The Foundation for All Healing

No technique, no healer, no group and no guru will ever be as powerful of a force in your healing as connecting to your True Self. 

It is of the utmost importance that we train ourselves to stop repetitive ego programs from running and relax ourselves into the thoughts that come from our Higher/True/Inner Self.  Those thoughts aren’t small and scared like ego thoughts.  They are expansive and in Love with Source and Universal / Natural Law. 

The most direct path to healing is to engage one’s True Self, embrace it fully and work diligently every day to embody that Real Self while undoing the subconscious and ego programming that blocks out awareness of the Self. 

Accept Your Self 

The Higher Self can be thought of as pure awareness that is not limited by conditioning or illusions.  It is your ultimate guide, and should be your only guide through life.  Understanding and aligning with this aspect of your Self is the most important part of the healing and clearing process. 

Many people are angry at their Higher Selves for “allowing” them to be badly harmed in this lifetime, and I understand that.  However, the Higher Self can’t stop bullets, and it can’t stop abusers with a desire to harm others from doing so. 

This realm is truly a battleground, and we knew the risks coming into this world.  We knew we would be wounded, guaranteed.  We also knew that we could heal through reconnecting with our True Self.  The enemies of freedom know this as well, so they do everything they can to block us from accessing the Higher Self. 

Often times, the closer you get to a breakthrough, the more they attack, because they are afraid of the power and potential that you truly possess. 

A Real Breakthrough 

Healing and accessing your True Power is not usually easy to do, and it does not happen all at once.  Yet at the same time, a breakthrough is literally a breath away.  It is as subtle as laying down the ego and embracing your Higher Self.  That is the basic foundation for all healing, and it must be done in order for deep healing to occur. 

It is not about doing a technique, but about letting go of what you are NOT and accessing what you TRULY are.  It is not complicated, but it also is not easy, and it often requires attempting to do it again and again, in spite of all past failed attempts. 

The number one key to “hearing” (more like feeling) your Higher Self is to quiet the ego.  The more you can keep the ego minimized and silent, the more you are able to feel and think via your Higher Self.

The ego is a construct of the left brain, and it tends to be extremely loud and disruptive.  It does not care about your happiness whatsoever; it only wants to be in charge of your mind.  It will constantly replay noise and programming from your past in order to maintain that control. 

What is even more ironic is when the ego tries to contact the Higher Self with something like this: “Ok Higher Self, I want to get some answers from you.  Here are my questions.  I want you to answer them all right now please.  Hello?  Are you hearing me?  I want answers, please.  Go ahead and send me those answers right now, please.  I’m waiting.  Go ahead.  Start now.  I really need these answers.  Go ahead and deliver them right now.  I can’t stand to be this way and have all of these problems.  I need answers, so that I can heal. So, why aren’t you giving them to me?  Hurry up, dammit!” and on and on and on… 

Obviously, no answers will be heard in that way, because the ego is making too much noise, and then triggering feelings of upset that no answers were given.  I have seen this countless times in many people. 

So, minimizing and taming the ego is really one of the most important aspects in any ongoing spiritual practice.  Notice that it is about taming the ego, NOT destroying it or rendering it totally mute.  The ego is a tool for navigating 3d, and like any tool it must be used wisely. 

Comprehending the Higher Self 

Your Higher Self is who you truly are, beyond the identity of any single lifetime.  It is a vast consciousness that has a very “high” perspective on everything in this level of experience.  It comes into one’s awareness through the right brain and through the heart, which is why the (left brain) ego construct needs to be silent in order to perceive the Higher Self. 

The types of thoughts that come from the Higher Self engage both hemispheres of the brain simultaneously.  These thoughts put one’s life and circumstances into perspective, giving one a more holistic understanding of reality. 

One important thing to keep in mind is that your Higher Self gives one answer at a time, and not in the way that the ego wants it.  The ego wants ALL the answers up front along with a flow chart, syllabus and FAQ provided all at once.  It doesn’t work like that. 

The Higher Self can only give us a little bit of information at a time, until we build up the “bandwidth capacity” to be able to receive its frequency in larger doses.  An analogy would be how an adult communicates to a 3 year old, but in this instance the Higher Self is 16 Billion years old and the ego is like a teenager that thinks it knows everything, yet still has questions while demanding that the answers comes in the way that it wants. 

So, the Higher Self will give one answer (with vast implications) that we then incorporate into our awareness.  Later, it will give another piece of information that we incorporate, and so on.  In this manner we are able to put together a larger framework of understanding over time. 

As your awareness of your True Self grows, it is able to reside more and more within your physical and energy bodies where it belongs.  This is only possible through silencing and taming the ego, so that it can be easily set aside when you want to act and think through the greater awareness of your Higher Self. 

As we reincorporate the Higher Self back into the body over time, especially into the Heart center, it returns to its true place as our Divine Inner Self.

Planetary Liberation Meditation

After the great success of World Liberation Day and even greater success of Reboot of the Grid and Return of the Goddess, our efforts for planetary liberation continue. We will continue meeting in groups large and small, as individuals and couples, every Sunday until our planet is liberated. The dark Cabal needed 25,000 years to create the Matrix and enslave humanity. We will need much shorter time to uncreate this Matrix and help setting humanity free. 

The main thing required is our dedication and focused intent to insist meditating every Sunday until humanity is set free. By meditating regularly, we are creating a planetary network of Light on the non-physical planes that will help transmuting all the darkness. We need to have 144,000 people doing this visualization with focus to achieve the desired effect. If the critical mass of people on this planet makes an unconditional decision for the Light, the Light will come. Most likely the group of dedicated meditators for World Liberation Movement will grow week after week until the critical mass is reached and the breakthrough occurs. 

Scientific studies have confirmed positive effects of mass meditations on human society, so what we are doing really does have an influence. 


Instructions: 

1.  The Planetary Liberation Meditation takes place every Sunday at 19.00 GMT.  Find your local time by visiting the World Clock HERE 

2.  Relax your mind and body by watching your breath for a few minutes. 

3. Visualize a pillar of electric blue light emanating from the Galactic Central Sun, going through your body to the center of the Earth. Keep this pillar of light active for a few minutes. Then visualize all negative entities around the Earth being removed from etheric and astral planes along with all their negative spiritual technologies and magical tools. Visualize all those entities being escorted into the Light by the non-physical Freedom Fighters of the Light. Visualize this process taking place worldwide peacefully and smoothly. Visualize the world finally being free from spiritual slavery, free from all evil Archons, Reptilians, demons, elementals and other negative non-physical beings. Visualize the vibration of the etheric and astral planes getting lighter and brighter until all dark beings are gone and only Light remains. 

4. Visualize members of the physical dark Cabal, such as central banking criminals Rothschilds and Rockefellers, and other members of this Cabal such as Henry Kissinger, George Bush, the Jesuits etc., peacefully surrendering and stepping down from their positions of power, releasing control over the financial system and the mass media. Visualize civil authority arresting those members of the Cabal that do not wish to surrender. Visualize this process taking place worldwide peacefully and smoothly. Visualize the world finally being free from financial slavery, free from all evil dictators and corrupt politicians. 

5. Visualize bright new future for humanity, with new and fair financial system put into place, with all debts cancelled, prosperity funds for humanitarian projects released, advanced technologies introduced, ecosystem healed and human beings finally being free from all oppression. Visualize bright spiritual Golden Age with angels, fairies, dolphins, unicorns, spiritual guides and other beings of Light inhabiting etheric and astral planes. Visualize all wounds of humanity being healed, all humanity being inspired and guided with everybody having their own connection with their own Soul and the Source. 

Please do this visualization as instructed and do not change it, as otherwise it will not have the desired effect.

On the Verge of a Sudden Breakthrough

You will know that for a long time we have been working on various issues that have held up progress. Perhaps even we have underestimated how difficult some have been, but we now see that our allies are on the verge of making a sudden breakthrough. We will refrain from being too precise, but this time events will be too big to hide away, and the media will be unable to continue ignoring them. 

The developments in the financial sector will show that whatever they do now, they cannot return to the old ways and will have to accept vast changes. We are at a point when the only answers are for the big Banks to accept the new set up that is ready to be installed. There is nowhere to go that will allow them to resurrect the old system, and it will soon become defunct. That will effectively give our allies the green light to go ahead and introduce the new one. 

There are other matters rapidly coming to a head and to enable governmental changes, we are pressing our allies for once and for all time to remove those who do not serve you. That is going forward at a faster pace, and you may get advance information from other sources than our own. However, no matter how it emerges it will be good news, that will show you that much has been happening of which you have been unaware. Our wish is to see all activity brought into public view, so that in future you know exactly where you stand. 

For too long we have had to keep details under wraps, and even now we are still careful as to what we reveal. It is a matter of keeping our plans to ourselves as far as possible, and stopping interference with them from those still loyal to the Illuminati. Some are of course bound to them through bribery or blackmail, and still fearful of the consequences of disobeying them. We have however invited them to join us and grant asylum, so that they are not in danger. That does not mean that they get away with their crimes, but that is not a matter that we will deal with and is best left to the higher forces. Since justice is always seen to be done, there is no point in wasting your energy by being concerned about the outcome. 

You are entitled to know who and what was behind the heinous crimes against humanity. In the knowing there are also lessons for you, otherwise you will find it hard to accept that as a collective you allowed them to occur. In many instances you have effectively given your approval by not preventing them. However, the dark Ones are very manipulative and deceitful, as otherwise they would not be able to carry out or get away with their crime. It has also required extensive collusion with those who have carried out their bidding. Duality has certainly taught you many severe lessons, but also many beautiful ones, as it has by no means been one sided. Now that this period is coming to a close you can return to your true reality. 

As the truth is revealed, it will also bring people together as far as their understanding of what God is, or is not. The truth will no longer be able to stand side by side with that which is false, and you will find that many teachers have had their words changed to suit the ambitions of those who desired to control you. Indeed, they have also made additions to support their own interpretations. No one teaching is really better than another, although some have a more accurate explanation for God. He/She is not in the image of Man, or an individual as you would understand it. God is the very essence, the energy that everything has within its existence. God is Love and all powerful and is the Father/Mother of all life. We acknowledge the Source and give due gratitude for all that we have, the most precious being life itself. 

Where, as you might say, you have gone astray do not worry about the consequences. Duality is for experiencing and spiritual growth, and having lost touch with God you have gone your own way and relied on your conscience to guide you. Unfortunately, Man has always had a herd instinct and has usually followed the leader, and been led far from the Light and Truth. Now you have risen up again and thrown off the shackles of the dark Ones, and are returning to the Light. That has attracted the attention of those who guide you as you are now responsive to their presence and “hear” their advice and respond to their promptings. If you have not been aware of it, try sitting quietly and relaxing, and you will most likely start a conversation with your Guides or Higher Self. 

For those who are still preparing for Ascension the advice is to hold your energy close to you, and not give it away to situations that have been emotionally stirred up by the actions of the dark Ones. It is too easy to become angry at their actions, and if you have reached a level of control you can avoid it, and you will be all the better for it. Keep calm as you will have plenty to be happy and joyous about as the future is revealed to you. Let go of the old ways and live as you envisage life will be after Ascension. It will be some of the happiest times you have ever experienced, and this period and those before it will seem just as a bad dream. Get ready for sudden changes that are about to enter your lives and will confirm that you are moving out of the legacy of duality, and from the Illuminati who have exploited it for their own ends. 

Many times you have asked why we do not simply take over matters, but we have to say that it is impossible, unless we are given divine authority. We have often mentioned that we are careful not to interfere, and that is because Duality is an experiment. The aim was to find out what you would do, if you were separated from God, and each and very one of you volunteered to take part. The reward for you was the experience that you would gain, that would speed up your evolution beyond anything in the normal way. That meant you had to be responsible for your actions, so it would have been taking it away from you if we did intervene. We have to tell you that our authority has now been extended to allow us to take some situations into our own hands.

You wanted action, you wanted results, and you now have them, if you follow certain people who have acquired a reputation for successfully discovering the truth. An enormous set up of hundreds of different personnel, are poised ready to apprehend the criminals who have been behind the most cynical and profitable crimes against you in recent times. The size of this project will ensure that it makes the media sit up and take notice, as it will be impossible to ignore it. That will be the start of more open reporting which shall be truthfully stated, and not dressed up purely for shock affects. At last the breakthrough will have been made, as it has long been overdue. It is important to keep calm and not allow the revelations to create a false impression of what is involved. Time will prove that those involved in bringing the culprits to justice, have acted on behalf of the people and that no ulterior motive is at the root of it. 


The cleansing covers many different areas of life, and making way for the interim government is an essential number one requirement, if the changes are to flow smoothly. Be assured we have a total understanding of the way you think and work, and it means that we can anticipate how things are going to proceed. Our allies are well rehearsed in their different responsibilities, and we do anticipate that these opening events will be successful. The most difficult challenge is the first one we are meeting, and it will be a real eye opener for everyone. Whatever you know now, will be far from the whole truth of what has been going on. There is hardly any part of your society or business that has not been tainted by the dealings of the dark Ones. Sometimes even honest people have been unwittingly caught up in their activities, but they shall not be a target for us. 


Dear Ones, the battle royal has begun, but since we are in the ascendancy, we have every reason to anticipate a great victory. You too may take your share of the plaudits, as without you and your determination to bring the necessary changes in, we would not be where we are today. The number of Lightworkers is at a new high and paving the way towards Ascension. Levels of consciousness continue to rise, and that is also another sign of how well you have taken to the task of preparing for Ascension. In the little time that remains before the end of the year closes in on you, you will find it to be action filled and much given in the way of guidance. 


Already the different countries and their governments have been made to understand that aggression must stop, and that we are authorized to take whatever steps are necessary to ensure there is peace. Hitherto, our intervention on your behalf was curtailed for karmic reasons, but now by Divine decree we are able to enforce the plan for your spiritual evolution. You will find that suddenly progress has leapt forward, and that has taken the dark Ones by surprise, who never allowed for such a turn around. We are pressing ahead and know that it is now the turn of the Light to take charge, and commence to set up a society that can express its freedom to create a new peaceful way forward. Naturally, not all laws need to be reviewed, but many are illegal or have been framed in false circumstances. Events such as 9/11 resulted in many unfair and unjust changes, directed at alleged terrorists that were not the ones responsible. Similar incidents have also taken place, and each time used to tighten the controls over you. 


From this time onwards, you will become more aware of what is happening and kept informed through various sources of information, until we can provide you with a regular and reliable one. We intend to open our own channel, and thus be sure that you are provided with all that is needed to have a wonderful remainder to your year. Do not worry about any small confrontations as they will not escalate to anything more dangerous. So, after looking for some signs that things were moving forward, there is an abundance of evidence to show it is. There are still some sources that are set up to give out disinformation, so use your discretion and intuition to determine which of them are reliable. 


You will ask “what should we do whilst the changes are taking place”, and we suggest, as far as possible, live your lives as before. However, be aware that if, as expected, there will be a short spell very soon where your lives are disrupted, cover yourself by ensuring you have food and other necessities for just a few days. Whatever happens, we, along with our allies, will make certain that operations are efficiently completed, with as little inconvenience to you as possible. As you would expect, we have everything in hand and that includes your safety. The dark Ones will fight until the last and even now plan atrocities, but since we are aware of them we shall prevent them from happening. 


You are entering the final phases of Ascension, and it should not be forgotten that the changes are part of the preparations that have been going on for a very long time. As always it is important that until we can open up a free media, that you do not fall for false reports that will be expected to create fear. Some chaos is inevitable, but at the same time will not be lasting. Know that military activity will not be directed at the people, but in support of them. Our operations are being carried out to propel you as fast as possible towards Ascension. As we often tell you, we of the Galactic Federation are of the Light, and carrying out the orders of the Higher Beings that carve out your destiny.

Information can now be released knowing that it will reach you, and in future there will be a direct line to you. We have nothing to hide, but for obvious reasons do not reveal our hand to the dark Ones. Whatever information they are able to pick up, they will be unable to hack our systems, as they are technically beyond them. In fact, it is quite the opposite, as we have access to their communications and nothing is kept secret or beyond our reach. We are normally a step ahead of them, which is why we are confident of the outcome of our activities. Victory is ours, and we share the joy with you.

Political, Social, Religious, Emotional, Mental, and Physical Ramifications of Disclosure

Greetings from the Federation. What must come to pass is presently being discussed at the highest levels of your world governments, behind closed doors and through emissaries to the various other governments around the world. As time draws closer to the inevitable, your leaders are aware that they cannot stop the tide of Disclosure sweeping over your planet. They know that they will either be swept away by this tide, or they must decide to take the reins and make Disclosure their own. Their ability to waffle on this topic amazes even us, as we see them fight among themselves for a common ground. Once reached, someone inevitably backs off and the process starts all over again. We wait in the background for what must be done, if not done so by your own people. 

News will reach you shortly about a “new” scientific development in the field of what you have termed Zero Point Energy systems. It will be touted as theoretical, but in reality it is a functioning model of a real energy device created a long time ago and only now being released. There will be interesting developments in your legal field over patent protections. The “news” of this breakthrough will be carefully monitored by those in power to determine what type of impact such a Disclosure makes upon the people as a whole. 

The Queen of England has ceded control over a faction of the Illuminati to a group over which our allies have “consulting” privileges. This means, in the longer term, that this faction will be more amenable to the changes necessary to effect Disclosure and the release of the cabal’s hold over the people. This was a negotiated “peace” that came about after many, many months of positioning on all sides. We are confident that this is another roadblock successfully removed towards the inevitable. 

You will have noticed a slight decrease in the sightings of late, although those sightings that have made it to your news have been of a more spectacular nature. This is about to change. We are now in another stage of the Disclosure process, wherein the revealing of our craft to you will become more pronounced. 

A major meeting of all factions of the Federation has recently been held. This was a very big event, not only in numbers, but also in importance. It was the final preparation meeting of all involved to go over every detail of the coming events, including the political, social, religious, emotional, mental, and physical ramifications of Disclosure. This meeting was held aboard one of our great spacers, a living machine so large as to dwarf your understanding of construction. Although the physical space was not really necessary to this process, as we have telepathically discussed much of these issues, from time to time, we convene physically to resolve issues better dealt with in that fashion. Among those represented were Earth Humans, who voiced their opinions about coming events and whose opinions were held in the highest regard. 

Although you have been beset with many setbacks over the years, we are excited by the prospects of the coming months and what this has in store for all of us. Bring yourselves to feel once again your excitement for the times in which you have chosen to live and the manner in which you have awoken to the Truth. Your thoughts will create waves, which will act as beacons for the Truth and this Truth will return to you powerfully.
