You are loved and supported by your Family of Light

Beloved Ones, 

The only constant during these times is change - and one must be ready and willing to move into the direction that one’s reality mirrors back to them as it occurs. By following these signs that show the way, one begins to live a life of cosmic adventure, which becomes filled with wondrous synchronicities and occurrences. You must be willing to release old patterns, energies and material holdings when their use, enjoyment and implementation in your life have been fulfilled. In these times, it becomes necessary to do regular purging of many items which have outlived their usefulness and the willingness to pass them on to others who can still benefit from them. Know that the universe always replaces them with something even better and more befitting your soul’s expansion into broader horizons of illuminated living. 

This practice of regular culling of everything in your life that has old and stale energies will reward you a million times over. You will be amazed at the magnificence that rushes in to take its place. As you begin to understand the concepts of healthy detachment from the things of the physical world, you regain the sense of personal freedom and liberation to live a more sovereign and abundant life. You begin to realize that things are nice to have and enjoy in your life, but that once their purpose is done, it is easy to let them go. You begin to know that the world you live in is very rich and that there is always more than enough for all. This also opens up avenues of creativity that may have been blocked before. In every sense, your feeling of aliveness in every moment is increased exponentially. 

As your inherent internal Light becomes more radiant and luminous, there will be those others in this world that seek to dim that Light, so that their level of comfort in their confusion and darkness may continue. Be at peace, as you acknowledge their attempt to distract and dim your Light; for you do not owe them the right to diminish you in any way. You are most worthy of all the Love in the Universe! Send them Light and Love and detach from them. No one has the right to put down or diminish another just for the fun of it - this practice or habit has been in use by people throughout the ages and it must stop. ALL are worthy of God’s Love and Light! ALL have the same opportunity to grow, learn and expand their understanding of universal laws and to enjoy an abundant life filled with purity, harmony and goodness. 

You do not have to justify your existence and presence in this world to anyone! You have a right to be here just as much as they do and indeed, it shows great arrogance on their part to assume superiority over you just for being who you are. Be at peace always and know that you are loved and supported by your Family of Light. Take proper time to discern what is actually occurring when it happens and do not engage this negative energy. It is unfortunate that these psychic attacks can and do still occur, but you are becoming more proficient in distancing yourself from them without incurring karma for your soul. 

Set your sights and your standard of conduct at the highest level and never look back or sideways when there are attempts made to diminish your Light and lead you astray from the spiritual path and discipline you have chosen. Do this without judgment, just knowing that it is not for you to partake of this energy that tries to displace you from your own healthy sense of self esteem. By this action, you enable others to free themselves from similar situations that might occur in their lives. This is how the Light of the Divine grows and expands upon your world.

Be easy on yourselves and others and practice detachment in all situations

Beloved Ones, 

The passage of time accelerates or rather, has that influence upon your lives. There are many epochs of Earth’s history that are coming into alignment with the current timeline and the information and knowledge that was lost in the mists of antiquity is now being brought back in a revised and updated way. There is a process of integration that is occurring and also a recalibration to the New Earth reality of everyone and everything upon the planet. It is a challenging time for many people throughout the world and the current and constantly increasing energies brings to them the need to re-evaluate and reset their own priorities, their goals and objectives. This activity will continue to take place throughout the coming years, as each individual moves forward according to their own level of growth and expansion. During this accelerated process of growth for each individual, there will be many stops and starts along the way. It behooves each person to know themselves and their personal and planetary cycles and then begin to work in unison with them. 

Each individual is now firmly following their own star, their own individual path and higher destiny. It is important to be patient with one another as this process continues, for there is room for all of humanity in their diversity to fully expand in wonderful and amazing ways. What seems wrong for one individual is exactly the right thing for another. Each person is learning to listen to, become attuned and sensitive to, their own inner promptings. This may create a clash of wills at times and care must be taken to allow everyone in one’s vicinity and sphere of influence their individual right to move at their own speed as they process the metamorphosis that is occurring within them. The internal changes that are taking place affect everyone and it is important to remember this when interacting with each other. Realize that everyone is doing the best that they can in every moment and can assimilate only at their own level of understanding. Let go of any fixed or rigid ideas and expectations and surrender to the natural flow of events. Be easy on yourselves and others and practice detachment in all situations. 

Those of you who have already passed through the majority of the cleansing, clearing and purging process are working to refine your five body system. You have been learning to view the beauty of each moment in your personal world and the people in it. As love, respect and appreciation for each other and for your world expands and grows, letting go of the former perceived limitations in all areas of your lives and replacing them with the determination to come through these challenging opportunities in unity and peace will be the prime motivation within each person’s heart. There is a greater coming together of the Earth’s people that is occurring. Every person on Earth is important in the divine scheme of things and helping each other with an open heart, humility, honesty, kindness and generosity is the way to creating the change that you desire to bring into this world. 

One now understands that love, compassion and kindness are the motivating powers behind every word and action, behind every thought and feeling that you hold within your heart in order to create a more peaceful, prosperous and abundant life. In being mindful of the choices that you make and how these choices can impact others around you, always seek only their highest and greatest good in all that you do. As each of you tends to your garden of life, the highest potential takes root and grows into each person’s reality and is nourished with their care, patience and diligence. There is an amazing power in a strong intention that is fuelled by love. When you practice blessing the world, the world blesses you tenfold in return. 

By cultivating the practice of focusing on the things in your life that bring you joy and maneuvering around any distractions that come your way, you can be assured that your focus and determination will start to manifest this in your life in wonderfully synchronistic ways. Believe in yourselves, Dear Ones, that you have the power and the ability to create the life of your dreams. Persevere in your determined efforts to effect a positive change in your life, the lives of your loved ones, and in your world. You deserve to have all that your heart desires fully manifest here on Earth.

As you open your mind and heart, you’ll see the unlimited potential that resides within you

Beloved Ones, 

Each of you is going through a process of self evaluation and re-evaluation. You are looking at all the patterns such as addiction and noting which ones need to be replaced with something that is more conducive to the path that you are on. In all things, it is a matter of balance, not necessarily the need to give up something that you enjoy indulging occasionally, just becoming aware that you have the detachment necessary to walk away when it is time. The energy downloads are bringing up areas that you might not necessarily have wanted to look at objectively to this point. Love is the answer in these instances, the understanding and compassion for one’s underlying needs that want to be acknowledged and met. The concepts of right and wrong, judgment and criticism, blame and shame – these are all human perceptions that have been assimilated into your thought processes from the time you came into this world as an innocent and wide open child, ready to experience all the wonders of life on this planet in all of its many variations. 

The prospect of giving up those things that stand in the way of full integration with your higher aspects is daunting. This is where end point visualization on that which you wish to experience is most helpful for you and this can be done many times each day. It will help you to remember your higher purpose, as you continue to progress in the mastering of the elements that comprise the human experience. As you work upon the refinement of duality, let it not become so weighty that you lose your perspective. Make time and take the time, for frequent breaks from your dedicated efforts. When you do this, you come back refreshed, revitalized and regenerated, filled with renewed enthusiasm and passion for your projects and goals. The fire within you that aspires to greatness of spirit and creation burns brightly once again and moves you forward on your noble quest in the search for higher meaning in life. 

Enjoy the benefits of all that you've created and relish it. You know that you can create more and you’ve learned how to give and are now learning to receive and keep the flow of energy moving through your life. Appreciate all that you have manifested into your life and seek to be in balance with all of it. Celebrate life and all the infinite potential that each new day brings to you, on all the wonders that you are given. You have everything you need to be happy and fulfilled and there is always more than one option available to you in moving forward. You simply need to look from a different angle and perspective to discover new possibilities for your life. As you open your mind and heart, you’ll see the unlimited potential that resides within you. 

The next step on your journey is the surrendering of your human will to the Divine Will in a greater heart opening. Trust all that is unfolding, even as you experience all the emotional and physical occurrences that take place. Allow the universe to nurture and support you and feel its loving energy to flow through and embrace you. Observe your mind and the words that you say about yourself. Make it your objective to become your own greatest ally and friend. Be as kind and forgiving of yourself as you are of others who are also going through their own initiatory experiences. As one who is here on Earth to give assistance to others, loving yourself with compassion and nurturance is one of the greatest soul lessons on the journey of physical incarnation. If you do not have your own needs met, then it is most difficult to give of yourself in service to others. 

As you release all that no longer serves and nurture yourselves, you are creating the space for your inner abilities, gifts and power to awaken within you. Feel into these, as you become aware of them and begin to experiment in the utilization of them. Allow your inner light and goodness to shine, as your inner treasures and gifts of spirit come into your awareness. The energy downloads are assisting with this process of uncovering what lies within you. It is important to stay grounded and clear. Keep your daily life as simple and uncluttered as possible and give yourselves quiet time.

Your thoughts can produce what you think upon

Beloved Ones, 

Many of you are feeling a detached state of being as you assimilate the omniversal energies that have been coming in waves upon your planet in ever increasing spirals of rainbow Light. This detachment you are feeling is part of the process of a deeper introspection as you connect to a level of your being that has not been available to you before and utilize your multi-dimensional skills. You are finding yourselves working on many levels simultaneously and this is creating some interesting possibilities and probabilities, which you are exploring with appropriate observations and learning. It is becoming easy to create a story with just one thought that starts with the sight of a single object and before you know it, a whole story emerges, complete with feelings and emotions. 

It is becoming clear that each scenario can have many different outcomes depending upon the focus you wish to explore and therefore the need for self discipline and responsibility with your rediscovered powers of creation. The need for clarity in the knowing of your inner desires becomes uppermost in priority during these times, as you realize that your thoughts can produce what you think upon. It behooves each individual to become the master of their thinking processes and to know when to observe what is being formulated and just let it go, because that is not what you really want to experience in your life - for as you develop a greater vibrational frequency, the more the manifestation of your thought speeds into your daily reality. 

Practice sending a ray of Love from your heart chakra to everyone you meet or are about to meet. This universal practice will begin to prepare your relationships with others to operate at a higher level of sincere and peaceful interaction. The sending of the Love ray before each encounter will create a field of open hearted communication based on honesty and trust. This one simple act, when practiced and refined, will open doors that were closed for many ages and the art of meaningful communication between all individuals will come to the forefront. This ability is much required to be developed amongst the human race and as it grows and expands, humanity will have the tools necessary for interaction with all beings, including those off planet when that time approaches. 

It continues to be most important to feed your thoughts with only that which is of the highest integrity and intent, so that in that process you enhance the quality of your life experiences. As you decree a higher outcome for yourselves and your loved ones in your daily lives, you are also uplifting the lives of those in your sphere of influence and as you practice diligently, your life takes on a golden glow of wonder, magic and sweet synchronicity. The former reign of the lower ego becomes an integrated acceptance of all facets of one’s being and wholeness within is the experience on a regular basis. 

The inner work continues, as you refine and tweak those areas of your human expression and personality that are ready to move into integration with the higher aspects of your being. As this takes place, you regain more of your own innate divinity and greatness and this power is felt by those around you as warmth of heart and majesty of true nobility. The inner becomes noticeable and appreciated, as the true self emerges to make its divine presence felt.

5D Earth is a place where you can experience life beyond the challenges you face today

Message from the Galactic Federation for 5 January 2012 

There have been periods throughout your lifetimes when things just didn’t seem to be working out for you, and then you came full circle and may have come out of it all better for the experience. Such may be where you find yourself today, with so many obstacles that seem at times to fall from the skies and find themselves in your path. Try to look at these bumps in the road as learning experiences, for indeed they are. More of your life than you may be aware of has been carefully planned. This goes for the good times as well as the difficult periods. We say to you to try to find the best way to rise above these obstacles and persevere. Only through your determined efforts will you move on and through these detours along your journey’s path. 


Through the many long years you have worn many hats; sinner, saint, victim, predator, robber baron, law man, militia man, and philosopher. All the parts in this theatrical production were co-scripted and performed by you, as only you know what is truly best for your learning and growth, and although there are many others involved in your play, it all comes down to you which act will follow, decided by the choices you make along your way. 


Seeing things from this perspective may give you a better idea of why you find yourself in a particular situation today, and how you can avoid landing in the same spot again. The final curtain is soon to come down on this particular show. You have all done a wonderful job in your supporting roles that you have played for each other. You are all the stars of your show. In your show, no one takes center stage but you, as there are billions of performances being acted out on the Earth stage. In time, a grand cast party will be thrown for performers, writers, directors, producers, set designers, and special effects artists. You will be there and so shall we, and all the behind-the-scenes secrets will be revealed to you. 


5D Earth is a place where you can experience life beyond the challenges you face today. What a joy this will be for you, where all your learning experiences here in 3D can be utilized for their utmost potential. Beyond the boundaries and limitations of the physical realm, you will be so free to follow your hearts call and pursue your dreams and all of your creative desires. 


Take this time to look back in careful reflection of what you have learned and what you may have overlooked. All your experiences here were carefully planned for your upliftment, and much can be learned from thoughtful examination. Try as best as you can to shield yourself from any negative emotions some of these memories may bring you, and instead review these experiences from the safe distance of detachment. In time, all of the memories that cause you pain or distress can be cleansed from your memory, leaving the wisdom of the lesson learned without the residue of the lesson itself. Today, you have an inner knowing of many lessons previously learned from past lives, but with no conscious memory of these experiences. The purpose, of course, is to allow a soul to travel on in their journey acquiring great knowledge and wisdom without being forced to carry along the heavy burden of lessons hard learned. 


One day soon it will be entirely clear to everyone of you, just what each of your lessons were for and how important they all are for your advancement. You understood just how important all of these lessons were and this is why you chose to undertake your long journey into the physical. Many may be amazed at the enormous wealth of knowledge and wisdom you have attained since you left your homes in the Spirit Realms. Your experiences could fill volumes of books lining the shelves of the library of you.
