Message of Love from the Arcturians

Dear Ones, once again we come in Love with messages of support, for we know you often grow weary within a world that seems to see things so differently from you. 

The chaos you observe daily is reflective of the breaking apart of old manifestations as the energy that supported them dissolves. As these manifestations crumble and disappear many struggle to hold them in place through whatever ways they believe are necessary – often violence. These, dear Ones, can only fail, for nothing can manifest without the energy to form it. New and higher forms will replace them if allowed. 

This is where nostalgia often enters in. A weary soul begins to yearn for some imagined past time, believing it to have been better and much easier. This can be a slippery slope for those seeking to spiritually evolve, for it has the potential to hold one in bondage to concepts. However, for the enlightened, nostalgia can serve as a path into a deeper understanding of self vs SELF. A sense of nostalgia, when recognized as such, can illuminate deeply held concepts and beliefs still needing to be seen and cleared. 

Nostalgia is simply the material sense of that yearning for peace that all souls unconsciously know is their birthright. Because now is such a powerful time filled with peace  pouring to Earth, clearings of old belief systems – and change – it is understandable that many have become world weary, even choosing to leave, especially those who do not understand what is actually going on. No one can recreate and live in the past – although many have tried. 

Every generation reflects the consciousness of that particular time – the clothes, transportation, morality, laws etc. but all these things evolve as consciousness evolves. There was a time when the only mode of transportation was a horse, when women were not allowed to vote, and when humans were used as slaves, but the world in general has evolved and will continue to evolve as individuals awaken, each adding more Light to Universal consciousness. 

Living in the past or the future is life lived on the level of the three-dimensional mind that sees everything as either good or bad. It can never be true living for that can only take place in the now moment. If you are one who enjoys books and films about other times or fantasy, that is fine but enjoy them without nostalgia or yearning, seeing them as the entertainment they are. 

You are only required to live out from your highest sense of right in each moment and that is different for every individual. Do not expect an unevolved person to be loving and happily getting along with everyone, for he has not yet attained that state of consciousness. This awareness allows you to move beyond the personal guilt and resentment that comes up regarding roads not taken, angry words said to others, or unloving actions taken in some past time. 

You were expressing your highest attained state of consciousness at that time. If you were to say or do those same things now, you would not be living out from your highest attained state of consciousness because you have evolved. Allow experiences of the past (the good ones as well as the not so good ones) to take their place as finished and move on, knowing they have only the power you give them. 

Try not to fear or panic as you observe chaos in the outer scene. Limit your involvement with television news and much of its programming. Media in general has become simply a propaganda tool for promoting violence and the idea of humans as ignorant and stupid, all of which is serving to keep fear and obsolete concepts alive and well. 

It is often only through what appears as chaos that change can happen. Much of what you are observing at this time represents the effect energy changes are having on the un-enlightened. Confused and angry, they lash out in whatever ways they can, for they do not understand nor do they care to understand the deeper issues of energy and change taking place on Earth at this time. 

Try not to despair when you see scenes of chaos in the news or hear the words of politicians so desperate for power and your vote that they say whatever they think you want to hear instead of having any original or new ideas of their own. Not all, but most see the world through concepts of the past and are thus unable to move into anything higher than what is already known. 

This is the reason a totally-unqualified candidate appeals to so many – he represents change, albeit backward change, but change. The political arena does not want change, for change may lessen their personal power. Most are incapable of seeing solutions other than through what is already known and it is the consciousness of the public that allows these old energies to remain in place. As the world becomes more enlightened, these self-serving so called “leaders” will disappear. The energy will determine who is elected. 

Living each day according to your highest sense of right automatically guides you into whatever higher levels of consciousness you are ready for and in turn adds Light to the world-consensus consciousness. This is how mankind evolves. Try not to get too involved in the nonsense of an unaware world. Stand back and allow them to shout and play their games, while you go about being, living, speaking, and knowing your and their Oneness with Source. 

When you engage in anything, you are automatically giving energy to it, no matter how righteous you believe your position to be. You have entered into a New Time, a time in which you must move beyond your old state of consciousness or be left behind. Opinions can be offered when appropriate, but do not give them a power for good or bad. 

How is it possible to love those I really don’t like? Trying to love others humanly can be very difficult, because the human consciousness will always interpret some as loveable and others as not so loveable. As awakened individuals, you are ready to understand that only God is love and only God can love. Humanly you have no love to give. Abundance, joy, peace, creativity etc. are God qualities and to seek them outside of one’s self or claim them as yours personally is duality and separation. Sometimes you will succeed and sometimes not. 

As you learn to get out of the way and let God love through you, you will find yourself loving and expressing the qualities of Divinity without thought. How to do this? Through your inner work and the realization of yourself and every living thing as Divine, this awareness gradually becomes your state of consciousness. As you begin living life from this higher state of consciousness, you will find yourself expressing love automatically and without thought or struggle. It is who you have become and many of you are already experiencing this. 

Trust that all is proceeding as it should, knowing that you are spiritual Beings who came to Earth with a plan you yourselves created, and are being guided throughout your Earth stay, even if it does not seem that way. The things that seem to be so difficult represent illusion, the misinterpretations you created throughout many unawakened lifetimes, much of which you may still hold in cellular memory. 

This is why you are here. You recognized that the powerful energies of these times on Earth were perfect to help you remember and discover who you really were, while allowing you to finally end the cycles of unawakened lifetimes and clear remaining obsolete energies from cellular memory. 

You all have come a long way through many lifetimes of struggle, but that is ending. You have awakened. Much that previously seemed so real and powerful no longer holds power over you and long-held fears are dissolving into the nothingness that they always were. 

Never deny appearances, good or bad, but simply acknowledge them for what they are – mind interpretations of a Divine reality. It is fine to rejoice in the birth of a child, but know that this is just as much an illusion as the weak and dying. Appearances of both good and bad are illusory. Only God and the qualities of that Divine consciousness are real, lasting, and held in place by law. 

Rest more, relax more, trust more. Most of you are clearing old cellular memory at this time, which can leave you feeling flu-like symptoms. Taking drugs or trying to “fix it” in some way will interfere with your clearing process. Just go with it, knowing that you cannot take old energies with you and rejoicing that they are being cleared. 

There are those who continue to take classes and study long past the point where these tools are needed. There is a point at which the continuous seeking and searching must end, as it can only serve to hold you as a perpetual student and thus one who will never become the master. It indicates a consciousness of separation. To live a consciousness outgrown is very human. 

Some of you have been serious spiritual students throughout your life, and are comfortable with studying and seeking, as it is familiar and is what you have always done, but once you find what you were seeking, you must begin to live it. Some may be guided to become teachers at this point. 

Do not misunderstand. We are not saying you must never take a class or read spiritually-inspired books. We are saying that once you awaken to who and what you are, the tools must become the “added” things, no longer holding the importance they once did, because you are now ready to be taught from the Self within. 

Practice what you know in every experience that comes your way – physically, mentally, emotionally. Hold to the Truth in all appearances and situations and gradually Truth will become your attained state of consciousness. 

Live each now moment remembering I AM.

Creating a New World

Dear friends, we observe many now filled with Light and hope in spite of outer appearances. The “future” is here and all is proceeding according to plan. Allow the process, which means a letting go of remaining resistance and concepts regarding what “should” be happening or when and how it “needs” to happen. Simply continue to hold the Light, Dear Ones, for you are creating a New World. 

All who are ready are beginning to have higher dimensional insights and experiences. Obsolete concepts and beliefs carried through lifetimes are undergoing radical evaluation by many and are being recognized as representing outgrown states of consciousness. Some things will be permanently eliminated, while others will simply begin to manifest in higher forms. 

Over lifetimes, mankind has been taught limiting beliefs by un-evolved teachers based in ignorance and control. You were taught that humans are tainted and unworthy and can only become worthy by practicing certain rites, rituals, practices, and laws. Most of these belief systems are still promoted by “spiritual leaders” locked into the third dimensional belief system of Duality and Separation. Because of this their teaching is unable to lift others any higher than their own limited state of consciousness. 

Unevolved states of consciousness need rules and regulations, as they are not yet able to hear their intuition or always make good choices. The Ten Commandments were given at a time when the majority needed rules. You have evolved beyond the need for structured rules, for their essence has become your state of consciousness. You have lived through and moved beyond the stages of needing someone or something to tell you what to believe and are now able to be guided from within. 

Most of you have had lifetimes in convents and monasteries and still hold a resonance reflecting obedience to rules and sincerely made vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience in cellular memory. Until cleared, this can – and often does – affect the present, often influencing sexual beliefs, abundance, and reflecting a love for rules, because rules resonate with a past comfortable sense of being “on track” or “doing it right”. 

These old patterns are now coming to conscious awareness for many in order that they may be recognized and cleared, and one’s inner voice can become the guiding rule. Never fear letting go of anything representing a past state of consciousness, for it simply makes room for higher and better forms to manifest. 

We of the Arcturian group have spoken many times about love and yet there remains a great deal of confusion about love. Many continue to hold tightly to narrow concepts of love continuously promoted by the media, (films, books, magazines, television), experts, and even religious leaders in the belief that complete fulfillment and happiness can come through finding the “right one”. 

Love is most commonly thought of as an emotion. Emotion is often a facet of love, but is not the defining criteria. 

Evolution is awakening mankind to a deeper, purer understanding of love, shifting those prepared into a state of consciousness that knows and understands all seemingly separate life forms, to be actually in and of ONE. Everything that exists must exist within the ONE – for it is all there is. That connecting energy within the ONE is Love. 

Love is interpreted according to the state of consciousness of the individual and thus there are hundreds of concepts of love. Those who remain firmly enmeshed in the third dimension will continue to think of love as sexual attraction, but over time and experience (often lifetimes) every individual begins to move beyond personal narrow concepts and begins to awaken to a deeper sense of love. At first this deeper sense will simply be more expansive third dimensional concepts, as he is not yet ready to mine the deeper, richer levels within. 

The consciousness of the evolving soul will expand beyond romance and begin to experience the love of companionship, family, and friends. He may even begin to feel something that is very new for him – a “connection” with strangers. At this point many become “do gooders”, often joining groups in order to help the “less fortunate”. 

These groups do wonderful work and are not to be denigrated, but are a step along the way to realizing Love in its purest sense. It still represents the level of concepts – “us helping them” – separation and duality. 

It is important that no one ever feel they cannot take an active part in groups that serve in this manner, for their members are living out from their highest sense of love, which is all that anyone is required to do. If you are guided to be a part of some particular service group go ahead and do it, even if you do not resonate with the particular beliefs of the group (these are often church groups). The addition of one or more participants of an evolved state of consciousness can only serve to lift the energy of the whole group. 

Love is only lived and expressed according to the attained state of consciousness of the individual, which is why it is useless to try and change someone, unless you know they are choosing to live below their attained state of consciousness. Individuals are only expected to live out from their highest level of understanding and as they do this, awareness expands and more is given – at which point they must then begin to live from the new level. This is evolution. 

There are those who receive insights and become aware of the higher sense of things, but then choose to simply store it away as interesting information or dinner party conversation, while continuing to live exactly as they always have – which is like asking for a “wake up call”. There is a saying that is true on the spiritual level as well as on the mundane, which is “Use it or lose it”. 

Mankind is moving through the morass of negative and obsolete beliefs that still hold many in bondage. As you observe the images of a world in struggle and violence and as you become aware of how much you do not like or understand these things, practice meeting them with love. This does not mean you must like or accept them as being OK while blindly declaring “God is all”, but means instead remembering that the reality behind all things is perfect and must always be so because all there is, is Divine consciousness. Appearances always reflect the illusory beliefs of unawakened states of consciousness. 

Many still leave themselves out of the equation through falsely believing that every action and thought they have must be perfect and worthy according to some standard. You can never fully love another, if you leave yourself out, for you too are a part of the whole. You are, always have been, and cannot avoid being less than infinitely loveable, because you are made of LOVE. 

Believing yourself to be unworthy of love represents a state of consciousness that most of you have evolved beyond. It is OK to make mistakes, fall flat on your face spiritually, or fail to live up to another’s concept of success. Let go of all resistance, replacing it with laughter and acceptance. Failure is simply a word representing the third dimensional belief system and has nothing to do with who and what you are, but everything to do with what you are on Earth to learn. 

Learn to love everything in your lives – which means living without resistance, guilt, fear, or rigid rules about how things should be. No more “should’s”. Simply be with every experience, observing thoughts and emotions without resistance no matter what may come floating through, because thoughts and beliefs only become yours personally when you claim them as yours. 

Practice responding to every emotion or thought of fear, anger, resistance, shame, judgment, excitement or whatever, with one word – “interesting”, asking yourselves, “What am I believing that is making me feel this way, is it true?” No shock, no resistance, no giving some word or thought power for good or bad, just one response – “interesting”. As you learn to do this, you retrain your thought processes and neutralize the power you have ignorantly given to things. 

Love every perceived flaw and fault in yourself and others, for they are markers showing you what you still hold in consciousness. Once judgment is no longer a part of your conditioning, you will find it easy and natural to love self and others. You will begin to experience true freedom – the freedom to laugh and to embrace the idiosyncrasies and ridiculous situations that come with living in a physical body. You learn to judge nothing as being bad or good, but simply as facets of the evolutionary journey. 

As you do this work, you will find that the thoughts, beliefs, opinions, words, judgments, etc. of others simply lose any power they may have had over you. You begin to live out from that still quiet place within where the nonsense of the un-illumined never reaches. 

Love has no rules, Love just IS. Love is simply living each moment from a consciousness of Oneness. 

All is perfect. Evolution is the process of remembering that.

Greetings, 

Often you have believed yourselves to be alone and wondered why the Galactic help promised has not materialized. It is about free will, Dear Ones. There are limits to how much any others can do for the Ascension of Earth, because your journey into new dimensional energy is yours… chosen by you and brought about by each personally and then globally. No one can do your inner work for you, which is the error perpetuated by many belief systems. 

There are those who believe that Jesus or some saint or Guru will do all their work for them and that they are forever “saved” simply by declaring their belief in that one person as a savior. Then, they continue to go about their daily lives in old third dimensional ways, believing that the work of their “salvation” is finished. 

The teacher Jesus or Jeshua came as a messenger of truth into a very dense world. He tried to teach the people who they really were and show them how to grow beyond the bonds of the third dimension. He was a Wayshower, but could not do the work for anyone. The world was not ready and most did not understand his message, which has been the experience of many truth teachers throughout time, as often the best they could do was plant seeds of truth. 

You, as individual expressions of the Divine, are now ready to live the truth. This is not work for “wimps”, for it is difficult to leave behind many of the tried and true ways that have worked throughout lifetimes. You are explorers forging new paths. Change can be very frightening to a world programmed to use its mind to plot and plan everything according to whatever current concepts of the “best way” of doing something are in place. 

Learn to listen and trust your intuition, as you go about your daily tasks, knowing that you are spiritual beings and not lowly and sinful humans needing to be saved, as many of you have been taught. Living from within will become more comfortable and easy the more you practice, for it is your true nature to live this way. This does not mean you do not order your airline tickets or plan your day, it means that you always have one ear listening within and if what you are planning does not resonate with you, you honor that. 

Everything you see, hear, taste, touch, and smell is a concept… a mind interpretation of the spiritual reality. Divine consciousness is omnipresent – could anything exist outside of Omnipresence? Your world is within you, not outside of you. For example, when you look at a tree, know that the Divine Idea of that tree is spiritual, light, beauty, and never ages and what you are perceiving as a tree is the three dimensional concept of the spiritual idea of a tree. 

You see, Dear Ones, your state of consciousness determines how you interpret and then form for yourself the Ideas embodied within a Universal and Omnipresent Consciousness. The world is within you, not outside of you… Omnipresence assures nothing is separate. This will be difficult for some to digest, but try not to react, setting up walls of resistance. Instead take this idea within and ponder it, asking for help in your understanding. 

This is your work, this is how you change the resonance of the world and create new and higher forms of everything. Understand that every Divine Idea is ALREADY embodied within your consciousness and you need never seek for anything outside of yourself. This truth, if understood by all, would change the energy of the world in a second. 

Free will allows man to interpret according to his state of consciousness, taking as long as he chooses… Truth is forever, and is not dependent upon what anyone believes or doesn’t believe or when. Knowing the truth does not mean you are unaware of the appearances formed of duality and separation, nor does it mean shouting: “God is all, I need do nothing”. It means that you begin to see these creations for what they are – manifestations formed of duality and separation with no law to support or sustain them. This way you do not add your energy to the appearances. 

The Arcturian Group wishes to speak about the energy of transformation now present and causing many to question the value of many rigid structures still in place through law or consent. Be not afraid, as these structures begin to crumble, for there is nothing to hold them in place, but the belief in them. They are concepts, and once the belief is no longer there they cannot exist. Many of these structures were necessary in a society not yet ready to embrace its own power, but it is now a new time. Awakened consciousness energy is causing many houses of cards to fall… It is a sign of evolution. 

There will be those who, through an ignorance of what is happening spiritually in the world, resist and panic at any change. Familiarity is their comfort and security even when it is painful and something different would be better. You can be of assistance to these fearful ones even if it consists of simply a calm listening ear. An energy field filled with peace and love can comfort without any words. Structures of government, law, religion, family etc. are all changing…most will change or fall completely. 

Much change is coming through the courage of brave souls not afraid to shine light into dense shadows. These much maligned Lightworkers often put their own lives on the line in order to help a sleeping world awaken out of complacency and move into its power. Mankind must begin to see themselves as more than helpless pawns in the hands of the powerful, or nothing will change. 

Be brave Dear Ones, for the outer manifests the inner and each day you are filled with more Light. Complete change cannot happen overnight, for it has taken eons of time to be what it is. 

You are being lovingly watched and studied by many from other planets, because you are teaching them how it is done, how to evolve within the heavy structure of duality and separation. They too are learning from your efforts and you evolution.

That which is old and false is rapidly dissolving into the nothingness that it really is

Arcturian Group welcomes all readers to another message of light and love. We are here to assist all those choosing to ascend into the higher dimensional energy now becoming ever more apparent with each passing day. 

Those choosing to ascend must experience the clearing of their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy fields, which is the release of any old dense energies still being carried from the past (or present). This can be an uncomfortable process. You may find yourselves experiencing days when you cry, are depressed, or angry for no reason. You may be crying and laughing at the same time, while being able to rationally observe the experience much as if you were standing outside of yourself watching. Many (not all) will re-experience some intense emotional energies as they release. Allow them go, not claiming them back in as your personal problem, for when you say to yourself; “I am so depressed” or “I need medication, better go get some pills” you hinder the releasing process. 

Releases from physical cellular memory will often flow through the body’s weakest area resulting in issues involving a particular area over and over again. Energy release is also done in dreams. An individual may have dreams of some violent activity such as being a fighting warrior and wonder why. These dreams are probably the release of stored cellular memory from actual experiences. Energy may also release in the exact spot of an old injury where cellular memory still holds the traumatic event. People living with excessive fears (water, heights, certain animals, etc.) still carry in their cellular memory some traumatic past experience involving these things. 

We have discussed clearing in previous messages, but wish to remind you that all who have chosen to move spiritually forward must clear. You cannot take the old and dense energies of the 3rd dimension with you into the new and higher. You are also in the process of opening blocked meridians upon which energy flows as well as clearing the seven chakras and bringing in new ones. Much is going on within you now dear ones, so remember this as you experience these clearings. Try to avoid rushing to some 3rd dimensional medical diagnosis with these experiences, but do not hesitate to see a doctor, if you are being guided to. Know that many of today’s physical issues for evolving souls is the clearing and release of old energy. 

We would like to talk to you about living in the higher frequencies, which is an energy of openness and respect. Respect for each other’s choices in all areas–no judgement or criticism, which always involves personal concepts. Higher dimensional living flows harmoniously on an energy of love, because it is lived out from a realization of Oneness. That which human beings have come to accept as normal (duality and separation) has programmed them to believe that it is the reality. We say to you that it is an aberration–the energy of Love and Oneness is the reality. Humans forget the peace and calm lived in on their home planets or in experiences between lives, because when a soul chooses to incarnate, he willingly accepts the veil of forgetfulness that comes with it. This results in lifetimes on Earth lived with no remembrance of who one really is. 

Belief in the permanent reality of duality and separation is now beginning to dissolve as the immense amount of Light flowing to Earth from many sources and from your own Divinity shines light on the shadows. We remind you of this, because as you begin to experience more manifestations of what is real, the fruits of duality and separation will lessen–the inner is the outer. You will begin to observe more peace, calm, abundance, respect, joy, health and a sharing of all things, because these are the reality, held in place by Divine Law. 

Mankind has been programmed to believe in lack, limitation ,separation, and evil, which has resulted in lifetimes involving selfish and cruel behavior on the part of any (even you dear ones, in un-awakened lifetimes) who would dominate others in the belief that they would have nothing unless they forcibly took it. The experience of duality was, and still is for some, an important tool of evolution, but its time is finished for the awakening ones. 

That which is old and false is rapidly dissolving into the nothingness that it really is and spiritual awareness is beginning to manifest outwardly, as new and higher forms of living, which is why you are seeing so much chaos at this time. Appearances would say the world is falling apart, things are getting worse, and mankind is going backward. The truth is that higher frequency Light energy is beginning to shine on the shadows within governments, churches, businesses, and corporations bringing to light those things that have been heretofore hidden from you. 

It is now time to reclaim your innate power, dear ones, and make everyday decisions from a place of awareness. The bringing of an enlightened consciousness to the daily choices you make as human beings will bring about the change. There needs to be a conscious coming together of the spiritual and the material in your understanding for in truth there is no separation. The world you see is simply the material sense of the spiritual reality. 

Decisions made from a deeper intuitive place instead of from 3D propaganda will vote self-serving and un-evolved people out of office. Not supporting corporations that would feed you chemicals and junk will bring change. Refusing to blindly support belief systems and churches that would keep mankind in bondage to personal and egotistical doctrine and concepts will also bring change. 

Now is the time for all to accept and integrate both the masculine (active/be-er, do-er energy) and the feminine (receptive, creative energy) aspects of Self. This will result in a more balanced, whole, and powerful state of consciousness that allows the individual to function and make choices that serve the higher good instead of being controlled from outside influences. 

Evolved beings have learned to live from their center outward, and not from outward to center. You are the power, dear ones, and it is past time to recognize and begin acting out from this awareness. Be very aware that we are not talking of power in the sense of power over someone or something for the use of power in selfish or self serving ways has been the downfall of many and is in and of the old energy. We speak of the power that comes from the realization that you are the manifestation of Source and nothing or no person can separate you from that–all that you need is already within. It is the power of truth that sees nothing needing healing or correction. 

Always honestly examine intention, dear ones, for whatever you say and do is carried on the energy of intention. Be scrupulously honest and true to yourselves asking, “What am I believing that is making me feel or act this way?” The energy of truth and light will always be your guide in whatever choices, actions, or words are necessary if you seek, trust, and allow it.

Oneness is the basic truth upon which all change will take place

Greetings, dear ones. We come today to tell you of the many changes we see happening in your world. Light energy is increasing each day, which in turn is exposing much that has been kept hidden for years. Do not despair if you do not see these changes yourselves, because your news is not reporting to you that which we see. What we see has to do with energy–souls awakening and planetary consciousness lifting to new and higher levels. This in turn is allowing people to see where and how they are being used and lied to by those that would keep the world in the old ways for personal profit. This is how change happens. 

Evolution manifests in the small events of daily life–a smile to or from a stranger, comfort to someone suffering loss, or the recognition of another’s true identity, even if they are unaware of it. Learn to live in compassion dear ones, not in sympathy, for in sympathy you align yourself with the lower energies that the other is suffering from. This is an important point for those of you who work with people in some capacity. 

Be not afraid for you are doing the work. Try very hard not to hold concepts of how your world should appear, for concepts are simply three dimensional mind formed ideas reflecting an individual’s belief system. Try not to force things into how you think they should be, but allow them to unfold while standing back in truth as an observer knowing that all is proceeding according to plan for yourselves and for the world. Learn to trust dear ones, for once you have decided to spiritually grow, you are being guided. 

The Arcturian Group wishes to talk about Oneness. You may say, we always talk about Oneness, but we reply that we must emphasize the truth of Oneness, because it is the basic truth upon which all change will take place. Until mankind can understand that there is only One (one mind, one life, one intelligence, one reality) manifesting Itself in infinite forms and variety, there will always be that sense of separation holding man in bondage to the false sense of duality and separation. 

You see, all are in and of the One for it is All There Is. With this awareness there would be no wars, no thievery, no murders, no anger or lower resonating emotions, all of which arise from a belief in separation. When mankind realizes that there is only One, he will see that all have the same opportunity to experience the gifts embodied within that One. No one has been given more than another for there is only the One. It is the individual state of consciousness that determines how much of that One will manifest. Journeys through lifetimes, some easy and many difficult, were carefully chosen by every soul as necessary experiences leading to this awareness of ONE and you are ready for this awareness now. 

Everything is connected within the One–the crystal/mineral kingdom, the plant kingdom, the animal kingdom, the devic/elemental/nature spirit kingdom, and all human as well as galactic beings. There is only ONE and it is continually manifesting itself and cannot be separated from its own qualities, which is why these qualities are held in place and governed infinitely by spiritual law. These unchanging and permanent qualities of intelligence, wisdom, abundance, wholeness, completeness etc. are yours by virtue of your Divine Sonship, but only manifest according to the conditioning of your state of consciousness. 

If you fully believe you are separate from all other living things, then the Divine idea of Oneness will manifest in your experience as relationships that reflect this. The ONE never changes, but any false belief held in consciousness will manifest outwardly. Examine your experiences dear ones, for they will guide you to what you still hold within your consciousness. 

The job of the evolutionary process is to move every soul into an awareness of the truth of ONE. Truth appears when an individual is ready simply as a new idea that seems to resonate. The awakening soul ponders and thinks upon this new idea and begins to practice it in daily life. Gradually the truth integrates and become the individual’s state of consciousness. Evolution is an unfolding process, dear ones. One cannot say, “I got it!” and then expect everything to suddenly change. It is not a matter of intellectual knowledge; it is the actual integration of these truths until they become YOU. That is why many refer to old souls (evolved through many lifetimes) versus new souls (just beginning to learn). 

Over lifetimes of living in duality and separation, you have accumulated lower resonating energies, which have been stored within your physical, emotional, and mental bodies. These need to be cleared for they cannot go with you into the higher dimensional energies that you are moving in to. This is what you are doing now–releasing these old and toxic energies carried in ignorance from lifetime to lifetime and which have held you in bondage to many of the issues you deal with in daily life. 

As these clearings take place unpleasantness may surface and you may think you are going backwards in your spiritual progress. No, dear ones, it is just the opposite, you have reached that place in your journey where you are now evolved enough to let go of that which is old and finished. You are releasing all that you have dragged with you from lifetime to lifetime, when you did not have enough awareness to understand that these old and dense energies were holding you back. You have come to the place of finally being ready to do this difficult work, and you are doing it beautifully. So, do not to see the painful issues of your lives as some sort of failure, but as signs that you are graduating. Be aware that some clearing is taking place in the dream state, so if you have troubling dreams know that you are most likely releasing the energy of some past life experience. 

It is important that you let go of all concepts of how clearing, evolution, or Ascension should look – for yourselves or for the world. Release any and all concepts or comparison of your journey versus another’s, for all have had different lifetimes with varying experiences leading to whatever personal issues need to be looked at, released, and moved beyond. ***It is time to let go of your concepts dear ones, for concepts hold you in bondage to a belief system that is, more often than not, false.

Expect change dear ones

We of the Arcturian Group welcome all who choose to read these messages. We come today with news of great excitement as we see change rapidly falling into place for a new world order. It is time for the Light to manifest in more ways than you have anticipated which you have worked hard to bring about. Be ready to see change within all systems of your world, for the energy is rapidly reaching a level in which change can manifest. Do not sit and wait, but go about your daily chores knowing in your hearts that all is proceeding according to plan. Try not to imagine or anticipate specific changes for that interferes with the natural unfolding of events according to the energies in place and is based on personal concepts of how things need to appear. Rest, knowing within your hearts that the Divine I knows how and where to manifest, and you do not have to tell it what to do or how to do it, your job is to know the truth and trust it. 

We wish to speak today of these energies of change and how they will affect those of Earth. You will see a change of attitude in many with regard to certain ideas they were previously very adamant against. You will see businesses become more people centered in an energy of serving rather than taking. You will begin to see the youth speak of more advanced ideas of living and being and those of the older generations actually listening instead of telling them that they are too young to know the world yet. Many of these young ones are very evolved souls here to help with the shifting energies. They are having a problem understanding why so many in positions of power continue to live, believe, and force on others that which is obsolete, outdated, and very un-evolved. 

It is always fear that holds one in old three dimensional energy–fear (often imagined) of how change will affect them personally. Fear often manifests as a lashing out toward any new idea that could serve the many but may disrupt an individual’s personal comfort zone. 

It is the fear that changing tried and true beliefs that served in the past will result in some aspect of lack and limitation for them personally (duality and separation). They do not yet realize that they too are included in the higher energies of Light manifesting as better ways of living. 

The fearful ones erroneously believe that anything that does not fit into their personal, present belief system must be incorrect. You often see this happen with organized religious groups when urged to adopt new and different ways of thinking about certain issues. Change would be to admit that the teachings up to this point may of been incorrect–the egos of most structured religions will not allow admitting that they may of been incorrect. You are seeing it daily with politicians, many of whom resist change of any sort because it would rock the foundation they are building for their re-election, not because change would be good for the people they have been elected to serve. 

Expect change dear ones, for you are bringing in a new world order through the enlightenment of your consciousness. A consciousness of Truth will manifest as higher and better ways of being, doing , and living–change. You are going to see change taking place in your health care systems, in your religions, and in your schools as more and more individuals awaken to the realization of Oneness. Your job is not to resist as ideas of change are presented for these are the proofs of a new world consciousness in manifestation. We are not saying that every new idea that appears is for you to embrace for as always, you must use your intuition. We are saying that it is time to be open and not rigidly stuck in what has worked in the past. 

You see dear ones, you are doing it, you are bringing the new world order– it is why you chose to be on Earth at this powerful time. It is what you have been asking for, working towards, and hoping would happen. The lesson is to let go of every concept, belief, or teaching that resonates with old and finished energy no matter how comfortable it may be to stay in your uncomfortableness. Understand that many out of a fear of anything new or different, choose to stay exactly where they are no matter how difficult or painful that place may be. 

Fear is based in the acceptance of false concepts and beliefs taught and accepted over centuries of many lifetimes. Superstitions became accepted as truth, and false teachings given to the uneducated masses became the law of the land. Beliefs regarding God, marriage, disease, and even a devil etc. became universal except for those evolved enough to recognize their impersonal unreality. Mankind is now evolved enough to relegate much of this nonsense to the trash bin, much as when it was believed that if you sat in a breeze, you would get sick. Now you laugh at this idea because you have evolved beyond it. Many, many of these obsolete concepts and beliefs are still held on to because they were true in the past, they manifested because of a universal belief in them. You see, you are creators. 

When you are in confusion and question about something, take time to be alone even if it is to run into a bathroom. Go within and ask yourself how this thing resonates with what you know to be truth. Does it resonate, or does it feel old and finished? You will feel the energy, trust that you are being guided at all times and your intuition is an important tool. 

Many will be pleasantly surprised to discover that the sky does not fall down when letting go of an old diehard belief system. Because of the powerful energy shift taking place at this time, you chose to release in this lifetime anything holding you back in order to ascend. Thusly, many of you are finding that opportunities to do so are appearing one after another. This can be difficult and you may question if you have lost your way. No, you are right where you are supposed to be, and doing a fine job of it. 

Confront each experience by fearlessly looking at it–examine it, feel its energy even if unpleasant, and ask yourself; “What did I learn from this experience?” Then, knowing that you need not carry it around with you any longer, choose to release it while giving thanks for the lesson learned because every experience no matter how humanly unpleasant contains the gift of a spiritual lesson. 

Do this with everything that may still cause you to go into fear, Do this with no judgement or sense of failure, but in the knowing that it is through experiences that one evolves. Remind yourself that you chose and are now spiritually ready to clear in this lifetime all those dense experiences you have been carrying physically, emotionally, and mentally from lifetime to lifetime. Never forget that you are Divine Beings having human experiences in order to learn, evolve and remember. 

The Divine Reality within you knows what it is doing and how to do it. Human beings do not have to tell it what to do. Pondering this statement alone, will dissolve much fear. Get out of the mind, center in your heart and live in the now moment holding unconditional love for all.

The crucifixion is that time in which everyday life no longer works as it always has

We come today to wish you a very happy holiday–that is holy-day, for Easter represents the journey each soul must take as they move into enlightenment and out of the lessons of the third dimension. 


This journey is that of life lived as best an individual can, based upon their personal belief system and governed by current rules of duality and separation. Life continues “normally” until at some point in an individual’s spiritual evolution there comes the crucifixion. The crucifixion is that time in which everyday life no longer works as it always has. What up to that point has been predictable, suddenly comes to a screeching halt either through some particular experience, experiences, or a new unfolding inner awareness. To outside observers as well as the individual himself, this period may appear to be one of absolute failure, loss, and something dreaded. To those still fully immersed in third dimensional values, it is indeed seen as loss and failure, but to the experiencing soul it is movement; the death of that which is now finished and the birth of the new. 


The crucifixion is a series of painful experiences often accompanied by humiliation and judgement from the individual, as well as those around him, who are only able to see from the concepts they may hold of successful living. These experiences can vary in degrees of intensity or loss, because some individuals only respond and learn the hard way through painful experience, while others do not need great intensity in order to move forward. However, know that all souls are prepared and ready for the experience of crucifixion, or it would not happen, even though most are not consciously aware of this. 


After a time of adjustment, resting, being tempered by experience, and letting go, a new state of consciousness begins to emerge. The new man is being born, one strong and more self-complete; one having released much that heretofore held him in bondage to third dimensional concepts of love, life, success, health, and all the issues of daily living. A new and more perfect man is being born and this is the resurrection, dear ones. 


It is a surrender, a death to all that is finished. Lessons on earth were meant for learning, but were never intended to go on forever. The crucifixion experience can be and usually is very scary as the mind struggles to plan and plot solutions according to what is already known, and yet the individual is forced by circumstances to live in the now moment. Low and behold out of this intense fear arises a new experience–the sky does not fall down and life goes on in new ways in spite of the dire predictions of those observing from their place of duality. 


The crucifixion and resurrection are not experiences that took place to only one special man 2000 years ago. All will and many are now, experiencing crucifixion and resurrection and through it are moving ever more quickly into Ascension. Jesus seeded a dense human consciousness with truth, adding light to a human matrix of world beliefs which then in turn allowed those ready, to access new ways of seeing and being. He brought to mankind a level of understanding that many were ready for, but most did not understand. His experience reflected the experiences of all mankind. Jesus was the way-shower for a struggling world, because always there will be teachers, way-showers, and healers for those ready–mankind is never abandoned or left completely on their own. 


After crucifixion and resurrection, one then also becomes a way-shower, helping others now ready to move out of the false concepts of duality and separation. Many are way-showers now. The Light on earth is becoming increasingly bright. You are soon to manifest a New World, a world in which all life is respected and seen as an expression of the one Divine Life. 


This is why you chose to experience duality and separation, dear Light Beings, to see if you could find your way back home in spite of the intense experiences manifest by the un-illumined state of consciousness. You are doing it now! You have moved through lifetimes of darkness and are quickly moving into the Light. 


This is the true meaning of Easter–the crucifixion and resurrection out of darkness and into Light of Ascension.

No Thing or Person can make You more Whole and Complete than You already are

Dear ones, we are here to encourage you to have patience. We see your discouragement when nothing seems to change, but let us assure you that much is changing. You are not aware of all that is transpiring behind the scenes. Try not to be discouraged or hold preconceived concepts of how events must unfold, simply allowing the process, while letting go of any beliefs you may still be holding about how the process must manifest. All is proceeding according to plan and all is perfect. 


Many of you are trying to live in ways you believe you should; living out from ideas that come from religious and metaphysical books, or from the experiences of others. Release any and all concepts of how Ascension should look, choosing instead to simply live in the now moment, accepting each day as a gift from the Divine within, while practicing living the Truth you know. 


See the Divine in others and remember who you and they are, even if they themselves have no interest in knowing this. Do this for those you see on the news, or in your papers, or as you go about your normal day. Recognize the Divine Plan in everything around you. These small steps gradually change your state of consciousness and lead to the full awakening. It will not appear as a huge blast of energy that blows you into a new world without any effort on your part. One is not “saved” simply by declaring it so. You create the new world with every thought, word, and action lived in truth and understanding of who and what is real. This is the spiritual journey. Yes, things on Earth are speeding up now, and more and more opportunities are to be had for you to practice living each moment from a place of truth and centering, and that is how it is done. 


There will be changes you will soon see in your government and the governments of other countries. Many are going to be leaving and the more enlightened will be put in their place. 


The time is quickly arriving for those who have held back in doubt and disbelief to either get “aboard the ship” or leave. Higher dimensional energy will not support those who choose to stay in the lower frequencies. Many will be shocked by revelations that are soon to come out, but shocked as they may be, they must open their hearts to a new way of seeing and believing or be left behind. These seem like harsh words, but time is running short for the opening of consciousness to truth. 


You have worked very hard for thousands of years in the old three dimensional energy. It was a game played well, but never intended to go on forever. The game is over dear ones, it is time to get on with your journey into the higher energy of truth and the recognition of who you and all are. 


We ask all to send Light to those people and areas of Gaia that are still resonating with the lower frequencies. Just send Light without specific intentions or strings attached, because the Light knows what is needed, it is Omniscient. See the Light flow out from your heart center freely given to those not yet aware of their own Light. Your Light Source can never run dry, for it is infinite. As you see and flow Light to the world, you are not trying to change anything for when you try to change something you are in the third dimensional energy seeing from duality and separation. You see, in reality there is nothing to change for all is already One within the perfection of an omnipresent Divine Consciousness. Mankind, in ignorance of this truth, has formed a world that appears much less than perfect. We are not saying that you are to sit back and say; “Oh well it is all illusion, so I will do nothing”. We are saying that the enlightened soul first and always knows the truth, then takes whatever human footsteps he may be guided to take; sometimes it will be to do nothing, other times there will be an action of some sort. 


Flow Light to yourselves each day in your quiet time; seeing it flow from your heart center into your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies with the intention of clearing anything and everything of a lower resonance. Choose to clear all lingering energy of disease inheritance, religious vows, ancient promises, painful cellular memories, false beliefs, negative emotional energies, and everything within your energy fields still carrying and holding the lower frequencies, for now is the time for releasing, clearing, and letting go. 


It is very important to consciously cut any cords of attachment you may still have to people, letting them go in the realization that every individual has a journey, a Higher Self, and Guides to help them and they will find their way as you have. Cords are formed from an excessive negative or positive energy connection to certain people or things. Many times this will be a child. Often it is someone we have had many less than positive dealings with and wish to avoid. Usually it is someone we think about often. Energy cords, negative or positive can be brought with us from other lifetimes and act to hold one in bondage to another person or something. Never be afraid to consciously release attachment cords. It is important and it is time. 


Releasing energy cords does not mean that you cannot have these people in your life; it means the relationship will become different and freer. As you sever any false sense of “NEED” for someone or something in your life, you begin to realize that no thing or person can make you more whole and complete than you already are. This realization is affecting many relationships based in old third dimensional beliefs, especially if one partner understands this, and the other does not. Do an experiment – listen to the old love songs of the 40′s and you will get a good example of attachment and the belief that one’s good is outside of themselves. Most will experience a heaviness when listening to these songs. It is the energy the song carries that you feel and no longer resonate with. 


Let go dear ones, let go. Nothing real can ever be lost, only seen and experienced on a higher level. Be not afraid to fall into the arms of truth, for what you find there will be much more than you could ever have imagined in the old and limited energy. 


Metaphysics is an attempt to change a bad picture into a good one through many and varied modalities. Mysticism is the realization that there is nothing to change. Right now all are being guided to move into mysticism; a truer way of seeing and believing. Metaphysics still works for many, because it resonates with their state of consciousness. Most “spiritual” books available now are metaphysical, guiding the reader to do this or do that in order to move beyond problems and get more “spiritual”. If you no longer resonate with these books and teachings then you are being guided to go beyond metaphysics and into mysticism–the realization that you already are and always have been-complete. 


It is time to let go of ALL that is old and finished, no matter how strongly you have believed you needed something in order to feel happy. This is Ascension.
