Honor and respect yourselves and behave in ways that live up to that honor and respect

Changes are occurring thick and fast on Earth as more and more of you become aware that you have been seriously misled by those in positions of authority for a very long time. You have a saying, credited to the Englishman, Sir John Dalberg-Acton, "Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men." The truth of this statement becomes more apparent daily, as whistle-blowers disclose ever more corruption in governments and multi-national corporations worldwide. It is shocking for many of you to realize that so many of those whom you relied upon to be honest have betrayed that trust. 

However, that kind of betrayal has been endemic within the illusion for eons, and it needs to be seen so that humanity will move out of its blind acceptance of statements by authority figures that are made to confuse and frighten you into accepting them as honest individuals with your best interests at heart. 

You now see that this is not so! Many individuals who have been in the public eye presenting themselves as sane and balanced leaders are now seen to be utterly ego-driven, as they struggle to destroy others who are competing with them for worldly positions of power and influence. Truly this is a moment of awakening for humanity worldwide. Do not close your eyes or turn away! 

You are not being asked to judge or condemn anyone! 

Just be aware of the utter insanity of so much human behavior and recognize that Love is your nature, the true nature of all life forms, and engage lovingly with life. You cannot and will not solve the issues facing humanity if you continue to behave in the ways that have caused so much suffering to so many for eons. There is a much better way, it has been demonstrated by wise and loving holy ones throughout your history, and yet you have continued to conspire, to cheat, and to manipulate one another, because in your egoic state of awareness you believe that your way is the best way, the right way, despite the fact that again and again you are proved wrong! Then you go into denial and blame someone else for errors that you have made. 

This is the time for change, for you to return home to your real selves, the beings of Love that you have hidden beneath the veil of fears that your egos have woven, and open your hearts to one another so that trust returns to human relationships and the desire to win, as others lose, dissolves. Then you will cooperate in divine harmony to create wonders beyond your wildest dreams. You can do this, and you will do this when you make the choice to engage lovingly in every interaction with others. You are those others, so it only demonstrates fear and insanity, both unreal aspects of the illusion, when you set yourselves apart and withdraw into distrust and anxiety. It is truly distrust of and anxiety about yourselves, your value as a human being. But, of course, your true value is infinite, because you are all the beloved children of God. 

Trust is found by exercising it, by engaging with love instead of with fear. In times gone by that idea seemed insane, because then dishonest self-centeredness was the way in which almost everyone behaved. 

That is no longer the case. The Tsunami of Love that is now sweeping continuously back and forth across the planet has changed the energy fields of every one of you, and within everyone there is now an awareness that change of an enormous magnitude is essential if you are to bring peace and abundance to all on Earth. It is also quite apparent that honesty, integrity, trust, and the acceptance in others of different life styles, philosophies, physical appearance, and religious persuasions are all aspects of the divine creative impulse within you all. Honor one another regardless of all these differences, then these differences can be put to work together in a harmonious expansion of all your creative abilities, so that you can resolve the issues that have been so divisive on Earth for so long. 

Truly, the opportunities now presenting themselves to humanity offer incredible prospects to bring peace and abundance to all on Earth. Flow with them, discuss them, engage with them, because that is why they are presenting now. The present moment is the ideal moment in which to establish a system of interaction at every level of human exchange that benefits all without exception. Providing care and security for those who are presently in the most dire circumstances, and at the same time honoring the abilities and competences of every human. There is no one on Earth without some ability and competence, it is just that in your presently extremely competitive way of living and working those of lesser abilities are bypassed and then blamed for being a drain on the tax payers. 

Remember, All Are One! Bypassing or ignoring anyone is doing it to yourselves, and that is why your present societal systems are crashing down around you. 

Love – which is what you all are – takes divine care of all its members without exception. You see it demonstrated where parents lovingly care for their sick, disabled or mentally challenged children, where the younger among you take care of the old, the sick, and the disabled, where loving volunteers visit and care for those without friends or families and those imprisoned. When you all truly care for one another without making judgments, then human society will blossom as its true potential is brought to light. 

As I have said so often before, “Treat all others lovingly, honor and respect them, and observe how your own individual lives become more satisfying, more inspiring, and more enjoyable.” Life is not about others and how they have failed you, deceive you, or betrayed you; it is about you and how you have done this to yourselves. 

Honor and respect yourselves and behave in ways that live up to that honor and respect. As you do, you will meet others doing likewise. Many are already doing this and the world is changing for the better because of it. Just know that even alone each one of you makes an enormous difference, and honor that responsibility. When you do, you will find more joy and satisfaction in life than you presently believe is possible. 

Your individual task on Earth in this age of enormous change remains what it always has been, namely to be Love in action, that is to be Yourselves, the magnificent beings God created. Love lies firmly anchored at the core of your being. You access it by taking time out from your daily activities and entering that quiet and sublime inner space, the holy sanctuary from which Love never departs. It is always there, waiting patiently for the moment when you choose to enter Its Presence, so that It may embrace you. 

And everyone without exception will enter that holy space eventually, so why delay, when the joy you seek awaits you there in every moment? Go within and rejoice, then you will shine with joy and Love, as you magnificently assist in humanity's awakening process which is unstoppable.

Do not castigate yourselves for errors or missed opportunities

We are all One, there is no separation. So many in the spiritual realms have told you this over and over again, and still you are filled with doubts and skepticism, despite all the evidentiary proof to the contrary. So, we just have to keep on telling you this, until it finally resonates with you and your doubts and skepticism fall away, as they surely will. You are loved and cherished beyond your ability to imagine or conceive of, and we want you to know that, so we will continue to bring it to your attention as we wait patiently for you to wake up. Our patience, unlike yours, is endless, there being, in truth, no such thing as time. What is, is. 

To awaken is your destiny and you cannot avoid it. However, you can choose to delay that moment indefinitely. Engaging fully with the illusion by allowing yourselves to be seriously concerned with worldly problems that do not affect you directly is a choice to delay that inevitable awakening. It seems that there is enormous suffering and poverty throughout the world that humanity needs to address and put to rights, and there is, but it needs to be addressed spiritually. 

You are all spiritual beings having a temporary human experience. It is a little like going to the movies or to the theatre, you enter into an imaginary place and story for a short period to be aroused, stimulated, and excited. Taking part in political, religious, business, sporting, intellectual, or conflict zone events also arouse, stimulate, and excite you in a similar fashion, although that seems far more real to you. In fact, there is very little difference! The illusion is illusory, a dream or a nightmare, depending on the part you choose to play in it, and you make that choice in every moment! 

All of you have engaged in personal conflicts of various types – physical fights or sporting activities that you intend to win at all costs, intellectual battles to prove yourselves right and others wrong, political, religious, and philosophical arguments and disagreements; the list of activities in which you are required to take sides is practically endless – and when you win, you experience a momentary sense of glory or of a job well done, and when you lose, you experience disappointment, maybe extreme disappointment, anger, or depression. And when you look back on these events, ten or twenty years later, the importance they had for you at the time has faded or totally dissolved. You might even think to yourselves “What on Earth was I thinking, what was all that about?” 

However, if you positively establish and maintain yourselves on a path of love, treating all others with respect and compassion, refusing to judge anyone – of course, in certain situations some discernment or discrimination will be called for – and basically intending to operate from your true nature, your eternal and spiritual nature, intending to be loving in every situation, then, when you look back on your lives, you will be aware of a sense of satisfaction, of peace, and of personal growth that has resulted in you gaining some wisdom along with an increasing ability to accept whatever arises. Living in the moment, as opposed to focusing your attention on the glories or pains of the past or hoped for pleasures and joys or worries and anxieties that lie ahead, is a far more uplifting and satisfying practice. 

Remember, before you incarnated as a human, you laid out a life path that would constantly present you with the lessons that you had chosen to learn. That path is always there for you, however, due to the intense attraction of the distractions with which the illusion presents you – options to judge, to engage in conflict, or to just follow your moment to moment egoic drives – you frequently take diversions from your path. Sometimes these diversions seem to bring you temporary pleasure and satisfaction, while at others they lead you into what appear to be dead ends or even personal catastrophes. But always, what arises is a nudge or opportunity to return to your path. 

Obviously, the path you chose will not always be a path of sweetness and light, but, if you recognize and learn the lessons presented to you, it will provide you with a sense of its appropriateness, a sense that where you are is where you are meant to be, and that will be immensely satisfying. Generally speaking, if you are consistently experiencing pain and suffering, you are being guided to change direction. Even if it is not possible for you to change the outer environment or situation in which you find yourselves, you most certainly can change your perception of it. In other words, you can call on your spiritual guides for help in understanding the lessons being presented to you, and for assistance in accepting with good grace whatever arises. 

Whatever the situations in which you find yourselves embroiled, if you make the choice and the intent to be loving, accepting, and forgiving – of yourselves as well as of others – you will find that your perception does change, enabling you to deal far more positively with what is arising. Truly, to make the most of your experiences as a human on Earth, all you need do is to accept, without judgment, whatever arises, and accept that there is a lesson for you here that you have chosen to receive. 

As I keep reiterating, Love is always the answer whatever the issue. If you are unable to feel loving that is a very strong signal that you need to withdraw, to go within and settle into your innermost holy sanctuary – everyone of you has a holy innermost sanctuary – and then ask us, your loving guides and mentors in the spiritual realms, for assistance in finding the peace that resides within you. As that sense of peace begins to pervade your consciousness, you can release your hold on whatever is upsetting you such as, judgment, resentment, anger, or blame, all of which prevent you from dealing with the situation that is disturbing you. 

Obviously, if it has brought you suffering, the suffering may take time to dissipate, much like grief, which can only be accepted and lived through. You have the saying “This too will pass.” And surely it will. If you can intend to be patient, which is difficult in a world where everything appears to have needed to have been done yesterday, and allow yourselves a few moments, moments in which you take a few very deep breaths, you will experience an easing of the stress that you are undergoing. Then a knowing that you can cope will arise, and options that you had not seen or ignored will present themselves to you. 

Be kind, loving, and forgiving to yourselves daily. Do not castigate yourselves for errors or missed opportunities. Instead, remind yourselves that you are exactly where you are supposed to be, where you have chosen to be, and that your guides are with you in every moment waiting to flood your hearts with Love when you choose to invite them in. The only reason you feel unloved is because in your fearful unacceptance of the fact that you are a divine being, a beloved child of God, you close your hearts as a defense against suffering and pain. Open your hearts! Love envelops you in every moment waiting for the opportunity to embrace and enfold you when you choose to allow it to do so, instead of focusing on how unfairly you believe that you have been treated. Focusing there is self-defeating when you could instead be enjoying an uplifting and inspiring Divine Hug!

The Quality of Respect

Beloved Ones, 

Let us have discourse on the quality of love known as RESPECT. This quality manifests within people as the practice of sincerely and willingly holding each person one meets in high regard and then upholding this value in their interaction with them. 

Respect is the quality of being fully present with the other in receptivity and compassion, seeking to relate to the other person with an openness of heart and mind that honors their journey of life. This practice helps each person to feel respect and be more fully interconnected in their consciousness and actions. 

High regard and respect are gifts that one freely gives to another from their heart. It is a very powerful way of enhancing every aspect of one’s own life, for when one applies the principle of respect for another, there is a sense of one’s own power. One feels that they are a powerful influence with the other people in one’s life. By holding another in respect, one chooses to see the innate goodness within both of them. Showing respect tacitly bestows upon the other a good reputation which they will desire to further merit. 

Respect and regard for others is one of the key ingredients to a successful life. The practice of showing respect enhances one’s own ideals, and at the same time enables others to reach for theirs. 

In complimenting and acknowledging the other person’s good deeds and positive attributes, one feeds their souls, bringing out the best in them. One becomes more effective in engaging life, as it expands their sensory perception outside of their own heart and mind. 

They feel the vibrations of everything around them through other people, nature, their environment and world. Engaging life is an expanding activity; it opens new pathways of positive experience and creates new possibilities for growth. One gains confidence in holding others in high respect. As they seek out and experience the true wonder and beauty in the essence of another, they expand their possibilities beyond their normal self imposed constraints. 

As one elevates the other’s sense of well being, all are lifted and raised to a higher level of relationship. They imagine and expect a good outcome in the interaction and are more effectively responsive to the realities in their environment. 

Respect is not only a wonderful gift one gives to others, but is also a very rewarding gifting to one’s self. By creating a positive self image in regards to another, one gains an enhanced sense of good in one’s self and this leads to choices which further expand their sense of well being. 

It is the knowledge within self that one has given more than they thought capable of giving which expands their sense of that which they are and of how much they have to give to others. Each time they succeed in respecting and lifting another, they are building on their own inner strength. They come to an innate understanding that they are serving the purpose of a greater creative power and that helps support their efforts. 

By giving each moment before them their full attention and their own creative touch, they make it their own. Doing this while maintaining a sense of that which has true value for them prepares them for whatever may come and helps with their own sense of clarity and possibility. It is in how one thinks, speaks and acts which determines the true value of one’s character. One’s wisdom and the respect it brings comes from ones experiences and interaction with the world which gives them grace and humility. 

When one has faith in their own value and respects what is important to them, they have an inner confidence and assurance in their own abilities and resources making them comfortable with where they currently are in life. Being honest with others shows respect for them and one’s own sense of worth and can lead to positive changes in the dynamics of relationship. 

When one follows the golden rule of doing unto others what one would have them do unto self, it creates an atmosphere of trust and respect. Each person lives their lives based on the conviction that they have dignity because they are a child of the Divine and begin each day by living up to that heritage. They live in the joy, the power and the victory of that knowing. 

Having respect for self and others brings a sense of enjoyment and reward in learning about one’s self, others and the world around them and also an acceptance of the fundamental values of mutual respect and tolerance. There is an interest in exploring and improving their understanding of and showing respect for different faiths and cultural diversity. 

They are able to understand and appreciate the viewpoints of others on these issues. They are honorable, dependable, and trustworthy people; their word is their bond, so they do not make promises lightly and will spare no effort to fulfill their commitments. 

They purposely direct their thoughts, words and actions towards becoming the kind of person others can respect and rely upon to impart worthwhile counsel and welcome one another with love and respect. They help others with a sense of humility and gratitude that the Divine is helping others through them. 

Their personal happiness wishes to see good things happen to everyone around them and this spiritual happiness shines brightly each day in their lives and in the world. 

I take my leave with the greatest of respect and my blessings.

That which is old and false is rapidly dissolving into the nothingness that it really is

Arcturian Group welcomes all readers to another message of light and love. We are here to assist all those choosing to ascend into the higher dimensional energy now becoming ever more apparent with each passing day. 

Those choosing to ascend must experience the clearing of their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy fields, which is the release of any old dense energies still being carried from the past (or present). This can be an uncomfortable process. You may find yourselves experiencing days when you cry, are depressed, or angry for no reason. You may be crying and laughing at the same time, while being able to rationally observe the experience much as if you were standing outside of yourself watching. Many (not all) will re-experience some intense emotional energies as they release. Allow them go, not claiming them back in as your personal problem, for when you say to yourself; “I am so depressed” or “I need medication, better go get some pills” you hinder the releasing process. 

Releases from physical cellular memory will often flow through the body’s weakest area resulting in issues involving a particular area over and over again. Energy release is also done in dreams. An individual may have dreams of some violent activity such as being a fighting warrior and wonder why. These dreams are probably the release of stored cellular memory from actual experiences. Energy may also release in the exact spot of an old injury where cellular memory still holds the traumatic event. People living with excessive fears (water, heights, certain animals, etc.) still carry in their cellular memory some traumatic past experience involving these things. 

We have discussed clearing in previous messages, but wish to remind you that all who have chosen to move spiritually forward must clear. You cannot take the old and dense energies of the 3rd dimension with you into the new and higher. You are also in the process of opening blocked meridians upon which energy flows as well as clearing the seven chakras and bringing in new ones. Much is going on within you now dear ones, so remember this as you experience these clearings. Try to avoid rushing to some 3rd dimensional medical diagnosis with these experiences, but do not hesitate to see a doctor, if you are being guided to. Know that many of today’s physical issues for evolving souls is the clearing and release of old energy. 

We would like to talk to you about living in the higher frequencies, which is an energy of openness and respect. Respect for each other’s choices in all areas–no judgement or criticism, which always involves personal concepts. Higher dimensional living flows harmoniously on an energy of love, because it is lived out from a realization of Oneness. That which human beings have come to accept as normal (duality and separation) has programmed them to believe that it is the reality. We say to you that it is an aberration–the energy of Love and Oneness is the reality. Humans forget the peace and calm lived in on their home planets or in experiences between lives, because when a soul chooses to incarnate, he willingly accepts the veil of forgetfulness that comes with it. This results in lifetimes on Earth lived with no remembrance of who one really is. 

Belief in the permanent reality of duality and separation is now beginning to dissolve as the immense amount of Light flowing to Earth from many sources and from your own Divinity shines light on the shadows. We remind you of this, because as you begin to experience more manifestations of what is real, the fruits of duality and separation will lessen–the inner is the outer. You will begin to observe more peace, calm, abundance, respect, joy, health and a sharing of all things, because these are the reality, held in place by Divine Law. 

Mankind has been programmed to believe in lack, limitation ,separation, and evil, which has resulted in lifetimes involving selfish and cruel behavior on the part of any (even you dear ones, in un-awakened lifetimes) who would dominate others in the belief that they would have nothing unless they forcibly took it. The experience of duality was, and still is for some, an important tool of evolution, but its time is finished for the awakening ones. 

That which is old and false is rapidly dissolving into the nothingness that it really is and spiritual awareness is beginning to manifest outwardly, as new and higher forms of living, which is why you are seeing so much chaos at this time. Appearances would say the world is falling apart, things are getting worse, and mankind is going backward. The truth is that higher frequency Light energy is beginning to shine on the shadows within governments, churches, businesses, and corporations bringing to light those things that have been heretofore hidden from you. 

It is now time to reclaim your innate power, dear ones, and make everyday decisions from a place of awareness. The bringing of an enlightened consciousness to the daily choices you make as human beings will bring about the change. There needs to be a conscious coming together of the spiritual and the material in your understanding for in truth there is no separation. The world you see is simply the material sense of the spiritual reality. 

Decisions made from a deeper intuitive place instead of from 3D propaganda will vote self-serving and un-evolved people out of office. Not supporting corporations that would feed you chemicals and junk will bring change. Refusing to blindly support belief systems and churches that would keep mankind in bondage to personal and egotistical doctrine and concepts will also bring change. 

Now is the time for all to accept and integrate both the masculine (active/be-er, do-er energy) and the feminine (receptive, creative energy) aspects of Self. This will result in a more balanced, whole, and powerful state of consciousness that allows the individual to function and make choices that serve the higher good instead of being controlled from outside influences. 

Evolved beings have learned to live from their center outward, and not from outward to center. You are the power, dear ones, and it is past time to recognize and begin acting out from this awareness. Be very aware that we are not talking of power in the sense of power over someone or something for the use of power in selfish or self serving ways has been the downfall of many and is in and of the old energy. We speak of the power that comes from the realization that you are the manifestation of Source and nothing or no person can separate you from that–all that you need is already within. It is the power of truth that sees nothing needing healing or correction. 

Always honestly examine intention, dear ones, for whatever you say and do is carried on the energy of intention. Be scrupulously honest and true to yourselves asking, “What am I believing that is making me feel or act this way?” The energy of truth and light will always be your guide in whatever choices, actions, or words are necessary if you seek, trust, and allow it.
