around me, and I don’t tend to hold many discussions with fellow awakening souls over the internet or in person. 

The exchanges I do have usually prove fruitful and helpful for me personally, but it can be easy to forget that in this very moment, there are millions of other awakening souls just like me who are learning, growing and experiencing the lessons that help initiate us into higher states of consciousness and awareness. 

I would say that our ultimate goal is to collectively reach those states of consciousness again and to an extent, that belief is correct but in another sense, we are here to collectively anchor the higher realms unto our Earth as we simultaneously work to sharpen and broaden our personal and collective understanding of exactly what makes up and drives our conscious experience of reality. 

We are united in that we are discovering, along with the brimming realms of Full Consciousness, a perspective and an understanding that sets us apart from the rest of the people on this world who search for the great answers in their own physical ways and with their own trusted methods. 

We have dared to reach far beyond the limitations of perception and understanding that the modern physical world would have us act under and in doing so, we are not only discovering, but building upon the network of collective energy we share not just amongst each other, but amongst the entirety of the collective of Earth and far beyond. 

We are discovering our Oneness with each other and with the reality around us and as such, are gradually yet rapidly growing into purer states of consciousness and understanding and oh, are we being tested along the way. 

Listening to the stories of some of the callers on Stephen Cook’s show reinforced the understanding in myself that, just as was said by one of the callers, we are simply going to experience difficulty along the way of learning and growing away from the Earth experience, as it is a result of the lower dimensional reality we currently exist in. 

To assume or think our experience won’t be tough at times is not quite realistic given what we have all experienced and learned up to this point, but the wonderful thing is that we don’t have to experience the difficulty alone. Perhaps being able to understand this will be, for me and perhaps many of you, something that helps me to break out of my personal shell in the largest sense imaginable. 

I am now seeing through a clearer lense that truly, we have each other to help get through this experience when times get tough. 

Along with remaining inexpressive of my beliefs to those close to me, I see that in many cases, I will hide myself away from the world or even from fellow awakening friends if I just don’t feel the “umph” in that moment to lend my energies to a discussion or interaction. I see now that to do so can often be more hurtful than helpful for me personally and that sometimes, interaction and communication can do wonders for a person; especially someone who is awakening. 

Understanding this, it becomes much harder to do something that would have otherwise been quite easy: feel alone when times get tough. It has been easy, up until this point, to allow loneliness and other forms of victimhood to arise within me, but I am learning that loneliness and assumed victimhood are tools that keep the illusion sustained via instated unhappiness. 

During this – yet another important, testing and ultimately helpful day along my Earth experience, I find my perspective broadening in unprecedented ways and I have the callers of 'Lift Your Spirit' to thank for it. Truly, we have never been alone!

Arrests Gather Momentum

Message from the Galactic Federation of Light for 5 July 2012

Duty, honor, courage. These are the attributes of the men and women who are today on your front lines making the arrests that your people of Earth have demanded and that are opening the door to freedom, sovereignty and prosperity for every man, woman and child who calls your planet Earth their home. What we are seeing in your world the last few days is a monumental site to behold, as doors are being broken down that have stood between you and the world that you all deserve, a world that has been possible for all of you for a very long time. We are delighted to report that the arrests of the members of your criminal cabal are proceeding and are proceeding smoothly and efficiently, with no problems, delays or obstacles presenting themselves that will slow or hinder in any way the delivery of the new world that, by decree, the people of your world demand for themselves and their families. 


We, the Galactic Federation of Light, are also involved in our own way in these arrests. We are issuing updates in the form of bulletins to your troops and law enforcement officials who are on the front lines, and we are, through the means of our technology, keeping them abreast of the movements and whereabouts of those of your cabal who may try, but who will not succeed, to delay the inevitable, which is their apprehension and incarceration into the same internment camps that they have constructed through the pilfering of your hard earned money for your arrest and incarceration in the very near days ahead, if you did not obey each and every command that they chose to make. How ironic life can be, can it not, dear ones? Do you see the lesson in this for those who have plotted and schemed against your people? We hope that they do see this irony, and we hope that from all this they can derive some sort of lesson that will assist them on their continued journey, no matter where it shall take them, which in many cases will be someplace far from you and your new world. 


These men and women of your criminal cabal have very harsh lessons to experience before them now. This is the way it must be, and this is the way that they have chosen for themselves to learn what is necessary for a being to prosper, to grow and mature, moving on to new, more joyful, more educational and more fruitful experiences. Do not for a moment feel sadness for these beings, as all beings receive the experiences and the lessons that they need, and these beings are no different from any other beings in this universe in this regard. They have made their beds and now must lie in them, this is the bottom line, and there are other lines as well to read from this wonderful script. There are lessons in this play about love, tolerance, understanding, equality, righteousness, doing others wrong, greed, peace, prosperity, determination, courage, guidance, friendship, hope, dreams, futures, and our universe as a whole and as an entity all in itself, living and breathing, thinking and delivering just what it is a being needs for him or herself to better him or herself, to strengthen him or herself and to grow, gaining wisdom, knowledge and experiences that will lift them up and out of a current existence that they are growing out of like an old pair of shoes, when it is time to experience more of what this universe offers them. 


What is being offered to many of you at this time is a new beginning, a fresh start, a new world to call your home, free from the carnage, the violence, the pollution, the never ending mounting problems and difficulties, shortages, conflicts, struggle and strife. A new world created and designed from scratch, right from the purest dreams, hopes, intentions and prayer of those children who will now call this new world their home. Are you, our Creator’s children, ready now to experience the blossoming of your new home now that the cabal’s days are surely numbered indeed and soon the playing field will be clear for us of the Higher Realms to come down from our positions in your skies and meet you face-to-face and begin restoring your planet to the immaculate condition she belongs to be in, deserves and has earned, just as you, her children, have earned and deserve? If you are ready, then we are ready. This is how it is, and this is how it has always been. We will not keep you waiting one moment longer than you have to wait. 


We say to your men and women on the front lines clearing the way for this reunion to continue your brave efforts and continue to knock down those obstacles that stand before humanity and their new, beautiful, prosperous and free global society that will cater to the needs of every man, woman and child no matter where it is they live. A world that will allow each and every dream a being has to take wings and take flight, a world that will feed every hungry mouth and a world that will quench the thirst of every being whether it be a thirst for water, for knowledge, for freedom, for prosperity or for artistic expression. Whatever it is a being shall need or desire for themselves to prosper and to enjoy their world will be provided. There is no ceiling, there are no limits on what will now be offered you, once those who have worked and schemed so hard for so long to deny you just about everything you could ever need or want are removed from your society to where they can no longer plot and scheme any longer against you. This is our promise to you; we will never allow these beings to walk freely the face of your Earth, until a time when they are fully and completely purified and rehabilitated. This is the way it must be and there shall be no other way, you have our word, the word of your friends, families and co-sponsors of your new and unlimited world. 


Taking account of what is transpiring on the front lines, we will report to you that we now see many arrests taking place simultaneously, where at one time these arrests were few, scattered and far between. We see the momentum picking up as more troops and more agencies zero in on their prey and move in for the capture but not the kill, and this is important, as these beings deserve their right to fair and just rehabilitation services, just as all the men, women and children who today languish in your prisons deserve a second chance at true rehabilitation programs and not the barbarism of medieval-like imprisonment behind bars and in small cells surrounded by no one who can shine light upon them to lead them out of the darkness that is their presence state of mind or condition. We, among many precious gifts, will offer you improved state-of-the-art rehabilitation programs that will effectively alter a beings desire to commit the crimes that they have been incarcerated for. 


In the cases where crimes have not been committed against another individual, these beings will be released from their imprisonment after an examination has been performed on them to make sure they have not succumbed mentally or emotionally to the vibration that pulsated around them throughout, what is in many cases, a long incarceration. This preventive measure must be taken, as your new world will be a world of peace, of safety, of tranquility, where every being no matter where it is they live can walk the streets at any hour of the day or night without hesitation, without taking a risk for their safety or well-being. This is a huge project we will undertake with you, and just as all our other projects, we will require the assistance of a great number of you, who are stirred within their hearts at the site of so many men, women and even children locked away behind bars for mistakes they have made, a mistake that in many cases has cost them their freedom for the rest of their natural lives. 


We of the Higher Realms do not take what some of these beings have done to others lightly; please understand this, as all crimes against another are serious. We, however, have certainly different views of rehabilitation and justice, and we look very forward to sharing these methods and practices with you in the days ahead, which now look to be approaching very rapidly, as we continue to see a mounting number of arrests of your criminal cabal and associates that so many of your world have longed for with great eagerness and anticipation. As we have said, we would like to see you, the people of Earth, celebrate these arrests as a signal to your brethren that these arrests are good news and the news that your people have waited a lifetime for and even beyond into many past lifetimes. 


Your world has not experienced the kind of freedom that awaits now just a short time ahead in many eons of time. Your world has not been free from these beings for many thousands of years beyond your current understandings of the beginnings of your ancient civilizations. We will share with you in great detail the true history of your planet, and you will discover for yourself how long it truly has been emerged in darkness due to these beings and their harmful agenda to control every facet of this entire world, including the thoughts, actions, health, wealth, emotions and dreams of every being that was not one of them. We say to you, it will be soon now when these arrests reach a peak and more of those that will be arrested are already incarcerated, finding themselves behind the bars and fences of the internment camps they had designed and built for you. 


Until we speak again, we say Godspeed to the men and women on your front lines who are doing their parts to make all that is possible for your people become a reality. You have our greatest appreciation for the work you are doing, and we wish you to remember that we are here in support of you and we will do all that we can to make sure no harm comes to you from any outside forces that may wish to interfere in some way with these proceedings. 


We are your friends and your family in support of your mission to purify your world of those that have for so long plotted and schemed and have succeeded to oppress your people. We are the Galactic Federation of Light.

On Karma and Justice

Message from the Galactic Federation of Light for 20 February 2012 

Ready yourselves for the changes, for they are coming soon. All along we have advised you to prepare and to help spread the table for the many changes that needed to be accomplished, and the time for their implementation is upon you. Prepare yourselves by stocking up on a few household essentials to last a few days or even as much as a few weeks, as it is difficult to predict whether services will be down and if so, for how long. Much of the inner workings of your systems are controlled by the Cabal, and it cannot be ascertained for certain whether any sabotage may occur. We, the Galactic Federation of Light, will do all we can to get your systems up and running again, if they should be affected in any way. 


Of course, there are those members of the Cabal who are not happy with the news that they will now face justice for their crimes as they arrogantly believed they were above any law, earthly, karmic or universal. They were wrong, as now they must pay the piper for their misdeeds. There is a lesson in this for all of you, that no matter your station in life, you exist under and within the Laws of Karma, the balancing force of this universe that will bring all things back to you that you release outwards. This is one of the designed mechanisms of this wonderful universe and you have all abided by this Law throughout all of your incarnations whether you were conscious of it or not, as this does not matter. 


Looking ahead for these men and women soon to be losing their freedom, we see a long rehabilitation period consisting of many incarnations where they will experience situations of difficulty as a direct result of their choices throughout this lifetime. For many of these souls their lifetimes will bring much hardship and struggle, just as you have experienced due to their manipulations, and they will also experience an existence where they are ruled by a tyrannical and oppressive force comparable to their rule during this, as well as other incarnations. The road for these souls will not be an easy one, this is assured by they themselves, and they need only look into a mirror if they seek someone to blame for what they now must face. Remember this lesson my dears, and do not miss this blessed opportunity for growth and self-improvement. 


We see many of you also who have reached the understanding that this is not a time for gloating or for lynch mob mentality, but for understanding and compassion. For this we salute you and ask you to lead by example, to allow your fellow man to see an alternative to bloodthirsty revenge. We are not suggesting to you to allow these men and women to escape justice, for it is important that they too receive all they can from this experience. For what good would all this serve if the lessons behind it all were not learned? All we are suggesting to you is to reflect upon the virtue of temperance, for it is this virtue that is called for as these lost souls are brought to justice. 


All along your long journey you too have had to face the consequences for your misdeeds. Some of you may have spent portions of lifetimes imprisoned by your societies, and we ask you to reflect upon this even though you have no conscious memory of this. Ask yourself if there may have been a better way towards rehabilitation, rather than waste your life away in a small dank prison cell. There are many avenues of rehabilitation, and prisons are but one. As your world is set to ascend into the Higher Realms, many other options will become clear to you, not only options of justice and rehabilitation, but of all educational systems of advanced learning. 


Upon you Ascension, you will be leaving behind many old and outdated methods for the running of a society and we look forward to explaining to you the many options that will become available to you. No longer will you have to rely on systems that have failed you so throughout your earthly 3rd dimensional incarnations, as there are better methods that produce successful results. This is one of the many new aspects of your civilization that you will experience upon Ascension into your new 5th dimensional home. 


Continuing with our discussion on Karma and Justice, many of you also have karma that must be cleansed at this time, as this is a necessary step towards your individual Ascension. Many of you have faced recent challenges and even hardships, as a result of this need to cleanse negative imbalances of you karma. Many of you have recently balanced this karmic debt and are now free to ascend without any further need to experience the balancing effects of this Universal Law. There are others of you who will get to balance your karmic debts and it is necessary you do this before the culmination of the great Dimensional Shift. How this karma will be balanced and what you will experience will all depend on just how unbalanced your karma is at this point. Keep in mind, there are those of you who have carried over into this incarnation a karmic debt from past lives, and this will have to be accounted for. There are also many of you who have carried over from a past life a positive balance of karma, and for this your transition will be relatively smoother. This is how the Law of Karma must operate, and no one or nothing can alter its effects. 


We do not suggest to you this need to balance your karma in order to frighten you. We only suggest this to you, so more of you can understand why your lives at this point have been met with hardships and negative experiences. Your economic woes that today canvas your world are one area where the balancing effects of karma can be clearly witnessed. There are those of you who are battling adverse health effects, and in many cases this too is an example of your karma being balanced by unseen forces. 


Know, dear ones, that no one or nothing wishes to see you suffer, yet this might be in some cases, as it is Ascension many of you came here to experience and it is only through the balancing of your karma that this will be made possible. All of you understood this completely before your current incarnation and still jumped at the chance to be here at this time with a truly wondrous opportunity well within your reach. This is one of the reasons your world at this time is in the shape that it is in, as a trial such as your current incarnation is just what many of you needed to act as a springboard into the Higher Realms of existence. Many of you may be beginning to see your world not as a disaster of creation, but as a marvelous design that will allow so many of you to reap the sweetest reward possible for your efforts to incarnate into the physical to gain the experience necessary for your graduations into the Higher Realms of possibility. 


Do you see now the men and women who will now face justice for their crimes against you in a slightly different light? Are you beginning to see that all things, good or bad, positive or negative, are designed to enable you to reap the maximum benefit for your forays into the physical? Do you think now it is possible, in light of our discussion on Karma, that without the assistance of those of the dark many of you would not have experienced a sufficient balancing of your karma and therefore would not be ascending into the Higher Realms at this time, but instead you would have to remain within the cycle of the incarnate wheel? 


If you could see what we see clearly for you upon Ascension, if you would allow our descriptions to paint a portrait for you, and at the same time understand that the souls who performed the roles of the oppressors assisted you to make this vision your reality, do you now feel you may be able to find it in your hearts to forgive? 


We understand many of you are angry upon learning of all the misdeeds and the crimes committed against you, but in light of what all this has made possible for you, do you now feel that other forms of justice and rehabilitation than you are accustomed to may be far more fitting for these dark ones? As we have said, there are many advanced methods of rehabilitation that will soon be made available to your society, and we only ask you at this time to review these techniques when this information becomes available to you. That is all we ask, as this is your world and will always be your world, no one else’s, and you, democratically, will make all the decisions that govern your society. 


Looking out towards the days ahead, we see the arrests of many members of the criminal Cabal causing quite a rumbling throughout your world, and it is this rumbling that will awaken so many of your brothers and sisters from their slumbers. We see the new freedoms you will all immediately experience upon the arrests of these criminal elements coupled with the awakening of so many of your brethren creating such a powerful wave of momentum that will easily carry you through these final months before Ascension. 


What a tremendous period of transformation these last months will surely be, as more and more of your human family awaken to the new available energies. Great changes are in store for you as we head down the home stretch, and many of these changes will release you from your bonds of daily toil. Many advancements in technology will be made available to you in the coming days, when we can more personally interact with you, and upon the removal of the Cabal and many of their minions, we will be free to make such an introduction. It is sure to be a very exciting period for many of you, and you may see these imminent arrests of these dark ones as the starting gun for the many events that will quickly follow that will see to the complete transformation of your world, as you prepare yourselves for your great leap into the Higher Dimensions. 


We see the struggles and the difficult times you have gone through as necessary components of your Ascension, and without them and those to facilitate them, we see many of you not making the transformation. Every one of us has done our parts, from above you as well as all around you, and everyone deserves credit for this endeavor that has already been tremendously successful in so many ways and that is about to show you its greatest reward yet to come. 


Your Ascension into the Higher Realms is something many of you have been striving towards for many consecutive lifetimes. It is not easy at all to advance so greatly as to be a candidate for Ascension and because of this, the helpful cooperation of those willing to play the roles of the dark ones was seen as called for. These dark ones were enlisted to ensure the balancing of your karma, while at the same time teaching you many valuable lessons that were necessary for your advancement. Always keep this in mind as you enter the next phase of your experience, as an alternative view to these proceedings may find its place amongst many of you. 


Punishment is usually weighed against the crimes committed along with how much a victim has suffered. Upon weighing your suffering against your reward for such experience, you may reach a new perspective in this regard. The crimes committed against you by these men and women are severe in some cases, this cannot be denied, but as you are immortal beings who never truly die and who gain so much through such experience, you may be able to see even many of these crimes from a somewhat fresh perspective. As we have said, justice is better to be served, as this will benefit those who need to also learn certain important lessons, it is just the type of justice dispensed at which we wish you to closely examine and discuss amongst yourselves. It is your world and it is you that have been the victims of these crimes, so again we say to you we will honor each individual, as well as collective decision you make and will assist to see to it your wishes are carried out. 


Again, you see how we do not wish to take a leading role in your affairs. We are merely guests here, to offer you the assistance you may agree is necessary to see many of the needed tasks accomplished. This is what we do, we have been doing this a very long time, and our services have been applied all throughout this vast universe. Earth does hold a special place in our hearts, but it is by no means the only planet that we have given care to, as there have been, and will continue to be, many other planets in need of a helping hand from time to time. Again, there is no reason to fear that we are here to conquer or plunder, as higher dimensional worlds have all they would ever need or desire. Our mission is one of service, and you shall witness this firsthand when we are free to commence on our many projects together. 


Again, these projects will begin upon the arrests of sufficient numbers of the Cabal, and we see this moment drawing very near. You will be informed of further developments and of opportunities to work with us on these many projects through our channels of information, and as we have said, some of your media companies will soon be assisting us with the task of relaying information to you. This is an important phase of our operation, as still we see many who receive their news and information from what is broadcast through your television sets. In time, all your media companies will align with your new system of honesty and balanced reporting, and if they do not, they will have no place with you in your new home within the Higher Realms. 


There are many other areas of your society as well that will be realigned to function as a higher dimensional component of your new world, and we will explain to you and even demonstrate to you how some of your systems can be greatly improved upon. 


Until then, do what you can do to improve upon the areas of your lives that you do have control over, and we will assist our Earth allies tear down the sections of your world that you do not at this time have control over. In time, all the areas of governance of your society will be returned to you, the people, and no longer will you be forced to submit to the will of another. This will be your new system, which will be implemented upon the removal of the old, and this is the task at hand at this time. You will see this task accomplished very shortly, as we and our Earth allies are set to move ahead with this operation. 


We are looking forward to these events just as much as many of you are, and we see that we have reached the time when all that has been discussed will begin to unfold before you. Hold on tight, at times it will be a shaky ride, but it will also be a joyous time for those of you who understand fully what is transpiring here. Please continue to inform each other of what these events signify, so they too can see them for what they truly are and enjoy them as much as you will. After all, you did not come here to this planet only to suffer and struggle, you also came here to experience joy and happiness and it is this that many of you will now experience. You have earned it, you have created it, and we say to you feel free to enjoy it. The good times are about to begin.
